Gerry and her team are absolutely, positively incredible. We could not be happier. Every single element and moment was wonderful and we were so impressed with how every detail was so carefully considered and handled professionally. We wish we could get married a second time so we could plan another event with the Hilton Pearl River!There were so many special touches that we didn't even talk about that made the day special: a bridal attendant available to help with everything we needed, the bridal suite was set up perfectly for our return after the wedding, as well as the venue's flexibility with dropping off decor early. They provided expertise with crafting the most perfect day.

Choosing the Hilton Pearl River was the best decision we made. The level of service is well above any other wedding venue or hotel and I would highly recommend them to anyone!! The space itself is huge, and they are very flexible with how you can use it. The beautiful back lawn area is gorgeous for an outdoor ceremony - we didn't get to use it due to rain on our wedding day, but it's so beautiful and well kept. It feels like a chateau/boutique hotel and has such character. The staff is also incredible - we mainly worked with Abbey who is outstanding and gave us advice throughout the entire process. On the day of our wedding unfortunately she was sick, but her mom Gerry stepped in to lead our day and picked things up seamlessly. The food is also amazing and we heard nothing but rave reviews from all our guests about how much they enjoyed it. All in all, I cannot recommend this venue enough!!!

My husband and I held our wedding reception at the Pearl River Hilton during Labor Day weekend...and month's later our guests are still raving about how much of a good time they had! The staff truly makes you feel like family. A number of our guests came to stay at the hotel from out of town. It was extremely convenient for guests to stay in the same place as the reception! Abbey was truly the best wedding coordinator! It was an amazing experience to work with her. It was an extremely busy weekend at the hotel. Yet, on the day of my wedding it was completely stress free. We did a majority of the decor ourselves and we were able to drop off all the decor we had days earlier. The staff basically set everything up for us! We gave them instructions how we wanted everything laid out and they could not of been more accommodating. I highly recommend getting married here. It was truly the best day and the best place for a wedding reception.

I cannot emphasize enough how AMAZING the team is at the Pearl River Hilton! My husband and I were married here in June 2023 and our wedding was unbelievable! We toured so many venues where we felt like the day was quite prescribed and inflexible---the opposite is true of a wedding at the Pearl River Hilton! The team here goes above and beyond to make the day special in every way! We worked for the first 8 or 9 months with Jamie who we absolutely LOVED before she left for another opportunity. We were so sad and nervous to work with someone else for the six months leading up to the wedding because of how awesome Jamie is--until we met Abbey!! She and Jamie made sure the transition went off without a hitch and we felt like we won the jackpot to be able to work with them both!! Not only were Jamie and Abbey so helpful and accommodating to our millions of questions, but we felt so lucky to be able to trust their recommendations with music, layouts, flowers, everything. I cannot say enough about the team here--they are simply the best. To top it off, Jamie sent flowers and came to see us on our wedding day--that's how much of a family and special this team is!!! Shout out to Trish who also put up with our endless room block emails, Derek who helped run the show on our big day, and to Linda who was the BEST attendant to have with me all day! The food was delicious (our guests rave about it), the space is gorgeous (we switched our cocktail hour to the Conservatory and breakfast to Le Jardin because of the weather) and I really cannot imagine it any other way! The getting ready areas are perfect, and the hotel rooms are newly renovated. Lastly, the grounds are GORGEOUS for photos--truly so many amazing backgrounds and options for beautiful photos. From one bride to another---have your wedding here--it is the BEST!!! THANK YOU PRH team!!

My Husband and I got married at the Hilton Pearl River in September 2023 and had the absolute wedding of our dreams!! We held two nights of events at the venue, a Sangeet and Wedding Reception. The staff was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable of the two cultures we were celebrating and truly made the wedding planning process enjoyable. They were beyond helpful in recommending vendors, scheduling timelines and were always available to talk through our wedding visions. The event managers, Gerry and Abbey, went above and beyond to make our wedding perfect. They even came to the church to assist with the wedding ceremony when the church coordinator fell through last minute. Everyone at the Hilton was so welcoming and truly made us feel cared for!We continue to receive compliments from our guests of how much they enjoyed our wedding. Everyone was so impressed by the ballroom's elegance and complimented every detail from how delicious the food was to the friendliness of the bartenders. There is not a detail that goes unnoticed by the incredible staff! After hosting two events at the Hilton Pearl River and attending two other weddings there as guests, we can genuinely say this is a magical venue. We cannot recommend them enough and are so pleased with our decision to have our Sangeet and Wedding Reception there.

We can't say enough good things about our experience for our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River!! From our first visit at the venue to our wedding day, everything was absolutely seamless. The entire team (Gerry, Derek, Linda) made sure our day was exactly how we envisioned it and more. We can't thank them all enough for making our wedding the greatest day of our lives. Guest are still raving about the amazing food from cocktail hour to main entrees. I 10000% recommend this venue to any newly engaged couples, as you will not regret it!

There are not enough words to describe how amazing the Hilton Pearl River is! We had our wedding September 23 (a major storm all weekend) and you would never know! The space inside is just as beautiful as the outside. Abbey and her entire team were so accommodating and helpful the entire way. Everything is in one place so guests don’t need to go back and forth from place to place. 100/10 and cannot recommend enough!

I got married at the Hilton on May 6, 2023. I truly cannot recommend this venue enough as a one-stop, destination wedding weekend experience. My husband and I have large families, and we wanted a gorgeous, timeless venue where guests could relax, eat, drink and have a blast for the entire weekend. The Hilton went well beyond our expectations - from bustling my dress to redecorating for brunch - with extra thought and attention to detail applied at every turn. We continue to hear weekly that our wedding was one of the best guests have ever been to. My Wife and I got married at the Pearl River Hilton on May 27, 2023. I don’t think any review could cover how thrilled and happy we were with the experience, but here is my brief attempt to cover the day from our point of view. To say the service was world class is an understatement. When we started looking for a wedding venue, the first concern in my mind was finding a wedding that 1). Could accommodate a large guest count but 2). Still function independently as a wonderful and convenient hotel for all of our out of town guests. For context, our wedding was a truly unique challenge in terms of planning and logistics. I’m originally from the Northern New Jersey area and my wife is from a suburb of Chicago and we live together in Illinois. For two years, we had to remotely plan a large wedding with a contingent of out of town guests. This is truly the value of the Pearl River Hilton- they are a “one stop shop” solution that functions seamlessly across all departments and provides unbelievable service in nearly every area they cover. Looking back on our wedding, what struck me most about the Pearl River Hilton as a venue was the attention to detail in nearly every aspect of the day they handled. From the hotel guest experience, to the wedding facilities that day, I was truly blown away by the resources, amount of staff, services and flexibility that the venue offered. Lastly, I would also be remiss if I didn’t mention Abbey Rochford. Abbey was our wedding coordinator for the duration of our wedding planning journey and I’ll never forget how smoothly things went working with her. Abbey is not only incredibly competent in the role, but possesses a real acumen from a customer service perspective for understanding the needs of a client. I cannot picture having had our wedding at any other venue. The Pearl River Hilton not only delivered on our requirements, but exceeded our expectations the day of our wedding. I can’t picture our wedding having taken place anywhere else and we are truly grateful to Abbey and her team for having pulled off the memory of a lifetime flawlessly.

We had a Sip and See Party to welcome our baby daughter on 10/1/23. It was such a beautiful event, and we were so happy to have it at Hilton Pearl River, as my wife and I were married there on 9/23/16. For both events we worked with Gerry. She is the absolute best! She is so sweet and goes above and beyond to make sure that everything is perfect, and it most definitely was. As well, all of the people that worked the day of the party were nice, friendly and accommodating. We were so happy to be able to have this party here where we were married. It meant so much to us. We highly recommend using Hilton Pearl River for your wedding and/or any event. You will not be disappointed. We hope to have more parties here.

We had our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River in December 2023 and were completely blown away by every aspect of the weekend. Every single staff member we worked with was SO kind, while seamlessly ensuring that everything was going as we had planned. Gerry, Abbey, Derek, and every attendant and server were all an absolute pleasure to work with, and again, just so nice! They were patient with any questions we had, and every recommendation they gave was perfect. They did so much behind the scenes, that we truly felt we could enjoy the wedding without a worry. The hotel is gorgeous, the rooms are clean and elegant, and all of our guests were impressed. We are so grateful!

We cannot give enough praise regarding the Hilton Pearl River. We hosted our daughters wedding there on Oct 14, 2023. The staff was excellent. From the planning stages, through the day of, we could not have asked for more. Our guests are still talking about how beautiful it was and how good the food was. it was a rainy day, so the ceremony had to be held indoors. But the Conservatory is such a beautiful room, that there are no regrets regarding the rain. We also loved the fact that so many guests booked rooms at the hotel. It made for a very fun evening with an after party at the bar. Everyone loved the breakfast the next day too. 5 stars just aren't enough to express how we feel about our experience at HPR.

To start off this review, I want to point out that my wife and I got married yesterday at Hilton Pearl River. The reason I wanted to include that is simply because I want you to know how important it was to us that we give them the credit they deserve. Each member of their incredible staff ensured our entire weekend was perfect from start to finish. We found ourselves in awe of the attention to detail they provided in things the two of us would have never even thought of.From the very first day we met with Abbey we knew we were in the best of hands. She answered every question we had (and there were many!) and we had full faith and trust in anything she said. Our wedding and rehearsal dinner took place at the hotel and I can confidently say it was the best decision to do so. Both of our parents could not stop talking about how wonderful it was to work with Abbey. In fact, we talked about her so much that some friends and family were coming up to us saying “Who is this famous Abbey?”.The food served at the rehearsal dinner, cocktail hour, and wedding was nothing short of impeccable and delicious. So many people were coming up to us saying how they had never been to a wedding with so much food that just tasted so good. Speaking of food, this would be a great time to shoutout another incredible member of the staff, Derek. Anyone who has had a wedding will say “You never have time to eat at your own wedding!”. However, we must be the anomaly. During our reception we were running all over the place to each table to thank them for being there when Derek came up to us and said, “You’re coming with me. I just need the two of you to have a little more to eat and you can go right back out there!”. It was the most important thing anyone did for us all night and we are so thankful for him for that. This just goes to show the care the staff has for you at Hilton Pearl River.No review could possibly be complete without acknowledging the outstanding bridal attendant, Linda. I truthfully don’t know if there are words to describe how wonderful she is, but I will certainly try. The best way I can think of is to share a quick story that tells you all you need to know. During our first look, I (the groom) was standing outside on the bridge. Though I didn’t know it at the time, my bride was on her way and Linda had run up to the bridge to remove some bundles of sticks to ensure the bride didn’t step on anything and that there was nothing interfering with our photo opportunity. She even ensures that you and your soon-to-be spouse have water and mints whenever you need (so thoughtful!)Another staff member that deserves every bit of recognition is Kelly. She was such an incredible help throughout our reception from teaching us how to cut the cake (which we were terrified of messing up!) to ensuring to triple-check with us that we didn’t want to take leftover churros back to our room.To any couple out there stressing about finding the perfect venue, let us make it easy for you; The Hilton Pearl River should be your only option. We did not experience one bit of stress and did not have a single second that we didn’t feel taken care of. You are in the best of hands.Every wedding is so special, but due to all of the wonderful people at the Hilton Pearl River our wedding will be a weekend we will never forget. So, to all of the staff from Charles (the bellhop in the lobby) to Abbey, thank you so much for making it happen!

I cannot properly express how incredible our wedding was at the Pearl River Hilton. Our wedding was at the end of June but from the first tour we toured the venue the staff was incredible. Gerry is one of the most kind, organized and patient people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting and working with. But truly all of the staff make the process so smooth and effortless. The Hilton thinks of you, as the individual, it makes your event feel so much more about the emotion of the moment rather than a job to be completed. The food is amazing, the locations throughout the hotel are gorgeous, the drinks are incredible. At our tasting it was genuinely difficult to limit our menu for the event. You will never regret choosing the Pearl River Hilton as a location for your wedding or special event.

We held a wedding at the Hilton Pearly River over the July 4th weekend. It is an exquisite, romantic venue with a European feel, with a multitude of indoor and outdoor space. We had cocktails for our 250 guests in a lovely glass atrium room that is filled with light, and then held the ceremony in the conservatory room with its magnificent carpeting and floor-to-ceiling windows. We originally planned to have the ceremony outdoors, and then had to move it inside because of rain, but we were still able to get fantastic first-look photos on the beautiful grounds - a wide expanse of grass with lots of trees, flowers and a picturesque wooden walking bridge - before the rain started. One of the advantages of this venue is that there are multiple spaces, giving lots of flexibility when planning an event (or needing to change plans because of weather). Also, many of our guests came from out-of-town and were able to take advantage of the steeply discounted rate for hotel rooms. One of the best features of this venue is the event coordinators – Gerry & Abbey. They are true professionals with lots of experience and a wealth of knowledge. They handled every detail expertly from start-to-finish and were consistently responsive to emails and phone calls. The wedding came off flawless - thanks to their efforts (plus an excellent caterer and florist.) Highly recommend this venue!

We cannot say enough good things about this venue! We started working with Abbey the day we toured the hotel and from that first meeting, knew this is who we wanted to trust with our wedding. Abbey was SO incredibly helpful in every single aspect and made me feel sane and heard with all of my emails and questions. Her service is truly unmatched and the best word I can use to describe her is just incredible. Along the way, we also worked with Gerry (who is amazing!) and had the best day-of staff of Derek, Kelly and Linda. Every person who works here makes you feel like the most special person on the planet during the entire planning process and on your wedding day. Every bartender, server, bellman, etc. were some of the kindest and thoughtful people we have ever met...we still have people telling us how pleasant their stay was! I would highly recommend having your wedding here. If we had to do it over again, we would choose the Hilton Pearl River in a heartbeat!

There are no words to describe how perfect and incredible the Hilton Pearl River was for our wedding. In 2011 when I was a freshman in college, I went to a family wedding here. I remember leaving that wedding and thinking \"when I get married I want to get married here\". Fast forward 10 years later to 2021, and my fiance and I are signing a contract for the Hilton Pearl River to host our wedding. This goes to show you how memorable a wedding here is! Throughout the wedding planning process, we were lucky enough to work with both Jamie and Gerry. Jamie and Gerry responded to my millions of questions/emails in record time, and their answer to any request was always yes. The word no is not in their vocabulary! On the actual weekend of the wedding, my family hosted a small pre-wedding gathering Friday night, the wedding on Saturday, and brunch on Sunday. Every event throughout the weekend ran on time and was carried out to perfection. Gerry was on site on the day of my wedding, and after the wedding many members of the bridal party told me that when they needed something on the wedding day but didn't want to bother me, Gerry was right there to help them. I really think Gerry must clone herself because so many people told me that she helped them on the wedding day, and I do not know how one person can do it all. Thank you Gerry- you truly are incredible! It has been a month since the wedding and all of our guests cannot stop talking about how beautiful, efficient, and relaxing our wedding was. Leading up to the wedding day, everyone told me to expect something to go wrong. However, not a single thing went wrong on the big day, and I truly credit that all to Gerry, Jamie, Linda, Derek, and the entire Hilton Pearl River team. Do yourself a favor and book your wedding here!

Booking our June 2022 wedding at the Hilton Pearl River was the best decision we could have possibly made, and I can’t recommend them enough! We did a LOT of research before choosing our venue. Our dream venue had rooms on-site to make life easier and more comfortable for our guests, outdoor spaces for cocktail hour, plenty of room for a 200+ person wedding, great food, a bridal attendant included, and friendly, accommodating staff. This ended up being a very tall order – especially having hotel rooms on site but also enough space for a large wedding! Finding the Hilton Pearl River felt like a miracle. They’re a true family business, and you feel that every step of the way. They were incredibly easy to work with. I didn’t need to hire a wedding planner, because Abbey and her team were always so on top of everything! They told us the entire space would be ours for the weekend and that we could use any room we liked and move furniture however we wanted. It was incredible! We felt so right at home, without any of the snobby attitudes of other venues. We looked at other venues that had multiple weddings happening at once, and the experience at Hilton Pearl River was so much more personalized and special. They’re so flexible, show genuine excitement about every idea, and are always available to brainstorm or help customize the experience to make it just right. They truly made us feel like family. They also had such nice details included in their base price – like fun cocktail hour options (for instance, adult snow cones or a martini bar!), an incredibly extensive cocktail hour and reception menu, and complimentary rooms for the bride/groom AND our parents (and wow, that bridal suite was STUNNING!) – and those extra details made the wedding so much more fun and special. At first we thought Hilton Pearl River was out of our price range, but then we realized that all taxes and service fees are included in the prices they give you upfront. It made the planning process SO much easier, and we felt like we could really trust them (a lot of other venues promote one base price but then add tax, service fees and other upcharges later). Booking with Abbey was 100% the best wedding decision we made, and we cannot recommend this venue enough! Whether you’re a NJ or NY bride, I HIGHLY recommend checking them out.

Our wedding was held here and we absolutely loved every minute of it. From the planning to the actual day, everything was perfect and we are so thankful for the staff at the Hilton for helping us have our dream wedding. The scenery outside was so amazing for our pictures, we got married in mid October and the foliage was perfect. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married in the area!

I HIGHLY recommend having your wedding at the Pear River Hilton!! Honestly, I cannot say enough wonderful things about the venue and team! We recently had our wedding there in October and it was spectacular!! I worked with Abbey (and team). They work so hard to ensure your special day (and time leading up to your day is smooth and stress free!!). Abbey is knowledgeable, intuitive, patient and extraordinary to work with! She and the team made our dreams come true, down to every last detail no matter how small. Any time I had a question, or if I forgot something they were right there to help, no hesitation. The event space is gorgeous and they work tirelessly to ensure the food and ambiance is perfect! And it was! We received so many compliments on the food and space!! Our guests were floored by cocktail hour and how much food was there; and how delicious it was!I cannot recommend having your wedding there enough! It was everything we could have ever dreamed it would be and it’s because of the hard work of Abbey and the team!Thank you Pearl River Hilton ❤️

To all the brides out there with future weddings - Pearl River Hilton they could not have been more beautiful & accommodating.We had our dream wedding at the Pearl River Hilton! It was absolutely breathtaking. The staff was incredible, and guided us through everything. They were simply so friendly and helpful through it all! From the food, to the professionalism, to the beautiful space. My guests kept raving about how amazing everything was.Jamie, our Event Manager, made the planning process so easy for us by being so patient and accommodating. She was genuine, kind, organized, and responsive to every email and phone call. She took care of us the day of and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Derek (Maître d'), Linda, Bridal Attendant were 5 steps ahead of me and the day was flawless. I trusted them completely and they delivered more than I could have asked. Pearl River Hilton knows what they are doing and they are absolutely a venue you should consider if you want a worry-free wedding. Thank you for everything!

We cannot say enough about how incredible the Hilton Pearl River was for our wedding! We booked the Hilton in September 2020 for May, 2022. Abbey, Gerry, Derek, Trish, and the entire staff at the hotel were amazing to work with. Throughout the entire planning process, everyone went above and beyond. They were so accommodating and helpful with every detail, quickly responding to emails and calls at all times. Everyone is just so lovely to work with - so kind, generous, understanding, and thoughtful, in addition to being truly exceptional their job. We were fortunate to have all of our wedding events at the hotel, and are so happy we did. We had a rehearsal dinner at Two Henry’s restaurant, followed by welcome drinks in the bar, our wedding ceremony and reception, and post-wedding brunch. The food was delicious - we even got to eat, and had items set aside for us and saved to take home after the weekend. We cannot wait to go back for a weekend visit or dinner, and hope to be able to attend future events. By the our wedding weekend, Abbey really felt like our friend and family. The Hilton Pearl River is truly exceptional and exceeded all of our expectations for an absolutely wonderful wedding planning process and the most perfect wedding we could have ever imagined!

I can't say enough amazing things about the staff and venue, Hilton Pearl River. When we first pulled into the venue it was such a WOW moment for my now husband and I. Then when we met with Gerry, she was absolutely amazing! In our first meeting we fell in love with the venue as well as Gerry! Gerry and the venue worked with us on every request. They were also so were amazingly wonderful when we sadly had to move our wedding date due to COVID. Our wedding day was an absolute dream and it wouldn't have been possible without Gerry, Abby, Derek and the amazing staff at the Hilton Pearl River. You always hear about planning for a wedding being an absolute headache but Gerry was there for every question and concern we had. She made it all so easy and stress free for us. We can't thank you enough for everything! I couldn't have imagined a more perfect day with our family and friends! And when I say perfect, I truly mean... it was PERFECT! Thank you!!

We wanted our wedding to be elegant and user-friendly and the Hilton exceeded our expectations on both. In addition to the hotel looking great, our guests loved the food and service and how easy everything was for them. The Hilton Pearl River allowed us to personalize so much of our events and made each feel unique and tailored to us even though they were all at the same location. Jamie and Derek ensured our events ran smoothly and even made sure we had time to eat with everything going on. Our wedding reception included multiple cultural traditions, dances, and speeches that Jamie & Derek coordinated seamlessly with our band to ensure everything fit together perfectly. From the day we first toured the Hilton Pearl River with Jamie until we left Sunday after our wedding, Jamie made herself available to answer our endless questions and ensure all the details were set. She also gave us great recommendations and coordinated with all of our vendors. She was even our tailor - sewing a button back in place on the groom's tux minutes before our first look. A massive thank you to everyone at the Hilton Pearl River for making our wedding day so special!

We got married at the Hilton Pearl River, and there is nothing I could possibly write that could capture how incredible our experience was. We mainly worked with Gerry, and she is hands down one of my favorite people on this planet. She, Abbey, and Jamie are the absolute dream team - not only can you tell that they absolutely love what they do and not only are they the BEST at what they do, but they are also just downright awesome human beings. From the moment we met them, we knew that we were in the best hands. Throughout the planning process, they were EXTREMELY helpful and accommodating. I don't even think the word no is in their vocabulary. Gerry even worked on her days off to answer my questions even when I specifically told her not to!! I'm not sure when she sleeps. They truly treated us like family. Every single person there made us feel like we were the most important people on this Earth, from the gentleman who brought our luggage up to our INSANE bridal suite to the most incredible bridal attendant Linda to the bartenders at our after party. Not to mention the venue is absolutely beautiful and the food is amazing. Saying that they gave us the wedding of our dreams would be an understatement because I couldn't have even dreamed of something this perfect. It was absolutely surreal. I didn't cry the entire wedding because I was very focused on not ruining my makeup, but then the waterworks suddenly started after breakfast when I was saying goodbye to Gerry because I will miss her and Abbey and the entire team so so much. I cannot thank them enough.

The Hilton Pearl River was the single best decision we made in the wedding planning process. Gerry, Jamie, Abby and the entire Hilton Pearl River team went above and beyond to ensure that it was the most spectacular wedding. From the moment we stepped foot into the HPR, they made my husband I feel incredibly special, taken care of and extremely committed to helping us build the wedding of our dreams. Every request we made was met with, “of course, what else can we do to help your vision come to life?” When I tell this to my friends, they are met with utter disbelief!The feedback we continue to get was that our wedding was the most organized wedding anyone had ever been to. I wish I could take an ounce of credit for it, but it had everything to do with the spectacular coordination, attention to detail and passion that Jamie, Derek, Linda and Samantha, gave throughout the entire weekend. The HPR experience does not end when your wedding is over, in fact, they invite you back on your first anniversary to eat at their restaurant, cut your cake, and relive the magical wedding moments. If you are considering the HPR for your wedding, do yourself a favor and don’t look anywhere else. When you sign with HPR you are more than just a customer, you truly become their family. My wife Jessica and I got married at the Hilton Pearl River (HPR) on Saturday 5/14/22, and it was the best day of our lives and if we could give the HPR more than 5 starts we would. Jess and I saw a few venues before we went to the HPR and were pretty much sold on another venue and were checking boxes to be thorough, but we had some family friends who had rave reviews for the HPR, so we decided to check it out for ourselves. Before we even met Jamie, Jess and I looked at each other in the lobby and nodded, we both had the same immediate gut feeling that we were done looking.Then we met Jamie who is probably the best person to work with in the entire wedding industry across the country - we even ask our friends and family if they have a \"Jamie\" as they plan their events. Jamie and the entire HPR staff could not be warmer, more accommodating, more excited, or easier to work with. The whole team is honest and help you make the day your own and will openly say what does or does not make sense - there is no aggressive upselling. If you want something done, the answer is always yes with no hassle or negotiation/sales, it’s like asking your family to help you with something – they are always willing and able. The level of excitement and collaboration from Jamie and the HPR team makes planning what is typically a huge stressful event fun and enjoyable. We also used all preferred vendors and each of them were excellent and will have their own reviews, but the incredible part was the level of partnership and trust the vendors and HPR all have for each other. It’s really amazing that our vendors all love and respect each other and are excited to work at the HPR. Everyone is on a first name basis which made our last-minute additions and requests to vendors easy to do. We see the hassle and stress our friends and family go through every time something in their wedding changes, and we never had an issue once.Jamie, Derek, Linda, and everyone else were absolutely spectacular and our entire wedding day and weekend at the HPR was magical. Through the ~14 months of our engagement we would often visit Two Henrys (HPR's restaurant) for dinner by ourselves and with our families. The food is spectacular, and the staff is amazing. Every time we came for dinner we were warmly greeted and would sit with Jamie or someone else to chat, we even became friendly with one of the Chefs Jake, who is a rockstar - ask him for a citrus panna cotta and thank me later.Overall, we were made to feel incredibly special, like we were family, and that anything we wanted to make our wedding day perfect for us was completely reasonable, no issue, and would be taken care off without us having to panic; and it was. The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing, the space they give everyone during the whole event is awesome, the staff is perfect, and Derek and Jamie are the best. Our guests cannot stop raving about the entire event, food, staff, space etc., and we have been to enough weddings to know when the positive feedback is actually heartfelt and true vs. customary praise. At the time of writing this review, there are 100s of other 5 star reviews with similar glowing feedback for the Hilton Pearl River. My husband Sal and I got married at The Hilton Pearl River a month ago and I have to say that I wish I could give this venue more than 5 stars!!! From my first meeting with our wedding coordinator, Jamie, I knew that I wanted to get married there. She made us feel like we were the most important people and so special. She was truly there for us every step leading up to the wedding. Jamie was always so quick to answer our emails and calls and she was always professional. On our wedding day Jamie gave me her cell phone number and said anything that we need please text her and she will be right there for us! She made our whole experience at the Hilton Pearl River unforgettable. Linda and Derek our maitre d also were also unbelievable!! They were there for us every step on our wedding day. They made everything so special. Linda made sure my glass was always full and Sal and I were taken care of at the wedding. Derek also made sure everything was perfect for us on our day. He helped with bustling my dress so that my sister could enjoy the cocktail hour. We cannot thank all of the staff enough for everything that they have done for us! You went above and beyond the entire night, making sure there was always a smile on our faces. You are very professional and I can’t thank you enough for everything you did for us and our family. Our guests are still talking about how much fun and how perfect everything was for that day! The venue itself is so beautiful, especially the Conservatory room, but the staff made it perfect! I am so excited for us to get all of our wedding pictures and videos back!! Thank you so much Hilton Pearl River!! You made our wedding the most perfect and flawless day and thank you for your professionalism, care, and expertise!! I cannot wait to go back for a short weekend to visit!

The most perfect wedding venue. I cannot get over how fantastic and incredible the team at the Hilton Pearl River was for our wedding day. Abbey Rochford, Derek Rubino, Gerry Burns, and the entire team at the Hilton went above and beyond to provide us with the best day we could have imagined. We originally planned a December 2020 wedding, but because of the pandemic, we soon realized postponing was for the best. When reaching out to the Hilton to postpone, Abbey immediately set our worries and stress aside and was so incredibly flexible with our new plans amidst an unpredictable world. She worked with us for two years to ensure our day was perfect - and she knocked it out of the park! We could not have asked for a better person to work with us. Any question I had, Abbey responded almost immediately, and she has so much attention to detail - she took care of everything we planned and decided. Not only is she professional, she is so kind and friendly! Abbey and Derek worked with us on schedule of the day and night and reviewed everything together with us prior to our day. On the day of our wedding, Abbey and Derek ensured everything went smoothly, and anything we needed, Derek took care of. They are a dream team! We have received endless of compliments from our guests - from the warm welcomes of the staff, to the comfort of the hotel, to the incredible food, to the beautiful ballroom, to the amazing service - we recommend the Hilton Pearl River no doubt. If we could do it again, we would!

My husband and I hosted our multi-cultural, Indian and American wedding celebration / vow renewal at the Hilton Pearl River on November 20, 2021, and had an incredible experience. Due the pandemic, we needed to postpone our event multiple times (we were originally scheduled for March 28, 2020), and the Hilton was extremely accommodating to all of the changes we needed to make. They remained positive, responsive, and supportive throughout the entire experience.It is easy to see from online photos how beautiful the indoor and outdoor spaces are to host an event. What you can't see from the pictures is how exemplary the staff and service are. As part of our wedding weekend, we had lunch, Baraat, ceremony, hospitality rooms, reception, breakfast, and a hotel block for the whole weekend. We had over 200 guests in attendance. Even with the complexity and full weekend of events we had planned, the Hilton staff helped us to plan and execute all of our events flawlessly with an incredible attention to detail. With their experience in large scale, multi-cultural weddings, they were able to anticipate needs we didn't even know we had. I can't say enough good things about working with Abbey on all of the planning and coordination. She was incredibly organized, accommodated all of our needs, and had great insights that helped us plan our events. Derek, the maitre d', helped with the logistics and ensuring that everything ran smoothly that day. During the events, the entire staff did a great job with service. Special shout out to the bridal attendant, Linda, who took great care of us while we were running around that day.We had to make a lot of decisions during the wedding planning process, and choosing the Hilton Pearl River as our venue was one of the best decisions we made.

Words can’t begin to describe how amazing our venue was. Being a covid bride and having to postpone was stressful enough but they made it so easy. Jamie, our event coordinator just simply took our date and moved it exactly a year with no extra charges and no issues at all. They were even offering to refund us if we decided to cancel which is more than I could have asked for. Leading up Derek our maitre d was so great in answering any questions and he made our day run seamless and if there were any issues we didn’t know about them. Abbey and Gerry are also event coordinators there and we’re always there to greet us and help in anything we needed whenever we visited. The cocktail hour is incredible and the food itself is all people could talk about. They go above your regular wedding food and make it something special. We were under our limit due to the pandemic and they didn’t charge us for our minimum and we’re so accommodating to all our guests needs. Our guests keep saying it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to and I owe that to Jamie and Derek and my amazing bridal attendant Linda. She brought me drinks and helped with my veil and anything I needed during pictures on our warm day. She truly kept me sane during our many hours of pictures and made sure our family and bridal party had water and drinks the whole time. You are in incredible hands when booking and the whole team just makes it so stress free and make you feel like family.

My husband and I had to push our Nov. 2020 wedding to Oct. 2021 and Jamie and the HPR were nothing but incredible. Each and every person was so helpful and accommodating. Jamie was so sweet and amazing from start to finish and helped make the day so special. We finally were able to have the wedding last weekend and it was an absolute magical and perfect day. It was genuinely a dream come true. From the rooms to get ready in, people at the front desk, ceremony room, ketubah room, cocktail hour area and ballroom, the venue was a dream and so stunning. 100/10 would recommend HPR for your wedding. As for staff—everyone was lovely and so helpful. To name a few—Jamie who was our go to person from the start. She is so personable, genuine, and helpful and we are lucky to have had her there for us. Derek who was there on our wedding day and could not have been more helpful and kind. He even ran to get safety pins when my dress bustle wouldn’t stay up! Pat who was just an angel the whole time. She was always there to help, ran to get water and cookies when I got hungry during photos haha and made up our bridal suite into a beautiful oasis. I wish we could go back and do the day all over again. Also we had breakfast there the next day and it was so yummy and nice. We relaxed with family and friends and had great food. Evelyn was an amazing help and boxed up leftover scones for me!

Get married here!! We got married here two weeks ago and it was the best decision of our lives. Gerry and her team are so special, we were originally supposed to get married last May and had to push it due to covid and every step of the way, Gerry put our mind at ease that whatever our wedding looked like at HPR, their team would make sure it was amazing no matter what (and it was!) Their facilities are so beautiful and the food is amazing, and it was so nice to have all of our guests be able to stay at the hotel. They are so much more than a wedding venue, at the end they truly felt like family. You will not regret getting married at the Hilton Pearl River!

I highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River for your wedding. The planners you work with are outstanding and go out of their way to make your event as special and nice as it can be. I cannot express how perfect the Pearl River Hilton was as our wedding reception venue. From start to finish, Gerry Burns, Abbey Rochford, Derek Rubio, and the rest of the team made all of our wedding stressors disappear. Throughout the planning process, the team was always available to answer questions and provided clear information about everything I had questions about. On the day of the wedding, they made sure that the whole day/night ran smoothly, and I did not have to worry about a single thing. The venue itself is just simply breathtaking. I cannot wait to see the final products of my wedding photos. The back lawn, the bridge, and the reception room exceeded our expectations. We had our wedding hotel block, rehearsal dinner and brunch the morning after at the Hilton Pearl River! The hotel is beautiful in the summer when the flowers are blooming and the rooms are sleek and well appointed. Our bridal party was impressed with the food at the rehearsal dinner and we are so glad we chose to have the dinner at the same location as our hotel block. Abbey from catering was amazing and responsive throughout after three COVID postponements!

Stop your search now and book with the Hilton Pearl River! We had our wedding on 6/25/21 and it was the best day of our lives! Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in, until we packed up our cars and left. Jamie was an absolute dream to work with. She made sure we had everything in place and running smoothly from the start. Going into the beginning of the wedding planning process, I told Jamie that I was very simple and easy-going. I didn't have every detail planned, I wasn't sure exactly what I needed, and I had no clue where to start. She assured me that everything would be perfect, and that my wedding should reflect us as a couple. Our guests could not believe how amazing the staff at the HPR were and raved about how beautiful everything was. The HPR went above and beyond in taking my simplistic decor and turning it into something beautiful. The day of the wedding, I never had to stop and think about anything because it was already done! From bringing breakfast to the girls getting ready in the morning, lunch for the guys, and even decorating the bridal suite with candles and rose petals, every single touch was perfect. I want to relive this day over and over! You will not be disappointed in choosing HPR!

The only way to begin is to say that the BEST decision we made regarding our wedding was booking at the Hilton Pearl River. Our wedding was postponed from August 2020 to June 2021 and Abbey at the Hilton was beyond patient, accomodating and kind from day 1 we met her. The entire staff made us feel at home all weekend, and helped to make the wedding the most memorable weekends of our lives. We were able to spend 100% of the time enjoying ourselves, and living in the moment with our friends, family and each other because everything else was taken care of. From big decisions like flexibility in having our ceremony indoors or outdoors to the little things like the setup of the room after the ceremony or the bridal suite set up with candles and champagne at the end of the night, we continued to have smiles on our faces thanks to all of their work. Everything was truly flawless, perfectly executed, and made us feel so loved and special. The entire staff at the Hilton from Abbey to Gerri to all of the hotel and banquet staff, we truly felt like a part of the Hilton Pearl River family. Saying goodbye to Abbey and the Hilton on Sunday after our wedding was so hard because we truly had the most unbelievable wedding weekend with them. I could not recommend them enough!!!!! If you are considering booking your wedding at the Hilton Pearl River, look no further and book it. You will not regret it and will have the most amazing, memorable, beautiful wedding/event that exceeds your wildest dreams. Thank you to our HIlton Pearl River Family!!! Gerry, Abbey, Jamie, Derek and ALL of the staff at the Hilton went above and beyond to make us feel so special. Every detail was completely taken care of, we had a stress free experience and each guest felt so incredibly welcomed and taken care of. When our wedding plans at a different venue were derailed due to Covid, we called the Hilton. Within hours, Gerry helped us to come up with a new plan and she made miracles happen. In only ten days, we had a whole new wedding planned. The entire staff at Hilton Pearl River went *above and beyond* to make our wedding day special and beautiful. From Gerry, to our maitre D, the bartender and servers, the service was the best I have ever seen. Our guests are still talking about it a month later! Wedding planning during a pandemic is stressful and delicate, and I can say with full confidence that our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River was better and more beautiful than we could have imagined, and the staff made the process easy (and dare I even say fun?). This venue is also chock full of beautiful places to take photographs. Book your wedding here and you will be so glad that you did!

We had our wedding at the Pearl River Hilton and it was the most wonderful experience. Gerry, Abby, Derek and their team did an amazing job putting together the wedding of our dreams. The service was exceptional and the food was delicious. The safety precautions taken by the hotel also made us feel safe and comfortable. We cannot say enough great things about our experience and would HIGHLY recommend this venue for any wedding.

I cannot say enough how amazing everyone at the Hilton Pearl River was to make our wedding day perfect! Abbey worked with us from last October when we initially booked our wedding for June. Once the pandemic hit Abbey took so much time with me to move our wedding to September 25. Abbey, Gerry, Jamie, Derek, and Nicole were all outstanding in the weeks leading up to the wedding to comply with all state guidelines. All of our guests said that our wedding was the best they had attended, the food and drinks were great, and the entire staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. My husband and I also loved the fact that they only do one event per day which you do not find at other places. Highly Recommend!

There are not enough words to explain and express how amazing the staff at the Hilton Pearl River are! Planning a wedding during a pandemic was extremely stressful but I am thankful I had Gerry’s team to help me along the way. Every member of her team is professional and exceptional in every way. Throughout the entire process Gerry made herself always accessible. With rules/state regulations/ laws changing by the day she always kept me informed and gave me alternative options. I heard so many horror stories from other venues and I have to say I am beyond thankful that we chose to have our wedding at the Hilton. The food is unbelievable! There is not a bad thing to say about it. Everyone is still talking about how amazing the cocktail hour was and how they absolutely loved the choices for dinner. When they say top shelf liquor they really mean it! They had it all and made great drinks throughout the night. They really know how to make the bride and groom feel special day of. Nicole was my right hand girl day of the wedding. She followed me everywhere. Held my dress, boutique, gave us refreshments between photos. Derek was behind the scenes making sure everything went as planned (and it did!). The entire team is so sincere. If you want to have a wedding that will be easy to plan and actually be able to enjoy the wedding day of have it at the Hilton Pearl River you will not be disappointed.

After researching different wedding venues, I came across the Hilton Pearl River in NY in February of 2020. We intended to have a small intimate wedding of about 50 guests in April of 2020 and many venues required at least 80 people. I contacted the hotel and was connected with Senior Events Manager Abigail Rochford who I met that afternoon. The hotel is breathtaking. Abbey was so friendly and assured me we could make this work. And so our journey with the Hilton Pearl River began. Abbey’s attention to detail is outstanding and she simplified the overwhelming process of planning for a first-time bride. The team at the Hilton Pearl River provided seamless service throughout the entire process. The Director of Catering, Gerry Burns, reviewed all of the menu options and created such a romantic tasting experience with an impressive menu. When the pandemic began in March 2020, we, along with engaged couples across the world were devastated upon learning that we too must postpone our wedding. Abbey sent the most heartfelt apology and truly expressed such compassion. I knew then I was committed to ensuring that we would see this dream come true with the Hilton Pearl River. Abbey continued to stay in touch and provided new dates as the CDC’s guidelines continued to evolve. We set our hearts on August 23, 2020. The Banquet Managers Derek Rubino and Nicole Astalos were amazing. Derek introduced himself and ensured that he would commit to a timely order of events which we reviewed in detail. Derek did not disappoint and was such a champion for timely execution throughout our special day. The Banquet Captain Kathy Feeney was spectacular. Kathy left no stone unturned and addressed so many unforeseen circumstances on the spot. Our guests raved for days afterward about how much fun they had at our wedding and how extraordinary the staff were at the Hilton. Everyone raved about how delicious the food and drinks were. The Front Desk Manager Debbie Sprenger transferred our belongings upstairs and created the most romantic presentation in our Honeymoon Suite which included candles, cake, champagne and rose petals. We were overwhelmed with the level of service we received. During our Honeymoon, I heard some heartbreaking stories of brides whose bridal experiences became compounding nightmares with the pandemic. I can say that the Hilton Pearl River staff rose above 2020’s crisis and created a wedding day we will never forget. We are forever grateful for the Hilton for making this day possible. Love won. We had an amazing wedding at the Hilton Pearl River! Gerry was a pleasure to work with, from helping us book a date to making our vision come true in less than a year. A lot of fancy, over the top weddings are thrown at the Hilton (ours was not in that category!) but we never felt like we were any less special. Everyone raved about the food, the cocktail hour, the service and layout for our 150 guest wedding. Having the hotel right there was great for our out-of-town guests. We were able to have the cocktail hour outside on the lawn- it was beautiful! Derek was our maitre 'd and was so professional, as were our bridal assistants! Everything ran so smoothly. We got ready at the Hilton and had rooms for the guys and girls to get ready, plus lunch available for us while we were getting ready. Our bridal suite was beautiful and decorated with rose petals and candles when we came up after the wedding- just an amazing ending to a perfect day! Thank you, Hilton Pearl River!

I want to thank Gerry and her entire team at the Pearl River Hilton for making our NYE Wedding on 12/31/19 so special. From the first time we went to the hotel to check it out, we felt so comfortable with our initial meeting. We knew right away we wanted our wedding at the Hilton. Throughout the year, Gerry was so great with all of our questions and inquiries. There was never any questions left unanswered. The weeks leading up to the wedding were all stress free and our last meeting with Gerry, Derek and Nicole really made us feel so ready for our wedding day. The day of the wedding was amazing. We couldn't believe how organized everything was. We didn't have to worry about a thing. The staff and wedding team ( Gerry, Abby, Linda, Nicole, Derek) truly made our experience such an amazing one. Again, I can't thank the staff enough for all they did for us. We had the most magical wedding on NYE and will forever remember it!

Where do I begin to thank all the fabulous people at the Hilton Pearl River for the amazing experience we had celebrating my daughter and son in laws wedding on New Years Eve. Starting with Gerry Burns who never left our side for one minute. She attended to every detail big or small. always a smile on her face and was part of our family before we left! From Derek our maître d, the fabulous people at the desk, Gerry’s staff in the catering office, the chamber maids, the wait staff, the busboys….I could go on and on. Each and every one of them went above and beyond to make sure our event was unforgettable. This was my last child to get married but I will recommend from the bottom of my heart this hotel and their staff if you have a wedding in your future!! 5 stars to this team!!

We just got married at the Hilton Pearl River on November 23rd, 2019 and could not be any happier with the Hotel, Staff, and everything in between. Our events coordinator was Gerry Burns (Director of Catering). Gerry is an events “lifer” and goes out of her way at every step to make you feel comfortable and happy. She took the stress out of planning our wedding, and we could not be more grateful to have worked with her. We were also helped by Abby Rochford (Events), Derek Rubino (Maître d'), Samantha (Waiter Captain), Linda (Bridal Attendant), Debbie (Front Desk Manager) and so many others. Each person was always smiling, and looking for a way to make our stay, and event easier and more successful. We hosted our entire wedding weekend at the Hilton Pearl River – Friday Night Rehearsal Dinner at Two Henrys, Our Wedding Ceremony, Reception, and After Party on Saturday, and also Brunch on Sunday. Each event was impressively well put together and thought out. The food was delicious at all 3 of the events, and the spaces were clean, and the staff was incredibly helpful. We had a bunch of allergies to deal with, and Gerry and the team made sure to handle each situation as if it was the most important one in the world. It made our guests feel welcome, and like they were being uniquely taken care of, and for that we are so grateful. The rooms at the Hilton Pearl River were also re-done in the last couple of years and were immaculate. From the moment that we stepped foot in the doors at the Hilton Pearl River we were treated like family, and we could not be any happier with the way our Wedding Weekend turned out. Thank you to the entire staff for making our dream a reality.

I couldn't possibly explain just how amazing the Hilton Pearl River team was from beginning to end regarding our wedding. As soon as we walked in the doors, Abbey welcomed us and made us feel like we were her top priority. Our guests raved about the food, the service, and the overall aura of the hotel. Walking in to the lobby transported our guests to a venue that exuded sheer elegance and class. We could not have had a more attentive front desk staff who made us feel like royalty. Even the next morning, Conor and myself discussed the fabulous couch in the parlor. I would recommend that every single engaged couple looking for a venue choose the Hilton Pearl River. There are infinite choices to make when planning a wedding, but this was our first and easiest choice by far.

I wish I could give The Hilton Pearl River ten stars! Our October 12th wedding was perfect from beginning to end, and we could not be happier with everyone and everything at HPR. We booked about a year ago with Marisa, who ended up leaving a few months later. We then were left in the hands of Abbey, and are so thrilled we got to work with her. I feel as though I emailed Abbey every single day with another question, suggestion or idea. She was so quick to respond and help me with anything I needed. She worked directly with my parents as well for our morning after breakfast, and everything was perfect. We brought in so much stuff the week before that we needed to be set up for the wedding. Signs, photos, you name it .. and the day of, everything was exactly where I envisioned it and it all looked beautiful. We also brought in a decor company to do our seating chart and all of our sweetheart table furniture and backdrop. The HPR were more than accommodating and worked so well with all of our vendors. The food was amazing! Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything at the cocktail hour was, and how amazing the dinner was. We opted for donuts and passed desserts instead of a wedding cake, and the donuts were the best I've ever had. My husband agreed and he's a cop, so he would know! The space at HPR is beautiful and has such a nice flow from the cocktail hour room to ballroom. My husband and I had our own private room for the cocktail hour, which was awesome! We walked in and all of our cocktail hour food was set up for us to sit and try, in addition to champagne and each of our signature drinks. We got to hang in there, just the two of us, and soak in that time together while getting to try everything! Then we went out and mingled with our guests without having to worry about eating as we said our hellos. It was perfect. The hotel rooms are beautiful, and all newly renovated. We went back to our suite after the after party and had a bottle of champagne, donuts, my veil and train and everything else waiting for us. It was like magic! My mom told me that there was an issue with our florist forgetting some important details about our centerpieces. When she noticed, she told Abbey who got on the phone right away to have the florist get back there to fix it. My mom is a hard person to please, and she was so grateful and amazed at how quickly and seamlessly Abbey handled it. I didn't even know about the problem until it was fixed! Derek and Nicole were our day of coordinators and they were awesome! Derek helped calm me down when I was getting a bit annoyed with some people, and I am so grateful for that. Linda was by my side from the second we got there until the very next morning. Literally, she was standing at the party bus as we got off with champagne, ready to hold my gown all night long. I kept trying to take the train from her, or hold it myself, and she wouldn't let me! I didn't even know I was going to have a 'Linda' with me all night, and I honestly don't know what I would have done without her! Every single person at HPR played a huge role in our day, and we will be forever grateful for them. My wedding was everything I dreamed from when I was a little girl, and it's all because of these people. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, a million times!

The Pearl River Hilton staff was perfect from start to finish! Gerry, Abby, Derek and the team were unbelievable! There was not one request we asked that they did not accommodate! When we walked into the hotel the first time, we knew this was the perfect venue for us! Gerry and Abby ensure that everything was perfect the day of, they went above and beyond to helped make our day perfect. The entire team was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our wedding was so efficiently run! The food! The food was UNBELIEVABLE! Chef Dimitri was amazing, he made sure that everything was perfection. Everyone could not stop commenting on how amazing the food was! From cocktail hour to dinner to dessert! The grounds are gorgeous, we took the most amazing photos! Everyone of our family members and friends are telling us that this was the best wedding they've ever been to! 'Why would anyone have their wedding anywhere else?'That was my exact quote to Derek and Abbey when my husband and I sat in our private room before cocktail hour. The Service. The Service!!!The HPR completely blew us away with their dedication and detail to service. We were treated with 5 star service VIP service. They took care of any problems that arose (when I forgot my heel protectors upstairs, Abbey ran up to find them- just one example) and took care of any issues we didn't even know were possible. Even our guests were blown away by the service and attention the HPR provided to us on our wedding day.Oh, and the food- SO. GOOD and SO. MUCH. Plus, if there was something you wanted that wasn't on the menu, they will make it happen. We wanted to have Ribeye steaks for a dinner entree choice and we got quality, steakhouse cuts for our wedding dinner. When have you ever seen that?!On top of that, you will be working with a family run business where everyone is vested in the success of your wedding. We worked with Abbey and SHE IS THE BEST!!! Every question we had was answered quickly, throughly and with a smile. Everything she and the HPR did, impressed us more and more.Our wedding exceeded every expectation and dream we could ever have...and we could have never achieved that without the HPR.

The Pearl River Hilton was perfect from start to finish. The hotel was extremely accommodating and took care of every little detail. We picked it because we wanted the ease of everything being in a hotel because my husband's side is from out of town, but it far exceeded our expectations. Abbey went above and beyond what a day of coordinator should do and helped make our day perfect. The entire team was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Our wedding was so efficiently run that we were actually 10 minutes ahead of schedule! Everything went off without a hitch and I attribute that to Abbey and her amazing staff. On the day of the wedding there were 5 people checking in with me and working with the vendors so I didn't have to worry about anything. The grounds are gorgeous, as is every room in the hotel. We got married 3 weeks ago and people are still calling to tell me it was the best wedding they've ever been to. We are so happy we chose to go with the PRH, we would choose them again in a heartbeat. Thank you Abbey and everyone else for making our day so perfect!!

The experience we had was on a fairytale level. My wife had a certain high level of expectations when we vetted different venues. After about 30 venues visited, we decided on the Hilton at Pearl River. When we met Abbey, there was an immediate sense of her interest to every nuance and concern we brought up. Absolutely nothing was out of bounds. She helped shape and design our wedding day right down to the rose pedals on the piano amongst our pictures while classical music was played. Her staff was just as attentive and knowledgeable before, during, and after our ceremony. Not to be left out was the food. Simply delicious!! The vast variety of foods addressing different palates was incredible. I can continue this review in greater detail and write a short novel on how how fabulous they made our day. But I will end this review by saying multiple guest extended rave kudos on how classy, pretty and decadent our wedding was. This venue comes with a huge stamp of approval and would gladly do it over the exact same way. One word: Amazing!!!

I wish I could give them 10 stars. From the moment my family and I stepped foot into the hotel, we knew we had found the one. The excellent service started right at the front desk greeting and transferred over to the wedding and catering staff. Marisa a now former employee started working with us and was so wonderful. She smoothly passed the baton over to the director Gerry and Abbey who are the best mother/daughter working duo ever. They answered promptly to every little question I had. They went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. They even went further with favors that I don’t think any other team and venue could have given us. They were so understanding and flexible with all our needs. Our wedding day was perfectly coordinated by the staff. Our guests loved the provision of the hotel bar as an after party spot after the wedding program. We all had a blast. The food is so excellent that my husband and I plan to visit often just to eat. Guests were amazed at the quantity of food being served throughout the entire wedding. The drinks were also excellent. The bridal team was pampered with lots of food in the getting ready room. Our bride and groom suite was beautifully decorated and so spacious. Newly renovated rooms are so warm, Spacious and filled with bright colors!! Overall the whole experience was a fairytale dream come true. I got married to my prince in a castle called Hilton Pearl River. I highly recommend anyone getting married to check it out. You won’t regret it, I promise!!

We had our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River on July 4th and it was everything we could've asked for and more! From the moment we took our first tour at the Hilton, Gerry made us feel like family. She answered our countless questions and e-mails throughout the process in a timely and thorough manner. She made the stressful wedding planning process very stress-free and a pleasant experience. I cannot be more thankful to the staff at the Hilton for making our special day a day we will never forget. Our guests are still talking about the fabulous time they had! From the check-in to our room, to the servers, the bartenders, and everyone in between, the service was top notch! I also want to shout out my bridal attendant Lynda and head Maître d' Derek for being by my side the entire day and ensuring that all our needs were met throughout. I appreciate that I was able to wait until the day of the wedding to see the weather and to decide whether or not we wanted our ceremony indoors or outdoors. The grounds are beautiful and we had a variety of places to take pictures at. There is a not a single thing I would have changed about the day. I highly recommend the Hilton!

I don't think I could ever say enough about how fabulous it was to work with and host our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River. It was truly everything we dreamed of plus more. The entire staff completely knocked it out of the park and blew our minds. Every single detail was absolutely perfect. From the food, attentiveness, service, kindness and everything in between, it exceeded our expectations. We hosted our entire event at the hotel from rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and then brunch on Sunday. We utilized the entire venue by having our ceremony in the conservatory cloud room, cocktail hour in the garden and outside, reception in the ballroom and after party in a private room across from the bar. We did buffet dinner and let me tell you, everyone keeps talking about how fabulous our food was and how great having a buffet was. The food was always hot and people had so much to chose from. We had every station you could want from burgers and fries, carvings stations, Asian, Italian, etc. The stations stayed open for hours which was even better. What was even better was the dessert, OMG. I still can't get over how much they offer you within their packages and how wonderful it all was. Abbey and Derek specifically made the entire experience even better. I wish we would do it all over again and I wouldn't change a thing. We wanted a hotel so that everything could be at one place and we made the absolute best decision.

We live in Georgia and planning our son’s wedding was made easy thanks to Gerry Burns, her staff and the first class vendors we chose. Gerry was amazing to work with and easily accessible by phone any day of the week. The flow of the wedding went smoothly. Everyday we are getting calls on how amazing the wedding was. Our out of town guests had an easy time getting from the airport to the hotel and were so appreciative of not having to leave the hotel once they got there.

We had our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River and could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked into the hotel we instantly received a warm feeling that this would be an ideal place to have our special day. Our first meeting with Abbey set the tone for the kind of experience we would have on our wedding day and the type of treatment we would personally receive. Abbey and her fabulous team took care of every detail, both big and small, including things we didn’t even think of or know to ask. Their professionalism blended with their easy-going manner was ideal to help us with the sometimes stressful task of planning a wedding. Any questions we had were quickly answered and any requests we had were quickly fulfilled. The hotel was extremely flexible and accommodating with aspects ranging from the menu to the layout of the ballroom. On the actual day itself, Abbey, Derek, and the rest of the team took control and made sure everything ran like clockwork so all we had to do was show up at the designated times. Picking the venue for the wedding was the biggest decision we had to make in the overall process and we could not have made a better one. The Hilton Pearl River will always hold a special place in our hearts.

The Hilton Pearl River was a dream to work with for our wedding. We had a New Years Eve wedding for about 230 guests, and the night was beyond magical. Gerry and her staff were so accommodating and worked hard to help us enjoy our day and get us everything we needed. Gerry and Abby set up the escort table, our guestbook, signs, etc on the day of the wedding. It rained while we were taking photos outside, and Abby came to help me hold my dress up in the rain during the photos. I should mention it was cold! Gerry moved the day along seamlessly and coordinated with all the vendors and bridal parties so everyone knew where to be and when. Derek worked with us and the band to move the reception along, and helped me bustle my dress and create a timeline with us. June, my bridal attendant, was a dream. During the wedding, my mother in law was really uncomfortable from her shoes so the staff helped to get her a pair of insoles so she could be comfortable the rest of the night. At the end of the wedding night, we came up to our room at 4am and found a bottle of champagne, plates of desserts, our wedding cake, and all our belongings in our bridal suite. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and how experienced they are at handling large wedding with specific needs, like our kosher wedding. The venue was perfect for New Years since we were able to use a room for our afterparty and guests could go to bed whenever they wanted. Whether a winter or summer wedding, the Pearl River Hilton is fantastic and will make it their number one priority to help you enjoy your wedding day. A HUGE thank you on behalf of us and our families for the exceptional professionalism and customer service from Gerry and her team. They are the best.

Words can’t begin to describe how elated we were with our wedding. From the moment we met Gerry, we knew this was the place for us. She and the amazing team made the wedding planning process go seamlessly! We actually enjoyed it! The day of was perfection from the minute I (the bride) got there. Gerry and the entire staff made us feel so special and kept the entire bridal party and families on track and calm. All this while making sure the vendors did their jobs as well. Linda, my bridal attendant was amazing. She was so kind and helpful; I don’t know how I would have survived without her. The whole hotel is so beautiful and the quests were raving from the minute they got there. Our wedding was a few weeks ago and we’re still getting phone calls from family and friends saying how delicious the food was and how perfect the wedding was. The day goes so quickly but the memories will last a lifetime thanks to the Hilton Pearl River.

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Hilton in July and are still on Cloud 9. Words won't ever be able to properly express our gratitude to the staff for creating absolute magic for our wedding reception. The evening was sheer perfection. From the moment we signed our contract, our event manager, Abbey, was a dream to work with. She promptly answered every phone call, e-mail, and text sent throughout our 18 months of planning and was willing to work with every idea and vision we threw at her. She kept the entire process stress-free and made us feel like we were the only and most important event she was planning. On wedding night, the Hilton absolutely hit it out of the park. Our maître d', Derek, epitomized professionalism and curated the perfect evening. Before my husband and I even realized we had a need, Derek had already addressed it. He was incredibly attentive and took care of every little detail for us. He was everything a bride and groom could hope for in a maître d'. Each member of the staff was equally as skilled and pleasant, taking care of our guests' every desire and then some. As a one-event space, we truly felt the focus and dedication of the entire staff towards the success our evening.After having seen the Hotel several times throughout the planning process, the ballroom and cocktail hour space were completely transformed into stunningly beautiful spaces for our reception. Derek, Abbey, and their team worked tirelessly to bring our visions to life (including moving the entire cocktail hour inside just hours before it was set to start!) and the results were breathtaking. Additionally, even several weeks later, our guests are still raving about the food served at our wedding. Many have told us that the Hilton has completely changed their view of \"hotel weddings\" and given them a new \"gold standard\" for wedding meals. The food was absolutely delicious- from the expansive cocktail hour, to the four-course plated meal, to the departure treats! Selecting the Hilton for our wedding day was one of the very best decisions we have ever made. We would recommend the venue to EVERYONE! Our wedding day exceeded our expectations and the Hilton Pearl River deserves all of the credit. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

My now husband and I were so impressed with how Abbey was readily available and helpful during the whole year and planning process leading up to the wedding. We were incredibly happy with our experience at the Hilton Pearl River! The venue is beautiful and the staff members are so easy to work with. The Hilton has a number of unique spaces that made our wedding day special, including a gorgeous lawn with a bridge at the end, and an ivy-covered wall. These areas provide great backdrops for photos. Our favorite space, though, was probably the conservatory room. It has a beautiful painted ceiling, and it really is breathtaking. We knew that we’d be thrilled whether our ceremony was out on the lawn or in the conservatory. Many venues don’t have a great option for indoor ceremonies, so this was one of the things that set the Hilton Pearl River apart for us. They also have a very nice garden room that we used for our cocktail hour, and a gorgeous ballroom for the reception.Aside from the physical space, we were so happy with the PEOPLE we worked with at the Hilton! We worked primarily with Gerry, but also with Abbey, Derek, and Marissa. All of them were very communicative, professional, and friendly. It was very clear that they wanted to do whatever they could to make our wedding day as special and smooth as possible. They were truly a pleasure to work with leading up to and throughout the wedding weekend. We really enjoyed our food tasting in advance of the wedding, and the food on the wedding day was amazing. The Hilton provides a TON of creative and delicious options in their food/drinks package, both for cocktail hour stations/hors d’oeuvres and for the reception meal. And they made sure that my husband and I had the chance to eat, which was great! At the end of the evening, we stayed at the hotel, and they had set up our room beautifully and thoughtfully, i.e. with the flowers, leftover cake, etc. We really did get royal treatment throughout the wedding weekend (not to mention that the Hilton looks like a castle!). We had an incredible wedding weekend, and we highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River!

Where to begin...Gerry and the entire Hilton Pearl River team were so amazing and helpful through the entire wedding process. From start to finish, they took care of our every need. Gerry is so caring and did such an amazing job with every part of the wedding. The wedding ran perfectly without one flaw. Everyone knew where to be and where to go because of the dedicated work of entire staff. Leading up to the wedding, Gerry was super responsive and I felt I was in good hands the entire time. The actual day ran so smoothly; it was really like a dream. Derek was incredible in running the show and June, the bridal attendant, was so exceptional and took such good care of me on my wedding day. She even made sure to give me much needed breaks so I could breathe and relax. Even the interns at the Hilton helped bring us waters and snacks throughout the day.The grounds are gorgeous. We had the most beautiful outdoor ceremony. My wedding was 400 people, but it somehow seemed intimate at the ceremony. I really don’t know how people do weddings anywhere else. I was really stress free because Gerry and her staff know how to run an amazing wedding. The ballroom was perfect and we were able to have a gigantic dance floor. The cocktail room is stunning. There is really nothing wrong with this venue. Also, the rooms were all recently redone and are sooo nice and modern! The bridal suite was amazing too! We came back to the room and there were candles lit everywhere and champagne. The suite is so big and beautiful, we could have had an after party in there! You will make the best decision of your life if you choose the Hilton Pearl River to be your wedding venue! I promise you won’t regret it!

Marisa and the Hilton Team went above and beyond to make our day special.It was an honor to work with such incredible people - from the Bellhop (Jarell), Bridal Attendant (Linda), Maitre d’ (Derek), bartenders, staff for room blocks (Trish and Max), and the rest of the Hilton Team (Abbey, Jacque, Gerry) were all so AMAZING.They couldn’t do enough for all of us.The venue is gorgeous, the cocktail room, conservatory, reception and the grounds are BEAUTIFUL. Plenty of areas to take fabulous pictures. They just renovated the rooms and bridal suite which was well-laid out and roomy. Even the makeup team (Pinup and Pout were impressed).The food was delicious and plentiful - thank you to the chefs and hard work of their team. Gerry knew all of our vendors which made the process seamless. We did our entire wedding weekend at the hotel; from rehearsal dinner, wedding day/night and Sunday brunch. My husband and I were married at the Pearl River Hilton June 2, 2018. It was so easy to make a decision to get married here because it not only is a gorgeous venue (we had an outdoor ceremony on the back lawn) but they seriously give you the most bang for your buck! In addition, everyone is such a delight to work with!! They accommodated all of our requests and never batted an eyelash. Our wedding coordinator, Abbey, is hands down the key to all the magic. She made EVERYTHING so easy for me, from answering 1000s of questions prior to the wedding day, to being available 24/7, and to making my wedding Day the smoothest and best day imaginable. The food is delicious, and all of our guests were raving about the cocktail hour and the venue itself. The ballroom is huge, there are plenty of photo op spaces, and the lobby is simply elegant. We even had our brunch and rehearsal dinner at the hotel and nothing was replicated- each in a different room with different menu options. They also recently renovated their rooms which are gorgeous and HUGE! I could not say enough positive things about this venue. The Pearl River Hilton will forever hold a special place in my heart! Thank you Abbey and the entire staff who helped give me the wedding of my dreams!!

I think it sums it up my wedding perfectly to say that the events team and I are in contact to this day and I can’t wait to go and visit them! I loved working with them so much that I begged them for a job!!! Abby and Gerry, Derek and the team were so beyond perfect that the day, and the leading up to it, I couldn’t have asked for more. I am an event planner, so I know a good event ☺The venue is perfect for guests, over 200 of mine stayed at the hotel the night of my wedding and were hosted for a bunch the following day. They all loved the experience, appreciated the ease, free parking, comfort of the hotel and taking an elevator up to bed after a night of dancing and drinking. Abby and Gerry knew all my vendors, which made the process that much more smooth – the vendors, my florist especially, love working at the Hilton which is a tribute to how amazing the staff and venue are. My bridal attendant was a DOLL and everyone loved her (that comes complimentary). When I got up to our bridal suite after the wedding it was decorated with flowers, candles, and champagne, my veil laid out, and truly it sealed the best day ever. The whole team was at my side, and there to make my wedding the magic it was. Everything was smooth from visiting and booking the space, booking our guest rooms, the day of event timeline, and the day of. I was there a couple of times leading up to the wedding to stuff goody bags, drop off décor, and visit for general planning – and was treated to lunch each time. I will admit I did NOT want to get married at a “plain, boring hotel” but I have zero regrets. It was transformed and gorgeous, and I didn’t need to worry about weather, traffic, noise, etc. The team at the Hilton Pearl River is the best in the business. I PROMISE you will not regret a wedding at the Hilton!!!!! OH, and they took care of my dogs so they could be at the wedding with us. Perfection is an understatement, I would get married there 10 more times.

Just co-hosted our third son's wedding so we are not newbies - and the Pearl River Hilton is a standout. Gerry was incredible through a year and a half of pinning down details, answering every question patiently and thoroughly and providing guidance all the way through. Derrick and Gerry were on point all night and the hotel staff worked seamlessly with our kosher caterer and in turn with our band so the evening flowed flawlessly. It's really helpful to have so many different rooms to use and re-purposed throughout the evening (Normandy for hair and makeup, complete with mirrors and makeup chairs) and later for the afterparty; the Conservatory for cocktails and the next day, brunch; the garden room for the bride's welcome, etc.) which gave a feeling of spaciousness and ease. The entire staff was unbelievably attentive and accommodating, pleasant, friendly, and helpful. I can't say enough great things about the Pearl River Hilton. Just do it!

I got married last Saturday at the Hilton Pearl River and its taken me a week to think about how I can even begin to describe my INCREDIBLE experience. I started the journey with walking in for a tour with Marissa, who is now my FRIEND and one of the sweetest people ever. She answered any question or concern I had so fast and with so much attention to detail. Over a year of planning and I felt so confident that every detail of our wedding day would go on without a hitch. Well I was right!! My wedding weekend came, and every single thing was perfection. The front desk accommodating all of my guests, the rehearsal, the morning of the wedding and the ceremony and reception were more than i could have ever asked for. Marissa was with me the entire planning process and the day before the wedding I met Derek, who was the maitre d and was so on top of everything and also just as amazing as Marissa, which i didn't even think was possible. Those two kept us organized and calm the entire day, its almost like they knew what we needed before we even had to ask. Take it from someone who weighed all of the pros and cons to wedding venues, I could not find one con. You are under one roof for EVERYTHING, it truly makes a difference and makes the most time out of your day. I wish I could relive my wedding day at the Hilton Peal River everyday and I am so sad its over. THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts to everyone who helped us......oh did i mention the food was amazing? THAT TOO!

We had our wedding at the Hilton in Pearl River on 9/15/17 and had an absolutely amazing night! Everything was set up perfectly! We worked with Abbey Rochford during our engagement and she was just wonderful - she was super responsive to emails, and often stayed late to meet with us after work! She consistently answered our questions right away and let us know what we needed to do each step of the way. The week of the wedding she took our seating chart, menus, pictures we wanted to use as decorations, and items for our after party. She and her team set everything up on the day of and I didn't have to worry about a thing. Abbey is a true pro and I'm so thankful we had her to work with! We also worked with Derek and his team on the night of the wedding, and they made sure that everything went perfectly! They even fixed my dress after I (almost immediately) ripped the bustle off! Derek worked with our DJ to make sure everything happened on time, and made sure we had everything we needed the entire night. The entire staff there is so nice and accommodating - there's nothing more we could have asked for! The rooms were great, the hotel block was easy, the cocktail hour was fantastic, and the room we were given to get ready in was exactly what we needed! We are still getting calls and texts from our guests telling us that it was the best wedding they've ever been to and that the food was excellent! I highly, highly recommend the Hilton!

She answered every questions and concern we had and was friendly and easy to work with. On the day of the wedding Derrick and June made sure everything was perfect and went along without a hitch. The Hilton made me feel like a true princess from the moment we got ready to the moment we went to bed. It was an amazing day and many of our guests raved about the food and said it was a top notch wedding. We just had our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River this past weekend and could not have asked for a better experience. We worked with Gerry for the year leading up to the wedding and she was amazing. She was responsive to our and our family's many questions and requests and made us feel like everything was going to be taken care of and that there was nothing to worry about. She and her team pulled off an amazing weekend, starting from the rehearsal the day before, to the brunch the morning after. The food was incredible (and there was so much!) and the venue itself was gorgeous. Derek was our maitre d' and he and his team were amazing. They kept the flow of the wedding running perfectly and we felt completely stress-free the whole night. He even was able to bustle my complicated dress! We highly recommend the Pearl River Hilton.

My husband and I held our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River in June, and we are so thrilled with our decision! Gerry and Derek made sure our day went smoothly, I didn't have a worry at all. We also had a dinner the night before and a breakfast the morning after that Lori arranged, which was perfect for our family. From the beautiful grounds, to the numerous room options for ceremony & cocktail hour, to the amazing food, you can't go wrong here. We were supposed to have our ceremony outside, but it simply was too hot outside and luckily we had a plan B that we put into action on the morning of the wedding. It was so beautiful and went off without a hitch. Gerry and Derek will make sure you have the day you always dreamed of. I promise you will not be disappointed!

My family and I have been coming to the Pearl River Hilton since I was young for their Mother's Day Brunch and have known the Hilton and their staff for years. We live just up the road! When it came time to decide where my husband and I wanted to have our reception, the Hilton was an easy choice! Not only did we like the proximity of it but also it made it easy on our guests to have everything in the same town and the fact they don't have to leave the Hilton once there! Gerry and Jackie made our wedding dreams come to life, my family and I couldn't be more appreciative of the hard work they put into our wedding to make it perfect. They were always available to chat and always answered our calls and emails right away. All of our guests raved about the food,location and beauty of the estate, we keep getting calls! The reception was truly out of a magazine and the Hilton staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was personalized and made our guests and us feel like royalty.

We are so thrilled with our decision to have our wedding at the Hilton Pearl River! We had looked at over 20+ venues for a South Asian multi-day wedding. The Hilton Pearl River was the last on our list and from the moment we pulled into the parking lot for our appointment, we knew it was the one (as cliche as it sounds). The venue itself is beautiful from its chateau like architecture to the sprawling lawn but the hospitality of the team is what really made it special. The entire planning process was so smooth thanks to Marisa and her team. She was so easy to work with and was so professional not only with us but with all of our vendors. She and Derek ensured our day was absolutely perfect, coordinating with 10+ vendors and helping our entire bridal party/guests feel welcome and comfortable throughout the day. We highly recommend the Hilton Pearl River and wish we could do it all over again ourselves! Thank you so much for making our wedding weekend amazing!

Where do we even begin? Having our wedding at the Pearl River Hilton was the absolute best decision we ever made. Our wedding weekend was so magical from the moment we walked in and chose the venue, till the day we checked out as a married couple.The venue itself is beautiful. It is such a well kept, clean hotel. Each room has its own unique charm and beauty. We even did our rehearsal dinner at the hotel restaurant, Two Henry’s. The food was amazing and they created an area in the restaurant to accommodate our rehearsal dinner guests. Lori, the manager at Two Henry’s, is awesome and made sure that we had our own special area secluded for us! As far as the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception went, Gerry and her team went beyond the call of duty to make every single detail magnificent. The cocktail hour was superb. The food was awesome and people continue to talk about our cocktail hour. My husband and I even got to eat the food during cocktail hour because they made sure we tried everything!! The reception was perfect. The staff was extremely attentive and made sure we had everything we wanted. Linda and Jackie were amazing. We received first class treatment throughout the entire weekend. The wait staff noticed during the reception that my husband lost his voice and next thing we know he has a cup of hot tea and honey at our table.At the end of the night when we returned to our suite, they had a floral heart arrangement, a tray of desserts, wedding cake and my husband’s favorite beverage!The staff at this hotel is extremely professional. Every time we had a question, we received an email response immediately. Every time we needed to make a change, they accommodated us. No matter what it was, they did everything they could to make our dream come true!They paid attention to every single detail that was important to us. Anyone would be lucky to work with a team like this one. Thank you for making our weekend spectacular! We appreciate everything you did and we couldn’t possibly be any happier. Hilton Pearl River was the most accommodating and absolutely stunning place to have our wedding. The castle like building is so beautiful inside and out and everything is so clean. We primarily worked with Gerry and Jacqueline when it came to planning our special day but throughout our experience we met so many wonderful people who work at the Hilton Pearl River. Leading up to the big day Gerry and Jacqueline made themselves available whether it was for in person meetings or via email. We felt so comfortable knowing that they were in our corner and were there to help make the day run more smoothly. In fact they made a suggestion to us about the flow of our day, we trusted them and went with their suggestion. They could not have been more correct! All of the employees of Hilton Pearl River are so good at what they do, we have zero complaints and all thanks and praise. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was sophisticated, elegant, and quiet. We actually got married in the Conservatory Room and it was just so beautiful. We loved the Hilton, and more importantly, our guests loved it! We'd been joking about making our wedding as \"user-friendly\" as possible, and the Hilton greatly contributed to that. For starters, it was ridiculously convenient to have all of the weekend's events at one location, which meant that folks could decamp to their rooms whenever needed and transportation was not required. (No limo or buses to deal with!) The event rooms and grounds are lovely and well-kept and the amenities are top-notch.The staff is the key to their success. Every staff member was warm and accommodating and helped us feel very relaxed throughout the entire weekend. They are true professionals who bring many years of hospitality experience to the table and one has the feeling that they could handle anything. The catering/events team provided terrific guidance and were there every step of the way. (Sometimes literally--they must not sleep on weekends!)Lastly, the food was delicious and loved by all. Relatives have been talking about it for weeks. The Hilton provides A LOT in the standard wedding package and they were very accommodating of guests' dietary needs. The bar options were also very impressive and the specialty cocktails were a fun touch.In summary, we wish we could get married here every year, because it was a heck of a party!

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at the Hilton Pearl River. I could not have asked for a better venue, location, or Hilton staff members to work with. On the first day we went to tour the venue we met Gerry. From the beginning, she was warm, friendly and willing to work with us. Our Saturday wedding was fairly large (240 people) and we were hosting a traditional engagement ceremony the day prior. The Hilton had never put on a engagement ceremony like this but were eager to work with us and accommodate our needs.Our wedding day turned out perfect. Gerry and Derek worked with us through all of the details weeks prior. They were also great for giving advice on how the day should be run, etc. Our wedding guests are still talking about how great the wedding was and how delicious the food was. The cocktail hour food was delicious and had everything from rack of lamb, raw seafood far, several stations and passed food. Dinner was a four course meal and the guests had the a choice of 3 entrees, not including gluten free and vegan (which is almost impossible to find anywhere else). Following the ceremony, my husband and I were taken to a room where they had a candle light dinner and sampling of almost all of the cocktail hour food to make sure we ate and enjoyed our food.Overall, Gerry, Derek and the rest of the Hilton staff really went out of their way to make our wedding weekend special. Since many of our guests stayed in the hotel for one or 2 nights, the Hilton was able to assist us in planning light breakfasts and a mini after party following the wedding. My husband and I are truly lucky that we found this venue and were able to work with great people. We worked so closely with Gerry and Derek during the course of wedding planning that they felt like part of the family!
