Amazing!! No matter what the day threw at them, the Hoosier Grove staff handled it with grace. Vicki was so great through the whole planning process it made everything so easy on us. Everything we asked for was worked in without a problem. The staff was so attentive to us day of. They really made it the best day ever.

When wedding venue shopping, we looked at a few barn venues and Hoosier Grove Barn took the cake. It offered not only the desirable barn space, but also an old schoolhouse and farmhouse, all in one location! They provided a list of vendors for every area of a wedding we needed, and all the vendors we used from the list were amazing. Vicki and her team made the wedding as smooth as it could’ve possibly went. From set up to take down, everyone was extremely helpful. Our guests had nothing but nice things to say about our bartender, Brian. He remembered people’s drink orders as they went to the bar. Our host, Amy, helped navigate my two year old son, who was our ring bearer, during the entrance to our ceremony. She also took great care of my wheelchair-bound grandmother during our reception. The entire team helped put together a day/night that we will remember forever. I highly recommend Hoosier Grove Barn to anyone looking for a wedding venue!

The barn is absolutely beautiful with minimal need for decor! There is a decor package that I highly recommend for ease. Very stocked bar with lots of different options as well. Vicki and the entire team were so helpful through the planning process. They helped guide us with what they have seen be successful, and what hasn’t, but also keeping in mind what we wanted! The bar staff and event staff were incredibly helpful all day. As the bride and groom, we never were left without water, our dinner or a drink. Thank you Hoosier Grove team for the beautiful venue and amazing team!

This is an excellent venue and an excellent team!We had Vicki as our coordinator. Any time we emailed a question she would email right back and answer it, and any time we wanted to meet in person to go over more detailed questions she set up a meeting no problem. Day of, Vicki and the rest of the team were ON TOP OF IT. You might not think about this beforehand, but no matter how supportive your family and friends are, every single person in your wedding party/immediate family has a pre-existing relationship with you, and they likely have their own concerns. Having someone like Vicki, who is ONLY concerned with you and your day is extremely beneficial when the stress kicks in. Maybe your sister wants to take more pictures and your friend from out of town wants to chat and your mom wants to fix your hair but your friends want to do a toast together - Vicki will be there to ask you for what YOU want, and if it doesn't align with whatever else is going on, she'll make sure it happens for you!The entire rest of the staff at the barn is ALSO on top of things, and there were many times where I asked a coordinator who wasn't working our wedding questions and they were just as willing to help too! I was happy with the look, price, and included bar in the venue, but ultimately it was the service on the day of (and prep ahead of time) that left such a good impression. I can't recommend them enough!

As someone who has zero wedding planning experience, the folks at Hoosier Grove made th process so easy and stress free. The ladies there were professional, incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and truly seemed to love weddings. They accomodated everything I asked for and were incredibly responsive, even through all my million questions 4 weeks from the big day. Day of was amazing. Vicki had everything handled like a true pro, and I didn't have to think of anything. The venue is incredibly affordable (especially if your family likes to drink) and GORGEOUS. Great for an intimate wedding under 100 guests and incredibly beautiful during fall.

Vicki and Mallory were truly a dream to work, so accommodating, patient and detail oriented. They made the whole process easier. We loved being able to have our ceremony and cocktail hour outside and then our reception inside. The space is absolutely perfect for 100 guests. Their decor package made everything so simple and seamless, along with their get ready space. Hoosier Grove is the ultimate wedding venue. It was the first and only venue we toured, because after we met the staff and felt the warmth of the property, we knew it was where we were supposed to be married. Throughout the planning process, our Hoosier staff could not have been more helpful. Hoosier Grove is the ultimate wedding venue. I organized and planned my son's wedding since he lives out of town and Hoosier Grove Barn was a delight to work with. The location is simply beautiful. We had an outdoor wedding in the garden and it was such a wonderful event. The team decorated exactly how we wanted it and they were there with us every step of the way. The barn itself was breath taking and every guest I spoke with commented how pretty it was. It is a fantastic location for anyone that wants simple yet elegant. The morning of the event I was a little freaked out about getting everything done (we had an early wedding and only had 2 hours to set up). I shouldn't have worried because the team knows exactly what they are doing and it was all done on time and exactly how I pictured it. The entire team was wonderful to work with and everything went off without a hitch. I highly recommend this location to anyone who asks.

we had a wonderful experience with hoosier grove barn! our favorite thing about the venue was being able to have parts of our wedding both indoors and outdoors! the garden space was stunning for our ceremony and felt very quaint, and we loved the charming rustic feeling of the barn. we also loved having a space to get ready and the room was big enough for all 10 people! we got the total decor package and loved how everything turned out and it made it much easier for us to set up and tear down. every staff working the event was very friendly and attentive to us! we felt the day went very smoothly and we only learned about minor mishaps after the fact! we wish we remembered to announce our fire pit because only a few guests knew about it since it was outside the barn. big shout out to mallory for helping us with hanging up our arch flowers, our coordinator katie for keeping us on time, vicki for helping with the planning and decor, and tricia and vicki for all of their help at the reception!

We got married at Hoosier Grove Barn 8/25/23 (4 days ago) and I cannot get over this venue. My guests are still talking about the venue/staff and barn. HIGHLY recommend this venue, incredible drink package. The bartenders made incredible drinks (we had a signature cocktail Paloma and Wisconsin Old Fashioned) and our guests said they were some of the best drinks they've ever had. Vicki was incredible throughout the planning process and you can absolutely tell her experience shines through. She made our wedding dreams come true and was so responsive to our requests. We had our ceremony in the garden which was STUNNING! Cocktail hour was on the campus lawn complete with corn hole and jenga. Reception was in the barn and it is just stunning, the decor that comes with the barn is magical. We had our hotel block in Chicago and hired a charter bus to take guests out so you guys can have it all too! Can't say enough about HGB. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Our son & his wife had their wedding at the end of June at Hoosier Grove Barn & it couldn’t have been more perfect! The venue is beautiful & the staff is super accommodating. They bent over backwards to make the day as special as possible for our son & his wife! I’d like to give a special shout out to Katie for helping us so much during the rehearsal & on the wedding day. She was terrific!!! Everyone there was so nice & really helped make the day so special & I highly recommend this place if you want a beautiful wedding experience that you will never forget!!!

Our son & his wife had their wedding at the end of June at Hoosier Grove Barn & it couldn’t have been more perfect! The venue is beautiful & the staff is super accommodating. Hoosier Grove barn was beyond perfect! I am so happy we chose them as our venue. The barn is an amazing beautiful space and photographed well. The grounds are also beautiful as well as the historic school house and there are so many wonderful places for photos. The package was affordable and included and awesome bar service with so many great options for guests! Everyone on the staff is great and very helpful. From the day we chose this venue, the coordinators were in contact with us walking through the whole process, keeping us on track with tasks, and making everything run smoothly. Our day of coordinator, Vicki, was so instrumental in ensuring the whole day was amazing! She helped calm my nerves and checked in with me throughout the whole day to make sure everything was going well and went above and beyond to bring my vision of this day to life! Absolutely looooooove Hoosier! We just had our wedding there May 26th, and everyone is nonstop talking about it. Everyone had a blast! Katie was amazing! Took care of everything! I didn't feel a single ounce of stress! The whole team is great. From the early stages of planning with Vicky, to the actual day of the wedding with Katie. Completely flawless. We honestly can't say enough good things about Vicki and team. The venue is well-priced and requires little extra to make your event look great. If you have a wedding on the smaller side (we had 90 people), this place is a no-brainer. They offered a décor package which saved us time, money, and stress. They listened to our Lego-themed vision and helped execute it wonderfully. Vicki keeps everyone on time and the event running smoothly. She was so responsive throughout the whole process. We received so many compliments from our guests about how much they loved the venue. Great value and we were so happy with how the day went.

Hoosier Grove Barn was the perfect venue for our August wedding! We had our ceremony in the garden, it was beautiful. Our cocktail hour was out in the area between the garden and the barn. And then the reception was inside the barn. The venue itself is gorgeous and needs minimum décor to accentuate it.Vicki and her team at Hoosier Grove helped immensely with our wedding planning process. They provided a list of vendors for us which we did end up using quite a bit from. They checked in with us to make sure we were booking vendors at a timely pace, and they helped make our wedding day go so smoothly. It was so nice that the day of coordinator was included in the venue's cost! We used their open bar and bartenders, they did a great job. We went with Uncle Bub's catering (a venue recommendation) and highly recommend them! They were delicious!We 110% recommend Hoosier Grove Barn if you're wanting a rustic barn wedding. Our wedding photos turned out beautiful, and the venue will always hold a special place in our heart.

Everything was absolutely perfect with Hoosier Grove Barn. My husband and I chose this venue mostly for the affordability and everything that was included, and we could not have been happier. The venue is stunning, the open bar list is fantastic, and any need during the day was completely accommodated for. Vicki and Katie, along with the rest of their staff, were marvelous. I was truly able to enjoy the day with my husband, family and friends without a worry in the world. I highly recommend this venue to any couple who is looking!

Our time working with the Hoosier Grove Barn staff and venue completely exceeded our expectations! From our first meeting (which was accommodated virtually as we planned out of state), through planning, to the wedding day, every interaction was helpful, informative, and productive. We were fortunate enough to work with Vicki as our day-of coordinator, who is an absolute rockstar, and made my wedding day worry-free. Mallory, Vicki, and the entire staff are absolute class acts!! We were thrilled to see the little add-ons the venue provided, including a champagne toast, fire pit, wedding arch, and many other options to help tailor our day exactly as we imagined.Of all of the parts of my wedding, booking with HGB was the best decision we made. All of our guests were blown away with how gorgeous the barn and campus were, and raved about the service and well-stocked bar. We had an amazing wedding day/night, in large part thanks to HGB. I could not recommend booking with them enough!!

We had my daughters wedding here a week ago and I can’t stop raving about Hoosier Grove Barn! Vicki our coordinator (included in the price!) is a PRO - she has seen it all but remains open to new ideas! Her crew were on top of all of our guests needs, helping the caterers and making sure the tables were cleared etc. we had a beautiful day with ideal weather - ceremony was outside and cocktail hour too. Dinner and dancing were inside. It made it so fun to utilize all areas of the campus. We even had a bag game and giant jenga set up and they were fully used. Thank youHoosier Grove Barn for a truly memorable and beautiful day! Oh and listen to them when they make recommendations for caterer and DJ - they know who is best and works well at the venue. Shout out to Relish Catering and MC Pro DJ - Ryan Runnion! Both are top notch!

Not only did staff (Vicki) seamlessly help shift my wedding date by a year due to pandemic restrictions (my decision), but was so supportive ever single step of the way. My wedding went off without a hitch. Everything was kept on schedule perfectly by staff, which was greatly appreciated as I did not have a watch or cell phone on me all day to check time. They went above and beyond and made our day one that I never thought was possible. The price point you just can not be beat to begin with. The grounds are beautiful, the barn is beautiful, the bar package is insane, but its the staff that make it everything. I can not say enough good things. Vicki, day of coordinator, communicated with daily starting weeks out making sure everything was set and perfect. She never missed a mark, & was dedicated to our day 100%. Everyone was so impressed. She had Colleen step in after our ceremony for the reception nd she was just as incredible. Where do we even begin? EVERYBODY should have their weddings and other events at Hoosier Grove Barn!! From the day we signed the contract until the last guest left at the end of the night, the whole process was absolutely incredible. Vicki Dalka worked with us to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams and thanks to her excellent job of communicating, coordinating, and ability to create exactly what we were looking for in our big day. There are not enough words to convey how amazing of a job she did, along with the rest of her staff. Thanks to Hoosier, Vicki, and her wonderful staff, our wedding day was the best, funnest, and happiest day of our lives (so far!) We can't stress enough how amazing this venue is. The campus is beautiful, the wedding package is an amazing deal, and if we had to do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing. Where do we even begin? EVERYBODY should have their weddings and other events at Hoosier Grove Barn!! From the day we signed the contract until the last guest left at the end of the night, the whole process was absolutely incredible. Vicki Dalka worked with us to ensure we had the wedding of our dreams and thanks to her excellent job of communicating, coordinating, and ability to create exactly what we were looking for in our big day. There are not enough words to convey how amazing of a job she did, along with the rest of her staff. Thanks to Hoosier, Vicki, and her wonderful staff, our wedding day was the best, funnest, and happiest day of our lives (so far!) We can't stress enough how amazing this venue is. Vicki made sure everything was in order, she had contact with all of our vendors throughout to ensure a seamless wedding day! She was so knowledgeable and was always happy to meet with my mom and I when we wanted to discussion plans and visit the barn.I cannot imagine the day of our wedding being any more perfect or running more smoothly. The whole entire staff was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make our day fantastic. The staff will do whatever they can to make your day perfect. For example, I love iced tea, but not sweetened. The Barn usually only makes sweetened tea, but the staff found out, and made a special batch of unsweetened iced tea just for me. Not only that, but I never came back to my table to find an empty glass!Do not think twice. Book your wedding here now! You will not regret it. Not only will you have a charming backdrop for your ceremony, reception, and pictures, but you will be so well cared for that the staff will seem like friends and family.

I looked at nearly 100 venues online, toured about 15, and know I picked the perfect one for me!!!! Hoosier Grove Barn is absolutely fantastic! From the gorgeous barn itself to the fantastic staff -- I am beyond pleased with my experience, I'm ecstatic! Shout out specifically to Vicki, Mallory, and Colleen for being a sort of bride tribe for me leading up to the event and throughout my wedding day! Not having been in, or attending, many weddings before, I asked a lot of questions and each of these ladies were there patiently guiding me and helping me ensure I had the most perfect day!!! Thank you ladies, I couldn't have done it without you all!!!!Their other event staff were all fantastic!! Helpful, polite, and they looked for ways to improve the night as it progressed! For example, shortly into dancing they came up to me and asked if I wanted to bring out the left over appetizers for a late night snack and I was totally on board! I hadn't thought of doing that before, and they stepped up to make my night that much better!! My family and friends commented to me as well with how impressed they were with the even staff--for being so courteous and thoughtful!Pricing wise the barn is fair, even a bit of a bargain, considering the level of open bar you'll receive!! The barn itself if perfect for 100 guests, not too big where it feels empty, but not too small where it could feel crowded!! Plus the whole interior and exterior of the bar is fantastic for photo-ops!! The neighborhoods nearby are somewhat challenging for photos, but most decent photographers should be able to work around them to give you some stunning photos!!Overall: I'd recommend for any bride and groom looking for a beautiful location, GREAT service, and fair price!!!

We got married on August 3rd we did want a July wedding but when we looked back in May of 2018 July (2019) was fully booked that’s how popular HGB is! HGB supply so much for your special day and they make sure they’re in budget with you which was awesome! All of our friends and family loved our venue they all truly had a great time. I want to say thank you to HGB for making our day just pure perfection in our eyes you all were great and went to the top.

My husband and I got married on October 13th, 2018. We decided to have our wedding at Hoosier Grove barn after taking a small tour of the barn and the rest of the facilities on site a year prior to our wedding. We knew right away Hoosier Grove was going to be the perfect place for our dream wedding in the fall. The barn provided a beautiful intimate banquet room where we held the reception and part of cocktail hour. Our cocktail hour was held outside in the area between the barn and the garden where we got married, but due to cold weather staff assisted with escorting everyone inside of the barn to finish up cocktail hour. The staff did a wonderful job setting up tables and helping decorate both inside and outside. This venue was wonderful because it provided many options to get married on the grounds of the barn including the school house, garden, barn, or numerous places outside on the grounds. My husband and I chose the garden to have the ceremony which was surprisingly warm for the middle of October thanks to the outside fire pits provided by the barn. During cocktail hour the staff was so helpful with keeping the food that we provided hot and cold and also bringing the food out and setting it up for us. Hoosier Grove barn is a great choice if you are looking for a venue that allows you to bring your own food for cocktail hour without going through a vendor. Hoosier Grove also allows you to supply your own vendors instead of picking off of a narrow list of vendors (although they do provide a vendor packet). I also really liked how the bar had name brand and top shelf alcohol and a wide variety of beer which I found very unique. My favorite part about Hoosier Grove Barn was that is was very affordable and did not have any hidden fee's. The packet they provided was very straight forward and broke down how much everything cost (including gratuity costs). The staff at Hoosier Grove Barn were friendly and more than helpful with planning and preparing the wedding of our dreams!! The only negative I have to say about this venue is that it is your responsibility to clean up after the reception which can be a little bit of a hassle at the end of the night.

We even had a “specialty” drink added for our wedding theme at no additional cost.Mallory and Vicki were both wonderful every step of the way helping us in the beginning with recommendations for local hotels with free shuttles for our guests to/from the venue, florists, caterers, DJ’s, officiants, photo booths, and hair/makeup artists. Throughout the planning process they immediately answered our endless questions, allowed us to spend time at the venue to take measurements and test out equipment (we shared a video during the reception), and even offered additional ideas for our theme. Their enthusiasm was contagious!The day of the wedding flew by flawlessly! Vicki, Mallory and the HGB staff were amazing keeping us discretely on track and making sure all the planning was carried out seamlessly. My husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect venue for our reception! From the day we toured until our wedding day, Vicki and Mallory and their staff were so helpful with our planning process. They are so accommodating as well! Literally if you can dream it, they can make it happen! We had the honor of being the first couple to use their outside garden area as a dance floor and perfect doesn’t even come close to how wonderful it was!! We have the kind of families that like to play games as well it was really cool that they offered bags and life size Jenga during cocktail hour. They even let us take pictures inside the old schoolhouse which was really cool (I’m a teacher)! Seriously, if you want a stress free, beautiful, amazing venue, book this barn!!!! 💜💜💜

I cannot say enough good things about Hoosier Grove Barn! HGB was the first and only venue my husband and I looked at to book and it was the best decision we could have made! HGB made our wedding day the best day of our lives so far. I couldn't have asked for better more attentive staff. Mallory was amazing to work with throughout the planning process and day of! I cannot put into words how absolutely amazed my husband and I and all of our family and friends are by how our wedding turned out. From the very start of meeting with Leslie we knew this was our place! The ceremony garden, grounds, and barn are so well kept and beautiful. Working with Mallory to coordinate our day was a breeze! Mallory and Leslie both helped us plan our perfect day... they know everything!! The staff at the barn the day of our wedding were all quick to help, friendly, and knowledgeable. Chris did a fantastic job setting everything up, the bar staff were on top of it and our guests loved their personalities (colleen especially). Donna definitely went above and beyond to ensure everything was what we wanted. My husband and his groomsmen loved Donna and she kept them in line lol! My biggest shout out has to go to Mallory. You are doing exactly what you are meant to do! Mallory had to assist my florist that was late and needed to rearrange bouquets. She went way above and beyond to ensure our flowers were out on time and perfect, along with coordinating the rest of the staff, vendors, and bridal party! I am sure I don't know everything that all of HGB staff did because they took care of everything so flawlessly without involving myself or husband. If you are looking for an amazing team and gorgeous venue, this is it, stop looking!!

My husband and I cannot even begin to say in words how great our wedding turned out at Hoosier Grove Barn. From our first visit and meeting with Vicki, we knew this was a venue that would go above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly how we pictured it. Every subsequent visit, we grew more and more confident in the staff and our choice in venue. The venue itself is gorgeous - especially in the Spring and Summer. We enjoyed the option of having dinner in a tent to not only allow us to have a larger wedding, but to make use of all the space Hoosier has to offer. We used a lot of the vendors suggested by the Hoosier Grove and could not have been happier with our choices. The staff at Hoosier Grove Barn seemed to have very good relationships with all vendors making the day go seamless. Hoosier Grove provided an excellent liquor package that all of our guests enjoyed. There are many places to take pictures at the venue making it easy to get all of our bride/groom portraits, wedding party pictures, and family pictures done all before our ceremony. We got married in front of the schoolhouse steps. The staff at Hoosier set all the chairs up, moved the chairs from the ceremony to the tent, then even took down all the tables/chairs under the tent while we were dancing. It definitely made cleaning up at the end of the night a little less stressful! The communication with Hoosier was great. Both Mallory and Vicki were great people to work with. The day of, both knew what was going on and were great to have around to help coordinate the vendors and get all the decorations to where they should be. The venue is all very clean. We had no mishaps, dirty linens, or major surprises the day of the wedding. All of our guests had the best time and we heard no complaints from anyone. We would 100% recommend this venue to host your wedding or event!

It was love at first sight when we first saw the barn during our venue scouting. It was a quick & easy decision to pick Hoosier Grove Barn as our wedding venue and it couldn’t have been more perfect! It was convenient for everyone that both the ceremony & venue was held at one location —ceremony outside the beautiful old school house, cocktail hour outdoors, and reception inside the barn. The barn is already a converted event space so no need to worry about bathrooms, elevators, kitchen, etc, = big plus!! The barn’s staff were all so great and helpful more so during our wedding day and Mallory, the in-house barn wedding coordinator, was simply superb. She replies to our questions very promptly and works her way to make sure that everything we wanted could be brought to life. Our guests loved the barn as much as we did and a lot of them mentioned that the open bar was fantastic with a wide variety of good drinks (comes with the package). We are 101% happy & satisfied that we had our wedding at Hoosier Grove Barn! Very grateful to the staff and to have our dream picturesque wedding here.

It was love at first sight when we first saw the barn during our venue scouting. It was a quick & easy decision to pick Hoosier Grove Barn as our wedding venue and it couldn’t have been more perfect! It was convenient for everyone that both the ceremony & venue was held at one location —ceremony outside the beautiful old school house, cocktail hour outdoors, and reception inside the barn. The barn is already a converted event space so no need to worry about bathrooms, elevators, kitchen, etc, = big plus!! The barn’s staff were all so great and helpful more so during our wedding day and Mallory, the in-house barn wedding coordinator, was simply superb. She replies to our questions very promptly and works her way to make sure that everything we wanted could be brought to life. Our guests loved the barn as much as we did and a lot of them mentioned that the open bar was fantastic with a wide variety of good drinks (comes with the package). We are 101% happy & satisfied that we had our wedding at Hoosier Grove Barn! Very grateful to the staff and to have our dream picturesque wedding here.

I am so happy that we had our wedding ceremony and reception at Hoosier Grove Barn! It was BEAUTIFUL - honestly, everything I hoped for. The staff there is absolutely AMAZING! Mallory is awesome - any little question or request I had, she was on top of it. Everyone else there was super friendly and helpful as well. Mitchell and I had an incredible experience working with them. We would highly recommend them! They made our big day so special! Thank you Hoosier Grove Barn! :)

We had our wedding at the Hoosier Grove Barn. It is such a beautiful place. We received so many compliments from our guest about what a nice venue it was, some even said they would host an event there. The open bar package they had was amazing, the selection of alcohol was great especially for the price. All the guest we’re impressed. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and help you plan a timeline. They give you a lot of good recommendations on vendors in the area. They helped us create a prefect wedding.

We had our wedding at the Hoosier Grove Barn. It is such a beautiful place. We received so many compliments from our guest about what a nice venue it was, some even said they would host an event there. The open bar package they had was amazing, the selection of alcohol was great especially for the price. All the guest we’re impressed. Everyone who works there is extremely helpful and help you plan a timeline. They give you a lot of good recommendations on vendors in the area. They helped us create a prefect wedding.

Hoosier Grove Barn was the perfect venue for our wedding. After a long search of venues, we chose Hoosier Grove because of the location, price and positive reviews we read online. Mallory, our coordinator, was excellent. She was always open and willing to answer any and all of our questions. She accommodated all of our requests and was genuinely involved during the process. We are so incredibly happy with the way our wedding turned out. Leslie, Mallory and the say-of staff were a dream to work with. They made all of my crazy ideas a total reality, and the value of the venue is out of this world. You can bring your own food and decorations, DJ is optional with their included sound system, AND you receive a wedding coordinator with your package price. They provided all of the staff that I didn't have, and they have so many other amenities that you can add, and a list of vendors that you can use (we received a discount from our food vendor for using Hoosier).I was nervous about the size of the space, but they managed to help us include all of our decorations and guests. And the indoor AND outdoor settings are perfect for pictures. Ours turned out AMAZING. I really can't say enough about the Hoosier staff and the Barn itself. They rotated our decorations WHILE the reception was happening, without any interruptions, EXACTLY like I told them to (and there was A LOT to do). I was a nutcase bride, but they fulfilled all of my highest expectations. And the location genuinely looks so expensive (and you're getting it for a steal). We love Hoosier, the staff we were provided, and the incredible park district team. Thank you for making our day so memorable and seamless!

We had our wedding at Hoosier Grove Barn on 11/03/2017 and we couldn't have been happier. Leslie gave us our first look at the venue and I knew from that moment we had to get married there. We had our wedding at Hoosier Grove Barn on 10/14/17 and can say that everything was perfect! From the moment we toured the facility with Leslie to the very last minute of our wedding, the staff was so accommodating! There were severe lightning and thunderstorms on our wedding day so the staff had to set everything up inside; ceremony, cocktail hour and the reception and everything was amazing! None of my bridal party was at the venue to put me in my dress for our first look pictures (they were still getting hair and makeup done) but Mallory, the coordinator, helped me get in my dress. She was truly amazing! Every email was answered in a short amount of time, all of our questions and concerns were answered and they made everything stunning and perfect. We LOVED everything about Hoosier Grove Barn. Amazing staff, amazing service and very, very reasonably priced! We wouldn't change a thing about our experience.. The venue was beautiful and staff was fantastic! We would highly recommend!

The Hoosier Grove Barn is absolutely one of the BEST venues in the Chicagoland area! The service provided by the staff there is simply outstanding. The setting is beautiful and timeless. Our guests have been just raving about how unique (and fun!) our wedding was.From the moment we met Leslie at our first appointment, we knew this venue was different than other barn venues. We could tell after speaking with Leslie that he really understood what it would take to put on a flawless and seamless event. He takes a lot of pride in what he does.The flexibility with outside vendors allowed for us to stay on budget but not compromise on quality. I was pleased to find out beautiful chairs, colored linens and napkins, 5 hour top shelf bar, and an Event Coordinator was all included in the rental price of the barn. Mallory was our AMAZING wedding coordinator. She was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable when it came to planning our event. From start to finish, she was there every step of the way. We were so lucky to have her. I highly recommend every wedding couple looking for a unique and intimate venue take a look at the Hoosier Grove Barn!

We got married at Hoosier Grove on September 2, 2017. Our wedding day went so smoothly thanks to the helpful staff who were on top of things all day. We received many compliments from our guests about how friendly and helpful all the staff members were. From the wedding coordinators, to the bartenders, and the custodial staff- they were all wonderful! We ultimately decided on having our wedding here due to the great price and everything that is included in that price. We realized how good of a deal it was after doing our research on similar venues. The only cons of this venue is that the actual barn doesn't hold that many for the dinner portion so if you are planning on having over 100 guests you will have to purchase a tent as well. Also, since our wedding was on a Saturday, we didn't have the option to decorate the night before so, that all had to be done all the morning of which was a little hectic. However, we were made fully aware that that would be the situation before booking so there were no surprises. It was also nice that my bridesmaids and I were able to get ready in the loft area where I was able to oversee the decorating and everything. Overall, the entire day was beautiful and we had a blast!

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!!! We had our wedding at this location last week and I just cannot rave enough about how amazing it was. The location was BEAUTIFUL, the staff was friendly, and so SO helpful. Leslie, Vicki, Mallory, Donna, and all of the staff were amazing from start to finish, and our guests were raving all night, and still are about how great of a night it was. People were even taking selfies with the bartenders because they were so cool! Literally not one thing went wrong on our big day, and we owe that all to the team at Hoosier Grove Barn. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone I know getting married! And you just cannot beat the price, especially in the Chicagoland area!

BEST WEDDING VENUE EVER!!! We had our wedding at this location last week and I just cannot rave enough about how amazing it was. The location was BEAUTIFUL, the staff was friendly, and so SO helpful. Leslie, Vicki, Mallory, Donna, and all of the staff were amazing from start to finish, and our guests were raving all night, and still are about how great of a night it was. People were even taking selfies with the bartenders because they were so cool! Literally not one thing went wrong on our big day, and we owe that all to the team at Hoosier Grove Barn. I would recommend this venue to anyone and everyone I know getting married! And you just cannot beat the price, especially in the Chicagoland area!

This is the perfect venue for having your entire wedding at one location. We had the ceremony in the garden, cocktails outside in the courtyard, and the reception in the barn. The barn (and entire campus) is BEAUTIFUL so we hardly needed to buy additional decorations - we just bought enough to add a personal touch. I cannot say enough good things about this place! :) The only downfall was that there isn't a specific bridal suite, and while the loft is perfect for getting ready, but there isn't a place to lock up belongings for the night.

We do not even know where to begin thanking the staff at the Hoosier Grove Barn for all of their hard work and dedication to make our wedding day the greatest day possible; they are a truly exceptional staff as well as an amazing group of individuals.Throughout the process, we felt as though we were working with family; Vicki and Mallory were so hands-on and patient; whenever I had a question, which was frequently, they would immediately respond in full-detail.The day of our wedding went seamlessly; we did not have to worry about any details which was such a relief. We wanted to have our ceremony on the steps of the schoolhouse, and it started pouring rain an hour before the ceremony time. Vicki and Mallory ran around outside in the rain, communicating with the appropriate people, to be sure that the other vendors waited until it stopped raining to conduct the ceremony. Sure enough, we held the ceremony outside just like we had dreamed of doing. The venue itself is stunning and unique; we are still receiving compliments from guests about how beautiful the property was. Overall, working with the staff at the Hoosier Grove Barn enhanced the experience of getting married; they all made it such a fun and stress-free process. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

We do not even know where to begin thanking the staff at the Hoosier Grove Barn for all of their hard work and dedication to make our wedding day the greatest day possible; they are a truly exceptional staff as well as an amazing group of individuals.Throughout the process, we felt as though we were working with family; Vicki and Mallory were so hands-on and patient; whenever I had a question, which was frequently, they would immediately respond in full-detail.The day of our wedding went seamlessly; we did not have to worry about any details which was such a relief. We wanted to have our ceremony on the steps of the schoolhouse, and it started pouring rain an hour before the ceremony time. Vicki and Mallory ran around outside in the rain, communicating with the appropriate people, to be sure that the other vendors waited until it stopped raining to conduct the ceremony. Sure enough, we held the ceremony outside just like we had dreamed of doing. The venue itself is stunning and unique; we are still receiving compliments from guests about how beautiful the property was. Overall, working with the staff at the Hoosier Grove Barn enhanced the experience of getting married; they all made it such a fun and stress-free process. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

Highly Recommend!We got married on May 6th 2017 at Hoosier Grove Barn and it was simply a wonderful day! I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out and having our wedding on the beautiful grounds of HGB was just perfect! First of all I want to thank the wonderful wedding coordinators who made our day happen- Mallory, Leslie and Vicki were helpful, friendly, super accommodating, idea filled and reassuring that the day would be great- and it was!! I went to the barn many times to get ideas on how I wanted it set up and every time everyone was so helpful. Our weather for the day originally wasn't looking too good and we had to make a last minute decision to rent a tent for the ceremony so we met with Leslie and Mallory and went thru the logistics of setup and \"the look\" and we decided to not do the rent over our ceremony site but instead to put the tent on the lawn as a backup plan and I'm so glad we listened because we ended up luckily having a beautiful sunny day and were able to have addtl seating in the tent for people to avoid the sun and our Groomsmen hung out there prior to the ceremony and it just turned out great! For the best bang for your buck I highly recommend Hoosier Grove Barn - our bridesmaids got ready in the barn Loft area, it was perfect for hair/makeup and mimosas :) we had a group of people help with our table and decor set up, Mallory was always around keeping us up to date, there are so many options to have your ceremony at on the grounds - we chose their newer garden area and it was just so perfect! Picture taking areas are endless and our guests had space to linger and walk around and enjoy the area! Making room for the dance floor was done in the blink of an eye and none of the guests were too bothered - the sound for the DJ was good and the Bartenders were even better! I heard nothing but good reviews from my family and friends about the service , servers and the bartenders keeping those drinks flowing haha! We had just the best time and it was a beautiful great day at a wonderful wedding venue- I couldn't have been happier with how everything turned out- thank you so much Hoosier Grove Barn!!Sincerely,Monique and Jordan Peterson

We had our wedding on May 20th and everything was perfect from the time we first looked at the barn to the day it was perfect. The staff is great to work with and very accommodating. Leslie, Vickie and Mallory everyone was great! We had to change the ceremony from being outside to inside the day off the wedding due to rain and cold weather, ended up being better than we expected in the school house. All of our guests kept talking about the barn as well. Hoosier Grove is a great place and I would recommend to anyone.

My planned outside ceremony was changed to inside at the last moment due to weather and they pulled it all off. Looking back there was no reason for the worry and stress leading up to the day because they had it all together! If i could do it all over again I wouldn't change a thing! Thank you, thank you, a million times thank you to Leslie, Mallory, Donna, Vicki, and everyone else that had a hand in preparing for this day. The bar staff was excellent! Brian took care of everyone and my guests complimented on how interactive they were and remembered what they wanted! It was better than I could have imagined!
