Hidden River Ranch is the most rustic and elegant wedding and event venue in the Texas Hill Country! We are located on 540 beautiful acres in Lampasas, Texas with incredible Texas Hill Country views. We are a family owned and operated business with the goal to provide our clients with the most memorable event. The Hidden River Ranch Wedding and Event Venue offers a 10,000 square foot event barn sitting over a large pond with a bridal suite, grooms room, and over 3,000 square feet of outdoor patio area. Outside of our event barn is a spacious courtyard area that attaches to the elegant Hidden River Ranch chapel. The absolute best! Talk about a one stop shop, this venue was a dream come true. It really lacked nothing at all, and it was altogether stunning. Taylor the owner was great, he was was very helpful and just an all around nice guy. I also loved how the property itself was secluded.

I could not brag more about this amazing venue! For starters, it is absolutely beautiful and the owners paid attention to EVERY single detail while building. To add to that, the whole process of booking was extremely easy and Lauren was so easy to work with along the way. Lauren assisted me with any questions and concerns I had and was always willing to let me come back out to the venue to check things out if I was curious for decor or vendors. They really worked with me to allow me to have everything I wanted for the big day and were beyond accommodating. I would recommend HRR to anyone!

The moment we took a tour, we knew that this place would be the one where we shared our most special day. The venue was PERFECT! We received so many compliments on our choice and the flow of the night. The guests loved that they could go onto the deck to enjoy the view and fountain, plenty of room to dance inside and also play yard games in the courtyard. We also stayed in the onsite cabins which I highly recommend. They were extremely nice and our family enjoyed not having to drive all the way back into Austin at the end of the night. Lauren and Taylor were extremely helpful from start to finish!

The venue was PERFECT! We received so many compliments on our choice and the flow of the night. The guests loved that they could go onto the deck to enjoy the view and fountain, plenty of room to dance inside and also play yard games in the courtyard. It is the most beautiful backdrop for a wedding and more than a few of our guests have told us it's the most amazing wedding venue they've ever been to. The owners, Lauren and Taylor, are so great as well. They're happy to answer any and all questions you may have and will work with you to make sure your day is exactly how you imagined it. I honestly can not say enough good things about HRR, and we are so happy we were able to celebrate our special day here!

This venue is absolutely beautiful ! I recently got married here and I'm so glad we chose this location ! Lauren and Taylor were great to work with, anytime I had questions they responded quickly and were always super sweet and accommodating. My guests were impressed with the scenic route to get to the venue with wildlife! My favorite part was the bridal suite and the gorgeous chapel. I am so happy we chose HRR to help make my dream wedding possible !

My parents needed to make a couple trips out there because they are not tech savvy and they worked with us to make sure all details were in order. They were also quick in responding to any questions and provided all the information you needed up front. Thank you HRR for allowing us to have our dream wedding there! The venue is amazing. I am not from Texas and most of my guests were not either but everyone really enjoyed visiting hill country. The surrounding area is beautiful and featured wildlife that made for unique photos. The Hidden River Ranch staff are super helpful and responsive! The reception and ceremony space were perfect for big and small weddings, I was so glad to come across this venue!

We had 4 different make up artists/hair stylists + 7 bridesmaids +1 bride+ mom, aunt and grandmother in the bride suit all day and there was PLENTY of room for all of us to get ready! The groomsmen and groom enjoyed a morning of golf at a club nearby and then enjoyed playing on the shuffle board table and watching March Madness in the groom suite to pass the time in the afternoon. We had the best weekend. You will not be disappointed with this venue or the sincerity of the owners.

We were recently married at Hidden River Ranch. A year ago we visited this beautiful 540 acre property as this venue was being built. It exceeded all of our expectations! It really is a MUST see in choosing a venue. Lauren and Taylor Kelley, the venue owners, went above and beyond to make our day special. I doubt you will find two people more willing to be accommodating. From the beautiful wood floors and crosses in the chapel to the secret staircase and Juliet balcony in this beautiful barn, the brides room, the grooms room, and the bar area, no detail was spared. It is simply a stunning and a remarkable venue and we have received compliments not only from our guests but we have been messaged on social media from strangers about the beauty of this venue. Go take a look, you will not regret it!

If you book your wedding at Hidden River Ranch, you will NOT be disappointed. In fact, you will not only be at one of the most beautiful venues in Hill Country, but you will receive the best service one could ask for. From day one, Lauren answered all of our questions with no problem at all and made us feel right at ease (and we had a lot of questions as we booked the venue from Chicago, never seeing the grounds). The first time we visited, Lauren and Taylor urged us to feel free to ask for anything or shoot them any ideas and they'd see if they could make it work -- they did not fall short of that statement. HRR doesn't fall short on amenities either. Truly, they have thought of everything: outside pavilion, chapel, if weather is bad (or prefer inside wedding); bridal suite with shower and makeup stations; grooms suite with a bar and a deck for grilling; stock tanks to fish in; huge refrigerator for cake, flowers, drinks, etc; and so much more! I feel so lucky to have been able to get married at HRR. Since we were one of the first couples to get married there, it wasn't tough to book our desired date, but I know it's going to be a hot, hot, hot place for Hill Country weddings, so if you're thinking of having your wedding at HRR, don't think -- just do! You will have a gorgeous wedding and feel 100% confident with Lauren and Taylor helping make your day as special as it deserves to be.

They also were very cordial to allOf vendors! Hidden River Ranch is a beautiful venue that meets all necessities and beyond for the day of your event! Taylor and Lauren Kelley (Owner) \"To enjoy your work is a gift from God\" Ecclesiastes 5:19To say that we love what we do is an understatement. We are so thankful that we are living our dream! We were married in 2015 and our life has been full of blessings and countless memories! Taylor graduated from Dallas Baptist University with a degree in Business Marketing and Lauren graduated from The University of North Texas with a degree in Hospitality Management. Together, we make the perfect team to make every wedding/event dream a reality!
