If you can afford this venue- book it!! They will not disappoint!! By far the most prepared, professional, detail oriented vendor I had. Dawson and his team are DETERMINED to make your wedding day perfect. They are so responsive, care about every detail, and can also provide stunning decorations, rentals, and flowers. We hardly had to bring any decorations to the venue- they had it all and it turned out like a fairy tale. I never doubted their ability to handle every last detail with ease and were honestly more helpful than my wedding planner at times in making sure everything went smoothly. Cannot recommend them enough! The venue is stunning but all the little, thoughtful touches and wonderful service they add make it even more so!

Dawson and his team are DETERMINED to make your wedding day perfect. They are so responsive, care about every detail, and can also provide stunning decorations, rentals, and flowers. We hardly had to bring any decorations to the venue- they had it all and it turned out like a fairy tale. I cannot stress enough how much we LOVED Highpointe Estate! From meeting with Dawson the first time we toured to even after the wedding when Katie is reaching out and helping me when she is out of the office. We used the all inclusive package for our wedding of about 50 and I did not stress a bit. They took care of the catering, cake, DJ, security, and floral (which is done by Highpointe themselves). Everything that I had asked for came to life with them. The vendors that they chose to work with were all amazing themselves. I never had to question where we were in the process of things. Everyone was quick to communicate with us. Katie took care of absolutely everything the day of the wedding. She made sure everyone was in the place they were meant to be and even when things got a little behind schedule, she did not worry and kept a smile on her face. HighPointe Estate was the first and ONLY venue that Wyatt and I toured. Pulling up to the venue is a WOW factor in itself because it is just a beautiful building, but once we walked through the front doors is when it really started to get real. The vibe of this venue is LOVE and it is integrated into every aspect of every room. During our tour of the venue, Dawson had me do a âmock walk down the aisleâ to music while Wyatt and my parents waited down front of the chapel. This emotional moment is what sold us on the venue. We also chose HighPointe for floral was wellâand letâs just say Dawson and Kirsten worked diligently to make sure that my vision of floral was met. I think at one point Dawson named me âthe âAnemone Brideâ, and I will admit, I shed some tears when I was told there might not be MANY or ANY fresh anemones for my wedding. Ultimately, of course, Dawson and Kirsten did what they do best and found plenty of fresh, beautiful anemones to meet my whimsical vision for every aspect of our floral. If you know anything about anemones, you know that they are very delicate, but I still had beautiful anemones 2 weeks after our wedding. My dream of Bouquet preservation is REAL, and for that I am forever grateful for the diligence of the HighPointe Floral team!! The communication between everyone at HighPointe was both compassionate and exceptional. My liaison, Katie, was my go-to girl, and without her, I probably would have been lost. She was always there to answer my many questions, whether by text or phone call. EVERYTHING about HighPointe Estate made our wedding one to remember. We received so many compliments from our guests, who experienced firsthand what a stunner this venue is. Wyatt and I will treasure our wedding memories for a lifetime, and we are grateful for Dawson and the HighPointe Team for making our fairytale a reality. --The Colemans

Dawson has really thought of EVERYTHING at this venue, and it was the little details that really sold us. His team was incredible helpful, always very organized, and did everything to make sure the venue was in pristine condition on our special day. We also used HPE for our floral design services and were BLOWN AWAY by how beautiful everything turned out. I heard from multiple different guests that this was the most beautiful wedding that they've ever attended, and we owe a LOT of that to HPE. I wish we could get married all over again just so we could keep working with the HighPointe team :)

Perfect place! They made the process so fun, and easy. Dawson, Katie and the crew made the whole day a dream. They really treat you like their first priority. They went completely out of their way to make sure the day and everything leading up to it was perfect and exactly what I wanted and I had the option to change anything up until the morning of. The venue is beautiful, and the staff is even better!

This venue was nothing short of perfect! We felt so lucky to have our wedding here. The staff is amazing & helped us plan everything just the way we wanted it. Dawson, the owner, was intentional in every way & was an amazing guide throughout the whole process. I could not speak more highly of this venue & everyone who works here. I will forever recommend Dawson & the HighPointe team/venue to anyone and everyone. We are so grateful for our experience & loved every second of our time working with this team & being at the venue! It made for the most beautiful pictures too. Choosing HighPointe was the best decision we could have made & now it will forever be one of our favorite places!

HighPointe Estate truly lives up to their mission, \"Thoughtfully Designed. Artfully Created for you\". I cannot describe how stunning this venue is, every piece of it is just magnificent. But what truly makes HighPointe Estate standout is Dawson and his team. We toured back in 2020 and were delightfully introduced to Dawson. Pulling up to the venue and walking inside my fiance, family, and I all knew that this venue was like nothing else we had seen in central Texas. However, Dawson is the special touch that makes this venue so magnificent. He believes in the specialness that surrounds someone's wedding day and it is his and his staff's goal to make it the most wonderful day in a family's life. We didn't speak to another venue that truly loved weddings and fulfilling people's dreams like Dawson did. We also used HighPointe's floral team (lead by Dawson and Helen). Again, a spectacular experience! They created my dream florals and were so extremely kind and helpful during the planning process. Helen was so sweet and patient with my many questions and requests. They really took the time to make sure they understood my vision. Also, they made finding vendors so so easy. They have a preferred vendor list (but you are not forced to use them), trust me and use those recommendations. Dawson only suggests the best in the industry, and all of the vendors were just as sweet as him and his team. We used their recommendations for cake, coordinating, catering, DJ, and officiant.This is a long review, but I cannot express enough how amazing HighPointe Estate is. August 4, 2022 (our wedding day) was such a special day and it wouldn't have been the same with out HighPointe estate, Dawson, and his wonderful team.

Paul and I looked at several venues for our wedding before walking into HighPointe and immediately knowing that this was the venue for us! Dawson put his heart and soul into this venue and you can clearly see it. When they say, âThoughtfully Designed. Artfully created for youâ they really mean it! There is so much attention to detail at HighPointe as well as the Moonlight Bungalow, which we also used for our rehearsal dinner. Our client liaison, Michelle was very helpful and super friendly. Itâs like we had known her for years after our first encounter. All of the HighPointe staff is top notch and they all pulled together to make our wedding more than we could have ever dreamed of. Our entire experience with HighPointe was great and the result of all of their hard work was, in our opinion, PURE PERFECTION!!We also used HighPointe for our florals and that was one of the best decisions we could have made. Every floral piece in that venue on our wedding day was GORGEOUS!! And our floral hedge!! đ I cannot put into words how much we loved our floral hedge. Every inch of it was breathtakingly beautiful, down to the wood base that the florals were placed on. We are still in awe of every piece and we are so grateful for all of hard work that was put into our wedding.Special thank you to Dawson who even made our ceremony wonderful. âThe words were all perfect. Thatâs how a wedding should be,â is what one of our guests stated to us about the ceremony and we could not agree more! âĽď¸Everyone associated with HighPointe really is the very best of the best!! Their recommended vendors are all fantastic and our biggest piece of advice is to trust their recommendations and suggestions because they will exceed every single expectation and promise by leaps and bounds. The have created a beautiful venue with indoor and outdoor space to create just the kind of wedding you're looking for. I needed indoor ceremony and indoor reception space for nearly 300 and HighPointe Estate is one of the only venues in town that fits that need! They offer in house florals and design that are incredible, and just make it so much easier for you on the day. We truly felt taken care of there and the team will go above and beyond to make your wedding perfect. I had such a stress free wedding day because this venue was created so intentionally and so well, and is the perfect place for your wedding!

We originally planned for our wedding to take place in my parents backyard but because their house is a new build, they hit major delays during the ice storm and because of covid. We already had a date, all our vendors booked and family and friends with plane tickets purchased but suddenly found ourselves with a HUGE problem- the house would not be finished before our wedding day. With that being said, we had to scramble a bit to find a venue last minute. Somehow all the stars aligned and Highpointe was still available on only our date for the rest of the year and it happened to be less than 10 minutes from our original location. I had seen pictures of the venue from many of my friends as itâs a popular venue to get married at if youâre from Georgetown like us but when I saw it in person for the first time I was blown away. Itâs so thoughtfully designed, Dawson and his wife are very personable and the grounds are beautiful. Although this venue was out of our budget originally, I will say our experience was fantastic!

Fast forward to 3/27/21, the \"take two\" two years in the making wedding as COVID crashed the original date in 2020. 3/27/21 could have not been more perfect! Dawson, Leanne and the floral team did an amazing job, they went above and beyond the photos we shared of Lauren's vision for her big day. I had a friend ask me if I needed help setting up decorations the morning of, I kindly replied no. I told her my florals are my dĂŠcor, little did I know what I was walking into...I got goosies and it brought me to joyful tears! This set our schedule back and rushed our time with the photographer, but the venue manager resolved everything and it was still a wonderful day.

I cannot say enough about Dawson and Highpointe Estate. We visited this venue when it was just studs and concrete, but Dawson's detailed vision of the venue was enough for us to book with him the day after our tour. Our trust in Dawson paid off as the venue was even better than he had originally described. From an objective standpoint, the venue had everything we could want: beautiful detail and design inside and out, thoughtful architecture in both the chapel and great hall, and amazing ambiance nestled in the 40+ acres of Liberty Hill. Just as important, though, was how great Dawson was to work with. We were one of the couples affected by COVID, and thus had to postpone our wedding. What started as a 7-month planning process quickly turned into an 18-month planning process, and the support we received from Highpointe throughout the process quite simply restored our faith in humanity. No matter how long it had been since we were able to speak with the venue about plans or visit the venue for logistical reasons, Dawson was right there to greet us by our first names as if we had known him our entire lives. He and his team do a fantastic job at making you feel like you're the only wedding on their mind, and it builds a positive relationship that makes you wish you could formally invite the entire team to the wedding itself!

I officiated at a wedding at HighPointe Estate last night and I just have to compliment their amazing staff, owner, and venue. The Moonlight Bungalow was the perfect setting for a small wedding. The Ceremony Circle is intimate and beautiful. Everything worked well. But the staff and owner take the prize. They worked so diligently and cheerfully to see that everything went seamlessly. The couple could not have been more pleased as were all the vendors who contributed to making their wedding special. Kudos to a premier venue for setting the bar so high.

We bought in because we trusted Dawsonâs vision. The venue turned out to be even MORE beautiful than the drawings. I have no regret booking this venue for my wedding. Due to COVID19 we shifted from a wedding of over 200 people and downsized to 35 guests. The staff was helpful in figuring out how to make my dream of a big wedding with few people still come to reality. My wedding, 9/19/2020, was amazing. The photos from this venue came out spectacular. LOVED this venue. Book it today!

I cannot recommend HighPointe Estate enough! Dawson and his team are top notch and I can't imagine having a better team to work with. HP was the first venue we looked at and we knew within minutes of meeting Dawson that we wanted to have our wedding at HP. We toured the venue when it was still being framed and in the early stages of construction, but Dawson clearly explained his vision for his venue so well that we knew it was the one. Although we got married during a pandemic, Dawson did everything in his power to make our wedding all that we dreamed it would be. We had to make several changes the month before the wedding to comply with state guidelines, but Dawson handled everything with ease and we didn't have to worry about a thing. Every space at HP is stunning. The chapel took our breath away - the windows are to die for! The bridal suite is cozy, comfortable, and beautiful and made me feel so special. My hubby loved the grooms suite, especially with the lockers. The ceilings and beams in the ballroom open up the space so much. The patio is immaculate and is the perfect place for cocktail hour. Also, Dawson does flowers.... and he does them BIG! We chose Dawson to do our florals and my goodness, he blew us away! He exceeded every single expectation and gave me every single thing I wanted. I am still swooning over the floral garland that draped down from the piano and the floral garland on the head table. Everything was so stunning and smelled wonderful! Our guests are still talking about the flowers :). I loved every single thing about HP and I couldn't recommend it more for a wedding! To Dawson, thank you so much for loving me and my family and helping make my dream wedding a reality! I will never be able to thank you enough for all that you did for us.

The wedding planning experience only got better from there (EVEN DURING A PANDEMIC)! Dawson and his team did everything to make my dream day come true and help me find the best vendors in Austin Area. I truly cannot imagine having had my wedding anywhere else but here. The spaces are all thought down to the tiniest of details; Hidden closet to store your things in the Bridal Suite, Grand Piano to play during the ceremony, beautiful wooden lockers in the grooms suite to be organized and more. Best of all, no matter what your style is, the whole venue is a beautiful masterpiece that will fit any theme you pick. You truly feel like you are working with the most professional and genuine people in the wedding industry. Dawson and his team are there for you every step of the way and want just as badly as you do for your day to go perfectly. I will forever cherish this venue for the rest of my life and am forever thankful to Dawson and his team for making me feel just like a princess and marry the love of my life. We will never have enough words to express how amazing HighPointe Estate and Dawson Clark made our wedding day. My fiance and I decided very quickly after getting engaged that we wanted to plan the wedding immediately. We married a little over 3 months from getting engaged. We knew we wanted a small, intimate wedding with our family and closest friends but I had NO IDEA how difficult even a small wedding is to plan in that short a period of time. After spending what felt like endless days trying to find ANY venue that we could rent quickly and would be acceptable to us, I was beyond frustrated and discouraged. We searched vineyards that wanted insane amounts of money for our small group. We searched for gazebos by lakes or rivers around Austin. Again, insane amounts of money for the small, intimate wedding we wanted. I called parks that I felt were pretty around the area to check on small pavilions. Either there was no where to have a gathering of people or I had to rent huge venues that would cost me thousands for a small group of people. I was quickly losing hope for the \"perfect\" wedding for us. Then, by the grace of God, I was directed to Dawson Clark. I called his cell phone number thinking this would be another disappointment but within 2 rings, Dawson picked up the phone. I told him that I had been referred to him by one of the local park employees I had spoken with about where I could find a wedding venue. I had no idea what a blessing was taking place for us in those moments. Dawson started speaking to me about the bungalow at his venue that would be the perfect size for our small wedding without forcing us to rent a pavilion or building to seat hundreds of people. He told me to get my fiance and head out to meet him at the bungalow after work. We met up with him and from that day forward, all of the wedding planning flowed effortlessly. My fiance and I were completely captivated by the beauty of the venue from the moment we arrived there. Dawson spent hours with us covering the planning for my dream of a sunset wedding in the garden of the bungalow. The venue itself was just breathtaking with the amazing renovation work Dawson had done to the bungalow with his own hands. Over the next few weeks, he talked us through every possible detail we could imagine to create the perfect wedding for us. He walked us through seating, china place settings, linens, caters, bartenders and even came through at the last minute with the wedding cake maker when another company flaked on me. My favorite part of all, Dawson and his wife made all of our flower arrangements. We had bouquets, boutonnieres, beautiful lily decoration pieces, table arrangements, head pieces for all the females in the wedding party and a big, gorgeous flower piece hanging on the beautiful gate behind us as we married in the garden. Once I found Dawson and turned my dreams over to him, he made every single one of those dreams come true and more. HighPointe Estate is a magical place. My wedding was more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and the amount of love and devotion to making our dreams come true that Dawson and his wife put in to our special day, will never be forgotten. The compliments my husband and I receive about our wedding and the venue are endless. HighPointe Estate exceeded all of our expectations and made the beginning of us sharing the rest of our lives together the most perfect day either of us could have ever imagined.

Dawson is the most incredible man to work with!! My husband and I were hoping to have our wedding at his venue, but, unfortunately, it wasn't going to be ready in time for our big day. Now, that might sound horrible, but Dawson went above and beyond for us!! He was our florist for our big day, but I'll get into that in a moment. During the entire process, he was open to all communication and was a huge help when it came to laying out my vision for what I wanted on the big day. He also allowed us to use the Moonlight Bungalow on the property for my bridal shower!! It is the most stunning building I've ever been into, and it fit my style perfectly. Now, when it came time for the wedding floral, to be honest, there were these hideous trees in our ceremony space that we couldn't remove. But, never fear because Dawson took one look at them and said, \"No problem...I can disguise those!\" Sure enough, on our big day, I didn't even recognize it!! He turned them into beautiful greenery pieces, had stunning floral arrangements in front of them, added floral and greenery to our archway, took care of cocktail table pieces, entry table pieces, placed fresh flowers on my bride's cake, gave us the most stunning centerpieces, perfect bouts for the guys, and I must say, my bridal bouquet was STUNNING!! He also made a smaller version of mine for my mom since she walked me down the aisle. He did so much more, but I think you get the idea. Dawson is seriously so wonderful and we were truly blessed to have him as part of our special day, but also our journey!!

They produced an amazing event below budget and over expectations. Many of our guests commented on how comfortable the surroundings were and the hospitality of the Clarks and their staff. The owners of HighPointe Estate were formerly focused in floral art and wedding decor, and they were kind enough to do my wedding back in early 2015. In fact, I believe my wedding was the first one that they ever did start to finish. Everything from bouquets to centerpieces, a hand-built arch, and all things in between. Dawson, the owner, took every care possible to make sure that my day was perfect. To say he went above and beyond is an understatementâhe thought of every last detail. It was during the organizing of my wedding that the Clark family decided they wanted to go into this business full time, with their full hearts, and build their very own wedding venue in the Austin area. (I know this because they've since told me!) Dawson actually left his career (which he loved) in the non-profit sector to take on this dream, and he is so well suited for it. I've seen the plans for this place and I've seen the photos of the landâwith Dawson at the helm, HighPointe Estate is going to make for the most dreamy wedding venue. The bride's private garden patio, the brilliant cocktail hour terrace, and the unbelievable stained-glass chapel windows are just a few of many highlights. If I hadn't already been married, I would jump at the chance to be one of the very first brides to get married in this dreamy space.
