We booked this venue for our wedding on 9/29/23. It was amazing. We wanted a venue that spoke for itself, and IB&T pavilion certainly exceeded our expectations. Danielle the event coordinator was wonderful. She was so helpful and patient. She made sure to accommodate any special requests and was just a pleasure to work with. Zoie was also a tremendous help on the night of the rehearsal and morning of the wedding. Guests would not stop talking about how delicious the food was as well. Reviewed on 08-10-2023

First and foremost, Zoie and Danielle were amazing to plan and coordinate with. Super responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. The venue itself is stunning. The indoor/outdoor concept is something I really wanted and something people appreciated if they didn’t want to hear the loud music and enjoy the weather outside. The natural light in the venue also just makes everything so beautiful. The FOOD was a hit! The guests were raving about the food after the wedding. I feel like that’s hard to come by for a wedding so that alone is a 10/10. We would relive this day over and over again it was so smooth and perfect and I thank Zoie and Danielle from IL B&T for that!! Reviewed on 17-08-2023

I could not have asked for a better wedding at The IBT Pavilion! First off, the venue itself, even without a single decoration added, is absolutely GORGEOUS! The natural light that pours into the venue is one of the biggest reasons I chose this venue. Secondly, the staff are so helpful and kind! I am a perfectionist and with that, I ask many questions and triple-check details constantly. Danielle and Zoie were always prompt with responding to my emails or phone calls and always assured me that my questions/concerns were valid. If I ever posed a question or idea that they weren't sure about, they made note of it and formulated a plan to figure it out right away. They even helped arrange a late-night snack for my guests from my favorite pizza place! The guests LOVED it! Aside from the late-night pizza, the dinner that was served at the venue was AMAZING! The dinner choices were unique, flavorful, and so delicious! My guests could not stop talking about the food even weeks after the wedding (the most popular being the Pork Tenderloin)! All in all, our wedding at the IBT Pavilion was the wedding I had always dreamed of, and more! Our expectations were exceeded and we wish we could relive that day all over again! Madeline Shaw(bride)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 09-07-2022 To start, the venue is absolutely beautiful! Our experience at IBTP had many ups and downs. It first started with a lady, who no longer works there, scheduling a visit on a day that no one was supposed to be there (there happened to be another lady there on her day off). The planning process was fine and Johnna was very helpful through that from a distance. However, on wedding day, we had many things that could have been better. To start, I (as the bride) was approached and was told that I did our spreadsheet seating chart incorrectly, which they later found out I had it correct and they didn't come to apologize for coming to me on my day with an incorrect statement. When dinner was being served, my husband and my sister were served first, I was not served until about halfway through meals being served. The head table was not all served first or nearly at the same time though everyone but one person had the same meal.We were asked to fill out a seating chart with meals 2 weeks prior to the wedding, but they did not end up using it and just wandered around aimlessly with meals to find name plates that matched the meal and asking people what they were supposed to have such as \"does anyone at this table need fish?\" and \"what meal do you need?\".At a formal venue I would expect everyone to be dressed professionally, but we had a server wearing a bright orange t-shirt and jeans with a chain wallet hanging out. The food, overall, was good, but could have warmer. The salad had little to no dressing on it. The appetizers were good and the main dish was also good (but again could have been warmer). As a final overall statement, after our initial incident, it was good through the planning process and to start out with on wedding day. Once our actual reception started, that is when the issues started and never stopped. The planner left without saying goodbye or asking us how our experience was for the day. We never heard from them after that. Reviewed on 05-08-2022
Hannah Carlson(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-09-2021 We have nothing but wonderful things to say about The Illinois Bank & Trust Pavilion. The team, the venue, the food - all AMAZING. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful but what truly makes this a top tier venue is the team. Johnna, the Chef, the set up crew, bartenders, etc....fantastic. We decided to change dates due to the pandemic and they were not only understanding but they were helpful and incredibly responsive from start to finish in the planning process. We intended on an outdoor ceremony for our September wedding. However, an hour prior it became very windy with rain expected as I was planned to walk down the aisle. Johnna met with me and asked what I wanted to do and calmly ensured her team would make anything happen we wanted - we ended up switching to an indoor ceremony and the team switched the room over SO quick and created the most beautiful, intimate ceremony experience. The room at night with candles and the lighting is beautiful. It was beyond perfect. Would not have wanted it any other way. During cocktail hour, they flipped the room back in no time. They truly are rock stars!! Lastly, the food - amazing. Our guests are still raving about the food they had at our wedding. Every single item we tasted was delicious and beautifully plated. We absolutely loved having our wedding at IBT and have heard nothing but fantastic reviews from our guests experiences as well. Reviewed on 05-12-2021
Rianne Lund(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 19-06-2021 The Illinois Bank and Trust Pavilion at Aldeen was our wedding venue for our June wedding and Giodine was our caterer. You can’t argue with the absolute beauty of this venue with its gorgeous natural light and on-site ceremony option. The look is what intrigued us but the team here is what sold us. Every person we worked with was so kind but I can’t even begin to describe how incredible Taneel was to work with. Our wedding was supposed to be in June of 2020 and Taneel was unquestionably accommodating with our proposal to move our wedding out one year to 2021. She’s was non-stop flexible with my absurd requests and incredibly responsive at all hours of the week. I cannot recommend this venue and vendor team enough. We also had guests RAVING over dinner, asking if their meal was available from the caterer at a local restaurant, I had people asking me for the chefs recipe, it was amazing. The food isn’t “good for wedding food”, it’s absolutely showstopping food in any restaurant context and if Giodine were a restaurant, I guarantee all of my guests would be back. Insanely wonderful venue and team, I wish I could give 10 stars. Reviewed on 01-07-2021
Rebecca Nygren(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-10-2019 We were absolutely thrilled with our experience with the RBT Pavilion and it's crew! Molly was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable- she even helped me in a bind the day of and helped decorate the ceremony space. Admittedly I am particular about things but I had no trouble trusting her vision and experience. Everything looked beautiful and better than expected. The planning process was also made easy by Molly's quick responses and advice. The day of the wedding was as amazing as the preparation for it. It was smoothly coordinated by Brayden. He made sure every event was on track without needing help from me or my husband. He along with the staff working that night made it a flawless ceremony and reception! Another stand out of this venue is the food. My husband has high standards for food and it exceeded his expectations. Nearly every guest commented on how good the food was! Overall, I can't recommend this venue enough. Beautiful outdoors, a fresh and current reception hall, wonderful staff, amazing food, and more. You will not be disappointed choosing to book with Rockford Bank and Trust Pavilion! Reviewed on 24-01-2020
