Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort & Convention Center features several private event spaces: Weddings directly on the beach, a private beach/dunes event area, outdoor beachfront dining available for private rental, and 12,000 square-feet of meeting, convention, and celebration space. Our ballrooms feature numerous configurations allowing complete flexibility in planning your corporate function, ceremony/reception, or group gatherings from 10 to 600 guests. Our newly remodeled Carolina Room is designed for groups up to 75 and features and intimate event setting with a private deck overlooking a freshwater lagoon. The outdoor deck & bar is an ideal space for pre/post celebration gatherings, receptions, reunions, and social events. When hosting with us, our space rental includes all tables, chairs, linens, meal service wares, and complete set up and breakdown of the function. Our newly constructed bridal suite features dressing racks, make-up stations and complete privacy for getting pampered on your big day. There are several additional offerings including, audio visual packages, day of coordinating, custom wedding cakes & access to our vendor partners for all additional event needs. We have a variety of catering options and can customize your program based on your requirements and budget. We are a villa-only property with fully equipped 1- and 2-bedroom condos that sleep up to 6, all with private balconies that boast beautiful ocean views. Our resort has 2 pools, one of which is the largest on Hilton Head Island, a beachfront restaurant and bar, and sports bar, open late-night, with 30 screens, billiards and more. We have 9 professional tennis & 6 pickleball courts that are complimentary for our guests’ use. While staying with us, you can participate in several resort activities, including dive in movies, live music beachside, trivia, karaoke, magic shows & outdoor family BBQ’s. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis & Convention Center is a direct stop on the Island’s “Breeze”, a complimentary trolley service that can transport you to all of Hilton Head’s premiere destinations.
