Holy Trinity Reception Center is a wedding venue in Maitland, FL. Located only minutes from the city of Winter Park, famous for its many beautiful outdoor spaces, this charming Mediterranean-style venue is a perfect spot in which to begin the next chapter of your love story. Here, you and your guests can enjoy lovely landscaped walkways and then dance the night away in the sumptuous Agape Ballroom. Experience joy and splendor beyond the everyday and make memories you’ll treasure forever. Holy Trinity Reception Center offers indoor and outdoor event spaces. The beautiful 9,600-square-foot outdoor pavilion can accommodate up to 400 of your friends and family. Embellished with majestic Greek columns, it is a perfect choice for a romantic outdoor ceremony. The delightful Aegean Room can be used for indoor ceremonies and receptions of up to 150 guests. The magnificent Agape Ballroom is furnished with luxurious carpet, a hardwood dance floor and fine, dome-shaped windows. Elegant Swarovski chandeliers complete the effect. Holy Trinity Reception Center is available for wedding ceremonies and receptions. Wedding package features include 9 hours of rental time, access to state-of-the-art kitchen facilities, a selection of tables and chairs, and set-up and tear-down services. An on-site representative will also be on hand to help ensure that everything is ready for your celebration. The venue can also provide you with a list of preferred vendors, including design and decor services and caterers. Tours of the venue are available. The Holy Trinity Reception Center is a beautiful venue with wonderful people. After extensive searching, my husband and I decided to book this venue after a walkthrough and learning that the hall we would be getting married into was called the “Agape Ballroom”. Debbie, Elaine, and the team worked miracles to make our wedding everything we ever wanted and more. Our wedding hosted about 140 guests and the space was more than enough. In addition to this, everything they offered was all that we needed to make our day special and within our budget. Debbie and Elaine placed such an importance of our vision that they allowed us to even design our own floor plan. I’ll encourage anyone to book them for events, wedding, banquets, ETC. My wedding was a dream come true! It was so beautiful! Holy Trinity Reception Center has the most amazing staff! Debbie and Elaine were wonderful to work with throughout the whole process and so helpful. All of my vendors loved this venue. Our wedding day went above and beyond our biggest hopes and dreams! Our guests said it was the most beautiful wedding and a large part of that was due to the venue. Also, myself and some guests forgot some important items at the reception. All were recovered and returned to us safely. We are so thankful we selected Holy Trinity Reception Center as our reception venue, it was the best!

The Holy Trinity staff was amazing to work with from the very beginning. Debbie was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. This was our first huge event and it went absolutely smoothly because of Debbie and Chuck. The event space is absolutely gorgeous and accommodated all of our guests. The kitchen is huge and made it easy for our bartender and servers. Thank you for all of your hardwood to making our event successful!!

The Holy Trinity staff was amazing to work with from the very beginning. Debbie was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The venue is gorgeous! The panning process and communication with staff is very accessible, easy and very straight forward. Elaine and Debbie are very attentive and professional when answering any questions or concerns. My daughter’s event was day after hurricane Ian and I was a ball of anxiety leading up to event. They were there to hear me cry and vent and quickly assisted to help in any way to make sure my daughter has the birthday of her dreams. Besides minor bumps that could have not been avoided due to weather circumstances and loosing power in my home. My daughter had the most magical quinceañera ever! A lifetime event that she will cherish forever! Thank you Elaine and Debbie, for all that you do, for showing compassion and being my calm before the storm. I am forever thankful and I will continue to brag about Holy Trinity to everyone that comes my way! You guys are amazing!

First of all, I want to thank Elaine and Debbie for all the care, advice, and help they gave me from the very beginning, when my husband and I called Holy Trinity looking for the perfect location for our wedding. Elaine with her sympathy, charisma and positive energy, answered our call and at that very moment she invited us to go to the place to show it to us. There, she received us with great joy and showed us everything: the Agape Ballroom, the Aegean Hall, the bridal room, and all the surroundings outside. We were instantly completely mesmerized by this place; the spectacularly spacious Agape Ballroom, completely updated, stunning chandeliers, carpeted with a 24' x 24' dance floor, gorgeous Foyer with a photo drape, the Aegean Hall for the cocktail, the huge kitchen, and well yeah, we had no hesitation in choosing it for our big day. Communication was through the Honeybook portal and even though it was my first time, I learned how to use it. This was very convenient to keep each other up to date on everything I was planning. Whenever I had any concerns, questions, or suggestions, Debbie's responses were always prompt. She was excellent in responding as soon as she read my messages; in every detail as simple as it may seem. Debbie was very accommodating to all my requests and was very helpful in guiding me with many things that I did not know. One of the things that I am very grateful to them for, was keeping always my leadership when I was making the decisions for my event. Communication is a very important factor for the success of an event and also for everyone to be “on the same page”. I am immensely grateful for indulging me with the emerald green up-lighting in the room, which gave it a spectacularly beautiful and romantic touch; also for allowing me to distribute the tables the way I had them in mind; for allowing me to set the Foyer and providing me with the tables and easels I needed; for admitting each and every one of my vendors, who were given a very professional and exceptional treatment, and for providing everything that we agreed from the beginning. Nothing, absolutely nothing was left out. It’s been two weeks since our wedding, and I just can't stop thinking about this wonderful day, and how impressive the Agape Ballroom was. It was like being in a fairy tale and arriving at the prince's castle. I do not have enough words to show my gratitude for all the treatment and everything Holy Trinity’s team did for us, so that our big day remains not only in my memory and my husband’s, but also in the memory of each and every one who attended and had a great time. I will definitely recommend this place for future events. Thanks to the Holy Trinity Reception Center’s team, for their professionalism, for giving us the necessary attention and allowing us to celebrate this memorable day, in such a magnificent room. This venue is amazing! As soon as we found out there was an available date when we were looking, my (now) husband and I jumped on it. The reception center--even without decorations--is beautiful (those chandeliers!). They provided all the basics we needed: tables/chairs/linens/dance floor/up-lighting, etc. and Elaine and Debbie were WONDERFUL to work with. They provided resources and referrals (including our caterer, whom we loved) and every person we talked to loved working with this venue. Our wedding day was seamless--if there was a problem, I never found out about it--and I owe it all to these folks. 10/10 I recommend.

Special thanks to Gregg and Steve for all their help. The location is also ideal for large weddings (>200 guests) and in close proximity to multiple hotels. My fiancée and I booked this venue way in advance for our wedding in June 2020. We were making payments as scheduled and on time until the corona pandemic got worse and the state mandated the lock down and limitations on large gathering starting in March. So we became very unsure whether we were going to be able to get married in June considering we were planning to have over 200 guests. We were also planning to move to another state in July as well.So we voiced our concerns to Elaine, the contact person for Holy Trinity event coordination. It was around May, and we were still unsure whether we could get married because of the state restrictions on gathering bc of corona pandemic. We emailed Elaine and asked her to consider a refund (even a partial refund), but she refused to refund any money; she still expected us to keep making payments as scheduled. She only offered to allow us to push the wedding date up to January 2021 if we wanted to keep our credit...that's all. All the while she knew from the beginning that we plan to move out of state in July after the wedding. Long story short Holy Trinity kept over $4500 of our money.Save yourself the headache, find a venue where the focus is the client, not just the money. These people are very greedy. Everything at that place is charged a la carte. If you book the main ballroom, you have to pay $600 for the dance floor and extra for the stage...which are both located inside the main ballroom. You dont have full access to the kitchen unless you pay $300 for each appliance you want to use. If you book you can either have the room from 8am-2pm or 3pm to 11pm. Any extra hour if $150/hr. We booked from 3pm-11pm, and ended up buying extra hours where we would have the room from 12pm-11pm. Even though we would have had the room since 12pm, Elaine did not agree yo open the ballroom around 10am to allow the decor lady to set up the place. She insisted that we had to buy the 2 extra hours at $100 each. You can only reach them by email, by them i mean only the event coordinators Elaine and another lady. I ended up doing a small intimate wedding at my church, which turned out well. I am happily married. Sadly Holy Trinity kept over $4500 of our money. They told us that they will forward our concerns to their lawyer.

Extremely disappointed in how this religious affiliation treated couples during the pandemic. The holy trinity BROKE THE CONTRACT when they dropped the amount of guest we were allowed to invite.. yet still will not provide a refund. Impossible to speak directly to the decision makers. Directed all correspondence to their lawyer. They are taking advantage of us because we cannot afford to take them to court. Awful and heartbreaking experience. Would not recommend this venue to anyone.

I cannot put into words how lucky we were to stumble upon Holy Trinity! This was by far the best vendor decision we made during our wedding planning process. We set up a consultation and property viewing with Jillian and Elaine and immediately fell in love with the beauty of the venue but also the two ladies that helped us set everything up! By the end of our wedding, Jillian and Elaine felt more like family. They were kind, patient, and wonderful to us while helping us plan every detail for the venue. They always made time to show us new details for the venue and gave us a tour every time we came to visit, which was so helpful! The day of the wedding, it was set up so beautifully I could cry. The ballroom, cocktail hour room, everything was absolutely stunning and exactly how I pictured it looking in my head. They brought my vision to life and I'm so thankful. Our vendors were familiar with Holy Trinity and said they loved working there! All of our guests complimented the beauty of the venue, spacing, and all over romantic feel. We are so grateful to Jillian and Elaine, along with the rest of the staff at Holy Trinity. They went above and beyond!!! If you are looking for a personal and down to earth venue experience, this is the one of you! Our wedding was absolutely stunning and I owe it all to them!!!!

The ballroom, cocktail hour room, everything was absolutely stunning and exactly how I pictured it looking in my head. They brought my vision to life and I'm so thankful. Our vendors were familiar with Holy Trinity and said they loved working there! All of our guests complimented the beauty of the venue, spacing, and all over romantic feel. We are so grateful to Jillian and Elaine, along with the rest of the staff at Holy Trinity. They went above and beyond!!! If you are looking for a personal and down to earth venue experience, this is the one of you! Our wedding was absolutely stunning and I owe it all to them!!!!

After looking at extensive selections of hotels and venues in Orlando, Fl Holy Trinity Reception Center was the best choice that we made! Best offer for an awesome value. We loved the place. Everything is reasonably priced and they offer chairs, table linens, tables, dancefloor etc! You have the option of customizing and renting from other vendors but their prices are hard to beat! We love everything about the place; cleanliness and beauty. Looking back, we would have chosen them again because of how beautiful and reasonably priced the venue was! <3

We were so blessed to have booked this venue. We had our reception in the Agape Ballroom. We had about 170 guests. It seated everyone comfortably. Overall, this venue exceeded our expectations and we were very glad to have picked here for our reception.

Holy Trinity Reception Center is truly a beautiful venue with the best staff around. The event planners are easy to work with, kind and make you feel confident that all will go as planned. They return calls quickly, and walk you through each step. I had my wedding the day after dreaded hurricane Matthew, and thank god for Megan! She was working from home with no power, and checking the security cameras to make sure the hall still had power (talk about an amazing person). She texted me to reassure me, and helped me come up with back up plans. Elaine is super sweet as well! I would recommend Holy Trinity not only for the beauty of the hall, but the quality of the staff. Loved working with them!

Elaine is the most wonderful person I have ever met. She is always cheerful and was always willing to help. When I spoke to her on the phone for my initial viewing of the venue she assured me I would not be disappointed, and she was absolutely right. The venue is just beautiful, smells great and most importantly is very clean. My wedding day was on 10/22/15 and it was amazing, everything went according to plan. Trust me the venue is beautiful and my husband and I don't have any regrets on the money spent. Elaine will definitely make sure you remain stress free on your big day.

Holy Trinity Reception Center is not only gorgeous, but easily accommodated our 250 guests (we had planned for 300). Elaine and her staff were helpful and enthusiastic about all of our details; they could recommend vendors to you or you could use your own, and Elaine helps you every step of the way. If there was any negative it was that we had a Christmas Tree at the reception because they are very firm on the dates the tree was on display (until Jan 6, and our reception was Jan 2nd). You will love the beauty and accommodations of this place, inside and out! Perfect for bridal photos!

We had such a beautiful, romantic reception at Holy Trinity. The coordinator, Amy, was an absolute gem to work with and was extremely patient with helping us make everything we envisioned work. They have a very nice bridal suite that we used to freshen up after our ceremony. The venue was impeccably clean and well maintained. I was worried about it;s close location to I-4, but it was not a problem and we couldn't hear any traffic from inside. I highly recommend this venue!
