Hidden Grove is that perfect mix of your parent’s backyard with an elegant garden feel! Our outdoor event venue in Woodland, CA is only 15 minutes from Downtown Sacramento and Davis, CA. We can host any event including intimate weddings, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, birthdays, fundraisers, and farm to fork dinners! Our idyllic property can fit up to 150 guests in a secluded, beautiful setting. Hidden Grove is an intimate, charming venue consisting of modern garden designs with a 180-year-old olive tree canopy. With facets both old and new, this renovated property features eye-catching details that create an inviting ambience for milestone occasions. The venue’s 13 lush acres consist of various woodland event spaces for ceremonies and receptions alike. Located near cache creek, the levee provides an incredible backdrop for photos, along with the onsite pond. Prior to the celebration’s highlights, to-be-weds can prepare in separate, on-site get-ready suites complete with bright furnishings. Hidden Grove team members will be there to support you leading up to and on the day of your event. For your convenience, round tables and white chairs will be provided for your event. Bar and games packages, in addition to portable restrooms, are also included!

My husband and I got married at Hidden Grove on April 29th, 2022 and it was absolute perfection! This property is gorgeous and has a beautiful aesthetic. We always knew that we wanted to get married outdoors and Hidden Grove was the perfect location to host our wedding. The grounds are beautiful and well-manicured with so many different areas to take photos. We really appreciated that the home on the property provided areas for both the bridesmaids and groomsmen to get ready at. The team at Hidden Grove is beyond exceptional, going above and beyond to make sure you have the most perfect day! We really enjoyed working with them along with all our other vendors. We had the DREAM team of vendors, many of which we chose from the preferred vendor list. I can’t speak highly enough of this gorgeous venue!

My husband and I had our DREAM garden party wedding at the Hidden Grove! We loved the intimate and private feel, the gorgeous greenery and layout, and the house on the property for the bridal party to get ready in. There are also so many different locations for photos, from the water tower, the paved gardens, pond area, little vineyard, and the silo.From our first visit to the end of the wedding day, the Hidden Grove team were super kind, responsive, and fun (especially Briana and Stephanie!), and we loved working with them to make our vision come true.The venue does require you to book a coordinator, a DJ, and a caterer from their approved list, so keep that in mind. But we absolutely loved our experience and would choose the Hidden Grove for our wedding a million times over!!

I cannot say anything but amazing things about this venue and their staff!! My husband and I had originally planned our wedding elsewhere but, due to the Caldor Fire, we had to move our venue the week before the wedding. Briana and her team were so accommodating and helpful in what would have been an incredibly stressful problem. The venue itself is amazing - perfectly tucked away and inviting. Unlike our original venue, Hidden Grove has an amazing little house on the property that served as the perfect place for me and my bridesmaids to get ready in, as well as the groomsmen and both of our families to hang out until the festivities began. The grounds flow so perfectly from ceremony to cocktail to reception. Our guests were shocked to learn about all the craziness we dealt with leading up to the big day because of how seamless everything turned out. Now I cannot imagine having my wedding anywhere else. 10/10, 5 stars, amazing!!!
