We held my daughter’s wedding and reception at the Indiana Country Club in late September. To say the day was perfect is an understatement! Suzy, Susie and Sarah were a pleasure to work with and attentive to our ideas and wishes. They made the day and evening run so smoothly that we didn’t have to think about anything other than enjoying the celebration. The venue is elegant and spacious. We used the entire area including the private dining room and additional alcove. We utilized the dining room as a “coffee station” area that guests could use to relax and enjoy the tranquility of the beautiful fireplace away from the music and dancing. The fireplace also made a gorgeous backdrop for photos. The bar was set up in the alcove which made it nice that it allowed more room in the main ballroom. The food and presentation were amazing! We are still getting compliments on it. My daughter chose to have food stations set up throughout the rooms and an assortment of hors d’oeuvres passed by servers. The staff was very professional and did this all perfectly. Fortunately the weather cooperated that day and we were able to have the ceremony outside in the beautiful setting among the trees along the deep green golf course. Transportation to and from the ceremony site was provided for the wedding party and those in need so it was not inconvenient for anyone. Thank you Indiana Country Club and staff for making my daughter’s and son-in-law’s dreams a perfect reality!

We recently had our wedding at the Indiana Country Club. We worked on our event for 18 month, side by side with our coordinator. The one-stop-shop for the entire wedding was ideal for us. We were able to organize both our ceremony and reception in one area which was nice as well as the meals and the bar being handled on-site which eliminated our need to search for caters and/or bartenders. The event staff communicated with us exceptionally well and really helped our vision of a “hallo-wedding” come to life (costumes and decorations included!). I can’t thank the staff enough for all the hard work the put in for our day. It was truly perfect 💕

As mother of the groom, I was beyond pleased with ICC and all they did to make our wedding as perfect as could be! They catered to our every need. Both Suzie’s were very easy to work with and the wait staff was very professional. The venue looked beautiful, the dinner was excellent and the display of cupcakes and cookies was extremely pleasing. I can’t recommend the ICC enough! I knew we picked the right place immediately during the planning process when Sarah & Suzy were so helpful, patient, and thorough with every single detail and question that we had. During our wedding day, I was even more impressed with their service and SO glad we chose them - not only was the food and venue itself amazing, but Sarah, Suzy, and the whole staff the day of were phenomenal - very professional and genuine, and so many of our guests noticed & complimented that as well. OMG I don't even know where to start! There are so many wonderful things to say about this venue. Everything about my wedding was perfect. There were some bumps along the road, but the event coordinator and other staff were always there for me. They make planning your big day so easy. Everything you need to know will be given to you from the start. The menu and bar options are amazing. Honestly, this was the cheapest place around and it had better facilities than all the places twice the price. This is a place you should definitely consider at least doing a tour of. The Country Club is tucked back into a beautiful part of Indiana. If you have an outdoor ceremony and/or reception there will most definitely be breathtaking views. I did plan to have my ceremony outdoors, but we had to pull it inside due to rain. They made the main banquet hall look absolutely beautiful. When I walked in, the morning of, I was speechless. It was everything I have envisioned. It couldn't have been more perfect. There is plenty of room for you and your party to get ready. I had 6 bridesmaids and my mom all in the dressing room getting ready and we could have fit more people. There are so many great photo ops. They will give you access to parts of the golf course to take pictures. I was not able to go out due to the rain but my pictures did not suffer in the least bit. They all turned out perfectly. I could honestly go on for hours talking about every single detail and how it was amazing. Don't pass this place up!

We were so pleased at how everything went at our daughter and son-in-law's wedding here in September. Sarah (general manager) and Molly (event manager?) were so professional and patient and very kind. In spite of it being an extremely busy week and weekend for them, they responded promptly and graciously to every question we had. The entire event went so smoothly. All the staff were pleasant and accommodating and made us so at ease. The ceremony was held outdoors in a grove of trees, which was lovely. For the reception, the main dining room is very spacious, with a clean neutral palette, and lots of natural light. A wall of glass doors opens out onto a covered patio which was lovely for an early fall evening. They did a beautiful job of setting up our sweet table, and supporting our event in so many practical ways. We had several gluten free guests, and nearly every item on the menu was made gluten free for everyone. We got good feedback on the food from guests. The bacon wrapped scallops were a favorite! The locker rooms (men's and women's) were available for the wedding party's use before the ceremony which was really helpful. We just couldn't be happier with our experience at Indiana Country Club, and 100% recommend . The venue itself is lovely, and management is outstandingly dependable, professional, and easy to work with. It was a pleasure.

Food: 10/10 everybody said it was delicious. Only complaint here was that they were supposed to give us a plate of hor dourves for the bridal party and we didn’t get that so we unfortunately didn’t have any. Booze: 0/10. There was no point paying for the open bar package because it was near impossible to get drunk. Every single guest complained that the booze was watered down. I understood that there were no shots or doubles but it seemed like there was no alcohol at all in any of the drinks and the bartenders had attitude whenever we asked for them to make our drinks a little stiffer or asked for more than one to avoid coming back as often. At least for the bride and the groom I feel that they could’ve accommodated our requests for our own drinks. Venue: 10/10. Venue is beautiful. Rena is amazing. Answered all of our questions promptly and overall was very helpful in the entire process. My only complaint with the venue overall was that we attended our cocktail hour and while Rena had said that was fine and just to be in the hallway at a certain time, the rest of the staff kept asking why we were there and to get out. This was just a miscommunication however and did not impact the night at all. TLDR: venue is amazing. Food was delicious. If you/your guests are heavy drinkers, pick a different venue.

Food: 10/10 everybody said it was delicious. We truly had an overall great experience with Indiana Country Club. They were our 3rd venue tour, and I remember standing in the lobby with my future in laws after the tour and telling them that I didn’t feel the need to look elsewhere, that this was it. It’s truly a beautiful place- inside and out. The ballroom is massive with minimal decor to make it your own, there’s a massive outdoor deck accessible from the ballroom, a separate room for the bar/cookies & another room available to have your buffet in as opposed to the dance floor. The grounds are vast and beautiful, boasting 3 bodies of water and rolling hills. The staff is incredible - Sarah (the GM) and Rena (the event coordinator) were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were so helpful and responsive when needs arose, though they did a wonderful job in assuring me that everything would run smoothly - and it did. Lastly, the food is AMAZING. We got so many compliments on how incredible the food was, and how attentive and kind the waitstaff was. I highly recommend this venue. There are plenty of hotels, breweries & restaurants nearby as well to entertain and accommodate guests.

We had been to a few weddings this summer (Nemacolin Resort, Chestnut-ridge blairsville) and they don’t compare to the Indiana Country Club. Erica and her staff did a great job on coordinating every single thing that went on. Everything was on time and perfect. I still am getting phone calls from guest on how nice of a venue the ICC is and how the staff treated everyone. I recommend this place 100%

I can’t say enough great things about the Indiana Country Club and their event staff, specifically Erika, the wedding coordinator! She is truly a genius when it comes to wedding planning! Through all of the changes due to covid, Erika was always so flexible, organized, and consistent with communication - and she had a great way of reassuring us and keeping us calm through it all! She kept us updated with restrictions, problem solved, and offered us multiple options for how to handle our reception, all while maintaining her kind, genuine, and professional demeanor. Erika was such a wonderful person to work with through our planning process, and I am thankful for all that she did for us! Sarah was also an amazing person to work with during our rehearsal dinner and reception - she jumped right in to help without missing a beat! Our reception was truly beautiful, fun, and smooth thanks to all of their hard work! We have received so many compliments on our wedding food, the staff, and the venue/experience as a whole from our guests - and I wholeheartedly agree with their praises! Indiana Country Club helped make our wedding such a perfect day. Not only did we have amazing weather, but we also had the best staff & wedding coordinator working behind the scenes. We picked the venue for the beauty of it & got so much more than we expected. Erika & her staff went above & beyond to make our day as special as it was. We picked the venue for the beauty of it & got so much more than we expected. Erika & her staff went above & beyond to make our day as special as it was. Erika and the staff at Indiana Country Club went above and beyond to make sure my husband and I had a better day than even we imagined. Due to the chaos of 2020, rules and plans were constantly changing and Erika was unbelievably flexible and kind to make sure we could still have our beautiful big day in the safest way possible. I am eternally grateful to them for all they did for us and how little I stressed because of how much they did. Our ceremony space was absolutely stunning and Erika guided our party through the whole thing so no one was lost or confused. The reception space was immaculate, we were supposed to have our reception indoors but due to COVID regulations they had to move it outside (less than a week before the wedding). They found us a tent to rent and did all of the decorating for us since it was outside and we could not really decorate early. It was unbelievable, they did a better job decorating than I think I would’ve if I did it myself. On another note, everyone we talked to from the club was kind and genuine. Our guests could not believe how attentive each of the staff were. The food was amazing, we had stuffed chicken and the filet and everyone agreed it was the best food they had at a wedding. The club members were also extremely kind and gracious. The ladies all got ready in the women’s locker room and everyone who was golfing that day shared the space with us (well basically let us use it all) and were so kind in how they treated us. I would recommend the Indiana Country Club to everyone in the area. It was truly the best day ever and even with this occurring in a pandemic, I can honestly say I was the least stressed about my wedding than most other things and that’s all because of Erika and the rest of the staff.

If you are thinking about the country club as an option for your wedding venue, I would 100% contact them. They are the nicest and sweetest people you would ever meet. What a wonderful place to plan a wedding reception! Erika was so great throughout the entire planning process. She thought of things before I even had the chance to ask and was always very available by email at anytime I needed! The food is EXCELLENT. The ballroom was able to accommodate our 300 person guest list and also had a lovely outside patio connected that was surprisingly spacious and offered great views of the golf course. Very sadly, due to the pandemic we had to change our plans and they were the most gracious about that too. We would definitely recommend them for any event and hope to be able to carry out an event here in the future!

Let me start off by saying that Indiana Country Club was perfect from start to finish! Erika, Madison and Ashley were truly amazing and on top of everything leading up to, and during, our wedding. They were diligent, professional and an all-around pleasure to work with. The venue was gorgeous, modern and so clean, inside and out. We even chose to get married on the course in ‘the grove’ which is a shaded area off the first hole. Their course is always in pristine condition which made ample photo opportunities for our friends and family!As for the food, wow, it was delicious! We had a buffet consisting of braised beef short rib, prosciutto stuffed chicken, ham carving station, pasta station, fresh seasonal veggies (which happened to be asparagus) and herb roasted red skin potatoes. EVERY single food item was cooked to perfection and 200 guests were served in a matter of minutes due to the 4 buffet lines that were provided. All of our guests are still talking about how excellent the food was that night. We have been to numerous weddings at other nearby venues and this blew them out of the water. We even had our rehearsal dinner there the night before the wedding and opted for the pizza and wings, of which were some of the best wings we have ever tasted!As for the alcohol, you get a generous liquor package as well as bottled beer (which in my opinion tastes better.) And, providing bottles enables guests to be served much faster than waiting for someone to pour (and waste) semi-cold draft beer. Typically, two beer choices come with the package, but, Erika and her team worked with us to add a third choice that they didn’t even typically stock in house, which was just one example of the many things they did to go above and beyond.The pricing for everything is extremely reasonable as well and there were no hidden costs or surprises. We spent so much less than what we were anticipating which was a wedding gift in itself! The entire staff at Indiana Country Club takes pride in what they do and treats you like family. I have been to some country clubs where you are treated as an outsider since you are not a member, but, that is not the case here. In fact, as we were all waiting to get married in the locker rooms, we even had a member come up to us, shake our hands and offer to take a picture of us all. So, if you are looking for value, elegance, a ‘bang for your buck’ and true perfection, Indiana Country Club is your place!

One thing we really appreciated was that these two ladies contacted our vendors to go over details, which made our lives much easier in that aspect. The chef, the servers, and bartenders were all friendly and helpful to guests. We got so many compliments on how great the food was. The ballroom is also absolutely stunning and fit our vision so well. The drapes from the chandeliers added so much to the room that we didn't feel we needed to decorate much past that. The price was also fantastic compared to other venues. Overall we had a fabulous experience with the country club and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a reception venue!

Where do I even begin? When me and my husband were looking into places to have our wedding we had narrowed it down to 3 locations. Instantly when we met Erika we just knew there was no way we could go elsewhere. Erika and her assistant Madison were the best ladies to work with. They are extremely organized, kindhearted, fun to work with and so much more. Every crazy question I had they quickly answered. The food, the organization, the decor, you name it and they had a perfect solution for it. The food was amazing! I've been to so many weddings that the food was dry or had no flavor, but at the Country Club the food was 5 stars! Sadly, it snowed the night before our wedding so the grounds were extremely wet and it was too cold to be outside. However, Erika and her crew brought the ceremony indoors and made it absolutely perfect. Looking back the indoor option was even better because it made the ceremony more intimate. I could go on for days on how we are so lucky to have had selected the Indiana Country Club. If you are a bride who feels lost in selections or you want a one stop shop, this is the place for you. Food, bar, venue, wait staff, linens etc. No doubt, I will recommend the Indiana Country Club to everyone!

My wife and I recently had our wedding reception here. We were both blown away by how amazing the venue and staff were. It was truly a dream wedding! The food was amazing and Erika went above and beyond our expectations. Because of her we were able to enjoy our day and didn't have to worry about anything. In regards to the previous post about handicap accessibility we had a few elderly guests in wheelchairs and they had no problem getting into and out of the restrooms. They even made space at the tables to accommodate for the wheelchairs. We would recommend this venue to anyone looking for the perfect wedding experience!

We just toured this facility today. Although it is very beautiful, they are lying when they say it is handicapped accessible. It is no where close to being handicapped accessible, the only places where it is handicapped accessible is the entrances/exits. This is not acceptable if you plan on having any guests show up that would be in need of the handicapped accessibility. They should have this very clearly stated on either this site or their main website, neither of which state this and it says right on their page on The Knot that they are in fact handicapped accessible, this is wrong that they state this when it is in fact NOT handicapped accessible. The stalls are inadequate. They are barely large enough for a walker to fit through let alone a wheelchair. Yes, they may have put one hand rail in one of the stalls but how is that going to be of help when the person can't even get in the restrooms to use it. Also, the toilets are not ADA height. I just would like to warn anybody who is looking into this facility with handicapped family members

I had my wedding ceremony and reception at the Indiana Country Club during June of 2015. The event planning and coordinating of Alicia Kauffman (the club's event coordinator) was seamless and attentive. Her and her staff worked so hard to perfect every detail for our wedding. They set up the rented chairs and gazebo for our outdoor ceremony and worked hours on end to make sure the ballroom looked exactly how my husband and I imagined. Alicia went out of her way to order napkins and rent bows in our wedding colors. They allowed us to come and do some decorating the day before our wedding which was a HUGE help! The food was delicious and the service was too notch. I would recommend using the Indiana Country Club to any friend or family member who get married in Indiana County and surrounding areas. A truly wonderful experience and they helped to give us the wedding of our dreams!

We had my daughter's wedding at Indiana Country Club this past fall. The venue was just recently remodeled and was such a beautiful place for a wedding! We had both the ceremony and reception which was great for our guests. The ceremony was held on the greens and very well coordinated. The reception in the ballroom looked amazing, and we are still getting compliments on how great the food was! The staff was very friendly and professional and was helpful to us the entire night. We had a larger wedding of about 250, but the bartenders remained very fast and efficient. The night was absolutely perfect and I would recommend the Indiana Country Club to anyone!

I really loved the country club. They had our date opened and worked with us from beginning to end. The venue is newly remodeled and looks beautiful. They had many colored linens that were not extra in the cost. They also included the chair covers and bows for no extra cost! We got a membership from the time we booked to the wedding which was a nice perk! The view on the back patio was beautiful and we even did pictures on the golf course. The staff was so flexible and worked with all most of our requests. The food was warm and excellent! The bar had many choices and even made our signature drink. The only reason I will not give it 5 stars was we couldn't set up for the wedding until late the night before and we were rushed....we arrived at 1130pm on Friday and were told to leave by 1am which didn't give us a lot lot of time. Plus the tables weren't ready for us to decorate when we did arrive. Other than that, the price was the same or slightly less than other country clubs and included a lot more things. We were able to store our cakes, cookies, centerpieces and other supplies the entire week before. And Carly who is in charge of the events was so easy to reach and laid back (which is exactly what a stressed bride needs!!!) I had no regrets booking this place and would do it again!

They also accommodated our request to have a local ice cream truck pull up to the curb outside and serve our guests at about 9:00 PM. (the groom loves ice cream). They had great ideas for setting up the tables to make the best presentation. The food was tasteful and well prepared - enjoyed by everyone. And we thought that they were well priced in the marked and delivered a good value. We had about 185 people in attendance.

The country club was great, it was a beautiful setting. Our wedding was outside on the green. My parents built an archway to use for the wedding & it was a perfect back drop. If youre going to have your wedding here, the up lighting isnt included, but id recommend it for sure, it makes the ballroom look amazing. The prices were a little expensive. The dinners were fabulous though. We chose the stuffed chicken breast & the herb roasted strip loin. Everyone raved about the food. The passed Hors d'oeuvres I thought were a little expensive, they were priced per piece & seemed over priced. We sprung for the ice sculpture, which was amazing. Everyone was impressed w/ it and loved it. It was of a penguin & the chef did an amazing job on it. The staff was so nice & helpful. On occasion the event planner could have gotten back to me quicker, but overall everything was great.

We were extremely happy that our reception was on their beautiful grounds. The hall was beautiful, and the food was great. I love the high ceilings, and friendly staff. The country club was fantastic to work with! They let us go in a day before and set up which freed up the actual wedding day for getting ready, pictures and family moments. They were never hard to reach while planning. If I had a question, it was responded to within just a few minutes. They were very flexible about renting chair and table covers to match our wedding colors. The wait staff working the day of our wedding was stellar! I never had to ask for a drink, it was just provided for us when we needed it because we were all over the event center talking and dancing. Food was spectacular! I think every guest we had, commented on how great the food was. The country club worked really well with our DJ and had a few extra little surprises for us at the end of the evening. None of it would have been possible without Stacie Oberly though! She's so sweet and will find out any information she needs to make it the perfect day for you and your guests. I would change nothing about my wedding day. It was amazing because of many things, but the Indiana Country Club helped make it perfect beyond words. The space is amazing, the people you work with while you are there are very nice and I had my dream wedding. Reminiscing makes me want to go back and do it all over again!

Stacie and her staff did an absolutely amazing job with everything!!! Stacie was so helpful and answered all of my questons in a timely manner. We met with her 3 times before the wedding. The week before the wedding, we met with her and went over all of the details. She wanted to know every little thing so that she could help make everything perfect the day of the wedding...and she did just that! The day before the wedding, we were able to use a room to get things set up and she was available to help answer some of our questions and give advice on the best way to do things. Our wedding turned out so beautiful and went without a hitch. Stacie and the staff did everything imaginable to make our day truly special and I am so truly pleased with how everything turned out. The venue was beautiful and the food was excellent..we went with the Prosicutto chicken and steak...and even mashed potatoes which were delicious. I loved how the dance floor was in the center of the room. That way, nobody had a \"bad seat in the house\" and everyone could see everything no matter where they were sitting. Our wedding pictures on the golfcourse turned out beautifully as well. I am so happy with how everything turned out and I dont regret anything for a second and wouldnt change thing. It was by far the best decision we made. I received so many compliments on how beautiful our wedding was. We used purple uplighting and it made the room just POP. The chair covers and bows were also a great touch and really dressed the room up. Indiana Country Club went above and beyond what we had expected. If you're getting married and want a Country Club type feel...look no farther...this is the place! :)

The fall decorations and the white lines made the recetion are look so pretty and elegant. My co workers were so impressed that they had never been to such a beauty wedding.;The treated the guest and our family like royalty.
