The rustic Hidden Barn Venue in Orlando, FL, offers couples a unique and unforgettable wedding experience. Located in the peace and quiet of the countryside, this charming family-run venue is the perfect choice for couples who want something a little different for their big day. Owners Glenn and Jennifer Tatum came up with the idea for the Hidden Barn Venue when they asked themselves what they would want in a family celebration. Dedicated to providing meaningful experiences for their guests, their warmth and personal touch is clear to see in every aspect of the venue. Custom designed to include every amenity a couple could desire, the Hidden Barn was created to be a place where lifelong memories can be made. The Hidden Barn provides a fantastic variety of spaces where couples may hold their celebrations. Receptions can take place outdoors or in the beautifully decorated barn, while ceremonies can be held in the chapel. The venue also features a saloon, a courtyard, a pool, a bridal suite, and a flower garden, all of which make great backdrops for photos. Two different package options are available for couples, allowing flexibility for the big day. If you’d like the freedom to do your own planning and hire your own insured vendors, you can opt for the DIY package. However, if you would prefer a one-stop shop, you can opt for the all-inclusive package, which includes full catering, full bar service, a DJ, photography, allowance for flowers and cake, and more. Both packages include full access to the 20-acre property. Whichever you choose, the Hidden Barn Venue guarantees top-quality service and an experience like no other.

This property is so beautiful! There are sooooo many options to choose on the property from and their packages are so fair compared to other places with the quality exceeding my expectations. I highly reccomend this too all my family and friends.

Went with my fiancé to tour this venue. As soon as we pulled up we were very confused as to where to go because a sign said “entrance” but pointed in a way we couldn’t get in. I messaged the owner to let him know we were here, and he told us he was finishing a tour and running behind and would be done shortly. We went and waited in the car for almost 10 minutes, and if he wouldn’t have come out, we would’ve left. He came out and said he was finishing up, and I told him we had somewhere to be right after this. He let us in the venue and told us to look around. Another 5-7 minutes go by and he finally comes out. The venue to me seemed too “childish” with fake props and statues everywhere for photo ops. The lawn looked like things were thrown there for a picture area. I understand where they were trying to go with it, but this was not it.Went to finish the tour, and the previous couple that he was touring with first, came up in the middle of our tour and told him they had more questions. He went with them to answer the questions and I was ready to leave at this point. Personally, i am very particular on time. If you’re running behind because someone else was late, then have me wait again while you’re answering questions for someone else, it’s a no. Didn’t make it seem like we were priority especially showing a venue for our wedding. Was not very professionally done.

This venue was the most perfect place for our wedding! We hosted our wedding here at Hidden Barn Venue. The venue was very well maintained, clean, organized, and very beautiful. I recommend the venue to anyone who is looking to host a wedding. They had lots of awesome vendors that we would also recommend on their approved vendor list. We found the venue's staff to be very accommodating and professional. They took care of us and made sure our wedding day ran flawlessly. Hunter was our coordinator and he was simply the best (professional, accommodating, and responsive). We highly recommend this venue.

We had our wedding Easter weekend and it was amazing. The wedding venue was awesome and everyone liked the venue. There many places to take outstanding photos and the whole staff was amazing. I had gone to two wedding events there prior having mine and the venue have made great new updates to benefit any events hosting there. We are forever grateful of this venue, the staff, the price we paid and the service we received. Hunter our wedding coordinator and his staff were beyond amazing and easy to work with. Wow! This was our first and only venue we visited. We absolutely loved it! This is the only venue to get married at. It has a whole vibe to it. Like a small western town complete with great photo spots like the jail, barber and saloon. There is plenty of space for guests to walk around and look at. The ceremony was in the stable, but they also have an outside chapel area. You will have to see the venue for itself. I will say we booked and did everything for this wedding in 3 months. Kind of a tight schedule but all of the vendors they suggested were amazing. They made the entire event a success and as easy as it could be. The wedding coordinator the assigned to was Marilyn. She is knowledgeable , smart, organized and made us feel at ease. She is very detailed oriented. She has a lot of experience doing this and that really made us feel comfortable. I feel like most people I run into these days don’t really know what is going on. She knew what we needed when we needed it. She directed us and the group as a whole throughout the process. I really can’t say enough good things about her or the venue. They’re a lot of moving pieces in a wedding. I worked banquets for years. I understand the stress. But they handled it really really well. Bruce has a great venue and a great crew working there. You and your guests will have an amazing wedding there.

My experience was amazing. Highly hands down the best wedding venue. Has tons of photo opportunities that are unique for you and your guests. It also is very kid friendly. The venue is beautiful, the bridal and groom suites are inside a beautiful farm house that includes all you need to prepare for the best day of your life. All my guests said it was the best and most fun interactive venue that they have ever been to. The backgrounds are endless for pictures. My fiancé and I are not from Florida so we couldn’t tour the venue prior to choosing it. We were in love with the photos but they just do not do the place justice. The getting ready areas were a stunning surprise, my wedding party didn’t want to leave. They have unlimited photo locations and so much to see on the property it’s like having extra entertainment for the guests. This venue sure will not disappoint, I highly recommend!

We had an amazing experience with our wedding venue (The Hidden Barn). The wedding planners Caleigh and Michelle were amazing! Every question I had was answered in a timely manner and our wedding day went smoothly. My husband and I did not have to stress or worry. The hidden barn handled everything. Once we picked what vendors we liked and booked them for the date the Hidden barn took over and communicated with them on our behalf and made the experience a lot less stressful. The owner Bruce also checked in to make sure everything was to our liking. On our wedding day it rained right when the ceremony was supposed to start but they were able to give us the option to either start the ceremony late or move to the other chapel for the ceremony. We decided to move to the other chapel and Caleigh and her assistant were able to get the decor moved and proceed. We were very happy with everything despite the rain. And after it rained the sun came out and the day was beautiful. The reception was also gorgeous! All of the vendors we chose did awesome and they deliver to the venue (which was super convenient). I would highly recommend this venue!!!

My new husband and myself are extremely pleased with our choosing of the hidden barn venue! We went for the inclusive package and I'm personally fortunate we did. With our work, we are very busy, but this package made life simple. Contacting vendors was very easy (and FUN), there was easy communication between all of them as they know the property and other vendors very well. I didn't have to over explain my vision, contact them about itineraries, etc. They were ready to take care of every detail (certainly took the stress away). We had Shelby as our day of coordinator. She was amazing! I cannot begin to give her enough praise. The week before the wedding- I went a little \"controlling\" I joked I hit another level, I was a bride-o-path, I contacted her every hour with questions, thoughts, display ideas and she was so gracious to not only ease my mind, but to have ALREADY thought of everything to implement it day of. Examples: heaters, baby chair, signs, etc. She had it already figured out for me.I was SO happy with every vendor we used. I work in entertainment and have done countless \"gigs\" with DJs, catering, photographers, etc. Our wedding team was amazing, we were so blessed.Le petite sweet, DJ Johnny Blue Chip, flowers by Angie, Corwins Catering(they come with entire staff for day of, 100% recommend them over ALL the other catering options. Trust me. They are the BEST). Daylin for photography, we also used her recommendation for videography, Justin. It made it very easy to use our vendors recommendations. They had great rapport and you can see that in finished product. Very happy with them. Selena from Crystal designs initially gave us our tour and was there as we did our design session. She is great and was so wonderful in putting my vision together.For decor, we did bring A LOT of our own personal items, I wanted to get creative and make some of my own items to bring along, that's me, artsy fartsy. Shelby and HB team were very helpful putting everything together (better than I imagined) for me as well as properly packing it all up end of night. The entire team was very kind, helpful, and attentive to my needs and needs of my guests. The preparation was wonderful, communication easy, and the wedding day was an absolute DREAM. Thank you, Hidden Barn Venue for the wedding of our dreams! It was everything I could have hoped for and more. We are very very pleased. If you choose this venue, you will not be disappointed!

The Hidden Barn was such a wonderful place to get married and even though it is very rustic it is also a romantic and almost magical place to get married! We got the all inclusive package which made the process extremely easy. I am a very detail oriented and organized person, and because everything was taken care of it was such a relaxing process and I had no worries the day of. This venue is extremely versatile and gives the guests room to explore. Highly recommend!

The Hidden Barn was such a wonderful place to get married and even though it is very rustic it is also a romantic and almost magical place to get married! We got the all inclusive package which made the process extremely easy. I've got to give them a 2-star because of the nonsense we dealt with at the last wedding. I've been to 2 weddings here, and the most recent one, I was part of the bridal party. The first time - it was great. We were only there for the reception and it was a HUGE guest list and everything was good.This most recent wedding in April, though, we had the strangest experience that really put a bad taste in my mouth (and several others close to the incident). They cut off one of the bridal party right at the beginning of the reception - and I know it's just because of how she looks.Which is how she looks normally. Her eyes always kinda look like she might be stoned. But she's not, she was born that way :-)Now they SAID she was slurring, but as someone who was standing with her at that moment can attest - she wasn't slurring.Maybe it was an honest mistake, whatever. It was odd. And if that had been the end of it, that woulda been one thing...But it wasn't. They locked the bridal suite when we (the bride) asked them not to. And this same person who - when she needed to enter the suite - was followed around by a staff-member. None of this was what we expected or signed up for.They made it sound like \"Just don't have a party in the bridal suite\"... It was an open bar, that's fine. But when you unlock the door for one of the bridal party and follow them around while they're inside? 2 people, of the bridal party, going into the bridal suite... should not raise alarms.It was all just WEIRD... And then whatever they said to the Bride (we had the grace to NOT mention this whole thing to the bride, as this stupidity wasn't worth it as she enjoyed her day) made it out like there was a big problem and people were drinking in the bridal suite.All I can say is. I don't know WHAT changed - the first wedding I attended, there was a LOT of drinking and partying and shenanigans, and no one was being bothered about it. That was November 2018. Now, April 2021 they're basically harassing people if they think they're at all inebriated (regardless of whether they are!).There could have been more communication, maybe ask questions if you or your staff is concerned, but cutting off a bridal party member who has had 1.5 drinks and has been busy ALL DAY with a wedding at the very beginning of the reception and then stalking them? Not the way to do it.I had a favorable impression of this venue before, but now I would not recommend: A) Open bar that you pay for through them. The cost was great, but I think it comes with over-the-top policing of grown adults. B) Having a reception without some discussion about how they're going to handle these things? C) If you have a fun crew, or expect to party, maybe find another venue all-together.And I know the excuses - you don't want to over-serve... and if that had even been CLOSE to the reality of the situation, sure. But, it's like you're TOO worried about it to run a wedding venue or serve alcohol. I don't know if it's new leadership/ownership - but, it's whatever. You've been warned.

There are multiple ceremony spaces, so many gorgeous areas for photos, and even a saloon!The venue is meticulously landscaped and all the decor is so well taken care of, you can tell there has been so much thought put into every aspect of the place.As if the venue isn't enough of a reason, both the venue manager and the wedding planning staff are top notch! They went above and beyond for my husband and I, making sure the way we envisioned our wedding was exactly how it turned out.I highly recommend the Hidden Barn Venue to anyone looking for a venue with space, options, decor and a reasonable budget. I have received so many gushing compliments about how amazing the venue was and the huge part it played in making our wedding so perfect.Thanks again for everything!

It was easy to schedule a tour with Bruce who made the booking process efficient. The grounds are immaculate, the Barn is beautifully cozy for a reception, the new white chapel area was perfect for cocktail hour and the ceremony pavilion was easily dressed up with some carefully selected décor. We added on the full planning package which was the best decision because Michelle Sanabria with SMS Events & Design made our event a dream come true. I wish I could give the Hidden Barn and everyone there 10 stars, because they truly went above and beyond on everything!! Bruce and all of his team were incredible and we highly recommend them! We were set to get married Sunday, March 22, 2020 and Covid hit. On the Wednesday March 18th, we decided to postpone the wedding. Everything was so new with Covid and our 158 guest list was down to 55 people if not less by that day. Thinking of everyone's well being we held off and all of the vendors and Hidden Barn agreed to postpone at no additional charge to me. I cannot tell you enough how grateful I was for that alone. We ended up getting married on November 22, 2020. We picked the all inclusice package, where you are given 3-4 vendors to select from for: DJ, Caterer, Flowers, Cake, Photographer/ Video Grapher. You are given bartender which were awesome, a day of coordinator which ended up being two and a half Michelle, Kayla and Abby did an amazing job!! We selected to add the photo booth which was a hit, up lighting, table centerpieces, chair coverings, which was all well worth it as we got to select what we wanted or an idea and Michelle and the team made everything come to life and did a beautiful job!! They were extremely detailed oriented, super attentive to everything and easy to work with. The bridal and groom suite is huge with ample room to get ready even with a large bridal party. The Hidden Barn is charming, super romantic and absolutely beautiful venue! All of our guests raved about how beautiful it was and different from other venues they had been to!! I would say for the cost it was of good vaue and well worth it as I did not have to stress really about anything. We were able to bring our drinks and alcohol and they served it for us which saved us lots of money! Thank you for all that you did for our wedding day to come true and be as perfect as we could havr imagined it!!!!

We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue, some even said it felt like a once in a lifetime experience. The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. They made sure that our big day was exactly what we wished for and that everything ran smoothly. We got married during the COVID-19 pandemic and we felt safe the entire time. They have a DIY package but we went with the all-inclusive package which was very well priced. The bartender forgot to bring the oranges which I need for my favorite drink and, unbeknownst to me, Bruce went all the way to the store to get some for me. This was my dream wedding. I loved this place the second I saw it online. I went to see it in person, and it sealed the deal. Put my deposit the next day. This venue is breathtaking beyond your imagination. The barn itself is gorgeous but then all the extras add to it. The saloon and the chapel plus everywhere you turn there are more places for photo ops. I love the swings. I had a fall wedding with lots of pumpkins and leaves. My favorite addition was the candy bar. Michelle, the wedding planner did an amazing job on it- it was more than anyone could ask for! The cake was decorated like a bitch tree with our initials. The catering company was out of this world. All of their vendors were top notch. My photos were amazing!!! I loved our photographs so much- Gea Isplash. Her work is incredible. Bruce the manager of the venue is very easy to work with and organized. The price was very fair when we compared other packages at similar venues in Orlando. Both Michelle and Bruce were very hands on and Michelle scheduled meetings with us several times leading up to the wedding.

The vendors were amazing and we had many compliments on the food (Mission BBQ). The DJ kept the party going the whole time. The staff were amazing and very detail oriented. Highly recommend for not only a beautiful location, but an awesome staff!

My husband and I found this place through my parents who had attended a family function there months prior to our wedding. When we went to tour the venue we fell in love in a matter of seconds! The first thing that stood out to all of us what how well manicured the ENTIRE venue was - from the landscaping to the little details of the lights and decorations. The venue itself is so beautiful and you can tell they really put time and energy into making the whole atmosphere come together. In comparison to other venues we had already toured, this one had it all. It had everything we needed all in one place which is what we really wanted and it was about half the cost. There was plenty of room for both bride and groom to get ready, along with plenty of space for the guests to stay entertained while we were taking pictures. Our guests raved about the venue and how they had never seen anything like it. We had the perfect weather the day of our wedding! It was a little windy but the team worked together to help give us the grand entrance I wanted even if it meant forfeiting the big curtain opening. At night when the venue is all lit up - it is amazing! It's definitely a hidden gem in Apopka!The team was very attentive the day of our wedding and did everything they could do to help make it as least stressful for us as possible. This is an awesome venue. We held our corporate holiday party here and everyone loved the venue. Bruce Haase has great attention to detail and is wonderful to work with. Michelle was our event manager and definitely had everything running smoothly. Bruce handled all our arrangements for us and made excellent suggestions. I met one of the owners, Brian, during our event and he shared some information on their non-profit (which is awesome - be sure to ask about it) as well as plans for expansion. Definitely a place to enjoy for any event. Would be spectacular for a wedding.

The Hidden Barn venue was a great place for our fundraiser. Bruce and Jennifer were great in helping plan and during the evening was available for anything we needed. Beautiful, clean and perfect for what we needed. Thanks Hidden Barn for being a great venue in Apopka.

As a bride looking for an affordable but beautiful location, I was beyond words impressed with the overall beauty of this location. Pictures will not do the site justice, and I highly suggest taking the time to tour the venue for your special day. The site provides guest with a beautiful area to relax and enjoy throughout your wedding. Guest are able to relax near the garden, enjoy a drink in the on-site Western Saloon, and celebrate with you in the reception barn. The venue provides an on-site bridal/groom suite for friends and family to get dressed and relax in until the ceremony site. Our guest raved about the beauty of this location! If there was one selling factor about this venue, it would be the day-of coordinator, Michelle. Michelle is a passionate, hard working and dedicated person who worked to help us through the ENTIRE process. She ensured that all details were met, vendors were informed, guest were happy and expectations were exceed. Michelle takes her role to heart and treats all brides like they are the most important. I completely trusted her with some of the wedding's most important details and I could not be more happy. The entire staff cares and goes beyond the traditional ways of ensuring customer service. We are forever thankful to them for everything they did for us.

The hidden barn is a stunning venue that offers a one stop shop to make your wedding go easy. The open air chapel is beautiful, the saloon with Elvis overlooking the chapel is a cute, quirky fun place to host the cocktail hour, and then your guests will be blown away by the beautiful barn where your reception is hosted. The whole property is breathtaking and makes you tear up just thinking about getting married there. It's truly something to see and I can't recommend it enough to anyone looking for a beautiful venue that really leaves your guests in awe.Everyone at Traditions made the whole wedding planning process fun and exciting. They held our hands through it all and made the impossible possible (pulling off an amazing wedding in just six weeks) and pretty much stress free. Bruce was the first to make us realize our dreams were possible and was the voice of reason and a friendly face throughout the whole process. Everything we did, Bruce was somewhere behind the scenes, helping make sure it went off without a hitch.Michelle was always a friendly voice on the phone and in person, coming up with great ideas to help make our special day even more magical than we ever thought possible. She was on top of everything, dealing with vendors, coming up with centerpieces, decorating everything just right, and every other little detail of planning that we could have never done on our own. Then on the big day, Michelle and the rest of the Traditions crew made sure everything went off without a hitch.Brian was the best possible minister we could have hoped for. He spent hours talking to us about our relationship and gave us priceless advice that we will take with us for the rest of our lives in our marriage going forward. So I had my wedding here just 3 weeks ago!! And let me tell you, it was everything I expected and desired on my big day!!! I literally had already put a deposit down at another venue months before hearing about this venue, and changed venues and 4 months or so before the wedding! From the day I walked on the grounds at the Hidden Barn Venue, to meeting Bruce and the owners, I was pleased and excited! The facility literally gave me everything I wanted—rustic, glam, classy, and vintage!! I was blown away with the intricate details and how well designed the venue was. Not to mention the fact that you receive the best wedding planner ever with their packages that they offer!!! Michelle was so on point with the planning and coordinating with my wedding. I had so many ideas, and desires for my wedding, and things that they’d never done at the venue. But, they pulled off every single wish of mine. Michelle wasn’t just a “day of wedding planner/coordinator”! That’s what these other venues give you!! She literally was my saving grace!!! I can’t tell you how grateful I am to have had her keep me on my high road during this journey in my life. I didn’t worry and stress about a thing, because her professionalism and experience with weddings and events was so calming; every bride needs someone like a Michelle in their corner!! This venue was amazing! They were prompt for every meeting, thorough, professional, attentive, accommodating, and just super duper helpful!! They stretched my vision! It came to life! I’m a over the top girl, and they went above and beyond for me to make my dream come true. My husband and myself were so pleased and we have the venue to thank. Because they played such a major role within this process of such a quick turn around wedding, with details of a long planning process. This venue is the venue of the year!!! Still to this day, I have so many people coming up to me saying, you had the best wedding I’ve ever been to, your wedding set the bar, this wedding was everything, I can’t believe that I was invited to something like this! The list goes on with the amazements my husband and I received. To the say the least, if you’re looking for a venue that will help to relieve the stress from this wedding planning, if you’re looking for a place that has everything that will benefit the bride, groom, the wedding party and the guests invited, then you’ve found the right place!! I cannot express how blessed and lucky I feel to have found The Hidden Barn Venue. In July, I was scrambling to find a replacement venue for my wedding reception for November, 4 months away. My original venue was condemned and there was no definite reopen date. I was browsing online to find a venue that fit all of my needs (pricing, open catering, BYO alcohol) and it was the most stressful thing you could possibly imagine. I reached out to The Hidden Barn and Bruce, their venue coordinator, was very quick to reply to me. He was nothing short than helpful. I visited the venue and pictures do not do it any justice. The venue is beautiful! Everything is so carefully thought out with the layout. The owners are incredibly nice and they were very accommodating to my needs. They were truly God sent. After booking the venue, Bruce was very active and attentive. He even made sure I spoke to the DJ while he was on vacation! He really took a lot of the wedding planning stress of my shoulders. Since the venue was so beautiful, there was minimal decorations that was needed on my end and that saved us a lot of money. On the day of, everything went smooth and perfect. Their bartender was also awesome! He even danced with us! Couples, I promise you, you will not regret booking with The Hidden Barn. Everything you need and more is within this venue. Not only is it beautiful and quite unique because it feels like you are on your own property getting married since there is also a house to get ready in, not a small suite, an ENTIRE HOUSE. Every part of the venue is a photo opportunity! And the people are just absolutely amazing! I am extremely glad my original venue did not work out because this was everything I wanted/needed and more!

A couple days ago we got married at the beautiful Hidden Barn, without a doubt I had the wedding of my dreams. The Traditions Event Services staff has an excellent team and I had the opportunity to work with their Event Coordinator Michelle. I would greatly recommend her, I was never stressed because she was always on top of everything, from the beginning to the end of our wedding planning. Just booked this venue and we can't wait until our wedding in October. The venue is huge and gives us so many options for the things we want to do. The event manager was great at giving us ideas for our vision and the owners have done such a good job of decorating every area. They were building some new additions to the venue that will be ready for our wedding so thats a plus!
