Facilities and Capacity Hollow Brook Golf Club features gorgeous outdoor views that are perfect for wedding photography opportunities, but the main facility is the indoor banquet room that boasts a whopping 2,800 square feet of space. The Hollow Brook was the perfect place for our wedding. The beautiful scenery, the food, and all the staff, made for such an amazing day. Gabby was the best coordinator we could’ve asked for. She walked through the entire day with us and discussed everything we needed to do. We felt very comfortable leaving things in her hands and she did not disappoint. The space was beautifully decorated down to every little detail. Many of our guests commented on how good the food was, and we definitely agreed. Overall our wedding was exactly what we wanted and we are so happy we chose the Hollow Brook.

Choosing Hollow Brook as our venue was the absolute right decision!! Working with Gabby took so much stress out of our planning process on so many levels. Throughout the entire process she kept everything so organized and was incredibly easy to communicate with. Every time we met with Gabby it felt very personal and thorough based on where we were within the planning process. She kept all of our ever shifting information up to date and fielded an enormous amount of questions for us. The all inclusive aspect of choosing food, drink and cake was so simple and ridiculously delicious, to the point where our guests were asking for to-go containers!! The venue itself is so incredibly beautiful and gives you a number of options for where you can have your ceremony. We loved that it had a modern adirondack lodge feel and knew that it would be so cozy and intimate given that our ceremony and reception would be taking place after sunset. They did such an incredible job at putting together our cocktail hour decor vision, and had so many different options of places for us to add personalized touches throughout. For the actual day of the wedding they couldn't have taken better care of us. Brittney kept the entire ship running smoothly the entire night and made sure we had everything we needed from the moment we arrived until the very end of our reception. Rachel was our chauffeur extraordinaire as we got carted around for our couples portraits. It was a super chilly day but she kept us nice and wrapped up and made the whole experience so much fun (not to mention provided us with awesome behind the scenes photos!!). They had a whole spread of our cocktail hour foods and our signature cocktails waiting for us to enjoy after the ceremony. The waitstaff and bartenders were fantastic and so attentive throughout the night. I know there are probably incredible details that I am forgetting to mention, but booking Hollow Brook as your venue should be a no brainer!!

Gabby was awesome to work with and helped guide us through the whole process. The whole team made our wedding day completely flawless. They put so much effort into every detail and truly captured our vision. The venue is gorgeous and the food and drinks were fantastic. Booking at Hollow Brook was a no brainer for us. The second we walked in, we knew it was the exact vibe we were looking for. We did our due diligence and looked at a couple other options, but nothing compared. Gabby is an absolute dream to work with and I found the wedding planning process to not be as stressful as I had feared; this was largely due to her guidance. We can’t thank Gabby and the Hollow Brook staff enough for the impeccable job they did on our wedding. Throughout the whole planning process everything was so easy and stress free. Whenever something came up we reached out to Gabby and she helped us through it. On the day of they all did such an amazing job coordinating all the details and keeping the day moving smoothly. Our guests still can’t stop raving about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to, especially the cocktail hour. Everyone also was amazed by how happy and kind each staff member was. If I could give them 1000 stars it might not be enough! Gabby and her entire staff went above and beyond amazing! People have been messaging me all week about how GREAT everything was. The scenery was spectacular, the food was delicious and the bar was NEVER a problem never a line! Nothing not one thing would I change! I highly recommend their house photographer as well and their suggestions for the cake!

Gabby put us at ease leading up to the wedding, and on the wedding day we couldn’t have wished for anything better. All our decorations were set up beautifully and cocktail hour food and dinner entrees were delicious. Guests raved about the venue and the food. Hollow Brook was also very accommodating at letting us bring in pizza from our college pizza place as a late night to go station. Amazing venue and Gabby is the best!!

Gabby and the staff of Hollowbrook could not be more amazing! Gabby guided us through everything and always with a smile even through the multitude of changes and requests we made. She was on top of everything! The venue looked amazing. It was exactly as we visioned. Our guests could not say enough about the incredible service, attention and dedication from each and every staff member. The cocktail hour and dinner was fantastic. The presentation, quality, and quantity of the food was nothing short of Spectacular. A big thank you to the bartenders who did an outstanding job serving our very thirsty guests All Night Long!The wedding was held on one of the hottest days, 105° and the town lost power for some time power during the reception. Quietly, the team got the generators going, but soon after, the power was restored. It was scary to us, but in the end, as one of my guests said, “the staff never missed a beat!” We definitely made the right choice and have told and continue to tell everyone to call the Hollowbrook!

There is not enough space for all the good things to say about Hollow Brook! The space is so beautiful and not the cookie-cutter ballroom type of venue. We loved all the space for cocktail hour and that our guests were able to be both inside and outside. All of the food is so delicious and there are so many options. All of the staff is incredible. Gabby is so easy going and makes sure the day is put together so well. All the day-of staff is so helpful and friendly and ensure that everyone is having a good time. 100000/10 recommend!!

Hollow Brook was the best! We had to reschedule multiple times due to the pandemic and Gabby could not have been more helpful. Once our big day finally came around it was honestly perfect. All of the staff were super friendly and attentive. The food was so good and got nothing but compliments on everything. We went out on the course to take our photos on the bridge and it was beautiful. I couldn’t have asked for a better day!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Hollow Brook Golf Club. Throughout the entire process of picking the venue, choosing the food, table setting, guest count, pretty much everything, Hollow Brook was always very responsive and worked with us on EVERYTHING. And when I say “Hollow Brook”, I’m specifically speaking of Gabby. Gabby was the main person helping us out with everything along the way. Not only is she extremely organized and helpful, she’s also nice and a joy to work with. The week leading up to the wedding we had multiple guests have to back out so our table count kept changing; this was not a problem with Gabby. The day of the wedding exceeded our expectations and then some. The food at cocktail hour and the dinner was so good. Multiple guests were loving the Philly cheese steak station especially. I didn’t have to think of anything, Gabby and other Hollow Brook workers were there to tell me and the bridal party what to do and where to go. Plus there were all extremely nice. There was also no point during the reception where we didn’t have a drink in our hands, as the attendants always were there to bring us one. A big reason we went with Hollow Brook originally was the beautiful look of the venue, as it isn’t your cookie cutter wedding venue. Plus, we only had roughly 100 guests we wanted to invite to the wedding and every other venue wanted us to guarantee/pay for 100 or 120 guests no matter what. For us, that would be an absolute waste of money. Luckily at Hollow Brook, you only have to guarantee a dollar amount, not a number of guests. In the end we only had 66 people attend but Hollow Brook worked with us and we were able to pamper our guests cocktail stations, departure stations and other add-ins throughout the wedding day to meet our dollar amount.

Our wedding at Hollowbrook was nothing short of picture perfect! We were blown away by their ability to capture our vision and to bring it to life. Every detail was executed by the staff, and they were extremely accommodating. Gabby was fantastic to work with and reassured us every step of the way. The food was fantastic and there were so many great options during cocktail hour- something for everyone. We cannot even begin to thank them enough for the hard work they put into making our wedding day special. I would recommend Hollowbrook to anyone looking for a beautiful rustic venue, great food, amazing staff, and a great party.

Hollow Brook was the perfect wedding venue. The staff made all the difference and being so experienced they handled everything without issue. (If there was a problem, as the bride I had no idea.) Gabby, the venue coordinator, answered questions quickly, helped plan ahead and coordinate with other vendors. She made the entire wedding process easy. The general manager, Eugene, was also helpful making sure the timeline went smoothly. They were able to refer other vendors which were great. The grounds were beautiful and had endless places to take photos. Plenty of food options for cocktail hour and reception! Only heard great things from our guests. Would recommend this venue to anyone!

Hollow Brook threw the best wedding ever. Their coordinator Gabby Davis, is one of the biggest reasons we went with the venue. They really offered us everything we wanted, and the food was spectacular. The covered patio makes a great spot to get married, rain or shine. We were traveling from Arizona, so with the little decorations I had the place still looked spectacular! I had way more fun than I expected at my wedding. I would recommend Hollow Brook a million times over.

Hollow Brook Golf Club was an incredible wedding venue and experience! When visiting different venues, we immediately knew that Hollow Brook Golf Club would be the place for our big day. The rustic venue, outdoor covered ceremony space, and the beautiful golf course grounds (with ponds and bridges) absolutely blew us away. Not only is it beautiful, Gabby and the team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Our wedding was originally scheduled peak pandemic, and they worked closely with us to reschedule to a later date. They were understanding, flexible and organized. Gabby helped us so much leading up to the day and always kept us grounded. The wedding day itself was seamless and the staff were always available to help (without us even asking!). Our guests still comment on the delicious abundant food and the beautiful venue to this day! Our friend is even looking to get married there! We highly recommend Hollow Brook Golf Club for the wedding of your dreams.

Gabby, Brando, Brittany and the rest of the Hollow Brook team were absolutely amazing for our December wedding. We had initially booked another venue but due to lack of communication with them and just basic not caring about our needs, we looked for a new venue. I was so happy I was able to book the Hollow Brook 5 months before our wedding and that our date was available. The place is gorgeous, the food amazing and the staff so friendly. I had so many guest tell me how much fun they had and how perfect our little Rustic Christmas wedding was. The experience was seamless from start to finish. I would absolutely recommend to anyone and wish I could do it all again.

Gabby and her team were A M A Z I N G. Given we were a wedding that fell victim to the global pandemic, it was a relief to have so much flexibility with our venue that we ended up with an incredible smaller (than planned) wedding. It was exactly what we wanted and was a beautiful night. The food was incredible and the team did such amazing job making everything stress free!!! Such a beautiful venue and wonderful staff, we highly recommend!!

Hollow Brook was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding. From start to finish, the event coordinator, Gabby, answered every question we had and was on top of every detail. She was accommodating, helpful, responsive, and proactive. On the day of the actual wedding, everything went smoothly and my husband and I were constantly looked after by the bridal attendant and the maitre'd. The venue itself is stunning-- a rustic but elevated feel which is exactly what we were going for. With a fall wedding, the scenery of the autumn leaves on the trees surrounding the golf course is wonderful. We also received comments from multiple guests on how good the food was! I would agree. Finally, it was helpful that the entire venue was handicap accessible (except the bridal suite) which was very important to our needs. Can't recommend this venue enough!

I still can't get over the magic of our wedding 10/10/21. Everything was beyond flawless and my guests can't stop raving about the beautiful scenery, cocktail hour food stations, cocktails, large tasty dinner, amazing desert, endless drinks and service. Even with the hiccup of my bridal party hair being delayed, I felt stress free and right where I belonged on our wedding day. This is thanks to Gabby, Brendan, Brittany, the kitchen and wait staff and anyone at Hollow Brook who helped with the wedding. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made things feel so personal and perfect. It has the perfect set up for a rustic yet elegant and scenic wedding. If you are lucky enough to also have your ceremony there, I highly recommend it. The backdrop and golf course for photo ops is gorgeous. The most wonderful venue and staff!! We got married October 1, 2021 and lucked out with the best weather. We also had the best staff a couple could ask for! Gabby helped us every step of the way and the day of her, along with Brendan and Brittany made sure the day was nothing short of perfect. My husband and i had a ton of decorations and Gabby ensured everything was set up EXACTLY how we wanted. The food was out of this world & The service was impeccable!! When looking for a venue I knew exactly what I wanted. A venue that you could do more than just dance, no drop ceilings, a great place to hold the ceremony (rain or shine) and great food. Hollow Brook offered all of that. Leading up to the day, everyone who asked where we were getting married would say “oh I have attended a wedding there.. the food was amazing!” Which made me feel very confident in my choice. We booked in may of 2019 for our July 2021 wedding, now looking back I am so happy we were ahead of the game with booking with covid shifting around so many dates. I got really nervous February of 2020 and even tried to cancel our event and move it to a backyard wedding but Gabby was very hopeful, even when I was not, and I am glad I listened. We had our wedding and everything went so smoothly with Hollow brook! It’s now September and people are still contacting me raving about how great our wedding was, how great the food and drinks were, and how they had the best time. I was a very organized bride, as I also work in the bridal industry. I had a binder and all, but Gabby was still more organized than me 🤣 she even had me come down to hollow Brook to go over decor, then come back a second time just to ensure she had everything straight. Maybe this wouldn’t be ideal for some, but I honestly appreciated it. With all the time and money you put into your event you want it to be perfect. Hollow Brook ensured that would happen.

We can’t say enough amazing things about Hollow Brook! We were a covid wedding who had to reschedule to the following year and they were with us every step of the way! They were so accommodating to our new dates that we were able to have it a year later on our now “1 year anniversary” since we still got married on our original date in 2020. Gabby was so helpful throughout planning and the day of all the staff was helpful and if we needed anything our bridal attendant was right there! After all we went through with covid pushing back our plans we were so excited to finally have our dream wedding at hollow Brook and they just made it spectacular. Our guests could not stop talking about the food, drinks, atmosphere and overall how amazing it was. We truly think about our special day all the time and how it couldn’t have been anywhere else!

BOOK HOLLOW BROOK FOR YOUR WEDDING NOW! I cannot say enough nice things about the team at Hollow Brook and the venue. Firstly, it's gorgeous-a perfect marriage of a barn and golf club-but more importantly, they treat you like family.From the minute we walked in, Gabby made us feel so comfortable, it felt like we were longtime friends. She was there for us every step up the way, covering every detail and answering every question with ease. We unfortunately had to postpone our reception due to COVID and when it came to rescheduling, Hollow Brook was so kind and helpful! The day of our wedding I did not have to think twice - Gabby and our bridal attendant Britney had every little detail covered from scheduling to champagne to placing all of our decor items in the perfect spots! The waitstaff and bartenders were so kind and attentive to all of our guests, and the drinks and food far exceeded ours and our guests expectations! People are still raving about ribeye! From the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception, everything was absolutely perfect and went off without a hitch. When we came back the next day, they even neatly packed all of our items up to easily pick up!We are so grateful we booked with Hollow Brook and would 1000% book again. Thank you Hollow Brook, we love you!

Choosing Hollow Brook as our venue was the best decision we’ve ever made! The venue is beautiful, the food is amazing, and the staff is phenomenal. Gabby is worth her weight in gold and guided us through the whole process. Even my vendors complimented how well coordinated they are! I cannot speak highly enough of Gabby and her team at Hollow Brook. They were flexible through all the uncertainty of COVID and she organized my vendors as well so I had to worry about absolutely nothing on our wedding day. They handled all the set up and it was all perfect. Our best man got sick the day before the wedding and Gabby made sure our officiant, DJ, and photographers all new about the changes. Our photographer was also switched last minute and the bridal attendant made sure he got every single shot we needed of the grounds. If I could give Hollow Brook ten stars I would! Our guests could not stop talking about how beautiful it is and how delicious the food was. I got lots of questions asking how I found them and to be honest I’m surprised more people don’t know about them, they’re THAT good. I will rave about them forever, and we are so incredibly grateful they made our day so special!

I cannot say enough good things about Hollowbrook! The venue and the staff are both amazing. We were a Covid postponement wedding and the staff at Hollowbrook was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process of changing our date. They helped to make a very stressful situation easy. The venue itself is gorgeous and well maintained. It is located on the golf course and has an amazing view from the outside area. It has a sophisticated, rustic feel that can be decorated to any wedding day vision. The room is spacious and can fit a decent number of people. We had a small wedding, but the staff spaced everything out enough so the room didn't feel empty. Cocktail hour is in a separate area. There are plenty of tables for guests to eat at and a bar where guests can get drinks. Guests also have access to the outdoor area throughout the night. The food is delicious. We even got to do a tasting to test out a bunch of options. The menu itself has so many options and customizations. Our photos are gorgeous. After the ceremony, the couple is taken on a golf course to various bridges for photos. There is a lot of great scenery to take some amazing photos at. The staff at Hollowbrook are extremely professional and great at what they do. Gabby was a pleasure to work with. She is attentive to brides and answered any questions I had. We communicated with her frequently leading up to the wedding discussing decor, etc. The staff did an amazing job setting up the cocktail hour area and hall with everything we dropped off. Everything looked perfect and was arranged exactly how we asked. The wait staff and bartender were also great. I highly recommend Hollowbrook for your wedding. You will be happy choosing them for your wedding day!

Hollow Brook was absolutely amazing. Gabby was beyond wonderful accommodating everything we wanted throughout the entire planning process. The day of we worked with Gabby as well as another Gabby as our bridal attendant. Both of them were incredible from start to finish. They paid attention to every detail of our vision and executed what we envisioned perfectly. It’s a day that we wish we could live over and over again because of how seamless and flawless it truly was. Everyone was so helpful and attended to every single little detail the day of. The venue was set up beautifully and our guests have been raving about the wedding since it happened. There isn’t one bad thing we could say, it was truly the most perfect day. Gabby is amazing!!! I cannot thank her and her team enough for making our wedding so beautiful and honestly the best day of our lives!! I still remember when I first met her. She was so sweet and the venue is so beautiful! With planning a wedding during the pandemic, Gabby was always keeping us up to date on the changes but also getting us excited about the day. My husband and I are from 2 different countries and Gabby and the chef surprised us by crafting an entire menu that spoke to both of our cultures. The food was AMAZING!! The food and drinks from start to finish were *chefs kiss. Our guests still talk about it. They also packed us bags of food and we were able to relive the entire day again. The bridal attendants were amazing! I honestly can't thank them enough for making us feel so special. If you’re considering booking with Hollow Brook, just do it. Gabby took over for Robbyn in the time we postponed our wedding, and she was such a calming presence. As restrictions changed, she kept us apprised, and constantly reassured us that our wedding would be fabulous. People are still talking about the food. They were blown away by the cocktail hour, and they loved dinner. Personally, I appreciated the buttered roll that I scored right before walking down the aisle to calm my jitters! The grounds were gorgeous for pictures, and we had such a blast riding around in the golf cart. Our bridal attendants were so sweet, and whenever the golf cart stopped, they ran over so we could grab a sip of our drinks. Definitely don’t hesitate to book your wedding here! We had such a positive experience, and are so grateful to Gabby and everyone at Hollow Brook for making our day so special.

Hollow Brook was absolutely amazing and will forever hold a special place in our hearts. It was a long 18 months from the first time we visited Hollow Brook to our actual wedding and Robbyn was there for us every step of the way. She is an amazing person and I would recommend this place for her alone. We had to move our date to the COVID-19 outbreak and the venue was so helpful and flexible. They even helped us host our rehearsal dinner the night before when the restaurant we were supposed to be at lost power due to a storm.When our day finally arrived, the place was perfect. We got so many compliments on the ceremony space and the landscape behind us. The room was exactly as we imagined. The food was AMAZING and they make sure no one goes home hungry! The entire staff including Gabby, the maitre d, and Brittany, the bridal attendant were fabulous and made sure everything went smoothly. We got everything we needed and more.Choosing Hollow Brook for our wedding is one of the best decisions we will ever make. Not only do they host an amazing wedding but they also treat you like family.

During our planning process, I remember reading reviews about The Hollow Brook and thinking... Really? Could a venue be this good? And after having our ceremony and reception there, I am so happy to report- it absolutely could! The moment we walked through the door we knew it was the place for us. From the warm welcoming ambience, to the beautiful high ceilings, and rustic accents. As we stood admiring the beauty of the venue... Robbyn appeared. I can’t express what a pleasure it was working with Robbyn. She was so accommodating, responsive, and helpful throughout the entire planning process. All the way up to the day of, she made sure we were happy with everything that was going on. Her calm, in control demeanor truly made me relax during those big scary moments- I completely trusted her, which is an absolutely amazing feeling to have during all the nerves and craziness. They truly care, it felt so personal. They set up everything so beautifully beyond our imagination. The Hollow Brook staff worked flawlessly along with the flow of the ceremony and reception. We had been searching for a special venue that could host our ceremony and reception that would compliment our wedding day. For some reason, after a couple of months of searching, Hollow Brook Golf Club popped up in my search for the first time and we had to go look at it and that’s when we met Robbyn. My background includes event management so I knew from the first moment that this was the place. Not only was Hollow Brook a great reception venue but the ceremony space and the ability to take photos on the grounds just added to the uniqueness. Robbyn and her team including the Chef made us feel special and we can’t say enough good things about them. The food was amazing and our guests raved about it! We’re hoping someone we know has their reception there so we can go and enjoy the all the food again! Thank you Robbyn for taking care of all of our details from setting up the seating cards and entry table to our Memory table with photos of family members no longer with us and the special donut wall built to accommodate our late night snack. Starting from Robbyn, who is absolutely THE BEST wedding coordinator I could have ever imagined. She responded to us quickly throughout the entire planning process and was always there to guide us. Absolutely wonderful. THE DAY OF was absolutely perfect, EVERYONE on the team was SO helpful and made sure we were happy every second of the day. I can't even thank them enough for making our day SO perfect. It was much more than I could have ever imagined. They go above and beyond for their brides and grooms and guests. THE FOOD was outrageous. Our guests have been non-stop talking about how amazing the food and cake were. How amazing the cocktail hour was and the entrees. They truly out do themselves and I had a feeling they would after reading other reviews before booking.If you're in Westchester County, must visit this venue and book. There are not enough words as to how great they are. You need to experience it for yourself!

Going in to wedding planning my husband and I knew we wanted a cocktail style wedding. This was not something many venues were comfortable doing but Robbyn and the crew and Hollow Brook were excited to help makes this happen for us. They have an entire “stations” menu that was exactly what we wanted. Robbyn was so helpful throughout the entire planning process. I am not someone who likes making decisions and she was able to see our vision and give us suggestions that made the decision making a lot easier! She is truly an expert! We took all of her suggestions and ended up with the most beautiful room and the most fun night and even more than we ever could have imagined! Robbyn is also the worlds best dress bustle-er even when it was the third or fourth time you I had to ask! On the day of, everyone was so friendly and helpful! The chef even came to the bridal suite to say hi to us! He was sooo friendly and kind and so excited for us, we thought it was very special. We wanted to take photos before the ceremony but we arrived later than expected and our guests showed up earlier than expected so there was no time to take photos before. Robbyn knew we wanted to be at our cocktail hour so she had the team make us two to go containers filled with two of each item at cocktail hour so we could try everything, including our signature drink. These to go containers were packed and ready on the golf cart along with our photographers as soon as our ceremony was over so we could leave quickly and make sure we made it back for some of our cocktail hour. We thought having food and drink packed for us already was such a special treat! That just shows how thoughtful the staff at Hollow Brook is that they wanted to make sure we were able to try all our food, and we really appreciated it, especially because the food is A-MAZE-ING!!!!!! The best wedding food we have ever had ... by far! All of our guests commented on how amazing the food was, trust us ... it’s that good! Finally, Dawn, who is the bridal attendant at Hollow Brook, Is the most incredible person! She was so fun and so helpful, I was sad when the night was over because we wouldn’t get to spend anymore time with her! At one point we got back to our table and we had plates full of one of every food item at the reception (each!), right in front of us. She even packed us to go boxes we got to take home full of left over food! Everything we needed she had even before we could ask, but even more than that she was fun and kind and we really just enjoyed having her around! If we had known her before the wedding we would have invited her, that’s how awesome she was! In summary, If you want a rustic venue that will allow you to have the wedding YOU want with an attentive, experienced and helpful staff and A-MAZ-ING food (and cakes) choose Hollow Brook! We had the most fun night and so did everyone of our guests! You won’t be disappointed!

The second I saw the space I knew it was where we'd get married. One wedding at a time. Easy parking. beautiful exterior. the cocktail hour room rustic elegant great views. the patio outside is covered and views stunning the fireplace. the firepit. the main reception area is intimate and rustic. the food is out of this world. hot. tasty. passed all cocktail hour. the dinner menu was so delicious. we did cupcakes and they were so delicious and beautiful. my husband said he never thought it could be that perfect. robbyn was so good to me. many of my guests said it was the best wedding they've ever been to.

It’s been 3 months since our wedding day where we asked 160 of our loved ones to celebrate with us at Hollow Brook. We could not be more proud to say this was OUR venue! Our guests are still complementing the beautiful views, the abundance of QUALITY food and the attentive service. Robbyn helped us coordinate and execute all the details for our big day (and there were a lot!!) she even walked us through our options, upgrades, revisions, linens and menu from start to finish. She was thorough and organized and I always felt at ease after our appointments. I truly miss chatting with her regularly !! :) Chef & the kitchen staff had my guests happy and FULL! I even noticed Chef come out during cocktail hour to see how things were at our stations. The servers & bartenders were friendly and fast! they were always available and were consistent on asking for drink orders at the table which was great for our elderly guests !! Nick & Gabby were with us during our photos throughout the venue grounds and took care of our bridal party and parents throughout the whole night. Truly the best bridal attendant and maître d' we could have asked for! They made sure we ate, had drink in hand, and even brought us over a platter of our passed hors d'oeuvres since we were chatting and mingling with guests. We achieved our wedding dream at Hollow Brook and that was to have our friends and family feel our love and the love we all had for one another. We wanted the feeling of a warm, intimate setting, a place that felt like home. That’s exactly what Hollow Brook gave us and we could not be more thankful for all their hard work and dedication for giving us the best day of our lives!!!

We recently got married at Hollow Brook in August of 2019. I can’t put into words how perfect everything was. Robynn went above and beyond to make sure our day was perfect. She was responsive and provided support throughout the entire planning process! The venue is gorgeous! The outdoor ceremony location and reception space are a perfect combination of rustic and elegant. The bridges on the golf course and the grounds are so well kept! Our pictures are stunning. I also can’t say enough about the food and staff. We didn’t have to worry about a thing on our big day! They took such great care of us. The chef accommodated our dietary restrictions, as well. People continue to tell us how amazing our big day was and how incredible the food was! You will not regret getting married here! Best decision we ever made!

The outside space is stunning, and there is no need to worry about weather with the covered porch. The reception hall is exactly what we wanted, totally unique and classy (not your standard white wall catering hall but not overly “rustic”). There are SO many food options, you’ll be able to find something for everyone! I wish I could plan a wedding with Robbyn every year!

I honestly don't even know where to begin with how perfect Hollow Brook made my wedding reception. I visited in the dead of winter (Feb 2018) and even with inches of snow on the ground the venue was still somehow warm and inviting. It was the 1st and only venue we looked at. When I first walked into the venue i knew it was \"the one.\" Between the rustic- chic barn feel, to the vast food selection, Hollow Brook really is one of a kind. Fast forward to a year and 1/2 later (Sept 14, 2019) My wedding day was everything i dreamed of and moreee! Although it rained (which apparently is good luck) my husband and I were still able to go out and get some pictures on their GORGEOUS grounds! (the bottom of my dress was soaked, but the rain made the pictures even more breathtaking fyi) One of my bridal attendants then stayed with me for about 30 minutes blow drying my dress, and brought me all an assortment of cocktail hour food so i didn't starve :) GABY AND DAWN ARE THE DREAM TEAM!! They were my perfect sidekicks making sure i constantly had food and a drink in my hand, and catering to my every request. It's now 2 weeks later and guests are still complimenting me on how amazing the wedding was.. and how DELICIOUS the food was! Everyone was raving about the BBQ station and french fry station (genius!) The food was abundant and the drinks were strong ;) I've been dreaming of this day since I was little, and planning this whole wedding down to every detail for the last year and a 1/2, and it was still more magical than I could have dreamed of. Robbyn was my fairy godmother throughout the entire process. I can't tell you how many times i emailed her (what i thought were) silly questions or absurd requests and she ALWAYS answered me back quickly and did whatever she could to make it work. She always made sure i kept on deadlines so I didn't get overwhelmed, and her attention to detail was the perfect balance to my scattered brain. Due to a unforeseen issue with my tailor, I was unable to meet with Robbyn to go over how/where I wanted things set up (which would make any bride-to-be a little crazed) But, i have to say when we walked in the day-of the wedding i was completely speechless. Everything was set up exactly how i had envisioned it. She even stepped in when my bridal party wasn't around to help me fix my wedding dress. She sat on the floor in a dress and heels and began pinning up the front of my wedding dress so i wouldn't be stepping on it all night. The cocktail hour and reception were picture perfect, and everyone who worked there always made sure I was solely focused on my guests and having a good time. We loved that we could put our own personal touches throughout the venue. It truly made our day so special! Gabby, Dawn and the crew were amazing on the day of the wedding! They anticipated our every move and made sure we always had what we needed. The food was spectacular!! I can’t even get over the comments from our guests! We got married at Hollow Brook in April and truly had the perfect day. We both never thought one day could be so \"perfect\" and tried to keep our expectations even throughout the planning process. When the day unfolded and as we continue to look back, we are in awe of our experience and can honestly say it surpassed our expectations. Our wedding reflected us and Hollow Brook allowed us to prioritize what was most important to us, never feeling pressured to add on or change elements that didn't reflect what we wanted. Robbyn was very helpful and accessible to us. Our family and friends have a number of dietary and mobility restrictions and all were well served and catered to. Our guests continue to talk about how good and how much food there was. Robbyn even orchestrated a rehearsal in the rain at our request to insure that on the day of (which was bright & sunny!) all would know exactly where they were headed. The recommended vendors were each better than the next. Nick was really the icing on the cake- making sure we were consistently catered to all day before we could even ask for something, or think of something we may need. My advice for couples getting married at Hollow Brook is to make sure all your vendors know from you exactly what you want, as there were a few things that slipped through the cracks, but that we honestly didn't know until weeks after the fact. That, and get married here. We would pick Hollow Brook 100 times over. We will forever be grateful that we did !

From the first moment we visited Hollow Brook we knew it was the perfect reception venue for us! It was exactly what we were looking for- a bit rustic and very elegant. The space is just absolutely beautiful- both the golf course where we took photos as well as the reception space! Robbyn was a wonderful help from the first day we met her- she helped us along every step of the way and we are so grateful for her organization and expertise for planning! Her team was so attentive the entire day of the wedding from the moment we stepped off the limo. We really could not have asked for more- they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed plus more! The food was amazing- our guests were raving about the cocktail hour food especially the bacon wrapped scallops! Dinner was absolutely delicious as well! The staff at Hollow Brook was simply amazing and our wedding was just perfect!

The second my (now) husband and I saw Hollow Brook, we fell in love! Everything was perfect. From the second we met Robbyn to everything in between. Fast forward to our wedding day and LITERALLY everything was totally stress free. From the moment my girls and I stepped out of the limo, we were greeted by Nick, Gabby and my photographer, Sweet Alice. They immediately helped us with our bags, carried everything inside and told us to take a look around. We went straight down to the bridal suite where Nick started pouring us champagne, helping organize certain things and bringing us snacks. After the ceremony, when my husband and I went off to take pictures. Nick and Gabby again had drinks for us, appetizers (since we did not do a first look) and assisted us with whatever we needed while we were having our pictures taken. All in all, Hollow Brook and the staff there are simply AMAZING. You will have the wedding of your dreams, just like I did and the entire day will be totally stress free! :) Thank you Robbyn, Nick and Gabby for all your hard work.

There are not enough positive words to describe how amazing our wedding at Hollow Brook Golf Club was! Robbyn, Gabby, and Nick are a dream team! Hollow Brook itself is an absolutely gorgeous venue that is both elegant, yet rustic. Our August 10, 2018 ceremony on the balcony was truly magical and the entire reception was perfect! Robbyn, the wedding coordinator, was attentive to all of our needs and helped us every step of the way in the wedding planning process. She was always easily accessible and the list of Hollow Brook preferred vendors was extremely helpful. During our rehearsal we dropped off a lot of decorations, outdoor games, lanterns, etc. and Robbyn said not to worry about anything because she would set it all up. When we arrived at Hollow Brook on the day of our wedding everything was perfect! Gabby, the Maitre D’, made sure that our entire wedding ran smoothly and Nick, the bridal attendant was always there for anything we needed. When we first arrived, Nick asked us what our favorite drinks were and then made sure we had them all night long. Our guests couldn’t stop raving about the amazing food at the cocktail hour and during the reception. My husband and I barely touched our meal because we were dancing the entire time, so it was a wonderful surprise that when we went to pick everything up the next day, Nick had had our dinners wrapped for us to take home along with donuts from our to-go station. Everything about our wedding day was absolutely perfect and completely stress-free! Thank you to Robbyn and the entire Hollow Brook team!!!

Our October wedding at Hollow Brook was beyond anything we could have dreamed of! From our first appointment with Robbyn to the very last good-bye of the night, the Hollow Brook staff were always professional, accommodating, helpful, friendly and AMAZING. Robbyn was so helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process and on the day of, with the help of her amazing staff, she set up all of my decor so beautifully. Weeks later and my guests are still raving about the food, especially the mac and cheese bar at cocktail hour! Our dinner was delicious! The outdoor space with the fire pit was the best way for my guests to get some fresh fall air, during both cocktail hour and the reception. Hollow Brook had a beautiful bridal suite for us all to get ready in/keep our things with our own bathroom, which was a plus! Nick, our bridal attendant, was our best friend for the night... He made sure we had everything we needed at all times (including a drink!) and even drove us around on the golf cart for our pictures. We had so much fun and we wish the night didn't end!

I cannot truly express how thankful we were for the incredible experience we had at Hollow Brook on Saturday night. From our bridal party to the guests, everyone was commenting on how amazing the food was and how beautiful the venue was. Service was top notch and more than I could have ever expected.Nick was the most courteous and thoughtful helping hand I/mom/bridal party had all night. He was constantly made sure we were enjoying all the food, drinks, and mingling with guests. I appreciated that more than you know especially how easy it was to get caught up in what you're doing in that exact moment, you forget to eat. I realize working in any high-stress / nervous / anxious environment requires a special kind of person, and Hollow Brook certainly has that in their team.Gabby was wonderful. She knew what I was going to ask before I had a chance to ask it. She helped me with my dress so much, moving my family around for portraits when she knew I just wanted to go inside for cocktail hour, and was so warm and caring. For having met her the first time, I felt like she was alongside my planning from day one.And Robbyn, I knew the minute I met her that she would be instrumental in helping us bring our wedding dreams to life. She knows what she's doing and you're smart to put your wedding in her hands. There wasn't one worry I had during the entire process thanks to her.We are so thankful for everything the team did leading up to and during our wedding to make it as seamless and magical as it was. We want to get married there again!

Having my ceremony and reception at Hollow Brook Golf Club, was beyond everything I could have hoped for. The staff was incredible and went over the top to make sure myself, the groom and our wedding party were being taking care of. Robbyn, our event coordinator, is so kind, patient and understanding of the stresses of planning a wedding. Without Robbyn, I probably would've gave up half way and went to City Hall. Thank God I didn't, because she helped me create my vision of the beautiful wedding I wanted. She also has a list of some of the best vendors the venue uses, and I'm not kidding, everyone on that list was insanely sweet, accommodating and not over priced.The Bridal Attendant, Nick, was/is beyond helpful day of. From picking the perfect spots for our wedding photo's to never letting my drink get warm, he was always on top of everything, but never \"in your face\" about it. He would appear like a beautiful ghost with everything you needed, without you realizing you even needed it. Aside from the awesome HB Crew- the first thing my guests had said to me was, \"The food was amazing\". It's true! If you're thinking about Hollow Brook as your venue, one thing to be aware of is how much food you get for your buck! All in all, you get an amazing staff/ support team and some of the best food that your guests won't stop talking about.

Our wedding on September 14th was an absolute dream. Because we live in Norway, we chose to book Hollow Brook without seeing it. When we were finally able to see the venue we were so happy! Robbyn was always quick to respond to our emails and answer any questions we had. She was so supportive along the way and made it easy to plan a wedding from another country. On the day of our wedding we felt so at ease because everything was taken care of. Robbyn and her staff made our wedding look absolutely beautiful. Our guests are still talking about how good the food was, especially our cocktail hour! Gabby and Robbyn were there to save the day when we couldn’t figure out how to bustle my dress. Gabby made sure the night and timeline of the evening went smooth by working with all of our vendors. Our bridal attendant Nick was my absolute favorite person, he was there every minute of the day to make sure that my husband and I had drinks and food whenever we wanted. He took us and our photographers our on the golf course for pictures with the golf cart and was there to help me with my dress at all times. He is a true gentleman and without him our day would not have been the same. He was constantly checking on us to see if we were okay. I can’t say enough good things about Hollow Brook and how they made our dreams a reality!

For one full year (July 2017- July 2018) Robbyn was (and will always be) my best friend. It was because of her and her team (Gabby, Nick, chefs and the entire Hollow Brook family) that made my son’s wedding a lifetime WONDERFUL AND AMAZING event. My son & now daughter live in France and decided to get married in Westchester...our home. Knowing they could not plan a wedding being so far away, as mother of the groom, I also wore the wedding planner “hat”. We toured 4 local venues and when we walked throught the doors, we knew Hollow Brook Golf Club was the place. Once you drive into the parking lot, there was anticipation....once we walked through the doors....we felt the magic! It felt elegant, comfortable, the view (the golf course) was absolutely breathtaking. Robbyn was a host of information and resources. Her candor and knowledge of the facility made us confident in our choice. Robbyn was perfect at all times, email responses was quick, I even showed up on her doorstep with the bride-to-be and she welcomed us with open arms. We had a few questions and needed to see the venue again one month before the wedding. Robbyn was in the midst of preparing for another wedding that evening, but she gave us her complete attention. We used all areas of Hollow Brook...as our ceremony was also on site, the newly renovated bridal suite was a comfortable place for the bridal party to get dressed. Robbyn even added special touches (wedding signs) to our cocktail reception for additional intimate touches. Food was amazing, drinks were honest, wait staff was second to none. Gabby and Nick made our guest (90 total) feel as if each and everyone of them was special. Everyone was made to feel right at home. As our family is Nigerian, we requested a special hot sauce. Robbyn worked with the chef to create the sauce. I heard from several sources that it was “the truth”!We’ll be back...Hollow Brook! We’ll stop in to eat dinner one day. I would 100% recommend the Hollow Brook for a wedding. Robbyn is an amazing coordinator and made planning a wedding extremely easy and fun to do. Gabby and Nick (maitre d' and bridal attendant) made sure the day ran perfectly and that we had absolutely everything we could possibly need that night! We had so many guests compliment how stunning the venue was and how gorgeous the background of the covered patio ceremony was as well as how amazing all of the foods was. We have no complaints and I was so happy with choosing the Hollow Brook for my wedding!!

Hollow Brook was the most incredible wedding venue! My fiancé and I knew immediately that this venue was for us as soon as we walked in- it has a chic rustic design and was just absolutely beautiful! Our day went so perfect, and it was thanks to the wonderful staff! Our guests raved about the food from the huge selection at cocktail hour, the quality of all the entrees, and deliciousness of the cake— they were full and satisfied :) The small details, beautiful landscape and decor, and dedicated staff make this venue so special and sets it apart from the rest. We are so incredibly happy we chose to have or reception here, and would highly recommend!

We had our wedding at the Hollowbrook on May 4th, 2018 and I cannot say enough amazing things about our experience. From the moment we walked into the Hollow Brook for a site visit, we fell in love. The rustic setting, the beautiful backdrop of the Hudson Valley, everything was exactly how we imagined our wedding to look. Our wedding coordinator, Robbyn, was incredible throughout the entire process- from planning every detail together, to the day off, and even after, she was very responsive, and helped us handle all of the logistics seamlessly. We even found most of our vendors through her recommendations and we loved all of them! Also, the entire day off staff was absolutely the best. Our bridal attendant Nick, was with us the entire night, making sure we were happy, well fed and had plenty of drinks. Gabby and the kitchen staff were very attentive and the food was delicious! A month later we are still seeing guests that say the food was phenomenal. I cannot recommend the Hollowbrook and their team enough! We really had the most perfect day and it was because of the venue and the wonderful staff.

William and I were married on April 7, 2018. We had the best day/night of our lives at Hollow Brook! Robbyn was with William and I every step of the way; she made our wedding dreams come true! The decor was wonderful, the atmosphere was friendly, and the food/drinks kept coming! Nick, was hands down, the best part of both our days. He had come out onto the grounds to assist me while I took pictures and that day was a cold one! There aren't enough nice things that I can say about his work esthetic and overall attitude; he was simply wonderful. Hollow Brook helped William and I create a day that is still talked about a couple months after. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an intimate gathering that is going to be a discussion for years to come!

Where do I start!!!?? The second we walked into the Hollow Brook, met Robbyn, and learned what the hollow brook offers for your wedding we were hooked!! We saw one venue and that was it! The Hollow Brook is very willing to work with you with whatever you need for your big day from the prices of certain things, to helping with finding other vendors, and making your vision come to life! The second we arrived on our wedding day we had cocktails in our hand and food in our mouths!! lol...it was raining on our wedding day and we still took pictures outside...my dress was soaked and my husband was too, but when we came back before we entered cocktail hour our bridal attendant, and Maitre De helped blow dry my dress dry and fix my hair, they were so attentive and there for us!! Our guests kept raving how it was one of the best weddings they have been to in a long time, from the food which was amazing, table service for drinks, and ambience of the venue. We can't thank the Hollow Brook Staff, and Robbyn enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!! We want our friends to get married there so we can attend a wedding there as guests!! Where do I begin with Hollow Brook? Our wedding was a rousing, rollicking, totally stress-free and perfectly coordinated dance party and feast thanks to Robbyn, Nick, Gabby, and the whole Hollow Brook team. My husband and I were trying to plan a wedding from the west coast and after looking at a few underwhelming and/or overpriced venues within an hour of NYC, we weren’t feeling super hopeful. My husband then stumbled upon Hollow Brook and reached out to Robbyn, who graciously came in (on her day off!) to give us a tour while we were on the east coast for a few days. We loved the woodsy and elegant vibe immediately, and knew it would be spot on for a winter wedding.For the next year whenever we had any questions for Robbyn, she was immediately responsive and helpful, pointing us towards vendors she trusted and generally making the whole process seamless for us, knowing we were planning from afar and that we weren’t able to get super involved on the ground. On the weekend-of, Robbyn was so flexible with our erratic schedule of dropping things off and doing a walk-through, and I can’t thank her enough for that. Her calmness and professionalism set the tone for the whole weekend and I knew everything was going to be taken care of – even things I didn’t even know to ask for! When we showed up on the morning-of, everything was decorated to perfection. She had coordinated with our florist and her team made the place feel like a warm and welcoming winter lodge, with twinkling lights and candles and greenery everywhere we looked. We then met Nick and Gabby who were absolute ninjas. Gabby the Maitre d’ was incredibly organized, calm, and ON IT. And Nick – I wish I could have a personal Nick by my side all the time. He felt like the kind of wedding guest everyone wants – our drinks were always full (sometimes to where we were happily double-fisting), he and Gabby grabbed us plates of food to enjoy at the end of our receiving line, he ran around with us and our photographer to get some of our favorite candid shots out in the cold, and he was genuinely just a pleasure to have around. Kudos and a world of thanks to Gabby, Nick, and all those that I know were working their tails off behind the scenes to make this an awesome celebration. Oh and most importantly - the food was PHENOM and people still randomly tell me (5 months later) that they are still thinking about the ridiculously delicious cocktail hour spread, the creative and tasty specialty drinks, and the wonderfully elegant (yet not stuffy) plated dinner. Another huge perk (for our crowd) was the addition of all the wonderful waiters and waitresses taking drink orders from the dinner table! Kept everyone on the dance floor rather than waiting in line for drinks at the bar, which is a pretty great barometer of a good time. I loved Hollow Brook because it was a place we could make feel like us, without having to source and organize absolutely every detail on our own. I don’t think I could recommend Hollow Brook highly enough, and I hope someday I get to be a GUEST at an HBGC wedding!

Well this review is long overdue but I have nothing but absolutely great and positive things to say about Hollow Brook and the staff. My husband and I married November 3, 2017 and had the reception at Hollow Brook. The leaves were still on the trees and we had beautiful weather for our outdoor pictures on one of the wooden bridges. A golf cart took us and our photographers out to the bridge for the pictures. The pictures came out beautiful. Inside the venue was exactly the look and feel my husband and I were looking for and the bistro lighting was great. We were afraid it would be a little too bright at first but it worked out very well. The staff were awesome here. Very friendly, professional and attentive. Robbyn was amazing and kept me on my toes with keeping up with deadlines and met with us on several occasions to discuss our wedding vision. She was very prompt to return phone calls or emails about any of our concerns. Nick, our bridal attendant, was a huge asset to us actually getting to enjoy the food and beverages during the whirlwind of welcoming, thanking, and talking with all the guests. When my shawl didn't arrive to the venue with me, he suddenly appeared with one for me to borrow. He knew what drinks we liked even before we arrived and had them in to go cups for the ride out on the golf cart! I couldn't imagine being able to have as much fun as I did without Nick. The waitstaff were all great, and many of our friends and family had positive things to say about their server. Hollow Brook only has one wedding at a time, so you get the pleasure of having everyone's full and undivided attention.Now the food. Amazing. One of my cousins came up to me during the cocktail hour with his BBQ in a jar in hand and said \"Well just based off of the cocktail food, best wedding yet\". And I'm one of 14 cousin weddings to choose from! I loved how the meals were made to order, and you made your choice when you sat down to the menu instead of choosing on the invitation six months in advance. We had the ahi tuna which could have been a gamble but it was absolutely delicious. I feel the food here was better than any restaurant I have been to, and soooooo many choices! No one will leave hungry!All of our guests raved about our wedding and even now, almost five months later, whenever it comes up they all say it was the best wedding they have been to. We had a group of guests from Ireland and I was proud how impressed they were with the beauty and service at the wedding and how happy they were to be there. Hollow Brook is proud of their reputation and they definitely live up to it. I would absolutely recommend this beautiful spot to anyone who wants to have an intimate reception at a venue with an Adirondack lodge or barn feel to it. Thank you Hollow Brook!

My husband and I were looking for a rustic and romantic venue for our wedding reception. I searched high and low and we toured several venues for months, but could never find what we were looking for. We loved the barn idea, although we didn't love the accessibility or the smell of a real barn, and the other venues were just too gaudy for our taste. I actually grew up minutes away from the Hollow Brook and wasn't even looking to get married in the area. My mom asked me to go with her and see it because she was thinking of hosting my bridal shower there. The venue is setback from the road so even though I had driven passed it at least a hundred times in my life, I had never gone down the beautiful driveway and had a look. As soon as we drove down and I stepped inside, I knew right then and there that it was exactly what we had been looking for! I think what really sealed the deal for me was just speaking to Robbyn (Director the Special Events). From our first sit-down with her, I knew that we would be very well taken care of and that she genuinely cared. I was able to email her with any questions or concerns (which I had a lot of!), and she always got back to me right away. Every time we went to meet with Robbyn, I fell more in love with the Hollow Brook than the last time, although nothing could compare to our wedding day. When we walked in and saw the cocktail room, back patio and reception room beautifully decorated, my expectations were beyond exceeded! I was in complete awe and I just wanted to walk around staring at everything. The reception room felt very cozy and romantic, and it completely topped what I had envisioned in my head. And that is just the decor, I can't say enough about the food and drinks. The appetizers were the best I have ever had at any wedding or restaurant, and thanks to my bridal attendant, Nick, I got to have some of everything. Nick and Gabby (who beautifully decorated) were both amazing, and my bridal party and guests still tell me all the time how they made sure everyone was well taken care of. Robbyn and Gabby even helped me bustle my dress without having to be asked when I couldn't find anyone from my bridal party at that moment. We got married in early November, and I am still receiving compliments from friends and family about the venue, and how it was the best wedding they ever attended. Everyone has told me that the drinks were great (and strong enough!) which is a complaint I hear a lot about at weddings. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone, especially family and friends in hopes I can go back and eat some more!! The prices were also great, especially compared to other venues I had visited which, offered much less and were more expensive. The property in the back where Nick took us and our photographers was also breathtaking. I can't say enough positive things about our experience with Robbyn, her staff, or the Hollow Brook. Dates also go very quickly here (for obvious reasons) so I would not hesitate if this is what you are looking for!!

The minute we walked into Hollow Brook we knew that it was the place for us to get married. We had just left another venue and we were not satisfied with what we had be seeing. I decided to google “wedding venues near me” and Hollow Brook came up! I looked at the website and was very interested and seeing the venue in person. I called the venue and Robbyn picked up the phone. On a whim, I said we are around the corner and would love to come see Hollow Brook now and she replied come on over! We were looking for a venue that was a little different than others and when we pulled up the driveway we loved that fact that it looked like a huge barn. Once inside we fell in love with EVERYTHING, we were looking for a rustic venue and this was exactly what we wanted, especially because it didn’t look like typical wedding venue. Robbyn was AMAZING from the very first day! She offered great suggestions, was flexible and recommended outstanding vendors for us to use. During the planning process, she answered all my emails in a timely fashion and gave her honest opinion to all my ideas. The month or so leading up to the wedding Robbyn met with me several times to make sure all the details of the day were set. Robbyn also calmed all my nerves and ASSURED me the day would be absolutely perfect, that the day of the wedding her and her staff would handle everything and that they did!!Our wedding was December 30th, 2017 and upon arrival, Gabby was waiting outside for us with a big smile on her face. She quickly helped all of us inside and got the whole bridal party settled comfortably! DeeDee was absolutely outstanding, she made sure mine and the groom’s needs were met all day! She helped with my dress and even helped to take my boots off, as it was snowed the day of my wedding. Our drinks were always filled, she made sure we ate throughout the day and night and always had a smile on her face. Gabby and DeeDee made our wedding day run as smooth as possible. We had our ceremony at Hollow Brook and Robbyn made sure everything ran on time and that the bridal party knew exactly what to do and where to go! The food was absolutely SUPERB! From the grilled cheese, to the BBQ in a Jar, to the lamb chops during the cocktail hour, my guest were already raving about the food when they greeted us! Hollow Brook offered such an incredible selection of food for the cocktail hour and dinner we couldn’t wait to taste all the food. The pan seared scallops over risotto was my favorite during the dinner. We are still receiving phone calls over how delicious the food was and that is all thanks to the chef at Hollow Brook!!Robbyn and her team at Hollow Brook made our dreams come true for our wedding, everything was PERFECT!! Thank you again for making our day so special!

We cannot say enough great things about our wedding at Hollow Brook on May 20th. From the moment we walked into the space we knew this was the right wedding venue for us. If you're not looking for the typical wedding hall and want a rustic venue this is the place for you. The grounds are amazingly well kept and the venue has many great locations for pictures. All of our guests cannot stop raving about the food, the service and how beautiful the venue was. Robbyn was great from start to finish going over every single detail with us. She suggested great vendors for us and we couldn't be happier with the service she provided us. Nick was absolutely fantastic on the day of the wedding. From the minute we both arrived at the venue, he made sure we were taken care of the entire time. He's a great guy and will make sure the day goes smoothly for you from start to finish! Gabby was also a big help to us throughout the day to make sure we were well taken care of. She was especially helpful getting our stuff together so we could pick everything up that had to be left there the next day. Nick and Gabby are both great and you are in great hands with them!Thank you again for everything - you guys are the best!

This was the first and onlyLocation I looked at for our wedding. It was so homey and just completely beautiful! Since day one any worries I had, Robbyn would answer it and make me feel so much better. She was amazing throughout the process. The staff and attendants were amazing and so attentive to us and our guests. The food was amazing and had so much compliments. Tho venue was everything we could have asked for.

My husband and I as well as our families cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Hollow Brook Golf Club! It was the first venue my we looked at and we knew right away it was the right choice. The rustic, beautiful space fit our vision so well, with its cozy, intimate vibe and mountain views. While the venue itself was perfect for our fall wedding, we couldn’t have managed planning such an amazing day without Hollow Brook's coordinator Robbyn. She is extremely knowledgeable, organized, responsive and helped us make our vision come to life. She was also great with recommending vendors based on our needs and giving us advice during the planning process, whether it was venue-related or not. The staff on the day, especially Nick and Gabby, made our wedding a completely relaxed and lovely experience. From setting up all of our decor, to bringing us drinks and helping us with whatever we needed, we truly felt like we could focus on what was important on the day. They went above and beyond to make the day go smoothly, like assisting us with taking photos during rainy/chilly weather and even helping fix my shoe that broke before the ceremony. They kept everything on track during the reception and even reminded us to eat when food was brought out, which was also fantastic! Our guests are still talking about the food, especially the mac and cheese bar during our cocktail hour. Many said it was some of the best wedding food they had ever had and we agree! Overall, we loved our experience at Hollow Brook so much. Robbyn and her team truly made our day an unforgettable and special experience for us and our guests. What can we say other than amazing!! From start to finish The Hollow Brook did not disappoint. Robbyn, Nick, Gabby and the rest of the staff were awesome, there was not a detail left untouched. Robbyn worked with me through all my crazy emails and bridal moments as well as contacting vendors the day of, I cannot thank her enough. My husband and I had the night of our dreams, we knew the second we visited the venue! I have never been to a wedding where the bridal attendant was as attentive and personable as Nick was! Gabby made sure everything made its way through the reception and that Viet and I were taken care of. I cannot thank the Hollow Brook enough for giving us the best night of our lives. Xoxo

Words cannot express how overwhelmed and grateful we are for those who traveled the distance to share our wedding day with us. Even more so we are grateful for my father’s good health and that he was able not only to be present but also dance the night away. From the bottom of our hearts we want to thank those who kept working with us to make this day possible after we canceled our wedding this past spring. Our wedding coordinator did not hesitate to offer to postpone our wedding when my father fell critically ill 4 days prior to our original date. As well St. Basil’s Academy, our photographer Dennis Pike, and our DJ James Vincent were also completely flexible working with us under the circumstances. Everyone at Hollow Brook Golf Club made our dream wedding possible and we couldn’t be happier that our guests enjoyed the party and made it so memorable. Robbyn and her staff took the wedding décor I created and molded it into an unbelievably beautiful, warm and rustic setting that I could only have dreamed of. Our bridal attendants could not have been anymore accommodating and attentive. Gabby was so approachable and welcoming and made us feel so at ease. Nick was not only attentive and dedicated but he was the best attendant any bride and groom could ask for. Robbyn and Nick worked with our vendors flawlessly; especially Dennis who took stellar photographs on the grounds with low light and little time with a dedication that simply couldn’t be matched. The food was outstanding, we raved about it from our initial tasting and our guests continued that sentiment during the reception. Dream Cake bakery provided us with the most beautiful cake that matched our theme perfectly and tasted ridiculously good! Our guests praised how beautiful the ceremony and reception was from the décor, warmth of the candles, delicious food, music and dancing! We are forever grateful for those who made our wedding happen, you made every moment so memorable. Thank you so much Robbyn and Hollow Brook Golf Club for providing us the best day of our lives!

We will never be able to put into words how amazing our wedding at Hollow Brook Golf Club truly was. In the early stages of our engagement, we were leaning towards a fall barn wedding. After doing our research, we realized that there would be more work involved than we were willing to take on. Enter Hollow Brook - the perfect rustic chic venue. You have the feel of a barn, but you also have delicious food, professional staff, and your own personal fairy godmother, Robbyn. She was with us throughout the entire planning process. I walked into my wedding day feeling so prepared and calm and I think a lot of that was due to our meetings and e-mails with Robbyn leading up to then. Nick was a fabulous bridal attendant, he took care of myself and my husband, as well as our entire bridal party, the entire night. Our glasses were never empty. He anticipated all of our wants and needs before we even thought of them, and he helped our photographers get some killer shots on the golf course. Seriously, Nick is the man! Gabby made sure we ate during our cocktail hour (thank goodness) and coordinated the reception so that we knew what was going on throughout the entire night, no surprises. We had the best night of our lives, and so did many of our guests. We received so much wonderful feedback on the food, atmosphere, and wait staff from our friends and family, everyone was highly impressed! Hollow Brook, Robbyn, and her team exceeded our expectations ten times over. We wish we could re-live our wedding again and again. Thank you all so much for making our wedding perfect, we cannot imagine doing it any other way!

On October 28th 2017 We attended the BEST WEDDING we've ever been to!!!And we are not just saying that because it was OUR WEDDING!!! ❤️We would like to thank each & every member of the Hollow Brook Staff for making that possible!!! Robbyn, Gabby & Nick and the rest of the staff made our wedding absolutely perfect!!! We didn't have a single complaint. From the planning to the set up to the flow of the our wedding we were in the hands of true professionals. Robbyn and the team at Hollow Brook are amazing! My husband and I knew we didn’t want a typical venue that was all marble and crystal chandeliers. I knew I wanted my wedding at Hollow Brook before I even went there in person and when I saw it with my own eyes there was no turning back. It is beautiful inside and outside. Rustic chic, charming, and having your ceremony on the veranda makes for a beautiful backdrop. Robbyn is phenomenal, answering all questions and makes herself very available. She and the rest of the team helped put my parents and in-laws at ease throughout the planning process and the entire night. The food is delicious and we received so many compliments all night and the days since about how great everything was in the cocktail hour and dinner. Gabby, our maître, was wonderful, helpful, and on top of things all night. Nick, our bridal attendant, was the absolute best! He was so helpful the whole night, making sure every need of ours was met. Our families cannot stop talking about how incredible he was. We received so many compliments from our guests about how great the staff was, how beautiful the venue was, and what a great time they had. Thank you everyone at Hollow Brook for giving us an amazing and unforgettable wedding day!

We can’t even begin to describe how absolutely perfect our wedding day was at Hollow Brook! From the first moment we stepped inside to meet with Robbyn we knew that Hollow Brook was our dream venue. Then we saw the amazing mountainous backdrop to the ceremony space and sealed the deal! Robbyn is nothing short of amazing - checking in to make sure everything is going well, giving helpful advice and vendor recommendations, and having a perfectly prompt response to any question or concern. She even invited us back on our wedding weekend the year before to see the fall foliage around that time! She has made the whole wedding planning process seamless! The day of our wedding was absolutely fabulous. After dropping off boxes and boxes of stuff, the team at Hollow Brook was left to their own creative devices and everything was completely perfect. Our Maitre d’ Gabby, was organized, sweet and calming, and made sure we loved the set up prior to the ceremony start. Our bridal attendant, Nick was unbelievable, made sure our glass was never empty, assisted with photographs, and was genuinely excited and celebratory with us. We could not have asked for anything better than our wedding at Hollow Brook - a complete dream come true!
