Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center is an upscale hotel and conference center that offers a truly wonderful location for weddings in the urban Iowa River Landing district. Create a seamless celebration with a unique combination of beautiful outside ceremony space and freshly renovated ballroom spaces. Facilities and Capacity Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center has over 75,000 square foot of flexible indoor/outdoor event space. The first floor Conference Center consists of the Exhibit Hall, Coral Grand Ballroom, and Oakdale Junior Ballroom. The Oakdale Ballroom is 7,200 square feet of space and can accommodate 250 guests for a seated dinner reception. The Coral Ballroom is 15,000 square feet of space and can accommodate 650 guests for a seated dinner reception. The Exhibit Hall is 30,000 square feet of space and can accommodate 1,500 guests for a seated dinner. The second floor has 10 small rooms great for getting ready for your big day and gathering with family and friends for opening gifts and enjoying brunch the day after. Services Offered Hyatt Regency Coralville Hotel & Conference Center has dedicated event managers that will help you plan your special day. The event management team helps you choose a functional layout, arrange tastings, and decide on a menu and bar options. Catering Sales Manager is my title but being part of creating memorable experiences is my passion. Let me show you THE location for your wedding celebration at Hyatt Regency Coralville. We would love to welcome you to the Iowa River Landing and experience our gorgeous property and all the amenities our location has to offer. One of my favorite things about our property are the many spaces that our wedding couples have access to.
