Rachel was so amazing and willing to help in anyway she could. She always took time out of her day to either meet with us or answer our questions over e-mail or phone. She replied to an email within 48 hours and always answered all questions. She had suggestions along with solutions to any problems that arose. She was an absolute blessing in this stressful time of planning. She helped make my day perfect!!!

The Hyatt Regency was a stunning location for our written in the stars themed wedding. The wedding coordinator, Rachel Pierce is the reason we originally went with the location and I was so happy I did. She was outstanding in making sure everything ran smoothly. She kept me calm through a lot of moments when I thought things weren't going to work out and made sure every single detail worked out perfectly for us. Not only is she extremely professional but so friendly and kind. She was a pleasure to work with. The food was excellent as well and I got endless compliments on the way everything looked. I definitely recommend the Hyatt and 90% of that recommendation is because of the amazing job done by Rachel Pierce.

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding, the Hyatt regency exceeded our expectations plus more. Working with Rachel made this experience so much better, she really took care of us and made sure we were happy from the moment we walked in to the hotel for our first appointment to the day after our actual wedding. (Almost a full year) the Hyatt Regency is such a beautiful place the ball room really made me feel like a princess and the Whyte Room was definitely one of a kind. Modern and elegant. I would 1000x recommend having your wedding here! I would do it all over again❤️

We could not have picked a better venue for our wedding, the Hyatt regency exceeded our expectations plus more. Working with Rachel made this experience so much better, she really took care of us and made sure we were happy from the moment we walked in to the hotel for our first appointment to the day after our actual wedding. Our wedding planning did not start off with Hyatt. We originally were going to have a backyard reception but 4 months before the wedding our \"backyard\" was unusable. So, we scrambled around to find another venue. We met with a few different places but were eventually sold by Rachel's amazing personality and confidence. She really took everything we said with stride and helped us have the most beautiful reception myself and my husband could ask for! I was unsure about center pieces, before I knew it time ran away from me. I asked Rachel to just make it look pretty and boy did she deliver!! It was so beautiful! She is really amazing and so is the Hyatt. Go meet with her, I promise you won't regret it.

We just had a wedding at the Hyatt Regency and it was everything and beyond we had envisioned! Rachel Pierce is such an amazing coordinator. She was so helpful throughout the process, reachable, always returned my emails promptly. We looked at 4 other venues and one of the primary reasons we picked Hyatt was because of Rachel. The venue itself was perfect!! Everything turned out as planned. My guests keep raving about the food!! Get married there!! You will not regret it!!

We just had a wedding at the Hyatt Regency and it was everything and beyond we had envisioned! Rachel Pierce is such an amazing coordinator. I cannot say enough about our experience with the Hyatt and specifically with Rachel Pierce. From day one she was a dream to work with. I honestly don't think she ever told me they couldn't do something I had asked about. She helped me make decisions or gave her opinion when I needed it and was always so attentive. Our wedding day was truly amazing and every single member of the Hyatt staff was so responsive to our needs. I spent the entire day leading up to the ceremony relaxing and hanging out with my bridesmaids/family in our suite and Rachel helped make the ceremony and reception spaces look STUNNING and ensured I was relaxed.Rachel was in communication with all of my other vendors to make sure everything ran smoothly and looked exactly how I envisioned it.If you are considering the Hyatt, do it. It's certainly not inexpensive, but they made it well worth the money we spent. I am so glad we did! Thank you Rachel!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Hyatt in June. We worked with Rachel throughout the planning process. Our experience throughout the planning process and on the day of the wedding was AMAZING. Rachel is seriously the best at what she does. She was so incredibly helpful and responsive leading up to the wedding. She is so kind and helped us by providing suggestions and getting us quick answers to our many questions. We ended up with a lot more guests than we had originally planned, which had me worried, but Rachel was able to accommodate this so effortlessly. Leading up to the wedding I talked to Rachel daily and she helped relieve a lot of my stress, it was so nice being able to work with someone who has great customer service and is good at what she does. On the day of the wedding, we had a few problems arise and Rachel saved the day. She went ABOVE and BEYOND to make sure everything was completely perfect. She made sure everything was set-up exactly how we wanted. The ballroom where our reception was held was beautiful and turned out better than we could have ever imagined. Rachel worked with our other vendors to make sure everything was where it needed to be and I didn't have to worry about any of it. My husband and I were able to relax and really enjoy the day without any worries. My husband and I are so glad that we chose the Hyatt for our special day and we are beyond grateful to Rachel and the Hyatt team that helped make our day perfectly flawless. I can't imagine having a better experience anywhere else. I would recommend the Hyatt to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue in Albuquerque.

We had our wedding at the hyatt regency this month. It was by far, the best decision we could have made! We were married in the chapel downstairs and had our reception in the banquet room. The venue is the most beautiful I have ever seen (and we looked at quite a few). Rachel, the special events manager, was phenomenal! We had some unexpected problems arise throughout the planning process and she saved the day at every turn. I would absolutely recommend getting married here!

We had a fantastic wedding at the Hyatt. We used both the white ceremony room and the Fiesta Room.This was the only hotel we could find with desirable carpet (browns & beiges). Everywhere else had weird reds or mixtures of strange colors. As our theme was rustic nature, the brown was perfect. And everyone LOVED the look of the ceremony room. Super easy to make it look amazing with only a few details. Our guest count ended up being almost cut in half and they worked with us to add little bonuses for our guests so that we could still meet the minimum. Almost all of our guests were able to stay in the hotel due to their room block for us and free parking was great! My only suggestion to them is to get new chairs for the conference rooms. Thanks for all of the hlpe!

The Hyatt was the perfect setting for my wedding - I couldn't have been more pleased with how things went. We booked the Hyatt because of their amazing ceremony space - so gorgeous - and their awesome hotel coordinator, Carin. She was so helpful - she listened to all of our ideas and helped us customize our wedding reception so that it was a perfect fit for us. The food was unbelievable, it was so tasty and all of our guests loved it. Also, all of the rooms were amazing, from the guest rooms to the suites we booked to get ready in. We were so impressed by the friendliness of the staff. I would recommend the Hyatt to everyone.

From day one we were greeted with a professional and personal ownership when considering all aspects of our envisioned event. The quality of service that the Hyatt provides is unsurpassed. Carin Corrie is an exemplary Special Events Manager and a delight to work with. Carin was receptive to our ideas and accommodating to our plans during all stages of preparation as well as execution. The food was great, the service staff was great and the overall experience was outstanding. The Hyatt’s downtown location for a wedding is ideal. Our quests were able to stay at the hotel, relax in the lounge and had excellent dining options. I could not think of a nicer wedding experience. Thank you Carin and Hyatt Staff!

We looked into this site for our wedding and designed a package according to our needs with the very helpful coordinator. We had not looked around much and still wanted to look at a few other locations, but that is when the tone completely changed and the coordinator became pushy, then stopped returning phone calls and emails. The customer service started so well, then changed to terrible and threatening as soon as we mentioned looking around - so we did NOT choose this Hyatt.

I am so unbelievably happy with how my wedding was pulled off at the Hyatt Regency! All the staff were wonderful and the food was to die for! The ballroom was beautiful and throughout the whole planning process they made it as pain free as possible. I would highly recomend this site to any bride looking for a very elegant wedding venue.
