My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Hilton Dallas/Rockwall. It was such a beautiful location on the lake. The service of the Hotel was great. Cammie Peel was our main point of contact and communications were always timely. Cammie and the Hilton staff worked tirelessly to make sure everything went perfectly on the day of our wedding. And it truly did! So glad we went with this venue for our wedding with over 400 guests.

Since the Knot limits the review length... Let me attempt to sum this up. Don't let this beautiful hotel deceive you like it did my wife and I. Terrible management and terrible customer service. Elizabeth (director of catering) failed to properly run our wedding. An open bar that was not open. Constantly ran out of beer, failed to provide all beers on menu, and cut our open bar 30 minutes short. Then basically called us liars with a smile. Don't worry though! Contact corporate for them to forward your complaint to the person you complained on.... Awesome! Btw check in will be late and they will say \"it's confusing\" and \"hard\" when people don't check out on time and rooms are dirty because they don't have enough staff. They will then beg you to see their side of things when you're paying for a room that isn't ready. Never again.

Everything at the Hilton in Rockwall was wonderful. Our guests all complimented the food and wine selection. The view over the lake was amazing. People came to look at the venue while we were still there and my dad was trying to convince them all to use the pergola (this is a HUGE compliment from him). The Hilton staff was amazing and even accommodated my spouse and I having dinner by ourselves before the reception. I would highly recommend this location.

The staff at Hilton Rockwall, especially Chante, were one of the main reasons we had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception at the Hilton Rockwall. They went above and beyond what was required at every turn of the way. Whether it was specific dining/catering requirements, decor requirements or even accommodating our busy schedules when we needed to meet in person and most importantly, helping us stay within our budget. I would highly, highly recommend Hilton Rockwall to anyone who's looking for a beautiful venue for their next event.

We had a wonderful experience at The Hilton from start to finish. Chante was so friendly and accomodating and helped us with anything and everything along the way. I cannot stress enough the amount of compliments we recieved from multiple guests, weeks and even months after the wedding on how great the food was and the wonderful service. My mother was concerned about the quality of food and it by far exceeded hers and everyon else's expectations. Staff was great and we can't wait to go back for a staycation very soon!

I just had my wedding at the Hilton on Saturday and I'm very disappointed. We spent 30k on food and alcohol and they tried to bill me for a ridiculous amount for 30 minutes of consumption towards the end. We had 120 people that drank alcohol and they are trying to charge me 4,000 for 297 drinks in 30 minutes. Complete rip off! The venue was beautiful, but the staff was very inexperienced with serving. They didn't replenish plates during cocktail hour and left dirty plates and glasses on tables for a while. \r\rOur planner did not stay the whole time to make sure everything was going well. When they cut my cake they just left the mess on the table the rest of the night. \r\rDo not do consumption bar and I would look for a venue that caters more weddings.

Nicole at the Hilton worked so hard to give me everything I asked for and the night was PERFECT! The food was awesome (mac & cheese were the guest's favorite) and the hospitality was genuine. Beautiful venue. The hotel is gorgeous and provided a wonderful lakeside backdrop for our summer wedding. We shopped around the DFW and beyond and found the Hilton Bella Harbor to offer the most bang for your buck. We wanted a beautiful location that did not break the bank. Our Hilton wedding coordinator, Nicole, was awesome. She was completely responsive through the process and just a pleasure to work with. I definitely would recommend this location to any couple without reservation.

The Venue is a great spot wonderful view great hotel very nice. The help on the other hand was not. The \"Coordinator\" said that she would help us with whatever we needed, well when it came to the rehearsal she wasn't there, came to the wedding showed up to only ask for more money! When we thought we paid in full already! We were missing chair covers for 4 chairs and all the rest had them and I physically had to go ask for them to please put chair covers on the rest of the chairs! We stayed in a suite from Monday- Thursday and only had Housekeeping come once! We ran out of toilet paper and towels and had to ask the housekeepers when they were cleaning other peoples rooms for these items. When we asked why the coordinator didn't come to the rehearsal she stated she wasn't required to! Even though she said that she would be there for anything we needed. She definitely let us know that we were not on her priority list and/or we just didn't spend enough for her to do extra work. The hors d'oeuvres were disgusting as well

We stayed here on our Wedding Night and it was so great. The room was so romantic. We also enjoyed the Sea Wolf Catamaran. The hotel offered a great buffet for Sunday brunch which was wonderful.

All my wedding guest stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and they all ate breakfast there the next morning. Staff was friendly and made sure my wedding went smooth. They treated my like a princess :)!

Staff was wonderful very curtous and thoughtful. Hotel was beautiful accomadating and a good price. Hotel gave complimentary suite for two nights for bride and groom champagne toast for all guests 1/2 off parent suites for two nights and one complmentary appitizer for all guests before bride and groom arrived for the reception.
