I would recommend Hilton Singer Island to anyone looking to have an absolutely beautiful beach wedding! The venue itself is gorgeous without being “over the top!” - it was perfect for my husband and I who are casual and “go with the flow” but we enjoy elegance as well. The staff was all very professional, courteous, and flexible! Kelly, the hotel event coordinator, was always very prompt with her replies to me while being - quite honestly - the greatest woman to work with! We were so pleased with our experience and couldn’t ask for a better venue to celebrate our marriage at! The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful, clean, and accommodating with a gorgeous pool and incredible oceanfront hotel rooms

I would recommend Hilton Singer Island to anyone looking to have an absolutely beautiful beach wedding! I cannot say enough great things about the Hilton Singer Island, and its entire staff, but especially Kelly Vieau, the Senior Catering Manager, who was our main point of contact with the hotel for the entire year leading up to the wedding. In every meeting, email exchange, and phone call, she truly made us feel that she was personally invested in our wedding day and making it exactly what we hoped it would be. To top it off all, the week leading up to our wedding was that of Hurricane Nicole. During the stress of the island being evacuated and the uncertainty of if our wedding would be affected, Kelly was kind and went above and beyond to be accommodating to us and to reassure us that all would be okay. Ultimately, our wedding was truly spectacular. The venue is so beautiful and is set up to enhance the natural beauty of the location. The food was fantastic, and we have had multiple guests reach out to tell us that it was by far the best wedding meal that they have ever had. We met with Chef Manuel at our tasting and he was knowledgeable and receptive to all of our questions and requests. Sonya, the other banquet manager was also wonderful to us. Everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding, and we had not one issue with the venue at all. If I could give more than 5 stars I certainly would. It truly was a wedding day that exceeded all expectations!

Our wedding was amazing especially because we had Kelly our venue coordinator, which made all the planning and set up a breeze. With this venue we had everything we were looking for such as a plan b if it rained and great quality food a drinks (the seafood paella station was a hit among my guests). Also all of the vendors I selected from their vendor list (Team beauti, Masso entertainment, the Wedding Arches) were just as great and made the whole day magical, we even ended the ceremony with a rainbow in the background. Kelly truly helped in being involved with this venue and I am forever grateful. I loved the reception area as it was covered but still outside and able to walk onto the beach. The hotel views are absolutely beautiful which was thr selling point for us, the added bonus was working with Kelly. She helped make our experience so easy and enjoyable. Anytime I had a question or a concern she was prompt in responding and always helped guide us. The day of our wedding Kelly made sure to be there and come up to check on me several times, she truly cares about her couples and does whatever she can for them. It felt more like working with a friend which was so calming during a stressful process. I would highly recommend anyone book their wedding at the Hilton on Singer Island for multiple reasons.

The Hilton was gorgeous and amazing. Everything was beautiful, and Kelly was amazing and incredible to work with. The entire ceremony, reception, and planning went so smoothly, and all of our guests loved everything. I loved being able to see the space with Kelly, and even meet the chef when we were in town before the day of because of my allergies. (We we’re coming from out of town so all planning and contact was long distance) On the day of everything went smoothly and perfectly with the exception of one tiny hiccup, and the person on the floor on the day of forgot I had allergies and we had to request the special food that was supposed to be prepared but the problem was fixed really quickly, and everything turned out fine, and I don’t want to detract from how perfect the day actually was with that small detail, when our wedding was actually a dream. Thank you Kelly and everyone at the Hilton!

We booked our wedding here after watching several from our balcony while on vacation a few years in a row. Having Kelly and Suzanne there from start to finish, you can't go wrong! Every wedding has a few hiccups here and there and they were there to help solve every single one of them. They both made planning the wedding all the way from NY a total breeze. Not to mention, we still have our guests RAVING about the food (we did the stations of Pasta, Fajitas and Paella.) You can't go wrong there either. It was all fantastic and turned out better than we could have ever imagined!

We used lots of their recommended vendors too and they were great! The beach was perfect and we loved how the ceremony space felt private and intimate. The board walk leading out to it was really special too and great for pictures. We loved the open air reception space and it was so helpful that they provide and set up the tables/linens/plates and we just brought in our decor elements. Location wise was awesome too for our out of town guests. We had the afterparty just down the street and did a boat party leaving from sailfish, so it was perfect especially for a destination wedding. Singer Island is great! We also hosted our welcome party in the Cove and it was perfect! Overall an awesome experience! We loved Kelly and hope you love working with her too!! Thank you! Kelsey + Tanveer

Words aren't enough to express our gratitude for Kelly and everyone on her team at the Hilton! My husband and I were initially scheduled to have our ceremony and reception in March 2020, right at the start of COVID; however, the world had other plans, and we had to shift quickly. I can't tell you how amazing it was to work with a flexible, understanding, and caring venue during this time! We were able to make both our original date and our re-scheduled date special with the help of the crew at the Hilton. Not only did we have great people on our side, but the venue was exactly what we wanted for our dream beach wedding. We specifically loved the indoor/outdoor feel and easy beach access. Additionally, you can truly make the space your own and be creative! This venue was an absolute dream! Kelly and her team were amazing and made sure that everything went according to plan. This venue includes a beautiful location, open bar, food, cocktail hour and some basic decor. It is really helpful to have the major stuff taken care of so you can focus on the details. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for an intimate, romantic venue with hassle free procedures. 10/10 - wish I could go back in time to do it all over again! :)

My husband and I had our dream wedding at the Hilton Singer Island on 12/4 of this year. I do not have enough amazing things to say about our experience. Kelly is exceptional and goes above and beyond in everything we needed. She was extremely supportive when we had to make the difficult decision to postpone due to Covid and made sure that everything from start to finish ran smoothly when the big day finally arrived. Our guests were quoted saying that this was \"the best wedding ever\" and a lot of that has to do with Kelly and how helpful, organized and amazing she was. The views are gorgeous and our guests really loved that everything was able to hosted in one place. Our rehearsal dinner (decorated by Hilton) was STUNNING and hosted in their space outside-- called The Cove. We had our guests come for welcome drinks at the Hilton's restaurant (Coconuts) and the bartenders were amazing. Our cocktail hour and reception was all taken place in the tent overlooking the ocean and it was truly breathtaking. We will be reminiscing on the best day ever for the rest of our lives. I wish we could relive the day over and over again! We will definitely be back to say hi to Kelly :) Thank you for everything-- I wish we could give 10+ stars!

The venue is amazing for a beach/outdoor/100+ guests wedding. Kelly was super responsive and provided guidance throughout the year as we neared our wedding date. The food was AMAZING! We received numerous compliments from our satisfied guests!! The Hilton team helped me to personalize my menu & drinks - everything was perfect and declicious! Reserving a room block was a very easy process for all our guests. Finally, the location and service were both superb!! Thank you Kelly, Sonia, the wonderful chef, and the entire amazing team! You made our wedding a dream come true!! We 100% recommend this venue!!!

The staff here is amazing. Kelly, our event coordinator was so easy to work with. We wanted a simple wedding with family who had flown in from all over. All our guests loved the accommodations as well as the food at the wedding. Kelly and staff handled all the details as well as any issues that arose. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation.

The staff here is amazing. Kelly, our event coordinator was so easy to work with. We wanted a simple wedding with family who had flown in from all over. All our guests loved the accommodations as well as the food at the wedding. Kelly and staff handled all the details as well as any issues that arose. I would 100% recommend them without hesitation.

We planned our wedding at the Hilton Singer Island in 30 days and it could NOT have been more perfect! Kelly, our wedding planner was amazing through the entire planning process. She made it effortless for us! She kept us calm and worry free and everything either met or exceeded our expectations. The entire staff at the Hilton went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The facility was beautiful, the food was amazing, the layout and decor was better than I even imagined. If you want the perfect intimate beach wedding, I highly recommend Hilton Singer Island and Kelly Vieau! You won't regret it! We hope to come back for many anniversaries to come! Lynn & Keith

We definitely chose the right venue for our Wedding! Kelly Vieau was amazing from the first moment we met her. The Hilton is so lucky to have her! We wanted a low-stress beach venue to celebrate with our friends and family. It poured on our wedding day and it didn't matter! The staff was all so pleasant and helpful anytime we needed anything. (Don't be upset if it rains, your photos will be great and no one will be squinting!) The food was great, the pool and beach were perfect for our out of town guest and local staycationers to spend time leading up to and after the event ! We could not be happier!!!

Gosh where do I start! We got married august 14 2021 at the Hilton. We got married on the beach and had our reception in the adjacent open air pavilion. This place is amazing! Kelly is absolutely the best! She is professional and super helpful. In addition she talked me off the cliff when we thought hurricane Fred was going to hit us. She was comforting, confident and absolutely put my mind at ease. We were so grateful that she was there to help coordinate. She went above and beyond! The venu was amazing, food was amazing and the staff are so friendly and accommodating. Simeon one of the hotel employees is out of this world and he was one of the biggest reasons we came back and decided to have our wedding and reception there. I am from Ohio and we had 40 people flying in. They were able to block rooms and made it seamless. Please consider this amazing place. We will be going back yearly to celebrate our anniversary!! Thank you kelly, Simeon and everyone at the Hilton singer island!!!

Hilton Singer Island was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding day/weekend. My daughters wedding was at the Hilton Singer Island resort and I must say that the total experience was OUTSTANDING. My Daughter set up the whole event with Kelly at the resort. I was initially hesitant on a destination wedding not knowing anyone in the area and really wasn't sure how everything would be coordinated and how it would turn out. Much to my pleasure everything worked out as best as I could imagine. Kelly worked with my daughter on everything coordinating and suggesting :wedding planner, DJ, Food and beverages, hotel accommodations, off premise activities, flowers and everything you could imagine. I would highly recommend this venue for a destination/beach wedding and reception. You won't be disappointed from the help in planning and the quality service from everyone on the property. Service was impeccable from the initial check in, service from wait staff in restaurants, quality dinner, drinks at the Tikki bar to the staff cleaning the rooms and concierge Services. I can't think of a negative thing about this experience. Thank You to Everyone at the Hilton Singer Island Resort in making this a great experience.

I highly recommend this venue. With very short notice they were able to help with our son and daughter-in-law’s wedding reception. The venue they chose was right off the ocean and absolutely beautiful. Kelly and Sonia were so easy to work with and made sure every detail was taken care of. They responded promptly and addressed any concerns the bride had. We also hosted the rehearsal dinner on the same property. The guests raved about the view of the ocean and how wonderful the food was. I’m so happy our son and daughter-in-law had such a stress free evening and wonderful memories of their wedding.

My husband and I worked with the Catering Manager, Kelly Vieau at the Hilton for our May 1 beach wedding. We met with Kelly prior to signing a contract with the venue, to walk the site and get more information. We immediately connected with her because of her personality. Kelly was warm, friendly, and emphasized the importance of our big day and the fact that it was her job to ensure we had the best experience ever! This sealed the deal for us, not mention the absolutely gorgeous venue...beachfront for the wedding and the beautiful outdoor covered pavilion for our brunch reception. We had a short timeframe (6 weeks) between signing the contract and the wedding. During the entire pre-wedding period, Kelly kept in touch with us regarding details and was always readily available to answer our questions. She kept in contact with us to check in on our planning and see how she could help. We also had several out-of-town guests come in for the wedding and stay at the hotel and Kelly went above and beyond to help make sure our families and friends were able to get accommodations. On the evening before the wedding, Kelly and Sonia Diaz, Banquet Manager, met us in the hotel reception area and assisted with unloading all of our boxes for the wedding and making sure they were safely stored for the next morning. We stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and when we walked into our room, we found a lovely note from Kelly and a congratulatory bottle of champagne. It made us feel very special!On the morning of the wedding, Sonia and team did an outstanding job of setting up and serving during the entire event. Kelly was also there to make sure everyone was happy and all was going well. The setup was perfect and the food was outstanding, especially the omelet bar. Many of our wedding guests commented on all of the delicious food and mimosa and sangria bar. Not to mention that the entire banquet team was helpful, friendly, and responsive to the needs of the guests.We had a brunch reception and highly recommend it, as not only was the food wonderful, but having the ceremony early in the day allowed for our guests to enjoy the beach, pool, and other hotel amenities. When we had our first meeting with Kelly, she also gave us a list of approved vendors. It was not mandatory to use these vendors, but certainly helpful, and the vendors from the list we used were exceptional (Publix for the cake and Grace Alfredson for our officiant)! The Hilton has done a great job of vetting these vendors.In closing this review, a question that might come up would be, \"If you had it to do over, would you still choose this venue and team?\" and our answer would be, \"WITHOUT A DOUBT, YES!!!!!\" Best wedding ever!!

I'll start with the good- Kelly, the catering coordinator, was awesome. I have been working on two \"weddings\" due to COVID, and she was hands down the most amazing, attentive, kind individual toward me, throughout my entire experience with wedding planning. Not only did she try to make my day special, we stayed for 4 nights and she made sure that time was special too. The getting ready bridal room was SPECTACULAR. The venue also let us use the rental card box, baskets, cute signs and some decor, aside from our own, which was great. The food tasted great. They had a great menu selection as well. The bad-I chose this venue because they have a BEAUTIFUL, large, covered outdoor space on the beach that accommodated my ceremony and dinner. Nextdoor to it, there's the hotel restaurant, that gets crowded on a Saturday. There is enough separation from the private space to that space, so it didn't really interfere, but I did see some guests try to walk by my private space, possibly for beach access? Unsure why. Our card box was left right at the entrance of our event so guests could slip their gifts in. I later noticed that it was still there, and I asked my DOC to move it. She then informed me that the cards were missing. I went out, in my wedding gown, to try to see if I could recognize any guests that walked near my event earlier. I saw two staff members talking to someone sitting alone right near my event, who looked just like one of the individuals that I saw earlier trying to get beach access. I questioned them and they quickly snapped and said that they've been \"with this man for hours\". This ruined my wedding day. How could I enjoy knowing that potentially thousands of dollars were stolen from me and my beloved family? We have been put through so much trauma due to multiple deaths in our family in the last year. I spoke to the catering manager, Sonia, she was nice about it, but busy managing my guests.Not one security guard from the Hilton was brought out, and IMO the police should have been called. This crowded hotel now had a thief on the loose, and NOTHING was done about it. Thankfully, I had hired my own security guard due to some family issues, and he took a walk outside my event to try to see if there was anyone who may have been trying to open the envelope, etc. However, he was for MY event, not to manage THEIR hotel guests. My DOC made an announcement to see who gave gifts so they could stop the checks ASAP. 15 minutes later, we went to move the card box again, and the gifts were back in there. The situation was handled very poorly. After spending thousands of dollars on my event, this venue should have done everything in their power to try to help me find the gifts or catch the perpetrator. My MIL wasn't feeling well and had to use the restroom before our announcement so it held us up about 15 minutes so she didn't miss our announcement, I think this resulted in some food being cold, as per my guests. Since the man of my dreams asked me to marry him, I was searching for the perfect place. We love the beach and wanted to feel the sand in our toes. When We entered the Hilton on singer island just to enquire on the venue, we ended up decided almost instantly that was the place for us! Kelly the catering manager was so awesome, she made us feel at ease and answered every question! Her energy was amazing and when we met her event coordinator Sonia we saw the duo at work. They are amazing. I feel like my wedding was everything I could’ve hoped for. Definitely the perfect venue for my amazing wedding. Thank you Hilton!!!

When We entered the Hilton on singer island just to enquire on the venue, we ended up decided almost instantly that was the place for us! Kelly the catering manager was so awesome, she made us feel at ease and answered every question! Her energy was amazing and when we met her event coordinator Sonia we saw the duo at work. This venue is beautiful!!! The oceanfront tent area can be transformed into whatever you want it to be. It lent itself perfectly for the bohemian wedding vision we had. The Catering Manager Kelly Vieau went above and beyond to help us make the day a dream come true and Sonia Diaz the Executive Meetings Manager executed it perfectly the night of the reception. My husband and I were married at the Hilton Singer Island on January 16, 2021 and we could not have imagined a more perfect place to get married. The venue is breathtaking but more importantly the staff and the catering manager at the Hilton were amazing. Kelly Vieau, the catering manager at the Hilton was a big reason why we chose this venue over others. She has a great personality, did an amazing job supporting us through the planning process and help made our day perfect!

The venue is beautiful, with a clean, fairly private beach and cute outdoor pavilion for the reception. Kelly Vieau, the catering manager, is absolutely fantastic and really makes the event come alive. From the first day we met her, she was friendly, helpful, encouraging, and transparent and what we could realistically expect. We had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and Kelly couldn't have been more helpful and flexible throughout the process. She is so easy to get in touch with and was willing to help us with every tiny detail. She is so personable and truly became a friend throughout the planning. The kitchen manager, Sonia Diaz, is amazing as well. She helped execute our reception dinner as well as a morning after brunch which were superb. You will NOT regret your decision to pick this venue-we highly, highly recommend it!!

The Hilton is in a beautiful location, situated on a wide expanse of clean sandy beach where we had the wedding followed by the reception in the open air pavilion adjacent to the beach - absolutely gorgeous! The perfect staging area. We met Sonia Diaz who was our go-to for the wedding day. She arrived promptly at 2 for set up. Arranged everything perfectly. The food was beyond our expectations. All of our guests could not believe how delicious everything was. This venue was affordable, they have an amazing staff from check in to catering and even breakfast for the family the next morning. Everything was perfectly executed and the entire staff could not have been more accommodating! I highly recommend this venue!

As soon as we walked in, we were welcomed by the amazing staff and employees that work there. Kelly, our contact, was super understanding, knowledgable, excited for us and supportive of the fact that we had our infant and couldn't rush while there or be there as often as I had wanted to. Did that stop her or her fellow staff from pulling off the best wedding ever? NOPE! We ended up doing much of the corresponding over email and text messaging/phone calls because of the virus, but that didn't stop or hinder our wedding day from being the best day of our lives. The staff followed all social distancing expectations and CDC guidelines while on the grounds and while participating with the events of our big day! It rained all morning long (that's good luck, right?), but it somehow paved the way for an even more perfect evening! The air was crisp, their beach setup was phenomenal and the reception was simply beautiful. She and the amazing Hilton Staff took care of everything the day of, and my husband and I simply got to eat, drink and be merry...the entire day! I love that they were able to meet and exceed all of our needs and that even after that day, we still keep in contact. I guess once you're a Hilton, you're always a Hilton! :) So if you're searching for an epic venue, with a great view, amazing staff, and welcoming service, the Hilton is the way to go for your big day!

We could not have asked for a more wonderful experience for our wedding day! Kelly was so wonderful to work with. She answered my million questions quickly and offered so much helpful advice. The ceremony was beautiful and they worked hard to accommodate our needs and preferences. But the best thing of all about the Hilton is the reception space. I didn't want my guests flying in from up North just to be trapped in a windowless ballroom. At the Hilton, they got to spend their evening outside enjoying views of the ocean and walking on the beach. The food was delicious and every person we interacted with was friendly and helpful. There's nothing I would change about our experience there!

I do not know how I could possibly put into words about the experience I've had with the Hilton. It was truly magical. I will start off by saying I was a destination bride from Pittsburgh. We flew down to visit a few venues in the area and the Hilton was the first one we visited. The moment I started talking to Kelly (Catering Manager), I knew this was the place! I hadn't even made it out of the lobby to look around! Kelly was so personable, professional, just someone you could relate to, and just a down right fun, energetic person to be around. There was something about her that was so magnetic! If your like me and your a nervous wreck all the time! Finding someone who can make you feel so comfortable is so important! I immediately booked the Hilton the very next day! We were in the process just a few hours later! The beach vibe wedding was there! It was so hard for us to find a venue that would let us serve IC Light (Husbands Favorite PGH Beer), allow a ceremony on the beach, and be able to have the reception basically right on the beach! This Venue had 3 out of 3! It even had a few giant lizards to seal the deal!We were schedule to fly down for our tasting right as the Hurricane was going to hit! We were told we may have to reschedule but Kelly pulled through and made it happen! She even had our cake tasting come to us! She knew we were out of town and created such a smooth transition for us! She went above and beyond to make our experience one to always remember! Kelly even coordinated for our Planner and Photographer to stop by during our tasting! Kelly is truly the best!Our wedding day was perfect! The staff was just amazing! It poured all day and my Husband refused to not get married on the beach! There was a 10 min window and the staff made it happen! The day went by so fast! The staff at the Hilton made the day and days leading up to it so smooth! The room blocks were easy for everyone to book, the food was amazing (we had the pasta stations, and they even costumed a station for us! Fish and Shrimp Fajitas) Our guest are still ranting and raving saying its hands down the best food they have ever had at a wedding!Kelly and Sonia and their team are incredible! They take customer service to another level! The venue is stunning and the team definitely lives up to their expectations! Kelly makes you feel like your part of the family from minute one! I would recommend this venue and the staff any day to any one! It was truly an honor to be able to hold our special day with them!

We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront for their amazing venue and staff. Like most couples we searched the internet to try and scout out some potential venues for our upcoming wedding. Several potential options came up in our area including the Hilton on Singer Island. We visited a few places- and don’t get me wrong, they were nice- but they just didn’t leave us with a special feeling. Then we visited The Hilton on Singer Island and were greeted by Kelly Vieau. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and professional yet treated us as if we had been friends for years. She patiently showed us around the entire breathtaking venue, introduced us to other wonderful staff members, and patiently answered all of our questions all while wearing a huge smile on her face. She really made us feel welcome. We were excited that the hotel had everything we could ask for!After visiting The Hilton on Singer Island, we still had a few other venues on our list to canvass. We went to one in the Jupiter area and once again it fell flat. We were being led on a tour by the representative and we looked at each other and whispered, “Well, the place is OK, but she is no Kelly!” Our search was over at that very moment. We wanted the wonderful amenities that the Hilton had to offer and we wanted to go through the wedding planning process knowing that we would be working with such a professional, dedicated, and friendly staff. After formally choosing the Hilton on Singer Island the amazing service just continued. Kelly stayed in constant communication with us and put us in contact with other staff members that helped us plan every detail of our special day. She also gave us some terrific recommendations for experienced vendors that helped out tremendously with the planning process. We must say that she continuously goes above and beyond to accommodate our needs. A great example of this happened this past week. We had parents who were going to be visiting us from California for a few days. Kelly thought of a great idea. We had our tasting already scheduled for the following week, but Kelly approached us with the idea of moving it up so Mom & Dad could come too. Well, that turned out to be an amazing idea! Mom & Dad were overjoyed to have gotten the opportunity to join us and experience this wonderful time together. The food was delicious! The Chef also went above and beyond to accommodate several dietary restrictions for us as well as for several of our guests. We could go on and on, but we will leave you with this one thought. Kelly, and everyone else at the Hilton on Singer Island are amazing! We have no doubt that we are in good hands and that they are going to take our most important day and make it even more special with everything they have to offer. We would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the Hilton Singer Island Oceanfront for their amazing venue and staff. Like most couples we searched the internet to try and scout out some potential venues for our upcoming wedding. Several potential options came up in our area including the Hilton on Singer Island. We visited a few places- and don’t get me wrong, they were nice- but they just didn’t leave us with a special feeling. Then we visited The Hilton on Singer Island and were greeted by Kelly Vieau. Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and professional yet treated us as if we had been friends for years. She patiently showed us around the entire breathtaking venue, introduced us to other wonderful staff members, and patiently answered all of our questions all while wearing a huge smile on her face. She really made us feel welcome. We were excited that the hotel had everything we could ask for!After visiting The Hilton on Singer Island, we still had a few other venues on our list to canvass. We went to one in the Jupiter area and once again it fell flat. We were being led on a tour by the representative and we looked at each other and whispered, “Well, the place is OK, but she is no Kelly!” Our search was over at that very moment. We wanted the wonderful amenities that the Hilton had to offer and we wanted to go through the wedding planning process knowing that we would be working with such a professional, dedicated, and friendly staff. I looked a several places before I selected this place. But the venue space is to die for and i visited 3 times to see weddings set up/see what it was like when it rained and when it was nice outside. I wanted to get all the weather situations looked at so I knew what to expect. Kelly went above and beyond with things. She answered all my questions and she surprised me a bridal suite which was perfect! The only thing is that everything is ala carte here and everything has tax and gratuity, the beach is and the place you eat dinner is a about $1800 ++ top of your plate order, and no wedding coord on property so I had to hire one. They did help us on waiving the resort fees to the guests that didn't want to take it which was nice. But they were very stingy about giving us more rooms and with the guaranteeing of booking rooms, they should of given me a 40 rooms and then told me if they are not booked by 3 months prior to the wedding then they will be released. It was more like i had to take only 15 rooms because if rooms weren't booked i was responsible for the rooms that weren't booked, and as you know that is A LOT of money! So we did only reserve only 15 rooms in our contract and then had our guests either book other places or look on travelocity for a cheaper rate cause the resort wouldn't offer the rate since we were over our 15 rooms. I also didn't do the welcome bag option cause they wanted about $20 a bag at the desk and i thought that was outrageous. Other then the room situation I totally recommend this venue. We had the most amazing night of our life and the food was also really GOOD! Chef did a great job! Very accommodating! Thanks Kelly for helping me make my wedding dreams come true!

I had my destination wedding here in March. Such a beautiful location to have a beach wedding. When I first visited the location, I was sold on having my wedding here because I loved that the pavilion was so close to where the wedding was held. Kelly, the manager for coordination of the wedding at the hotel was so helpful and nice. We were able to customize our wedding menu to our liking. Everyone kept talking about how great the fried catfish and cheese grits were :-). All of the vendors that were recommended where phenomenal the day of my wedding. Our experience working with HiltonSinger Island , specifically Kelly Vieau, catering sales manager and wedding professional and her assistant Sonia Diaz, was nothing short of amazing and wonderful!From the moment we met Kelly, throughout our journey, culminating with a wonderful wedding, I knew we were in great hands!! Kelly and Sonia, who joined the team once preparations were underway , slipped in seamlessly. Prior to booking the wedding, Kellyhad a handle on everything! She anticipated and addressed questions , concerns, and issues in a most timely, organized ,professional and upbeat manner. To say she and her team was on it is quite an understatement!! Everything from arranging room blocks, keeping us apprised of number guests, length of stay, opening additional room blocks to assuring us that our requests for additional vendors like an ice-cream truck could be accommodated to recommending and endorsing specific vendors was spot on!! (Matt ,the DJ was exactly what we had asked for. He was excellent !!!! Every guest commented on how great he was!!! Michael, the photographer was especially wonderful. Calm, cool ,professional and oh so kind . We could not have asked for anyone better. Sadly the weather changed right after the ceremony making pictures on the beach impossible. Michael was not the least bit fazed. He adjusted to his plan B in a most organized and professional manner. Just excellent!) kelly arranged for the resort to accommodate the ice-cream truck we wanted right outside the gates of the reception thus making it an extension of the pavilion!! The Scoop-Coop was the best; a real hit!! Again our initial request for the truck was met with a smile and a \"Can Do Attitude! \"I highly recommend having your wedding ( or any event) here. To say that I endorse booking a wedding or occasion at this resort is a serious understatement.It was our great fortune and pleasure to meet and work with Kelly Vieau and her team! We need another ocassion so we can go back!!! From inception to fruition,Working with Kelly Vieau will make any view you book sunny and bright!! The Hilton on Singer Island is the perfect venue! Beautiful beaches where you can have your reception privately on the sand with the gorgeous turquoise water in the background. A huge reception and cocktail area that views the ocean and can be decorated to your dreams. All our guests stayed at the hotel for great rates and felt like they were on vacation at our destination wedding. The Hilton even accommodated us for breakfast the next morning with a private room and tables set up with our wedding centerpieces, amazing! Kelly is literally one of the reasons we decided to go with the Hilton. Her energy, kindness and accommodations were out of this world. She made us feel comfortable, loved and special the whole weekend. She worked so well with our wedding planners that everything was seamless. We cannot thank her enough! My husband and I were so happy and grateful for the Hilton on Singer Island. If you choose them, you and your family & guests will have an epic wedding!

The Hilton Singer Island was a dream wedding come true from start to finish! My husband and I knew from the first day we checked out the venue that this will be our spot! We met with Kelly and from day 1 she has literally been the best! We felt loved and taken care of immediatly! Not only is Kelly extremely knowledgeable and helpful but she is a blast and made this whole process so easy and fun for us! Kelly stuck by our side from start to finish and we are so thankful to her. The team at the Hilton is incredible from the front desk staff, to the chef (the food was incredible!) bartenders, and bell boys! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating as if we were all friends! The views are also amazing as are the amenities. The fact that the ceremony can take place on the beach was huge for us, as well as the reception being outside under the pavilion. It was truly beautiful! The whole weekend was a dream and everything we imagined our wedding would be. You would be doing yourself a huge favor by checking out the Hilton for your special day and working with Kelly! She made our dreams come true. We give big thanks to the Hilton for having us and to Kelly for all that she has done. Can’t wait to go back and visit her and the team! It feels like our second home now! Quick to respond, flexible with our requests, and made an effort to check in with me, the bride, on our wedding day to make sure everything was going according to plan and to wish me congratulations. I am so grateful to have worked with them and to have had my wedding at the Hilton. They helped us with every little detail and made our tasting an amazing experience. We were always greeted warmly and were treated with the utmost respect. The venue itself is PERFECT with a permanently covered deck that gives you the outdoor, Florida wedding you want without the sun beating down on you. The Ocean Deck provided the perfect ambiance for our wedding and I am so happy we found this gem! The food was delicious and the servers were friendly and professional throughout our event. I can't wait to go back to the Hilton just to say hi to everyone again.

Honestly I could not say enough great things about Kelly and Kimberlee and the team over at Hilton. I’m a huge personality person and the personalities of those gals are incredible. Having our wedding at the Hilton was the best decision we made! Originally we weren’t going to pick a hotel, but after speaking with Kelly, our minds were quickly changed. We had family coming from all over the world and knew that keeping them at a hotel would be best. Everyone has such a wonderful time, and was so sad to leave! The day went so smoothly along with the days leading up to it. I did most of the planning from overseas, until arrive back in florida just a month before the wedding. They accommodated to whatever we wanted. Kept it simple just like we wanted. The beach ceremony and the pavilion were just perfect. For food we did a buffet style, which everyone loved! It tasted amazing. Everything was just perfect and I could not be more happy. Thank you to the Hilton Singer Island for making the best day of our lives come true!

Kelly and her team were the absolute best to work with!!! Having a destination wedding was a bit scary at first but once my husband and I chose the Hilton at Singer Island we instantly knew we had made the right decision. All of our guests could not stop raving about how much fun they had the ENTIRE wedding weekend, not just the night of! The food and service was on point and the location on Singer Island was perfect. I could not be happier with the way my wedding turned out!

My husband and I always wanted to get married on the beach. We live in North Dakota, so when we were searching for venues, we were depending solely on what we found online. When we found pictures and reviews of the Hilton Singer Island, we were instantly hooked. Everyone said how great their service was, and it’s 100% true! We had 90 guests all from out of state staying at the hotel. The beach, bar, and hotel staff were so accommodating and helpful to all our guests. The food at the hotel was excellent, along with the cocktails. We held our rehearsal dinner in the Cove at the hotel. Our guests loved the coziness of the space. Our banquet staff and bartender were so friendly to our guests. The Caribbean buffet was incredibly delicious. The night of our wedding, we had the ceremony on the beach. It was so beautiful with such easy access for our guests. We then had the cocktail hour and the dinner/dance in the Pavilion. The venue was so naturally beautiful with the views and ocean breeze. The staff at the dinner was so friendly and the service was all around excellent. We would highly recommend the Hilton Singer Island for anyone looking for an intimate beach wedding that it right on the beach!

Nothing beats the view of the venue of the beach pavilion. It was perfect. The only thing I didn't like was we had 2 different coordinators while planning the wedding and things were a bit confusing at times. Lora, our coordinator was very nice and accommodating and got it done. The catering staff itself and the service of the hotel isn't amazing, BUT the venue of the beach pavilion was beautiful and made up for it.

Overall the Hilton was a great place to get married and we had an amazing wedding that guests enjoyed. There were a few items that spoiled the experience with the Hilton somewhat, I'd caution anyone getting married there to be aware of. Pros-the venue is great, the beach is beautiful, and the food is excellent. Many people told me the Filet was the best they'd ever had at a wedding. We had a wedding planner who dealt with coordinating all the vendors, but it seems like everything with them went smoothly and they had no issues. Some of the employees were very helpful, particularly Shea(spelling?) who helped fix a room booking mistake the day of the wedding. Cons- a few things were disappointing. The first was the somewhat disconnect between the wedding people and the room management people at the hotel. For example, when we signed on to have the wedding, we were given a room block rate that we were comfortable with and told they recommended being conservative with the initial amount of rooms we set aside to the room block, and that we could easily increase the block if we needed. Fast forward a couple weeks, still 7+ months before the wedding, we asked to increase the room block, and were told \"Ok, we can increase your room block, the the rooms are now 60% more expensive than we originally told you\". yes that was somewhat on us for not getting anything in writing holding onto those rooms, but still the increase was a large amount. The room rate went from something that we thought would be reasonable to ask our friends and family to pay, to something that made us feel bad to ask. It was just frustrating since the majority of our guests were from out of town. I'd recommend negotiating to make sure you have an option to increase at the same price. Something that also frustrated us is that they charge $10 each to hand out welcome bags. For the amount of money people spend at this hotel to get married, that should be included. Overall, it is a great physical venue and a great location. just make sure you read the details of the contract and I think if you are getting married from out of town having your own outside planner would be helpful.

You can't beat the ocean view and the rustic outdoor setting. Everything went smooth and there were no major complications. The next day we were able to relax on the beach with all of our friends and family. If you are looking for a rustic beach wedding that is elegant as well, this is the perfect location! Our guests told us they couldn't find something negative to say about the wedding. It was our dream wedding and we couldn't be happier!!

AMAZING! The whole thing was organised perfectly and the setting could not be faulted with the stunning turquoise ocean in the background. Our coordinator Jamie was fantastic from start to finish and our whole family said the ceremony was beautiful. The final touches in the honeymoon suite with champagne and chocolate strawbwrries, and an amazing view of the ocean topped it off. Choosing the Hilton on Singer Island as our wedding venue was the perfect choice.

My husband and I could not be more happy about how our ceremony and reception turned out! The venue beyond exceeded our expectations. Our beach ceremony was perfect with its amazing view and the Ocean Front Pavilion was the perfect location for an outdoor reception. We were a little scared about the typical 'hotel food', however our guests raved about their meals. The coordinators, Nickole and Vany, were easy to work with and very accommodating. On the day of, Vany went out of her way to make sure we were happy and that we always had a drink in our hands. The best part, the venue is incredibly affordable. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate our marriage!!

Our beach ceremony was perfect with its amazing view and the Ocean Front Pavilion was the perfect location for an outdoor reception. We were a little scared about the typical 'hotel food', however our guests raved about their meals. The coordinators, Nickole and Vany, were easy to work with and very accommodating. I can't imagine a better venue for my wedding reception! Nickole is so experienced and knowledgeable, and Vany is so reliable and helpful. I was blown away by how everything came together. The setting itself is amazing (and for the nervous bride the rain contingency plan is equally as beautiful). Everything a bride could want is attended to with meticulous detail.\r\rWe held our wedding outside on the beach and the reception was in the outdoor pavilion. The beauty of the setting is that with the beach as a backdrop we were able to decorate the pavilion with our own style. \r\rWe chose to have a sunday morning ceremony and a brunch buffet. Our guests could not stop talking about how much they enjoyed the food! The Hilton offers several different buffet options at different price points and were very flexible when we wanted to substitute selections. And each and every selection was freshly prepared and really did taste great!\r\rI don't want to go into costs, but it was a fair price. Because there are so many different catering options no matter what your budget you will be happy.\r\rThe things you can't pay for, moral support, thoughtfulness, someone to think of things you won't, and a staff that will do anything they can to make your day special…you will find all of that at the Hilton. It was the best day of my life, and I am so happy we chose the Hilton.

Because there are so many different catering options no matter what your budget you will be happy.\r\rThe things you can't pay for, moral support, thoughtfulness, someone to think of things you won't, and a staff that will do anything they can to make your day special…you will find all of that at the Hilton. It was the best day of my life, and I am so happy we chose the Hilton.

The Hilton is an absolutely beautiful venue to have your wedding! My husband and I just got married there and if I could do it all again, I wouldn't change a thing. We got married out on the beach and our reception was under an ocean front pavilion. It was the perfect venue for my husband and I because it wasn't over the top fancy and it wasn't too casual either; it was the perfect happy medium. Also, the wedding coordinator: Nickole D'Angelo was a pleasure to work with! She has a lot of experience and is super helpful, very approachable and easy to work with!

Our daughters wedding was on a Saturday and we arrived on Wednesday. The entire staff at the Hilton was AMAZING!!! This venue is absolutely perfect for a beach wedding. The food was delicious. The wedding planner was extremely helpful and went out her way to answer our questions. Thanks to her the arrangements / plan went very smoothly. We were able to secure blocked rooms for out of town guests at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this venue for a wedding or any type of celebration.

As soon as we went to visit the Hilton on Singer Island we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. Nickole was amazing and really worked with us to make it possible. The ceremony and reception sight, and the view from both were absolutely amazing. We had a lot of out of town guests from up north and wanted them to enjoy the wedding along with a nice Floridian December vacation. We had a lot of our guests commenting on how beautiful the ocean front view was, and how amazing the venue was. The venue and our wedding were perfect and we are beyond happy that we had our wedding there!

The venue was perfect. In the time it took for us to plan the wedding, the venue only improved! It's obvious they do more than just upkeep the facility- they've made some beautiful renovations. Our main reason for picking the venue was the beach itself, other venues in the area suffer from poor or erroding beaches but singer island remains beautiful and the Hilton even cleared the beach for us that night! The pavilion at the Hilton is a great way to offer an outdoor feel, while still remaining sheltered and comfortable. You may pay a little more when selecting a hotel, but its well worth the money for sheer convinence - catering, coordinating, decorating and accomodations all in one!

There are many wonderful things about this venue. My reception was gorgeous. The waitstaff and bartenders are exceptional. The location is beautiful. The food is decent. Keely was great to work with during the planning process. They can be somewhat difficult to get a hold of, but that is understandable considering the amount of events they have going on. \r\rOnce the week of my wedding actually arrived, I must say that the treatment that my guests and I received from the hotel management and Nickole D'Angelo was less than stellar. Some of my guests who arrived in Florida from out of state a few days early had too much to drink and were making noise in their hotel room. The hotel's response was to call law enforcement and have them evicted from the hotel. One of my bridesmaids, who was not involved in the incident whatsoever was also kicked out. They also woke up my sister in her room down the hall, who was asleep at the time, and threatened to kick her out for no reason whatsoever. While my friends' actions may have been inappropriate, nobody contacted me to discuss any of this. The following morning, I went down to speak to Nickole about the issue, and was told she was not available. I spoke with others in her office and thought the matter had been resolved, and that the bridesmaid who was not involved in the incident was going to be allowed back into her room. The front desk happily gave her a new key. Later in the day, she was locked out of her room again. I was trying to get dressed for my rehearsal dinner at the time, but went down to try to straighten things out. Nickole claimed she had been waiting all day for me to come discuss this with her. I'm sorry, but if I am spending over $20k to have a wedding reception, and my guests are spending hundreds of dollars to stay at your hotel, I shouldn't have to come to you. You have my phone number and you can call me to discuss the situation that I already thought was resolved. Instead, I went to them again, and was reprimanded and treated in a totally unprofessional manner. At this point, I was now 30 minutes late for my rehearsal at the church, so my mother continued to meet with the management to try to get my bridesmaid allowed back into the hotel, which they finally agreed to do. As a result, she was an hour late to my rehearsal dinner. \r\rThe reception was fabulous, but in no way was that attributable to the Hilton's management. The waitstaff, bartenders, DJ, decorator, and Keely all made it happen. I cannot say that my wedding was ruined, however, it was certainly much more stressful than it needed to be. If you are having a small wedding, and your group is quiet and reserved, this is a great place for you. If you are from the South and are having lots of out of town guests, this is probably not a good fit. I must also say that overall, this property is not in keeping with the Hilton experience that I am accustomed to. Some of my guests stayed at the Marriott down the road, and had nothing but great things to say about that property. \r\r \r\r\r\r

I recently got married this year (April 2013). My husband, my family, and I were very happy with our decision to get married here. Everyone at the Hilton was kind and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean as we had several out of town guests flying in for our wedding. The bridal suite is beautiful and it made our experience even more enjoyable. The catering sales manager is a wonderful person and extremely helpful and caring. She is willing to go above and beyond to make your wedding experience run as smoothly and easy as possible. I recently got married this year (April 2013). My husband, my family, and I were very happy with our decision to get married here. Everyone at the Hilton was kind and very helpful. The rooms were very nice and clean as we had several out of town guests flying in for our wedding. The bridal suite is beautiful and it made our experience even more enjoyable. The hotel its self was phenomenal, food, bartenders, service, pool, all awesome. Stay was great. We found it difficult to communicate with wedding coordinators, via email and phone calls. Being that I am an event coordinator in my job, I was able to plan things well on my own, however for someone that has never gotten married before, a little more guidance/advice from the wedding coordinators would have been more helpful. We just didn't really feel like they did all that much. I had to ask them the questions that I felt they should have been asking me. (i.e. Will you have a room for the bridesmaids to have their hair and makeup done? When they really should have said, \"We've got your room all set for you!\") \r\rThey kept telling me how \"easy\" I was to work with, and how great it was that I wasn't a \"bridezilla\" - well yes I was because I had a pretty good idea what I was doing. I would be cautious having your wedding here if you are looking for a place that will be more \"hands on\" and take care of more things. If you are comfortable with planning and are well organized, the venue would be just fine. The setting and food were absolutely perfect, as well as the servers were top notch.

We had a amazing experience here! They helped make our day perfect in any way possible. The staff went way beyond their normal duties. It was a raining on our day and they found the perfect time to do our ceremony. They made our flower girl pancakes and made her night! The are super sweet and will do anything you need. Nickole is the best to work with and I couldn't have done it without her! They really make you feel extra special no matter the size of your wedding.
