Hilton Los Angeles North/Glendale & Executive Meeting Reviews
Sam Abraham(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 15-08-2015 The Hilton was wonderful! All the rooms were clean and to the specifications. The breakfast was fabulous and two were included with the room block. The staff was so helpful, particularly the valet and bellmen who helped me with so many items for my wedding. Highly recommended. Marlene Chavez(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-10-2012 The pros: Very elegant, beautiful, our wedding coordinator at the Hilton was awesome! We worked with Nia and she was the best! Unfortunately, the week before the wedding, she became ill and we were assigned someone else, who was very different and had no knowledge of our wedding and was a bit pushy (but in the end he was ok and tried to help with what he could). He was still helpful and we were grateful that everything was taken care of. \rCons:The main reason why we did not give it a 5 star rating is the following: 1) We were charged for parking the night of the wedding, even though we were provided with a complementary stay for the night, 2) the bar tenders were short changing some of my guests and when they were caught, they provided \"on the house\" drinks to the person they were short changing, 3) when it came time to validate for my guests at the wedding, many of my guests were told that they had to pay the full price until someone else finally asked and validations were given, but it was not clearly explained to us or our guests so many people paid without the discount. 4) The biggest issue was that they had three weddings on the same day and it was so chaotic because each wedding was located practically right next to each other so the guests were confused. 5) Security was also not that great, as at the end of the night, guests from another wedding attempted to fight one of our groomsmen, thankfully nothing happened because our other family members stepped in. \rI don't want to only focus on the negative, so here are things we loved\r 1) the food was amazing, my guests were very happy with the food and the appetizers, the decor was great, the bridal suite was nice, most of the staff was friendly, they worked well with my other vendors, their prices were reasonable, and we had a great time. Laurie Favatella(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 01-04-2012 My wedding was Italian themed and the Hilton used long tables to help complete the look. It was perfect. Reviewed on 18-04-2012
