The manager is a complete jerk! I have never seen someone treat other people, guests and employees, so poorly. It rains in the lobby. Was so disappointed. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I joined the Holiday Inn Baton Rouge South's Sales Team in February 2023 and I am enjoying every minute of being here. I love planning and organizing weddings and events. It allows me the opportunity to show off my skills and help my clients stay within their budgets. I am an US Air Force Veteran, wife, mother and grandmother with over 20 years of event/wedding planning experience. I have over 25 years of customer service experience and I know what it takes to have a successful and fun-filled event without breaking the bank to do so.
