Hotel Arista is a beautiful venueTheir wedding designer Katie Jones was amazing to work with! She was on top of communication with us and took care of our questions and concerns promptly. When we had a few guests that had concerns about allergens, she was very understanding and started telling us about the pre-cautions that could be taken. She understood our vision for the day completely and even added extra touches to the space that elevated our decor beautifully. Katie helped us put on a beautiful wedding that all of our guests were able to enjoy and made us as a couple feel so cared for!The hotel itself is a gorgeous venue, and they were incredibly accommodating. They took great care of our guests and their needs, adding to the experience of our wedding weekend. We highly recommend working with Katie and the Arista for an unforgettable wedding experience!

Hotel Arista and Katie were amazing to work with, they were so flexible in making sure our wedding day went exactly how we imagined it! Katie is so easy to work with and so understanding. The venue itself was phenomenal and the food is too! We got so many compliments on how beautiful of a venue it is and how great all of the food and drink were. We had many out of town guests and they loved the experience of staying on site and all of the amenities the hotel had to offer. Would 10/10 recommend working with Katie and Hotel Arista.

Hotel Arista and Katie were amazing to work with, they were so flexible in making sure our wedding day went exactly how we imagined it! Katie is so easy to work with and so understanding. The venue itself was phenomenal and the food is too! We got so many compliments on how beautiful of a venue it is and how great all of the food and drink were. Beautiful venue, the food was fantastic and Katie is truly a rock star in her role. There were a few mishaps that happened when she was out for vacation, which just goes to show that she is truly the beacon of getting things done correctly when sheâs there!!! I would recommend to anyone to having their wedding on this campus - we felt so taken care of the day of and having everything in own location was ideal. Food service was a little slower but it was a big wedding, no one seemed to mind because the staff was so professional. You could truly tell everyone was doing their best to give us the night we dreamed of and i truly think that is hard to find these days.

Beautiful venue, the food was fantastic and Katie is truly a rock star in her role. Arista is a beautiful venue, and provides a lovely experience. It is situated on a campus to support, with restaurants and services. The geographical location is good for guests. The event coordinators were communicative and helpful, Katie in particular, and acted as an all-but day of coordinator, and at times even more than that. There is however a clear distinction between Arista, and your Arista point-of-contact though. The hotel itself can struggle with coordination in various small ways. Hotel information communication, back office communication and timing, drop off and pick up coordination and timing were all impacted negatively. We're fortunate that we were most negatively impacted by a lack of Arista to Arista communication and logistics when we had purpose-built slack time in our schedule day-of. Back to the good stuff! Set up and take down was flawless, seamless, and quick. Katie was with us through most of it, easing concerns. Not acting as a crasher but as very helpful staff and a very welcomed guest too. Arista seemed to interact flawlessly with our other vendors as well. Food was good for the most part. Bar service was even better! Arista was generous with their space, allowing us to basically utilize an entire floor of a building when we really only had two rooms. Guest experience was good, rooms great! If you're getting married here honestly just get two suites so that you have a groomsmen and bridal suite because neither are built into the venue. They're large enough to function as one, and if you're not doing a first look, you could honestly have everyone get together in one.Parking being baked into the price is excellent and makes guests immediately happy. (A very small side note, please communicate with your couple when a large event will be occurring simultaneously. It's not that large events shouldn't occur, but being proactive with that information would have been helpful.)

We had a fabulous time working with Katie Jones at Hotel Arista for our wedding in June! Katie was so helpful with all of our planning needs and helped us bring our dream wedding to life. She helped guide us through the planning process and was very attentive with answering all our questions. The wedding day was perfect, and I knew I could trust Katie and the Hotel Arista staff to keep the wedding day running smoothly. My husband, family, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about all of the Hotel Arista staff. The food was amazing! Special shoutout to the potato leek soup. We constantly had servers checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed during dinner. Food was brought out and cleaned up in a very timely manner. And they also held a day after brunch where the staff was so kind and attentive. We loved that Hotel Arista staff also took care of setting up all the decorations, programs, and favors that we brought in. And they cleaned them up at the end of the night and stored them for us until we checked out of the hotel. Many thanks to all the event staff who are truly exceptional at what they do! You can tell they are professionals that do a fabulous job hosting elegant events. I would highly recommend Hotel Arista to anyone for their wedding, I could not imagine a more perfect wedding day!

Our wedding a few weeks ago ended up being so perfect for us at this venue. It surpassed any expectation we had, and Katie Jones was a big part of making that happen for us.Planning was not without stress, but Katie handled answering all of our questions in a timely manner and was helpful in talking through any obstacles we faced. It was nice having someone affiliated with the venue who has so much experience and knowledge.Having both our ceremony and reception was a key part of our day running so smoothly. The staff of Hotel Arista did such a great job flipping the ballroom from ceremony to reception and they were very helpful to our separate vendors involved. Some of our vendors had already worked with Hotel Arista and all had heard of it, so that shows how well known they are for weddings.We do hope that Hotel Arista considers having drapery that is more pleasing to the eye to begin with, since we did have to pay a decent amount to cover their existing drapery with white drapery. Anywhere you go for a wedding venue for the most part is going to have extra charges like that though, so we made sure to prioritize what we wanted to spend more on.The day felt really magical and effortless, and it is extremely evident that Katie in particular puts a lot of effort in to making it feel that way. We will never forget our special day at Hotel Arista, and we look forward to celebrating anniversaries and special occasions there in the future.

I had a beautiful brunch wedding there. The waffles were frozen and hard and the food was awful when I asked them to do something to keep the bride happy, they offered a 1 night stay (valued at $250) even though I paid over 15K for the wedding. I called for months and no response. I would not suggest this venue. The way they talked down to me as a woman of color makes me feel, all should take their business elsewhere.

I could probably write a book on how much I loved having our wedding at Hotel Arista! First of all, Katie Jones is a miracle worker and the best person to have on your team when planning a wedding. From start to finish, she was the most supportive person and you could tell she genuinely cared about every couple she worked with. Planning a wedding is obviously very stressful (I'm prone to anxiety anyway), but every time we would meet with Katie should would always leave me feeling confident and happy. The wedding itself could not have been any better. Not only is Hotel Arista a beautiful venue in general, but the staff are second to none! They made everything as easy as possible on us. They took care of the setup and Katie had everything scheduled perfectly based on our wedding day plan she helped design for us. Getting married in the winter can be tricky depending on the weather, but we were able to get such lovely pictures inside the hotel that it wouldn't have even mattered if we couldn't go outside. I have to give a special shout out to everyone who made our ceremony and reception possible. It was just gorgeous at every stage. And I have to say, I have never heard so many people tell me this is the best food they've EVER had at a wedding. People are still telling us that over a month after we got married! I couldn't agree more - the food was absolutely stellar. I also can't go without mentioning how my mom was getting over a cold on the day of our wedding and Katie made sure she was being served throat-coat tea (that's the GOOD stuff) the entire evening so she wouldn't have to miss the reception. I mean, I could go on forever about how wonderful our wedding experience was! My husband and I live about 5 minutes away from Hotel Arista and we originally joked about how silly it would be to get married so close to our house. Thank god we decided to check it out anyway! Because it was easily our number one choice after looking for venues. It's easy to think about the venue itself and where you want to get married physically. Obviously with us getting married in the winter, it seemed like a slam dunk to get married at a hotel where we could have our ceremony and reception all in one location. But something we admittedly hadn't thought about prior to looking for venues was the wedding planner. It's not enough to just have a venue you love, but you want the person organizing your wedding to be someone you can rely on! Katie was that person in spades. We will have amazing memories of our wedding for years to come and a huge reason for that is the fantastic the staff at Hotel Arista. Thank you for making our wedding weekend such an amazing experience!

Katie and Hotel Arista were AMAZING. I had heard it is stressful planning a wedding, but Katie made it easy. Any request we had she made sure to get it covered (including having the dogs get ready with us at the hotel). I could not recommend Katie and Hotel Arista more if you are looking for somewhere to have a beautiful venue and work with amazing staff.

Planning a wedding can be stressful but we were so fortunate to have Hotel Arista as our wedding venue and have Katie guide us through the process! She was very responsive and knowledgeable to all of our questions prior to our wedding. On wedding night, she was a professional. She checked in with us through the night and even had meals delivered to some of our guests in their hotel rooms when they needed a break from the night. Everything came together so wonderfully and the staff were kind as well. Shout out to Jody the bartender who was so sweet!

Amazing experience with Katie and all the staff at Hotel Arista. The entire process was seamless, from the initial consultations to the tasting to the big day. The rooms in the hotel are also charming and our guests loved them. The convenience of having the food and cake included in the wedding package was a huge plus. The biggest highlight was getting to work with Katie - she is organized, efficient, transparent, easy to talk to, and pleasant to work with. Amazing experience with Katie and all the staff at Hotel Arista. The entire process was seamless, from the initial consultations to the tasting to the big day. The rooms in the hotel are also charming and our guests loved them. The convenience of having the food and cake included in the wedding package was a huge plus. The biggest highlight was getting to work with Katie - she is organized, efficient, transparent, easy to talk to, and pleasant to work with. Hotel Arista was the venue for our September 2021 wedding weekend, and I would 1000% recommend it! When I say wedding WEEKEND, itâs true! We did everything at Arista from rehearsal dinner (CityGate) through reception & it was so incredible that it felt like a destination wedding (and we live in Naperville)! We felt swept up in the magic of the campus and it was such a relief to have zero travel all weekend. I was so obsessed with Hotel Arista that I booked a tour with Katie before we were even actually engaged! It was the only venue we looked at, and Katie was the sweet sweet cherry on top. Katie made me feel like one of her best friends and I trusted her wholeheartedly throughout the planning process. The week of, when my #typeA brain collided with my #bridebrain, Katie was so calm, understanding, and what felt like genuinely excited for us! Wedding night went off without a hitch and countless guests came up to us to share how well Hotel Arista had ânailed itâ. It was everything I had ever hoped for, and I am so happy we get to have the memories at Hotel Arista for the rest of our lives. 10/10 highly highly recommend. Working with her is like planning the biggest day of your life with a friend. She was able to see our vision for the wedding immediately and make it happen. As our wedding approached, there were many changes, due to CoVid-19 restrictions. This was not easy for us, but Katie was so patient and understanding throughout the entire process. She was calm and professional and stayed in constant communication. Even with the changes and following all the new protocols, she was still able to make our wedding perfect. We were able to relax and enjoy our wedding knowing that every detail was taken care of. Our wedding was everything we wanted, simple and elegant. There was a little hiccup with our room reservation for the night prior to the wedding BUT Katie more than made up for it. Our wedding was everything we wanted, simple and elegant. There was a little hiccup with our room reservation for the night prior to the wedding BUT Katie more than made up for it. It actually worked out better than our original plan. Everything was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for us. The transition from ceremony to reception was seamless. We got so many compliments on our wedding, and the food was excellent!! Thanks to Hotel Arista being the beautiful place that it is, and Katie Jones for being the most organized woman on the planet.

Katie Jones was more then wonderful to work with she was so kind and patient to every emailed I send her and most important she listen to every aspect idea we had and was able to make it come true. The reception was beautiful and our guest loved it they can't stop talking about it. Hotel Arista was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. The venue was perfect for us because we had so many guests from out of town, but the event space felt like it was separate from the hotel. They let us use their beautiful living room for the reception. Katie help us so much and made the process so easy and painless. My daughter Maddi and I had four wedding venues to see with Hotel Arista being the last one. We were very discouraged about what venue we were going to chose until we saw Hotel Arista. Katie Jones could not have been more informative and helpful when we had our meeting with her. We knew right away we were going to be picking Hotel Arista as the venue. Katie was very helpful with every aspect from the menu, to the venders, to every last detail for what needed to be done on the day of the wedding. Hotel Arista is a beautiful, very affordable venue for a wedding or to have out of town company come who are in need of a place to stay. All of the staff are very professional and helpful with any questions you could possibly have.The day of the wedding was perfect and Katie saw that everything went on schedule as promised. The food was exceptional, the decorations were all as promised and the servers were more than helpful with any of the wedding guests needs. At a time when emotions and stress are in full swing, I can not thank everyone at Hotel Arista enough for making my daughter and son-in-law have the wedding they have always dreamed of.Lastly, as a celebrity enthusiast, I was surprised to see Bernadette Peters waiting outside for her car while I was packing up my car. Of course I had to talk to her and told her of the wonderful wedding my daughter had had the night before. My point is, Hotel Arista is so special that even a celebrity chose to stay there. I would have given more than five stars if i could have and can not thank Hotel Arista or Katie Jones enough for the wonderful memories my family will have for a life time.

The setup of the ballroom was absolutely stunning with its lighting, drapery and custom dance floor that took our breath away. The hotel and its employees were amazing, but Katie Jones, the hotelâs wedding designer, was the core that made the day truly special. Every phone call and email full of a million questions was promptly answered and gave us the assurance that she was putting all her effort into making our wedding the best it could be. When we had special requests or wanted to customize something, she was more than happy to make it happen. For example, we were discussing late night snack options and I mentioned that although it was not on the prepared list of options, my favorite snack is French fries. Almost immediately, her face lit up as she excitedly told us that she had always wanted to do a French fry bar, and she was totally on board from the start (it came out perfect, by the way). Overall, Hotel Arista and Katie made our dream weekend a reality, and we could not be happier with the result.

Let me start by saying that Katie Jones is absolutely incredible to work with, I truly cannot say enough good things. She was so warm and welcoming when we first met her for our tour, we were ready to book the venue simply based on her. She was so helpful and responsive every step of the way and was incredibly accommodating when we had some unexpected last-minute changes. She was recovering from an injured ankle at the time of our wedding but was still present for the entire event, crutches and all, making sure every moment went smoothly. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and our wedding truly turned out even more beautiful than I ever imagined. Every single staff member at this hotel has such a positive attitude, I never had a negative interaction. Everyone seemed truly dedicated to making sure our day was perfect, I have never encountered a friendlier staff. I can honestly say I never had to stress for even a moment. Our event itself was absolutely breathtaking. The hotel is beautiful itself, but the draping and lighting transformed the cocktail hour space and ballroom into a luxurious palace. We have received endless comments from our guests about how wonderful the venue was, from the food to the guest rooms to the whole experience overall. We opted for a donut tower instead of a wedding cake and it was stunning! The donuts were the best I've ever had; all of our guests thought they were gourmet donuts from an outside bakery and were shocked when I told them that they were provided by the hotel.I would like to note that we toured several other venues in the Naperville area before visiting Hotel Arista, including the new Hotel Indigo, and none even remotely compared. After leaving each of the other venues, we felt disappointed and nervous about trusting them with our special day. Once we stepped foot inside Hotel Arista, we knew immediately that was it. I never had a single doubt that our wedding would be anything but perfect. I cannot give a higher recommendation! Save yourself a million headaches and go with this venue if you want a beautiful wedding with stress-free planning!

Our wedding reception at Hotel Arista was a dream come true! Everything from start to finish was seamless! Katie Jones is a joy to work with and really cares that your day is everything you want it to be! When I walked into our reception space, I got so emotional at how beautifully Hotel Arista brought our vision to life! So many of our guests told us how good the food was and how wonderful their hotel stay was. There are so many delicious food options to choose from that make Hotel Arista stand out above your typical reception food.Additionally, Katie was extremely kind and accommodating to our day of wedding coordinator as well as my mom. Katie let my mom drop off all the decor, welcome bags, place cards, etc. at the beginning of our wedding week which helped us not have to worry about it that day! Our wedding day was on the same day as my sister's birthday and Katie helped us successfully surprise my sister. She even had me tell her the exact point in my speech to bring out the cake! She is very detail oriented! A few days before our wedding, one of our guests had a very unique dietary situation and Katie was so understanding and made it so stress free for us!I highly recommend Hotel Arista! There are so many delicious food options to choose from that make Hotel Arista stand out above your typical reception food.Additionally, Katie was extremely kind and accommodating to our day of wedding coordinator as well as my mom. Katie let my mom drop off all the decor, welcome bags, place cards, etc. at the beginning of our wedding week which helped us not have to worry about it that day! Our wedding day was on the same day as my sister's birthday and Katie helped us successfully surprise my sister. She even had me tell her the exact point in my speech to bring out the cake! She is very detail oriented! A few days before our wedding, one of our guests had a very unique dietary situation and Katie was so understanding and made it so stress free for us!I highly recommend Hotel Arista! My daughter and her husband chose Hotel Arista for their wedding reception this October. Planning started over a year ago and Katie was responsive to us from day one â catering to our detailed natures and filling in the gaps when we needed some direction. Katie connected immediately with my daughterâs vision and provided confirmation on her decorating choices. The reception featured a live band, and Katie worked with us and them to make sure they had enough space without taking over the room. We had a private tasting with my daughter, her husband and both sets of parents to determine food and drinks â a very difficult task â ALL the food was amazing! The groom had a specific beer request which was handled without issue. We later learned that when the bar ran out, they went to a local store for more stock! The entire Hotel Arista team was focused on our satisfaction â from Katie and her team, to the bartenders and waiters, to the staff at the front desk â every request was handled with a smile.The suites at Hotel Arista are a great size and layout for getting ready. My daughter and her bridal party of 8, along with us moms, were comfortable getting hair and make-up complete, and it served for beautiful pictures and video prior to the ceremony. The campus at the Hotel provide a beautiful backdrop for pictures indoors, outdoors, and on the 12th floor terrace. On the wedding day, the ballroom and vendor set-up was handled completely by Katie and her team. I was able to connect with her before leaving for the ceremony and felt completely comfortable that she had things under control. We returned to a picture perfect cocktail hour and reception. LiterallyâŠevery detail was as my daughter and I had communicated. Katie connected with the bride and groom at various times throughout the reception to make sure there were no issues. The evening went off just as the whole day had gone â absolutely perfect. We are still receiving notes and letters from our guests about their experience. My husband and I couldnât have asked for a better venue for our only daughterâs wedding. She truly had the wedding of her dreams! Thank you Hotel Arista and Katie!

My husband and I got married at Hotel Arista on 10/6 and could not have found a more perfect venue. When we initially got engaged and started looking for venues around the area, nothing compared. We met with Katie and she walked us through all of the offerings and gave us a tour of the hotel (ballroom, guest rooms, salon, etc). We worked with Katie throughout the whole process and she was extremely patient and accommodating. I had many questions along the way, forgetting how busy she was with other weddings and events but she was always willing to help and provide any information I needed. We had several meetings throughout the months leading up, which was great and not only calmed nerves but allowed us to think through all of the little details for our other vendors. Once we got closer to the big day we had our food tasting. Wow- it was nothing like I expected! We were able to try the different appetizers, entrees and side dishes and even talked through linens and table set up. It was a lot of fun and we were treated very well! The weeks leading up to the wedding, Katie was incredibly helpful in ensuring our timelines for the day of were finalized, our final headcount and food choices were gathered and established a plan for us to drop off our items for her team to set up. Katie worked closely with our vendors (florist, band, bakery - the cake is included!) and the set up and day of went flawless. Our bridesmaids and groomsmen all got ready at the hotel and the staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Once we returned from the church, my husband and I went on the terrace for pictures (highly recommended!). When we came down to our cocktail hour, Katie came and found us and let us take a look at the ballroom all set up. This is one of my favorite memories. Amidst all of the hustle and bustle of the day, I loved the opportunity to take a step back and look at the room that I had always dreamed of set up before guests entered. The room was breathtaking... every detail was thought through and beautiful. Once guests gathered and food started, the staff was amazing. Katie came up to my husband and I multiple times through the night to ask if we needed anything. I canât say enough good things about the hotel itself or our experience working with Katie. I still have friends and family talking about how it was one of the best weddings and venues they have ever been to! If I could do it all over again, there is no question that I would absolutely host the reception at Hotel Arista. If youâre looking for a beautiful venue, extremely helpful and accommodating staff, the best event planner and a night that everyone will be talking about - I highly recommend looking into Hotel Arista!

I hosted my wedding at Hotel Arista and IT WAS FREAKING AWESOME!!! The venue is BEAUTIFUL! THE FOOD IS \"OH MY GOD, AMAZING\"! And when it comes to coordinators, Katie is SECOND TO NONE! She is the most patient person next to Jesus...LOL. I had so many changes leading up to the weeks before the wedding, and Katie was right there accommodating my every request with a smile! I LOVED it! My guests were impressed with the hotel, the food, the drinks, and the total ambience of the evening. It was definitely a home run hit to host my wedding here. I HIGHLY recommend it! (And the stay was GREAT!)...oh I almost forgot...We booked 2 suites to serve as the bridal suite and the groom's suite. The rooms are HUGE and I'm talking certified luxury!!! I ordered a full breakfast to be delivered to both rooms while we all were getting dressed, and the service was literally RIGHT ON TIME! Even the breakfast was GOOD! I had mimosa bar, hot potatoes, hot eggs, sausage,bacon, sliced fruit, croissants with marmalade, coffee, tea, orange juice, grapefruit juice, and cranberry juice. The only suggestion that I would make is to have a better tasting champagne for the mimosa. Otherwise, everything else was perfect!

The guest were thrilled with all the details the hotel has to offer like free attached parking, state of the art hotel rooms and having both the ceremony and reception all in one place so that they could enjoy their evenings without further travel or a time delay. Katie Jones, the Wedding Designer and Catering Manager, for the Hotel is OUTSTANDING! She partnered with me in the planning of all the details for both the ceremony and the reception. She has impeccable taste and is an expert in your knowledge of both wedding etiquette and decor. From details like how many uplights and how bright they should be to linen decisions, Katie knew it all. She is on top of every detail and always responsive, courteous and truly lovely at every point of connection whether it be email or in person meetings. She was was gracious and accommodating to every request. She has an intuitive understanding when to appear and at just the perfect moments would offer assistance in a variety of ways. For example, she stopped by our suite when the girls were having their hair and makeup done just to see how we were doing and if we needed anything. We had about 270 people and we all comfortably fit in the ballroom and enjoyed our delicious meals. The room was absolutely gorgeous and all of our vendors worked together flawlessly with Katie's careful management. We had a lot of guests from out of town so we were constantly monitoring our room block at the hotel and they were more than helpful and friendly when providing those lists and updates. Not to mention- the hotel rooms are awesome and the extra spaces that comes with a hotel didn't go unused- rooftop for pictures, Sunday brunch, and after party at the SugarToad. Hotel Arista also guided us to other amazing vendors for our special day and they were all great:-Kio Kreations (florist)-Flash Photo Booth -Backthird entertainment (String trio and DJ)Can't say enough great things about Hotel Arista and Katie Jones! When we first viewed this location, we met with Laura Noble who showed us the venue spaces, hotel rooms, went through their very detailed package options and answered all questions. We were thrilled to also learn that as part of their Wedding packages, Hotel Arista provided a Wedding Coordinator who would be with us from the start of planning to the big day. Hotel Arista truly provides a âone-stop shopâ when it comes to Wedding venue needs. As luck would have it, Laura was also our Wedding Coordinator. We also canât say enough about how amazing Laura was. We are so grateful for all the time and effort she put into our big day and we could not have imagined doing it without her help. Laura met with us any time we needed her to, she promptly responded to all calls/emails when we had concerns/questions and most importantly, she provided outstanding insights, suggestions and recommendations. Laura is simply fantastic and if you are a Bride-to-be, having her by your side will only make your big day that much better! Thank you, Laura, for everything!

From the first moment we walked in, we knew that this is where we wanted to celebrate the most special day of our lives. Katie Jones was amazing to work with. Katie and the whole staff did such a fantastic job making sure everything looked perfect the day of the wedding. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the ballroom looked, how good the food was, and how nice the hotel rooms are! Katie and the whole staff did such a fantastic job making sure everything looked perfect the day of the wedding. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the ballroom looked, how good the food was, and how nice the hotel rooms are! My bridesmaids and myself also got our make up and hair done at the spa and loved every second of it! Hotel Arista was super easy to work with and helped us through the whole process of planning our wedding. Katie Jones was easy to get a hold of and easy to meet with whenever it was needed. The hotel took care of our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. Our guests were able to easily transition from the ballroom during the ceremony to the hallway for the cocktail hour and then back into the ballroom after it was flipped for the reception. We really loved the tasting event where we got to see all the options Hotel Arista has to offer and taste all the food choices. It is basically going to a wedding before your own wedding. We could not have asked for our day to go any better! I highly recommend Hotel Arista and their amazing staff for your venue.

Our wedding was June 2017 and I gotta say....it was amazing. I worked with Laura first and she was insanely helpful and honest. She was always quick in her responses to me, even when I would email her at 9pm she was kind enough to take the time to respond to me. 4 months before the wedding I did get an email stating that Laura would be leaving, HOWEVER she was leaving me in the capable hands of Katie the other coordinator. I was insanely nervous as we had already done most of the detail work with Laura. I was quickly emailed by Katie and we were off! She was helpful and made sure to set up a meeting immediately to go over everything that we had done with Laura and make sure she wasnt missing any details. The transition was slightly stressful(considering our priest had been let go from our church the week prior AND my make up artist dropped out) but it went smoothly and I soon felt comfortable with Katie. We chose Hotel Arista for MANY reasons. We wanted a hotel because I really didnt want to worry about transportation for guests and we had allot of out of towners so I wanted the convenience for all. The hotel itself is so beautiful, from the very front entrance all the way to the rooms it was gorgeous. The guests all seemed to approve of how nice it looked and how great the service was. We also chose the hotel for the Menu....and I am so glad we did. The food is beyond! To this day people still rave about the food. If you choose to go for a tour rest assured the hotel is gorgeous and the staff is great. The only somewhat underwhelming thing I can say was that the ballroom is not what I wanted. I wanted something with character and their ballroom is legitimately just that. BUT! it did make for a great blank canvas for me to decorate, the room on its own just needed alil love and it looked like a dream wedding day. I felt as though I did get my character because the room became me and my husband. I highly recommend this venue!

My husband and I were very lucky to get married at Hotel Arista on 5/27/17. Katie Jones and the staff at Hotel Arista deserve so much more than the 5 stars allocated in this review.We experienced their outstanding service even before we booked them as our venue. While venue hunting, we were touring a different building on their campus and we were directed to inquire more information at their main office in Hotel Arista. My husband and I decided to sneak to the 12th floor to view the open terrace and ran into the General Manager. For a moment we thought we were going to be escorted back downstairs but the General Manager was very happy to unlock the 12th floor terraceâs doors to show us the expansive view of their Calamos Campus â it was gorgeous!We fell in love with the ballrooms as we walked back downstairs and knew that we had to meet the wedding coordinator for more information. From then on, we worked with Katie Jones and it has been our absolute pleasure. Katie was so responsive, positive, organized and knowledgeable of the entire wedding planning process. She and the entire Hotel Arista staff were so accommodating with us and our vendors for the set up, getting ready, and the actual wedding events.They hold semi-annual tastings for Hotel Arista couples to experience all the possible options their packages offer. The food was divine. We even met several vendors at the tasting and actually booked Alfresco Booth â the photobooth vendor after the event! Katie was present during the rehearsal to walk us through the entire process â my husband and I felt so much better knowing where we were going to stand and how the ceremony was laid out. On the actual wedding day, Katie and her team worked efficiently and impressively to ensure that my husband and I focused on our wedding day. The bridal suite is perfect for getting ready with the girls and the same for the groom and his groomsmen. Our guests were made up of a good mix of suburban local, Chicago folk and traveling friends/ family. I was most pleased to hear that they all raved about the staff, the food, the drinks and the location. Nothing made me happier to hear that my guests had a good time. Itâs been a month after the wedding and people still talk about Hotel Arista!I highly recommend Katie, Hotel Arista, and their services for any newly engaged couples!

We felt like royalty during our reception as the catering staff were so on point. If I wanted the lights down, done! If I wanted the temp up, check! Another drink, no problem! The rooms are incredible. Everything was perfect. I would recommend this place (especially Katie Jones for your wedding) to anyone and everyone!

My daughter and her fiance had chosen The Hotel Arista/Naperville, Il for their March 12th, 2016 wedding celebration prior to either sets of parents seeing the venue. I am an interior designer ( who has done florals for numerous weddings), my husband is a food and beverage director for high end country clubs & my daughters mother in law is a woman with extremely high end/ exquisite taste. So needless to say, we are not an easy group to please! The Hotel Arista surpassed our expectations! We were fortunate to work with Katie Jones! We can not say enough good things about Katie. She was so accommodating with all of our requests.And her professionalism on responding to all of these requests was flawless! We all appreciated Katie's easygoing, friendly personality. Particularly my quiet, calm daughter. Katie and the entire banquet staff went above and beyond with their service. I especially appreciated all of their assistance during ours and our florist's decorating set up. The rehearsal dinner ( at Citygate),the wedding reception and the private brunch food was all so good! Even my extremely picky husband, due to his profession, was pleasantly surprised. And all of our guests loved the food. A large portion of our guests were from out of town. So between ourselves, the bridal party and our guests we had a large block of rooms. We all so loved hearing our guests not only rave about the rooms, but also the entire hotel staff. The staff, from the front desk to the bar staff were so friendly and met all of our needs. Both ourselves and our in laws love to host parties! And the Hotel Arista/ Naperville staff made all of our guests and ourselves, feel like we were hosting a party in our own homes! This was so important to us, that our guest felt that welcomed and special!! We can not say enough good things about our experience! We had a very specific vision for how we wanted the wedding to look and how we wanted the day to go. Everyone we interacted with at the hotel were so friendly and helpful to us. The real stand-out was our wedding designer, Laura Noble. You should request her if you can. From literally Day 1 of planning, she was there for us helping to make the planning process a breeze. She was very responsive to all of our many emails and tons of questions for over a year. She took time to meet with us in person and review the details. Anything and everything we could have dreamed up, she and the staff made come true. She was even there to help calm my nerves before walking down the aisle. Without her, our dream wedding would not have become a reality. In addition, not only were we blown away by the service, our guests were too! We have heard numerous comments how accommodating and friendly all the staff were down to how they served each course of the meal (which was also amazing). Laura was the most incredible wedding planner, she always made sure we were her number one priority and made sure our day went as perfect as can be. There wasnt a single mess up, everything was absolutely stunning. We wanted a wine themed wedding and Laura did everything in her power to make our vision a reality. Nearly every guest came up to me throughout the night and mentioned how much they loved everything and how beautifully decorated it was! Laura really made us feel like we were in the heart of Napa Valley. The food was pristine and everyone kept saying how delicious everything was. We cannot thank Laura enough for everything she did for us and our special day! The hotel was phenomenal by allowing us to have our dog Rudy in our ceremony as well as letting him wander around throughout our entire reception! Rudy was truly the star of the show and I couldnt imagine my wedding day without him, Laura really understood that and made every effort to make sure he was with us the whole night! The whole experience was effortless, everything was absolutely imagine and I could go on for hours! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! Words cannot even start to describe our experience with Hotel Arista as our wedding ceremony and reception venue. In retrospect, I am so thrilled that we selected this hotel to be our wedding site. There were some minor hiccups, but that is to be expected with any large production like a wedding anywhere you book. We ran into some issues with the one particular bar staff member during our reception that had a bad/short attitude with our guests. I understand everyone has off days once and a while and this could be a symptom of someone's bad day. And also had some of the staff attempt to close our bar prior to our paid time slots. After discussing it with the manager on duty, they re-adjusted the bar staff and remained open for the time we had reserved. That being said, I wouldn't have had anything different as a result. Reflecting back, these bumps were nothing that drastically altered the overall feel of the day, but are included in this review to hopefully guide Hotel Arista in small ways to improve so that other brides can benefit. Similar to some of the other reviewers, a big reason for selecting Hotel Arista was due to Davina, the hotel wedding designer. Since she came SO highly recommended, we were confident that we were in good hands. I cannot tell you the amount of stress that eliminated, knowing that she is a proven rockstar with Arista weddings. As you probably have read from the other reviews, Davina left her position to go work for another wedding venue downtown Chicago. Unfortunately, for me this was about 4 months prior to our big day. To say there was panic, would be a huge understatement. There was a period of time where there was a vacancy in Davina's role... as expected. In late May, the hotel hired two new coordinators to fill the position. I worked with Laura Noble for my wedding. Talk about a rockstar, this designer was so attentive and organized that I was almost instantly put at ease after our first meeting. She handled my many requests very well and was so professional. I would highly recommend Hotel Arista and Laura, especially. If I could give any advice to bride-to-be's, I would suggest splurging on the chivari chairs...especially in the Arista ballroom and book an event company that can cover the wall/painting of the credenza. Finally, definitely consider getting a white dance floor-talk about a room \"popping!\" So thrilled we made that call. Three things that made a huge difference in the overall ambiance of the day. In summary, if you are looking for a venue that has Chicago-style luxury without the major price-tag, I would absolutely consider Hotel Arista. If you are lucky enough to work with Laura, you are in amazing hands and will have a fantastic wedding. She truly made our day so remarkable.

We were a little concern at first because we signed the contract with Davina (she was actually one of the reasons we picked Hotel arista... we had read so many good reviews about her), then about 2 months before the wedding we found out she was no longer working for them. I think about a month before the wedding we were introduced to Laura (Davina's replacement) and I have to say she exceeded my expectations. Not only she is really good at what she does but she is also great to work with. We didn't have to worry about anything. She made sure we were able to enjoy our special day.\rOur family and friends were all really impressed with the hotel, the service, the staff and dinner.

However I found out a few months later that she was no longer there and the service went downhill very fast. We did have problems getting guests on our room block list, and email communication was less than desired. She was so helpful, very professional, and sweet. I loved that Hotel Arista plans a day prior to your wedding day where you are able to see all your choices for table arrangements, linens, and centerpieces in person while you taste and choose your entrees. When you're in planning mode for so long, it's so nice to see all choices laid out in front of you to help visualize your big day and make any changes you need. Hotel Arista goes above and beyond to make your special occasion and your stay feel special. Davina and everyone at Hotel Arista helped make our wedding day move along flawlessly.

My husband and I are SO glad we chose Hotel Arista as our wedding reception venue. We had our cocktail hour, reception and morning-after breakfast at the Hotel. We also stayed in one of their suites, and had guests staying in ~30 rooms. Everything that weekend turned out to be stunning.\r\rThe wedding planning process was made easy due to Davina (Director of Catering). Davina was very organized, professional, and easy to work with. During the year that we worked with her, she always made us feel like we were her #1 priority (even though I'm sure there were many other couples she was working with at the same time and I believe she was planning her own wedding). Davina coordinated everything the day of the wedding, and due to her attention to detail, the whole day went as scheduled, without a single issue!\r\rMy husband and I live in California, so we were unable to attend the bi-annual tasting. Davina set-up a private tasting for us, and it was a great experience. The food was SO delicious, and more importantly, on our wedding day, the food was just as amazing!! I was shocked at how well the chef prepared all of the food for such a large party (~200 guests). \r\rWe had so many guests come up to us throughout the night, telling us it was by far the best wedding they had ever been to and how much they loved the Hotel. Additionally, we received 2 thank you cards FROM guests! In both notes, they mentioned the beautiful venue, the great food, and the amazing staff. When my husband and I walked in, we knew this was the place for us! Not only was the venue esthetically modern and chic, the staff is completely friendly and helpful in every way. We used the facility for both the ceremony and reception, and they were very quick and concise when it came to transforming the ballroom. I had brought in several DIY elements as part of our wedding/reception, and Hotel Arista was very accommodating in allowing us to showcase these pieces, as well as storing the items before and after the day was done. A lot of our guests flew in from out of town, and were very happy with their stay, and felt very comfortable in using their complimentary shuttle service to frequent downtown Naperville. I'm so excited that this is the hotel we can return to for our Anniversary!! I highly recommended Hotel Arista, you definitely will not regret it!!

When my husband and I walked in, we knew this was the place for us! Not only was the venue esthetically modern and chic, the staff is completely friendly and helpful in every way. We used the facility for both the ceremony and reception, and they were very quick and concise when it came to transforming the ballroom. Hotel Arista was everything and more than I possibly could have dreamed of for my wedding! We had the pleasure of working with Davina, who took care of everything! She really cared about every detail that my fiancé and I and our parents wanted. She was such a genuine and sweet person to work with! Our guests continue to rave about the amazing food, beautiful hotel rooms, and the gorgeous ballroom. This venue is absolutely stunning for a wedding! I would recommend it to everyone! Everything was perfect!

We looked at 19 places before deciding on Hotel Arista as our rehearsal dinner and reception location. Honestly - it's the reviews on here that we read that REALLY got us. Especially about Davina. When we read the things past clients had said about her - we knew we had to meet her and check out this venue. Every amazing thing we read about this hotel, the staff and Davina was 1000% spot on! I truly don't know how Davina does it all! She has this air about her - it's like the perfect balance of poise and professionalism. She had a genuine care for every single one of our concerns. No detail is too small and no detail is out of her range of possible. She is so respectful and accommodating and is truly a warm, beautiful person. She has amazing ideas, but she also is very welcoming to new ones too. This hotel is just phenomenal, to say the least. Really - it's perfection. Upscale, incredible customer service and the food is top notch. We still hear comments on how spectacular the food was. Makes me so happy every time. We had our rehearsal dinner here the night before...on the rooftop. They changed the colors of the top of the building to match our wedding colors (coral) and kept it up for the entire weekend. It was stunning and just that perfect extra touch. The food at our rehearsal dinner was impeccable as well. The service always amazing. In all of the Hotel Arista ads and literature - they use the word effortless. It is the perfect word for them. I was a very high maintenance bride - I had so many details. So many. And the entire weekend felt like a breeze. Everything was in place. Just the way I imagined. Even better sometimes too. Davina had wonderful ideas and such an eye for beauty...I loved asking her what she thought. The answers were always ideal...like, oh yeah that would look amazing like that! Davina is a pro. I know we found the best when choosing Hotel Arista and Davina. It just doesn't get any better...

The hotel is absolutely beautiful and so is the grand ballroom! The room was decorated with all of my stuff I left there the day before the wedding and it seems like not a detail was missed in set up. The food was really good and I received so many compliments on how beautiful the wedding was!
