The spacious wooden barn at Hidden Hollow Farm can accommodate up to 250 guests, making it an ideal location for events both big and small. The barn's warm lighting and wooden interior provide a welcoming feel that's perfect for ceremonies and receptions, and it's also a lovely backdrop for outdoor ceremonies. You can say your "I do"s surrounded by the woods, which make the perfect scenic setting for wedding photographs. Fully-equipped get-ready rooms are available for you and your loved one to prepare for the day. As well as weddings, Hidden Hollow Farm can also facilitate engagement parties, rehearsal dinners, wedding showers, and more. There are not enough words to express how perfect of a venue Hidden Hallow Farms was for our daughter’s wedding this past weekend. The venue is beyond stunning both inside and out. Tina, the owner, is an excellent communicator and has been so helpful throughout the entire last year of planning. The day of she was there to help with anything we needed – even holding an umbrella over the outdoor speaker for the ceremony. The grounds are simply gorgeous and there is even a lodge onsite where we were able to give the groom’s out-of-town family a beautiful place to stay. We were able to save on décor because Tina had so much available which we could use for free. She was also able to pull out decorative umbrellas for pictures when rain unexpectedly arrived at just the wrong time. The venue is created to be so versatile with so many well thought out details. Guests raved about the wedding and LOVED the venue. This venue is worthy of a hundred stars! <3

The grounds are beautiful and the lodge is extremely convenient. It had all of my bridesmaids fighting over the shower with 4 shower heads. Possibly the best shower I have ever taken in my life. Tina was very responsive, answered every question I had, was very accommodating and she made sure that everything ran smoothly for my day. She did everything in her power to make sure that I had the wedding of my dreams, and I did. I can’t thank them enough for that.

Tina is fantastic to work with. So accommodating. Our wedding was beautiful, and it was mostly due to her help. Just be advised that the venue capacity is 225. If you have a larger headcount, it will be uncomfortably tight.

I truly don’t even know where to begin with my review of Hidden Hollow Farm. My husband and I found this venue from a google search on barn venues in Indiana. We are from Illinois and we just couldn’t find what we were looking for by us. We had our venue visit in November 2016 and after just walking down the path in the woods to the outdoor ceremony space, we knew we had found our wedding venue! Fast forward to our wedding: October 6, 2018. After 2 years of planning and working with Tina and our wedding planner Vanessa, the big day was here and I found myself feeling overwhelmed. Tina and Vanessa went out of their way to make sure I didn’t know of any little things that were not exactly the way they were supposed to be with other vendors and family and what not. They kept me calm and were beyond helpful the entire wedding day. It was the greatest day of my life, but that wouldn’t be without all of the amazing staff at Hidden Hollow. When it came time to clean up, they had our vehicles packed and ready to go before I could even blink. Words truly cannot express how amazing everyone was. Thank you Hidden Hollow Farm for making my dream wedding a reality!

Hidden Hollow Farm was above and beyond what I could have asked for in a wedding venue! Their staff and my coordinator Vanessa went above and beyond expectations! We are living in Austin, TX and found this place between our hometowns. They all stayed in contact with me making it effortless to get everything in order for day of. Vanessa showed us around the barn and created a vision for us two years before our wedding... when the venue was still under construction! It turned out even better than we pictured back then. It's incredibly beautiful! It is truly something out of a Fairy tale. Working with Olivia, the manager was such a delight! She is so well organized and such a sweetheart! She also did all the heavy lifting, sorting and clean up at end of night making it so easy on us too. Her and Vanessa made everything so great and smooth that my fiance and I were on cloud 9 all day. If there were any fires, I didnt know about them haha! They also stayed in contact with me to make sure I had water or anything else I needed to keep having fun and stay comfortable. Vanessa had everything set up where everything flowed so nicely! This venue and the crew working there could not have done anything more to make this the best day ever. They are all truly the best people and know how to really throw a fun and exciting party! We will be reliving the memories for years to come and hope to see the staff again in the future, they became like family :) Thank you Hidden Hollow team SOOOO much for everything you did for us. It was truly a dream come true!

Hidden Hollow was an absolutely beautiful venue for our woodsy-elegant themed wedding. Vanessa was so quick to respond to emails while we prepared for the wedding, and the day of went smoothly during set up. Only thing that bothered us was the amount of bugs and poison ivy, which didn't allow us to go many places for pictures. However, we worked around that and enjoyed our day at Hidden Hollow.

I was literally walking over lumber as they were constructing the place but I knew that this was going to be amazing once it was complete. Vanessa was there every step of the way, there immediately to answer my questions! We had our ceremony & reception at Hidden Hollow April 29th, 2017. I was dead set on having an outdoor ceremony rain or shine. Unfortunately the weather was not in our favor, we're talking black sky's with weather warnings all day. Once I walked into the barn that morning they had set up the ceremony seating in the barn I knew it was going to be just as beautiful if it were outdoor & my worries melted away.After the wedding, I could not tell you how many compliments I received on the venue! Every one thought it was absolutely beautiful! Thank you so much ladies!

Venue grounds and appeal are 5 star. This place is so beautiful and the owners work very hard to keep its curb appeal, it was everything I wanted in a venue. However, some staff made planning stressful and lacked hospitality in some regards. I believe this to be a newer company and has kinks to still work out. In the end, everyone was impressed by the venue ceremony site and reception areas. They offer many options and provide a large variety of rustic decor. The sites are absolutely jaw dropping if you want a rustic yet elegant venue or a gorgeous outdoor option with one of a kind views for photography opportunities.
