When I first started wedding planning, hotels weren't the venues I initially had in mind. However, I am so happy with how our reception turned out. The Hilton St. Louis was the most incredible team to work with. Rhiannon made everything so easy! There are SO MANY tiny choices to be made in wedding planning, and the team at the Hilton is ready for all of them and helped me make choices based on my individual event. The ballroom was beautiful, it had just gotten a fresh renovation before our event. The uplighting, pipe and drape, and outstanding service made the night feel magical. I didn't have a single \"oh no!\" moment during the reception. Everything was perfect.Most notably is the Hilton's willingness and excellent execution of our biggest request, and all vegan dinner service. Not only were they accommodating, but they are seriously talented! Everything from our cocktail hour o'dourves to our salads and entree were incredible! I have received so many compliments on the food! The french lentils and sweet potatoes were the perfect warm, winter entree for our February wedding, and the street tacos, samosas, spring rolls, and vegan crudite brought the fun and urban vibe to our reception. Our end of the night suite was beautiful and it was pretty cool to have a view of all the red eye flights leaving at the end of the night. The location being so close to the airport and having a shuttle for all our out of town guests was invaluable! Especially because an ice storm hit the day after our wedding. The hotel graciously extended our guests rooms for them, and for that I am super grateful!

My wedding reception was held here and I highly recommend it to anyone. Deedy and her staff could not have been any more helpful. They work with whatever you need/want to make sure it gets done. They made my wedding planning and reception a smooth, easy going process that myself and all our guests raved about! Simply the best!

I hosted my wedding reception at the airport Hilton. The ballroom was beautiful and I loved working with Deedy! The salad was okay, but the entrees were delicious! Our wedding coordinator (Deedy) and her staff executed everything as we had discussed. Our cocktail hour was outside of the ballroom; it was the perfect amount of space. The cocktail hour cheese & meats were delicious and the perfect appetizers!

I hosted my wedding reception at the airport Hilton. Their newly renovated ballroom was perfect for our wedding reception. Alan was exceptional! His staff made a grand entrance prior to presenting the meal. Our guests loved their entrance! The food was enjoyable. No complaints from our guest. Prior to the reception the testing was very good and professionally implemented. The tables and decor by Sitting Pretty was very tasteful. The room looked beautiful! \r\rPrior to the reception, we had a cocktail hour outside of the ballroom. The bartenders were awesome. The cheese and fruit display looked exquisite.\r\rThe rooms at the Hilton were very nice. They were also newly renovated.\r\rWorking with Connie however was not an easy task. She was often unavailable and took a long time respond to inquiries. At times it seemed that she was not aware of what was happening at the Hilton.\r\rThe reception went off without any hiccups. It was very enjoyable!

My wedding reception was perfect! The Hilton has a wedding coordinator that works closely with you to make sure that your day goes exactly as you want. The ballroom is gorgeous and the food and alcohol selection were wonderful. They give a special room rate for your guests and it was so convenient having our reception at a hotel so that not as many people were driving home late at night. You may spend a little on the high end but they have packages that meet everyone's budget. I promise that if you use them for your reception, you will not be disappointed!
