Megan Trimmer(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 13-04-2021 I had my wedding here and I couldn’t have been happier with the outcome! Shannon was my wedding coordinator and she was fantastic at explaining everything and with communication throughout the entire process. The venue was lovely, the food was great and all of the catering staff were friendly and very attentive. Not to mention all of the breathtaking views, oceanfront access and excellent level of service! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone in search of all the above. Reviewed on 23-04-2021
Kylee Arsenault(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 22-03-2021 I can’t say enough excellent things about Hilton Cocoa Beach! We got married 3/22/21 and had the BEST time. Shannon and her team were amazing. They were attentive, managed challenges quickly, and made us feel at ease. This was a destination wedding for us, as we live in New England. But to be honest everyone was so meticulous with their planning and communication with us that we felt completely calm. Their ballroom is huge and gorgeous, and VERY comfortably fit our 90 guests. Shannon, Jennifer and Teresa, thank you for everything! This was the best day of our lives because of you all. Reviewed on 26-03-2021

John Lambert(groom)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-11-2020 The Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront was an exceptional venue for our wedding. Shannon was an outstanding wedding planner who attended to all of our needs. She effectively coordinated with all vendors and staff services to give us a most special day.The Horizons Room with its patio and private beach access was ideal, especially with the SpaceX Crew Launch happening during our reception. Excellent backdrop for many of our pictures with the beach background in the late afternoon. All guests were able to view the night launch from the walkway. The food was amazing. All plates (beef tenderloin, roast chicken and salmon) were delicious with positive comments by all guests. By far, the best hotel function food I've ever had. Jaime Alef(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-02-2020 There are not enough stars to show satisfaction with our reception dinner and the wedding day ceremony and brunch- both venues were thoughtfully put together and gorgeous, staff was attentive - planning from VT and never seeing the location, we just went with it and have 0 regrets- even small issues were worked through via email and phone and things moved forward without a hitch. If you do a package deal like we did, let Marcia and her team do their thing- if you are a bride that is on the controlling end of the spectrum vs rolling with it, I think such a bride will be happy to as the team was patient and wanted to please-I think just being chill and passing off the “baby” is the way to go here- I will forever have memories of a perfect stay/ceremony- food was delicious -vendors selected by Marcia were top notch -I can’t say enough awesome things Reviewed on 11-06-2020
Ashley Rittenbacher(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-01-2019 We had our wedding ceremony on the beach and reception on the pool deck, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Our point of contact was Krista Smith and she was beyond amazing. We knew planning our wedding from overseas would be challenging, but Krista organized so much for us and always responded quickly- even off hours! The beach area was beautiful. We got so many compliments on the wedding but the thing people raved most about was the food. Krista was able to organize a pig roast, and the people loved the food choices and display she and the chef came up with. The pool deck was a great area for the reception. We were able to enjoy the nice weather and see the sunset while we celebrated with our friends and family. I would highly recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to plan a wedding, especially on the beach! Reviewed on 30-01-2019

Rosie Chilton(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-10-2018 The venue was beautiful and Krista was so easy to work with. Absolutely if you want an easy beach wedding go here! Also ask for Krista - I wouldn't have done it without her. Truly. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that we did the room blocks with them, and that was difficult. Krista was not in charge of this, by the way. Jennifer was - she was hard to contact and made several mistakes (including forgetting to book rooms for my sister). She rectified them all though, and it ended up great. Reviewed on 30-12-2018
Gina Gutierrez(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-11-2018 Honestly, I was going to book this place as my last resort since there were circumstances that happened with my previous venue. the hotel was beautiful! but as soon as I saw the ball room I said to my SO \"this is it?\" the woman who gave us a tour showed us around the cocktail room, ballroom, and out side. as we were walking outside I was told we could have a beach wedding etc. beach wedding was not what I wanted but as last resort, I didn't care at this point. we saw that there were people at the beach and asked if anyone had access to it when the ceremony was happening. her words were \"this is a public beach so we cannot kick anyone out. but I'm sure your photographer can Photoshop them out.\" my SO and wedding planner were speechless. we not only will be taking pictures but we'll be recording the ceremony as well. so how can you Photoshop a video??? moving on, we went back to the ball room. we asked about cocktail hour and the woman told us we would have the hors d'oeuvres stationed in the hallway and drinks would be in the cocktail room. that's when I said nope. it showed all over my face how upset I was and my SO was ready to leave. luckily, we found a lovely venue that exceeds our expectations! Amanda Schanus(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-02-2017 I had a very nice initial visit with the catering representative to view the facilities at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront in February of 2016 and ultimately booked our wedding ceremony on the beach for February 2017. They have a lovely spot on the beach and I envisioned my dad walking me over the boardwalk bridge to my ceremony. I arrived the Thursday before our wedding to find the boardwalk bridge under construction and trash bins stationed all around. No one had notified me, so it was a huge shock and frankly I was pissed. The representative that I had booked with was on vacation and her assistant turned out not to be very helpful. I felt it was too late to do anything about it, so I went forward with our wedding as planned. On the day of the wedding said assistant said they would station someone at a special entrance to our wedding site on the beach so my guests and wedding party didn't have to walk through the pool area to get there. They were supposed to allow just our group through this side entrance and keep other people out. As the wedding party arrived, there was no one stationed there. Thankfully I had shown everyone where to go prior to the ceremony. Two men with a bucket of beers followed my Dad and I through the opening and halfway down our path until I stopped, turned around and told them they were in the middle of a wedding procession. They seemed surprised despite my long white gown and veil. The photographer couldn't avoid getting the garbage bins in some of the wedding photos as the wedding party made their way across the beach, so I will have memories of the garbage bins at my wedding to cherish for the rest of my life. 75% of our guests (a group of 70 in total) stayed at the Hilton. My dad spent between $300-500 on a family breakfast at the restaurant. We booked the full ocean suite for $300 a night for two nights. We paid to have our ceremony on the beach in front of the Hilton. I'm also an HH Honors member. I would think those combined points would be enough for them to do better than they did for us. Despite this we treasure the day because we got married on the beach like we wanted, it was beautiful and our guests had a good time enjoying Cocoa Beach. Any guest room related issues addressed to the Hilton by myself or my guests were taken care of promptly and they went above and beyond delivering guest bags to our guests. They did an excellent job setting up and decorating our ceremony site, so I appreciate them for all of that. Would I still choose them knowing now what I didn't then? No. Reviewed on 20-12-2017

But other than that, the front desk girls and guys were always rude anytime myself of my wedding party approached them. The valet guys were always awesome and helpful every time we needed help with something. \rNow, the wedding planner herself? Was awesome up until we arrived to the hotel. I am from out of town so I had no idea what to expect and was already nervous as to what my parents were paying for. \rShe didn't show up to rehearsal because she \"had no idea about it\" - funny I thought it was her job to know or find those things out. She had no idea what room I was staying in to call me down for the ceremony. Which by the way she didn't even do. I had to call everyone to go down myself, and that included my husband and his wedding party. My mom then had to have the front desk call her because she was no where to be found right before my bridesmaids went down. Rikki Soliz(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 27-04-2012 We had our wedding ceremony on Cocoa Beach with the Hilton. We used the intimate ceremony wedding package. The decorations (with the arch and such) wasn't what we were expecting, but it was pretty, I guess. We wished they would have asked people to leave some room behind the ceremony (for all of 20 minutes) so that there wouldn't be people in bathing suits in our pictures. They didn't though. That bothered us a little bit. The reception was great. The decorations was really pretty and anything extra I asked for (candle votives, extra table, etc) were provided right away. They took our welcome bags behind the front desk and handed them out to all of our guests, which was really nice. I was working with Janice through the whole planning process. She took off on our wedding day so we worked with Maggie. She was really sweet and helpful. We did fajitas for our guests for dinner, they were really good. We wished there was rice and beans, though. The beer, wine, and soda bar was good... thought it was a bit too expensive though. We only used 1 of their recommended vendors (florist) and we had TONS of issues with them. I think they were called A1 Cocoa Beach Florist or something like that. Wouldn't recommend using them.
