We chose Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg as our wedding venue and we couldn't be more happy with our choice. The entire staff was incredibly helpful all along. I want to give a huge shout-out to McKenzie, Jennifer & Ramona for going above and beyond in managing things with our vendors, taking extremely good care of our guests, who stayed at the hotel, and making sure all of us have a good time. McKenzie was very flexible with his schedule during the entire planning phase. We met multiple times to go over details of the wedding day. His breadth of knowledge and stellar work-ethics definitely need some recognition!

We chose Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg as our wedding venue and we couldn't be more happy with our choice. The entire staff was incredibly helpful all along. We held both our wedding ceremony and our reception at the Twinsburg Hilton. The entire Hilton staff were so nice and accommodating. I cannot say enough great things about their event coordinator, Kathy. She was always very responsive- most of the time she would email me back within an hour. She planned a great meal tasting months in advance. She was very helpful with coordination of the entire day. Kathy helped me plan the ceremony timeline and where people walk/ stand. She helped with seating arrangements, favors and decorations. She kept track of all of my guests with allergies or special dietary restrictions. She arranged for all of my guests to have breakfast together in a private room. Anything I asked of her- she made it happen! She even added Whiteclaws (my favorite) to our open bar! The Hilton in general was a great place to host our wedding. The staff were all very welcoming and friendly. The venue is beautiful inside and outside in the courtyard. It’s close to the highway so it was easily accessible for all my guests. The rooms are nice and affordable. Plenty of parking available for guests. And finally, the food was delicious! We heard so many positive comments about the appetizers, meal and late-night snack!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the service and organization of our wedding reception at the Hilton Garden Inn, Twinsburg.Our original reception was scheduled for June, 2020, but was delayed during the pandemic. The staff, especially their event coordinator, was extremely understanding and responsive to all of our concerns about COVID, and extremely flexible with all aspects of the reception. They were very attentive towards any special dietary restrictions for guests, were responsive throughout the night to all of the guests' requests and were very quick to serve, and they also coordinated with our other wedding vendors and worked together with them extremely well.The Hilton Garden Inn staff handled all of the setup of the room, and were very flexible when it came to our input and any concerns we had. They were happy to let us bring and post our own menu boards, escort cards, and let our florist setup the table centerpieces. Their event coordinator was also happy to provide us with any suggestions and assist with any issues, based on her extensive experience. In addition, they were extremely friendly to our guests with children.We cannot recommend the Hilton Garden Inn highly enough, and would be happy to recommend them to any family and friends considering a similar event.

We collaborated well with each other to come up with a joyfully agreeable contract. As time went on and the pandemic grew worse, this vendor was able to work with us to change our wedding date. We used the venue for the bridal shower, ceremony and reception and all three events were beyond my expectation. The food was not only over the top delicious but served hot which is incredible at an event for 200 guests. The chef prepared a special menu for for our Vegan guests and they were amazed that such attention was given to them. The staff was delightful and attentive to every detail. We were provided with 5-star service. Three weeks later, and our guests are still raving.Our family has used this venue on many occasions.The Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland/Twinsburg NEVER disappoints

My daughters wedding was flawless! A big THANK YOU to the Hilton Garden Inn Twinsburg, OH to Kathy our Event Sales Manager, the Chef and Rita one of the many servers. The General Manager Roger was on hand as well. Our ballroom sent up was stunning. The food was excellent, all of our guests commented on the food. My other vendors to thank Even Batter the cake was fabulous looking and delightful in taste, The Blossom Shop provided our flowers, Natalie our florist went over the top for table decorations, and to decorate the outside for our ceremony! We had Kyro as our DJ, phenomenal!!! Ran the show. Our trio for the ceremony was Celestial Strings, superb. This Mother of the Bride had no negative comments what so ever! I recommend all of these vendors for your wedding! The day was absolutely perfect!!!

We were married at the hotel on May 10, 2014 and we wanted to say a big thank you to Kathy and her team!! They were absolutely fabulous about getting us all ready and getting us through the big day. Kathy was remarkable reachable with my million questions and lack of decision making. She was there to help and guide us through food choices which proved difficult as all the food was amazing which was impressive considering we had many things to work around (vegetarians, religious beliefs, food allergies, gluten, diabetics, etc.). The entire hotel staff was wonderful and did everything to make our stay even more amazing including keeping breakfast open the next morning as we were too busy talking with our families to actually eat in a timely manner. Additionally the entire hotel staff was wonderful when we asked for things like power cords, cleaning the room on our schedule, and helping us to find places to take pictures if the weather had been bad. Kathy was great to help us with the rehearsal and had us practice both indoors and outdoors in case of rain. We were very lucky and were able to be outside but it was good to do both just in case. It really was the best day of our lives and the Hilton staff played a huge role in that. They provided wonderful service and amazing food. The snacks provided to our rooms while getting ready was perfect. Good finger food and nothing that my nieces could get on their flower girl dresses. Additionally, the hospitality room that we used for our guests to hang out in was perfect. It had snacks and a place for people to be during the day on Saturday while waiting for the wedding. It was a great idea and provided a great place for us to finish out our Saturday night after the wedding. The hotel was just perfect was it was definitely designed for having weddings. Thank you so much for everything!! It really was the best day. We keep thinking back and say how we wouldn't change one thing. It was PERFECT! Thank you so much!!

I honestly wasn't looking to have my wedding in a hotel, but I'm so glad I ended up making the decision for the Hilton Garden Inn in Twinsburg. The service there was absolutely amazing from beginning to end - they coordinated and set up/tore down everything, making the day simple and perfect for us! The food was absolutely delicious as well. Overall, our guests were blown away by the reception - we're still hearing about it!

The Hilton was absoulty perfect! I can not say enough good things about the Hilton. Kathy helped us and made sure we had everything we needed. She was more then accommoodating. The food was excellent, drinks/ bartenders were excellent. It looked gorgeous. I would highly recommend this to anyone!

Excellent service. Excellent food- people are still talking about it 2 years later! Loved the decor, beautiful outside location for cocktail hour. Very attentive to all details - I didn't worry about a thing!!
