Our Infinity and Ovation custom-built yachts offer newlyweds and their guests an unparalleled on-the-water experience as they soak in the international downtown backdrop. It begins with a picturesque dockside ceremony overlooking Lake St. Clair. Upon boarding the yacht, guests enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres in one of our beautifully appointed salons or in the open-air of one of our exterior decks. We had a great experience. The only other vendor we had to hire was the photographer. Every vendor in our package was excellent and worked well together since they had worked together before. The yacht looked lovely, the food was great and the staff was attentive. The day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about a thing except having a good time. One thing to note: unless you want nothing but chairs at your ceremony and you need no flowers besides the bride and groom then expect to pay a couple grand more for decorations.

The yacht looked lovely, the food was great and the staff was attentive. The day of the wedding we didn't have to worry about a thing except having a good time. One thing to note: unless you want nothing but chairs at your ceremony and you need no flowers besides the bride and groom then expect to pay a couple grand more for decorations.

Just had my wedding with them. So much went wrong. Let's start from the beginning. We booked a couple years ago and because of covid it was pushed back. Not their fault. What was their fault was their false promises. I was promised specific food and they later told us it wasn't possible. Very simple food for brunch. Was told there was a suite to get ready on. Was then told there wasn't. I ended up hiring a planner because the communication was so poor and needs were not being met. Food was cold when served to us. Not an issue for guests as their food was warm. The way food was served was inefficient and caused our timeline to be pushed back. Bridal party had to wait in line for food. We went to a tasting and you were provided a sample menu that could most likely not be your menu. Was told the officiant was included then told a month out it wasn't. A month out told our numbers would need to be reduced. Reduced the numbers and weren't compensated. Communication about covid restrictions were not great. They waited until it was about a month out to tell us even though we had been in frequent contact.Good things to know: Ceremony site is not private so there may be people wandering (this was not an issue for us but noticed during the rehearsal) You have to use their dj services, florist, caterer, and bakery. No real issues with any besides the dj. Frequent issues with music not being queued, wrong songs played, music being played from a cell phone with poor quality and feedback etc. The gazebo was dirty. We did not sail out to where we should because of timing. Didn't have people sign the life saver which was supposed to be the guest book.The drinks were good. Open bar. Service for the bride and groom. (Us) was great and they were attentive. Decorations were great. Flowers were great. Customer service was decent. Guest say the service was good. Help for guest with accessibility issues was excellent. Guests enjoyed being on the yacht.All in all we were not satisfied and feel if we had known about the hidden fees, the poor communication, and the false promises we would have canceled instead of rescheduling and feel their lack of communication and preparation could have been prevented and need major work. For the price you pay it was not worth it at all.

My husband and I enjoyed the Infinity Yacht very much. Despite the waves that day, it made for a super fun and memorable event. The staff was very organized and demonstrated excellent customer service from start to end. They made us feel so special on our wedding day; normally we would worry about \"hosting\" the event, but they truly made us feel like we were the main event! It was a day to remember for sure. First time I seen the ovation, I fell in love with this for my wedding. We chose the infinity for our wedding and it was an amazing turn out. A lot of the catering is included and for what we paid, it was well worth it. Wasn’t crazy expensive. Melissa and her crew have helped us out so much when it came to planning our wedding. That was two years of planning. They are very responsive and will give you your wants and needs for your special day. We wouldn’t of had it any other way for our wedding day. Most amazing experience ever and sharing it with family is the best part as well. The crew that was on the yacht was very accommodating to what everyone was drinking and making sure everyone had everything they needed.

My daughter recently had her wedding reception on the Ovation. The service and food was good. Things seemed pretty organized. The photo booth guy did a great job.However, a total thumbs down for their DJ. Songs that were requested (before the wedding) to be definitely played at the reception- well- never happened. He was in his own world. We also had requested Motown music, as a suggestion- forget it. Would have been nice, since our family is from Detroit. He had his own ideas and that was it. He was not interested in catering to the many over 50 crowd at all. Thank you.

From Bridgette to Melanie, and Brittney you ladies are amazing and I could not have asked for a better event coordinators. The whole day you guys made me and my husband feel like Rock stars regardless if we could not sail we was able to still have a fantastic wedding. Brittney you and the staff that day was very accommodating even making a garter for me for my husband to toss. A special thanks to the VP Steven who spoke to us directly and we thank you for your kind words. The food was great and the Drinks were awesome. Thank you all for turning a not so bright and sunny day into a day of remembrance, with elegance and superb service.

I&O gave me the best night of my life. Enough said. I will try my best to describe how truly wonderful these people are and how I had a better wedding than everyone else. Do you want a venue that has the kindest people and ALWAYS respond to you in a timely manner? I think that I probably annoyed Laura 10/10 times, but you would never know because she always emailed me back when I had questions within 48 hours, usually sooner than that. She was always incredibly accommodating and made things happen. Even when I thought I had stupid questions, she would walk me through everything and treat me with so much respect. She was the best \"wedding planner\" (that is what I called her because it was basically like having a wedding planner without hiring anyone) that I could ask for. She then handed me off to Melanie, who was just as kind and just as accommodating, and made sure I had everything ready for the big day. Then, on the day of, I had Brittney who was the cruise director for my wedding. You would think this was annoying, because the two people who helped me through the whole year weren't even there. I thought it was annoying. UNTIL Brittney literally made everything awesome. On your wedding day, you're all over the place. You don't remember what you are supposed to be doing or what time it is, etc. Brittney made sure to find me every time it was time for something, take off from the docks, cake cutting, first dance, etc. That might not sound like a big deal to people, but none of that would have even happened if it weren't for her because I was being pulled in every direction that night. I literally forgot my garter AND bouquet to throw. This woman gathered resources and MADE me a garter out of medical supplies, and made me a bouquet to throw. The staff. OH MY GOD. Every time I didn't have a drink it my hand, they were right there handing me the next one. They danced with me, made sure I was doing okay, made sure I had food, desserts, etc. EVERYONE was amazing.

IOYC (Infinity and Ovations Yacht Charters) was the absolute best! I had to plan my wedding from out of country, so I didn't get to taste the food, cake, see the decorations etc. Was all done via email. And infinity and ovations went above and beyond in making my dream wedding come true! Bridgette was my initial contact, and was amazing on following up, Melanie was my contact so if i need anything or change anything, she was my go to girl. And Jill was my coordinator for the day, an amazing woman who got everything organized and running smoothly. Such an amazing team! I love how IOYC was all inclusive. For a bride planning an out-of-country wedding, it was a godsend that i found a venue i love, that is all inclusive, and the ppl are so helpful in helping planning your big day. Btw, the food was the most amazing food I've ever had at a wedding, and everyone talks about it! If I could redo my wedding, I would change nothing. Can't change perfectiom!

Multiple guests commented on the uniqueness of the venue.My coordinators, Laura and then later on Melanie, were both fantastic. Ovation takes the pressure out of wedding planning by having vendors pre selected (the baker, florist, etc) so we had to do very little planning. For any remaining questions, our coordinators responded to our needs immediately and were always thorough. I would 100% choose this venue again, as the staff was remarkable, planning was simple, and family and friends left happy.

Incredible experience from the moment you step foot in the office until you’re headed off to your Honeymoon! Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters (IOYC) has a wonderful team of coordinators to help you along every step of the way. Everything included in their packages (cake, catering, bar service, floral/decorations, ceremony, officiant, DJ service, and more) is booked, billed, and set up through them. They pick the best in the business, and since it’s all-inclusive, you only have to send payments to one place, which is quite convenient. Even for things that aren't included, like stationery and photography, they have tons of great suggestions and help you in any way they can! My wedding coordinator, Jennifer, promptly and thoroughly addressed every question and concern I had during the planning process – all I had to do was give her a call or send an email. They truly try their best to make planning a wedding as stress-free as possible. I was honestly dreading a lot of aspects of wedding planning (I’m generally indecisive and disorganized), but they made it all SO easy.As far as the actual event, IOYC’s coordinators have weddings down to a science. If a problem comes up, they handle it - my husband somehow lost his boutonniere before the ceremony and my day-of coordinator, Ashley, made him one on the spot. When we arrived to the marina, everything was set up for us, and they took everything down at the end of the night. The staff even helped my father load our gifts into his truck before he left! The food quality was excellent (seriously, we all ate so much during dinner we barely had room for cake), the drinks were delicious and generously poured, the staff were courteous and attentive, and the evening was full of plenty of little surprises that made our evening memorable for so many. The yacht charter is a unique event, and I would highly recommend it for someone who wants something different than your typical wedding. You cannot go wrong with IOYC – they are worth every penny for the convenience, quality, and level of service.

From the very start, Bridgette Haas was knowledgeable and professional, and she answered every question with assurance and friendliness and experience. The event was a wedding reception and the entire day was flawless. Our cruise director, Rebecca, and the whole staff made us feel very special. The venue was elegant and the food was impeccable. Words cannot explain how much I appreciated working with this team. The entire process was so smooth and my wedding day was incredible! I did not have to worry about finding a vendor because they provide the floral company, dj, cake company, recommendations for entertainment, and the food was delicious! Most of my guests came from out of town and they were so overwhelmed with how unique and beautiful the venue was. Laura, my wedding coordinator, what's the best. She followed up with everyone and I always felt as if I was the only bride she was working with. I will give them 10 Stars if I could!

LOVE this venue!!! Everyone was SO nice. We had Jennifer R as our wedding coordinator and Brittney S the day of and we LOVED them both!! This venue is quite expensive but well worth it!! Everyone we have spoken with about our wedding has told us they had an amazing time and how much they enjoyed the food/drinks!! We even had 3 guests tell us on our wedding day that they would like to steal our idea they had such a great time. The cruise is beautiful and so is the yacht!!! Truly wish we could do this day all over again!!!!!

LOVE this venue!!! Everyone was SO nice. We had Jennifer R as our wedding coordinator and Brittney S the day of and we LOVED them both!! This venue is quite expensive but well worth it!! Everyone we have spoken with about our wedding has told us they had an amazing time and how much they enjoyed the food/drinks!! I had the most amazing time at my wedding. Everything was perfect. It rained and the staff was quick to do an indoor ceremony that was beautiful and probably better than the outside ceremony would have been. The staff was very attentive throughout the whole night and made sure that my husband and I were well taken care of. The drinks were fabulous in the DJ kept the party going on night long.the food was amazing and multiple guests told us that the food was some of the best that they have ever had at a wedding. I could not imagine having my wedding anywhere else. I would choose this place again and again. there was absolutely nothing I would change about my wedding or reception.

The team here was so friendly, helpful and organized. All of our family lives out of state and I can't tell you how wonderful it was to have a team that helped with the cake, the catering, the flowers and the music all in one place. It was like having a wedding planner! Our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was and the venue itself is simply stunning with the boat and the lights and the view. It's such a unique experience that will make our wedding even more memorable. The staff there was extremely helpful also. At the end of the night they had everything ready for us to go and they loaded it into the car for us - they would hardly let us lift a finger to help. There's so much happening on the wedding day and as a bride, it was so reassuring to know that I had someone there who was in charge of when things were happening , what to announce, where the flowers would be dropped off at, when things needed to start, etc. My experience was everything I was hoping for.

I can't say it enough-if you want a unique reception, this is the place to go! Our reception aboard the Ovation was beyond perfect and the 5-star service made us feel like royalty. Honestly, if anything went wrong, I still have no idea because our cruise director Ashley H. did an AMAZING job. It rained on our day, so Ashley moved the dancing to the 2nd floor and would run everything by me before making a final decision. We worked with Jennifer R. throughout our planning process and she was the best ever; quick responses, always willing to help, and explained everything to us. The entire Ovation staff made the reception perfect. It is literally worth every single penny we spent.

Planning our wedding with IOYC was a great experience overall. Planning long-distance has the potential to be very stressful, but IOYC makes it so easy to not worry. They took the hard part out of planning, all we had to do was set up meetings and show up to make it our own. The service leading up to the day was excellent. Jennifer made sure I had all the information I needed to make it great. She fielded my many questions, and made sure that I was good to go. However, we hit a few snags with the rehearsal. In the week leading up to the wedding, I checked in with Jennifer to make sure there was a back-up rain plan for the rehearsal, which there was. Feeling confident, we all showed up for rehearsal, where it began to sprinkle, then downpour. I had to stop the rehearsal coordinator and ask her to switch to the back up plan. She said she was not able to, and wanted to continue rehearsal in the pouring rain, while all of our bridal party got soaked and was freezing cold. The rehearsal coordinator eventually agreed to move us in to the gazebo and just verbally go through the process. She seemed confused by my plan for the bridal party entrance, and couldn't quite seem to get the point.After I left the rehearsal, I made a call to Jennifer, who got back to me right away. I told her what had happened and my concerns about it, and she was very sympathetic to the issue. She took it upon herself to try to make the situation right.Wedding day: The service was great. Our guests were blown away by the professionalism of the staff. The food was incredible. From the sound of it, some people did not get cake/desserts, as they did not see them being served. I felt that the service fell a little flat for the bride and groom, but overall, they did a great job with our other guests needs. The end of the night seemed like the staff was a bit confused. We ended up with 3 boxes of cake, and told that they were all the top layer of our cake. Still not sure what is in all the boxes.

The team who helped out are very responsive and responsible. They helped out on every detail we paid and not paid attention to! On the day of event, they have arranged it better then we have expected. Some of things I brought for deco and did not give enough time for instruction. However, they have figured all of them out and put them in a better way than I have initially thought. Everything flows so well on the day due to their fantastic arrangement, and changes are quickly Incorporated. The vendors they have carefully chosen are also fantastic! There is no where else that I would have had my wedding. I dreamed of this venue for over a decade and when I was finally engaged, is was the only place we even looked at. Everything was perfect... the food was absolutely delicious, the staff was so attentive, responsive, and helpful, and the venue itself is simply breathtaking. Our guests can't stop raving out what a unique wedding it was, and coupled with my own DIY details, it could not have been more perfect. I loved every minute of my experience from the first tour to the last moment I stepped off the boat and left for my honeymoon.

This venue was absolutely amazing. Not only was it beautiful being out on the water but they provided everything in your package so I didn't have the hassle of looking for all the different vendors you need. I was impressed with how nicely everything flowed the day of the wedding and how well the company planed everything. Before the wedding my groom and I were invited to a party on the yacht our wedding would be on so we could get a taste of everything. I couldn't be happier with picking this venue.

Not only was it beautiful being out on the water but they provided everything in your package so I didn't have the hassle of looking for all the different vendors you need. Before the wedding my groom and I were invited to a party on the yacht our wedding would be on so we could get a taste of everything. I couldn't be happier with picking this venue.

Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters is the way to go if you want to have a perfect wedding! All of the staff are so professional. The food is absolutely amazing. Besides, who doesn't want to party on a yacht sailing down the Detroit river? The premium vendors that were included in our package (cake, Dj services, flowers) are absolutely amazing and made our day so special! We would recommend IOYC to any one and everyone!

We had our wedding with Infinity/Ovation Yacht Charters last August and it was awesome!!! Our wedding planner was Melanie and she was great! She was readily available whenever I needed to speak with her about anything, especially in the weeks leading up to our wedding. I bounced ideas off her and she always gave me honest feedback. A couple weeks before our wedding we were apprehensive about moving forward with their DJ and she did everything possible to make us feel comfortable for our big day! Britney was our wedding coordinator for the evening and she was awesome! She was so friendly and she definitely made sure everything ran smoothly. Ms. Corey (I believe that’s her name) was super fun and sweet! She went above and beyond to make sure our experience was great! She danced with me and even gave my family treats to take home ;-). All of the IOY staff he night of our wedding were great including Jordan who coordinated our rehearsal (took only 20 minutes). It rained about 45 minutes before our ceremony and the IOY crew made sure not to let any of our guests sit until the chairs were completely dry! They also had some hold the train of my dress so it would get wet. All the vendors were great (except for the DJ service but we were able to hire our own DJ)! Emerald Designs created beautiful floral arrangements for our centerpieces, Baked Impressions was delicious and were awesome, and the food was delicious!!! Throughout the night IOY and the vendors had small yet thoughtful surprises for us . I would definitely recommend IOY to future couples!!!

I can't say enough good things about the Infinity and Ovation Yacht Charters. They were extremely responsive any time I had a question about the big day. I had my wedding Saturday afternoon and it was amazing. All my guests said that it was top notch and they were all blown away with how nice it was. I used all the recommended vendors and the day was well coordinated. The timeline was efficient and flowed seemlessly. I am so happy with my pictures and loved the boat and the water backdrops. For the ceremony, the pergola draped with the white sheets really was a good investment. I believe it made the ceremony feel very \"wedding like\" and it also looked great in the photographs. There were a few negatives I will mention, although I would not have changed a thing, I would have liked to have been aware of. The cost for additional items that are essential like table flowers and linens are expensive because of the tax (something like 26%). That tax is added on to everything, including photography. Although I knew this going in to the contract it still added up more than I expected. Another aspect I was not aware of is that the dinner music only played on the dance floor area and not on the lower deck where most of the dinning tables are. I picked out music to listen to during dinner and heard non of it. I am not a huge fan of elevator dinner music so I was a little thrown off when that's what I heard throughout dinner. These negatives are really minor and with all that can go wrong at weddings, I would say Infinity and Ovation will not mess up anyone's day.

We got married on the Infinity in August of 2014. Our ceremony and reception was with the infinity and ovation charters. The service by the staff was perfect, we have absolutely no complaints. The food on the yacht is nothing but spectacular. You will never have to be concerned about the quality of food or service. Not to mention the amazing views cruising down the Detroit River, we had so many compliments that that venue was the best wedding venue people have ever been to. The only negative I can think of is the amount of weddings they do a day between the two yachts. It was a little hectic when the previous wedding was just ending and ours was beginning by the time our ceremony ended the other wedding party was already arriving. However no collisions occurred between ceremonies and the timing was perfect they really have it down to a science. If you are even considering this venue I encourage you to follow it through because if you are ever on the yachts in the future you will regret the decision of not following through with infinity and ovation for your wedding day. If you need to see it to believe it, go on one of their special cruises throughout the year for the general public and you can experience it for yourself prior to your wedding. My husband and I hope we get invited back for the bride and groom cruise they do when they bring back past cruisers, we hope that is us again one day!

The best decision we made. They handled everything, all we did was made the appointments and pick everything out and they handled it all even down to the invitations. The staff was amazing and i didn't have to stress about anything except getting there. If i had a question it was always answered in a timely matter. The whole crew was very friendly and very helpful Jordan was also amazing ... he was always around when i needed anything. And he made sure we didn't forget anything .. even down to cutting cake.. the food was amazing.. my family and friends still talk about it. It i had to do it all over again i wouldn't change nothing.

We had our wedding at the Infinity yacht on 9/12/14. We were so happy we found Infinity and Ovation at the bridal show at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Signing up at the bridal show got us some free goodies for the wedding as well. (yay for freebies!! )\r\rFirst of all, let me say, the quality of the service they provide is excellent! As a busy working bride to be, I did not want to be stressed out about finding vendors. Infinity and Ovation has the whole package and from what they said to me from the beginning. I will only be worried about my dress. Fun thing about this is as soon as you sign up with them, you will be so updated with emails and will provide you with all the list of vendors that work with them that you need to meet up with.(DJ, Cake, Decor) Example for the cake, you just schedule an appointment for cake tasting and cake decor! that's it. By the way the only thing about the package they provide is standard, so for example you like to upgrade your cake and your ceremony area with lots of details, (additional flowers, extra mic for the ceremony, extra linens, etc..)it comes with a price, so the vendor will just send the upgrade to Infinity and Ovation. \r\rMelanie was very helpful the whole time we were planning our wedding!! She is one amazing woman! She was there on our big day too!! I even emailed her about my paranoid moments about how the weather is gonna be..(ceremony is held outdoors). and she was very kind enough to reply at the silliest emails I've sent! She definitely made it a whole lot easier to plan the whole thing omg she is wonderful! \r\rFood.- is really good. They don't provide food tasting but my guests are very impressed about the food and the quality. Brittney was nice enough to save me a plate on my weddingv day to take home! I was busy that day that I didn't get to eat much!Very nice gesture. \r\rOverall, I cant say enough good things about them! The price you pay , for me I think is worth it. IT saved me a lot of stress!! They make it so easy for you form start to finish! Even on your wedding day! They will guide you on where to go and how the whole program will run. \r\rThe additional money you pay for upgrades is completely up to you. The package itself is beautiful as it is. According to our guests it was the best wedding ever!\r\rOur wedding far exceeded the expectations of all of our guests. \r\rThe food on this yacht is AMAZING and worth the added cost. Our wedding bill grew quickly because of our guest count (251), however, you can control costs with Infinity and Ovation by having a smaller guest list and not choosing as many upgrades as we did (2 hours of dockside time, Champaign upon boarding, upgraded taste of Michigan menu, seafood extravaganza appetizer). \r\rOnly 2 words of caution - EVERYTHING comes with a 26% gratuity upcharge. According to our guests it was the best wedding ever!\r\rOur wedding far exceeded the expectations of all of our guests. \r\rThe food on this yacht is AMAZING and worth the added cost. Our wedding bill grew quickly because of our guest count (251), however, you can control costs with Infinity and Ovation by having a smaller guest list and not choosing as many upgrades as we did (2 hours of dockside time, Champaign upon boarding, upgraded taste of Michigan menu, seafood extravaganza appetizer). \r\rOnly 2 words of caution - EVERYTHING comes with a 26% gratuity upcharge. We had our first meeting with Melanie and fell in love with the idea of getting married on a boat. (I always wanted a beach theme). We picked our day and put a deposit down right away. The whole entire process was so easy. I was sent a link of vendors for cakes, flowers, DJ, etc. and I contacted each one to plan my day - it was well organized and made it super easy on us. It cut out all the research we would have to do otherwise which was a major plus because we both work full time. Adding on any 'extras' was super easy and any concerns I had were taken care of. I have a few handicapped people in my family and I was worried that they would have a hard time getting to their seats for the ceremony and on the boat but each one of them were helped right away. Everyone really stepped up to the plate. The day of the wedding I had actually forgotten my marriage license at the hotel and the coordinator on the boat told me not to worry - she would handle everything and that she did! She amazed me with how well she took care of any problem, concern, or question that arose on the day of the wedding. She was a total help and without her I KNOW I would have been stressing. Everyone at Infinity and Ovation helped make my wedding day unique and beautiful. If I could do it all over again there is no where else I would have booked my wedding!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about IOY. The customer service was amazing: they made it was so easy to plan my wedding from another state! I loved that it was all-inclusive, meaning I did not have to go out and find my own vendors for everything, IOY had a list of vendors they had contracts with and my payments all went to the same place. The 26% additional tax and gratuity is definitely steep, but I would say that it was worth it. Every single person said it was the best venue they had ever attended a wedding at.

The staff was extremely friendly, especially Jackie, our coordinator for the day, and Karen who happily worked hard to ensure we had a great wedding reception before the big day. Jackie made sure my husband and I were always taken care of throughout the cruise without making us feel overwhelmed with her presence. The food was absolutely wonderful and the staff kept the activities on time. Weeks later our guests are still talking about the food and cruise and how it was the most wonderful wedding reception they'd ever attended. Some of them are even talking about booking their upcoming events with Infinity. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have customized contracts for different vendors instead of the \"one size fits all.\"

I can't even explain what an expereince it is to have a small intimate reception aboard a yatch crusing the detroit river. It was truely the wedding of a century and it will not soon be forgotten.

May-be the best thing about using the Ovation yacht was not having to do the foot work of finding vendors. They give you a short list of suggested vendors and you pick from there. They also coordinate everything for the day of and even helped us get responses from vendors we had trouble with. Biggest drawback was that our wedding was in June and the fish flies were HORRIBLE the last 1.5 hours of our reception. It was disgusting and completely disrupted the event. I'd recommend coming up with a plan ahead of time for what to do if this happens to you!

We had our wedding reception on the Infinity this past summer and can't say enough positive things about our experience throughout the entire process.\r\rFirstly, the charter specialist, Melanie, (who fielded so many of our questions during the planning process) was an absolute gem to work with. She was prompt, attentive, and accommodating - every time I received a response from her, I felt like I must be their only client! \r\rNext, the entire staff and the vendors themselves were wonderful. I was basically unaware of the staff onboard. Although I'd love to say I made eye contact to thank them more frequently, they were working so seamlessly to move the party along that I hardly noticed any of them! Kelly and Marc were fantastic in particular - I loved the touch of essentially forcing us to sit and eat. When they mentioned that they'd do this early in the planning process, I thought it somewhat unnecessary, but after spending the first 60 minutes mingling non-stop, I appreciated having someone remind me to take a breather and eat; I could've easily breezed through dinner without realizing I missed it!\r\rThe vendors were phenomenal. Our contacts at Emerald City were smart, offering suggestions particular to our individual needs, and ultimately achieving beautiful results. Our DJ, Jason Parent, was wonderful as well, setting up a personal meeting to discuss our expectations and requests - and making it ultra convenient by meeting us very close to home! The cake was gorgeous, followed our requests to the T, and was absolutely delicious. Suffice it to say, the staff at Infinity and Ovation aren't kidding when they say they've vetted their vendors and only work with the best!\r\rAlthough I've seen other reviews balking at the cost of this, I think it was actually a great deal for how much was truly inclusive. The team worked with us to find a combination of features that suited our guests - and our budget. \r\rAs with so many weddings, we had plenty of personal obstacles and the standard family drama on our end, so the fact that we could trust the team at Infinity and Ovation with absolutely all of the logistics became more valuable by the day. \r\rThe evening was absolutely sparkling and all of our guests enjoyed themselves immensely. For what it's worth, my uncle, a photographer who has attended ~900 weddings, said this was by far the best he's been to - unique, classy, and incredibly fun.\r\rOur thanks to the entire team and all of the vendors for their impeccable work. Infinity and Ovation created an indescribable experience for us on such an important day.

My husband and I had a destination wedding two weeks prior to our Ovation charter, so this was our \"at home\" reception, given by my parents. We chose to have it on a Sunday afternoon (as it wasn't our \"real\" wedding) but we wanted it to be something unique for our guests. This worked out perfectly: the staff and crew were in sync, our guests (200) felt very taken care of, and everyone loved the cruise. As this was technically a second reception (and in the middle of the afternoon), we didn't do the whole dancing thing, but we had a great jazz trio that was an excellent compliment to the venue. I would classify the atmosphere as \"upscale laid-back\" because that was what we created, but you could easily go very fancy with this venue as well. The food, by the way, was outstanding.\r\rA note on vendors/point people: our jazz trio was the Keith Malinowski Trio, and they were awesome. Emerald City Designs - who is contracted with Infinity and Ovation - did the flowers and they were tremendous. Gorgeous designs and very easy to work with. Jackie was our director, assisted by Kelly, and they are very, very good at their jobs. Melanie was our specialist and very easy to work with.\r\rSlight negative spot: two of our guests had their cars broken into while we were sailing. They did not take advantage of the complimentary valet; I would encourage your guests strongly to do so if you choose to sail. Apparently this has never happened before; the marina and the Infinity/Ovation staff were very quick to respond and attempt to take care of the situation, so kudos to them for that.\r\rWhy not 5 stars: the break-ins were a mar, and it is on the pricey side. We did love it though!

I'd like to thank Jackie, Kevin, Captain Mel, Ryan and EVERYONE else at Infinity and Ovation for making the best wedding/event we've ever been to our own! The service we received was far and above the call of duty and the event was NOTHING short of spectacular! Our guests were in awe of our event and from talking to many of them we really ruined weddings for them as they doubted anyone could top ours. Thanks again so much for all the help, planning and making the best day of our lives THAT much better! If you are even remotely considering doing a wedding or event on the boats you can NOT go wrong, the food, the people, the scenery; I&O has it all!

Our wedding celebration was excellent. Everything was taken care of from the moment we left our vehicle until we were returned to the vehicle. Out of last summer's weather, we had the best evening's sailing adventure. The ambiance was perfect and our guests had a marvelous time. From the food, to the beverages, to the service it was an evening to remember. Thank goodness that events like this are from fairy tales, because I had mine aboard this fantastic sailing vessel. I really felt like a princess with my prince charming all in a glittery night's eve.
