This gorgeous property features scenic spots that draw out your romantic side and make for a memorable and picturesque wedding album. As a family-owned farm, the team understands the importance of wedding days to not only the couple, but also the guests, and will work alongside you to ensure it is a magical experience for everyone. You can fulfill your entire wedding day on the farm, beginning with an open-air ceremony with countryside vistas in three potential areas, before retreating to the barn for a night of dancing. The barn spans 3,200 square feet and can be decorated with cottage-style wooden tables and chairs to complete the farm aesthetic. There are also get-ready rooms for both wedding parties to prepare comfortably before, during, and after the ceremony. There is also a cocktail garden outside should you and your guests wish to mingle in the night air. The venue can accommodate up to 200 guests, making it ideal for both intimate gatherings and large parties. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. They are the most warm and relatable people Iāve ever met. They made our wedding dreams come true. They are supportive and creative and want to help your vision come true. They have an amazing outdoor patio with a fire pit and an amazing set of string lights that make your night light up. It is a magical place. The small town barn feel with the modern barn aesthetic was exactly what I was looking for

Hidden Creek Farm is the perfect wedding and event venue! The owners are very sweet people and easy to work with. They work with you to ensure that all the event details go smoothly and will help out wherever they can. My husband and I cannot think of a better venue to get married at! Being able to reserve the venue for the whole weekend was a game changer for us and gave us plenty of time to decorate and plan for our big day. They also have a large room full of beautiful decor, and there is no extra to use it. This place is truly heaven sent! If you are debating touring and/or booking this venue, go for it. You wonāt regret it!

There are not enough words to fully describe HCF to the fullest. It is the best hidden gem in rural Ashland city and amazing if you are looking for an updated rustic wedding. When my husband and I were looking for venues, HCF was the first one I shared with my husband to also look at. Without asking, he called the same day and scheduled a tour. It was the one and only venue we looked at and booked on the spot. We could not have asked for a better wedding space as well as individuals to help us in any way we needed throughout the entire planning process. Luanna and James own the property and they are the most amazing people. They will help you with anything you need as well as want to ensure your day goes amazing! They have a bridal suite that you can spend the night in for two nights worry free, as well as a giant storage closet of decorations to be used. I was so thankful for this hidden gem, that I did not have to spend any extra money on decorations, and simply used everything I needed from that closet. A lot of my family came from out of state and had nothing but good things to say about their entire stay and experience with HCF. If you are looking for something rustic, quiet, and genuine as well as budget friendly with tons of offers this is the place!!

If you want the most bang for your buck, an almost completely stress free weekend, and perfect photo spots, this venue is it! Not only is it gorgeous, but the people who run it are absolutely amazing. They are the definition of southern hospitality and make you feel welcomed and relaxed. I cannot recommended them enough. Our guest couldnāt say enough nice things about it.

Luana and James are the sweetest and most down to earth couple. Before touring their venue I had my heart set on another place but something in my heart said.. keep this appointment.. tour this last place and Iām so thankful I listened to my heart. From the moment I stepped foot on their venue, it felt like home. They were so welcoming and I could tell right away they cared about us and our special day. To make things even better, the venue is gorgeous and being able to have it for the weekend was incredible. Being able to decorate the day before made our day so much easier. It was so fun to stay in the beautiful bridal suite with my friends the night before and be able to stay after the wedding instead of driving somewhere else was incredibly convenient as well. Our day was magical, beautiful, and stress free and a big part of that is thanks to this amazing couple.

Hidden Creek Farms was such a fairy tale venue! We could not have asked for a better place, or better people. Luana and James are so welcoming, and still make us feel like family even after the wedding. The bridal suite was gorgeous, and the grounds were just lovely. We did minimal decorating and it still took my breath away. I would recommend this venue to anyone in middle Tennessee, you won't regret it!

I cannot fully express my love for this venue! Not only is the venue itself a southern fairytale, the owners themselves are wonderful! The attentiveness and kindness of everyone was overwhelming and I can honestly say I couldnāt have done it without them. The ceremony sight was so stunning and made for the beautifully rustic yet dramatic and romantic dream place to be married! Not to mention the bridal stash room of tons of decor I was able to use and save money on! And the cozy bridal suite me and my girls were able to get ready in together šThis place and these people will always hold a very special place in my heart and I could not recommend it more!

This venue is a dream! It is such a beautiful venue. The bridal sweet is so spacious, perfect for hair, make, and photos. Best place I could have picked to have my wedding! The owners were so sweet and helpful and really worked with us to make the day perfect! Communication with them throughout the whole process was great! Such a beautiful, clean, and well kept venue! I had my dream wedding there and everything went perfectly! I have absolutely no complaints about the venue or the owners!

When planning a day like this and spending as much time as one does, you never can do enough. The owners made it happen. They went above and beyond on my special day. We had some very unexpected rain come in and without hesitation, they stood by waiting for me to make the final call to have it outside as planned or to move it all inside. Luana kept an amazing line of communication with me thru the whole process and proceeded to go over every detail with me. Her husband did amazing at setting up the outside and having it all where I dreamed it to be. They are constantly revamping and adding new things to the farm. Itās definitely worth checking out and I promise itās worth every single penny!

Hidden Creek farms is amazing! James and Luana are the most hospitable kind ever. They went above n beyond to help us with any questions or things we needed. The bridal suite here is amazing. It was so nice to stay on site with my friends the night before and not need to drive anywhere after the wedding. Also Luanas brunch deserves a huge shout out! The blueberry muffins were freshly baked and absolutely yummy. The venue is well maintained and there were so many spots for beautiful photos.

Meet the Hidden Creek Farm Weddings Team
James & Luana Wiley (Owner) In 2018 out daughter was booked at a wedding venue, however, when we went to take a closer look we discovered it was double booked. In what we believe was divine intervention, we found Hidden Creek and fell in love with it and the previous owners. Fast forward two years when the farm came up for sale. We knew this was where we wanted to be. Since 2020 we have poured our hearts and lives into the venue creating a warm, elegant environment. Our joy is celebrating traditional marriage and making sure your wedding day is as joyful and carefree as you have always dreamed it would be!
