Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa is a wedding venue located in Clearwater Beach, FL. This refined setting offers you and your guests luxurious amenities just steps away from the white-sand beach. The resort provides couples with a number of services and on-site support for their elegant celebration. Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort features highlights of Florida’s seaside scenery and tropical atmosphere. Various event spaces are available to you across the venue, including two spacious ballrooms. Able to seat 220 guests, the Aqualea Ballroom is characterized by modern decor and elegant chandeliers. The floor-to-ceiling windows of the Belleair Ballroom offer scenic views of Clearwater Beach, and the space is suitable for up to 120 guests. The more intimate Caladesi Room and Terrace can accommodate up to 40 people for an intimate reception. The Sky Terrace is the perfect venue for a ceremony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. This open-air, rooftop location can fit 200 guests for a ceremony and 120 for a reception. Whichever space you choose, Florida’s turquoise waters will be close by for your big day. The staff at Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort are available to support you at each stage of your wedding journey. Their wedding team is managed by Lindsey and Lizzie, who will work to make your vision a reality. They will assist with the layout of your reception to create a seating arrangement that works for you. Make use of the hotel’s list of suggested vendors to find the ideal florist, DJ, photographer, and more for your celebration. For events with over 40 people, a customized catering menu, a four-hour bar, and a champagne toast are included. The staff can also provide dining options such as buffets, specialty stations, and plated dishes. For the morning after your celebration, brunch services are available. You are invited to enjoy a complimentary guestroom on your wedding night, while out-of-town guests can relax in any of the 286 hotel rooms.

From start to finish, the team at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach went above and beyond. If we had to do it all over again, we would pick the HYATT again and again. Where to start - first this was a destination wedding for us. When we went down for a weekend to look at venues, The Hyatt location is absolutely picturesque. The 16th floor Sky Terrace for a ceremony is absolutely breathtaking, looking out over the Gulf of Mexico. The 2nd floor terrace is the perfect cocktail hour spot for guests to mingle and view the sunset, and adjacent Belleair Room is the perfect reception spot. Guests will NOT need a car because everything is walking distance from the Hyatt (beach, bars, restaurants, marina, shops). The food is the best that any venue on Clearwater Beach has to offer. The guests are still raving over the hor d'oeuvres [key lime marinated gulf shrimp, mini beef wellingtons, bruschetta, conch fritters, and crab cakes] and meals [NY strip steak with cracked mustard demi-glaze, roasted cobia with peppers, and french cut chicken breast with citrus cream all served with honey & dill baby carrots and garlic mashed potatoes]. Our initial venue tour was with Lindsey and she is awesome! She explained all of the venue space options, the amenities for guests, food & drink, and showed us guest room examples and what a great personality. After we booked the venue, our next contact was Lizzie, who delivered above and beyond what I expected; She coordinated the food tasting, was quick to respond to emails that we had, very detailed oriented worker, and just overall the kindest person I have ever met. She knows her job and does it extremely well. When we had to add a couple of guests last minute she made it happen without issue. She gave advice for different vender options, made suggestions for us, and helped us through planning the wedding from out of state. The day of the wedding we had extra flowers that she went ahead and tied them to the ceremony aisle chairs, creating our sweetheart table and putting vases on our memorial table and guestbook table. I cannot praise Lizzie enough, coming from a bride that is very type A, Lizzie hit a home run and the Hyatt is very lucky to have her operating the events coordinating. She was a day of steward too, making sure that people were in place, the ceremony started on time, all the vendors got their parking, were in their places, and had open line of communication. I had 0 worries and everything ran so smoothly. The guests complimented everything about our day. In terms of the other 'stuff', they had in-house centerpieces that we used, found a flower lady basket because I completely forgot, packed our cake up for us and delivered it and extra cake to our room at the end of the night along with all the decor we provided on tables, and dealt with a last minute room reservation change from a guest. The Hyatt is THE best place to have a wedding in Clearwater Beach.

Lizzie and her team are absolutely phenomenal!!! I literally can’t say enough kind things about them, the list is truly endless!! From my first inquiry with Lindsey directly calling me instead of emailing to the entire year of wedding planning with Lizzie. They made my wedding weekend everything I’ve ever dreamt of and more!! They were so accommodating and on top of it with every little detail for our 3 day wedding event. Clearwater has always been a special place for us, but the Hyatt Regency found a way to make it the best yet. We cannot thank Liz enough for all of the thought and care she took into making our wedding day so special. Everything was so organized from our guests checking-in and receiving their welcome bags and champagne, to rehearsal, to finally the day-of festivities. The food was amazing, and they made sure to really take care of our guests with dietary restrictions. Everything was perfect and just as we envisioned it. We can't wait to make the Hyatt a place we can return to each anniversary to remember all of the special memories made during our wedding weekend.

Clearwater has always been a special place for us, but the Hyatt Regency found a way to make it the best yet. We cannot thank Liz enough for all of the thought and care she took into making our wedding day so special. Everything was so organized from our guests checking-in and receiving their welcome bags and champagne, to rehearsal, to finally the day-of festivities. The food was amazing, and they made sure to really take care of our guests with dietary restrictions. Everything was perfect and just as we envisioned it. We can't wait to make the Hyatt a place we can return to each anniversary to remember all of the special memories made during our wedding weekend.

Kayla and Liz were amazing! This venue was better than I even imagined and I dream big lol! Kayla was there for everything I needed answered, had a question about or wasn't sure if I should do or not. She definitely went above and beyond to make our wedding a super special one. We ran into some issue and she was there to make it better stress-free for me the bride and she killed it! I would say to have your wedding, anniversary, birthday, small event or anything you want done right here 🥰 My husband and I can't wait to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and come back to see them ❤️

The Hyatt was amazing to work with from start to finish! From the moment I did my venue tour I knew the Hyatt was where I wanted my destination wedding to be. Kayla was amazing to work with! She was so helpful and always answered all of my questions. On the day of the wedding both her and Lizzie were so great! Everything turned out perfectly, it was exactly what I was dreaming of! The food was 10/10!!! All of my guests said it was the best wedding food they've ever had. Everyone at the Hyatt was extremely nice. The rooms are beautiful there! Highly recommend!

Kayla was our event coordinator at the Hyatt and she was an absolute delight to work with. We had our wedding postponed due to the pandemic, and Kayla was extremely accommodating throughout the process in terms of pushing out our payments and adjusting our headcount. She really leaned in to ensure that every detail was perfect and was flexible with our last-minute changes. The venue itself is beautiful and checks a lot of boxes as it backs into Clearwater Beach as well as entertainment nearby. We were able to have our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception on site. We had the most perfect wedding day there and we would highly recommend this venue!

We had our ceremony outside on the Sky Terrace and our reception in the Belleair room, We booked the Hyatt 2 years before COVID hit, We were really on the fence about having a wedding during a pandemic and the fact that 95% of our guests were from out of town. We worked with Kayla she is truly amazing, We were in contact with her probably every week about questions and she was so helpful. We winded up keeping our wedding as planned and went from 80 people to 30 just because we knew family would not want to travel. It was BEAUTIFUL everything was planned perfectly. The staff there are great and we could not have asked for a better wedding! I would highly recommend them for your wedding or next event!

Where do I begin?! 10/10 100% recommend Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach. It was honestly our dream wedding weekend that was perfect from start to finish! We booked our venue 1.5 years in advance and our wedding coordinator left to move to Orlando and I was skeptical at first, but the new coordinator Kayla was AMAZING! She went above and beyond and was able to handle all of my questions and concerns throughout the planning process. The whole staff was so accommodating for our 140 person wedding for everything we wanted and needed. I highly recommend the rooftop ceremony and Caladesi Terrace for the cocktail hour. Our wedding was in February and it was very windy during our wedding weekend so most people were inside during the cocktail hour, but there is no better setting than a view of the sunset! The only issue we had was that apparently Shania Twain’s “Man I Feel Like A Woman” was playing on the hotel radio while I was coming down the aisle and a handful of people could hear that more than my song that I actually had playing - but I didn’t hear it and didn’t care because everything else was fabulous! I also highly recommended getting a couples massage to start the weekend off because I am so Type A and the minute I left the spa the Thursday before our wedding, I was stress-free the entire weekend. Best venue on Clearwater Beach, hands down. We looked at every other venue there and the ceremony location and staff knocked it out of the park. They were also cheaper than other venues which was a bonus! We had to cancel our honeymoon because of Coronavirus and decided to go back this month for a night just to feel like we are on vacation again until we can take our trip. If you want a stress-free planning process at a venue that will handle all the details for you with professionalism, communication, and enthusiasm, this is the place!

My now-wife and I saw this location years ago online when we were just dreaming of a wedding, and we were able to make it happen. We got married on the 16th floor sky terrace overlooking the gulf with 110 guests. The entire process (from our first tour to our tasting to phone conversations with Kayla and Nikki and finally to the week of the event) was handled with a perfect balance of professionalism and stress free confidence. The entire staff, from planners/coordinators to lead servers and everyone working the wedding, was tremendous. They made the entire long weekend for us and our guests (Thursday through Monday for many) the best weekend of our lives and delivered great value on the cost. I can’t recommend it enough if you are looking for a beachfront wedding venue in a great location with some unique features like the sky terrace ceremony space.

The Hyatt was amazing. We had our ceremony on the Sky Terrace and everything was beautiful. The staffs were wonderful. Lindsey was very accommodating to us. She always answered our questions about the venue and details with a smile. Roseli was amazing since the beginning. She helped us with the planning and timeline, suggested things that we didn't think of. Roseli was also served as the day of coordinator. Everything went smoothly. There was another wedding on the same day but I didn't even notice it. The food was great that our guests were still talking about it. The Hyatt is an amazing venue for a wedding. The Sky Terrace makes for the perfect ceremony backdrop, and the ballrooms set the stage for a reception. My daughter wanted a beach wedding near home in St. Petersburg. We visited hotels up and down the coast from Sarasota to Tarpon Springs. Roseli guided us every step of the way. She answered my emails promptly and gave us valuable advice and suggestions. She took care of hundreds of small details so I didn’t have to.The ceremony was on the Sky Terrace. Words cannot describe how beautiful the ocean looked from the 16th floor at sunset. My daughter had the beauty of the beach without the disadvantages of being on a public beach, i.e. walking through the sand and uninvited guests. The reception was held in the Bellaire ballroom. It has a private balcony for the cocktail hour with sea breezes and a view of the ocean. The food was amazing and everyone complimented us on it. But most importantly to me, was that Roseli made sure that everything was perfect so I could relax and enjoy it. So save yourself some time looking for the venue. The Hyatt has it all.

What we really appreciate about Danielle is that no matter what, she always had a smile and an awesome attitude. She was super cool under pressure and we could tell that she really cared about us and our event. We also know that she was busting her butt behind the scenes to make sure we had nothing to worry about, but you'd never know it by her calm demeanor. We appreciate her hard work so very much, our wedding day was perfect and beautiful. The service from the banquet staff was outstanding, Erin was on point making sure we had everything we needed, and all of the servers were always smiling with great attitudes. Every single thing was delicious, our guests were raving about the food! The Chef accommodated all of our special requests and we were so very happy with everything!!All of the staff here, from the team of valet and bellhops to the chef and banquet staff, were absolutely AMAZING. Always smiling, great attitudes, and exceptional customer service, surpassing our expectations. It was really important that our guests from out of town had a great experience at the hotel, and the staff made sure of it. We are forever grateful for an EPIC wedding weekend.

We had our ceremony (Sky Terrace) and reception (Caladesi Room) at the Hyatt. This was a destination wedding for us, so I need some help and Roseli was fantastic! She made everything so easy and made sure that we were happy. We hired almost all of our vendors from their recommended list (they were all incredible) and everyone worked together seamlessly. My now husband and I got married at Hyatt regency in Clearwater on April 28th 2018. We both are from Texas and work full time sometimes weeks over 80 hours. Being so busy and wanting a beach wedding was a challenge. I did not hire a wedding planner, my husband and I went over vendor and options ourselves.Hyatt was not the first option on our list but since the first contact with Roseli from the hotel things seems sooooo smoothly it was worth to explore the option. I can’t say enough great things about Roseli. She was our to go person from the hotel for EVERYTHING... and when I say everything I mean it. I asked every single question I could think of to her, I went over different options in terms of food, alcohol, timing and even vendors outside of their list with her. She was the sweetest most professional and helpful person ever. I’m 100% sure our wedding reception would have never been the same without her. Planning a wedding for 100 guest in a place you’ve only seeing through pictures with a terrible work schedule can be challenging but Roseli made it much less stressful! She was also very accommodating in terms of special requests like appetizers from our culture and Venezuelan rum. The reception was at the Belleair room that was just recently renewed and it is gorgeous and the cocktail hour at the terrace with views of the ocean... gorgeous!Our wedding day was even more beautiful and perfect than I would have imagine! I truly would recommend this place for any couples looking for options and would get roseli on my team if at all possible!

We hadn’t even started wedding planning when we took a trip to Clearwater and stayed at the Hyatt Regency. The concierge, Kyndal was so sweet and helpful and upgraded us to the beautiful terrace suite. After the incredible customer service from our first interaction with Kyndal we were convinced that we needed to have our wedding in Clearwater at the Hyatt. We got in touch with Savannah, the wedding coordinator and she contacted us back immediately and provided us with all the information we needed. Once we booked the Hyatt as our venue, Savannah continued to work with us and answer our numerous questions. Unfortunately Savannah ended up moving to another state, but fortunately Roseli, another excellent coordinator was there! The transition between the two was seamless and there was never any confusion or anything missing during that time! Roseli also continued to patiently work with us and answer more of our never ending questions, helped us make changes to our buffet menu, and even let us schedule a tasting on a Friday when we had no other dates available. The weekend of our wedding they had everything covered. They had my dress and my husband’s suit steamed and delivered back to us and even provided us with another huge mirror when we requested one for getting ready the morning of the wedding. Roseli checked in on us on the day of and even helped us out by holding my youngest nephew when he had a melt down and didn’t make it down the aisle. Maria was in charge of our buffet and service and did such an amazing job. Everyone raves about our food at the reception and we even heard a few people made it to the buffet for thirds and fourths even though they were stuffed because the food was so delicious. I can’t say enough about how impressed we were with the level of customer service, how beautiful the ceremony and reception areas were, how smoothly the wedding went, and just how incredibly nice everyone was. I will always recommend the Hyatt Regency in Clearwater!

Roseli was absolutely amazing! I cannot put in words how grateful I am for her. Everything was perfect. We weren’t even considering the Hyatt at first, because we were looking at other venues in the area. However, we had additional time between appointments, and decided to stop by the Hyatt to check it out. Long story short, we were enchanted. The venue is absolutely beautiful, the customer service outstanding and the location top! Nothing else compared and I am so glad we chose the venue. It was a destination wedding for us and most of our guests and Roseli was so helpful and accommodating and very easy to work with every step of the way.Our guests gave us nothing but compliments for days to come. The food was outstanding and the service remarkable. Everyone was treated like to royalty. Even in my stress and freak out moments Roseli and Danielle were right there to put me at ease. The day off went smooth and I had to worry about nothing. If you want to make wedding planning easy and have a classy and elegant event, with outstanding food and service, the Hyatt is the place to book!

Hyatt went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, it was also rainy and windy and they worked with us to make sure everything went smoothly!

We had our son and daughter in-laws rehearsal dinner at this venue in November 2017. The staff were phenomenal to work with, especially since we live in Pennsylvania and had to make some choices long distance. Lindsey was kind enough to give us a \"Face Time\" tour of the facility, including from the entrance up to the eighth floor Caladesi Room. The views of the beach from eight floors up were breathtaking. Once the venue was booked we worked with Roseli Aguilar-Diaz. Roseli was an angel. She was so accommodating with us. We were visiting the area in March and she walked us through everything, kept in communication with us via email, and was great the night of the event. The food and service were fantastic. We could not have asked for a better venue. Icing on the cake was a fantastic sunset that evening. I highly recommend this establishment for a rehearsal dinner event. I am sure a larger event such as a wedding would work our beautifully as well.

From the minute my husband and I took a tour of The Hyatt, we knew we wanted to have our wedding there. Not only is it so beautiful, but the entire staff is welcoming, and genuinely kind. I was planning a destination wedding, and living in Indiana was not always ideal for planning. Roseli, Lindsey, and their team were always very receptive to any questions I had during the planning process. When the wedding weekend arrived, I had guests coming from all over the country to stay at The Hyatt. All of my guests have commented on how much they loved it there, how the food was delicious, the rooms were beautiful, and the staff was incredibly friendly. When I checked in, the entire staff was very accommodating and made me feel right at home. I had planned to have my ceremony and reception on the sky terrace. My ceremony happened, and when it was time for the reception we all sat down to eat on the sky terrace, and there was a pop-up shower that came out of nowhere. As the bride, I tried to not show how emotional that made me. The staff swiftly moved my guests down to the lobby where they had a bar for them set up (another cocktail hour, which no one was complaining about!) while they set up the backup ballroom. They brought decorations down, and brought all of the food for my 120 guests downstairs (and everyone said their food was still warm!) I was so impressed with how the handled everything. It was definitely not an ideal situation, and not the day I envisioned (no bride wishes for rain on her wedding day). However, they did everything in their power to provide seamless service and to make sure my guests still had a great time. My guests have said how they were all so impressed with how quickly they transitioned the rest of the reception downstairs, and how great the food and service was. I cannot thank Roseli, her team, and The Hyatt enough for still making the night special for me, even though it rained. They provide exceptional service, are courteous, kind, and genuinely care about the couples that they work with. If you are wanting a beautiful wedding location with great service for your guests, you really don't need to look any further. The Hyatt definitely has everything you could ever want as a bride, and you will have an amazing team to work with. Thank you again! We can't wait to come back and visit!!

The food was delicious; all of our guests raved about it! The staff were so friendly and helpful! We had such a great experience with the Hyatt, we will be sure to be back to visit! This venue is PERFECTION! My husband and I wanted an small intimate wedding with out closest friends and family on the gorgeous beach and we gotten have gotten anything better! Roseli really took care of us throughout the entire process! Everyone at the hotel acted as if they knew us personally and would bend over backwards for any tiny request we had. Our bartender at the dinner/reception quickly became one of my favorite people! She was the sweetest and everyone absolutely loved her! She was friendly, professional and so much fun! The beach ceremony spot was gorgeous! The palm trees made the most gorgeous photos. The food was delicious and everyone loved every piece of it! Not to mention that the hotel made sure my husband and I had another plate in the fridge of our room for the next day in case we didn't have time to truly enjoy it the day of the wedding. Everyone was so accommodating. The location was perfect and beautiful. The Caladesi Terrace has been renovated and was gorgeous for our small crowd. and the organization of everything was more than expected! They really took care of every tiny aspect that we would have never thought of prior to the day of the wedding. I would 100% recommend this venue for your wedding day!

We decided on the terrace overlooking the beach for the ceremony and Bell Air ballroom for reception, which offers a private patio overlooking the beach for the evening. Our guests haven't stopped raving about the gorgeous location, the wonderful staff and the delicious food! Roseli was our wedding coordinator who helped bring the entire day together and we couldn't have been happier with her. Her assistant Savannah orchestrated the entire rehearsal and was also unbelievably friendly. During the reception, Erin took over the reigns for the night and made sure everything went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend the Hyatt to anyone considering it for a wedding location! There is so much for your guests to do at the resort, and it was absolutely the best weekend of my life! Also, I HIGHLY recommend all 3 of the entrees we offered to our guests at the wedding (duck breast, red snapper & beef filet). Wonderful experience all around!!!

The team at Hyatt are amazing and I could not have picked a better venue. Roseli and Savannah were so helpful and really pulled everything together for us. I didn't need any bridesmaids or parents to help with anything or even check to see if it was set up. Roseli checked in throughout the day with the vendors and it made everything go so smooth. She upgraded our suite to the top floor overlooking the ocean which made for perfect pictures. I wish I could give more stars and I will recommend Hyatt to any bride looking for a venue.

My December 2016 wedding at the Hyatt Regency was completely botched! After an almost year long duration of very detailed planning on my part, the Hyatt failed on nearly every responsibility and service during the wedding weekend. This included (but not limited to): 11 month planning process, 10 room wedding party hotel block (paid for by us), rehearsal dinner, ceremony program, and day after check out. The Hyatt staff was unorganized and unprofessional from the very beginning. We were consistently guaranteed that our wedding planning and event would occur smoothly with quality service. These promises were falsified when the wedding coordinator (Lindsey Sikes) was replaced with another professional (Roseli Aguilar-Diaz) during the mid point of the planning process. I found out about this only after I had requested information regarding our event! I was emailing them to plan the menu for my rehearsal dinner that they had completely forgotten about! We were never told until this transition had already taken place! To make matters worse, our event contracts were altered without our knowledge and approval which we noticed only months prior to the wedding. The Hyatt employees disregarded this entire situation and lied right to our face about the contract and service minimums. What they did with the contracts was illegal! We then arrived on a Wednesday for our Thursday rehearsal and Friday wedding. Our hotel block was booked nearly 9 months prior to the wedding date by the wedding coordinator Lindsey Sikes and Roseli Aguilar- Diaz. Come the day of check in, our room block details were changed numerous times only minutes prior to guests' arrival. This resulted in a late rehearsal start time on the sky terrace as well as cold dinner food down in the Caladesi Room. Even though we had both events at the same location, the transitions were poorly managed and the communication efforts were grossly inadequate (on behalf of Hyatt staff). I had planned this dinner for months with Roseli Aguilar-Diaz down to the exact number of adults and children. We arrived to the room to find zero tables and chairs put out for our guests to sit as well as cold and rubbery food presented at chef stations. This was an embarrassing beginning to our wedding weekend to say the least. Throughout this entire time, the front desk staff members were incompetent and unprofessional. My parents and guests overheard these employees talking badly about our party- with no consideration for us as hotel clients or guests. The wedding worsened from this point. As I was standing at the door to enter the ceremony, I hear my song playing for other members of our wedding party. They failed at even the simplest of tasks of making sure that the ceremony progressed smoothly! Even after I had spent HOURS going over every single detail with Hyatt representatives- repeating myself numerous times in both written and verbal conversations. They had plenty of communication devices so why weren't they using these? For a finale, every member of our room block was temporarily charged for their room on the day of check out AFTER we had already paid for the rooms! Talk about an embarrassment! This entire issue required FURTHER discussions with the rude front desk employees and hotel administration in order to resolve! In summary, the Hyatt had great reviews from the past in which I myself followed! My December 2016 wedding was a disaster at the Hyatt! I advise to look around before booking!

5 stars does not do our wedding at the Hyatt Regency justice i would like to give it 10 stars. The Venue on the beach was perfect as was the reception venue and the food and drinks. We are from England so we had to organise a lot of the wedding via email and phone calls. Roseli was fantastic and we could not have asked for any more from her to help make our wedding perfect. She was also helped by Savannah who was also fantastic in helping make our wedding so much more perfect than we could have imagined.

My September wedding at the Hyatt Regency was absolutely perfect! It was a destination wedding for my husband and I, and Lindsey and Megan were so awesome to work with! We had several guests staying at the hotel for the entire weekend before the wedding, and the entire hotel staff treated provided exceptional service to us and all of our guests. There were a few minor hiccups that were out of everyone's control (mostly weather related) and I am so pleased at how the staff handled and treated our guests. As far as the wedding itself, we were to have the ceremony on the 16th floor terrace, and reception in the Aquaela Ballroom. The guests made it to the terrace, but 5 minutes prior to the ceremony, it poured. The staff got everyone (and my flowers) out of the rain so quickly and efficiently. We ended up having the ceremony inside, which still turned out beautiful. The ballroom looked beautiful, and the food was amazing. We received TONS of compliments on the venue, food, and staff. I couldn't be more happy with my experience at The Hyatt Regency, and can't wait to go back for our anniversary!!!

It is extremely difficult to convey how much my fiancé and I enjoyed our experience at the Hyatt. We had our wedding ceremony on the sky terrace and our reception downstairs in the Belleair Room. We cannot say thank you enough! Our day was absolutely perfect and couldn’t have gone any better or more smoothly! Lindsey Sikes is an indispensible resource! I don’t know what I would have done without her during the wedding planning. We did not have a wedding coordinator and Lindsey was a great resource for advice and insight. She was extremely accessible and was always able to provide an answer. Megan her assistant was just as wonderful and helpful! The coordinated our ceremony and all of our guests flawlessly. If you are looking for a venue that is friendly and genuinely cares about you and your wedding please look at the Hyatt. The venue is gorgeous! The food is delicious! The staff is fantastic! Maria was with my fiancé and I at our tasting and for the dinner service. She remembered the beer my fiancé had at the tasting and even brought drinks to us on the beach while we were taking pictures. The chef was able to cater a specific menu for guest we had with severe allergies that was spectacular. The whole experience from the day we booked the venue to the day we checked out couldn’t have been any more outstanding. The Hyatt provided us the flawless wedding of our dreams and then more!

From the beginning, my husband and I knew we wanted to get married at, but not on, the beach. The Hyatt's 16th floor Sky Terrace provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony, and the Bellair Room and adjacent Beach Club were ideal for our ceremony. The Hyatt was a breeze to work with, and our go-to gal Mallori was available to us from beginning to end - she even found super glue for me when the belt on my dress threatened to come loose! The servers at our reception were amazing, as well, and gave my groom and I personalized attention from beginning to end. If we had to do it all over, we'd book the Hyatt again in a heartbeat.

The Hyatt's 16th floor Sky Terrace provided the perfect backdrop for our ceremony, and the Bellair Room and adjacent Beach Club were ideal for our ceremony. The Hyatt was a breeze to work with, and our go-to gal Mallori was available to us from beginning to end - she even found super glue for me when the belt on my dress threatened to come loose! The servers at our reception were amazing, as well, and gave my groom and I personalized attention from beginning to end. If we had to do it all over, we'd book the Hyatt again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I picked this venue because of the one of a kind beautiful views! We stayed here on a weekend getaway and saw the sky terrace. Once we got engaged, I called and they did weddings up there! It was perfect! We were a little hesitant when our coordinator (Corey) got promoted to a different hyatt and we were given Lindsey 2 mo before the wedding. If you understand that it's a Hyatt, and you expect it to be a little pricey, everything is fantastic from there! For a small wedding, they were actually one of the most reasonable venues in the area as far as the cost of the wedding and dinner went. The rooms are pricey, the food is pricey, and the parking is pricey, but it was well worth the cost. From the second we walked in the door the first day, EVERY employee greeted us with a smile, opened doors for us, asked if we needed anything. I worked with Mallori Skipper for our wedding planning, and she did a great job coordinating everything. Anything I needed or had questions about, she was there to help with, no problem. The food was delicious, and there were lots of options available that your guests get to choose from that night, which is nice, and the dining area was beautiful. Most of our guests stayed at the hotel, and not one person had anything less than great to say about the hotel. Everything was beautiful and clean!

We held both our ceremony and reception at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort one month ago. Our ceremony was located on the 16th floor Sky Terrace which provided absolutely stunning views, and our reception followed later that evening in the Aqualea ballroom. I would HIGHLY recommended looking into the Hyatt Clearwater Beach as a wedding venue location. It's the perfect location for couples like us who want to get married near the beach, but not necessarily \"on\" the beach (though they do offer a beach ceremony location). The staff was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process and the wedding day ran very smoothly! Our guests raved about the hotel itself and really enjoyed the large, beautiful rooms and the pool (and incredible views!). We also were able to provide our guests with a Sunday Breakfast buffet the morning after the wedding which was again done beautifully and allowed us extra time to spend with guests after the wedding madness :) Also, the food was DELICIOUS and tasted just as good as it did during our tasting. The Hyatt blew away all of the other venue locations that we looked at and I would recommend them a million times over!

I knew since we lived by the beach and that we both wanted to get married at the beach that as soon as we got engaged we needed to start looking. We weren't that impressed with many of the venues and some were just not quite right. However as soon as I met Mallori and she gave me a tour of the Hyatt I knew it was perfect. I had been looking for a venue for the ceremony portion that could be outside but then move inside for the reception with access to the outside. The Belleair room was perfect for us and was everything we had been searching for! The sky Terrace was great for our ceremony since you had nothing but ocean views without the mess of the sand. Everyone that we dealt with during our planning were amazing!! Ashley Succow and Cory Wilkerson made everything so simple and easy. They put up with my Fiance constantly questioning the money making sure he got the best value and wasn't over paying;0) Ashley was with us every step of the way and made sure that everything the day of went super smooth. She helped us plan a custom buffet for cocktail hour and dinner. She worked with us on the bar and the timeline of the evening making sure that everything flowed. Not a thing to my knowledge went wrong that evening. I did find out later from a friend that some people tried to sneak in to the reception, they had them quickly removed and placed another employee on guard outside. Everyone from the front guest staff, catering staff, to the pool and restaurant staff went above and beyond. My fiance and I have already decided that each year on our anniversary the Hyatt is where we will go back to think about our amazing day!

I had three events at The Hyatt. First was a pool party for family. The staff at the pool was fabulous. Next was the rehershal. I was EXTREMLY disappointed in the Hyatt wedding coordinator Ashley. The location was not set up for the rehershal there were guest laying in the middle of the location in their bathing suits not willing to move. I called for Ashley and her boss and they never showed up. We had to \"set up\" the rehershal ourselves and for $30,000 I find that unacceptable. \rThe wedding was perfect. The deck was clean, it was set up on time. The reception staff couldn't be more perfect, more willing to please. I have NEVER had better food at a wedding. Almost a month later and my guest are still raving about the food and service at The Hyatt. I would STRONGLY suggest you hire a wedding coordinator for the day of to faciliate your rehershal and ensure everything else is on par. If it weren't for the rehershal, I would have given the Hyatt 5 stars.

Overall, our wedding was beautiful. The staff was very nice. Unfortunately, we had to stay on top of the details more than we should have or they would have been forgotten. We received a few bills before it reflected what our bill was supposed to be (and then still we got another), our Hyatt gold points still hasn’t been credited correctly, and during the planning, we had to keep reminding of the details, some of which were still missed. But I must reiterate, the day of was beautiful, the staff was very nice, and they did make some gestures to make up for our troubles. So they get 5 stars overall and a 4 for service. We would have loved to have given them 5 on everything but didn’t feel we could.

The Hyatt does a phenomenal job making sure the Bride and Groom feel like royalty. We got married on the Sky Terrace, which was ridiculous. The views were insane and gorgeous. It was quite hot, though we had no guests complaints, but you are on a roof that has been in the sun for hours before you get there, so it's a little understandable :) \r\r\rVery beautiful, needed very little decoration, which is awesome for an out of town bride! \r\r\rIt is hard not to feel like a little fish in a big sea at the Hyatt though. Our wedding was only 75 people and we were only using the space for the ceremony, so sometimes you felt like your party wasn't as significant as maybe another party was when it came to early check in for the bride and groom, and special treament, there was no complimentary meal or anything for being the bride and groom and paying for the the room for our wedding night. You were just treated like any other guest. I guess if someone were paying me to host their wedding ceremony, I would try to make them feel a little more special. \r\r\rDuring the ceremony, they were very flexible, we had to push the wedding back 30 minutes due to traffic and they were perfectly fine with that. Jennifer Payne was a wonderful help always wanting to accomidate me prior to the wedding. \r\r\rBeautiful resort! Wonderful venue! Highly recommend the 16th floor Sky Terrace, I might recommend using their reception services as well so that your guests don't have to park there for the ceremony and then move for the reception. A beautiful one stop shop! \r

The Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa was a perfect venue for our wedding reception. The hotel staff was very responsive and helpful. Jennifer Payne, the Catering Sales Manager, was fabulous at making things happen. Jennifer is a very hard worker and ensures that each couple feels important and is completely taken care of throughout the process. She is very thorough, which was important to us. We were impressed by her attention to detail, and her guidance throughout the planning.\rOur wedding was such a hit! We had so many compliments about the venue, about the planning, and especially about the food. Chef Brad Gillespie was amazing! He catered the event to our specific tastes and exceeded our expectations. He introduced himself during an extensive tasting and was open to feedback and suggestions. He even spent time on another date during the planning just getting to know us more. The Hyatt staff were really friendly and remembered us each time we visited the hotel during the planning process. The personal attention helped to ease much of the stress of planning. \rWe also received excellent personal attention during the wedding reception from the wait staff. We were especially thankful for Nickoli, who was so attentive and helpful during the reception. He made sure that we were taken care of, that our drinks were always full, and everything was going as planned. Nickoli made sure we were able to taste all the food and delivered leftovers and extra wedding cake to our room in case we wanted more later!!\rThe hotel was beautiful. Our guests were happy with the rooms and the service. We rented a poolside cabana for the weekend, which was awesome!! Our guests loved coming and going as they pleased, using the pool and the airconditioned cabana area. Some guests ordered food at the push of a button. We used the cabana to host a Sunday morning breakfast for the guests staying at the hotel. Our guests loved it. \rJennifer Payne helped set up the reservations so the guests had discounted rooms and she helped us book the cabana for the weekend. Jennifer recommended several great vendors and they all have worked with her before and were happy to work with her again. \r \rWe visited the Sandava Spa on the day after our wedding, which was also amazing. Massage therapist Michael was outstanding and gave one of the best massages ever!\rOverall, we had a fantastic time at the Hyatt and throughout our wedding weekend. We had great feedback from all our guests, who are still giving us great reviews. The pictures are gorgeous and the hotel staff was fantastic. I am so glad we had our wedding at the Hyatt Regency on Clearwater Beach and I am looking forward to going back and staying soon!!!

Jennifer Payne, the Catering Sales Manager, was fabulous at making things happen. Jennifer is a very hard worker and ensures that each couple feels important and is completely taken care of throughout the process. She is very thorough, which was important to us. We were impressed by her attention to detail, and her guidance throughout the planning.\rOur wedding was such a hit! We had so many compliments about the venue, about the planning, and especially about the food. Chef Brad Gillespie was amazing! He catered the event to our specific tastes and exceeded our expectations. He introduced himself during an extensive tasting and was open to feedback and suggestions. He even spent time on another date during the planning just getting to know us more. The Hyatt staff were really friendly and remembered us each time we visited the hotel during the planning process. The personal attention helped to ease much of the stress of planning. \rWe also received excellent personal attention during the wedding reception from the wait staff. We were especially thankful for Nickoli, who was so attentive and helpful during the reception. He made sure that we were taken care of, that our drinks were always full, and everything was going as planned. Nickoli made sure we were able to taste all the food and delivered leftovers and extra wedding cake to our room in case we wanted more later!!\rThe hotel was beautiful. Our guests were happy with the rooms and the service. We rented a poolside cabana for the weekend, which was awesome!! Our guests loved coming and going as they pleased, using the pool and the airconditioned cabana area. Some guests ordered food at the push of a button. We used the cabana to host a Sunday morning breakfast for the guests staying at the hotel. Our guests loved it. \rJennifer Payne helped set up the reservations so the guests had discounted rooms and she helped us book the cabana for the weekend. Jennifer recommended several great vendors and they all have worked with her before and were happy to work with her again. \r \rWe visited the Sandava Spa on the day after our wedding, which was also amazing. Massage therapist Michael was outstanding and gave one of the best massages ever!\rOverall, we had a fantastic time at the Hyatt and throughout our wedding weekend. We had great feedback from all our guests, who are still giving us great reviews. The pictures are gorgeous and the hotel staff was fantastic. I am so glad we had our wedding at the Hyatt Regency on Clearwater Beach and I am looking forward to going back and staying soon!!!

The Hyatt was an amazing location for our wedding, which we wanted to have a beach vibe, but without being on the beach. We were able to get married on an outdoor terrace with views of the Gulf and the Harbor. The ceremony site was so beautiful. For our reception, we had a casual ballroom feel with availability to an outdoor terrace for our guests and ofcourse, gorgeous views of the Gulf. I can't say how beautiful the location was- perfect for a wedding. As far as the service went, we worked with a great team. I worked with Jennifer Payne for a year, and I fell in love with her. She is so sweet and wonderful and worked really hard to make our wedding amazing and work with in our budget, which was a huge feat. We really appreciated her attention to detail and for dealing with our constant emails and calls from both the bride and groom and parents all asking the same thing. On the night of, she helped to run everything perfectly and everything went off without a hitch! The food was amazing as well, and the wait staff was so attentive- they even knew our ring bearer by name and checked on him constantly!!! We also stayed there for 3 nights after, and the room was beautiful and the hotel staff was super nice. I couldn't be happier with the services at the Hyatt, and can not wait to stay there again soon! I would recommend them to everyone who wants the feel of a beach meets city trendy wedding.
