Taylor and I exchanged what felt like millions of emails (mostly from me) and she always got back to me and never forgot to respond to any of my questions. ICON was flexible with our smaller event (70 guests) and removed a couple fees for us since our event was more low-key. It was a little difficult to plan in the many months prior, but the closer to the day the better communication became.
