We wanted a hotel that included shuttles and a late-night bar so we landed here. Aside from tuxes my husband and planner took the undertaking of hotel block. I saw the hotel for the first time inside on the weekend of my wedding, inside it’s dark, and massive so you will be lumped in with other events. Our sales manager didn’t want to move some rooms that forgot our hotel code and there was not good communication between staff, we did not meet our hotel block minimum and breakfast was not included but it got the job done. There are multiple events going on so guests need to be cautious on which shuttles they get on (our planner had to put a staff person there to make sure it ran smoothly). Our room could have used some updating the late night bar was nice but once the other events came in for the night the bar got crowded we closed our tab to not confuse the bartenders. Overall, it was an okay experience.

The Hilton Parsippany recently renovated their venue so the ballroom and lobby area are all new. However, they are still in the process of renovating rooms, which is going slower than expected. There was also an issue with the AC/heating while we were there. However, working with Trevor at the Hilton Parsippany was great. He was very responsive to all of our questions and willing to work with us and our vendors.

The Hilton was great with accomodating all of our guests' needs. They provided transportation to and from our wedding venue and the driver made sure every guest arrived safely and on time to the reception. The breakfast buffet in the morning had an assortment of foods for all to love.
