Hidden Hollow is a peaceful, romantic venue in Reedley, CA that exclusively hosts weddings and private events. If you’d like to exchange your vows in the beauty of a tranquil garden amidst colorful flowers and mature trees, Hidden Hollow is the perfect place. Hidden Hollow is a family-run business, and their team has plenty of experience in the wedding industry. Sisters Heather and Laura learned the art of floral arrangement at a young age from their parents, owners of The Country Junction Flowers & Gifts in Fresno. Years of catering to weddings helped them to mold the perfect venue. Their expertise can be seen in the special little details throughout the space, which elevate it above other wedding locations. Hidden Hollow can hold up to 220 guests, and boasts a multitude of indoor and outdoor settings for your ceremony and reception. Outdoor ceremonies can be held at Garden View, by the pond and waterfall, or at the Lakeside, with stunning views of Wahtoke Lake and Campbell Mountain. The Bluff View offers vistas of the lake, the Sierra mountains, and the foothills, and the Hollow features mulberry trees to provide shade for your guests. Their branches make a canopy that creates a secret-garden feel. You can enjoy your reception in the elegant Grand Ballroom, featuring glass chandeliers, large windows with lake views, and a cozy fireplace. The all-inclusive packages cover everything you’ll need for the day, except for the photographer and officiant. Additional support provided includes full-service catering, a DJ, custom outdoor lighting, and event staff to take care of setup, cleanup, and floral design and decoration. Onsite parking is available, as well as golf-cart transportation to take guests around the property. The staff at Hidden Hollow will take care of everything, so all you have to do is relax and enjoy your day in their beautiful venue.

We just had our wedding there on April 7th and it was amazing! Everyone commented on how chill we both were leading up to the wedding and that was because Hidden Hollow made everything so nice for us. With essentially everything being included and the straightforward way of choosing the details, we didn’t have much to worry about leading up to the wedding. Heather does a great job answering any questions you have leading up to the day and Christina was there to answer questions on the day and help put out any fires that happened. Even the DJ was a great communicator before and during the day. The caterer they work with made delicious food and the service was quick and efficient. Just a warning since there’s all the beautiful flowers and vegetation that there are bees on the property in case that’s a concern for people. It was mainly new two of the ceremony sites so it wasn’t near ours but was near our photo spot. Everything was exactly like how we wanted though. We also got so many compliments about how beautiful the venue was. Truly the best day.

We recently had our wedding at Hidden Hollow and it was a dream! Heather, Melissa, & Kristina went above and beyond to make our day seamless, organized and beautiful. I highly recommend Hidden Hollow for anyone's wedding day or special occasion. Heather took my wedding vision and made it a reality. I was blown away when I saw our reception and ceremony site. Heather, Melissa, Kristina and team were efficient, easy to work with and helped us every step of the way. There aren't enough words to praise this venue and the family that makes all the magic happen. Thank you Hidden Hollow for making my wedding dreams come true and giving me the most whimsical dream day. Hidden Hollow is a hidden gem and a gorgeous unique space for all events!

We just had our wedding there this past weekend and let me tell you it felt like I was in a dream. The Venue is all inclusive except for the photographer and officiant, which is perfect if your a busy person like me and my husband. For being all inclusive we felt their prices were more than reasonable as well. We had multiple meetings and communicated with Heather and Melissa in order to get everything put together and to get an idea of what we wanted and you can tell they knew what they were doing. On the Day of the rehearsal and wedding Kristina Helped coordinate and she was amazing! Hidden Hollow is definitely a hidden Jem!

Heather and Melissa made everything so simple, flawless and stress free!! I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting for the ceremony and reception! They did everything from the set up to take down. I would definitely recommend this place!!

Words can't describe how amazing this venue is. We got married May 11, 2019. Everything went so smooth. I was constantly being updated on what was happening and included in every decision. Since the venue is all-inclusive I waited for an email from Melissa to tell me what the next step in the process was and who I was to meet with next. I showed Heather pictures on my Pinterest page of what I was looking for and she exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Hidden Hollow, beautiful venue, nice staff, and easy to work with. The guests from our wedding cannot stop talking about how beautiful and wonderful everything was.

Hidden Hollow was such a beautiful place to be married. The setting is immaculate with so many different backdrops making for the best photos. The grounds are so well kept. I loved being able to be married outside under the beautiful trees then moving into the gorgeous ballroom for the reception. The all inclusive nature of this venue makes planning so easy and takes away so much of the stress of planning a wedding. The flowers were perfect and just what we had envisioned. The decor and place settings were amazing. All of the included vendors were great and easy to work with. Classic Catering provided great food and the cake from Main Street was both beautiful and delicious. Wakehouse did a great job bartending and worked with us to provide tasty craft beers. TNT DJ services were also great. The staff is incredible and so helpful. Melissa made our day a breeze. Multiple guests told us it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and we couldn't agree more! Hidden Hollow did an A++ job!

January 19, 2019 was the best day of our lives. And the team at Hidden Hollow made it the GREATEST DAY EVEROnly way to go now a days. Hidden Hollow does it all with a couple of appointments everything is handled. And the flowers were amazing. If your looking to wow your guest this is the way. Thank You Hidden Hollow

First of all, Hidden Hollow is nestled in the foothills outside of Reedley, next to a tiny lake and surrounded by orange orchards. It is stunningly beautiful. I saw pictures of weddings there online, and the views were what first interested me. Pictures don't do it justice!! When my fiance and I went for a tour, we came in knowing that the price was a little high for us and we probably were going to have to say no - but after standing at the bottom of the hill under the trees and listening to the birds sing and the bees buzz, we were completely in love. Yes, Hidden Hollow is a little pricey. But that is because they include EVERYTHING that you need, minus the photographer and the officiant. They contract companies for the cake, the catering, the bar, and the dj, and they do the florals themselves. Most importantly, they take the place of a wedding planner and a day-of coordinator. Somehow Heather looked inside of my brain and discovered things I didn't even knew I knew, and she created the most perfect concept from that. The process was as stress-free as it can possibly be. They handled EVERYTHING. When you do the math for hiring all of your vendors individually, Hidden Hollow is BY FAR WORTH THE PRICE. Florals are what they do best. The package came with five bouquets, five boutonnieres, AND centerpieces for the reception. You also have the option of adding decorations and florals on as you want. Personally, I didn't think much additional was needed for ceremony decorations, because the venue itself is so freaking gorgeous. The bouquet was exactly what I had envisioned. Melissa even told me that when they were putting it together, she suggested adding on ribbons because she thought it fit my personality perfectly, and she was RIGHT. For the day of, they have both a bridal suite and a groom's suite for getting ready. The groom's suite has a pool table, comfy couches, a tv, and a really nice seating area out on the patio, but no restroom. But the bridal suite is absolutely FANTASTIC - it's comfortable, functional, beeeeautiful, and by the end of the afternoon, I honestly felt so at peace in there that it felt like it belonged to me. There's a huge tv and entertainment center, so you can watch Netflix or listen to music through the sound system. It also includes several makeup stations and hair dressing stations with lots of lighting and outlets, and a full-sized private bathroom - and a gorgeous baby grand piano, a huge gilded-framed mirror, and a little wine fridge. My bridesmaids and I arrived there at 9am the day of, which was as early as we were allowed, which gave us several hours to just veg and relax and drink champagne. As a day-of coordinator, Melissa was AMAZING. She was so cool and professional all day, but also personable and lovable. She was so in control of everything, and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Having her direct us through the whole thing was such a relief. She even waited for me at the halfway point during the recessional (which is a slightly steep walk downhill from the bridal suite), and helped me change from my flats into my heels. She really knelt down and helped me put on my shoes. Everything literally went perfectly. I didn’t think that was possible, but it was absolutely perfect. I am so grateful to Heather and Melissa and all of the Hidden Hollow staff for taking the time to get to know us, and for creating the most perfect day from that. I cannot stress how highly I recommend them!!!
