Gorgeous venue with an extremely professional staff. For two very busy people, The Arcade made wedding planning a breeze. Allison was a total class act, and made everything very easy and coordinated. The arcade was wonderful at setting everything we brought out, and packing into a room for us to retrieve when we got back. Honestly, when people say they were stressed planning a wedding, I had so much fun, and I think it's because the arcade team helped pull it together so seamlessly. We picked vendors who were familiar with the arcade, so that was very easy. We had a 2 bride wedding, and everything from the Arcade was very inclusive. Our families are from out of town, and everyone was RAVING about the venue and loved that they got to stay right in the midst of the action. The Saturday food and beverage minimum isn't cheap, but for us, the cost was so worth the beautiful venue, professional staff, and ease of planning.

We loved our Arcade wedding reception!! We worked with Sarah, who was absolutely amazing and honestly was more organized and prepared than the additional day of planner we hired. She was so quick with responding to emails and kept us up to date on everything we needed to do. She guided us the whole way and answered all of our questions. The venue is gorgeous, of course, but the food was also wonderful! The only reason for 4 stars is that some elements were more pricey than I think they should have been, so we didn’t have exactly everything we would have liked, but that’s ok (add on beer/liquor options and late night snack). Overall, it is the perfect venue and highly recommend.

After planning our wedding for over 2 years, we finally got married at the Arcade on 12.31.23. Our day could not have gone any smoother - everything was exactly how we imagined!We worked with Sarah throughout the planning process, and can’t say enough nice things about her! She was always quick to respond, eager to help, and made everything so easy for us. Sarah checked on us & our families throughout the day to ensure we had everything we needed. All of the staff was so welcoming to us and our guests throughout the wedding weekend. All food & beverage is managed in-house - everything was absolutely delicious! Additional rentals (gold chivari chairs, black napkins, etc.) can be ordered through the Arcade. It was so nice not to worry about planning these things on our own! The Arcade is always beautiful, but looked exceptionally magically over the holidays. We highly recommend hosting your event at this beautiful venue!!!

Where do I even begin? My husband and I were married here last weekend and it was absolutely the most beautiful venue we could have selected. I fell in love with the Arcade as a young girl, and getting married here was a dream. Not only was the venue just gorgeous, the team, staff and my wedding coordinator, Allison, made wedding planning an easier process. The team at the Arcade is incredibly responsive, helpful, flexible and accommodating. All of the questions I had were answered immediately, the process was explained in detail, and advice for planning was offered along the way. During the ceremony/reception, we had several members of the team introduce themselves, check in on us, and offer to assist in any way they could. I would give our experience here 10 stars if possible!

The Arcade was, hands down, the absolute most spectacular, straight-from-our-wildest-dreams, perfect location for our November 2023 wedding that we could have ever imagined. The service was phenomenal from start to finish--from the day we toured, to our tasting and walk-through in-person, to all correspondence about logistics with Sarah and Lillian along the way, every detail of our rehearsal and wedding events were more than we could've ever asked for. Sarah responded to any question via email within hours and had every single need met and question responded to with warmth and attentiveness. We kept hearing over and over again from our guests how stunning the venue was, how delicious the food was, and how incredible the service was...all night long (and in the month since our day). We could not recommend the Hyatt more highly to anyone considering their event or wedding day here. My wife and I were in communications with Sarah Mgebroff – the Hyatt’s Event Sales Manager at The Arcade - for over a year leading up to our wedding. Sarah was nothing short of spectacular every step of the way. She was incredibly professional, approachable, and quick to respond to my wife or I anytime we had questions or concerns. She kept us on track and made sure that everything went smoothly on the day of our wedding. Sarah alone made our experience through the Hyatt a 5-Star one. However, all of the other staff we interacted with – during our planning, throughout our stay, and on the day of our wedding were incredibly kind, personable, and hardworking. And as someone who catered weddings for 8+ years I understand that the work isn't easy and there wasn't a moment throughout our wedding day that Hyatt staff didn't exceed expectations of myself or our guests. Truly, from our initial email to the departure from the venue – Sarah and the others at the Hyatt delivered an incredible experience. We are incredibly thankful for that!

Breath taking venue. The planning staff is amazing and super easy to work with. Logistically the venue is a dream because everyone's hotel rooms are in the same room as the venue. This was the only place in Cleveland that I would agree to get married at.

From the moment we walked into The Arcade, we knew it was where we wanted to get married. Allison Kay helped us through the entire planning process. She was calm, cool, and collected, and made the big day run so smoothly! The staff were outstanding and took care of our every need. They are seasoned professionals, who have gained the experience from many weddings while still making you feel like your wedding is the most important party they have ever thrown. The only thing future brides should be aware of is that The Arcade is a public space until the time of your event, so taking pictures around the venue can be a bit difficult due to people in the background. However, a good photographer and great group of bridesmaids can make sure people clear the way!

I would highly recommend having your wedding here! The venue is breathtaking! Our guests RAVED about how beautiful the venue was. Allison was fantastic to work with. She made everything so easy and was in constant communication, especially in the weeks leading up to our wedding. The package options are great, and it was such a stress reliever to be able to have many things (catering, getting ready area, tables, SET UP AND TEAR DOWN etc.) bundled into together and taken care of by the venue. The only things I had to think about on my wedding day was letting my hair and makeup artists into the hotel. The Hyatt took care of everything else! I would do it all over again in a heartbeat!

We just got married here this last weekend and the whole thing was a dream. Allison was so amazing to work with and made our visions come to life. The staff was so great, afterwards our family kept telling us how nice the servers were and how they all seemed to be enjoying themselves while working the event. Everyone that we interacted with at the Hyatt was great and the service on the day of the wedding was executed smoothly. For a 200 person wedding, the catering staff did a wonderful job preparing the dinner service that was enjoyed by all our guests and the wait staff did a great job with keeping the dinner service moving.

Our guests could not stop complimenting us on our choice of venue. The Hyatt Regency Arcade truly has it all. We were an out of state couple looking for a venue that would have some decisions/vendors built in so that the process would be streamlined for us and the vendors that come with the Hyatt such as cake, catering, and their event coordinators to keep you on track are all top notch. When we chose the Hyatt Regency Arcade we got many of the things we expected and prioritized out of our wedding. A beautiful building/venue that didn't require going anywhere else for beautiful photos. A prime location in downtown Cleveland that would let our guests explore all the city has to offer. Our guests having the ease of staying on site. And most importantly a team of staff that would help put out and take down all the wedding decor so that no guests or family had to do a role during the wedding. They also worked with us for a Pittsburgh Cookie Table and we appreciated that flexibility for our event.We also got many things we hadn't expected and were so so grateful for. The Hyatt Regency coordinator Allison was AMAZING, helping us move through the planning process and keeping everything moving smoothly for the day-of. She was great with communication and organization and had a great day of document that had a lot of the information all in one place. She worked with us for that document and planning so that everyone would be prepared and ready for the event and fostered a lot of faith and trust that we had in the Hyatt team. She was able to get all our decorations out with almost no guidance and even saved the day by putting ice in our coolers with breakfast supplies without asking. We received a lovely getting ready room for the bride and bridesmaids. One of the best unexpected pieces was the joy of running into people throughout the day of the wedding and getting to call to one another from different floors as you saw someone going down a hall in the atrium. With all the rooms surrounding the event space you truly feel surrounded by all your loved ones and guests. The Hyatt Regency Arcade worked with us to meet all our needs and communicated quickly to answer any questions or requests we had. Every dollar was worth it for the service we received. The catering was excellent with many good options. We heard no complaints from any guests and they worked with many guests to meet their dietary restrictions outside of the main meal choices. The only thing to be aware of in choosing this venue is it is an interesting shape being so long and skinny. It took us a little bit to work out the seating chart so that folks seated at the far end wouldn't feel left out. 100% would recommend and choose them again.

When we booked, Ann was our event coordinator. It’s a great venue for an out of town couple because it is so stunning on its own and the Arcade takes care of so much (food, drinks, set up, tables, linens, etc). Allison transitioned into the role without missing a step. She was knowledgeable, professional and detail oriented. Our tasting, cocktail hour and reception were flawless and we received many compliments on the events. The only issue was the hotel (which is separate from the venue)—they didn’t have our 2nd night on file, our room keys stopped working a few times, and I’d be shocked if we got the best room in the place like we were supposed to. My close family had similar hotel issues too. Didn’t ruin the day, but a noticeable glitch that hasn’t been addressed.

Our wedding at the Arcade was incredible. We had our ceremony and reception there. They made it so easy with planning. I worked with Jamie Vencl initially, who was great. When Jamie left for maternity leave, Sarah Mgebroff took over as our planner, and she was amazing as well. She communicated so well the months, weeks, days before the wedding. She was very clear about what info we needed to submit by what dates. She was very organized and between her and my month of coordinator, everything was taken care of the day of, I did not worry about a thing. If there was a problem with something, I was not aware of it. It truly could not have gone better. My only (very very minor) complaint was that we weren't allowed to take any cake home (besides the first tier) even though there was a ton extra, but its obviously not a deal breaker haha. But the food tasted great. We had the best time, had so many compliments about how beautiful everything looked. I was worried because I have heard it can get pretty hot in there for summer weddings, but it was really fine and not bad at all. Overall, I highly recommend the Arcade for a wedding venue. It is so unique and just absolutely gorgeous, and then to add all of the wonderful staff, it made everything perfect, I am SO glad we picked it! First, I want to mention that we had to plan our entire day completely remote, as we live in Dallas, Texas. Allison, our thoughtful coordinator, was an ABSOLUTE DREAM to work with. If I could give her 100 stars, I would. She planned, she coordinated, she had expert recommendations, and she answered every question within 24 hours. Because of the distance, she allowed us to carefully select our tasting and walk through dates well in advance so we could coordinate the trips with already planned travel. The day-of went without a hitch. Allison expertly thought of everything, and was able to address any potential obstacle before it arose. She constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and the entire staff at The Hyatt executed our day to the exact minute. I wouldn't hesitate to host 10000 other events at the Arcade!! I wish we could do it all over again. Thank you for everything!!

The Arcade was the perfect venue for us and we feel truly blessed to have gotten to celebrate there. From start to finish they helped make the experience as easy and smooth as possible. From initially viewing the space, to talking details, to having our dinner tasting, and finally on event day. Having the hotel attached made all of our guests lives all the easier as well. The space is truly unique and beautiful with its classic decor. The high ceilings make for gorgeous pictures and a lot of different angles. Our favorite part of our wedding was sneaking away to the bridge over the dance floor and watching as our guests danced away. Could not recommend highly enough.

Allison Kay was our coordinator and her and the entire Arcade staff were unbelievably accommodating, kind, and friendly. Growing up and living in Cleveland, the Arcade is one of the ver few unique venues for a wedding that includes all the amenities (catering, hotel, tables, planner) but is not a traditional ballroom. We both work full time and did not want to try to create an event from scratch with a dozen vendors and coordinating catering, table/chair/linen rentals, bar and all the other vendors that are already included when you do it through a hotel. We had a lot of guests come in from out and town and we wanted to show off Cleveland and the Arcade was a perfect venue. We worked with Ann Pavic as the wedding coordinator. She was responsive and patient and responded promptly to dozens and dozens of emails we sent during our 18 months of planning. The food was delicious. The smooth transition from ceremony to cocktail hour and then to dinner was very easy and the wait staff were very enthusiastic! We would chose this venue and work with Ann all over again if we had the choice. Our guests loved staying at the Arcade too. Plus we were grateful to have all the Hyatt points to use on our honeymoon - there really is something to be said for having a venue that's also a hotel so you can acquire points and put them toward future travels.

We worked with Ann, who was wonderful to work with from start to finish. This even includes when we had to postpone our wedding date and ultimately host a much smaller event than we originally planned. Ann and the hotel staff made every effort to ensure we still had a perfect, magical wedding day while also ensuring everyone was safe. Ann was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the planning process and answered every question we ever had.The food served at both our rehearsal dinner and reception was delicious, every single guest enjoyed their chosen entree. The hotel rooms at the Hyatt are also very nice and come with excellent service and amenities. I would highly recommend booking a hotel block at the venue as well. :)

We were already aware of the beauty and history of The Arcade which is what originally drew us to the venue but it was the staff at the Hyatt Regency at The Arcade that made us realize we could not have our wedding anywhere else. Ann and Allison were INCREDIBLE and helped us through every part of the process- big or small. They answered every question quickly and thoroughly, were very accommodating, showed enthusiasm for our wedding, and made us feel special along the way. We were incredibly impressed with every person there that made our day the most unforgettable experience. With this being such a fantastic venue, you might think the staff making it happen would be mediocre since the venue sells itself and they don't have a hard time garnering interest. Thankfully this is not the case. The food, the setting, the service, and the attention to detail cannot be beat. We had multiple guests tell us that this was the best wedding they've ever been to and we know the venue is a huge part of why! We were blown away by the team at The Arcade and it truly was the best day of our lives!!

We could not have been happier with our wedding day at the Arcade. We wanted a venue that we would be able to revisit in years to come and that would be visually spectacular. You cannot beat the views and architecture of this historical setting. Allison and Jamie were phenomenal to work with. We had about a year to plan the wedding after booking and my fiance and I were living two hours away. Both ladies were quick to respond and detailed in their explanations (even when I am sure I asked the same questions multiple times). Logistically, the week of was very smooth, we were able to drop decor off and give detailed instructions...the Arcade staff set everything up perfectly. We got married on the hottest weekend of 2019 and with the Arcade having limited air conditioning, things did get a little warm, but the staff did everything they could to make our guests more comfortable. Extra fans were brought in and frozen towels were passed out. There was a little confusion with the room for my parents (mother and father of the bride) but that situation was worked out fairly quickly. This venue works like a well oiled machine, if you can reserve a date, do so! We are looking forward to many years of anniversary dates at this special location!

I could not have imagined a more perfect wedding day and overall wedding experience than we had at the Arcade on our wedding day 11/23/19. We worked with Ann as our wedding coordinator, and she made the entire year of planning and day of experience completely stress-free. She went above and beyond to be easy to communicate with and made changes all the way up to a few days before the wedding due to a death in the family. The room block was reasonable and easy for our guests. The day of the wedding, I watched in disbelief as everything fell into place exactly the way it was supposed to. I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Arcade. Obviously, it is a remarkable building with a distinguished history, but the employees at The Arcade are really what makes it shine. I was drawn to this venue as it is unique and breathtaking. My fiance and I booked this venue about two years in advance and throughout that time, we had only wonderful interactions with everyone there. Jamie and Allison were absolutely outstanding. They made me feel calm and were so organized with absolutely everything. For two years, they answered all of my questions, took hectic phone calls, and made me feel so confident about my choice. They communicated with my vendors to make sure they were organized and set up everything. I just had to show up! During our actual wedding, we had a medical emergency with one of my family members. The staff at the Arcade were beyond amazing at handling the situation and taking care of us. All of the staff were so wonderful but one server, Theresa, went above and beyond to take care of me on the day. She continued to check into making sure I was okay and even boxed up food for us to have later. This was characteristic of all of the staff as well. I could tell that they genuinely cared about making my wedding special, which is not something that you see everywhere. The genuine support that they had for us made my heart so full and helped us continue to celebrate even after the medical situation. I am so grateful that we had our wedding at the most amazing venue with the best people.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about The Arcade. Obviously, it is a remarkable building with a distinguished history, but the employees at The Arcade are really what makes it shine. I was drawn to this venue as it is unique and breathtaking. My fiance and I booked this venue about two years in advance and throughout that time, we had only wonderful interactions with everyone there. Jamie and Allison were absolutely outstanding. They made me feel calm and were so organized with absolutely everything. For two years, they answered all of my questions, took hectic phone calls, and made me feel so confident about my choice. They communicated with my vendors to make sure they were organized and set up everything. I just had to show up! During our actual wedding, we had a medical emergency with one of my family members. The staff at the Arcade were beyond amazing at handling the situation and taking care of us. All of the staff were so wonderful but one server, Theresa, went above and beyond to take care of me on the day. She continued to check into making sure I was okay and even boxed up food for us to have later. This was characteristic of all of the staff as well. I could tell that they genuinely cared about making my wedding special, which is not something that you see everywhere. The genuine support that they had for us made my heart so full and helped us continue to celebrate even after the medical situation. I am so grateful that we had our wedding at the most amazing venue with the best people.

We had a wonderful wedding at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade. The reason for giving it 4/5 stars and not 5/5 is only because the staff that were not directly a part of the coordinating the wedding were not easy to work with when trying to drop off items such as flowers or picking up our cake topper/top tier cake and flowers the following days. They tried to give us the wrong top tier cake and did not help with retrieving any large items the days following the wedding.As for our wedding coordinator - SHE WAS AMAZING and the venue was absolutely a dream come true wedding! Jamie was very punctual in getting back to any questions I had and let me know when she would be out of the office and who I could reach out to if I had any questions while she was away! Planning a wedding here was very seamless and it was nice to be able to just have a one stop shop for coordinating food, tables, chairs, etc with the Arcade! The day of the wedding, everything went smoothly and again Jamie and Allison did an amazing job keeping everything on schedule! They both were so helpful and kind that they made me feel at ease through the whole process! I loved everything about our wedding day and if I could do it all over again I would get married at the Hyatt Arcade and change nothing! I highly recommend getting married here!

We had a wonderful wedding at the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at The Arcade. This is one of most beautiful places to get married! The venue itself is beautiful! Even though we did minimal decoration, our wedding pictures turned out stunning. And the staff work great to work with -- very organized, and made planning so easy from organizing meals, to working with vendors to arrange delivery and set up throughout the day! We were so happy to get married at the Arcade! (and bonus that the hotel rooms are really nice and there is a salon on the second floor that people where able to go to as well!)

This is one of most beautiful places to get married! The venue itself is beautiful! Even though we did minimal decoration, our wedding pictures turned out stunning. Also all of the event staff that I interacted with congratulated me and said I looked beautiful which I thought was just over the top kind! All of our guests said the food was delicious and I even got to eat some and I enjoyed it so much! Finally the venue itself is just so gorgeous. We did a Gatsby/travel themed wedding and had all of our guests come in Gatsby attire. There are so many gorgeous pictures of us and our guests in the Arcade and I just feel so lucky to have had such a special day in such a special venue!! Thank you Ann and everyone else at the Hyatt who made our dreams come true!!!!! <3

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect! We cannot thank the Arcade and Ann enough for every thing they did. The entire staff from the moment we arrived the night before made sure we were accommodated and had everything we needed throughout our two day stay. HUGE shout out to Ann for being the sweetest person and making us stay calm throughout. She is extremely professional, but also personal and made sure to answer my million emails prompting while providing reassurance that all details would fall into place. She captured our reception perfectly and setup every detail just as we imagined. She also made sure to check in with us throughout the night to see if we needed anything. Needless to say, our wedding was perfect. Ann is amazing. And the Hyatt staff was unbelievable. We had an endless amount of positive feedback from all our family and friends. My wedding day was the best experience of my life thanks to Jamie and Allison at the Arcade! From the very start, it was so easy to plan and communicate with them! They were quick to respond to questions and concerns. They are amazing, and were so accommodating with our needs - I did not have to worry about a thing the morning of my wedding. You will have top notch service at the Arcade - these professionals are industry experts!! I could not have asked for better people to work with. From the valet staff to the bartenders, they all made us feel so special on our day. The entire day went smoothly and I appreciated getting to use the bridal getting ready room for me and my bridesmaids to get ready together. We were able to drop off all decor, centerpieces, etc during the week ahead of time. One thing we should have done differently, since we did not meet our food and beverage minimum through our guest headcount, we could have paid for the farewell brunch with that extra money we needed to spend, but we had already signed a separate contract for that. Instead, we ended up upgrading bar service, late night snacks, and appetizers to help meet our minimum. We rented gold chiavalri chairs which gave the venue a beautiful touch. All of our guests commented on what a wonderful time they had and how much they enjoyed staying at the Hyatt. I cannot wait to see our photos taken in the beautiful Arcade! One thing to remember is make sure to ask for the leftover wedding cake if you want to take it home the next day - I thought we ran out of cake on our wedding night, as by the time I went to the cake table it was all gone and catering staff had thrown out the pieces that had been put on the head table for the wedding party before we got to eat it! Turns out there was still half a cake left to take home the next day!

There are not enough words in this world to describe how utterly thrilled I am with my experience with the Hyatt and all of the staff. From day one Ann was helpful, kind, understanding, and went above and beyond to make my entire experience with her stress free. We got married in November and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Our wedding coordinator, Ann Pavic, was incredible. Her response times were all within the day and if she was ever out of the office, someone was always there to help. The planning process was effortless, we were able to plan an out of state wedding with ease. You basically do your food tasting (which was all excellent) and fill out a questionnare to turn in a month before the wedding. The prices vary based on the package purchased and you basically have to hit a minimum spending amount (which was very nice not to have to pay for a venue AND catering AND drinks). Please remember to account for tax when you're budgeting. We hit our minimum spending amount but forgot to account for the gratuity and taxes. Another thing to note: the Hyatt is very popular, they have quite a few weddings over the weekend and it can be loud for the rooms facing the arcade. Just remember this when you're looking at rooms (the suites seemed to block out the noise better than the standard rooms). Overall, it was an incredible experience and if you're looking for a jaw dropping venue, choose this one! (Especially when it's decorated for Christmas!)

The Hyatt Regency at the Cleveland Arcade was were we held our wedding ceremony and reception this past December. Jamie and Allison we're great to work with, and day of went without a flaw. it is a beautiful venue, the only thing I would recommend is talking with your photographer before booking the ceremony and the reception at the same place, because there is not a lot of wiggle room with starting times since shops are open during the day. The reason I didn't give a 5 is because of a few issues we had the following day, with a few larger pieces we had brought in, including a glass mirror for our seating chart being completely damaged without being notified.I also did not receive my cake after the event, something I was looking forward to freezing to keep that tradition of eating a piece on your anniversary. They also include a junior suite for you night of the wedding, however many of our guests paid for suites that were much larger than ours for not that much price difference, even though we just paid for an entire event. Our hotel block also ended up costing guests significantly more than their going rate, so please check prices before booking the hotel block because they will not match if the price is lower.Overall I would recommend the arcade as a reception venue, as the building itself is gorgeous, just a few improvements could be made.

I don't think I could limit my full enthusiasm about the Arcade to 3,500 characters, haha! First of all, it is a simply gorgeous venue that photographs itself. Most Clevelanders already are aware of that and our out-of-town guests were blown away. What casual visitors might not know is that the wedding event staff at the Hyatt is absolutely off-the-charts great. Jamie and Allison were our event planners and they were the most professional, organized, and friendly coordinators a bride could ask for. They did not drop one detail in a year and a half of planning. And on the actual wedding day they flawlessly executed the plan. As I was walking down the aisle to the grand staircase, I could see how perfectly everything came together. I'd also like to shout out the helpful, fun reception staff. Several made it into our photo booth pictures because our friends were having such a great time engaging with them. One staff member even helped us track down several valuable items that had been left behind. 6 out of 5 stars, would get married here again. ;)

We were looking for a classic Cleveland venue in the heart of downtown for our wedding, and we found it with the Hyatt Regency at the Old Arcade. We held both our ceremony and reception there, and it was so convenient - we didn't have to figure out transportation to and from venues and our guests could stay upstairs in the Hyatt. Booking with the Hyatt got us a day-of coordinator (Jamie, who was beyond stellar and so patient with all of our questions), catering, linen rentals, architectural beauty for pictures (no need to buy decorations!), and a Friday/Sunday promotion that had great perks and that we took full advantage of. The Old Arcade also has an in-hotel spa, Marengo Luxury Spa, which we used leading up to the wedding and the day-of, and got a discount with them for booking our wedding with the Hyatt. My only disappointment was that the wedding couldn't start until 5:30, due to businesses needing to close, and had to end at 11, since there were other guests in the hotel - I wanted it to be longer! The staff is so experienced, since they do so many weddings there, that I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything turned out beautifully! :)

Booking with the Hyatt got us a day-of coordinator (Jamie, who was beyond stellar and so patient with all of our questions), catering, linen rentals, architectural beauty for pictures (no need to buy decorations!), and a Friday/Sunday promotion that had great perks and that we took full advantage of. The Old Arcade also has an in-hotel spa, Marengo Luxury Spa, which we used leading up to the wedding and the day-of, and got a discount with them for booking our wedding with the Hyatt. My only disappointment was that the wedding couldn't start until 5:30, due to businesses needing to close, and had to end at 11, since there were other guests in the hotel - I wanted it to be longer! The staff is so experienced, since they do so many weddings there, that I didn't have to worry about anything. Everything turned out beautifully! :)

Not only is this venue absolutely stunning, the staff was incredible. The coordinator was so helpful throughout the entire process and the catering staff was extra attentive and friendly. I'm GF and have lots of family and friends with food allergies / intolerances and they took care of everyone! They even gave the groom a different dinner salad because he liked a different one better than what we chose. Everything was easy to organize and coordinate with their help and the day-of went so smoothly thanks to them. Overall, it's a gorgeous venue with an incredible staff. Highly recommend the Hyatt at The Arcade!!

Booking the Arcade was a great experience. My husband and I had a strict budget, and still wanted something classy and beautiful. This place hit our expectations spot on. Ann was the best part of the experience; she was our coordinator through the Arcade, and she was SO attentive, responsive to every single one of our many frequent questions, and helpful. We could have never survived our wedding without this wonderful woman. We booked our wedding on a Friday and got awesome deals/bonuses, not to mention a lower cost. Totally worth it! I give this review 4 stars, not 5, because of a couple of things. We had a hotel block with the Hyatt, and the block was supposed to end on June 12, a month before our wedding. When we had a guest call ON the 12th last minute to book a room, she was shut out. So oddly, the Hyatt told us it would end on the 12th, but would not accept any more people on the 12th. Also, my husband and I are vegetarians and asked for a specific vegan dish to be our vegetarian meal option. The dish, a pasta with tofu, was perfect during the tasting we had months before our wedding. We asked Ann to make a few tweaks to it as well and she was happy to tell the chef so. But, the day of our wedding, we were served a much more mediocre dish that was missing important ingredients (tofu and a side vegetable). It was really disappointing, as we had about 20 total vegan guests, and hyped up the dish. Since I’m a total foodie, I was really bummed about eating flavorless pasta on my own wedding. But in the end, it’s just another small wedding detail that doesn’t matter in the long run. I don’t regret booking with the Arcade at all, and highly recommend it, especially for their Friday deals!Update: The Hyatt has since replied out to us about our meal concern, and they did everything possible to make us happy.

Venue is absolutely beautiful. Not much you have to do in terms of decor. As someone who wanted to streamline some of the planning, our planner, Jamie, helped minimize planning details, ensured our requests were met, and kept us on track as our wedding approached. We held our ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch at the Arcade and all events went off without a hitch and were beautifully carried out. The Arcade/Hyatt staff, Jamie and her assistant, Allison, as well as the rest of the events team did an amazing job serving our 162 guests. The food was delicious, the service was genuine and kind, and the space is absolutely stunning. The majority of our guests were out of town and stayed at the Hyatt and had great things to say about their room. Jamie and her team even make little touches to make you feel welcomed such as leaving a special welcome gift for my parents and even leaving a surprise in our room on our wedding night. With all services offered in-house, the Hyatt met all of our needs while showcasing the beautiful architecture and history of Cleveland to all of our guests. To echo what others have said, the area does not have AC so it does get warm. They keep large fans blowing up to the ceremony to keep the area cooler. We were lucky with weather so it didn't get that warm in the lobby. Overall, we would absolutely recommend this venue!

We cannot say enough nice things about the Arcade! We got married at the Arcade during Memorial Day weekend. A majority of our wedding guests were from out of state and stayed at the Arcade and had so many nice things about the venue! We had roughly 125 guests and they filled up the room perfectly. The bridal getting ready room was great and it was in very close proximity to all of the bridesmaids' rooms. We had our ceremony, reception, and farewell brunch at the Arcade and everything was perfect! Ann, our coordinator, made sure that everything was perfect. She was so nice to work with in the months, weeks, and days leading up to the event. All of our decor was set up beautifully. Her assistant, Allison, was also a pleasure to work with. My parents had a surprise waiting in their room on their first night, as did my husband and I when we got our room after the reception. Excellent service!!The ONLY bad thing that I would say about the venue is that it is HOT. We were never told that the venue would be so warm, but it was so hot that they passed out fans to guests and cold towels during cocktail hour. Some of our guests had to go back to their rooms for a while to cool down. However, as this was the ONLY complaint that we had about the venue, they still definitely deserve a 5 star review!! If I could do it all over, I would STILL choose the Arcade! :)

It would have never turned out the way it did without them. The Hyatt exceeded my expectations. My guests were so impressed with the wedding space as well as the guest rooms. All the Hyatt staff was amazing from the valet, hotel front desk, waitstaff, and every staff member we encountered that day. We could tell that all staff was well prepared for the arrival of our wedding and our guests.

Our wedding was 11/4/17 and we had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, late night snack, and a farewell brunch at the Hyatt. We were planning the wedding from Chicago and only visited the Hyatt once for the initial walk through and once more for our tasting. That said, Jamie made it SO incredibly easy to plan from afar. She was incredibly accommodating in every way - extremely responsive to my emails and thousands of questions - and went above and beyond when we adjusted our timeline quite significantly from the usual timeline (we had a pre-cocktail hour before the ceremony and one after). Jamie made everything a breeze. I found the staff to be super friendly as well and they went out of their way to make things right for us (for example, the lighting at our rehearsal dinner was glaringly bright, and they figured out how to dim the lights, which did not look like an easy process!). The food was really good too. A couple small things that I was not thrilled with: 1) The hotel suite included with the package is not great. I could be biased due to the fact that I travel a lot, but at the same time, the Hyatt photos of the suite seem to be taken with a wide angle lens or something that makes the room look HUGE. It is not huge - it is small for a suite in my opinion. Small, dated, plus things weren't working in the room, and the room was not cleaned well for our arrival. 2) Do not make the mistake that I did and accidentally write that you want 5 rows reserved for family at the ceremony when you mean 5 SEATS. This tiny mistake left 30 guests without seats and no one could figure out what to do for over 20 minutes which threw off the timeline for the entire night, which made us feel super rushed & it just sucked. 3) The Hyatt tried to charge us for extra guests at our farewell brunch, but we asked about it and they quickly rectified the mistake, so I believe it was an honest mistake and they handled it well. 4) Consider paying for an extra bartender - we had a lot of long lines. 5) Be aware that the acoustics are not great, but that's what you get with lots of marble. 6) ALSO be aware that they charge tax on the service charge not just on the total (this was a last minute realization for us, and we had not budgeted for it). Other than those small things, the Hyatt was truly great to work with. I would DEFINITELY recommend them - I know it seems like a lot of critique for a 5 star review, but these are just things I wish I had been aware of. The Hyatt clearly does weddings a lot and they are professional, friendly and made planning extremely easy. Plus the venue is so stunning that we barely did any decorating beyond some simple centerpieces. We had an amazing wedding and if we could do it again, we would go with the Hyatt again.

We had the most beautiful wedding reception at the Hyatt. It is such a gorgeous venue that is so historic to the Cleveland region. Unfortunately, we had multiple issues with the Hyatt. First off, our wedding was over 3 months ago and they continue to charge guests without their permission for hotel rooms even though no one has visited the hotel since our wedding! We also had made welcome bags for guests staying at the hotel that were not delivered when guests arrived and we had 30 guests not receive them. We utilized 2 suites for the wedding which were dirty and feet had to be scrubbed after getting ready due to the filth on the floor. Multiple guests at the wedding received different meals than what they had ordered and I had to negotiate with the venue because I was charged for 8 meals that were never brought out during dinner. With all this being said, I would hesitate to recommend the Hyatt for a reception venue.

The Arcade was the most beautiful venue to have our wedding at. The staff was insightful and beyond accommodating. Everything was executed perfectly and my guests could not stop talking about how unique and gorgeous the venue was as well as the staff members. Val, Carolyn, and the rest of their team provided me with professional and personal care and catered to my every need the day of our wedding. I cannot thank them enough for executing the wedding of my dreams.

The event staff at the Arcade are amazing! From personally going through each item and how/where it was to be placed to the customized tasting, the planning process was a breeze (especially since I live out of state). The day of our wedding, I was sick, and the event coordinator consistently brought me tea without me having to ask! It was such a thoughtful gesture to make sure I enjoyed the day as much as possible. The hotel staff were a little confused for some reservations and getting our welcome bags to rooms, but everyone was happy!

Exceeded our expectations on every level! We worked with Jamie to plan our wedding and I can't stress how grateful we are to have worked with her. We were planning our wedding from Columbus so a lot of the communication was through email and calls. We always received a prompt response. The day of the event we had no worries because we knew the staff had everything under control. They took our vision for the space and made it a reality. The food was AMAZING!! People are still raving about the event months later. Having the hotel connected to the space was especially nice for out of town guests. Loved the location!!

Exceeded our expectations on every level! We worked with Jamie to plan our wedding and I can't stress how grateful we are to have worked with her. My husband and I had our wedding reception at the Arcade and a post-wedding brunch the next day. The venue is absolutely STUNNING (so decorations are easy!), and most importantly Jamie, their wedding coordinator, is the best person ever to work with. From start to finish she was extremely professional and helped us and our families out however we needed. She responded to every one of my questions and pointed me to the right person if she couldn't answer it. They are super accommodating with different food restrictions as well (something important to us and our guests). Every single person was professional, helped us in any way possible, and made it the event of a lifetime. We are truly grateful to have worked with Jamie and are thankful to the staff for making our reception amazing! Even the wait staff was phenomenal - it's like you didn't even know they were there everything went so smoothly. One of the waiters even joined us during dancing and we spoke with him the next day - he mentioned he had the best time working the event. I am amazed at how smoothly everything went with all of the people, vendors, and moving parts. The brunch was perfect, both with the food, location, and decor, and we are so excited to come back just to stay for a visit at the Arcade.

Hands down the BEST place to have your wedding! We had our October 2016 wedding reception here and have nothing but amazing things to say. They make everything so easy for the bride and groom and truly care about making every detail perfect for you. Working with Jamie was a pleasure! She is so professional and responsive. The food was great, the staff was amazing, the venue itself is beyond gorgeous and everyone we worked with there was so GREAT! We highly recommend the Arcade!!!!

Hands down the BEST place to have your wedding! We had our October 2016 wedding reception here and have nothing but amazing things to say. They make everything so easy for the bride and groom and truly care about making every detail perfect for you. Working with Jamie was a pleasure! She is so professional and responsive. The food was great, the staff was amazing, the venue itself is beyond gorgeous and everyone we worked with there was so GREAT! We highly recommend the Arcade!!!!

We booked our block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency. They charged us for guest gift bag delivery, $3.50 per room and managed to screw up several deliveries. More than 5 of our guests got different wedding bags. Someone who got our bag proceeded to show up at are farewell brunch because the invitation was on our bag that they received on accident.

I just came back from the wedding weekend of my dreams, thanks to The Arcade. The level of professionalism and attention to detail was better than my husband and I could have possibly imagined. Everything at our reception was exactly how we pictured it. The food was fabulous. The event managers we worked with were professional, friendly and prompt. Our guests were absolutely blown away by the beauty of and service at the Hyatt. If you are a bride-to-be looking for a venue in Cleveland, you would be crazy not to consider this wonderful venue. We were married at the Hyatt April 2016. Caroline and Jaime were so easy to work with and really helped us plan a fantastic wedding even though we were planning from far away in Brooklyn, NY. They made sure everything was taken care of- and when I wasn't available we excellent communicators over e-mail which I really appreciated having a full time job and being out of town! We were able to customize our ceremony, where we wanted to hold the toast- they threw in the wedding cake with the plan; which was amazing! Everyone keeps telling us how much fun they had at our wedding; and the staff was so helpful and positive we didn't have to worry about a thing! Caroline was such an effective coordinator at the hotel for us and our event, we didn't even need to hire an extra wedding planner- she made sure everything was exactly where it needed to be, right on time. The menu planning was easy and fun- and the food turned out great, with excellent options for our vegetarian guests that wasn't just the plain old veggie pasta. The Hyatt was great for all of our guests to stay in, and we loved getting to see all our friends and family throughout the hotel while running around getting ready- since it's so open it was really a unique experience.

My fiance and I fell in love with the venue at first sight. It truly personifies the beauty of Cleveland. It was so different from other venues we visited and yet worked very well, as it had the hotel right there. The venue fit us perfectly and worked to accommodate all questions and concerns. The staff was amazing to work with, and the service during the reception was exceptional! Our guests loved the location as the hotel itself was unique and we were right downtown and next to a lot of restaurants! I highly recommend the Hyatt Regency at the Arcade!

I cannot recommend the Hyatt Regency Cleveland at the Arcade enough. Not only is the venue unique, beautiful, vintage and picturesque, the ENTIRE staff at the Hyatt went above and beyond to make sure our special day went off without a single hitch. From day one of securing the venue, to when we checked out of the hotel the day after the wedding, we were treated with the best customer service I have ever experienced. Our event planner, Jamie, answered every email and phone call promptly over the 7 months of wedding planning and the day of, everything was executed perfectly and with great professionalism. Also, the food was exceptional and many of our guests said it was the best wedding food and wedding they had ever been to. Also, I want to commend Ray, our server and our parents during the wedding, went above and beyond to take care of us during our wedding. We were never wanting for a cocktail or anything the entire night. Kudos, to the Hyatt Regency Cleveland staff! I can't express enough gratitude to you!
