Susannah Lawrence(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 25-05-2019 Having our wedding at Whitehall was the PERFECT decision. Whtiehall is not especially well known, however, it is beautiful and so special. One of a kind to say in the least. When we first toured and then paid our deposit, there was another woman in charge of the venue and planning. She ended up quitting, and her replacement (Colleen) was even more helpful and accommidating! We truly had such an easy time throughout the process and making our decisions. The food through MudBug Catering was PHENOMENAL and the choices we got to pick from were exeptional. It was so hard to choose! Everyone raved about it all night! We also had a great drink package that seemed to please everyone. My bridal attendant, Lucille, was so sweet and went out of her way to help my husband and I as well as our immediate families. We always had a full drink! Everyone came together to help us have a perfect day. It really was perfect. If something even went wrong, which I don't think it ever did, we would have had no clue! They were all so professional yet personable and kind. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER! Cannot recommend enough! Reviewed on 31-05-2019
Salena Dabbs(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-11-2018 DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! This catering company should be investigated for their company practices. I am very unhappy with a number of situations concerning our wedding and even after sending a certified letter to the CEO of the company, being contacted by their Director Sales confirming they received the letter not one person has reached out to me since. They obviously do not care about customer service so I hope any newly engaged couple reading this takes heed to this review. SAVE YOURSELF STRESS AND BOOK WITH ANOTHER VENDOR THAT CARES ABOUT ITS CLIENTS.I was warned after i booked with them that they had ruined another brides event and now here I write to warn/save someone else. If you do book with them make sure that your bar is in the contract, even though the wedding packages listed on the menues say that each package includes a bar and even if you pay to upgrade the bar they will come back 48 hours to your wedding and say the basic bar of beers and wine are not included and you need to pay more. They will not provide you a breakdown of what you are being charged for nor tell you what the new package price is. They will only tell you what your balance is and you need to trust them. Their staff left a bucket of flowers in the center of the aisle so now ALL of my CEREMONY pics show a bucket in the center aisle that we walked down (Can't wait to post those wedding photos so everyone can see the type of service this company really provides) and on top of that you get a rude Sales Manager who will tell what her job is and isn't. So if you want rude customer service, to be double charged for a bar that was supposed to be in the package to get your business, dirt and blue tape on the white chairs in your ceremony photos and to be ignored completely after bringing these issues to the management of this company....then knock yourself out and book with Whitehall Plantation. They can make your wedding dreams come true! Reviewed on 11-01-2019
Alex Rodemann(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-04-2018 We recently had our wedding here and it was so awesome and beautiful. I was seriously blown away at the quality, flexibility, and responsiveness from Kristin and the team. The food was awesome, the staff was so incredibly nice, the price was amazing. I was originally supposed to have my ceremony somewhere else but ended up doing it at the plantation and I'm so glad I did. The house is beautiful and the grounds around as well and made for beautiful pictures in the late afternoon. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue. Reviewed on 01-05-2018
Nadine Youssef(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 21-10-2017 My husband and I are so glad that we had our wedding reception at Whitehall! Kristin was so lovely to work with and very accommodating. She left us a bottle of champagne and gave us our own room to chat and eat before the reception started. The venue is stunning and looking breathtaking night or day. I had my wedding at night and loved the venue lit!! I'm from out of state and it was very easy to keep in touch!! Thank you and your team! Love you all! Reviewed on 02-12-2017
Rhonda Harper(wedding party)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-12-2018 So impressed with this place. I attended a wedding there yesterday, October 7, 2017. This was supposed to be held at a different venue, but due to the approaching Hurricane Nate, the wedding was at Whitehall. The staff had everything set up beautifully! They were extremely accommodating and attentive to the guests. I look forward to their future growth. Reviewed on 08-10-2017
