In 1925, construction began on the facility that would be opened to the public in 1927 as The Statler Hotel. In the years to follow, this building would host eminences such as President Franklin D. Roosevelt and Winston Churchill as well as celebrities of cinema. It would be renamed Boston Park Plaza Hotel and renovated in 2016. Contemporary tones and amenities were added to the historic grandeur of the hotel. This Boston landmark is situated within a short distance of numerous destinations. We hosted our daughter and son-in-laws wedding at the Boston Park Plaza November 18, 2023. Our coordinator, Lizz Tonn, was the most capable professional we could hope for as we planned for the event. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was just amazing. Having the option of three beautiful spaces along with the amazing staff that executed the wedding festivities, the day was flawless and all that we hoped for. The entire day was stress free and seeing our daughter without worry or concern was the best. Thank you Lizz and the Park Plaza team for wonderful memories!

We hosted our daughter and son-in-laws wedding at the Boston Park Plaza November 18, 2023. Our coordinator, Lizz Tonn, was the most capable professional we could hope for as we planned for the event. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception was just amazing. Having the option of three beautiful spaces along with the amazing staff that executed the wedding festivities, the day was flawless and all that we hoped for. My daughter’s wedding took place at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza on November 4, 2023. She was married at the hotel. The entire party and next day brunch were at the hotel and my whole family and many of our friends stayed at the hotel also. It was a perfect weekend. It was all made possible because of Kelsey Wilkinson, senior catering manager. (I would title her world’s best wedding consultant and planner) Kelsey was always professional, and so knowledgeable. She is also so extremely kind and easy to work with. This was our family’s first experience planning a wedding for one of our children and it was seamless. Kelsey was always organized and available by phone or email and she always responded promptly with wonderful suggestions and information to make the entire experience wonderful and amazing. I can’t say enough good things about her and the entire experience we had at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza because of her and her team

Well, if they did, Kelsey made everything seamless, so no one ever knew. She went above and beyond to put this Momma at ease and the bride and groom as well as our families and guests, were in awe of how perfect everything was. Her enthusiasm is only exceeded by her professionalism and industry knowledge. If I could give this 1,000,000 stars I would. Superwoman exists and she's the best wedding coordinator in all of Boston! We can't thank Kelsey Wilkinson enough for being so accommodating and making our day so perfect. From the second we toured the beautiful venue, Kelsey made us feel so special and excited for our wedding day. Over the course of the wedding planning process, she answered my plethora of emails within minutes and made sure to help us with any questions or concerns. Many people told us surely SOMETHING would go wrong on our wedding day, but because of Kelsey, everything was so seamless and exceeded all of our expectations. On the day of, I wasn't entirely happy with my wedding bouquet.. with one text, Kelsey was in our room rearranging my bouquet so it looked absolutely beautiful. When my dad was struggling to tie his bowtie, she was there immediately to the rescue. Aside from these smaller things, Kelsey was so on top of everything from vendor coordination to coordinating with the hotel, and everything in between! Even our tasting was so well organized, and made us feel so special. We never for a second felt uneasy, and even though wedding planning is stressful, Kelsey totally eliminated any stress we had. To top it all off, the food, the venue, and the hotel service was spectacular! Our guests can not stop raving over the quality of the food (being the best they've ever had), and the gorgeous venue, calling it \"the royal wedding\" because of how elegant and striking the grand ballroom truly is. Overall, this is THE venue and Kelsey is the best in the biz!

I got married at the Boston Park Plaza in September 2023. Our wedding day was beyond my wildest dreams, but maybe even more importantly, we had such a great experience the whole 18-months beforehand while planning. Our coordinator, Lizz Tonn, was fantastic. She patiently answered my (and my family's) million questions for months leading up to the wedding. By our final meeting the week of the wedding, she was rattling off our menu items and signature drinks and linen selections from memory, without even looking at the paperwork! She coordinated with a dozen different external vendors to ensure that delivery and setup was seamless, which spared a lot of stress. Finally, I had requested a ton of small, customized details at our reception, and I imagined that something would inevitably get lost in the shuffle. But when we walked into the ballroom, every single detail was perfect. Lizz made us feel like our wedding was the only one she was working on (and I know we were not!). The hotel team assisting with room blocks, led by Kaitlyn Condon, also went above and beyond to make sure that all of our guests were accommodated--even on a very busy holiday weekend. The Park Plaza was the perfect venue, and I am so grateful to Lizz and the whole team for making our wedding so fun, beautiful, and memorable.

Our wedding at Boston Park Plaza was even better than we could have ever dreamed of. From the moment we walked into the ballroom during the tour of the space, we knew it was a special place. Our coordinator, Lizz Tonn, was an absolute gem and made planning super easy and fun. She was attentive to every detail and on the actual wedding day went ABOVE and BEYOND to make the day special and stress free. Lizz even helped save a red wine spill on my wedding dress!!! She is amazing and could not recommend her more. Our guests all raved about the food— it was truly impressive that BPP provided extremely delicious meals for our almost 300 guests! Our guests also can’t stop talking about the “reveal” of the ballroom after cocktail hour. Truly such a beautiful and special place to have our wedding and we will be forever grateful to the staff at BPP for making our day so wonderful!

The Boston Park Plaza was a wonderful wedding venue for our daughter’s wedding. The ballroom is lovely-very traditional with a good sized dance floor. The food was delicious and the presentation excellent. The wedding coordinator, Lizz Tonn, helped make the event seamless, stress free and deployed to perfection. Lizz is a consummate professional; she attended to every detail and went well beyond her job description to ensure all our vendors, guests and our own preferences were accommodated. Lizz is very responsive and her calm demeanor truly helps keep everyone more relaxed and enjoying the planning process and ultimately the event. I highly recommend this venue and can assure you that working with Lizz Tonn to deploy your event is a wonderful experience. Leaving the walk through with Kelsey we knew Boston Park Plaza was where we wanted to get married. We had a unique wedding timeline and Kelsey made it work perfectly. She executed everything we wanted and more to make it our dream wedding day. Kelsey ensured no detail was overlooked from the perfect light settings to the chair color and everything in between. Kelsey perfected the balance of keeping us on pace without adding pressure to our aforementioned timeline. We had a large guest count and everyone spoke wonders of the coordination of the day. None of this would have been possible without Kelsey. The iconic Boston Park Plaza is the perfect venue but we would be remiss to not mention other staff members contributions. The chef at Boston Park Plaza is incredible. Every single meal was cooked perfectly for our guests. From the concierge welcoming our guests to everyone who ensured a seamless weekend, we owe a great deal of gratitude. Lola and Kaitlyn handled special requests for our guests in an impeccable timely manner. The bartenders and wait staff were incredibly personable and professional. Looking back we only have positive things to say about our experience and highly recommend Boston Park Plaza!

Leaving the walk through with Kelsey we knew Boston Park Plaza was where we wanted to get married. We had a unique wedding timeline and Kelsey made it work perfectly. She executed everything we wanted and more to make it our dream wedding day. Kelsey ensured no detail was overlooked from the perfect light settings to the chair color and everything in between. Kelsey perfected the balance of keeping us on pace without adding pressure to our aforementioned timeline. We had a large guest count and everyone spoke wonders of the coordination of the day. None of this would have been possible without Kelsey. The iconic Boston Park Plaza is the perfect venue but we would be remiss to not mention other staff members contributions. The chef at Boston Park Plaza is incredible. Every single meal was cooked perfectly for our guests. From the concierge welcoming our guests to everyone who ensured a seamless weekend, we owe a great deal of gratitude. Lola and Kaitlyn handled special requests for our guests in an impeccable timely manner. The bartenders and wait staff were incredibly personable and professional. Looking back we only have positive things to say about our experience and highly recommend Boston Park Plaza!

From the moment we met with Kelsey Wilkinson in August 2021 we knew no other venue would do for our special day. Kelsey made the entire process enjoyable & stress free. She was always so calm & reassuring that I had zero worries/concerns about the venue delivering what they said they would. Kelsey was always on top of every detail & incredibly responsive. On the day of my husband & I decided to attend the cocktail hour & Carol made sure that everytime she came out with hors d'oeuvres she made a beeline to me to assure I ate. When it was time for dinner Reggie not only remembered us from our tasting months prior but was super attentive to us making sure we were happy with our meal & our cups were never empty. Chef was so kind to remember my FIL's weird obsession with needing tortillas with every meal & made some for him! The entire staff at Boston Park Plaza were such a pleasure to work with & made our wedding day so special. It was absolutely perfect & happened without any snags (still can't believe it went so well). All of our guests were impressed & very happy.

The Boston Park Plaza was the perfect location for our wedding. With many of our guests traveling in from out of town, the hotel’s location could not have been more convenient for those traveling by plane, train, subway, and car. The location in the Back Bay also provided accessible activities and restaurants for guests to fill down time with. We held a welcome reception the night before our wedding in The Square and after our ceremony we had cocktails and dinner in the Grand Ballroom. Our guests are still talking about how many jaws dropped when the ballroom doors opened up between cocktails and dinner! Dinner was delicious (can’t go wrong with the menu options) and arrived hot to each guest - an impressive feat for a reception of 200 people!We worked with Michaela who was the perfect wedding coordinator for us as she was extremely detail-oriented, punctual, and responsive. She was on top of every tiny detail, offered advice when we needed an opinion, ensured nothing slipped through the cracks, and always provided us with the explanations and paperwork we needed. We had a wild ride doing all of this during the COVID-19 pandemic. Needless to say, we booked this venue in March 2020 and had our ceremony in my husband’s parents’ backyard in 2021, on our original date we had booked with the Park Plaza. Being that the Park Plaza is an indoor-only venue, we knew we wanted to keep our larger celebration later after more of our family and friends were able to be vaccinated and boosted. We just had our reception on May 14th 2022 and we worked with Kelsey Wilkinson. She was so fantastic, throughout the entire process. Kelsey is enthusiastic, encouraging, detail-oriented, organized, and attentive. We highly recommend her!!!

Michaela was our venue coordinator and not only did she help facilitate the ceremony and reception of our dreams, she helped make sure the entire weekend went smoothly for us and our out of town guests. We held welcome events on Friday, a grooms party event at the top golf swing suite on Saturday, and a Sunday brunch all at the hotel. The grand ballrooms and the hotel as a whole are absolutely stunning, but more than that, the staff are true professionals, the food is incredible, and we had not only a great experience the weekend of our wedding but the year plus leading up to it. I'd highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for an elegant, classic, venue -- even more so if you have a large contingent of out out of town guests like we did. Boston Park Plaza was absolutely incredible for our wedding weekend! Michaela worked with us from start to finish from our initial meeting, to all the planning/questions/changes along the way, to our wedding day making sure everything was perfect. It took so much stress off of us having Michaela and the Park Plaza team as they truly go above and beyond to take care of everything, so you don't have to worry about your vendors or details or ANYTHING on the day of which was truly amazing. Michaela was super responsive throughout the whole process, always quick to reply to an email or pick up the phone to talk through things. The week of the wedding at our final meeting we dropped off specific decorations and communicated how we wanted things laid out and our vision, and Michaela and her team executed every detail to perfection. The hotel was the perfect home base for us. Almost all of our guests stayed the weekend and loved the rooms and the location being so convenient for them to explore and walk around. We had welcome drinks the night before our wedding at the newly renovated room next to the lobby library (which was also super easy to plan with Michaela) and everyone loved it. The bridal suite was amazing and was definitely big enough for hair & make up for all the girls to get ready and be comfortable.SO many of our guests told us it was the most amazing wedding venue they've ever been to, and the grand ballroom truly was like a dream that night. The food was absolutely delicious (we chose Filet, Sea Bass, and Paella) and the bars and service from EVERYONE of the Park Plaza team that night was top notch. THANK YOU to Michaela and the Boston Park Plaza for making our wedding what it was!! We couldn't recommend them more to anyone looking at all the choices out there for their upcoming wedding!!

Every single person said this was easily the best wedding they have ever been to. It was a seamless transition from figuring out logistics with Chris to our wedding planner/coordinator Kelsey. Throughout the entire experience with Kelsey…she was ON IT, answering every single question my mom, grandmother, and I had. Kelsey knew exactly what I was picturing and executed it more than I could have ever imagined. Kelsey helped pick out colors and made the entire wedding planning process SO EASY!My wedding was 12/31/21 during the SPIKE of covid and Kelsey was there helping me through the absolute horror and panic when 20 guests dropped out last minute. The entire Park Plaza staff was beyond kind, the food was to die for, and the set up was absolutely stunning. My husband and I and our families want to thank Chris , Kelsey, and the entire Boston Park Plaza staff for the most unforgettable night!!! We plan to be back and to host other parties and events there as soon as possible!!!!

I could write a 10-page essay about how amazing Boston Park Plaza was as a venue. When we got engaged my husband and I decided we really wanted a hotel ballroom wedding, I feel like we went to every hotel in Boston, then we’d make a pros and cons list and discuss if we can overlook the cons. When we went to Park Plaza, we walked out of our first meeting with Michaela looked at each other and both said “there are no cons to this place” and never looked back. Being a covid bride I did have to switch my date and the team at Park Plaza was so responsive and understanding they gave us a ton of options and switched our date with absolutely no issue, they also helped accommodate our ever-changing room block because we didn’t know how many people to expect during the time. Not only is the whole feel and look of the ballroom and hotel absolutely incredible but Michaela Ross, the event manager, was beyond amazing, an actual super hero, she understood my vision and executed everything exactly how I wanted and gave helpful recommendations, she was never pushy or judgmental and any question I had she responded right away. We built a giant flower wall and Michaela helped us put it all together, she checked in with me throughout the entire night making sure everything was going well, I absolutely love this girl. The chef there was just top notch every one, still now 3 months later, raved about the food and how it was the best food they ever had at any event ever, they could not get over how every side and course was freshly prepared and still warm. Boston Park Plaza was the best choice, they really gave me the wedding reception of my dreams and I could not have been happier with everyone who made my day so special.

I could write a 10-page essay about how amazing Boston Park Plaza was as a venue. When we got engaged my husband and I decided we really wanted a hotel ballroom wedding, I feel like we went to every hotel in Boston, then we’d make a pros and cons list and discuss if we can overlook the cons. When we went to Park Plaza, we walked out of our first meeting with Michaela looked at each other and both said “there are no cons to this place” and never looked back. Being a covid bride I did have to switch my date and the team at Park Plaza was so responsive and understanding they gave us a ton of options and switched our date with absolutely no issue, they also helped accommodate our ever-changing room block because we didn’t know how many people to expect during the time. Not only is the whole feel and look of the ballroom and hotel absolutely incredible but Michaela Ross, the event manager, was beyond amazing, an actual super hero, she understood my vision and executed everything exactly how I wanted and gave helpful recommendations, she was never pushy or judgmental and any question I had she responded right away. We built a giant flower wall and Michaela helped us put it all together, she checked in with me throughout the entire night making sure everything was going well, I absolutely love this girl. The chef there was just top notch every one, still now 3 months later, raved about the food and how it was the best food they ever had at any event ever, they could not get over how every side and course was freshly prepared and still warm. Boston Park Plaza was the best choice, they really gave me the wedding reception of my dreams and I could not have been happier with everyone who made my day so special.

The Boston Park Plaza has a special place in our hearts forever! We are part of the \"postponed due to covid\" club. When we realized our October 2020 wedding was no longer going to happen we decided it was time to pull the plug and postpone. We had heard so many horror stories of couples who postponed/canceled and lost out on tens of thousands of dollars. When we finally talked to Chris Shimkus he made us feel right at ease. The Park Plaza was offering to give us all our money back if we chose to cancel the wedding, and also didn't charge us a penny to change our date. We were so happy we chose the Park Plaza for our wedding venue, not only is it a beautiful hotel in the perfect location, but we were working with people who were fair and good. There's nothing corporate about the Park Plaza. We finally met Chris in May 2021 for our tasting (YUM) and he truly felt like an extension of our family. We started planning with Chris and a couple of weeks later Kelsey Wilkinson came into the picture. She is a true professional - clearly one of those people who is doing what she is meant to be doing in this world. She is thorough, organized, responsive, and, most importantly, she cares! We had such a wonderful time at our wedding and so did our guests. The hotel is absolutely stunning, the food was incredible, and the STAFF is amazing! When you choose to have your wedding at the Park Plaza you are making the absolute best decision! We were hesitant to reach out to the Park Plaza because we thought it would be completely out of our budget but they were super flexible with us and we were able to have a wedding that was affordable yet luxurious! Don't hesitate - there's a reason they have all 5 star reviews.

I CANNOT say enough about The Boston Park Plaza. From the planning being absolutely seamless the entire process to the staff the day of the wedding - perfection. We have gotten so many comments about how everything just seemed to go absolutely perfectly. Michaela Ross (wedding coordinator) is an absolute BOSS. She had everything under control the entire time and kept me on schedule and calm, cool, collected. I was not even a little bit stressed out on my wedding day or at all leading up to it. I knew she had my back and was keeping us in the loop every step of the way. Chris Shimkus was an integral factor in my decision to choose this venue during an already stressful time (a global pandemic). He had great energy, assured me they were there to work with us no matter what the pandemic would throw at us. He said they were more concerned about the partnership and our experience more than anything. I knew after that - that venue was “home.” Emma McHugh and Maleen Fajarda were extremely helpful with the room block and helping to move people to the block if they accidentally booked outside of it. Even the staff within the hotel, reception aside, were top notch. Shout out to my guy Clarel who helped us out with serving during the food tasting too! Chef was also the best and able to make accommodations as needed. Needless to say, I want to relive this day over and over and over again. I can’t thank The Boston Park Plaza enough for everything! Our wedding at Boston Park Plaza was more perfect than we could have imagined. From start to finish, planning with the Boston Park Plaza team and with Kelsey Wilkinson (our events manager) was an enjoyable and smooth process. Kelsey and team were prompt with answering questions, hosting a fantastic food tasting for our families, making recommendations and suggestions to support our vision, and on the big day everything was executed perfectly! The venue itself is stunning- our family and guests loved the space, and the food was just as fantastic as it was during our tasting event. Everyone was so impressed and we couldn't be happier with the venue and level of service that Kelsey and the Boston Park Plaza team provided. After the wedding, our families also hosted a brunch the next morning which was also a terrific way to send-off guests who traveled into town and stayed at the hotel.

I wish I could give the Boston Park Plaza more than 5 stars! Our wedding was Sept. 4, 2021 and our guests are still raving about the venue, service and amazing food! We were planning our wedding from across the country and even had to postpone a year due to Covid, but Kelsey and Chris made the entire process so easy with their responsiveness, positive attitudes and professional guidance. From start to finish, everything was perfect. We could not of asked for anyone better than Kelsey to work with! She was so communicative, knowledgeable, so nice and fun to talk to, and always went out of her way to accommodate all of our requests. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. The Boston Park Plaza will host the ballroom wedding of your dreams! I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Park Plaza. The hotel is gorgeous and the ballroom and cocktail space is just breathtaking. Don't let the size scare you, the room can be adjusted to fit groups of many sizes (I originally had a larger wedding but downsized due to the pandemic and the space looked great). Being a couple that had to reschedule, the planning process was emotionally draining and our wedding coordinator Kelsey as well as the manager Chris helped to put us at ease and ensured us that everything would work how we envisioned. The day of, Kelsey and Chris were wonderfully supportive, organized, helpful, and kind. The wedding was seamless and so many of our guests were telling us how it was the best wedding food they've ever had! The Park Plaza is understanding, will work with you to fit your budget and visions, and is an \"all-in-one\" venue that truly stands out. I have absolutely no reservations in recommending the Park Plaza for your wedding.

Our wedding reception at the Boston Park Plaza was truly magical! Our wedding coordinator Michaela was exceptional. She worked with us on every aspect of the wedding from food to decorations to timing of the day. She was so helpful, working with us to finalize every detail and making sure everything was executed perfectly. Even though the hotel manages many events, we received such personalized attention that it felt like we were the only wedding there. The entire staff of the hotel was so friendly and accommodating during our wedding weekend. I was most impressed by how the hotel handled rescheduling our wedding during the Covid-19 pandemic. Our wedding was postponed twice as a result of the pandemic and the Park Plaza went out of their way to make this process as easy as possible. They talked with us multiple times over the phone during days of panic about wedding planning during a pandemic, worked closely with us to find new dates that were convenient for us, our guests, and all of our vendors and made the date switch logistics very simple. It was very clear from our experience that the happiness of their couples is the number one priority for the Boston Park Plaza staff. Thank you so much for everything, we had the most amazing wedding!!

The hotel’s wedding planner ( Ms. Kelsey Wilkinson) was, from the minute we started planning with her, so very accommodating, responsive, professional and willing to do what ever she could to support all our requests (an there were a lot of them!). She offered to move florals from our ceremony room to the ballroom, made sure to know exactly which garnish we wanted on our signature cocktails, set up favors and table decor exactly as we asked that they be. . . . . I could go on and on - she was amazing. If you are considering a city venue with a beautiful ballroom and a stellar staff, The Boston Park Plaza it most definitely the place to go!

Where do we begin!? We chose to hold our wedding at the BPP just months after we got engaged in 2018 with a projected September 2020 wedding date. We knew this would be our venue as it was where my grandpa worked as a server back when it was the Statler Hotel. We had everything planned for that big day. When the pandemic hit, the staff were so responsive- immediately helping us find alternatives and easing our concerns. For such a well known Boston hotel, they made us feel special and like we were the only wedding that mattered. They reached out to us and proposed options for postponing or pivoting our original plans. To our surprise, upon request to reschedule our wedding to a different summertime Saturday (hard to get at such a big venue) they gave us multiple options and were happy to move all reservations accordingly. We were so impressed that they were so willing to accommodate our changes when so many other “COVID couples” we know really struggled with their venues to find a compromise. What impressed us even more was that they even helped us find a way to make our original wedding date meaningful to us by helping plan and host our Chinese Tea Ceremony in one of their suites. Thanks to them, I was able to share a piece of my wedding with my grandpa before he passed away. Upon rescheduling our wedding during the pandemic we also lost our wedding coordinator and were given a new one with just 3 months to go! We wish we could write reviews for Chris and Kelsey separately. What an absolute power team!! Chris, with all the many hats he wears, seemed like he was just working on call around the clock for this wedding. When he introduced Kelsey as our new coordinator, we all agreed that we got so lucky! Knowing her extensive background in this industry, I’m not sure how she does it but she made me feel like I was her first and only bride that she would ever work with. She was a pro. She had all the answers, was patient and accommodating and was ready to dive in. We are so thankful that we got to work with her because we truly feel that her and Chris made the difference. We didn’t even have an opportunity to stress out because our wedding was in the hands of two seasoned professionals. The BPP is a gorgeous venue that speaks for itself and if you’re looking for a place to make you feel special where you can have an easy relationship with your coordinators, then this is your venue!! I only wish I could relive that amazing wedding weekend over and over again! Thank you guys!!!!

My husband and I had the wedding of our dreams at the Boston Park Plaza, largely due to Savannah! We fell in love with the ballroom when we toured and it was an absolutely gorgeous setting for our reception. We were sold on getting married at the park plaza after meeting with Savannah. The Boston Park Plaza was top notch in every way! Working with Savannah was the best experience as she is incredibly organized, aims to please, is super dependable and always timely in her responses! She was very understanding of having a personal touch be part of our wedding day! You will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful ballroom space in Boston that preserves the old Boston character with modern upgrades due to its major recent renovation. My husband and I would recommend the Park Plaza as an absolute dream venue time and time again! Other added pluses of the Boston Park Plaza when compared to other Boston hotels/venues are:- a dual starter course which adds to the amazing meal program instead of a traditional first salad course -linen upgrades are included in the cost -chivari chairs are also included which was very important to me!-dance floor can be any size of your choosing which is key if you are having a band so nothing will seem cramped-a huge hotel so no risk of rooms selling out for your guests -great hotel bar and dining options on property for your guests to partake in outside of the wedding event -a beautiful Lynx gym complete with Top Golf for some active fun for your guests

The Boston Park Plaza was top notch in every way! Working with Savannah was the best experience as she is incredibly organized, aims to please, is super dependable and always timely in her responses! She was very understanding of having a personal touch be part of our wedding day! You will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful ballroom space in Boston that preserves the old Boston character with modern upgrades due to its major recent renovation. My husband and I would recommend the Park Plaza as an absolute dream venue time and time again! Other added pluses of the Boston Park Plaza when compared to other Boston hotels/venues are:- a dual starter course which adds to the amazing meal program instead of a traditional first salad course -linen upgrades are included in the cost -chivari chairs are also included which was very important to me!-dance floor can be any size of your choosing which is key if you are having a band so nothing will seem cramped-a huge hotel so no risk of rooms selling out for your guests -great hotel bar and dining options on property for your guests to partake in outside of the wedding event -a beautiful Lynx gym complete with Top Golf for some active fun for your guests

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Boston Park Plaza on 12/29/18 in their main ballroom. To say that the day was perfect is an understatement! Michaela was incredible to work with throughout the entire planning process. She gracefully coordinated all our visions into a dream come true wedding. The rest of the staff at BPP were extremely professional and the chef provided a delicious menu. Our guests are still talking about how fabulous the food was at our wedding! Boston Park Plaza is timeless and elegant. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone planning a city wedding!

My husband and I had our wedding at BPP a few weeks ago and it was just perfect. From the start, Savannah was so easy to work with. She is always available via email or phone and was able to accommodate multiple site visits and answered every question we had. We always felt like she was on top of every detail, which took the stress of wedding planning away from us. Savannah was so helpful in making our wedding unique - from donut walls and beignet stations, to having hot apple cider served as part of our signature cocktail. BPP truly works with you to create the wedding you are envisioning, and I could not imagine having it anywhere else!

We recently had our wedding at the Park Plaza and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we booked the Park Plaza as our venue to the wedding and even the week after wrap up - it was all perfect. The accommodations, food, location, logistics, space layout - everything was great and conducive to a great party. We worked with Michaela, who was the nicest, most calming personality during all the chaos of wedding planning and she made sure everything was perfect. It was the most enjoyable experience for us and that was all thanks to Michaela. She made sure we were happy with every decision and coordinated all of the logistics. I did not worry about anything once it was in her hands. There aren't enough words to describe how grateful we were for her - she truly made our vision come to life. I cannot recommend her or the Park Plaza enough!

From our first meeting with Michaela Ross to the final dance we couldn’t have hoped for more. The venue is spectacular. The coordination was seamless and professional. Michaela brought to life every vision we had. She is responsive, professional personal and insightful. She made us feel like we were the only event she was concerned with and everyone on her team did the same. The food was delicious. The service great. The dance floor was big. All the little nuances that you’d have to contract outside agencies for are all included in the package. It was great to have the reception in a full service elegant hotel where friends and family could congregate and linger. So much less work for us. We had great feedback from many guest as to how elegant and fun the wedding was. I would absolutely recommend the Boston Park Plaza for anyone considering a Boston based wedding reception

We couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding reception. I could write volumes about all the specific details that made our entire experience from planning to the day of exceptional, but I'll try to summarize. The space is obviously stunning, the food was amazing, but most importantly, everyone there, particularly our coordinator Michaela, was so attentive and caring , flexible, kind, and willing to work with us to personalize and customize our day from the reception itself to room blocks to our suite. The server Jill who we had on our tasting night with my parents made the evening so much fun, she made a point of remembering not only us but my parents names and was also there on our wedding and came to give us big hugs, which made us feel like family. On top of that, my grandmother passed away 3 days before our wedding and several family members did not fly out for the wedding. Michaela and the team were very accommodating on the head count due to the circumstances and were so kind to send condolences and little snacks to our room as well as to my mom's room. That small touch shows how much they care. I could add more, but bottom line is that we could not recommend having your wedding here more.

My husband and I got married at the Park Plaza a few days ago. We live in NYC so we traveled back and forth to Boston often visiting hotels, estates etc. The moment we stepped into the Park Plaza we knew this was our venue. Classic elegance with a modern twist is exactly right. The venue was the perfect marriage of our ornate yet contemporary/modern taste. Its very hard to find the marriage of both in a venue but the Park Plaza has done it. Michaela, was our coordinator and was absolutely incredible. Throughout the planning process, my control freak self wanted to come out but didn't have to. Michaela was calm, responsive, efficient, accommodating and direct throughout the entire process. Michaela and the staff were able to seamlessly help us plan and host our 300+ guests which is no easy feat. The food was absolutely delicious and the cocktail hour stations were beautifully presented. I appreciate Michaela's professional manner and expertise because it allowed me to put my trust in her and just enjoy my day. I was right to do so because my wedding surpassed my (high) expectations. I recommend this venue to all those city brides looking for a memorable day/night.

It was a two-day Indian fusion wedding and the Park Plaza was the perfect venue for it.Savannah, the coordinator was so attentive, detail-oriented, and supportive throughout the planning process. We knew we could rely on her for help on things, big and small.The staff the at Park Plaza were also extremely warm and attentive throughout our event. We were really able to create the warm, hospitality that Indian weddings offer, but all within the hotel! We will definitely recommend Park Plaza and Savannah to all future couples, especially ones that are trying to plan a fusion wedding in Boston.

After viewing almost every venue in Boston - (within city limits, accommodate 200+) which was 17 to be exact we chose the Boston Park Plaza for our wedding in May 2019. The Park Plaza was our first viewing and we didn't know what we wanted but we know what we didn't and we found ourselves comparing every venue to the Park Plaza. Everything about the process and day was amazing, the staff are all very professional, timely and accommodating. The options and customization were almost limitless and our coordinator Michaela was there every step and more than willing to help. From the table selection (linens, shapes and sizes), working with the chef to customize of a menu to incorporate my heritage, a customized drink menu (groom had specific beer requests), to the room lighting and they day of and what our guests would experience it was all so very easy. We did not use a wedding coordinator and we did not need one. Every detail was thought of which made everything flow so well without a hitch. Nothing happened that should not have happened because of the elegance and sophistication of the staff at the Park Plaza. We had the most memorable night and our guests had an unforgettable experience. The place is gorgeous and the room needs no excess as it is the perfect backdrop. It felt and looked like a fairy tale without the price since everything was well within budget. We would not have had the same wedding anywhere else at the same price point. I highly recommend!!

Adrianna was phenomenal to work with and has a great understanding of the industry. When she walked us into the ballroom a few minutes before the airwall opened for guests, I was completely floored at how stunning the room looked and the way in which she had captured exactly what I had asked for. To me, after touring many Boston venues, nothing captures classic elegance with a modern twist quite like the Park Plaza after their recent renovations. We hosted my daughter’s wedding at the Boston Park Plaza October 7, 2018. From the moment we met with Adrianna and Michaela, we knew we were in the right place. They were calm, efficient, and patient with all of our requests, bending over backwards to meet our needs. They were very responsive to our emails and calls throughout the planning, and were super organized as the date got closer. They kept assuring us that everything would be perfect, and it was! The space is gorgeous, with three rooms to hold the ceremony, cocktail hour, and then the dinner, so rooms do not quickly need to be turned over. The space is absolutely gorgeous and the whole day not only met but completely exceeded our expectations!

We had been looking at venues in Boston for over 300 people and search the area and the moment we entered the area for the cocktail reception we were sold, but then when we opened the doors to the ballroom that was a game changer. Adrianna walked us all through the process and timeline in such a kind and professional manner that the day of the wedding was seamless. Our food of was fabulous, the staff amazing and the venue was unbelievable, it was a fairy tale wedding thanks to Park Plaza and Adrianna

She was extremely responsive with all our silly questions and made GREAT suggestions when we weren't sure of something. We really don't know what we would have done without her! My husband and I are very grateful we had someone like Adrianna to make our vision come to life! We had our entire wedding on site at Park Plaza (ceremony in Georgian, cocktail in Ballroom B, reception in Grand Ballroom) and a room block for our family and friends. It all worked seamlessly! It also rained on our wedding day and it didn't even matter because not only is the ballroom beyond beautiful but the modern renovations to the hotel gave us endless options for photos. Our wedding had over 180 guests, an entertainer, a gospel choir, several Ukrainian traditions and rituals. My husband and I, both have full time intense jobs, planned everything ourselves in 6 months. You can understand that it was a really short timeline and a lot of back and forth communication between us and Adrianna. Despite all of these she did a brilliant job organizing. I want to highlight that it was ZERO pressure from her, every issue was solved in no time, just positive \"can do\" attitude. Adrianna is the best!!!

My wife and I did not have our wedding at BPP, but we did have 50 rooms in the hotel for our wedding guests from out of town. The team was helpful in getting good rates, adding more rooms when needed, updating us on changes, and booking suites. The day after brunch was delicious. It was simple and easy to choose food and it worked for 100 people's differing tastes.The hotel didn't deliver all of our welcome bags, though. Some were delivered late and some were not delivered at all. Also, they never came to clean the bridal suite in between lunch and 2 am so when we got back to the room it smelled like smoked salmon. Not super romantic, but when we called at that time they came right up to get the dishes. Overall, a great experience, just a few missteps.

We did pretty much no decorating and yet our pictures look stunning in the ballroom. It's also right in the heart of Back Bay so its close to everything for you and your guests.Our contact, Adrianna, did an amazing job of working with us on every detail from the day we first met her to the day of the wedding. We were so glad we chose the Boston Park Plaza to host our wedding reception! The Imperial Ballroom is just spectacular and the entire hotel has been re-done and updated. We were blown away by the elegance and majesty of the ballroom. There is room for a huge dance floor and we were introduced for the first time as husband and wife on the ballroom stage! The balconies are also a unique place to look down at all the guests below and throw the bouquet. We really appreciated how much the wedding package included (food, drinks, linens, champagne toast, separate room during cocktail hour for the wedding party, a really nice and spacious hotel suite for two nights etc.). The food was great; there were various hors d’oeuvres options and great entrée options (including vegetarian choices!). Most of all, we cannot express how much we appreciated the kindness, patience, expertise, and experience of Adrianna (the wedding coordinator). She was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and really wanted us to have a memorable night. She knew the reception logistics inside and out, ensuring that we were where we needed to be on time and that everything ran smoothly. It was amazing to have someone we could trust to execute everything on our wedding day so we didn’t have to worry about things like the vendors setting up or arranging the decorations. We have recommended working with Adrianna and the Park Plaza to all of our friends looking to get married in Boston.

Highly, highly recommended! We got married here in July of 2016. There are so many reasons that put the Boston Park Plaza head and shoulders above the competition: (1) The hotel's extraordinarily attentive wedding planner, Adrianna Avery, was with us every step of the way, always responsive, always helpful, always organized, always attentive to every detail, never pushy, never frustrated, from the very beginning of the planning process to the night itself. [Boston Park Plaza, give her a raise and don't let her go, she's too good!] (2) The food is spectacular. You have to use their in-house catering, but trust me, you WANT to - it's really, really good. The tasting left me wishing that I could order everything. (3) The actual spaces themselves are jaw-dropping! The adjacent Imperial and Plaza Ballrooms - really their signature spaces - are classic, elegant, and sophisticated; the Imperial Ballroom has built-in LED uplighting on the balcony pillars that they didn't charge us extra to use, and the space is surprisingly flexible. Our wedding had 180 guests, which the Imperial Ballroom easily accommodated, unlike many other hotel ballrooms around Boston, which would have fit but been on the tight side. And the Imperial Ballroom is a pretty flexible space - you can use or not use the balconies (yep, they fit full-size tables), use or not use the space under the balconies, use or not use the stage - there's tons of space, but it doesn't look empty if you're not filling all of it, which is a really neat trick. (4) The bedrooms are beautiful (some are a little small but none are cramped), and the per-night price for wedding room block bedrooms in the hotel is excellent. To have a wedding at any other fancy hotel in Boston, we would have needed to provide a second, cheaper option for out-of-town guests, because other fancy hotels were really too expensive to have asked our wedding guests to book. The Boston Park Plaza is large enough that their room rates aren't off the charts, and it makes everything so much simpler when people can just go upstairs when the night's done. (5) Overall, we couldn't imagine having a better experience anywhere else. Highly, highly recommended.

I don't know how she does it, but she made me feel like I was the only wedding the Park Plaza had this year. It was incredible especially since I think there was a wedding there every weekend for months. She was always available and took care of everything immediately. Adrianna made the planning process so easy, which is essential to having a perfect wedding day- I was so relaxed on my wedding day because I knew everything was taken care of and for that I am so grateful. Her suggestions were vital to helping me create the wedding of my dreams. And then when you combine her skill and expertise with an awesome staff, attentive service, incredibly gorgeous take-your-breath-away ballroom, phenomenal food and newly renovated hotel, and you've got the perfect wedding venue. If you want a fairytale \"wow\" wedding, look no further. I should mention the food again because it was sooooo good! I am dying to have the seabass again. We married in October 2016 at the Boston Park Plaza, and it was a phenomenal experience - from the gorgeous ballroom and incredible food, to most importantly, the invaluable wedding planner Adrianna Avery. I couldn't recommend this venue more.I work in the hospitality industry at another large Boston hotel (events and marketing), and I am also a perfectionist with a very close attention to detail. With that, I thought it might be impossible to find a wedding planner who would think about more than I do; HOWEVER, Adrianna is the best out there. We held our ceremony in the room adjacent, which was equally as stunning. Guests are still raving about the food quality, and how everything they tried was fantastic.The room blocks worked very well on-property, and Francisco was incredibly helpful in managing MANY rooms for our large group.It rained all day for us, but if given the opportunity, outdoor pictures in the Public Garden are a must!

We married in October 2016 at the Boston Park Plaza, and it was a phenomenal experience - from the gorgeous ballroom and incredible food, to most importantly, the invaluable wedding planner Adrianna Avery. I couldn't recommend this venue more.I work in the hospitality industry at another large Boston hotel (events and marketing), and I am also a perfectionist with a very close attention to detail. With that, I thought it might be impossible to find a wedding planner who would think about more than I do; HOWEVER, Adrianna is the best out there. Adrianna and the professionals at the Boston Park Plaza were with us every step. Fabulous food, great service and providing about 40 hotels rooms to guests who had traveled from around the world to celebrate with the bride and groom. In addition to all the expected service, the staff provided excellent recommendations for vendors including florists, guest transportation and bakeries. The ball room was beautiful. Our guests had a wonderful time. The bride and groom were thrilled. Choosing the Boston Park Plaza made everything else simply.

Per recommendation of the hotel, we did a room block for our guests. We were told if we set aside a certain number of rooms, the guests would receive a discounted rate. The savings ended up being $2.00 per room. What a joke. We still ended up including the information for the room block on the wedding invitations, especially since if you do not fill %80 of the block you will be responsible for the cost of the left over rooms that were not booked. Soon later, we were getting text messages and calls daily from guests saying they could not book a room through the block. They were told it was full, or the representative on the phone had no idea what they were talking about. To try it out and see first hand, my father in law called and was on the phone for 30 minutes to book one night! Most of our guests ended up booking online through other sites such as Expedia, etc. I did notify the Park Plaza of these issues, and we were told an additional $20 would be taken off the cost of each room for guests, but I am not sure if that ended up happening.\rIn addition, the hotel rooms are in serious need of updates. It is almost embarrassing to have them looking like such at a hotel called the Park Plaza, known for its elegance and charm. Overall, the hotel room block was a waste of time and I would not recommend.

Think twice before planning a wedding at Boston Park Plaza! In May I spoke to a hotel wedding spokesperson about a date in Sept 2016 for my daughter's wedding. She reserved that date and agreed to hold it until we met in June. We met and agreed on date/package. Two weeks later she emailed a wedding estimate with the correct date/info which was agreed to at our meeting. I confirmed the details and waited for the contract she said she would mail. Two weeks went by...no contract. I emailed looking for the contract. The very next day the hotel called me to say that a corporate client reserved the same date and my daughter could no longer have that date! They offered an alternative date and a discount. I rescheduled the church and three vendors to accommodate the new date and informed the hotel. The next day a hotel director called me to say the corporate client couldn't decide which date they wanted and we had to wait another 10 days to find out which date my daughter would get. At that point I signed a contract with another hotel. Point of story: It took 40 DAYS for the Park Plaza to let me know they had given our reserved date to someone else. BOTTOM LINE: Be absolutely sure of the date you choose, get a contract and sign immediately. Also know if you are competing with a corporate event at this hotel, you may lose out like we did. From our own personal experience, it seems Boston Park Plaza places a higher value on corporate business rather than weddings. Beware!!

Our wedding couldn't have been more perfect! With the added stress of the renovation of the hotel, Adrianna and Chris worked hard to make sure the day was perfect for us. All the event spaces were ready and complete by our wedding and looked breath taking. As the doors opened from cocktail hour, there were people gasping at how beautiful the reception room looked. The beautiful balcony's made for some great pictures, especially a cool shot of all of our guests on the dance floor. Adrianna was extremely attentive the year leading up to the wedding and answered ALL of my annoying stressed out emails right away. Working with her alone was reason enough to have our wedding at this hotel, what an experience :)

My husband and I were absolutely devastated, but there was to be a light at the end of the tunnel...\r\rThe ONE place that I absolutely DREAMED of having my wedding since I was just a little girl, reached out to me asking if they could help - The Boston Park Plaza. Adrianna Avery, did everything in her power to ensure I had the wedding of my dreams. From start to finish - Adrianna went above and beyond in helping me plan and coordinate our new arrangements and did not disappoint at the end result! \rShe was available to me ALL THE TIME - and trust me... I was super annoying haha! For most young brides, we usually have no idea what we're doing.. but Adrianna helped me in every way possible. She kept calm and composed in times where I was stressing out and having anxiety, which of course put me at ease that she DEFINITELY knew what she was doing! \rThe overall venue was truly amazing - from the food, to the decor, architecture and overall hospitality - I couldn't have asked for a more magnificent evening. I would highly recommend the Park Plaza for your wedding. I got married last May and I had a wonderful experience. Adrianna, the event coordinator, was one of the best parts of the park plaza experience - she was organized, personal and calm at each step of the way. We had the ceremony and reception at the hotel and the flow was perfect and the location in the city is unbeatable. My pictures were in the Boston Common and brunch in the Garden Suite on Sunday. I worried about nothing but having fun during the entire weekend. One suggestion no matter where the venue is the more you are organized during the planning the more organized all vendors are with you. In additional to the venue, good vendors are worth the investment and they are all familiar with the Park Plaza - DesignLight - lighting, Flou(-e)r - flowers, Rachel Kate Photography- photography - you will not be disappointed!

My daughter and son in law recently held their wedding reception at the Boston Park Plaza. I can not say enough about the professional quality service that we received from the wedding coordinator Adrianna. I live out of state and was not always able to attend meetings with my daughter. Adrianna always promptly returned my calls and offered great ideas and solutions to all of my questions. She even arranged early check-in for some out of state guests who were flying in the morning of the wedding.\r The ballroom where we held the reception was a beautiful and elegant backdrop for the reception. The banquet staff was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. The food was outstanding and many of our guests commented on how much they enjoyed their meal. I would definitely recommend the Boston Park Plaza if you are planning a wedding in the Boston area.

We were very apprehensive working with a stranger, however, Adrianna proved herself indispensable! She was great to work with, responsive, and very organized. During and after the wedding, my guests all kept saying how delicious the food was. The appetizers, main courses, and the large display of dessert was simply divine! My husband and I would love to have our wedding again, and attend as guests so we could eat more! It's a bit pricey, and there were some minor things that were missed, however overall it was a great experience.

The Boston Park Plaza is a phenomenal venue and ideal for an Indian wedding.\r\rFirst, let me talk about the venue. The Park Plaza is conveniently located and offers plenty for your guest to do during non-wedding events. We held our baraat (procession/parade where the groom's side arrives to the venue) down Columbus Avenue, and the hotel worked with our decorator to orchestrate all that. We then enter into the hotel, and proceed up an elegant set of stairs into a ballroom, where we held the Milni (receipt of groom family by brides family). We held the ceremony in the Imperial ballroom, which lives up to its name. It's grand. Many political figures have had their victory parties there. The hotel staff flipped the room for the reception, and it turned out perfectly.\r\rSecond, let me talk about their staff. We dealt with Adrianna Avery, who was professional and very available for any of our needs. During the event itself, she worked to ensure that everything ran smoothly. There were several last minute gliches that she helped fix. For example, for one of the events, we needed a small amount of rice; she managed to track that down. At another time, we needed cotton balls. Adrianna and her staff took apart several guest-toiletry boxes and collected the necessary cotton-balls. During the event, I personally saw Adrianna running around herding guests and making sure that everything ran smoothly.\r\rIt is worth discussing the value of this location. The Boston Park Plaza was significantly less than the other hotels that we looked at in the area (including the Seaport, Copley Fairmont, Copley Westin, Intercontinental). The one downside is that the room-rates for guests are still a bit pricy, and many of our guests opted to stay in other locations.\r\r\rIn terms of Indian weddings, there are not very many venues that work with outside caterers, and the Park Plaza did a phenomenal job of working with Masala Art (who is not the easiest company to work with). Also, the venue hall is large enough to handle lots of guest comfortably. They handle a lot of Indian weddings (and weddings in general), so they know how to deal with almost any situation.

During the event, I personally saw Adrianna running around herding guests and making sure that everything ran smoothly.\r\rIt is worth discussing the value of this location. The Boston Park Plaza was significantly less than the other hotels that we looked at in the area (including the Seaport, Copley Fairmont, Copley Westin, Intercontinental). The one downside is that the room-rates for guests are still a bit pricy, and many of our guests opted to stay in other locations.\r\r\rIn terms of Indian weddings, there are not very many venues that work with outside caterers, and the Park Plaza did a phenomenal job of working with Masala Art (who is not the easiest company to work with). Also, the venue hall is large enough to handle lots of guest comfortably. They handle a lot of Indian weddings (and weddings in general), so they know how to deal with almost any situation.

Boston Park Plaza was THE true wedding experience!! Adrianna Avery (wedding coordinator) worked with us through every step of the way. She was thoughtful, organized, detailed and you can tell she takes great pride in her work. \rFrom the food to the service to the room décor, lighting, sound and progress of events we couldn't ask for more. The cocktail reception is held in the front room of the ballroom and calls for a nice intimate start of the evening. \rWhen they opened the air walls all of our guests were in awe on how gorgeous the main ballroom looked with a historic feel and a very \"classy\" atmosphere. The stage and balconies also a great addition to the overall perspective of the room.\rThe food was presented in a timely manner, hot, garnished and delicious. Service was crisp and quick allowing guests to hit the dance floor. Thank you Blake (banquet captain) for overseeing a fantastic service. Our server Carole was so sweet and attentive. She also served us at our wedding tasting! She is a true asset to the Park Plaza.\rAll of our needs were catered to and we couldn't ask to work with a better team than Boston Park Plaza Wedding/Banquet Team. Park Plaza is very special to us and we will always remember this Fairy Tale Wedding night.

We had our Wedding at the Boston Park Plaza in June 2014. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. We started to plan our wedding 18 months ahead of time and had many options for a venue. The ballroom is gorgeous and the service we received at the Park Plaza was excellent from the start. We had ~140 guest at our wedding and were concerned about using such a large ballroom (Imperial), however our wedding manager (Adrianna) worked with us to make sure it looked perfect.Throughout the planning process Adrianna was very responsive to all questions and assisted us with anything we needed. The food was fantastic and I receive compliments from our guests all the time. The service at the wedding was phenomenal, guest were all served at the same time and everyone was more than accommodating. Adrianna really made sure everything went perfectly and I could completely relax that day knowing she had everything under control.

My now husband and I first saw the Plaza ballroom when his university held a ball there when we were dating. After, when secretly planning my dream wedding, I imagined how special it would be to have our wedding there someday. Coming from Las Vegas with a tight schedule for visiting potential venues for our wedding 10 years later, I didn't think we'd actually end up at the Plaza. Touring for the fun of it, the rush of memories we experienced coupled with the enthusiasm of then coordinator, Ashley, we immediately booked. Unfortunately, Ashley ended up leaving for another position, and how the Plaza handled the transition to get us in contact with her replacement was difficult, which was 4/5 star worthy. However, the stellar handling by her replacement, Adrianna, brought our rating back up to a 5/5. Adrianna was helpful and understanding throughout the whole process, she answered my many question-filled emails with ease, and the weekend of the wedding knew when to steal me away from the craziness of my bridal party so that I could have a moment to regroup. I completely trusted her judgement if I wasn't available to make a decision day of about reception decor, and our parents felt comfortable in her capable hands maneuvering our wedding. The wedding itself was a complete blur with me getting 12 hours of sleep over 3 days, but when I look back at it, it was the perfect day at the perfect venue with the perfect man, thanks to the Plaza and Adrianna.

The Boston Park Plaza was the perfect venue for my wedding. We had the ceremony in the beautiful Georgian Ballroom and the reception in the grand Plaza ballroom. When the wall opened at cocktail hour to reveal our reception people clapped because they had never seen anything like it. We also hosted two brunches during the weekend. Everything ran smoothly and the entire staff went out of their way to make sure the event was an incredible success for all of our guests. Its truly an incredible venue that will wow your guests and the services and facilities will make your wedding a unique historical venue.

The Boston Park Plaza has all of the architectural and design elements I have always dreamt my wedding would entail- crystal chandeliers, gold crown molding, and a general regal appearance- so I was naturally thrilled when I saw it for the first time about a year before my wedding. I was very happy with the event planner we were working with, but she left for a position at another hotel about 2 and a half months before my wedding. We had some difficulties with the transition, but after many meetings we were guaranteed that everything would be fixed, and it was. The new planner, Adrianna, studied our contract, made herself available 24/7, and worked with our day-of event planner and vendors to ensure that our day was perfect. I couldn't have dreamt our wedding to have turned out any better than it did, and I have Adrainna and the catering and banquet team (Stephan & Blake) to thank!

We fell in love with the Boston Park Plaza Hotel & Towers from the moment we walked in, and it did not disappoint. Our fairytale wedding came true from the amazing atmosphere, gourmet food, excellent service & accommodation for my guest, the bride & groom! We owe this immensely to Ashley Anastasi that was nothing but sweet & kind to us from the minute we met her until taking off for our honeymoon!! Ashley was our wedding coordinator at the hotel who went above and beyond with her level of professionalism and experience – we were so ecstatic to work with her on all the details. Our ceremony was in the Georgian Room than followed into the Plaza ballroom during cocktail hour which than opened up into the Imperial Ballroom for the reception. When the doors opened up into the Imperial Ballroom, it was truly magical!!! Everything went so smooth.... If your staying over at the hotel ask for the Garden Suite room - we promise you will not be disappointed with the amount of space in the suite and the enormous balcony!! \rWe would recommend this venue to any couple looking for an unbelievable fairytale wedding experience!!! Everyone at the wedding had a great time & we owe this all to the amazing staff at the Boston Park Plaza & a special thank you to Ashley Anastasi!!!! \r
