Located in Bonita Springs, FL, Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa is a lavish hotel wedding destination in the southwest of Florida. Couples choosing to host their celebration here will have their preference of venues either indoors or outdoors. A variety of garden sites or beachfront locales are presented as romantic ceremony spots, or grand indoor ballrooms offer well-appointed reception spaces. What’s even better, before or after the wedding, couples and their guests can take part in many recreational activities. At Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa, the fun is virtually endless and the atmosphere is ideal for a tropical getaway. Those dreaming of paradise won’t have to wander too far at Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa. Exclusive to the resort is a ferry transport to a barrier island located within a nature preserve. Here, dolphins come to play and sandy beaches invite peaceful rests. Weddings taking place on this island can include up to 141 guests. In total, 82,500 square feet of event space can be utilized across the hotel’s property. Other areas include the Banyan Courtyard, vibrant with blooming flowers, or the Belvedere Terrace, shaded, yet open to the environment. Indoors, couples may opt for The Cove at Tarpon Bay with a capacity of 40, or Calusa Ballroom and Terrace, including space for 1000 guests plus those on the terrace. Other areas are also available, so a couple’s ideal location can be decided upon with help from the in-house event coordinator. For those staying the night, there are 454 available overnight rooms in total, allowing for plenty of flexibility. Couples who enjoy the great outdoors will be pleased with what Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort & Spa has to offer. From a golfing range to an extensive and densely vegetated lazy river, relaxing is made easy. There are also many on-water excursions and day cruises, as well as a luxury day spa and four pools. Where to even start with the Hyatt, except perfection! Jamie was wonderful to work with from the beginning. Her personality and excitement makes you feel welcomed everytime you talk to her. She handled everything effortlessly from planning, to rehearsal dinner, and day of wedding. I would recommend this place over and over again! This is one of the best venues in SW Florida. We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Mike and the entire Hyatt team. Our June 2022 destination wedding was truly a dream thanks to their incredible staff. Mike's responsiveness, professionalism, flexibility, and support throughout the entire wedding planning process made us feel like we were working with a dear friend since the start. He was always an email away even when we had the smallest questions and helped us create a weekend that was memorable for everyone. We had over 200 guests fly in for the weekend and Mike, Noreen, Hannah, and the entire crew made sure every single minute went off without a hitch. Even unexpected location changes due to weather were a non-issue due to their quick thinking and communication to guests. Our family and friends are still raving about how attentive, kind, and fun the Hyatt staff was in all areas of the resort. I can't imagine having our weekend anywhere else- we are truly grateful to have worked with this all-star team! Thank you for EVERYTHING!

We planned a destination wedding at the Hyatt. The resort itself is stunning and impressive. The planning overall went well, besides the fact that our contact changed a few months before the wedding. We initially had issues with room block availability for our date (after we picked a date and were told everything would be fine), due to a large conference that sold out the hotel. It eventually worked out because the large event was cancelled, but it was misleading to have us book a destination wedding without telling us there was no where for anyone to stay. It was extremely stressful dealing with this. Do not wait to book rooms. The “block” just guaranteed a price. The rooms actually weren’t reserved until folks booked them. We found all of this out after the fact when we went to book with the block code and there weren’t any rooms available at the hotel. The food and day of were absolutely perfect and I would definitely do it again. We also hosted our rehearsal and day-after brunch there. As a destination venue, the resort had everything to entertain for a long weekend. They offer many amazing packages which are available on their website. We are thrilled with our day.

Our guests had so much fun & loved the food (which was amazing!!). The Hyatt Coconut Point is truly an amazing place to have a wedding, the Royal Palm Courtyard was our dream setting for our outdoor reception. We would encourage anyone and everyone to have their wedding here, it allows for the day of your dreams followed by a relaxing location for a vacation/honeymoon afterwards! After our wedding weekend we enjoyed water slides and drinks by the pool with our families.

The Hyatt exceeded every expectation. Jamie May is a jewel. She was there every step of the way and anticipated every single thing we wanted. When we were concerned of ever shrinking guest list due to Covid The Hyatt and Jamie told us not to worry about the minimums and to just plan the best day ever. It was a load off our minds. No other place would have done that. The Hyatt made my wife's and my dreams come true with an absolutely perfectly planned wedding. I can't say enough good things and the Hyatt Coconut Point, their staff and Jamie May!!! If I could give 6 stars I would. Thank You Hyatt and especially thank you Jamie May.

I just have to say how AMAZING the wedding was. Kelsey and the Hyatt staff went above and beyond to ensure I had an amazing wedding and stay while at the resort. On top of that we just got married on 05/02/21 and there were a total of 6 weddings that weekend and not once did I feel like one wedding took precedence over another. Venue: We were married on their private beach island and it was beautiful! They accommodated rides to the boat docks for our elderly guest and those who needed assistance. Food: Every single guest commented on how it was the best food they ever had (we did the stations). *only complaint* was that one of the hors d'oeuvre was different that what we picked. It was fried in the tasting it was not at our actual cocktail hour. The package deal they offer is a great deal and everything is fully customizable.

Thank you to the amazing team at The Hyatt Regency Coconut Point for the exceptional job with the Rodriguez/Rivera weekend, this past weekend on May 1, 2021. Our family felt so welcomed and safe, and Kelsey and the catering director, Kevin and Gabi were amazing to work with - thank you also to Courtney, Phil, Jose Mieles and Noreen. From the amazing guestrooms, to the welcome reception, fun firepit event, to the beautiful setting for the ceremony and the gorgeous ballroom, we couldn't have asked for a better location and staff. Our family had breakfast every morning in Tanglewood and the food and team was outstanding. The wedding reception food was delicious and all of our guests are still raving about the dinner - thank you Chef Andreas and team. The bartenders kept it so fun at the reception. We had dinner at Tarpon Bay, and recommend the Bacon Wrapped Grouper to everyone. Wow! The Front Office team, Neil, Ursula, Sam, Carrie - thank you, Sammy and Mouleh the bells team, so helpful, and Gail, a true hotel ambassador. So many to thank I could go on and on....Way to go team. We hope to have more family weddings at this location in the future and recommend it to all our friends and family...we were so sad to leave. From the bottom of our heart thank you.

I cannot say enough about this resort!! We just had our wedding here on 2/21 and it was absolutely amazing!!! The venue, the staff, the details, the food....all over the top. Kelsey, Courtney and their crew outdid themselves on so many levels! Our guests had the time of their lives and so did we. My mom did most of the planning and coordinating and Kelsey honored her every request for our special day. Flamoul from Italy was like our own personal chef from the rehearsal dinner to breakfast omelettes. I also have to mention Sammie with bell services, who was not only hilarious, but accommodating to our every wedding related need from luggage moves to shuttle services!! We ended up leaving for our honeymoon the next day, and we were sad to leave! We went to Disney for a few days (which was an absolute blast!) and planned on going to Fort Lauderdale for the second leg. When we got there, it was not the experience we had intended on and was jam packed with spring breakers and had a huge lack in service. We literally called the Hyatt back from the jam packed beach in Fort Lauderdale to ask if we could switch plans and come back. They were thrilled to welcome us back and were happy to accommodate us, specifically Lisa in reservations and Ursula once we arrived back at Hyatt. These two ladies truly made us feel welcome and like we had made the best choice by returning. We spent the first day back at the pool and had the best waitress, Jennifer, taking care of us with rum drinks poolside!! If you are looking for a resort getaway or a wedding venue that truly makes you feel like you are on an island, I highly recommend this resort!!! Definitely the best resort in this area and in my opinion, the best in South Florida! Thank you to all at the Hyatt! 🌴

Any concerns we had, they addressed them with our best interests in mind. You definitely don’t get the same care and service everywhere. Our wedding coordinator, Kelsey, was wonderful. Not only was this a destination wedding for us (we live in Michigan ) but Kelsey made the entire process easy to navigate. She was always available whenever I had a question or concern or wanted to see the location. We had our ceremony offsite but cocktail hour was in Banyan Courtyard and the reception was in Cypress Courtyard near the water. There’s also a little golf area that was a huge hit for both the men and women at our wedding. Food was delicious and we had many compliments! We offered the filet, grouper and chicken. Not only are the grounds gorgeous, but the entire facility is like a resort. There is so much to do- for adults and children. After the reception ended. We continued the party and had drinks at Mangroves Bar. The next morning we had everyone meet us for brunch at Tanglewoods. After brunch we moved outside to have a relaxing day at the numerous pools the Hyatt offers. I honestly can’t say enough good things about the staff, and grounds at the Hyatt Regency. This is a gorgeous venue known through our the state for elegant indoor and outdoor events and the seamless perfection with which they execute them. Although we did experience some hiccups (very unusual for certain) the staff handled them immediately and professionally making everything seam effortless and perfect to our guests and they worked tirelessly to make my husband and I a 100% satisfied couple. The true test of how good a venue is would not be how well they do easy but how well they do hard. We had over 20 children at our event and 5 dogs (including a large mastiff) in our wedding. The hotel staff was helpful to everyone and went out of their way to ensure everyone even our doggies had a great time. They were by far the most dog friendly venue I could find. Like I said we did experience several problems and the weather, which is not under the hotels control, turned bad at the last minute causing my outdoor dream wedding to shift indoors but the Hyatt staff and vendors on their list did e turning possible to make it a smooth transition and most guests forgot it was supposed to be outside and thought it was planned inside all along. Our wedding coordinator Kelsey, is by far the best coordinator a bride could ask for. She did not give 110% she gave 200% the entities time taking care of everything, no problem was too small. Our biggest regret is that we were so busy all weekend with the wedding that we did not get to enjoy the resort so we are planning a trip back to use the pools and visit the private island! I have been to other events st this Hyatt and they are all so wonderful. The food is the best and when push comes to shove the one thing everyone remembers about the wedding is the food and how it was excellent!

She made sure all of the details we were invested in were perfect and on point for our big day. Since we were planning from a distance, she was able to recommend the best vendors in the area who made our day beyond perfect! Being from Pittsburgh, PA, it's a tradition to have a cookie table at every wedding. The Hyatt had never executed one of these before and worked with us to make our vision a reality, even seeming to even enjoy the challenge of something new. On the day of, we noticed Kelsey following my mom's instructions to dust certain cookie varieties with powdered sugar. :) The weekend of, everything was even more beautiful than we could have ever hoped for. We received compliments from every guest on how wonderful the food was at our welcome party, cocktail hour, reception and brunch the morning after. We also have to give a special shout-out to Phil who went above and beyond serving our needs throughout the weekend! Banquet food choices were excellent (the kitchen easily addressed the food allergy needs of our guests), the staff for the cocktail event and banquet dinner were great - no request when unaddressed. The events at the Hotel were perfect, the amenities fabulous and even we got to enjoy them. The party outcome was exactly what we wanted: a memorable, elegantly casual, tropical theme weekend of events.

Kelsey helped us through the entire process and Kiana was great the day of the wedding! Both ladies were knowledgable, professional and personable. From the accommodations to the pools/fountains to the actual event space, everything is beautiful here. Pricing is great for how grand the venue is. Food was excellent and the pastry chef was very flexible when we wanted half dessert bar with a smaller cake! We used 3 different spaces for our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception and all 3 were impeccable. My only regret is that the day is over! Love the Hyatt and their event staff!THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING WEDDING!

Working with Kelsey was nothing short of amazing. From the initial meeting to the day of, she and the staff were amazing and executed every detail to the T. We did everything at the hotel but the ceremony at the nearby church. The rehearsal dinner was out by the fire pit, the cocktail hour on the terrace, reception on the lawn and morning brunch by the fountain. The guests were blown away. The food and service were exceptional. Wishing I could go back and do it all over again. I would not change a thing! I'd pick this venue over and over again.

If you are considering a wedding in this area you have to get married at the Hyatt. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. My husband and I did a destination wedding here and had around 100 guests travel down with us and everything went perfect! We worked with Kelsey and she is an angel. Every staff member at the hyatt are willing to go above and beyond to make sure every detail is spot on. Kelsey took the time to go over every possible piece of information and my expectations so we could ensure we were on the same page. The banquet captain we had was phenomenal! He checked in multiple times and was willing to help with whatever. The actual facilities at the Hyatt are gorgeous and so well kept. Kelsey is very professional, has extremely strong organizational and communications skills. Kelsey listened and followed through on everything without being asked twice. She provided suggestions to make the events better. Also Hyatt's list of vendors were very helpful and we only used vendors on the recommended list. Also I give Kelsey credit for 4 days of sun!! She is that good!Kelsey is a rock star and represents Hyatt Regency extremely well. Kelsey not only met my expectations - she exceeded them each and every time - and I have high expectations. I only hope my other son picks the Hyatt so Kelsey can be the coordinator for his wedding!The reception captain Phil was at both our Welcome Event and Wedding Reception and continuously checked in with me through both events - well done. The food was outstanding both nights. The mashed potato martini bar Friday night was a big hit!! The grouper, beef tenderloin and prime rib were cooked to perfection and the presentation was great! All our 100 guests traveled to Florida for the wedding and spent between 5 to 3 days at the resort. The resort offered activities for the kids 3, 4, 7 and 8 and the kids who are 26 to 35 and even the over 50 crowd had a wonderful time! There was something for everyone to do and never had to leave the property.Blocking rooms was easy and the weekly reports I received from Jamie helped me confirm my guests had all made reservations.I give the whole experience a 20 on a scale of 10 being outstanding!

Its taken me a few weeks to write a review because there are just not enough words. First and foremost Thank you to the whole staff but especially Mike! Mike Dolch made my wedding perfect! Everything about the Hyatt was amazing. We have no complaints from the planning process to execution everything was perfect. The Hyatt has beautiful scenery, the food was spectacular, Phillip the banquet manager made it a point to make sure drinks and appetizers were provided to the bridal party and family while we were taking pictures as well as doing other little things throughout to make sure we were taken care of. Mike was SPECTACULAR. He is an asset to this hotel and the event department, I cannot speak highly enough about him and his team, they will make your wedding everything you could ever want and more. The food was spectacular, we still have guests telling us how great everything was. I cannot recommend this location enough!

We knew having been to the Resort in the past that it is absolutely beautiful, and a first class property. What we did not know though, was how detailed and professional Megan Hough and her team would be. The entire Hyatt team far exceeded our best expectations. From initial check in, to Megan’s management during the big day, to the amazing food, our Wedding at the Hyatt Regency Coconut Point Resort and Spa was absolutely perfect. The Hyatt Coconut Point in Bonita Springs was an absolutely INCREDIBLE place to host our wedding on Saturday, October 29th, 2016. We had a destination wedding, as most of our guests are from New Jersey as are we! We felt right at home and so welcomed upon arriving at the resort. All of our guests said they felt the same and the service was top notch. Our wedding coordinator was Megan Hough, who was by far more than I could have ever expected out of someone! She went above and beyond to make sure every intricate detail was exactly how we wanted it. The venue is STUNNING and the weather was perfect that time of year. Not to mention how incredible the food was! I had such an amazing wedding day and I am just so sad it is over because we enjoyed every minute of it. My husband and I definitely plan on returning to the Hyatt, whether it is for a one year anniversary or simply just for an amazing vacation! I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the future!

The Hyatt Coconut Point in Bonita Springs was an absolutely INCREDIBLE place to host our wedding on Saturday, October 29th, 2016. We had a destination wedding, as most of our guests are from New Jersey as are we! We felt right at home and so welcomed upon arriving at the resort. All of our guests said they felt the same and the service was top notch. Our wedding coordinator was Megan Hough, who was by far more than I could have ever expected out of someone! She went above and beyond to make sure every intricate detail was exactly how we wanted it. The venue is STUNNING and the weather was perfect that time of year. Not to mention how incredible the food was! I had such an amazing wedding day and I am just so sad it is over because we enjoyed every minute of it. My husband and I definitely plan on returning to the Hyatt, whether it is for a one year anniversary or simply just for an amazing vacation! I highly recommend this venue to anyone getting married in the future!

I do not even know where to begin in regards to how PERFECT the Hyatt at Coconut point made my wedding. From the planning all the way through until the morning after, it was the most incredible experience. We worked with Megan Hough and she was the reason that my wedding was flawless. She made sure that we got the best 'bang for our buck' and I can honestly say I had no worries or stress from a few days before my wedding, all the way through my wedding reception. She was always available and every suggestion she made, I took because it was incredible and I would never have even thought of it!! Megan made us feel like we were the most important people on the planet. I have never experienced such wonderful service in my life. Jamie Wylie was in charge of our room block and did an incredible job of meeting the needs and requests of all of our guests, which I can imagine was not an easy task. She even was able to add rooms the day of, which I didn't think would be possible! As far as the night of, Phil was our captain and he was like a magician! Every time my drink was half empty, Phil was there with a fresh one and was constantly checking in with my family to see what we needed. He was never intrusive, but always there when needed. Some of our guests even changed their dinner order after seeing how incredible the filet was presented, and Phil was able to accommodate them, no questions asked. My guests keep describing our wedding as better than any New Years Eve party they have even been to and we can thank Megan, Jamie, Phil, and the Hyatt at Coconut Point for that!

Every single person was a delight to work with at the Hyatt, however, I am going to miss working with Megan! She was responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely cared about our clients. As a coordinator, she looked at me as part of her team and made it a lovely working relationship. As for the venue itself, it is gorgeous and my clients and the guest are still raving about the experience. I hope to work with Megan and the staff at the Hyatt again soon!

Though I am still in the information gathering phase of venue selection, I want to give kudos to Megan Hough from this Hyatt. She has been so on point with communication and so helpful in general. After a few emails back and forth we scheduled a Skype session (I live in France), and Megan spent more than an hour talking me through all the details I ought to consider in my ceremony/reception planning. For instance, she walked me through a potential wedding day/night timeline, appropriately questioning whether my desire for a sunset beach ceremony really meant vows in front of the setting sun or group photos in front of the setting sun. Fair point - sunsets only last minutes, technically. Incidentally, this Hyatt has a private island for beach ceremonies, which is what really drew me to the resort in the first place. Anyway, I really feel like any betrothed-to-be is in great hands with Megan!

The Hyatt and their entire team did a WONDERFUL job for our April 1st wedding! Coordinating from out of state and on the other end of the country I was a bit anxious but everything turned out fantastic. I couldn't have asked for them to be more accessible or cater to our needs in other way. Hyatt Coconut Point Resort & Spa was the perfect venue for our dream wedding in December 2015! We lived in NZ when we booked Hyatt as our wedding venue without even seeing the property. There was absolutely no regret infact just overwhelming happiness when we got to check out the property 2 months later! It is a stunning property and has various beautiful venue options. Our Hyatt wedding co-ordinator Krystle Montanez was superb. (Krystle now has taken another position with another Hyatt property).\r\rOur rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony and reception all were hosted at Hyatt. Our rehearsal dinner was at beautiful Beveldere Terrace with the gorgeous fountains as a backdrop. Our wedding ceremony and cocktail hour was at their private island and we were lucky to get a stunning sunset which we had dreamed for. Our wedding reception was in one of their ballrooms back at the resort. The whole experience of taking boat to and back from the island was unique and fun. All our guests loved it!\r\rAll our events were beautifully executed. The service from all the staff was amazing. The staff were accommodating to our needs and owned up to any errors or mistakes they may have made through the process. \r\rThe resort was mostly booked out and was busy as there was a big conference taking place at the resort at the same time. We were nervous about getting enough privacy but we had no issues and Hyatt managed everything well. It wasn't disrupting except a few times we could hear the noise from the ballroom next door during our wedding reception. \r\rAll our wedding guests stayed at the resort and they all thought it was a fun and a relaxing weekend getaway for them. The slides were popular among the kids but also adults. The restaurants and bars on the property are at beautiful spots too. The welcome drinks at the reception at the time of check-in was a pleasant surprise for everyone. Our wedding guests were from 14 states and 4 countries. It was amazing to have everyone staying at the same property as we got to catchup and spend time with most of our guests before or after the wedding day. Hyatt is also convenient to get to being just 20 mins away from Fort Myers airport. \r\rWe are thankful to Krystle and all other Hyatt staff who gave us one of the most beautiful memories of our life. Our wedding was just as we dreamt. Thank you!

My only complaint is that the bar manager was insanely rude to our group. Huge shoutout to the bell staff & catering crew. Their customer service was impeccable.
