WE'RE BACK! Hotel Deco is now open and booking for the 2024 and 2025 wedding season. An extensive and thorough renovation of the entire building is complete, including upgrades to the public spaces as well as all guest rooms and suites. I'm shocked this place has so many good reviews. I had a terrible experience at Hotel Deco. I came to stay with my family while they were visiting to look at wedding -venues with me. We stayed here because I wanted this to be my wedding hotel. Thankfully we realized this was in no way a decent place for a wedding hotel. -They didn't come in and clean our room at all (which has never happened to me before in any type of hotel, let alone an expensive one)-Outlets didn't work -Valet was super busy and took forever-Breakfast was a terrible spread (two options, tiny croissant or unsliced english muffin with no toaster) with very odd tasting coffee -Lobby did not look half as nice as in the pictures, very small-Card key had to be taken back three times due to not working properly-Elevator had a mind of it's ownI'm so glad I had this experience so I can make sure my wedding day isn't ruined by putting all my family and friends in this hotel and them complaining about to me, I would be so disappointed. Also, no room was large enough to be a bridal suite if you wanted at least 10 people at one time.

Had a terrible time even getting ahold of them for a tour, then received no follow up or the emailed price chart i was promised. Little to no follow through, blamed it on being short of staff, but there are so many other reviews that had the same issues i have within the past 3 years. Looks gorgeous on the website, but if you want a high level of service and communication- RUN.

I have been trying to contact this hotel for information, pricing, and available dates as they were an option for my wedding next fall. I left multiple messages for the events coordinator, as well as submitting a request for more info online. I still have not heard anything from the planner herself, but after trying 3 additional times to reach the manager I was assured my experience would change from that point forward. Sadly, I never received the promised email from the manager with follow up details from our conversation. It’s unfortunate, as the venue is beautiful.

We reserved the blocked rooms at the hotel and our suite. Everything was awesome from the rooms to the staff. The staff was wonderful and accommodating everyone felt at home. Also, they coordinated with us on reserving the shuttle for certain times throughout the day to travel guests to the church, to the reception, and back to the hotel! Also, they quoted us the best rate in town! Will recommend to everyone in the future.

we stayed here for our anniversary/engagement and then for our wedding weekend! The staff are all very nice and the rooms are spacious and very nice!! Lots of room and worked well for the girls to get ready in!

We had our wedding there two weeks ago, and everything was PERFECT. The prices were more reasonable than anywhere else we looked at, the room was set up beautifully, the food was to DIE for (The Zin Room actually does the catering so it is all on one bill. The cost for the room rental was super reasonable, it was the food and booze that brought the bill up), and we had an absolute blast. Also, the suite we got for the night was amazing. The bed was so comfortable, the jacuzzi tub was a big plus, and the free bottle of champagne we got was great. Nothing but rave reviews on our end!!! I would recommend to anyone who has right around the 130 guests or less! It was a perfect night!

Wonderful stay here following our wedding. The staff at the Hotel Deco were very friendly and accommodating. They let me check in early so I could get ready for my wedding in our suite and were very helpful with all of the pre-wedding baggage we brought with us. The room was amazing and it photographed very well for the \"getting ready\" shots. It was incredibly spacious and comfortable. After the wedding we enjoyed some drinks in the lounge and returned to our room with a small group of people with a complimentary bottle of bubbly. It was the perfect amount of space to entertain a few guests. We definitely enjoyed the spacious multi-jet shower after our guests had left. I was so tired I probably could have slept on rocks, however, the bed was truly fantastic. Looking forward to celebrating our anniversary with the Deco next year. The shower was a little cool first thing in the morning but we waited a few minutes and tried it again and the temp was hot again. Very friendly and helpful. They even shared the name of their wallpaper vendor. Can't wait to recreate the same look in my guest room.

While we did not like the reception location at the hotel, we did stay there and so did some of our guests. We were able to get a corporate rate so I can't speak for their blockroom rate. The bartender gave the maid of honor and I free drinks when we stayed there the night before the wedding and the staff gave the groom a nice bottle of wine on the wedding night. A girl at the desk even helped my maid of honor track down a special bottle of champagne and had the car take her to get it for no charge. We even had them come and pick up the wedding party and transport from the church to the Paxton Ballroom. Much cheaper than renting something! The driver even drove us to a picture location. All were very friendly and courteous. Loved the whirlpool room or honeyroom suite, #720, that the groom and I had! Furnishings and all are very nice and modern. Nice modern interior with historic exterior.

We got a groupon deal for a $99 a night at Hotel Deco. We immediately snatched it up as we thought it looked like a great place to stay for my bachelorette party. We were not disappointed! None of the girls could believe that their room only cost $99. Everything is very upscale and decorated beautifully.
