Iggy's Boardwalk is a family-owned restaurant venue located in Warwick, RI that hosts weddings and other special occasions. This team both honors the traditions and recipes of the past while looking forward to being a part of the local area’s future. You can enjoy a New England-style setting and exquisite dining along with spectacular views of Narragansett Bay waters. The Iggy’s story began in 1989 when Gaetano Gravino brought his vision to life as Iggy’s Doughboy and Chowder House. Gaetano’s wife Sally created a recipe for red chowder which quickly became a house specialty and remains a crowd-favorite to this day. Their children are a key part of this story, taking up the mantle of leadership from their parents. Over the years, the original Iggy’s was renovated and expanded, while entirely new premises were added to the Iggy’s name. In 2015, Iggy’s Boardwalk restaurant came to be a bright new fixture in the Oakland Beach neighborhood. This establishment holds to the high standards for cuisine and service that are hallmarks of this family tradition. No matter what season you’re hoping to celebrate your love, you and your loved ones can feel welcome at Iggy’s Boardwalk. There are several superb indoor and outdoor spaces available to host your festivities. You can exchange your vows on the first-floor patio with floor-to-ceiling windows, removable for cool breezes during the warm summer months. Alternatively, an open-air tent is available with sand or wood beneath your feet and the bay waters nearby. The Boardwalk offers a tranquil indoor-outdoor vibe for your cocktail hour or seated reception. Furthermore, the Boardwalk Restaurant has room for between 10 and 120 guests, and choice selections of regional and seasonal cuisine and beverages. These spaces are also available for parties and gatherings before and after your nuptial celebrations. Wheelchair-accessible features are included for the convenience of all visitors.
