The Hilton Garden Inn Findlay has a 4,500 square foot ballroom and 1,300 square foot cocktail area which is ample space for a wedding celebration for up to 275 people including a DJ and Dancefloor. Let our professional Hilton staff organize the in-house details to make your wedding day as smooth as possible! Our staff will take care of all your catering and event needs. We have a variety of delicious, crowd-pleasing options to delight your guests, as well as options for specific dietary requests. The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect place for our wedding reception. Gerrie and the entire staff were very easy to work with and helped our day run smoothly. Gerrie was very helpful throughout the entire process. The food was delicious and the hall is spacious and beautiful. We heard nothing but great reviews from our guests as well. I highly recommend using the Hilton Garden Inn for your wedding reception!

The Hilton Garden Inn was the perfect place for our wedding reception. Gerrie and the entire staff were very easy to work with and helped our day run smoothly. Gerrie was very helpful throughout the entire process. The food was delicious and the hall is spacious and beautiful. We heard nothing but great reviews from our guests as well. An amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Findlay! The staff was so lovely and accommodating and we wouldn’t have been able to do it without them! Throughout the whole experience of planning their coordinator Gerrie was amazing and so patient with us, no matter how many follow up emails and questions I sent :) I would absolutely, 10/10 recommend the HGI Findlay for your wedding, but really for any event out there.

Gerrie and his staff were wonderful! They were beyond helpful and ensured everything ran smoothly. They did a free tasting for us prior to the wedding and everything we tried was delicious. Setup was easy for us and we were given ample time to setup up any of our personal touches. The room was beautiful and the staff even was there cleaning late the night before the wedding which gave us extra time for setup. Day of the wedding the staff ensured any issues were resolved and it was done quickly and efficiently. It is important to note none the the issues were on their end but they still went out of their way to fix the issue so we had nothing to worry about. The meal was incredible and I highly encourage the late night snacks as that was very nice and a huge success for us. No one had an empty plate or glass the whole time. We had left over cake/cupcakes and they even got us boxes so guests could take home so cake. The venue itself was big and nice for the amount of guests we had. The rooms that they blocked off for the guests and the honeymoon suite were nice and clean. These rooms are at a reduced rate which makes it easier on your guests too and free breakfast in the morning which was also quite delicious. After the night ended so many of the guest even came up to us and said how nice everything was and I only heard great reviews. My parents and my wife’s both were very pleased with how the staff did and how nice everything was. If you want things to be smooth, easy, and beautiful this is by far one if not the best option! Thank you for making it the best day ever!

The Hilton Garden Inn was perfect. My husband and I had our rehearsal dinner and wedding reception hosted there - both were reasonably priced and came together very well. Ravi and the staff were wonderful to work with and were very professional. Ravi was very responsive and answered every question I had.We had plenty of room in the ballroom for 179 people, DJ, photo booth, dance floor, and gift table. Even if we reached the maximum of 280 people, it was still spacious enough. We were also able to begin decorating the night before, which alleviated the stress of decorating the morning of the wedding. The staff also tore down the decorations at the end of the reception, and also brought up all presents and cards to our room during the reception so we didn’t have to worry about it.The food was very tasty - we had a tasting months before and chose which main entree, veggie, salad and starch we wanted at the reception and rehearsal dinner. From the salad, to dinner, to the late night snack (chips and sausage queso dip, YUM!) everything was yummy!We highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Findlay to anybody!!

I can't say enough about the Hilton Garden Inn, Findlay. Ravi , Gerri and all the staff(front desk at check-in to the crew that did the tear down after reception) were great! I highly recommend the Hilton Garden for a wedding reception. I had never planned such a event. Ravi walked me through the whole process. We had guest from another country and the staff made sure to have food items on the breakfast buffet for them. The Hilton was ready and waiting for out of town guests. Food for wedding was spectacular. Prime rib was delicious. All the guest complimented on the food served. If I would need to host another wedding I will definitely go the Findlay Hilton Garden Inn.

The planning process was so easy and everything was beautiful!!! The food was great, the space impeccable and the personnel just outstanding from the general manager to front desk to housekeeping!!!

Extremely easy to work with the months leading up to the wedding and they went above and beyond checking in to see how they could help! They really cover everything! I absolutely loved the Hilton Garden Inn – Findlay for our wedding reception venue. The ballroom was just beautiful and the service exceeded all my expectations. They made every request of mine happen without any hesitation and were super quick to respond, even to the last minute detail changes. The food was delicious! Our guests gave us so many complements on how good the Prime Rib and Tuscan Chicken were! Overall, highly recommend this venue for any couple getting married in Findlay. The hotel was so accommodating to make our day extra special. Oh! One last thing, complimentary suite for the bride and groom on the night of the wedding was a big perk!

We are so happy that we picked the Hilton to host our wedding reception. Muriel (the wedding coordinator there) was so helpful to us. We could definitely tell that they have had a lot of weddings there before because everything was so well organized for us. The food was great as well. Overall, we were really happy we chose the Hilton.
