I LOVED having my wedding at the Hiland this past weekend. It was beautiful and all our guests raved about the food. Dan was always available to meet with us to go over all our questions and details we wanted to add. The Hiland was like our second home during the whole process and it was so easy working with Dan I was able to focus on other wedding details. 10000/10 recommend.

Dan, Thomas, and Kasha were the members of the Hiland Park Country Club Wedding team that my wife and I dealt with directly and they were amazing. They were always prompt to help us from the time of meetings as we began the process of planning and designing the wedding, all the way through to packing up all of our wedding decor nice and neat to be picked up the next morning. The food was phenominal, the cocktail hour was longer than expected which everyone loved, and the timeline of each step of the wedding was right on point. All while not seeing much of the people who make these things happen. They were behind the scenes unless needed which is what we wanted! If Hiland is in your considerations, trust me, look no further. They have social media pages that you can see what some of the weddings that’ve been held there look like like if that helps. Lastly, if you plan on doing a wedding in the fall like we did, I’ll say the grounds are prestine at this time of year and makes for gorgeous photos.

The best decision we made was choose Hiland as our wedding venue! They were recommended to us and with good reason!! They make the wedding planning a breeze because they have everything you need including a beautiful ballroom and chandelier, beautiful outdoor ceremony spot, a gorgeous groom and bridal suite oh and a generous sized dance floor to get down all night! Dan was super helpful as well as all the staff the day of the rehearsal and the day off. We are so grateful we chose them as our wedding venue! We received many compliments about how fun it was and the food.

The minute we walked into this venue to view it, we knew it would be perfect for our wedding and it was.Our guests can’t get over how amazing our wedding was from start to finish. Many make point to note how they felt when they were greeted with champagne. It really sets the tone. All of the staff are incredible. Everyone really truly wants you to have the best day. Tasha and Thomas in the bridal suites were amazing. Tasha really went above and beyond helping me organize my decor that came in, and she really handled everything. The bartenders were so fun and prompt, always smiling. Dan is amazing at walking you through the entire process, and always responds in a timely manner. The ceremony space is beautiful. The grounds are amazing for photos. There is just such an easy flow with the way this venue is set up. The reception room is gorgeous with three huge chandeliers. They really make sure to cover every little detail and we can’t thank them enough. Cocktail hour is insane, make sure to tell your guests that is not their dinner. The amount of value you get in this venue can’t be beat. And then on top of value the way they treat their couples is like we’re family. We couldn’t imagine our wedding being anywhere but here. If you choose this venue you will not be disappointed! We can’t stop talking about how amazing they made our day.

Hiland Park was an amazing place to have a wedding. The building has a very nice layout and the outdoor area is really pretty. Dan was very professional and great to work with throughout the entire process - him and his staff were on top of everything. We had to switch our wedding inside for rain and they are very accommodating about this by allowing you to make a decision of indoor vs outdoor very close to ceremony time. Indoor ceremony ended up being beautiful has they have large windows where you can see the outside/mountains.They also provide a lot of food for happy hour - overall really good bang for your buck with top quality service all around.All of our guests had an amazing time - thank you!

You won’t find a better venue than Hiland Park! From the moment I walked in I was speechless. Dan made everything so easy and simple! They were so helpful throughout the planning process. The day flowed beautifully and I didn’t even hire a coordinator! The food was out of this world, the service amazing, the atmosphere beautiful! Getting ready there was so much fun! I wish I could get married there again and again!

Dan and his team made our wedding day amazing. They were so attentive to everything we needed and made the day so enjoyable. The venue is beautiful and very well maintained. Dan and his team made our wedding day amazing. They were so attentive to everything we needed and made the day so enjoyable. The venue is beautiful and very well maintained. The food was amazing and there was so much of it. One of the best Cocktail hours I have ever seen! I highly recommend this place for your wedding you won't be disappointed.

Hiland Park was the first venue we looked at, so we continued looking at other places for a while to have options. Every place we went we found ourself comparing things to Hiland, and frankly the others didn't quite match up. We loved that they included everything so we didn't have to worry about too much. Dan and the other staff were super helpful with anything we needed and answered all of our questions!One thing we loved was that we could make a day of decision about whether to have the ceremony inside or outside. With it being in upstate New York in November, you never know what the weather will be like. The day of the wedding it started sprinkling a little about 30 minutes before the start time and Dan was watching the weather forecast and had a plan in case we needed to move the ceremony inside. Luckily it cleared up and we were able to have an outdoor ceremony in November! But he was on top of everything so I could relax and enjoy the day.The other thing we absolutely loved was the amount and type of food offered. Basically every single one of our guests came up to us or our parents and gushed about the food. There were so many options at cocktail hour and it was the perfect mix of comfort, pub food, with some fancy food added in there. I had an entire plate of pigs in a blanket which is my favorite and my husband and I both ate our entire dinner. The whole menu was definitely one of our favorite things about this venue. Overall, they're a great team and would 100% recommend!

Hiland Park Country Club is AMAZING! We had the best experience from beginning to end. Dan Flores helps you every step of the way and he is so organized. Leading up to your wedding, he ensures every detail is handled and the way you want it. On the day, I would highly recommend getting the bridal and groom suites, both well worth it. The bridal suite is fully stocked with beverages and there is plenty of room for everyone to get ready including getting dressed, hair, and makeup. They also provide lunch, which is wonderful! The groom's suite has a lot of entertainment for getting ready. Dan had us come the day before to rehearse and again it went very smoothly. The day of he made sure everything ran smoothly and as a bride I had absolutely nothing to worry about. The staff were beyond friendly. The cocktail hour provides countless options in addition to dinner. Both offer a wide variety of selections. We opted to do the dessert station and our guests were so impressed. This included lighting things on fire and a unique s'more station amongst countless other desserts. Dan allowed us to use one of their cakes from the dessert station which saved on cost--we only needed the cake topper. Our wedding day was a great success and a memory we will never forget thanks to Dan and his staff. The following day, everything is packed and organized. Hiland handles putting all of your special touches up and taking them down. They have a ton of items already available which helps with cost. Overall, I HIGHLY recommend this venue. Thank you for the most memorable day of our lives.

The food for both cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic, in fact my guests thought cocktail hour was the dinner because of how much food there was! Everyone raved about the quality of the food and the experience they had at our wedding. Dan was phenomenal to work with! He is professional, communicative, and just an overall good guy. We had a wonderful experience having Dan as our coordinator and can’t thank him enough for all of his help and expertise! I will continue to recommend Hiland Park to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

The food for both cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic, in fact my guests thought cocktail hour was the dinner because of how much food there was! Everyone raved about the quality of the food and the experience they had at our wedding. Dan was phenomenal to work with! He is professional, communicative, and just an overall good guy. We had a wonderful experience having Dan as our coordinator and can’t thank him enough for all of his help and expertise! I will continue to recommend Hiland Park to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

My husband and I had the distinct pleasure of being married at the Hiland Park Country Club this summer. We started the process in the middle of COVID - a stressful and scary time. Throughout the entirety of the process, Dan and his entire staff were so incredible. Every conversation we had leading up to the event, they were all very kind, professional and extremely accommodating. On several occasions, we found ourselves saying “wow, we feel like we are the only couple/wedding they are planning!” because they were all being so attentive. The day of the wedding was a dream. The space is elegant and classy, with beautiful natural light. It has a gorgeous outdoor ceremony site that did not feel like it was next to a golf course at all. Thankfully we did not have to use it, but the indoor ceremony option was the absolute best we came across. Although, we preferred our ceremony to be outside, the indoor option is so perfect that I would not have minded at all if we had to use it. The food - Oh my gosh, the food! Both my husband and I come from big Italian families. We know what good food is! Hiland Park has, hands down, the BEST food I’ve had at a wedding in my life. It felt and tasted like everything was individually prepared as if we were at a sit-down dinner (not banquet style feeding 200+ people) I cannot tell you how many people invited to our wedding, or friends of guests who attended the wedding that raved about the food. Not only was it delicious, but it was beautiful and plentiful! The displays were well thought out. The flow of the room was perfect, and the food was way over the top! It was all so incredibly impressive. My husband and I cannot wait to be “guests” at a wedding there so we are able to eat more of that amazing food! We tell everyone we know “if you know someone having a wedding, tell them to use the Hiland Park Country Club”. We are already planning our baby shower to be there and keep trying to think of additional events we can host, just so we can go back. Dan, his staff, the food, and the space, really are the entire package! Professional, kind, and accommodating are the words I keep using to describe them. From the incredible cocktail hour, beautiful grounds, recent indoor renovations, and the attentive staff, I would recommend this venue to anyone. Hiland also has fantastic bridal suite and groomsmen suites so that we could all get ready for the day in a relaxed and aesthetically pleasing environment. We have gotten so many compliments from our guests about this venue/our wedding.

From the incredible cocktail hour, beautiful grounds, recent indoor renovations, and the attentive staff, I would recommend this venue to anyone. Dan who runs the wedding services met us, showed us around, and introduced us to the Hiland Park brand and it was everything we wanted and more. As soon as you drove your car onto the grounds, you knew it was a top-notch place. The landscaping was beautiful and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The renovations (aka the entire place) were modern with an elegant flair, yet little touches of history were scattered throughout the property, especially in the bar and cocktail hour area.We wanted a wedding with great food (not mediocre by any means) and Hiland blew us away with the selection. We picked a plethora of foods for the cocktail hour and curated our dinner menu with ease. Hiland Park ensured our guests would be well *hydrated* by only offering a top-shelf bar (liquor, wine, and beer) for the entire reception and cocktail hour. You aren't suffering from lower-tiered alcohol packages, there is one and only one. Easy choice! Our attendees (and my wife and I) are still raving about the food.The staff, as they deserve their own paragraph. Holy Toledo, we were blown away by the attentiveness of the staff. Every detail of the day was spot on and their attentiveness to ensure it was perfect and never faltered. Everyone had a smile on their face. Dan really takes care of his employees, and they really take care of the business. We haven't seen this type of service in all of our life. They were a major reason our day was so successful. The kitchen staff and chefs blew our already high expectations out of the water with some of the best food that ever grazed our palates. The bartenders were speedy, and aces at what they did. The servers and bride/groom attendants were some of the kindest people in the world, and they took their jobs very seriously. With a wedding of 180 guests, they served everyone a piping hot dinner in 10 minutes...unheard of.Our photos came out perfectly. The scenery was stunning! We wanted an indoor/outdoor vibe, and Hiland had this wonderful patio with heaters, a fire pit, a gazebo, etc. so our guests could choose to be indoors or out. At the base of the Adirondack mountains, the views were a perfect backdrop to our pictures.If you're still deciding on a venue, look no further. We wish we could relive this day over and over again. Dear Hiland, thank you for making our wedding day the best ever. We won't ever forget it!!

If I could give more stars I would! My husband, myself and our guests cannot speak highly enough about Hiland Park Country Club, Dan, and everyone else that makes weddings go off without a hitch! To start off, the venue itself is just stunning and HUGE. The cocktail hour is in this beautiful large room down the hall from the dinner ball room. There is plenty of space and tables, which we found really great as a lot of times cocktail hour can be squished. The ball room is also this great size in which anywhere you are seated you can still see the bride and groom! There are numerous places to host the ceremony outside. We chose the rock wall with all the beautiful flowers, mums, and plants, with the Adirondack mountains behind in the distance. Next up- food! The food was all amazingly delicious and the amount of food you get is outstanding. No one will leave hungry! There are also different options for choices to fit your budget and add-ons as well! I myself have food allergies which they were able to completely accommodate and I was able to enjoy my food. We chose to purchase having the bridal suite all day and that was definitely worth it as well! Dan truly makes everything go off without a hitch. You and your significant other don't have to worry about a thing. I truly don't have all the words to describe just how much my husband and I loved this venue and Dan. Our day was absolutely perfect. Everything from rehearsal, ceremony, food, aesthetics, grounds, bathrooms, bartenders, wait staff, everyone involved. Dan, a thank you is not enough! We also completely planned this wedding during COVID and Dan was just so helpful on reassuring us everything would work out, no matter the circumstances and that just meant everything. Choosing Hiland Park Country Club was the best choice we could make!

I can’t speak highly enough about Hiland Park Country Club and their amazing staff! From the very beginning, our wedding coordinator Dan was so attentive and flexible with our ever-changing plans. We had booked the Hiland before the pandemic began and had never imagined having to reschedule. But through it all, Dan was there every step of the way and helped us make the difficult decision of changing our reception date from October 2020 to October 2021 very easy. He was always quick to answer any questions we had throughout the process. As for the venue itself, it was absolutely perfect! The grounds, cocktail hour space, and ballroom are all absolutely beautiful and have undergone recent renovations. There are so many great photo opportunities both inside and out. The actual day of our wedding reception was so stress-free from start to finish! My bridesmaids and I arrived early that morning and got ready upstairs, which is also lovely. It was a great space and we were served snacks and mimosas from their amazing staff the entire time that we were getting ready, which made it even more fun! Cocktail hour was absolutely amazing! SO. MUCH. FOOD. Our guests were blown away with all of the options. Then came the reception- we were so pleased with how beautifully the room was set up. Dinner was also just as delicious as the food at cocktail hour. Open bar went over very well with our guests and everyone danced the night away! We have gotten so many compliments from guests and many have said it was the best wedding they’ve been to! Overall, our wedding reception at Hiland Park Country Club was absolutely perfect and I wouldn’t change a thing! Highly recommend!

Let's be honest: While everyone wants their fairy tale wedding, the planning, money, and execution that goes into the *special day* can drive anyone crazy. It's stressful! Throw COVID into that mix, and any bride is ready for a nervous breakdown. My now husband (!) and I started planning our wedding in February of 2020. I wanted to make the wedding process as streamlined and simple as possible: We knew what we wanted in a venue, and the Hiland Park County Club checked every box. Copious amounts of delicious food? Check. All the alcohol we can drink? Check. Ceremony and Reception all in one spot? Check. Beautiful grounds? Check. Tables, chairs, linens, and plates included? Check. Places to get ready on site? Check. ...it doesn't get much easier than this, folks. Throw in Daniel, the most patient and attentive coordinator, and you have the total package. We booked the Hiland Park Country Club within 20 minutes of going over details with Daniel. As someone who has been both IN and TO more weddings than most people, I knew we hit the jackpot with this venue. For what you get here, you will easily pay 2x more at other places. (Like, how are chairs not included in the cost at some venues?!) A month after we booked, the world was turned upside with COVID. Everything was uncertain, including our wedding date. As someone who needs to plan everything neurotically, you can bet I was in contact with Daniel on a regular basis. (Side note: He's an angel.) ...Daniel took the time to not only talk to me on the phone at length, but answer every single one of my obsessive emails, no matter what time of day or night. His calm, reassuring nature was enough to put ME at ease, and that's saying a lot. Flash forward to our wedding day. ...I didn't have a bridal party. When it came time for me to walk down the aisle, it was Daniel holding my train and giving me all the confidence to head out to the ceremony. This is a memory that will stick with me forever. He didn't have to be there at that moment, but he was. He made sure everything was taken care of and perfect, all the way to the last second of go time. (He also ended up taking my shoes off for me later on in the night because I couldn't find my feet in my giant dress. WHAT A PRINCE! Truly goes above and beyond.) Bottom line: I can't speak highly enough of the venue and the staff. Everyone was incredible; from the chefs to the bartenders to the servers to the clean up crew. Weeks later and my wedding guests are still talking about how amazing the whole day was. \"The best wedding I've ever been to\" has been thrown around more than once ;) In a world where most people and businesses are out to make money, there are rare gems like Daniel and the rest of the staff at the Hiland Park County Club who truly want to give you a memorable experience. And that they did.

Daniel and the staff kept the whole day moving beautifully and helped us have the most perfect and fun day ever! They took care of every detail little detail so the day felt so stress-free. I can NOT. Let me repeat myself CAN NOT say enough good things about the Hiland! We originally signed our contract back in 2018! But due to COVID we ended up moving our date 3 times. Through all the madness the Hiland help med us and worked with us to find a new date every time. They were always quick to get back to me and answer my hundreds of questions. Due to pushing back we ended up with a totally new venue due to recent remodels. And all I can say is that it was worth the wait. They did a wonderful job making the Hiland fresh, light/bright and modern. The food was to die for! If your wedding guest like to eat you can’t go wrong with the Hiland! We had so many guest ask if cocktail hour was the reception due to the amount and variety of food that was served! Everything was fantastic some of the best food we have ever had. Everyone working was attentive and so kind to all our guest and bridal party needs big or small. The manager, Daniel, is quick to read a room and make a decision into what needs to happen to ensure the flow is uninterrupted. We had practically all guest show up early and he made the choice to start about a half hour early to avoid issues with guest experience! He was our guide through most of the night! From the moment the bridal party walked in the day of the wedding the Hiland crew had already help so much. After having a wedding the night before the staff were able to put it almost all our decor so that we didn’t have to worry about anything the morning of. The moral of the story is if you are looking for an easy, stress free day, which I know most people are. Go. With. The. Hiland! I can’t not tell you how happy we are with our choice. All our guest said that it was the best wedding they had ever been to! It was money VERY well spent.

I can’t say enough positive things about our experience at Hiland. From planning our day with Dan, to the food, the atmosphere and everything in between it made for the perfect venue. Dan was very attentive to our needs both during our day but also in the many months leading up to it due to Covid. The venue itself is stunning, and we have been told countless times by our guests how good the cocktail hour and reception was! It even has a grooms suite which was awesome to get ready in (with a pool table, putting green, tv and beer fridge). I recommend Hiland to anyone looking to get married in the Adirondack area.

We were fortunate to have the opportunity to book the venue before some of their recent renovations, so when we saw the final product on our wedding day, we were blown away. All of our guests raved over the cocktail hour, and were surprised when they were still fed a full dinner at the reception! The scenery is beautiful and many people spent time both in and outside. Dan was very attentive to both my husband and I throughout the night, as well as through our entire engagement. They are very flexible and we were able to go to the venue whenever we needed/wanted to look around and plan certain elements of the night, it feels like home at this point! I would highly recommend booking this venue for your wedding!

Wow! What can I say? We chose the Hiland because they can do everything for your wedding from the ceremony the reception and everything in between. Dan Flores and the entire team at the Hiland are so professional, quick with their responses and truly pulled off an incredible event. We were so stressed planning our event during the pandemic but handled all of our questions with ease and definitely calmed our fears. Unfortunately it rained the day of our wedding. Our ceremony was supposed to start at 5:30pm outside and Dan said that we didn't have to make the decision to bring the ceremony indoors until 4:30pm. They were awesome! They rearranged the room in 31 minutes flat! Also, the ceremony room looked completely different than the reception room, it was amazing. The service was just absolutely incredible. Dan ran our rehearsal and the entire event. Our guests are still talking about how nice the champagne display when the walked into the venue was, how delicious the food was and how awesome the viennese hour was at the end of the night. This place throws a great party and we couldn't recommend them enough. My husband and I opted to get ready at the venue. They have a beautiful bridal suite with couches and mirrors and hooks to hang all of your bridesmaid dresses and your wedding dress. It's stunning! They also provided charcuterie, fruit, and champagne, with coffee and tea with bridal attendants for an additional fee but it was so worth it! The groom room has a fridge, with a pool table and darts, as well as space for the guys to get ready. Dan also arranged a golf outing for my husband and his friends prior to the rehearsal dinner. The whole experience was just phenomenal and we couldn't recommend the Hiland enough. Definitely book them for your wedding!

I am so glad I chose Hiland Park as my wedding venue! Dan and him team were so accommodating, and the venue is absolutely beautiful. We planned a traditional Pakistani wedding, and it is so difficult to find venues in the area that will allow you to bring your own catering. Hiland Park was so accommodating and worked so well with our caterers to pull off an amazing spread. Our guests were so impressed with everything about the venue, from how it looked to the service. We opted for the dessert table, and that was an absolute hit. After researching and talking to so many venues in the area, you definitely get the most for your money at Hiland Park - their offerings and service is top notch! Their package includes so many small (but important) details that I wanted in my ideal venue: chiavari chairs, charger plates, uplighting, etc. I feel like I found a hidden gem when I booked them for my wedding!

I've been to many formal events, in both the ballroom and cocktail hour room, and I've never seen the venue look more beautiful and elegant. Daniel Flores and the entire wedding team worked tirelessly to make sure our wedding was as stress-free and amazing as possible. They handled set up and take down of even our custom decorations. Dan diligently answered all of my emails cordially and in a timely manner. The food was absolutely phenomenal. The flavor, selection, and even plating was truly fabulous. I can say, with full confidence, that the Hiland was the best choice we could have made for our venue. Even my bridesmaid, who worked at another popular wedding venue, said how much better the Hiland was. I can't recommend the venue enough, in all areas. Dan's team will take away all the stress of the reception and will truly provide the best quality reception.

Our wedding was on July 12, 2019. From our first meeting with Magdalena, I knew the Hiland was where we were going to have our wedding. She is so personal, professional, and literally made our special day amazing. The Hiland is an incredible venue and offers everything in ONE place! We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception there. Our ceremony was outside, then our guests were able to enjoy the delicious cocktail hour which was the hit of our wedding. All of our guests raved about it! The cocktail hour is in a gorgeous setting inside and from there the reception continues in the ballroom (another gorgeous setting)! I was so nervous about how all the colors of the linens I chose would come together with my flowers and decorations, and I was not disappointed. Everything was absolutely gorgeous. The only criticism I have is that my husband and I were not really able to eat because our meals were taken before we could finish them (we had gone outside for sunset pictures) and we were not asked if we needed drinks by any of the waitstaff. With that said Magdalena was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly during the ceremony (I was so nervous), she was so easy to work with and we really enjoyed meeting her! I highly recommend having your special day at the Hiland, it is the best bang for your buck!

We were very picky choosing a venue. Magdalena was very helpful with helping us make all of the choices needed to have our perfect day. She was there from the time we got there until the very end of the night. Her staff were absolutely amazing with helping set up and take apart our decorations. We had to do an emergency inside wedding, and the staff was very quick with making the switch. It was nerve wracking not knowing what the food would taste like til the day of, but it was absolutely delicious! We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding.

We were very picky choosing a venue. Magdalena was very helpful with helping us make all of the choices needed to have our perfect day. She was there from the time we got there until the very end of the night. Her staff were absolutely amazing with helping set up and take apart our decorations. We had to do an emergency inside wedding, and the staff was very quick with making the switch. It was nerve wracking not knowing what the food would taste like til the day of, but it was absolutely delicious! We couldn't have chosen a better venue for our wedding.

What a perfect venue! We cannot possibly thank Magdalena and her staff enough for everything running 100% smoothly on our wedding day. From the first day we met Magdalena we loved her, shes personable, knows the ins and outs of the venue rules, wedding expectations, she walked us through literally everything ( if you’ve never planned a wedding before you walk in with a lot of questions). She gave us so many great ideas for the wedding, tips, and suggestions that made things run perfectly. She is extremely responsive and accommodating, we saw two other venues before Hiland and it didn’t have the same spark we got when we met her that day, so we signed our contract. We had never heard of Hiland before this as we just moved to the area but after we signed and started telling people we must have heard 15-20 different people say wonderful things about the venue, whether they had their wedding there, attended a wedding there or even just a pleasant experience at the golf course. This of course made everything more exciting as we waited for our day. Hiland is extremely reasonably priced, especially for the amazing service you will receive, there’s no other venue in the area that came close in price. All of our guests were/still are AMAZED how beautiful it was! We received so many compliments on service, the food, and how nicely the whole day flowed! Apparently the tortellini is to die for because 3 people made it to point to tell me this during cocktail hour! Haha honestly I could point out every perfect detail that happened and how many people noticed, but overall we couldn’t possibly be happier choosing Hiland and we would 100% recommend the venue and Magdalena to ANYONE who wants to get married. Thank you so very much! We will stop in from time to time to visit now! So lucky we found them!

We had a 225 guests and the staff did a great job making sure everything was taken care of. Our guests are still raving about the food, the cocktail hour room, and the beauty of the venue itself. The value of the food, bar services, and overall experience exceeds all other venues in the area. They even added ice cream and fruit to the cake plates! When we were looking at venues, we loved how the Hiland was upfront with the cost and included everything in the price rather than having little fees added in all over the place. They stayed true to that the whole way through. They were also extremely flexible with us when we had to make some last minute changes. Furthermore, they let us come in early to set up the things we wanted to which allowed us to really turn the venue into our own before the big day. The way they delivered their services and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole process is exactly what every bride and groom deserve! We wouldn't have changed a thing about our wedding at the Hiland. They carried out every vision we had for our big day and exceeded our expectations!

With the new remodels, the Hiland looks incredible. It was a pleasant surprise before our wedding that we were not expecting. The entire process of working with Dan was so easy and his recommended customizations were perfect. He got to know us and helped us develop our wedding day into exactly what we wanted.Overall, the Hiland is so accommodating, it makes you feel like the whole place is just for you on your big day. The staff is great at making sure all your needs are attended to and are willing to do what needs to be done to make everything perfect. The bridal suite upstairs is private, spacious and relaxing. This was a great help to the girls while getting ready and taking pictures.We opted for the champagne display when guests arrived, which everyone absolutely loved. Its a perfect way to welcome guests and get the celebration started. Dan and his team got everyone in place for the ceremony by the rock wall/garden, which was gorgeous. The view from the lawn looking back at the Hiland is amazing, as is the backdrop of mountains and landscape looking the other direction, Its a beautiful, sprawling, stately building, and the grounds are very well kept. The cocktail hour has SO MUCH food, all of it excellent. The carving stations give great hot options while there were so many other passed options going around. With so much space, the newly renovated area is comfortable and easy to move around to see all the guests. As for the reception, the food was excellent and so was the service. As a family owned business, they clearly take a lot of pride in making the bride and groom the most important people there. Their attention to detail and level of service is top notch.Working with Dan made the whole process seem almost too easy since he was so casual and reassuring. He delivered on every plan and unique ask while making it all seem easy. Dan is a super hard worker and was several steps ahead of us the whole day. There was nothing we had to ask for or adjust the day of--he had it all handled. Everything about our wedding day was exceptional and there's not a single aspect we could even wish to change. Dan's planning, organization, and professionalism accounts for much of that. The other piece was the gorgeous venue that is the Hiland. Hiland Park is the most beautiful wedding venue I’ve ever seen in my life! The minute I saw pictures online I knew that was the place I just had to have my wedding. It was the only venue we toured! Technically I saw one other at a wedding show but officially it was the only one, anyway. But it was the only one we needed to because it is the most picture perfect setting you could ever ask for. EVERYONE I’ve spoken with from the wedding has said pretty much exactly that (without me asking!). It rained on our wedding day (boooo) but that’s OK because the ballroom is still so lovely that even an indoor ceremony was breathtaking. We just got our pictures back last night and I am swooning! Ivan (owner) is great to work with and was so incredibly patient with me emailing him a million questions and my odd requests (I still need to return my sample napkin… I haven’t forgotten, Ivan!). You’ll hear everyone say it and it’s so true – he’s got weddings down to a T! Listen to him, ladies! If I had to do it all over again I’d still choose Hiland in half a heartbeat.

We could not be happier that we selected Hiland as our wedding venue! Hiland was incredibly accommodating to all of our requests. Ivan and Magdalena worked with us to make all of our visions come to life. Out of all of the venues we toured, you will absolutely get the most for your money at Hiland. The venue and service is spectacular yet it is extremely affordable. Our favorite part about Hiland was the cocktail hour. The space for cocktail hour is huge and spread over several rooms with different tables for guests who need to sit / stand. It is very easy to get around and mingle –and get to the food! Our guests cannot stop talking about the food at cocktail hour. It was truly an incredible sight! Between the endless passed appetizers, stationary displays, and chef-manned stations – it really felt like a lavish event. Our guests loved being able to wander outside during the reception to take pictures out in the gazebo and admire the view. There is a huge bridal suite to get ready in. The Hiland did not have an event the day before our wedding and allowed us to set up our decorations a day early which took a huge stress off of our plates! Our pictures at Hiland came out perfect and we could not be happier that we chose Hiland. We can’t recommend it enough!

We planned our wedding from 5 hours away and understand the power of reviews! To start, Ivan is not only a sweetheart, he is amazing at his job. Over the 1.5 years of our engagement he was there to answer every question, email and phone call regarding even the smallest details of our wedding. We were impressed by the flexibility of the venue in many ways and they even let us move the sweetheart table to the other side of the ballroom. Like most couples, we spent our cocktail hour chatting with our guests but we heard great things about the food and that is all we could've asked for! Throughout the entire planning process we knew we were in good hands with Ivan. A few words of advice to future couples would be to trust that the food is amazing (even without being able to taste it beforehand) and to ask to meet the wedding night coordinator ahead of time to iron out specific details to make sure things go according to plan. Overall, the night itself was incredible and the Hiland was a beautiful escape from NYC to host our wedding.

Like most couples, we spent our cocktail hour chatting with our guests but we heard great things about the food and that is all we could've asked for! Throughout the entire planning process we knew we were in good hands with Ivan. A few words of advice to future couples would be to trust that the food is amazing (even without being able to taste it beforehand) and to ask to meet the wedding night coordinator ahead of time to iron out specific details to make sure things go according to plan. Overall, the night itself was incredible and the Hiland was a beautiful escape from NYC to host our wedding.

Our guests could not stop talking about the food, the service and the beauty of the venue. They have a ready room that you can use on the day of the wedding as you wish. We were there at 9, set up food and music and just had a blast getting ready. They are very accommodating and just the best option anyone can go with. I cannot speak highly enough of the Hiland!!!

Ivan, the owner and manager, has hosted hundreds of wedding and events and has all the details down to a science. You can't beat the value of the Hiland's packages. They include a cocktail hour with drinks, multiple cold displays (fruit, cheese, etc), hot food stations, and circulating finger foods. Then, the dinner in the ballroom includes multiple courses sure to please the fussiest of eaters. They also cut and plate your wedding cake if you wish for dessert and have other add-on options. In addition to our wedding reception at the Hiland, I have attended a friend\"s wedding reception there as a guest. Both sides of the experience were wonderful. The quality of the food, service, and decor is excellent. Our guests raved about the evening. They also worked with my food allergy to keep me worryfree on my wedding day. You will not be disappointed!

They are extremely helpful and make sure you know you are taken care of, so you can enjoy the process and your day. The staff is excellent and the venue is gorgeous. So many of our guests commented on how beautiful it is there. In addition to that, the value you get for the price you pay is incredible. The more we heard from others, the more we realized how great our venue was! I would highly recommend it! You won't be sorry!

He was incredibly helpful throughout the process and made everything seamless.From start to finish, Ivan and the rest of the staff took great care of us. I am so happy that we found the Hiland and booked them to host our 165 guest wedding! We held the ceremony outside and the landscaping was so natural and beautiful. The area for the cocktail is slightly outdated but that was completely outweighed by the enormous amount of delicious food and the spacious bar! Everyone was amazed by the cocktail hour. The reception area is breathtaking!! It was recently given a facelift and it looked amazing. It was spacious for our guests and very accommodating. The outdoor area was completely open to our guests and that space was very enjoyable as well!\r\rLast but not least, Ivan and his staff were AMAZING! They were so accommodating, very professional and completed my very long and detailed task list effortlessly. They made the day go so smoothly and I felt as though Ivan was one our friends and our whole bridal party loved having him around all night for his help, support and good laughs! Thank you so much!!!

HPCC is a spectacular setting. My wedding was outdoors along the rock wall with gorgeous blooms behind us and the Adirondacks. Truly a picture perfect scene. \rIvan, our contact, is easy to work with and available for any/all questions. He is young but don't let that fool you, he knows how to coordinate a wedding. \rThe food was delectable. The cocktail hour food is plentiful and many thought that was the dinner there was so much quantity and variety wise. The stations were set up with fruit sculptures, a nice touch. And again, the food was sooooo good. Dinner was also delicious and the presentation of our wedding cake alongside icecream in a pastry shell had many guests talkiing. \rThe price per plate is reasonable, especially for such a spectacular setting both outdoors and indoors. I would recommend HPCC to any and all that would like a scenic and memorable wedding.

This venue is beautiful inside and out and a great value for the cost! It was a nicer option than many other places we looked at for less. A huge unforeseen problem occurred the morning of our wedding at the venue that could have potentially been a show stopper and luckily Ivan was all over it and for the most part got it sorted out, however this meant they greatly slacked on the setting up side of things. Luckily we had alot of extra friends around willing to help otherwise the cocktail hour decorations may not have been done and a few other things in the reception room but no compensation was offered despite the extra stress and work it caused us. Aside from this the food was great and everything went pretty smoothly and I would definitely recommend and hopefully there aren't any more problems in the future

We had THE most amazing ceremony/cocktail hour/reception here! \r\rThis place was MADE for weddings. You should definitely also check out the photos on their website, but trust me, it was even more beautiful in person. Their lush, well manicured landscape wowed our guests and made for the most amazing photos. \r\rWe had a beautiful ceremony and our guests told us they were very comfortable while they were waiting for the processional to begin. Great to hear! \r\rInside, the layout of the country club is perfect for a grand entrance and seamless movement from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. They accomodated a great mix of cozy seating for small groups to relax and enjoy during cocktails, as well as a beautiful ballroom to celebrate all together & dance the night away (which we definitely did!!!). You will NOT find a more beautifully lit place anywhere, I'm positive of it. \r\rOur cocktail hour & dinner were amazing. We had enough food for an army, there was no way anyone was leaving hungry, and EVERYTHING was delicious! \r\rIvan and his staff were beyond professional. I'm a corporate meeting planner and I could NOT get over how seamlessly everything went. It's a great day when things just happen and I get to kick back and enjoy without making sure things are where they need to be, when they need to be there. \r\rBetter still - I was planning a \"hometown wedding\" in our native NY from all the way out in AZ and Ivan was always quick to respond to emails or phonecalls. The staff is professional but fun and not stuck up!! The food was delicious and HOT! The cocktail hour was enough to fill all the guests but the sit down meal was much anticipated! Everything ran so smoothly the entire day! They are a very busy wedding venue but made me feel like the only wedding they had that weekend from the time I signed the contract to the last song played. They were MORE than accommodating! I would recommend this venue to anyone who hopes for a contemporary setting with great staff, clean amenities and FANTASTIC views!
