Hutton Hotel Reviews
Jennifer King(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 23-03-2019 My wedding reception at the Hutton was absolutely perfect!! Amanda was so helpful leading up to the big day and answered all of my questions and helped me make decisions when I kept changing my mind!! The day of the wedding Amanda took care of everything and put my mind at ease! The food was delicious and staff was amazing!! I would definitely recommend having your reception at The Hutton!! Briana Heard(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-02-2018 Planning and executing my wedding and reception here was a breeze! Rachael is so easy to work with and all the staff were wonderful. Every person at this hotel was hospitable with my guest and people are still telling me how beautiful my wedding was!! :-) Reviewed on 17-03-2018
Kelley Durkin(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 02-05-2015 We had a fantastic experience having our wedding at the Hutton Hotel! The foyer for our cocktail hour and the ballroom were both beautiful, and the location of the hotel is hard to beat. The food was also really delicious, and many guests said it was some of the best food they'd ever had at a wedding! But the thing that really stood out with our experience was the quality of the staff! Elizabeth Conn (our contact person and the event sales manager) is nothing short of AMAZING! She quickly responded to every email (with many of my emails including a million questions), and she was always so happy to help. She was willing to accommodate everything we needed too. And on our wedding day, she was invaluable! She collected everything we needed to organize the day before the wedding (e.g., place cards, table cloths, cake stands, etc.--it was a lot!) and set it up perfectly. She helped coordinate all of our vendors the day of the wedding too. Elizabeth was one of my favorite wedding vendors to work with! Many of our guests stayed at the hotel, and they all loved the rooms and said the staff was so attentive and professional! The price for the Hutton was definitely on the higher end for us, but it was so worth it to have such a wonderful, stress-free, fun, and delicious cocktail hour and reception. I would recommend the Hutton to anyone! Reviewed on 16-06-2015
Ashley Whitehouse(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 04-01-2014 I loved the Hutton Hotel for our reception venue the second I saw the beautiful ballroom. As I worked with the staff, I grew to like it even more! I truly felt like I did not have to worry and that they would make sure our night was a beautiful success. The food was delicious and the setup was beautiful. They thought of so many little details to consider, and they worked with us and our budget. They communicated with us constantly and provided many different options. We were so grateful. Reviewed on 04-02-2014
Christine Benson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 07-12-2013 The foyer and ballroom was breathtaking. Everything was classic and what I always wanted. The servers were great and the food was amazing. Well worth the money. Reviewed on 25-12-2013
Rachel crutcher(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-11-2013 This beautiful hotel was nothing but a huge disappointment when it came to my big day. The main ballrooms large window, overlooking downtown Nashville, is why I picked this hotel. I made my decision in January and then by that summer construction started to go up next to the hotel. I asked about downtown view being obstructed and they reassured me that they were in contact with the builders and it wasn't to obstruct my view. I even went to the ballroom in October, a month before my wedding, and it was just below the window, supposedly the top of the building. 5 minutes before my reception was to start I went to take a sneak peak and found a huge building in front of my beautiful window. I was lied to for months and it took everything I had to not cry right before my guests were to come in. \rOn top of it, all our guests were billed for additional charges that were false charges and done after check out. One guest billed up to $200. The Hutton also gave us our final bill the day before the wedding. We then found a huge charge on our credit card on our honeymoon. They made an unauthorized charge without even an explanation of what we were paying for. SKETCHY. \rWe wrote the general manager, have yet to hear from him, not an email or a phone call. I had such high hopes for this hotel. I got a beautiful hotel ran by incompetent staff that took so much away from my guests and one of the biggest days of my life. Please remember this when contemplating the Hutton for any event or even a nights stay. Reviewed on 19-12-2013
Ashley Harris(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-02-2013 The Hutton was absolutely beautiful on my wedding day and the food and service were amazing the day of my wedding. My only complaint about this venue is that communication with the on-site event manager was very difficult she took a very long time to answer my calls and emails and I was forced to ask questions multiple times. I think that it was worth the frustration though because the day of my wedding she did an amazing job and everything went very smoothly and was beautiful. Reviewed on 05-03-2013

Angeline Rudlaff(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 20-10-2012 The decor was fabulous, the city view was breathtaking, the service was next to none. Lesa Neff at the Hutton Hotel is wonderful to work with. She is very positive and made the reception beautiful. I normally hate hotel food/wedding food. However, the Hutton Hotel had an amazing menu and the house wine was superb. The guests were raving about the food all night! The Hutton Hotel will work with you and your budget! Andrea Cziprusz(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-08-2012 The Hutton was a wonderful selection to host our special day. The ballroom overlooks a beautiful city view and the interior is fabulous. Its definitely not your average hotel ballroom. We fell in love with the modern, eco-friendly hotel and were thrilled to be able to host both the ceremony and the reception at the same site. The staff was very good and Lesa worked with us to fit things within a budget. The food was absolutely delicious. Reviewed on 29-08-2012
Betsy Aston(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-09-2011 All of my guests were truly impressed with the experience at the Hutton! Close to downtown, and close to Midtown bars, Broadway Brewhouse, Red Door, etc. Reviewed on 28-09-2011
Holly Perkins(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 28-05-2011 My husband and I stayed in the Hutton Hotel our first night as a married couple. The staff was amazing! The hotel was very clean, chic, and modern. It reminds me of hotels like the W in chicago, or trendy ones in NYC. Our room had an amazing view of downtown Nasvhille, yet it was far enough away to keep us out of the nightly crawls. However, it's just an $8 cab ride to downtown Broadway. The room rates were very affordable for such high quality and green standards...only down side was that Jimmy Buffet had a concert the night of our wedding and he stayed at the Hutton hotel, were they shut down the elevators for about 30mins while he and his team got settled...:) but him being there sure made one of my bridesmaids nigh ;) Reviewed on 13-06-2011
