The space was stunning, the event staff was responsive, and the catering was delicious. Our guests enjoyed the many amenities of the hotel throughout the weekend of the wedding. There were some minor mixups, but all resolved satisfactorily.

The staff, and Natasha in particular, at the Hotel Boulderado was very professional, helpful, and amazing to work with. They made our wedding the best it possibly could be. Getting ready in their spacious suite was so much fun and the pictures there look amazing. The landing where the ceremony took place was stunning. The transition from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception was so easy since it was all in the same space. Also, people are still talking about how amazing all the food was at the reception! Probably the hardest decision we had to make was after the tasting which dishes to choose since they all tasted amazing! We would definitely use them again!

We chose Boulderado (and it’s next door event venue Rembrandt) because of its walkability, but we were blown away by its charm. From the room decor to the attached restaurants and bars, everything was top notch, charismatic, and memorable. We also did our rehearsal dinner through the hotel, and it was all delicious and went off without a hitch! We wouldn’t change a thing about our wedding weekend, thanks to Hotel Boulderado.

Alysun and her team at Boulderado NEVER made us feel that way, they were prepared to answer every question, and allowed us to celebrate the way we wanted to. From custom cocktails to the friendliest staff, our guests felt at ease, and we felt like we could just simply enjoy the day. We can't recommend Alysun, and the entire Hotel, enough for your special day.

Gorgeous guests rooms, a darling Carriage House where the bride and bridesmaids got ready, a fun restaurant, multiple bars, and a massive downstairs speak-easy all contributed to fun and comfort of our guests. its location made it really easy for everyone to get around downtown Boulder. Everyone loved it and we can't wait for an excuse to go back there. The Sales Manager, Alysun Mantych answered every question I put to her with professionalism and friendliness. There we some nice perks included, as well: free parking for a number of guests, restaurant and drink vouchers, and a gift for the bride-to-be. I was very lucky to book my room block 10 months in advance as it is a very popular destination - so don't wait!

I reserved a block of rooms at the Boulderado Hotel for my September 2022 wedding. The Boulderado was very accommodating of my guests’ various requirements and helpful throughout the event with my guests unexpected room needs as they came up. The staff was all very courteous and helpful throughout the stay, even though several weddings and other events were going on at the hotel at the same time. I also had a rehearsal luncheon at the hotel, which had to be rescheduled from a dinner at the last minute. The food and wine were wonderful and the servers very attentive. It’s tough to find a hotel who understands that providing their guests with good service is what a group needs during a stressful event that a long distance wedding can become; but the Boulderado really came through.

Everything about our wedding reception at Hotel Boulderado was perfect. We had a small wedding (15 total) and planned our wedding from Florida. Alysun and those who set up and managed our reception were over the top amazing. They made it so easy for us, had great recommendations to help us manage timing of activities during the reception and we had multiple compliments on the food served! They have rooms for any size party and it's such the perfect location for any who want to continue the party at the cool speakeasy (License 21) in the hotel or on Pearl Street. Highly recommend!

Hotel Boulderado was a beautiful setting for our wedding! The ceremony on the staircase was incredible and the mezzanine for our reception was perfect! The food and drink service were excellent and the employees at the hotel were so hospitable. The entire day and evening were perfect! Most of our guests also stayed at the hotel for several days and received amazing service. With so much nearby and on-site at the hotel, it is a PERFECT location for those with a lot of people traveling in. We will be coming back for our anniversary as often as possible!

Hotel Boulderado was a beautiful setting for our wedding! The ceremony on the staircase was incredible and the mezzanine for our reception was perfect! With so much nearby and on-site at the hotel, it is a PERFECT location for those with a lot of people traveling in. We will be coming back for our anniversary as often as possible!

The Hotel Boulderado was fabulous! Due to wildfires, my son and his fiancé had to change wedding venues from Estes Park to Boulder two days before the wedding. The Hotel Boulderado came to the rescue by providing excellent accommodations for the families as well as the perfect setting for the rehearsal dinner which also had to be moved. Mia was super responsive and gracious as she worked with us to get the rooms we needed and then later helped set up the dinner from Spruce Farm & Fish just a few hours before it was to be held. The food was amazing, and Kayla and her helper served our delicious meal with confidence and ease. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the folks at The Hotel Boulderado.

Words cannot express the amount of gratitude we have for the Hotel Boulderado for hosting our wedding elopement reception brunch. Mia, the coordinator, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to make our special day absolutely perfect. She was very timely with her communication and to say she was accommodating would be an understatement. We rented the Juniper room and the connected outdoor patio and it turned out to be a beautiful space for our celebration. We had privacy so our brunch felt very intimate but there was also enough space so that we had plenty of room to move around as needed. Lastly, our server for our brunch was absolutely fantastic! He was so professional, thoughtful and kind. He literally anticipated our every need and also went above and beyond to make sure everyone had everything they needed. I couldn’t recommend the Hotel Boulderado and their staff more for any type of reception you may have. I can assure you that they will over deliver on every aspect to make your wedding day as special as possible!

The rating says it all: The Best Ever. Andrew and I were treated like royalty throughout the entire planning process all the way up to the evening and day after of the event. The Hotel Boulderado was very accommodating to our requests which included but weren't limited to sampling an extra entree (which we ended up picking), working to pick a date that was not our first choice, having two favorite bakeries provide pastries, and making most dinner options gluten free for our guests with concerns. Seriously on that note, there were no cross-contamination issues or needing to request separate plates (which I'm sure they would have done). The food buffet did not taste like a normal buffet but rather like each person having their own high-class meal. The night of the event went so smoothly and we did not worry about a single thing from set-up to tear-down. We packed up the car the following morning upon check out and wished we could have had that night over and over again. The staff is incredibly professional and attentive. We are very thankful and would recommend them to any couple looking for the perfect balance between a mountain-y, historic, accessible, warm/non-ballroom, and high-class but still casual venue with exceptional service.

We had both our ceremony and reception at the Boulderado. It was seriously magical! It is a beautiful venue with wonderful hotel staff. Aley Gray was our point person for all things wedding. Call her if you want to get married at the Boulderado! My fiancé (now-husband) and I were planning our wedding from Los Angeles, and both working full time so it was great to have Aley at the other end of the phone or the computer. She was incredibly organized, easily answered all of our questions, and a genuinely nice person who made our lives so much easier! \rFrom the moment the valet opened our car door upon arrival, until we got back into our car and drove away at the end of the weekend we felt so welcome by everyone at the Hotel Boulderado. Our family and friends were treated the same way. I can not say enough positive things about this location and the people!

The Boulderado was great to work with. We worked with Beverly, and she managed to get us a room block on the 4th of July for under $200, which was great. The hotel is right downtown, can't beat that! We stayed there on our wedding night and they had a little gift for us, and everything was really perfect. The one thing that I didn't love was that they charge you to give gift bags. I have heard of that if you have them delivered to the rooms, but we just wanted them at the front desk. We ended up just giving them out at the rehearsal dinner. But honestly, it was great. The rooms were antique and fun, beds were comfortable, staff was friendly. Thank you!

The hotel staff was beyond helpful and amazing. I was planning my wedding from 1300 miles away - while studying for finals (don't recommend that) and Tonya and her staff were miracle workers. They took care of every detail and then some!! From being a few minutes late to the reception, to bringing straws for me and Mom to sip mimosa while getting ready. I dreamt of being married at the hotel since I was a little girl - and with my magical 12/12/12 date - I know wishes do come true.\r\rWe had a small gathering (35 guests) and still celebrated overlooking the lobby and the grand Christmas tree, the space didn’t feel to big (which was my concern). The dedicated wait staff ensured glasses were full and smiles abounded. Thank you for making my day the day I had always dreamed of.\r\rR&D

The Hotel Boulderado was our perfect wedding location. The staff were all extremely helpful from coordinating steaming service for my dress, finding a babysitter for our younger guests to running last minute needs to my dressing room. Tonya was so easy to work with and took the stress out of our special day.

The Hotel Boulderado was a wonderful place to have our reception. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, the venue was lovely, and the food was excellent. The woman who helped us book our day was very responsive. She returned calls promptly and set up a couple of walk-throughs when we requested them. She also provided me with a spreadsheet and the menu, so I was perfectly in control of the estimated cost of the wedding. I knew exactly what taxes and gratuities would end up being. The event coordinator took time to sit down with me and discuss exactly what I needed for the wedding. She was very generous with her time answering the one hundred questions I had leading up to the day of our wedding. Also, the banquet manager was fantastic. He met with us to discuss our decorations and he gave us some great ideas. There were several staff members there at our wedding to answer questions and make sure everything went smoothly. We used heavy books to decorate with and I was a little worried they would be too much for us to deal with after the ceremony, but the staff was amazing with helping us pack up and take the books where they needed to go after the reception. We barely had to lift a finger. I cannot thank the staff at he Boulderado enough for helping us so much with our wedding.

Dani and Tonya were amazing. It started with an email just to see if *maybe* we could afford to host our wedding at the Hotel Boulderado. Dani responded quickly and after the first meeting I was in love. With everything. The supportive planners/organizers/hotel staff, the venue, the location, the food. It's all incredible. They helped us plan our wedding (~175 guests)in three months and were more than accommodating every step of the way. \r\rWhen they predicted s snowstorm on our wedding weekend and we wanted to add hot cocoa just a week or so before the big day, Tonya was not only willing to add it, but offered some additional ways to make our guests feel even more taken care of.\r\rWhen we wanted access to the ballroom to set up our kids corner, centerpieces, and guestbook tables, they asked me to deliver everything the week before and said they'd set everything up. Everything. And when I still had a few things to set up anyway, Sam stayed late the night before our wedding (like till 10p) and helped us get it all taken care of.\r\rI have nothing but wonderful things to say about the Hotel Boulderado. The quality of care was off the charts, Dani and Tonya's responsiveness along the way was incredible and the staff was absolutely perfect the day-of. Amazing.

We have been staying at the Hotel Boulderado for years as guests and have never been disappointed, so it was an obvious choice when it came time to plan our vintage wedding! The historic hotel is immaculately maintained and has the most amazing charm and elegance. Our wedding was small in comparison to most, with an intimate 40 guests, but Tonya and Dani treated our wedding with the utmost detail and care, often suggesting items we overlooked and offering suggestions on ways to make our day run smoothly. The food was outstanding and the service staff went out of their way to make our guests feel welcome. As for accommodations, nothing in Boulder compares to the historic wing of the Boulderado - which is what constantly brings us back.

She and the rest of her staff worked with us to provide a delicious, gluten free and egg free menu that everyone enjoyed. All of our guests were amazed at the quality of food and service!

The food for our reception was excellent. The staff worked with us to create a custom menu to inlcude themed drinks, all while staying within our budget. We couldn't have asked for more! We looked at over 10 locations comparing each of them to the Boulderado. History and nostalgia mixed with class and elegance it best way to describe the atmosphere at the Boulderado.\r\rMost of our guests were visiting from out of town, so we wanted a location that everyone could enjoy and relax at. All of our guests had a great time and recieved excellant service. The Bouderado was the perfect location for our guests since it's located in downtown Boulder. Our guests we able to enjoy the wedding, expereince Pearl St, and not have to worry about driving anywhere. \r

We chose Hotel Boulderado since they are one of the only hotels in downtown Boulder and our venue was right across the street, which made it super easy for all of our guests. Working with Dani and the staff at the Boulderado was very easy, they were constantly providing updates on the guest list and any other information that we may need. We had a large out of town population so when we brought 25 gift bags to be distributed the bellmen were very helpful in carrying them in and the front desk staff immediately took them over and all were delivered without any issues. In addition we booked our room there and were upgraded to a suite which was enormous! It also provided a great backdrop for our 'first look' photo moment.

We hosted our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch at the Hotel Boulderado. Once we started working with Tonya on wedding plans, it quickly became clear that the Boulderado was the perfect venue for not just our wedding, but our entire wedding weekend. Each event was absolutely lovely and felt completely unique. Throughout the weekend every member of the staff was gracious, attentive, helpful and supportive. The mezzanine and grand staircase were stunning backdrops for our ceremony and reception. The history, charm, and character of this space is a rare find. Each meal was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. The Boulderado is also phenomenal at working with dietary restrictions. As the bride, I just wish I had carved out a little more time to savor the food. But then again, I wouldn’t have wanted to miss any of the dancing. We had a brilliant DJ that we connected with through the Boulderado. He had nearly everyone dancing for most of the night. The Boulderado and all of its staff were integral in making our wedding unforgettable. We are very grateful for the amazing memory.

The wedding coordinator there was Tonya Tembrock, and she was a joy to work with, from start to finish. She is so organized, and will sit with you and make sure she can accomplish each and every detail you conceive. Always punctual and professional, she will return phone calls and emails the same day. The staff at the Boulderado was super helpful, and each one of our guests RAVED about their luxurious and unique accommodations.

The wedding coordinator, Tonya, surprised me repeatedly with relevant questions about things we'd mentioned in passing months ago, and was quick and thorough in her responses to e-mails and calls. The food was fantastic- everyone raved about it- and the staff kept the evening elegant and special without feeling overly formal. We had some weird requests and special needs, and they were all graciously accommodated. Almost all of our guests stayed at the hotel as well, and we got a great group rate!

Anna (our coordinator) was truly a godsend. She is so darling and cares so much for each and every bride and grrom she meets. Everyone should use the Hotel Boulderado.
