Hilton Dallas Park Cities Reviews
Katie Davis(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 29-04-2017 The Hilton was the perfect place to host our reception. It was close to the church and the majority of our guests stayed the night. The food was absolutely delicious and Kelley made sure everything was taken care of before and during our reception. Our wedding guests loved hanging out in the bar after the reception. We held our wedding reception at the Hilton Dallas/Park Cities hotel and it was absolutely amazing. Ann Cuellar was such a joy to work with and made our day absolutely amazing. She was so professional and handled everything we asked for flawlessly. Our guests were amazed by this gem of a hotel that is tucked away . For all brides and grooms considering staying in the presidential suite for the wedding.. DO IT! It was absolutely fantastic. Having our reception at this hotel was the best decision we could have made and we wouldn't change it for the world! Reviewed on 17-07-2016
Lisa Flores(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-06-2015 I had great hopes for this Hilton property. It is a beautiful hotel with recent reservations. The planning process was easy. Contract to book rooms easy. Booking rooms easy. Filling out special guest and accounting forms easy. Actually checking in and having the correct rooms was terrible. All of my family's reservations were wrong. They had my family in rooms that they didn't reserve and all over the hotel - not together like they had reserved. The accounting dept misplaced the form that took care of the financial costs for two of my guests, which caused for some unpleasantness at check-in. Then upon check out my guest were automatically charged for valet use - even if they didn't have a car on property. I was not a happy bride when I heard this. Everything in the end was fixed, but it definitely was not easy. Reviewed on 16-07-2015
Debra Thompson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-08-2014 When we initially started planning our wedding, we wanted a smaller venue that was out of the big city of Dallas. We knew, both of us being both from Dallas, if we had our wedding in Dallas (especially because of the particular area of Dallas) it would be a much more upscale wedding than we initially wanted. My now husband and I were both a little older than your average first time bride and groom. So much so, when the Reverend at our Ceremony started the wedding with the words \"FINALLY\"! \r\rWhen we decided to get married in our home town, we knew our wedding ceremony would be held at the church in which my husband grew up and is still a very active member. It just so happens, the Hilton Dallas Park Cities is a block away from this church. It was a no brainer for me. We would have our reception at HPC! We met with Ann in February and with me having a prior relationship with not only Ann, but with many of the team members, I knew the reception would be beautiful.\r\rLuckily, I picked August 2nd as my wedding date and was pretty confident that our day would be open and it was. HPC boasts that having your wedding reception at their Hotel, you will be the center of attention. It's so very true. We wanted an \"Upscale Texas\" (after all we are in Dallas) wedding. Ann and the team at HPC made sure that all our needs were not only met but highly exceeded. ANN KNOWS HER STUFF! I explained what I wanted and she made sure it happened. We had a plated sit down dinner for 150 and it went off seamlessly. The food was amazing! Seriously, we had so many guests comment on how excellent the food tasted. It was definitely not the regular hotel beef and chicken dinner plate. \r\rHPC is a beautiful hotel located in the premier area of Dallas. Although it's a Hilton, the hotel itself is much more boutique. HPC is a hidden gem in Dallas and we wouldn't have had our wedding at any other location.\r\rThank you to Ann and the team at HPC! Brittany Brown(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-10-2011 When I went to look at the Hilton Park Cities I loved it! We picked this one over many others in Dallas. However, my biggest fear came true. We had the room on hold and someone else would booked the venue. We met with the lady here twice, and after the second time she was supposed to send us the final contract. However, she took her sweet time sending us the contract and a pharmaceutical group came in and booked it over us. If she would have had her act together and send is the contract the day that she told us she would have I would not be trying to find a new venue. She is either always \"out of the office\" \"on the other line.\" This should have been a red flag when I was trying to book. It took several days to try to meet with her in the first place. The one review on here I have a feeling is her daughter since they have the same last name & two of her daughters got married here. How would she have liked it if this happened to HER DAUGHTERS wedding! Now I have booked at another venue that has their act together. \rThe hotel seems amazing, but when it comes down to it, on the most important day in your life, you dont want to question will this happen to you...
