We got married at Historic Venue 1902 in October, and I can easily say that choosing this venue was one of the best decisions we made! The ceremony and reception spaces are beautiful, there's SO much space and unique character throughout the building, and most of all--- the team was incredible. From helping with the planning and coordination, to making sure that my husband and I always had drinks/water/snacks at the ready, we were blown away by the Historic Venue 1902 team. A huge shoutout to Adriana and Aleshia for their constant support and expertise throughout our whole engagement and on our wedding day.

The Historic Venue 1902 is such a beautiful location for a wedding! Everything on our wedding day went smoothly, thanks to the amazing Wedding Coordinators and Venue Staff. The venue was great with communication leading up to the event and helped us make sure everything was in order. Special shout-out to our day-of Coordinator Faith! She was so sweet and made sure everything ran well throughout the day. Initially, we almost excluded this venue during our search as they are a bit pricey, but we are glad we went with them in the end. (Pro Tip: This venue is located in the middle of a beautiful neighborhood. My bridesmaids and I rented one of the houses on the block and had a giant sleepover the night before the wedding. On the big day we just walked over to the venue, it was a perfect setup!)

Venue 1902 was everything I could have wished for and more for my wedding! The vintage charm added exactly what I wanted. The brick was a beautiful backdrop to our photos. The library, classroom, and cigar lounge all added such a unique touch to the wedding that we heard nothing but raves about from our friends and family.

From the beginning, the staff at Historic Venue 1902 were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire wedding planning process so smooth. We greatly appreciate Faith, our coordinator, who went above and beyond for us. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and features so many unique and beautiful details. We cannot say enough good things about this venue, and are so thankful to have picked them to have our wedding at.

We recently had our wedding at Venue 1902 and it was incredible! The whole planning process was so smooth due to all of the resources available. We did not have a wedding planner so having built in open houses, events, day of coordinators and online resources made a huge difference. We were able to try out a lot of vendors and meet with them before hiring and our vendors were already very comfortable with the venue. The venue itself is gorgeous and really does not need excessive decor to make it magical. We opted for the indoor ceremony and the staff was able to flip the room in less than an hour which was super impressive! We did a first look at our reception space together and it was one of our favorite parts of the day!!! Our guests were very comfortable and had plenty of space, bathrooms, and accommodations. Our bridal party had a lot of fun in both the bridal and grooms suite as well. The guys especially enjoyed the library that had plenty of activities for them the morning of. Overall, if you are thinking of getting married in Orlando this is the venue!!!

We fell in love with this venue the second we walked in. This was the first venue I saw online but the third venue we went to visit. The space is an open concept that allows anyone to decorate it how they want their wedding day to look like. We felt super welcomed when we first toured the place. Everyone was so caring and always there to help with anything we might have needed. On the actual wedding day, they took care of everything that needed to be done. They refused to let anyone give a helping hand and still managed to make everything how we imagined. If you’re looking for a venue that will let you be creative and people who understand your vision, look no further!

Beautiful venue! We chose here because of the great options for indoor and outdoor ceremonies, the beautiful reception areas, and the spacious bridal and groom suites. What shines most for us is the staff and coordination service. We were able to establish clear timelines and communication. During the wedding day, they we're able to address and manage around any hiccups and make the day run smoothly and beautifully. It was the best day we've ever had, and it's thanks to them!

The most amazing venue! I live in downtown Sanford and had to check out this venue for our wedding. As soon as we took the tour I fell in love! Beautiful historic building, high ceilings, brick wall, twinkle lights, this place has so much charm. The staff is the cherry on top, they are the sweetest. They responded so quickly to any questions or concerns I had, and Aleshia saved me with a vendor issue. The wedding day was perfection. My team of day of coordinators really made my wedding stress free! They set up all my décor, coordinated guests and vendors, and always made sure I was doing okay throughout the day. I definitely would recommend them, and I would also recommend hiring from their preferred vendor list. Thank you guys again for the most perfect wedding day!

I have to start this review off with the utmost praise to the entire staff of Venue 1902. Thank you all for absolutely everything. The emphasis that the day of staff had on making sure I wasn't stressed out as the bride was astounding. When I found Venue 1902 online there was no doubt in my mind that this would be where we would get married. It truly is such a breathtaking historic space. This was the only venue I went to look at and I knew there was no changing my mind. The way they assisted with the wedding rehearsal was a lifesaver and they made planning such a breeze. Thank you all again for assisting in the wedding of my dreams, I wish I could go back and live it all over again. If you are considering Venue 1902 DO IT. You won't regret it.

I may be biased but Venue 1902 and their team is the best venue in Orlando! They held our hand throughout the entire process! It started with their very personalized tour of the property. We had toured a few venues before and my fiance was not impressed by the standard conference rooms that many other venues had for the grooms room but he was immediately impressed by the grooms room and library that venue 1902 offered! We absolutely fell in love with the ceremony area outside and loved that in Florida's crazy weather, the indoor ceremony was a beautiful alternative if needed! The reception area was large and absolutely perfect for our wedding. Also for video/photos and hair/makeup, many of our vendors kept saying how amazing the bridal suite was for lighting which is evident in our photos! Also the TEAM!!! They made my day as stress free as a wedding day could possibly be! They went absolutely above and beyond and were integral in making our wedding day as absolutely smooth and seamless as possible! Words cannot describe how AMAZING this venue is. They gave us so many resources and advice throughout the planning process and had so many open houses that we were able to plan the wedding down to every detail. I cannot speak highly enough of this venue and their team. If you want as stress free of a wedding as it gets, at a beautiful location, pick this venue, you will not be disappointed.

Venue 1902 was the best choice we made when planning our wedding! All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were always on the same page and so quick to respond to my many messages and provide a helpful response that eased my mind during the craziness of planning a wedding.Each member of their team went above and beyond our expectations. Although there weren't many, any hiccup that occurred, they were there to find a solution quickly and seamlessly. It was like having a venue & coordinator rolled into 1 vendor.The day of the wedding, they made us feel like VIPs and waited on us hand and foot to make sure we enjoyed our day and were taken care of. If I could click 11/10 stars I would. I can't imagine having our wedding anywhere else but Venue 1902! From the beginning the staff were so incredibly, kind, excited, and accommodating. They were professional, helped answer our questions, and made us feel we were in safe hands. The venue itself is BEAUTIFUL with so much natural light, big get-ready rooms, unique personality, stunning chandeliers, and lots of options to personalize the day to your needs. We ended up having our wedding a day later than planned because of Hurricane Ian, and the staff worked MIRACLES to give us the wedding of our DREAMS. Because the weather that day was unbelievable, we ended up having our ceremony outside in the gorgeous garden area and it was perfect. The team was flexible and made that happen on the fly! There are also lots of outdoor spots that make for incredible photo ops. Our reception upstairs was light and airy and perfect for our group. We had a fun hexagon arch and cute pieces of furniture that made the space feel even more fun. And, they ring the school bell when you say \"I do!\" Everything about this venue is unique, charming, and delightful. From start to finish the team took care of everything we needed and went above and beyond in making us feel special. They take the headache out of all the little details and when the big day came I was able to just breathe, be present, and enjoy. What a gift! I can't thank them enough and recommend to ANYONE. We got married at Venue 1902 last year and it was a dream come true. I always wanted a fairytale wedding and my husband was always looking for something unique, so it was a match made in heaven. The venue made it super easy with all inclusive pricing and a portal to make payments online. They have so many extra things you can add too. I was in love with the outdoor ceremony doors for my grand entrance and my husband loved the guys room so they could play poker and relax. This venue also had the most gorgeous bridal getting ready room of any venue we toured. Your photographer doesn't even have to be that good to capture amazing photos here, because it's just so naturally stunning of a backdrop. So many of my guests raved about how beautiful the venue was. The staff also helped answer all my questions in a timely manner and were so helpful the day of. The only issue we had on our wedding day was a few seats out of order from my chart, there were a few open wine bottles with no lid packed into the MOH's car, and a lot of the chargers were packed away without being wiped down so food was caked on there. I'm not sure if it was the venue, my coordinator, or the catering team that did it, so not taking any stars. All in all, a really great experience.

I seriously do not have enough great things to say about this venue, they truly went above and beyond for my wedding in April. The staff is just incredible, they are truly willing to help you with anything you could need, and are so friendly. They responded in such a timely manner as well. It rained the whole day of my wedding and they were great to make sure everything got arranged in its new place and made sure everything ran smoothly! The venue itself is just amazing and beautiful, it has everything you could ever imagine and more. You never have to leave, we rented the Library for my husband and it was perfect for the guys beforehand and also made the best backdrop for pictures!! I truly cannot say anything bad about this venue, and their staff! I do have to shout out Lisa & Aleshia for helping us so much especially when I was unable to walk for the 4 months before my wedding. They all really do care there, and it was the best day it wouldn't have gone so smoothly without this amazing venue!! I am forever grateful I chose to get married here

My husband found Venue1902 and I am SO HAPPY he did! I literally can not imagine being married anywhere else. I have nothing bad to say. Great package deals, Incredible staff, communication was on point, fun open houses with vendors and little jump start with Ocean Hawk Decor. I was a very OCD and anxious bride about the details. The team went above and beyond and I literally cried at the final details meeting of the weight that was lifted of my chest when I knew they had it handled. Day of coordination was tip top, always checking in. I loved the spaces they had to offer! Bride and Groom suite, made for great getting ready pics. Library with pool table kept the fellas busy. We loved the movement of our the day.. had a outside ceremony (with it being Florida it was important that we were happy with plan B upstairs ceremony and it was a great rain plan we luckily did not need), cocktail hour was on the first floor, reception upstairs. So many great spots for photos. I’ve looked at my pictures and watched my wedding video so many times reliving this day!

I can't say enough amazing things about this place. My now husband and I tied the knot here and we completely fell in love not only with the building, but with the sweet team at Venue 1902! The building itself has incredible historic and vintage vibes to it, we had our ceremony outside and reception upstairs. All of our guests raved about the venue and how beautiful the space was. :) My experience as the Bride: The venue staff helped me every step of the way, any questions I had they answered, professionally and in a timely manor. The staff are some of the kindest people, and they really care about making sure my special day was smooth and carefree. They went above and beyond to make my day special. I felt so loved and cared for at Venue 1902! Our photos from our wedding day are even better than I could have imagined and the space itself has so many beautiful spots to take photos!Brides sidenote: Your wedding is about the day you say \"I do\" BUT it's also about the process of planning it. As a bride you want to enjoy the process with as little stress as possible. Enjoy the sweet moments of being engaged and planning your big day with your fiancé! I had little stress planning my wedding, knowing the staff had all the little details covered. And the things I didn't think of, they did! My wedding day was absolutely perfect, and I can't thank the sweet team at Venue 1902 enough! :) Venue 1902 is BY FAR the best in the business! My husbands experience: My husband loved this place so much, his groomsmen and him hung out in \"The Library\" most of the morning of our wedding. The guys still can't stop talking about all the fun memories they made in this room! :) The guys (and guest) also loved the cigar lounge area, we had incredible photos taken with the vintage furniture and beautiful lights at the cigar lounge! Awesome memories were made between our bridal parties and the guests raved about how much fun they had in the cigar lounge! :) All this to say...this is by far the best wedding venue in the Central Florida area. Go book a tour with them and meet the staff first hand and see the beautiful space for yourself! You will not be disappointed. :)

What is not to love about Venue 1902? From the historic unique building to the spectacular staff the day of and even from the minute toured the venue, I have loved everything about Venue 1902. The day of coordinators allowed me to focus on my special day without stressing about anything and made sure everything was taken care of. They gave me the special time of feeling like I was the only bride in the world, but also the professionalness of knowing that they have done this before. It was the perfect balance of everything. The venue is its own special place. The venue stands out and is amazing but unique at the same time, and will be sure to draw compliments from your guests! Do not hesitate on booking Venue 1902 if you want a spectacular wedding!

This was the best venue ever. It is so beautiful and unique. Staff was so kind and accommodating. It rained and had to be moved inside but was done so quickly and the inside is just as lovely as the outside space. They flipped it during cocktail hour and had reset and ready for reception on time. They even managed to do the sparkler send off in the breezeway despite the pouring rain. Book them you won’t regret it

If you're here looking for an honest review, BOOK THEM ASAP! I cannot begin to express how amazing and wonderful this venue is! From the first look over a year before the wedding, we knew this was where we wanted to have our special day. All of the staff was INCREDIBLE along the way, making all of our dreams possible! Along the way of wedding planning, the staff here was amazing at keeping in touch, arranging visits, and everything in between. Our day was absolutely beautiful, and it was only possible because of the incredible staff here. We want to give a huge shout out to Lisa and Aleshia for helping keep things smooth along the way. Our day of coordinators Rachel, Taylor and Adriana made the day go so smoothly so we had nothing to worry about. Also, we want to give another huge shoutout to Adriana for being the absolute biggest help all along the way! We saw her at multiple open houses months before the wedding and she was so kind and considerate, answering as many tedious questions as we had. Having her help along the way and then seeing her on our day gave us such a relief, we knew we would be taken care of. Thank you to all of the Venue 1902, our day was amazing!

When you book your wedding at Venue 1902, you don't just get a venue. You essentially get wedding planners with it that ensure your day goes exactly the way you want it to. They also are able to give you great advice and recommendations to help you with planning.The day before our wedding at the rehearsal brunch, Rachel helped guide us through what our ceremony would be like. It was a smooth process for our wedding party to run through it a couple times, and she was awesome at making some last second tweaks to our plans to make sure we were set for smooth sailing the next day.The Venue offers a list of preferred vendors which we found to be very helpful. When you attend their open house, you can meet with all the vendors and get a feel of what you'd like.The day of our wedding, Taylor really ran the show on having everything ready to go. She had also helped arrange our seating chart/table arrangements prior to the wedding. Her, Rachel, and their fellow staff helped set up the decorations we had brought in and made the upstairs reception area exactly how we wanted. With their help, we honestly had such a smooth wedding which is hard to do on one's wedding day.My husband and I both agree that out of all our choices with vendors, wedding planning, etc. the best decision we made was booking with Venue 1902. They make what is such a stressful and difficult thing to plan so much easier! Everyone who works here are truly so great and helpful. We couldn't be happier with our decision to work with them. You cannot go wrong with people who work so hard for others.

THE PERFECT VENUE!!!!! This was the first venue we toured for our wedding and I knew immediately it would be the one we would choose. Besides being so aesthetically pleasing, they offered great packages and allowed you to really create your own vision for the day. The venue itself is so beyond beautiful and their accommodations added so much to the day. Their getting ready rooms are perfect, we did the add on \"man cave\" for the groomsmen and it was a huge hit. Their team was so wonderful to work with, from the first tour to the wedding day I knew I was in good hands and they made the day go by so flawlessly. During the planning process they provide a lot of great info, I highly recommend using their preferred vendor list... Most of my vendors were from the list and the ones that were not just were not up to par, so use their lists and suggestions, you will be thankful you did! Huge shout out to Adriana and Taylor for coordinating in the morning and getting everyone down the aisle - they were so amazing and took care of so much for me and my bridal party. They made it seem so effortless but I know they worked so hard to make sure my day was perfect. Rachel and Katie were also so great, making sure we had a great night partying and walking the building after the reception to make sure we had not left anything behind. I think the Venue 1902 team is what makes this venue extra special.A big reason I wanted this venue was because being a Florida native I know how the weather is very unpredictable and I did not want to rely on a venue that only had outdoor facilities or did not have a good rain backup. The inside of the venue is still so amazing that I would have been okay if there was bad weather.... good news is we had perfect weather (highly recommend February weather in FL) so we could enjoy the quaint and charming garden. Another great perk is location, Stanford was a perfect little town to host friends and family. So many restaurants and bars - We had our rehearsal brunch at Tennessee Truffle and the welcome party and after party at Tuffy's... a lot of great places to make the whole wedding weekend special. Plenty of hotel options about 10 minutes away, but my family was able to find some great airbnb's in the area, my bridal party was able to take over Park Place Inn & Cottages which was so adorable and my girls loved it! There are just so many perks in choosing this venue, you will not be disappointed in choosing Venue 1902.

From the first time my fiancée and I stepped into Venue 1902 we knew it was the venue for us. We were going for an Enchantment Under the Sea wedding theme and this old School house fit that perfectly, especially the stage upstairs in the Reception area.From start to finish the entire staff at Venue 1902 made our wedding as easy as possible. They were fantastic at communicating with us and keeping us up to date on things when we needed to take care of items for the Wedding. Their packages were affordable and all encompassing without a lot hidden fees and we were always aware of what balances were owed and when.The day of the wedding came and the Venue shined even further. Adriana and her team were outstanding! They were so good we actually almost never saw them (in a good way!) They took care of everything and only involved us when critical issues arose. Sadly it decided to rain almost exactly at the start time of our Ceremony (it was a clear radar when we made the initial call to go with the outside set up) but even with that sudden and unexpected rain, the Venue made a super fast pivot to get us inside and ready to go on time! They kept everything on track and we stuck with our timeline perfectly.The rest of the night was so perfect. From the venue coordinators to the valets they all made the night so special and everything went off without a hitch. We received so many compliments from our guests about how unique and beautiful the venue was.Overall, we can't recommend Venue 1902 enough. They made our wedding so special and we would highly recommend it to anyone!

Venue 1902 is absolutely an amazing place to get married! They are detail orientated, organized, thoughtful, and an absolute joy to work with. Me and my husband couldn't have asked for a better team to work with for such an important day. Every detail, that I didn't think of they thought of for me. The day of coordinators were spectacular. They kept the whole day running on time and without missing a beat. As a bride the day can progress so quickly and stressfully, god knows the weeks leading up to my wedding were not easy especially because I planned my own wedding but I can say with such sincerity that on my wedding day I didn't have a worry, every time I thought I would someone was already on top of it. We had an absolute blast and we could not have been happier. The venue was one of the most affordable places to get married that we visited and definitely the most beautiful and classy. My husband also rented The Library that they have on site, with a pool table, poker table and flat screen and he said it was the best thing he could have done. He and his groomsmen had an amazing time, and were occupied all morning leading up to the wedding ceremony. To all future Brides when you book with Venue 1902 have all the confidence in the world that your day will be just as perfect as you plan, because my sure was and I had no doubts or regrets!

The historic feel mixed with the detailed antiques around the venue made it the perfect setting for our romantic and classy wedding. I was overjoyed that the staff was just as amazing, if not more amazing than the venue. Everyone was so attentive to detail and handled the entire day so smoothly. Venue 1902 was even better than anything I could have imagined - the spaces to get ready and relax are perfect, the staff treated me like a princess, and the venue is just gorgeous. From the moment I signed the contract, everyone at Venue 1902 has been nothing but helpful, supportive, and beyond caring. I’m sitting here still in awe of how absolutely perfect my wedding day was. After having to reschedule my wedding TWICE due to a hurricane and COVID putting my previously booked venue out of business, the staff at Venue 1902 were an absolute dream to work with with. Alesha was an Angel who was so patient with me and ensured that we’d be taken care of and have an amazing day! The staff worked so well with all of my vendors and everything was smooth and seamless! They took so much weight off of my shoulders and put me at ease. My guests could not stop talking about how beautiful the venue was and how great the staff was. Even though we’ve had to reschedule our wedding twice and change locations, I can honestly say, it was very well worth the wait. I never thought that having my dream wedding was possible, but Venue 1902 made my wedding dreams come true! It was everything and more!

When we booked with Venue 1902 we knew we would have a great wedding and overall experience. From day 1 they were so kind, responsive, organized, and professional. We were so excited to have booked with them! But honestly we had no idea just how amazing this venue was. When our wedding finally came, starting from the rehearsal every little need was met, every step perfected, every question answered- Adrianna especially made this day and was amazing at dealing with us and our families! They made sure we were so prepared and comfortable. And there is no word to describe our actual wedding day besides perfect. All of the staff was so kind and checked in with us all morning while getting ready, handled all of our vendor drops offs and setting up, and just made me (the bride) feel so special. Having them there to organize the guests and lead the ceremony made everything so stress free. I knew they would make sure everything went as planned.I have gotten nothing but compliments on how beautiful our wedding was, how lovely the venue was, but specifically how seamless and organized everything felt and how it is one of the best weddings they have been to. All of this would have been impossible without the Venue 1902 staff. I could truly go on and on about how grateful I am for all they did and how happy we are that we chose this venue. Our wedding day would never have been the same without them. Thank you, Venue 1902!

The most beautiful venue! A great location if you are wanting an indoor OR outdoor ceremony. The ballroom was gorgeous with the chandeliers. Venue 1902 was the only place that took my breath away. Not only me but my husband has never been so excited of a venue like VENUE 1902!! This was clear to us and the vision of our dream wedding. When we started the process, the staff where the nicest, most careful and friendly people we met. They actually went out of their way to research and recommend some of the best vendors that we came to have a great relationship with. They were quick to answer all of our questions and suggested even better scenarios. When Alishia gave us the first tour of the venue, we didn’t have to go further in order to make up our minds. It was as if she was narrating our pre-wedding ideas! The sanitation and cleanliness of every room and open spaces were off the chart! Our guests were so comfortable and enjoyed every moment at the venue. All of our guests said and still saying it was the BEST COVID WEDDING EVER ATTENDED in 2020 and 2021 combined. We had the best day of our lives.We loved and still love our vendors who collaborated with 1902!! Access DJ lit the venue with the best music! Our decorations made the venue even more glamorous! The open spaces in the venue made it possible for Alishia, the two wonderful assistant ladies and us to plan the best possible layout that we loved and wowed our guests!! If we ever plan a vow renewal, it would be at venue 1902!! That’s how much we love this venue. We highly recommend this venue! We give them 5 start rating. Since our wedding, they even have new features added to the building that make the venue 1902 even more classic and glamorous!! The venue will achieve whatever you envision your wedding to be! We will never forget this venue!! Thank you Lisa, Alishia and the two gracious lady that took over the role of our wedding coordinator in the last minute! My husband and I went through a lot with our venue hunting. From places that looked nothing like the pictures to some venues that just came off as stuck up and literally only sent automated messages - We were a little discouraged. All of that changed when we visited Venue 1902. We fell in love with the venue when we toured it, and everyone there was fantastic. We decided to book them and secure our date.Everybody was very nice and professional, and they handled my indecisiveness like a champ!The venue by itself is just gorgeous! The amenities and vintage market that they have, amazing. AND they provided Brunch!The bride room was perfect for my girls and myself - It is HUGE and we were able to knock out hair and make up with all of the vanities that they had there. And the lighting in there is pristine!!!My husband upgraded his grooms room to the Library - He loved it. The boys were able to play video games and pool - and the setting was perfect. His pictures turned out looking like he was modeling for GQ.The Garden - I'm pretty sure they have some magic out there. It rained the day of and somehow, in June, it was perfectly shaded and just beautiful. Everybody did a good job at keeping our guests cool and helped out where they could with our requests.The Reception Area - Wow. This was the breathtaking part. This room is beautiful. When we were venue hunting, we worked hard to find one that the reception area wasn't the typical one... (Ugly patterned carpet and a slick dance floor that everyone slips on) - Venue 1902 has BEAUTIFUL wooden floors all throughout, classy chandeliers, and a canvas that lets you just customize it to your own liking. Looking for Rustic? Perfect. Boho? Great! Romantic? Right here. Vintage? Look no further. DIY (Like me)? - This is your place.This venue has all of the charm you could possibly wish for, with people who really enjoy helping you make your day all the more special. We 100% recommend them!

Venue 1902 has it all: a friendly, attentive staff; beautiful courtyard area; massive indoor area with multiple gorgeous spaces; history and charm; elegance; rentable décor; and more. When we stumbled upon Venue 1902, we were just getting over a terrible experience with a different venue due to communication issues. Aleshia was so accommodating and arranged for us to see Venue 1902 as soon as possible as requested. She was energetic and welcoming. She listened to our needs and made a plan on how Venue 1902 could bring our wedding vision to life. After meeting with her, there was no way we could say no. During the wedding planning process, the owner and planners at Venue 1902 would check in to see if we had any questions. They were attentive and answered any emails or messages we sent. They even have a portal that makes communication easy. On the portal, there are numerous documents to assist with wedding planning as well. Our final meeting with the Venue went smoothly as the planners and owner are knowledgeable and experienced. Our wedding was absolutely everything we hoped for and more. My girls loved the spacious bridal suite, which fit 11 of us and 4 hair/makeup artists easily. The groomsmen got to hang out in the even more spacious library, playing poker and pool. Our photographers loved all of the different options for pictures due to the beauty of the venue and area surrounding it. During the reception, our guests commented numerous times about how cool and beautiful the venue is. I even had a group of coworkers (all teachers) that really got a kick out of the old classroom. The Venue 1902 staff worked hard to make sure the day flowed as planned, which eased any worries and really allowed us to be present and enjoy every moment. I wish we could do it all over again! You can’t go wrong if you choose to say “I do” at Venue 1902.

This was the first and only wedding venue I looked at. From the minute I walked through the doors I knew this would be the place where I married my best friend! Lisa was so helpful and kind the day we toured, she helped me see my vision. Through the whole wedding planning process they were so supportive. Like any bride I would freak out about something late at night and email them, they would respond so quickly!! Always knowing exactly what to say to help calm me down. The week of the wedding arrive and it was forecasted to rain on my special day. The team at Venue 1902 did not blink an eye, they contacted me and helped me make a rain plan. I loved that they had the option to moved the wedding inside only two hours before the ceremony!! Who does that? The rain did come and we had to move the wedding inside, I wasn't dissapointed though! Looking back on it now, I think it was even better inside. The coordinators helped me create a new vision upstairs the day of, they were all so calm and handled the rain like it was nothing! They truly made my wedding the best day of my life. I recommend this venue to everyone I know getting married! They make dreams come true!

Working with Venue 1902 was a delight. They were punctual about getting back to us on any questions we had. They worked with us to make things happen. On the day of the wedding the ladies helped set up our tables because we were to busy in the dressing rooms. They helped calm the nerves and allowed us to relax. I loved the space they provided and options for indoor or outdoor. They coordinated very well the day of the wedding with all the vendors coming in and out. Everything turned out wonderful at Venue 1902.

From the moment we first toured Venue 1902, we knew we had found the perfect place to celebrate our wedding!! The Venue is a gorgeous historic building with beautiful space both outside, and inside (upstairs and downstairs). The staff were incredibly welcoming and throughout the months leading up to the wedding, they were always quick to respond back to any questions or concerns we had. The Bride’s room and Groom’s room are perfect for the bridal parties to spend time together and get ready for the big day. There was plenty of space, as well as thoughtful amenities in both rooms for our bridal party and family. Logistically, it was fantastic to be able to get ready, do photos, and have both the ceremony and reception all at one location! The Day-Of coordinator did an incredible job with directing setup and decorations. Planning a wedding in the setting of a pandemic was undoubtedly stressful, however the staff provided excellent COVID-19 precautions (cleaning, providing hand sanitizer, holding doors open) and provided additional measures including extra seats/tables and increased space between, and providing masks to guests who did not bring their own. We would highly recommend Venue 1902 to anyone planning a wedding (or other event!)!!

From the beginning, they answered all my countless questions and requests, making me feel at ease, especially getting married during a pandemic. They made me feel so comfortable and made sure everything was done the way we had envisioned. When arriving to the venue, Lisa and her team greeted us with open arms and helping hands. They were there for anything we needed and made decisions when I couldn’t. They were beyond thorough and made our special day more than we could have ever dreamed of! If I could put 1,000 stars for this review, I would! From the second I walked in for my first tour of Venue 1902, I knew this was the place I was going to get married. It is absolutely gorgeous on the inside and out. Lisa and Taylor helped me along the way by answering a million questions and making sure everything was set for my wedding day. I'm not used to leaving things in other's hands so I was very anxious the morning of the wedding when it came to putting my vision to life. Taylor, my day-of-coordinator checked in on me multiple times throughout the morning assuring me that everything was running smooth and just as planned. I know that there are usually minor hick-ups at a wedding but I can seriously say mine was perfect. We had zero issues thanks to the amazing staff at Venue 1902. I recommend this Venue to anyone searching to have the best wedding experience possible.

If you’re thinking about using Venue 1902 but are on the fence, I need you to!! From the start, Aleshia was amazing and so helpful. The moment we stepped onto the grounds we knew it was meant to be for us! The entire booking process was so simple and all of my questions were answered so quickly. The extras the venue offers for the wedding (chalk art, extra bridal suite time, sparkler exit, and SO MUCH MORE!!) were amazing and so helpful for us to tailor our experience. The final details meeting made me feel so calm because Taylor literally made me feel like nothing I asked was too big or complicated. Being an out of state bride was stressful but the team was so wonderful and flexible when it came to meeting or chatting. Our rehearsal the day before was so organized and seamless thanks to Taylor. The venue gave us a celebratory bottle of champagne and card the day of our rehearsal... so unexpected and kind! Now, the most important part: the wedding day. Leisl, Taylor, and all of the other ladies made things run SOOOO smoothly. They were constantly checking in and asking questions to make sure everything ran smoothly. They even let me run upstairs during cocktail hour so I could look at the table settings and florals. Taylor and the team were present until we left the venue on our wedding night. She even took the time to catch me on my way out to ensure we had the perfect night. I honestly couldn’t be more thankful for every single wonderful person at Venue 1902 for everything they did for us. Weddings are so stressful, in part because everything is NEW! - but they made the process absolutely stress-free. Thank you Venue 1902 for my dream wedding!

We fell in love with the beauty of Venue 1902 in early 2019 when planning for our wedding in February 2021. The venue and surrounding location were the perfect location for our special day. We liked downtown Sanford with its bars and restaurants, and is close to where we grew up and our friends/families. We loved that it was a vintage school house, with on-site getting ready facilities, plenty of space for a large wedding, and indoor/outdoor optionality. We knew it was the perfect venue and location to host our wedding weekend. From the beginning, the staff was flexible, helpful and supportive as most of our wedding planning was done remotely from San Francisco, CA. Then, the COVID pandemic happened, throwing our plans into uncertainty. Under these difficult and ever-changing circumstances, the venue staff completely met our high level of service expectation. They stepped up big to help create OUR perfect day. Coming from CA and SF, where COVID life is much different, they listened to our concerns and were supportive at every step. They never dismissed what I am sure at times felt like crazy ideas and overly conservative precautions. The open houses were extremely helpful in our long distance planning process as my mother was able to visit the venue to help us visualize our plan over FaceTime or with videos. Aleshia and the Venue 1902 staff welcomed her as if she were the bride! We also found the decor room on this virtual family open house to be useful. We were able to see the farm tables, some of the lounge decor, and table runners. They even set up a runner on the farm table to help us see what the color would look like. Venue 1902 was flexible in a variety of ways, which were crucial in executing a perfect day. First, they allowed us to move our date up allowing us to celebrate with our close family and friends over the Thanksgiving break, which meant we could see our families for one of the 2020 holidays. Next, in order to accommodate what we felt was most safe, they worked with us to have our entire wedding including ceremony and luncheon reception outdoors before sundown. This meant cocktail hour with a lounge and bar area on the front lawn. There were many ways in which the execution of our day was outside of the norm, but were handled with professionalism and attention to detail. Overall, we had the perfect 2020 wedding day for us. The Venue 1902 staff were incredible in helping us execute our vision including decor, safety protocols, and order of events. Their vendor recommendations were thoroughly vetted, even for less-common services like wedding streaming, and we were impressed with the quality of each of the vendors. There were several times that we went referenced their vendor list or called for a recommendation. Aleshia is an amazing human and will give her all to make sure she understands what you both as a couple want for your day and then do everything she can to make it happen. We cannot thank Aleshia, Taylor, Carly and the rest of the Venue 1902 staff enough. Beyond the beautiful building and backdrop, the people of Venue 1902 made our special day exceptionally memorable.

5 stars will never be enough for this Venue or the staff that make it what it is.Venue 1902 was the first venue I looked at. It was also the only venue I looked at. I immediately knew. The space is absolutely perfect. There are so many small details that make it so special. If you want to talk about special- the staff of Venue 1902. They went so above for us. From monthly open houses, answering my million questions, assuring me I was on the right track with wedding planning, helping with vendor suggestions. They were magnificent. At my final details meeting, when I literally felt like everything was falling apart (cue bride meltdowns), they seriously put all the pieces back together in 30 minutes and had created the most perfect wedding day timeline, table set up, showed me where to put all my knick knacks. I'm telling you, incredible!Don't even get me started on wedding day. I worried about nothing besides enjoying the best day of my life, and saying I do to the love of my life. They made sure everything ran seamlessly, and everything was in its place. They also had everything packed in our cars for us at the end of the night. Amazing!If you are looking for the cutest venue with so much history and class, and want to enjoy your wedding day stress free, look no further. Venue 1902 is a 20/10 would recommend!!Thank you guys so so much-for absolutely everything! We will remember our wedding day perfectly for so many years to come.

Venue 1902 was everything my husband and I could have wished for from a venue and more. From the day of our tour all the way to after our wedding, the staff of Venue 1902 were there to quickly respond to any of our questions and concerns and help wherever they could. Aleshia even ran to the store on the day of our wedding to grab medicine for my father which completely floored us. I would recommend Venue 1902 to any bride in a heartbeat. I don't think I'll ever be able to really express just how incredible Venue 1902 is. From day one, Aleshia helped us plan everything, was excited about our wedding and even helped us when COVID nearly shut our entire wedding down. The entire team here- Lisa, Taylor, Liesle, Savannah and everyone else that helped with our wedding day provided the most amazing and unforgettable experience. We truly felt like we were part of the 1902 family, and that they would do ANYTHING to make our day as perfect as possible. They went above and beyond any expectation we could ever have. We're literally trying to come up with a reason to have another event here, just because we love them so much! Besides the amazing team, the venue itself is breathtaking- every room has so much character and everything is so easy to personalize around that it never feels like someone else's wedding- everything is completely unique. We will never be able to thank Venue 1902 enough for just how wonderful our wedding day was.

Venue 1902 exceeded every expectation we had. We just got married there on October 4, 2020 and it was the most perfect day, and I give them all of the credit. From the moment we walked in to tour, we were welcomed by smiling and vibrant faces. Alesha and the rest of the staff was so passionate about what they do and it really showed. On our wedding day, I had multiple day planners that were included with one standard and very reasonable price. The day planners waited on us hand and foot, from getting us a bucket of ice for champagne, to helping my mom with setting up the details. I mean they really stopped at nothing to make us extremely happy. They even caught, by looking at the bar menu that I had created, that the liquor store had forgotten one of the important items and had them run back and get it for me. I am sure they took care of many other minor things that I did not even know about. They really made my day so stress free and I truly felt like a princess on my wedding day. My entire family could not say enough nice things about how the venue treated them. I would've booked a wedding at a dump if it were ran by this staff, but that is NOT was this place is. This place is gorgeous from top to bottom and you can really make it exactly what you want it to be. Plus, booking with Ocean Hawks Rentals is included. This company is the most popular decor company in Central Florida. I was a bride on a budget and when I walked in on my wedding day it felt like I was at a million dollar wedding and I couldn't believe it was my wedding. The most perfect venue ever, and you might be crazy if you decide not to explore what this place can offer you.

We knew before we even set foot inside the building that we wanted to get married at Venue 1902. This place is just so beautiful! We chose very minimal decorations because we just didn't feel like we needed it. The building is just gorgeous on its own. And I can't say enough good things about the staff! We had to push our wedding date back 3 months due to COVID and they were so accommodating. And they were wonderful about answering my many questions leading up to our wedding. We didn't have to worry about anything on the day of the wedding because they were so on top of things. We took our time getting ready and enjoyed being in this beautiful place with our family and friends. All of our guests just gushed about this place and we all had a fantastic time!

Venue 1902 could not have been more perfect for our wedding. Rich with history and character, my husband and I were immediately drawn to this building. The entire location is timeless and completely customizable. With Florida weather, it was also such a relief that their indoor rain plan is just as beautiful as the outdoor garden. Choosing from their Vendor list for our caterer reassured us knowing that the vendors were already familiar with the location and worked well with the staff.Speaking of which, The Staff immediately welcomes you into their family, makes you feel comfortable, and is there for you through the whole process. Having a Day of Coordinator was a life saver and alleviated any stress on our wedding day. Whether it was a missing cake or last minute decor, they made sure to take care of everything.Every time I think back to my wedding day, I can honestly say that it was the perfect day and Venue 1902 had so much to do with that. Affordable, friendly, professional, honest, beautiful. We are so happy we found Venue 1902 and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for their dream wedding venue!

We were so over-the-moon thrilled to find Venue 1902! There is truly no place quite like this one-of-a-kind gem, both in its charm and in all that the incredibly kind team has to offer couples. Our wedding day there was wonderful, joyful and completely seamless for us, our family, our guests and all of our vendors. Just as importantly, our entire experience from our initial emails and visit through follow-up, post-wedding was so positive thanks to the outstanding team. All in all, Venue 1902 simply shines, and our special day wouldn’t have been possible had we not booked here! We knew within minutes of meeting Aleshia and starting our tour that there was something super special about this place. And it was much more than the stunning historic building that both my husband and I separately fell in love with while researching venues. It was more than the relief that every room was so thoughtfully composed (a full room with tons of space for the groomsmen to get ready!? Most other venues we visited put the guys in literal closets!), that this one location could easily and conveniently host every part of the day, AND that every area had so much character and charm about it that it gave us fantastic direction in decor. What really wowed us was our conversation with Aleshia. After visiting three other venues prior to Venue 1902, she was the first and only person we met with who asked us about OUR STORY, not just our guest count, budget, desired date, etc. We instantly felt so seen and known and cared for; Aleshia and the rest of the team were truly invested in our engagement, marriage and love story, and that reflected in everything that was done to help us plan for our wedding day.We truly had fun planning thanks to the Venue 1902 team. The monthly open houses were a blessing to be able to visit and scope out the spaces, get to know the whole team and introduce a few of our dear friends to the space, too. By the time of our final consultation a few weeks out from our wedding, it felt like we were going to see and catch up with friends of ours on the team!When it came to our wedding day, we were able to really enjoy every moment of it and not worry about deliveries or decor or timelines. Our day-of coordinator was Venue 1902’s Katie, who is so kind and a total rockstar! She worked brilliantly with a personal friend of ours, who focused on some of our DIY pieces and personal touches, while Katie and the Venue 1902 team had everything from catering to furniture rentals to DJ set-up and more covered. Katie and the rest of the Venue 1902 team were all cool as cucumbers and so encouraging to us the entire day. This allowed us to be so present in the day, and we’re so lucky to have the best memories of the most wonderful, lovely day. It was honestly so much better than I’d ever imagined it could be, and Venue 1902 was such an essential part of that.Venue 1902 is one of the most memorable parts of our wedding day for the gorgeous backdrop it provided to every part of the day, the comfort of having the whole day in one convenient place, the character of a historic, classic and charming school, the bright and beautiful canvas it was for all of our photos, and, of course, the fantastic team who created magic for us.

Lisa and her team are extremely organized and hard working. They constantly went above and beyond to fulfill our needs and make sure we were happy. Even during a worldwide pandemic, the team helped us reschedule and reconfigure the entire wedding a month later. The wedding was absolutely PERFECT. At this point in a review, you typically begin to list cons and pitfalls of the venue. However, I can tell you from personal experience that Venue 1902 has absolutely no cons. Wow, I am not even sure where to start with our review of Venue 1902 at Preservation Hall! Absolutely everything was incredible!I came to the Venue with my mother -in- law and sister for an event with all kinds of vendors. Allecia gave us a tour and we quickly fell in love and immediately booked. I came home and felt guilty for booking without Alex. So we made an appointment to return so he could see the venue. He quickly reassured me that I made the right choice. We both fell in love with the look and feel of the venue. And to make things sweeter we both had attended a field trip to the historic school house when we were in grade school. During all the months leading up to the wedding we were in contact with Lisa and kim. They were always there to quickly respond to all our emails and give helpful friendly advice especially the month leading up to the wedding. Shannon and Emily were our day of venue coordinators. And they were the BEST! Shannon was so nice and gave me a sense of calm especially when my bridesmaids were not as calm. Emily was so sweet to take on our Polaroid photo booth and snap shots of all our guest for our guest book. Our experience at Venue 1902 was wonderful beyond words. We are so grateful. Venue 1902 was truly the perfect spot for our Best Day Ever! The Venue itself was gorgeous- our ceremony was outside in the garden, framed by beautiful trees. The building itself has wonderful historic character to it but still has all the modern amenities you would expect. The lighting made for gorgeous photos and having all the locations in one spot (getting ready area, ceremony and reception) was so convenient. Another thing about the location itself- Historic Sanford is such a hidden gem of Central Florida. Most of our wedding Guests were travelling from out of state, and by choosing this Venue, many of them were able to explore this charming area, many stayed at unique AirBnBs. They were so surprised at how fun and unique Sanford was!Above all the best thing about getting married at Venue 1902 was the incredible customer service. On wedding weekend, we truly felt so taken care of every step of the way. So many things were included in our package- it really helped to eliminate stress throughout the planning process! We are so so SO grateful the wonderful ladies at Venue 1902!

The second I pulled up to this venue for my first visit I knew it was perfect. Every staff member that I was in contact with was very helpful. They answered all of my questions quickly and thoroughly. The day of my wedding, we were running a few minutes behind, and we were still met with smiling faces and offers to help with anything. They constantly checked in on us, asking if they could get us anything or help to make anything better. Everything I was stressed about was gone the second I met the day of coordinators. Everyone there is so sweet. My wedding truly was the best day of my life. I highly recommend this venue because it is not only beautiful, but has the greatest staff. Our experience at Venue 1902 , for my daughter’s wedding was wonderful beyond words. From the very beginning, the planning process with Lisa, Kim and Alicia was such a pleasure. These ladies always made us feel important, and they were patient and helpful with our many questions and requests for vendors. Also, I highly recommend having their chalk-artist, Ashley make your signs; she did beautiful work, and made many signs for us that were unique and made our day so much more personal and special. She is also an absolute sweetie - thank you for being so much fun , Ashley!! Once our BIG DAY arrived, we were met by our day-of planners Savannah & Shannon. These girls worked so hard and anticipated my needs before I could even ask! Alicia, thank you for your special attention ( I am so grateful - for ALL of it). Then Katie took over as our evening Coordinator - that girl was like magic - she seemed to do the work of 12. She ensured our reception space was set up beautifully (despite a flower vendor snafoo). The evening just flowed, and I did not have to think about a anything- what an invaluable feeling! By the end of the evening, Katie and her crew had packed up all of our decorations, signs, extra booze, etc , so it was ready, and she and the valets loaded it into our cars as well. It was a fine-tuned process, and as I said, words do not seem sufficient, but thank you, thank you, thank you to all the ladies and gentlemen at Venue 1902 that made our day special for our daughter and husband.

From beginning to end, the staff at Venue 1902 were amazing. Extremely helpful, patient, and so sweet! They answered my million questions quickly and were so easy to talk to. Our wedding day was PERFECTION and because of them, we were able to enjoy every moment knowing we had nothing to worry about. Let's not forget to mention the venue itself is gorgeous! This venue is gorgeous, every time I stepped into the venue my breath was taken away. It is a one stop shop which is what I was looking for. You can have the ceremony and reception in the same venue. The staff at the venue are incredible, especially Lisa and Shannon. They are great with communication and organization. Please visit this venue before you make a final decision on your venue. If you want an awe inspiring venue that has an elevated rustic feel, you found it.

My husband David and I got married at Venue 1902 on November 14th, 2019. Our wedding was an absolute dream. It was everything and more one could ask for on their wedding day. The staff was extremely helpful and absolutely wonderful to work with. The Venue is a beautiful vintage schoolhouse that has been recreated into a stunning wedding venue. When my husband and I were looking for a venue for our wedding we both wanted a vintage venue that was hauntingly beautiful. Without a doubt, Venue 1902 fit that category and satisfied us in every way. We did the Mr. and Mrs. package for our wedding and it was worth everything we paid for it. We got married around 5:00 pm so we got to experience the Venue at night. I highly recommend a night wedding at Venue 1902. The Chandeliers made the room look gorgeous. We chose to do our ceremony outside and we did not regret that decision, it was stunning. We were afraid it was going to rain that day, however, the staff was all over the weather and checking the radar keeping us informed if we might need to switch the ceremony to inside. The best part about this venue is that you are the only one there. You don't share it with anyone, therefore, you have the opportunity to use the entire space which is what we chose to do! If you are looking for a venue with an amazing staff, stunning vintage appeal, and a gorgeous unique atmosphere. I without a doubt would recommend Venue 1902 for your big day. Our wedding day was truly a dream thanks to Venue 1902 and their amazing staff. <3 Thank you so much Venue 1902 for creating such a beautiful day for my husband and me to always cherish!! (:

Venue 1902 was an amazing place to get ready and have our reception. The Bride and Groom rooms are a great getting ready space and it was nice to have everything in one spot. The Venue 1902 team is awesome!! As I was planning the wedding from LA, I sometimes had to have other people go in my place to see the venue and they made it easy to coordinate. Then, the day of coordinators were fabulous! They took care of everything and helped it go off without a hitch. It is a gorgeous venue and has the best staff; I highly recommend it!

For your wedding you deserve the absolute best, which is what you'll find at Venue 1902. My husband and I were not only in awe of the venue itself, but loved how amazing the staff is. The early stages of planning a wedding can be stressful and feel overwhelming, but the Venue 1902 staff made it easy. Aleshia gave us our first tour and was able to help us envision everything our wedding could be. (The all-in one space and included rain plan made this venue an obvious choice!) We booked most of our vendors using their suggested vendor list (and were more than impressed with the professionalism of every single one of them). Kim was prompt and kind in answering my endless questions as the wedding day approached, which is a breath of fresh air considering some venues won't get back to you at all! After our final walk-through with Ashley and Kim, we knew our wedding day would go off without a hitch, as they had answers for all of our final questions and suggestions about things we hadn't yet considered. Lisa has built an amazing space and surrounded herself with an incredible, dependable team. We had the time of our lives on the wedding day and would 10/10 recommend this venue for anyone looking for an event space in central Florida.

The building is gorgeous and we were so grateful to be able to get dressed, have our ceremony, and reception all in one spot. The staff were beyond anything we imagined! Our day of event coordinator, Shannon, was so calm and organized she made everything a breeze and took care of any extra things that popped up. Venue 1902 gave us a perfect wedding experience and we recommend it to anyone. Venue 1902 was extremely responsive to all of our needs and very polite. They made the wedding day very straightforward and simple; wedding logistics were not a problem whatsoever. Their staff are very friendly and were able to anticipate any possible problems for us. The venue itself is gorgeous and is very picturesque. We ourselves are ballroom dancers and very much wanted to have a big dance floor; they have the best possible dance floor we could find for a wedding in the Orlando area. We enjoyed ringing the bell of the schoolhouse at the end of our ceremony and adored the sparkler exit.

Lisa and her team were a pleasure to work with throughout the whole wedding process and they were extremely professional, kind and accommodating. The venue was absolutely beautiful and the staff was extremely tentative. I think our only bone to pick would be that the day of coordinator Shannon was not prepared and had no idea what our timeline was so she missed a couple of beats and sometimes was no where to be found. I don’t know if it was a miscommunication between to her and the other team members or if she just came unprepared as a whole. Other than that being an issue all in all it was a wonderful day that we will remember forever. Thank you Venue 1902 Team! We definitely recommend using this venue.

Let me start by saying that this building is absolutely beautiful. From the moment we came to view the venue we knew it was the place we wanted to get married. The staff were so helpful and walked us through every step. They compiled all our vendors and made the day so seamless. Any issues that arose on the day they came with several options to fix them and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. We would definitely recommend this amazing venue for anyone looking for a rustic setting on their special day. We loved every moment. Thank you all for everything!!!!

This was the first and only venue that I looked at and I knew that I had to have my wedding here! The venue speaks for itself, it is absolutely stunning. The staff was so helpful every step of the way and were willing to readjust as needed, and my day of coordinator was amazing! I was so happy and would highly recommend this venue to any potential bride! My wedding was January 21,2019 at 1pm in the garden and then reception upstairs.

We had our wedding at Venue 1902 on January 5th, 2019. The process from start to finish was absolutely seamless. We had originally booked a different venue that was then shut down so we were stressed finding another place. That whole situation was such a blessing in disguise because it led us to Venue 1902. As soon as we took a tour, we knew it was the place for us. It is breathtakingly beautiful and steeped in history. Every corner has something interesting to look at. The team there is amazing. They answered every question and email (and there were a LOT of them!) super quickly and made the planning easy! The coordinators on site the day of were amazing as well. I cannot speak highly enough about the venue, the staff, and everyone else involved there who made our day absolutely incredible. Thank you Venue 1902 at Preservation Hall!

This venue is beyond stunning and for smaller weddings (50-120) people is perfect for that bride that wants a vintage feel without going too barn yard rustic. The staff is so attentive and makes sure every detail is perfect.

My wife and I just had our wedding hosted by Venue 1902 at Preservation Hall. Our wedding was indoors upstairs followed by a downstairs cocktail hour while photos were taken and the upstairs was reset for the reception.I want to thank everyone who helped to make our day so special - especially Lauren. Lauren made sure that every detail went as smoothly as possible on the big day. All of the staff were helpful, friendly, and professional. Lauren took service to another level!The only issue we encountered were some problems with the elevator for our guests with mobility concerns. It seemed to work intermittently on the days of both our rehearsal and wedding. That being said, the staff were very helpful in doing what they could to help out the guests with issues when they had to use the stairs instead. I know that the venue is aware of the issues encountered with the elevator, and I have full confidence that they will be taking any steps needed so that issues are not encountered by others in the future.Ultimately, everyone with Venue 1902 was a pleasure to work with. They made our special day relaxed and carefree. They took care of the details and anticipated our every need. They seemed to be prepared with the answer to every question before we could even ask.You cannot go wrong with this gem in Sanford, Florida. I hope you choose to have Venue 1902 help make your wedding day just as magical as they did ours!

Seriously the best venue I could have asked for! Beautiful and unique.I loved the classic vintage feels. Staff was great to work with. I love how the ceremony and reception could be at the same place and I wouldn't be compromising quality on either. One of my favorite parts was the Bride's Room and Groom's Quarters- they are sooooo cute and spacious and really made the wedding day. I honestly cannot say enough good things! Lisa and Brady y'all are the best and is so is your venue!!!!!
