Just trying to confirm whether our date is available or not has been frustrating. Beyond slow replies. First response ignored the date completely, our second attempt was a very direct ask about the date, which was met with a reply confirming a completely different day we never asked about nor expressed interest in. Why would I trust them with allll the other important details if the venue can't even get past the most basic first step?

There were serval things that fell flat for our wedding. We went through FOUR different coordinators during our time that “ensured” us each new one “knew what was happening” however come the wedding day we were VERY disappointed. They forgot wine service (???), we were placed in the wrong room during our stay, the tablecloths were wrong, etc (just to name a few - the list goes on!!) Would NOT recommend. They added stress and took away from the whole point of a beach destination wedding.
