Please have your wedding reception here! It was the best decision we made while planning our wedding. Everything is so beautiful and all the tiny little details are perfect. The service is impeccable; our guests LOVED the upscale bar and the very professional waitstaff! The outdoor section is amazing at night and everyone loved going out for a breath of fresh air. Most importantly, the food was amazing!! Nothing like your average wedding reception dinner. My husband and I STILL dream about the mushroom risotto.We worked closely with Selena, who is so so so kind and thoughtful and wanted everything to be absolutely perfect for us. She was extremely attentive, very knowledgeable, and super willing to help. We could feel how much she wanted to make our dreams come true. We actually booked Third Coast before it was III by Wolfgang Puck, so you can imagine how surprising/stressful that can be to hear that your venue is changing ownership. But Selena worked so hard to make us feel supported and important! The chef also worked with us to make sure the menu we had selected wouldn't be different and even made a new creation just for us! We truly felt so special and cared for.So please do yourself a favor (if you want your guests to talk about how amazing your wedding was for years to come, because ours seriously do), and have your wedding reception here!

Third Coast Restaurant was the most magical place to host our Wedding Reception – NO REGRETS… THE BEST!! It is an absolutely GORGEOUS venue with great ambience and it doesn’t hurt that you can customize the lighting to your liking – an extra bonus! We worked with Jennifer Burgos there and she is AMAZING!!! She was patient, quick to respond to my MANY emails & calls, and literally made our dreams come true within a short time frame of only 2 months – she worked magic!!! She was so hands on and involved, she worked with all my vendors (DJ, Florist, Cake, etc) to make sure everything ran smoothly and it just made everything so easy for us. We were also able to set up and deliver ALL of our decorations early, not that we needed many as they provided a LOT (linens, candle votives, a backdrop, TV’s, sound system, etc.) Being able to use the WHOLE venue was a huge plus too. We used the Conference Rooms as our Cocktail Hour, the Main Dining Room as the main reception area; which included a large dancefloor, the Wine Room as our Photo Booth Room; which I thought was really nice being separated, and the night time view of the Houston Medical Center from the Balcony was just exquisite. Last but not least was the food and it was DELICIOUS; we received so MANY compliments from all our guests. Compliments were in regards to the taste of the risotto, the freshness of the salads, the steaks were done to perfection, etc. We had TONS of food and NOTHING bad was said!! Definitely check this place out and ask for Jennifer… she will NOT disappoint! Happy Wedding!

Hosting our wedding reception at Third Coast was one of the best decisions my husband and I made. Tonisha, our outstanding catering manager was intimately involved from day 1. The entire staff was most accommodating from multiple tastings with Chef Matt to get the Caribbean cuisine just right to exhibiting invaluable patience as we changed our seating arrangements again and again. We were able to utilize all six of the jumbo screens to show videos, slideshows, and live action shots. The large windows, the lighting, and the candles provided the perfect ambiance for the evening. The validated parking for our guests was also a plus. I cannot thank Tonisha and staff enough. Third Coast is a hidden treasure in the heart of the Texas Medical Center and is a destination all couples should seriously consider.
