We got married on 12.30.23 at the Inn at Leola Village and highly recommend them for anyone looking to get married. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, from the Inn to the ballrooms, to the restaurant and sleeping rooms. It's extremely well maintained and the florist on-site just adds the most magical touch. I am still dreaming about my floral arrangements from that day! From the beginning, Tara was amazing to work with. Quick to respond and super informative. We added a bunch of different events for the weekend and she was constantly on top of all the details. Emma and Stephen were our onsite coordinators for the weekend and they were just so friendly and down to earth. I didn't have to worry about a single thing knowing it was in their hands. The food was insane. It was incredible and our guests won't stop talking about it weeks later. We stayed for 4 nights and ate there for almost every meal. I didn't have a single meal that was mediocre as they were all so delicious. We also had our hair and makeup done at the spa the morning of our wedding and the ladies there were just so fun and accommodating. They were like an extension of my bridal party and our hair/make-up turned out fantastic. I will be recommending to everyone I know getting engaged!

The Inn at Leola Village was absolutely beautiful and all of our guests kept saying how beautiful the venue was and one of the best weddings they have ever been to. Stephanie, our coordinator was the absolute best, by listening to our needs and wants, she was always avaliable for questions or concerns we had. The rest of the staff were great and always polite and even complimented us on how we looked as well as very attentive. The food was delicious and a friend of mine says he doesn't typically eat salmon but he really liked the salmon. Overall we couldn't have been happier that we choose The Inn at Leola Village for our wedding.

After finding out that we were expecting just two months after getting engaged, we were looking for a venue that would make our lives easy as we planned our big day. The Inn at Leola Village did exactly that!! The only thing that we needed to find was our photographer and our DJ. Stephanie, our wedding coordinator, provided a vendor list to make that easy as well!! Stephanie was amazing at communication and made sure I always knew what was needed/expected every step of the way. Many times I said to my husband, “we have to be missing something, planning a wedding can’t be this easy!” But Stephanie and the packages available MADE it that easy!! Stephanie helped ensure that loose ends were tied and that I was not missing any details.Our guests all raved about the food as well, saying it was some of the best food they’ve ever had!!I could not recommend this venue more. I wish I could relive our special day over and over again.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars for the Inn! From the very beginning of our planning process to the actual wedding they were a DREAM to work with. Stephanie and her entire team made the entire process so seamless. She walked us through every step and provided guidance to additional vendors to make our day even better. Our wedding was a little over a month and a half ago and we still have people contacting us saying how amazing it was. The food was definitely a main talking point. Having a venue with everything on site really is a game changer and it was so nice to have all of favorite people spend the weekend with us. The weather wasn’t what we hoped for but the entire staff made sure it ran just as smoothly and looking back it wasn’t even that big of a deal! If you’re looking for a wedding venue look no further! ( and make sure you try the butternut squash soup too 😊) We cannot put into words how thankful we are for everyone at the Inn at Leola for making our day absolutely amazing!

We got married on 10/21/23 at the Inn and it was such a magical experience. From the very beginning to the end our coordinator Tara, was extremely helpful and kind. I had to have asked about 100 questions and she answered them all quickly, professionally and without complaint. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous and all of the staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and cared for. They take care of everything. With our package we only needed to provide a DJ, officiant and photographer. This made the whole planning process so easy and as stress free as possible. Our wedding went perfectly. Not one thing went wrong. Everyone is knowledgeable and dedicated to making the day special for you. Gianna coordinated for us the day of and she was such a pleasure to work with! I'll never stop recommending this venue to anyone who will listen!

We could write a novel on all our amazing experiences with the inn. An extra 5 stars to Stephanie that we had the pleasure of being our coordinator. From our first meeting with her, it was obvious that this venue was the correct choice and that she was going to take care of us. She was also very responsive to email and questions and did a great job guiding us through everything. For rehearsal and wedding day, she did a great job of keeping everything on track and organized. If you pick this venue, you're going to hear it over and over - the food is great! Without fail, every vendor after we told them our venue was the inn, they would respond with \"oh, the food is great there.\" And the food didn't disappoint, especially the cake (we went with a lemon cake and raspberry creme filling, yum!). The on-site florist is awesome as well. Accommodations are amazing for out of town guests. The inn isn't cheap, but there are also lots of cheaper accommodations in the area to supplement. Being a summer wedding, the complimentary water and wine when guests arrived at the gardens was awesome. We included the brunch with our package as well since pretty much all our guests were out-of-towners; it was a great addition to the experience and well worth it! And of course, huge shout-out to the entire staff for doing such an amazing job. Perfectly executed by everyone.

You could not pick a more respectful staff, organized and truly made our day so special. Everything is mostly on site and everyone is amazing at their job. Our wedding at the Inn at Leola Village could not have been more perfect. It is absolutely GORGEOUS and so unique from other Lancaster County venues. Steph was our coordinator and she was phenomenal, truly a huge reason as to why we picked this venue. She was so helpful and quick to respond to all of the questions my husband and I had for her, making the wedding planning process as easy as possible. From start to finish, I cannot speak more highly of the venue including the flowers, cake, food, and spa— in addition to all the incredible staff there. We, along with our guests, cannot stop talking about how amazing the day was. I HIGHLY recommend having your dream wedding here, you will not regret it!

We were blown away by The Inn at Leola Village from the moment we pulled on site. We instantly fell in love with all of the charming details. We worked with Steph throughout our planning process and we could not have been more pleased. She was so professional and always extremely quick to get back to us with any questions we had. She made planning for us so fun and easy. She was there with us on the day of our wedding, which really calmed our nerves. She made sure everything went so smoothly and handled everything so we did not need to. Steph was so pleasant and easy to work with. She really cared for us and made it her mission to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams. The quality of service from everyone at The Inn at Leola Village was exceptional! The whole crew at Leola really works as a team and makes you feel at home. The flower arrangements that Tracie and her team created were breathtaking! Our wedding guests still talk about them today! The cake that The Inn at Leola Village created for us was phenomenal. We showed them what we liked and they really brought our vision to life. The details on it were so pretty and it tasted delicious! We highly recommend The Inn at Leola Village for a wedding venue! We talk about our wedding day almost daily with very fond memories.

My husband and I currently live in Auburn, AL (War Eagle!) but are from the PA/NJ area and planned to get married closer to friends/family. We knew there would be additional stress trying to plan a wedding 1,000 miles away from the venue. We also planned to have a smaller wedding with 50 of our closest friends and family. Many venues in the Lancaster area can accommodate 150+ guests, and charge accordingly, regardless of your wedding size. When we realized the Inn offered “tiny wedding” packages, we knew this could be an optimal fit for our needs. Once we had our first phone contact with Steph, we knew beyond a doubt this was the venue for us! Steph was incredibly kind, flexible, patient, and fun to talk with and help plan our big day. She made planning from AL as easy as it could be and never became irritated if we asked the same questions multiple times. She was invested in us as a couple, not just as a check! The day of the wedding was beautiful and went smoothly. Our guests were astonished with the floral arrangements, food, and venue. It truly was a magical day!! I cannot recommend the Inn at Leola Village and their event/wedding staff highly enough!

We hosted our entire wedding weekend at the Inn at Leola Village, starting with our rehearsal dinner and welcome drinks. We loved being able to have our friends and family stay on site at the hotel - it was so convenient and felt like a weekend getaway for all of our guests. We were initially disappointed that the weather was too hot and humid to have our dream ceremony in the garden - but we were able to take so many beautiful portraits in the gardens. The staff did an amazing job changing Casa di Fiori over from ceremony to reception quickly - everything from the flowers and lit candles was flawless. We got SO many compliments on how amazing the food was all weekend - from rehearsal dinner to room service to the reception. We were able to close out the evening with an after-party at the fire pit, which our guests loved. We spent the day after our wedding relaxing at the pool with our family - the perfect end to our perfect weekend.Working with Tara during the planning process was an absolute breeze - she was always responsive and detailed in answering our questions and offering suggestions. Tracie at Village Floral brought our vision to life in the most beautiful way (we also got so many compliments on our flowers). And of course we are huge fans of Henry the office cat.We can't wait to visit Leola Village again on our future anniversaries. Thank you for the most special weekend - we are so so happy with how the entire weekend went!

Stephanie and the team at Leola Village were fantastic from start to finish! As a full service venue Leola Village really helped us as we planned, especially considering that we do not currently living in PA. We especially loved the florals done by Tracie and her excellent team and were especially grateful when they drove florals to my home church in Manheim for the ceremony. Our guests also loved Leola Village! My husband's family is from NJ and my family is local to the area. All were stunned by the beautiful gardens, food, and room accommodations. We also suggest checking out the restaurant where you might meet Kyle, who serves up some of the the most amazing cocktails. We cannot say enough good things about Leola Village! PS. the champagne chiffon cake flavor is one of the best things I have ever tasted!

Our wedding at the Inn at Leola Village was amazing! From the beginning, Tara was fantastic to work with. She was on top of it always came to our meetings prepared and had all the previous notes from prior meetings. She was quick to respond to emails and very accommodating of any request like change in beer or adding just one vegan meal the night of. The staff the day of the wedding was fantastic! They truly took great care of us making sure to pack up the extras for us to enjoy, ensuring we got to actually try all of the hors d'oeuvres we ordered and being quick to get us something when we requested it. We did an afterparty at the bar as well and I'm so glad we did! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone considering it. From having the bakery, to the caterer, to the florist and planner all at one location it made the coordination of everything so easy rather than having to have several different POCs for those major areas of wedding planning. If I could have another wedding I would hands down only have it at the Inn at Leola village again!

The Inn at Leola Village was the perfect venue for our wedding weekend. It was the first and only wedding venue that we toured after first getting engaged because it had absolutely everything we wanted. We loved that it was a \"one stop shop\" for everything wedding related from florist, caterer, salon & spa, and the inn itself. This made everything wedding planning so simplified and fun. We primarily worked with Stephanie throughout the process, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgable. She showed us so much excitement even though she's planned hundreds/thousands of weddings before. Tracie, the in house florist, did an incredible job decorating for our special day, and the food was delicious. Our wedding weekend ran extremely smoothly. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful and unique the venue is. We absolutely recommend this venue to anyone looking. Another huge up-side to The Inn at Leola is Henry (the house cat who resides in the office) who kept us calm and happy every step of the way.

The Inn at Leola Village gave us the absolute best wedding day. From the start, no other venue compared to the quaint village, the beautiful gardens, and the photographic nature of the venue. The fact that everything was on site was also a huge plus for us and took the worry out of the day. We worked with Tara, who always went above and beyond. She even offered her services to come over our house during the day to let our dogs out as we didn’t have a plan B! Tara is always on the ball and answers every email quickly. You couldn’t get a better coordinator.The flowers. Oh the flowers. Tracie brought the girls to tears when she brought the bouquets to the room. Everything was so carefully done and beautiful. She brought our visions to life. If you do anything for your wedding - book The Inn at Leola Village. The service provided means you’ll have no stress. Every single person on site is professional and courteous. We have been told by so many people that our wedding was the best they’ve been to. I would choose this place 100 times over.

We had a fantastic experience having our wedding at the Inn! My husband and I were both in graduate school across the state, and the idea of planning a wedding was daunting. We came across the Inn’s Tiny Little Wedding package and knew that it was for us after meeting with Stephanie. Flowers, food, cake, drinks, and more were all included and taken care of by the Inn. The only thing my husband and I had to worry about ourselves was photography, officiant, and music. The planning process as well as day-of the event were seamless (shout out to Gianna!). We had an absolutely magical ceremony in the beautiful Piccolo Patio followed by reception in Bella Giardino. Both were decorated very tastefully and the flowers (done by Tracy) were perfectly arranged. The food and cake was honestly top-notch for a wedding, and our guests raved about it for weeks after. If you want a classy, inclusive, and easy-to-plan wedding experience, I highly recommend the Inn at Leola Village.

The Inn at Leola is a one stop shop wedding venue! They handle everything from the food, flowers, wedding cake and beyond, plus they have rooms!! We booked the venue the day we toured because of how impressive not only the venue was, but how amazing the staff was on that very first day! Stephanie was an absolute dream to work with and truly made the experience stress-free and fun! She answered any question or concerns no matter how small or silly they were, she is just amazing and anyone who gets to work with her in the future is in great hands! The florist on site (Tracey) took my vision/wants and brought it to life so beautifully! The staff the day of our wedding were outstanding and our guests were so impressed with service and the food! You will not regret having your wedding here, no matter how big or small!

Our experience with the Inn at Leola Village was a dream from the beginning of the process! We can't say enough good things about working with our coordinator Tara- she was always super responsive and made us feel so at ease through each step. Village floral was also amazing and working with Tracie was great! Our florals were absolutely amazing and the arrangements were even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. The salon was also great- at first I was a little apprehensive that I was going to get my vision for my hair and makeup since using the salon on site didn't allow me to shop around for artists, BUT, they literally nailed it on the first trial for me and were so professional. The work they did on my mother and bridal party was also so gorg. Overall, having everything on site- the florals, the salon, the bespoke and 5-star rooms (not to mention the bridal suite and grooms billiards room rentals and the newlywed room, AMAZING), and the bakery and catering, made the planning process much easier and I loved every single aspect. I couldn't recommend this venue enough!! Our guests said it was one of the most beautiful venues they've ever seen and I agree! The service of every person we worked with is unmatched!

The Inn at Leola Village is the whole package! From the food, on-site florals with Tracy, venue coordinator Tara, cake designer and on site rooms for guests, everything is amazing. Tracy went above and beyond to work with us on our vision with flowers, candles, and other decorative pieces that made the wow factor for all of our wedding photos and video. Tara was also with us every step of the way. There was not a question too big or small for her and she made you feel at ease with supporting every wish or request. We looked at many venues, but the Inn at Leola was nothing short of the best. Highly recommend not only for weddings but for any event as they can do it all.

We were in love with the Inn at Leola Village from the start. It was only the second venue we looked at and we were hooked. Our guests were so impressed with the Cassa di Fiori banquet hall, especially the way the food was served. Our experience was so smooth and easy thanks to our on-site wedding coordinator Tara Ash and Village Floral! The complementary suite that we got to stay in after the wedding was my favorite part - absolutely luxurious. It made us feel extra special on our big day. Thanks Leola!!!!

The entire grounds of Leola are ideal for long weekend weddings especially where most of the guests are from out of town. It was a genuinely excellent decision making Leola our wedding venue. We can't recommend Leola enough.

We had a small non-traditional wedding in the Bella Giardino room for about 60 guests in August 2022. The décor and flower arrangements were a beautiful combination of rustic and elegance. Stephanie was a wonderful planner and gave me great advice on things as I knew nothing about what I needed to do and only had about 5 months to plan. The bartenders and staff were so incredibly friendly. Many of the guests said afterwards they would love to come back for a long weekend because the grounds were so beautiful and the food was one of the best they've ever had at a wedding. We stayed in the wine cellar suite and would highly recommend for a hot summer weddings as it was amazingly cool and cozy.

Welcoming/easy/amazingThe whole staff was very easy to work with! Our coordinator, Stephanie, was always available for questions and super helpful and genuinely seemed excited with us and for us. The florist and pastry chef also were easy to communicate with and are awesome at what they do! The detail everyone puts into their creations is amazing. Having everything right there definitely takes away a lot of stress of worrying if things will be delivered on time or damaged.

Tara and the Inn at Leola Village were incredible to work with. Tara especially was an absolute joy to work with with. She was more than happy to answer all of my questions, prompt with responding to my communications and ontop of all of the detail leading up to and on the day of the event. I got so many compliments on the location, the venue, and the food from many guests and those who stayed at the hotel raved about their weekend. We chose the Casa di Fiore for both our ceremony and reception location. The flip between the ceremony and reception was seamless and the venue itself is gorgeous. We also moved the after party to the bar once the reception ended and the staff was incredible. Literally everything you need for your day is located on the premise and everyone is very easy to work with. Their craftsmanship is superb, any time of the year the grounds are still beautiful, the food is beyond delicious - you won't be disappointed with your choice in this space!

My husband and I knew this was “the one” as soon as our tour began. Not only was the property absolutely stunning but the amenities were one of a kind. We were planning our wedding from Virginia but yet it was the easiest planning ever! Truly everything is included. Even the salon is on site. Our out of town guests and those staying the night raves about the inn. Stephanie was an absolute dream and made sure to keep us in the loop. On your wedding day every staff member is given an itinerary to make sure the day goes as smooth as possible. Get married here!!!

I could not of asked for a more perfect venue for my daughters wedding! All the staff were so very accommodating to all our needs. From the hair salon to the flowers, the cake to the food, it was all perfect!! Our wedding coordinator, Stephanie Lambert, listened to everything my daughter and I requested and honored it all! She was there from our first meeting till the end of the wedding. I highly recommend having a wedding in the Italian Wedding Garden at The Inn at Leola Village.

Our wedding at the Inn at Leola Village was a dream. Tara Ash, The Village Florist, and their entire team made every request a reality. There were even several details about our day that my husband and I didn't know to ask about that they had covered and then some! I would recommend this venue and Inn experience to every couple based on venue support from experienced professionals in the industry. The beauty of the wedding garden and Casa di Fiori are a selling point all on their own. We were able to have all of our guests come to the Inn and never leave the grounds but feel like they explored the whole town. It was perfection.

We couldn’t have asked for more. The Inn at Leola Village exceeded our expectations. Most of our guests traveled from out of town to attend the wedding, and one of the best parts was, we were all able to stay on-site. My guests all remarked on their rooms and how lovely the property was. The food, the attention to detail was perfect. The flowers were breath taking. Tracie did an incredible job, everyone said they have never been to a wedding with so many flowers. They were incredible. Our wedding was everything we wanted because of The Inn at Leola Village.

The Inn at Leola Village was a fantastic venue for our wedding day. Tara was great to work with: responsive and organized. We had lots of questions, and she did a great job providing helpful answers throughout the planning process. We love that the venue had onsite rooms for our out of town guests. Guests also said the food was the best they’ve had at a wedding, and we couldn’t agree more. On the day of the wedding, we were able to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing everything was taken care of.

Stephanie Lambert, the Director of Special Events and her amazing team at The Inn at Leola gave us the WEDDING OF OUR DREAMS! Everything about our day was perfect. Steph graciously took on the challenge of planning our wedding in under four months. Every details was meticulously managed by Steph and her team from the rehearsal, to the wedding day festivities, to the farewell breakfast. They made us feel important, excited, loved, and supported throughout the entire process and on our special day. We were able to focus on one another, our family, and our friends without a care in the world because we knew that we were in the best hands possible. There are so many people that had a part of our day that we want to thank, including: Tara for stepping in when needed to make our day perfect; Michelle my amazing stylists who made my hair look gorgeous; Taylor my make up artist who made me feel like a beautiful bride; Tracie Boyer who made me speechless when I saw our stunningly colorful wedding flowers; bartenders Matt and Missi who kept the drinks flowing and guest happy; to captain Stephen and his awesome serving team Sam, Shelby, Jeanette, Jomara, Christina, Dylan, Tessa and Cynthia who served us delicious food and constantly made sure we had everything we needed during the reception; and to Sophie who designed and baked the most beautiful and delicious three tiered wedding cake I have ever seen! A special thanks goes to Steph who made the dreams of this bride come to life and for giving us the gift of beautiful memories that we will have for the rest of our life together!! The Inn at Leola Village was an absolute dream of a wedding venue and we are SO happy we chose it for our micro wedding! From the very beginning, Stephanie was so incredibly helpful, especially navigating all of my food allergies. Tracie on the floral team brought my entire vision to life and I couldn't love it more if she tried! The wedding was absolutely perfect and went off without a single hitch, and all of our guests were amazed at how perfect everything was. From the gorgeous rooms to impeccable service at our wedding, you will be SO happy you booked this incredible venue, and team!

The Inn at Leola Village is the BEST choice for a wedding venue. No need to look anywhere else. Stephanie was our coordinator and she was responsible for making our wedding day sheer perfection. Tracie, our florist, transformed Casa di Fiori into the most magical space. They both listened and turned my vision into a reality. The waitstaff, spa staff and everyone working behind the scenes exceeded our expectations, and we did not need to lift a finger! We especially loved that everything was on site- spa, salon, rooms, bridal loft, restaurant, and venue. They provide the flowers, food, cake, and all venue decor. All you have to do is show up and get ready. We do not have enough words to express our gratitude for all that everyone at the Inn at Leola did for us. Our guests will be talking about our day for a long time! Thank you just isn’t enough.

OMG, there are no words to describe how magical and beautiful was our wedding at The Inn. We got married in 2020 (just us and the judge), and once we saw the Inn later that year, we knew it was the perfect place to official our union, surrounded by our loved ones. Tara was incredibly helpful and was on top OF EVERYTHING. The rooms, the food, the service, and the flowers were all above what we had ever imagined. We flew in the family from Germany, Puerto Rico, and Bosnia, who still talked about how amazing it was to choose this place. We were able to broadcast the wedding, and all our \"online friends\" have said that the garden was the perfect place to celebrate our love. If you want to have something so whimsical, romantic, and beautiful as this: go and choose this place! It is worth it!

What an amazing day and experience all around. As a person who works in the wedding industry I have seen a lot. We chose the Inn because it wasn't a barn, it is beautiful and elegant, and how they include so much into the pricing. They offer so much to the clients it relieved a lot of stress off us with us having to find less vendors and less planning. We knew they had it taken care of. On the wedding day Stephanie was there to make sure we were where we needed to be. The last thing I wanted to do on the wedding was make decisions. This allowed us to sit back and enjoy our day, the way it should be. Also, the food here is stellar. We only received great reviews from our guests about the pork and the salmon. From food selection, planning, to execution, the Inn's process are truly top notch. I am so glad we chose this venue. It truly was the best day ever!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Stephanie and the team at Inn at Leola Village for our wedding and if we had to do it all over again, we would choose them every single time! The venue offers a great deal of variety - it's rustic with industrial charm while offering modern finishes- something totally unique that we loved. While the Inn itself is quaint and has a ton of character throughout making it a very unique experience for guests. When it came down to planning the big day our coordinator, Stephanie, was an absolute joy to work with. Not only was she incredibly informed and on top of the ball she was very patient with me and my (many) question filled emails. We had to postpone our 2020 wedding due to Covid and thank god for her because she remained calm and ensured us that we will get our perfect day no matter what - she was not wrong! On the big day Stephanie had everything under control. I was able to sit back and actually enjoy the day, something I hope every bride/groom gets to experience. One thing I want to make sure I mention is how spectacular the food was. Having been to quite a few weddings myself, I’m not a fan of the food that’s usually offered but this does not apply to the Inn at Leola Village. I have a food allergy and they had no problem working with me so we didn’t have to compromise taste for my comfort. Our guests are still raving about how delicious the food for cocktail hour and dinner was plus the portions were generous! No seriously, my husband is asking if I can try and recreate the Penne with Lavender Honey Sauce because it was that good (I have yet to succeed). PS get the homemade donuts for dessert, you won’t be sorry! Thank you to the incredible staff at Inn at Leola Village for making our dream wedding come true. We will be back for our anniversary next year!

Our wedding at Leola was absolutely amazing! Tara was wonderful to work with and made the whole wedding process so seamless. She was quick to respond to any questions and concerns we had and helped us though the entire process. She had so many helpful suggestions that made our special day so amazing. Also the best thing with Leola was that they had everything you could need for your wedding! It was great to have an onsite florist and caterer. And also it was such a convenience to have a salon and spa onsite.

The Inn at Leola Village is a wonderful wedding venue. I was looking for the least amount of vendors possible for me to manage as the bride and The Inn offers so much. I was able to focus on finding my perfect DJ and decor while the Inn handled catering, floral and lodging. They also provide a Day-Of-Wedding Coordinator which is super helpful. The Destinations Salon & Spa is also on site to help you with not having to find make-up and hair services for your wedding day. The salon made me and my bridal party feel so special. Our guests loved the space, the open bar and most importantly, the FOOD. Everyone raved about how wonderful the food was, from the small bites at cocktail hour to the cupcakes for dessert, they enjoyed every bite! Our Wedding Coordinator Tara was great! She made sure our needs were met and everything went as smoothly as possible. They created my perfect wedding day and I couldn't be more grateful and thankful. My husband and I will definitely return in the future to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

I planned my wedding at the inn at leola village from across the country and it went so smoothly. Everything is there, in house florist is fantastic, the spa where they do hair and makeup turned out fantastic as well. Only thing i had to get was music and photography! Tara was so helpful with all the planning and details with timeline etc. On the day of Emma was our coordinator and she absolutely killed it. Food and asthetic was great! Plenty of beautiful places for photos on the grounds. Would absolutely recommend this venue ! Only thing that was annoying was when they were serving during speeches which I agreed with Tara to do, but then the waiter legit ran into the best man giving the speech and told him to \"move\". Would recommend not letting wait staff serve during speeches or have them deliver food to back of room, not front during that time... Aside from the wait staff not realizing when they were interrupting once or twice it was a very smooth day!

She was incredibly responsive and the venue was extremely flexible and accommodating when we had to postpone our reception twice! The ceremony and reception space were meticulously decorated. The grounds were so beautiful for all our pictures, everything was so green! The service during the reception was great! We loved having everything on site from our guest accommodations, hair and makeup, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception and after party! Also, all the food was delicious! Can't say enough good things about this venue and would highly recommend!

We cannot rave enough about what a wonderful experience we had having our wedding at the Inn at Leola Village. EVERYTHING was so organized that we did not have to worry one bit on our wedding day. The stress and pressure was completely taken off of us as the couple because of the wonderful help and planning from Stephanie. All of the staff were incredible. A special shout out to Gary who exuded joy and truly added to our special day. No request was too much for Gary who has great attention to detail and made sure that to accommodate any of the guests needs with a smile on his face. Not to mention that fact that the food was incredible and the grounds are breathtaking. If you are looking for an all-in-one wedding venue, this is the place for you!

It’s hard to even put into words how amazing this venue was. From the scenery and gardening to the hotel to the venues, it’s all impeccably done. And if the beauty of the venue doesn’t floor you, the service surely will. From the minute we contacted this venue, the communication with our coordinator Tara was constant. I probably sent her hundreds of emails at all times of the day and night for the 2 years we were planning this wedding and every response was timely, informative, and extremely helpful. When we had to move our date twice due to covid, they were also very understanding and flexible not only with the date change but room changes, guest count changes, etc. I never felt stressed because they had it all figured out. As for the day of the wedding, we already knew the level or service we could expect but we were still blown away. The front desk staff was so welcoming and friendly and took the time to show each guest to their room (and let me say not all of the rooms are close together so this was a really nice touch!!), filled them in on wedding weekend details, and made sure to get our welcome bags out to everyone. After arriving, we had our rehearsal and rehearsal din where we worked with the BEST banquet coordinators. Holy moly, I’ve never been taken care of so well by a staff in my life. There was constant communication, drink refills, updates, you name it. Our welcome drinks after dinner had to be moved due to weather and they handled the last minute change seamlessly. The service did not stop after rehearsal. Every single meal was catered and served so perfectly and precisely. A beautiful breakfast was set up for us first thing in the morning, which then quietly flipped over to lunch without me even noticing. There was everything we could need from food, wine, glassware, coffee, you name it. Not to mention an entire additional spread of snacks and champagne at the salon. Lastly, our cocktail hour and reception finally arrived and every single detail was perfectly executed. We had Tara there to keep us on schedule, the banquet managers/servers/bartenders available everywhere you turned around, and the AMAZING on-site florist, Tracie, who took my Pinterest vision and brought it to life. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. It’s a completely customized experience unlike anything I’ve ever heard of. And maybe most importantly, the food was AWESOME!! I am still getting compliments from guests a week later. I cannot wait to hopefully work with this venue again in the future and/or come stay for a relaxing getaway. Thanks again for everything!!

Deciding to have my wedding at The Inn at Leola was the best decision ever! Stephanie (wedding coordinator) was wonderful. She was easy to work with and always answered my emails and questions promptly. All the staff treated us well. If you chose this venue, rent out the poolside suites, so you, your friends, and family have the pool area all weekend long. It set up for such a great weekend. Also it was so nice having all the vendors on site and not needing to travel (hair, makeup, florist, food, ceremony, reception).

This place was beyond words! It was everything and more we could have asked for or our wedding day and the months leading up to it. Everything is done at the Inn which made things less stressful for us to coordinate. We worked with Stephanie as our wedding planner, she was absolutely amazing! We highly recommend her! She was always answering our questions and never made us feel like we were bothering her! She even said yes to all our crazy requests including surprising one of the father’s of the bride with a ping pong table for a game during the father daughter dance! This place was just beyond words! We HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone looking in the Lancaster area!

We have nothing but amazing things to say about this venue! If you are looking for a place that takes the stress of wedding planning away, this is your place. The on site catering, florist, and wedding planners are amazing! Stephanie made it very easy for us and was very active the entire time! We had our rehearsal dinner, ceremony and reception (+after party!) all here. It was wonderful how our guest never had to travel far to go to all of our events and make it safely back to their rooms. The food...AMAZING. Bottom line, this place has it all! Would recommend to anyone!

My husband and I got married at The Inn at Leola Village in October and it was everything we could have wanted and more. It truly is like a one-stop-shop for everything for your wedding. Everything you need for the wedding is on-site, making the planning that much easier. Tara, our Wedding Planner, was extremely helpful and very responsive. We couldn't have done it without her steering the ship. I can't say enough about this venue, except to say, if you are looking for a venue in Pennsylvania, you have to check-out The Inn at Leola Village.We received so many compliments after our wedding ranging from the food, to the decor, to the hotel rooms, and the list goes on. And what's even better is that I didn't have to lift a finger. I'm so happy we chose the Inn for our wedding and reception. You will fall in love with The Inn at Leola Village! We had Tara as our lead wedding coordinator. We love Tara! Tara is the sweetest person to work with and made the wedding process so easy. She is attentive, flexible and had answers to everything. If Tara was unavailable, which was rare, Stephanie stepped in and she was just as wonderful to work with. The Inn at Leola Village is one of a kind. From their on-site florist to having a salon on property you will have everything you could imagine for your wedding day. Every person that works at The Inn at Leola Village was nice to work with.The food is out of this world, the reception room had so much character, the grounds were beautiful and the service is phenomenal. All of our expectations were met and more. Go and take a look at The Inn at Leola Village for yourselves! The florist, Tracie, is so talented! She was a pleasure to work with and when we shared our vision with her about the flower arrangements we wanted, she took that vision and blew us away! Her arrangements were gorgeous! Destinations Spa is also on the property at The Inn at Leola Village. Jennifer made it easy to set up our hair and make-up appointments. The hair stylists and make-up artists were friendly, efficient and skilled. They were so great, we actually got our hair and make-up done ahead of schedule! My husband and I could go on and on about this place! It is a hidden gem in the Lancaster area.

My husband and I got married in July and our wedding was quite honestly more than I could have ever dreamed of. The planning process was completely effortless and enjoyable! There was no request that our wedding planner, Tara, couldn’t do. Tara made all our wishes come to life. I emailed her so often with requests/questions and she responded very quickly and was happy to help. She also is full of great suggestions. The day of the wedding was so amazing. Everyone commented on how calm I looked and that is because there was absolutely NOTHING stress about. We last minute had to switch our wedding ceremony from the Italian Gardens to Casa Di Fiori, and the staff did not rush us into making any decision and very easily made the transition once we decided. Tara and the rest of the staff took care of every detail. Casa Di Fiori was absolutely stunning and there was plenty of space for our 150 guests. We also used the flower ring and tapestry and it was beautiful. The florist was wonderful and so accommodating as well. We have so many compliments on our wedding and I cannot recommend the Inn at Leola Village enough!

My husband and I got married here on August 24, 2019. We have nothing but good things to say about the inn, from start to finish with our planning process Tara and her team made everything so easy! This place is an all in one, non stop shop for weddings! We were able to get our cake, flowers, hair, makeup, rehearsal dinner, ceremony, reception, after party and even accommodations for all of our friends and family, our only regret was not getting the farewell brunch which they also offer! They make you feel like you are the only guest at the inn. It was truly a magical experience for us. Tara was so accommodating with all of our needs from planning the rehearsal dinner and the day of events, she was the best! Julito was also amazing, he assisted us when Tara was not available and throughout the rehearsal dinner, day of preparations and throughout the entire wedding reception and after party, he has the patience of a saint! Tracie made all our flower arrangements and they were truly beautiful and went above and beyond our expectations, she even replaced my husbands boutonniere in the drop of a hat when it broke before the ceremony. The food and our custom cake was also amazing, no guest left hungry for sure! I wish we could get married every year, we will certainly consider the inn for all our future events and mini vacations in the future. I would highly recommend to all future brides to pick this venue!

We were married at the Inn at Leola on June 9, 2018 and it was the WEDDING OF MY DREAMS down to every detail. We made a weekend out of it by having our rehearsal dinner at the fire-pits on Friday night. Saturday morning the ladies got ready and were pampered in the breathtaking Destinations Spa on site. We were married on Saturday afternoon and had the majority of our guests spend the night at the Inn. We were delighted to see everyone again in the morning for a brunch buffet. Stephanie ensured that the process was flawless from the beginning to the execution. She went above and beyond for every detail. She even surprised me with a ridiculously beautiful additions to my wedding cake. The rustic character of this venue is stunning. The rooms are all unique and every guest loved their stay. Not one complaint from my guests or my bridal party along the way. We also did a tasting at the venue in our planning stages and it was a wedding set up with a DJ, so fun! Definitely choose this venue for beauty, luxury, hospitality and the security of knowing your wedding day will be smooth with everything you ever dreamed.

My husband and I got married here in June. I’m not sure where to even start because everything about the inn was amazing and surpassed all our expectations. Tara was our wedding coordinator and she was great! She was always quick to answer questions and made the day of run smoothly. One of the most important things for us was that our dog was in our wedding (he’s a German Shepherd, some places had said no). The inn had no problem with us having him involved in our ceremony! The venue is absolutely beautiful and everything you could need is on site! Also the hotel rooms are very nice. Tracy at village floral did our flowers and they were all so amazing. We had our cake done by La Terra bakery and it was delicious! I also had a surprise grooms cake made that turned out perfect! I was so amazed by what they could create. I got my hair and makeup done on site at destinations salon & spa. My makeup and hair lasted all evening! Tara and her staff set everything up and had everything waiting for us at the front desk when we checked out. Also the catering staff was great! We were so busy that we didn’t have time to really sit and eat the main meal so they delivered it to our room for us. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to the wonderful staff at the Inn!

We had our reception at The Inn at Leola Village and we honestly only have the greatest things to say about it!! We had multiple appointments to look at other venues, but this one was our first and ended up being our only tour. As soon as we got there, I knew that this fit my vision of my wedding day. We had a lot of family members from out of town coming to our wedding and they all loved the accommodations. This venue has every service you can think of, and then some. We used the salon for the girls, and the guys had the billiards room. We had our ceremony off site at our church, and then came back for photos and the reception. Our wedding was in March and it was the perfect winter day and the grounds were snowy and magical. The cocktail hour and reception ran so smoothly and perfectly, and our sparklers exit was done so efficiently and beautifully. We also were able to have an after-party in the hotel bar, which was so fun and the bartenders were amazing.Our wedding coordinator was Stephanie and she made the day completely perfect in every way. From the day of the tour to the day of the wedding, she answered every email promptly and always eased any stress I had. The florist, Tracie, was so much fun to work with and she made the flowers seem so personalized for me. The cake was amazing, and every single server and staff member was professional, friendly, and helpful.The guests at our wedding still talk about how beautiful our wedding day was, and I give all the credit to Stephanie and the team at the Inn at Leola Village!! Wedding planning can be daunting and stressful, but this venue made the process so much easier.

Stop right now and look no further for your Wedding. This is the Wedding Venue above all wedding venues. From the day my now husband toured The Inn it took our breath away and there are so many amazing things about this venue that I won't be able to describe in this short review. Through the planning process the on-site day of coordinator Tara helped my husband and I with any special requests and questions we had and was always quick to respond to emails. Wedding weekend, we had our guests stay at the Inn and it did not dissapoint!! Our guests were raving about the beautiful rooms and the pool and the food on site is DELICIOUS! My husbands friends spent both nights of their stay in the billiards room playing until 3am since it was a short walk from their rooms and the on-site Salon and Spa was a plus to have the morning of the wedding. All of my bridesmaids and I got our hair done right at the salon which meant we did not need to leave or get up super early to drive anywhere, we just strolled in our PJ's downstairs and there we were! The Front Desk attendants are the sweetest people and will do anything they can to make your stay comfortable. It started to pour rain after our wedding and we were having our after-party (which needed to be moved to the on-site bar indoors) so Gary the front desk attendant met me outside with a HUGE umbrella and slippers so my dress would not get rained on and my feet would be warm! Our guests could not stop talking about the amazing service during our reception. All of the guests at each table were served all at the same tine meaning no one had to wait for their neighbor to be served to start eating, and the FOOD!!! The best wedding food i've ever had and im so glad it was at our own wedding. The grounds are beautiful for pictures so you won't need to drive anywhere to get those done. Seriously, an all-inclusive wedding venue that you and your guests will never want to leave. Thank you to the Inn for everything they have done for us!

We had the perfect wedding day at the Inn at Leola Village! We worked with Stephanie and she was simply amazing! She was a great communicator and made sure that everything went smoothly and without a hitch! She even changed our ceremony chairs the day of to nicer, more formal chairs, without us even asking. She made everything so easy on us, and I can honestly say that my wedding was stress free! The Inn was a perfect place to get married! They have it all! The florist is on site, and did a spectacular job on all our table arrangements and bouquets. The baker is on site, and my cake was exactly how I envisioned it...picture perfect. All of us ladies even got our hair and makeup done in the salon! It’s a one stop shop for a gorgeous and stress free wedding venue! One of the things that we loved about Leola was that it was a one stop shop for everything! We didn't have to worry about researching outside vendors (other than photography and additional decor specialists, but our coordinator provided us with a list of their preferred vendors.) Stephanie was our coordinator - she was amazing! We didn't feel any stress while planning the whole wedding as Stephanie was with us every step of the way. She was responsive with our emails/phone calls throughout the planning process all the until the big day. Destinations Spa - the ladies met mine and the bridal party's expectations of their hair and make up. The staff - they were on point! It's like they read our minds throughout our wedding. We also loved the fact that they were open to our culture and were very accommodating with our requests i.e. incorporating additional Filipino foods during cocktail hour and after party; and also our Filipino traditional ceremony. Our dinner selections, drinks, wedding cake and additional desserts were (from what I heard) - one of the best they tasted! I was very impressed with everything and I highly recommend them. We are already planning on returning for our 1 year anniversary!

My husband and I got married at the Inn at Leola in December and could not have had a better experience. We worked with Stephanie and she was an incredible wedding planner. Everything was perfect from the food to the flowers and all the little details between. The only thing we wish we had known was that we had very little time between the ceremony and the switching over for cocktail hour to get all of our photos with family finished. It felt very rushed, but it all worked out. We absolutely loved our experience and wish we could do it all over again!

As a bride, there is a part of you that worries something will go wrong during the day despite all your planning. I can honestly say, our experience at the Inn at Leola Village was flawless and went perfectly. First and foremost, I will sing the praises of our day-of coordinator Stephanie Lambert. From day one, she answered every question I had (there were a lot) and accomodated every request. We got married in December, so I had a lot of personalized decorations and details including a “Ornament Guestbook,” which required bringing a full-size artificial tree. Stephanie and her team helped us make all those special details a reality by setting everything up. My family and I did not have to worry about a thing. We started the day by relaxing in the Destinations Salon on site. The hair and makeup team accommodated my 10-person bridal party and got us done ahead of schedule. The venue florist, Tracie Boyer, did amazing work and brought my whole wedding vision to life. We got so many compliments from our guests and vendors about the food and overall experience at the reception. Everything was served hot and the quality was on par with a specialty restaurant you would find in the city. Our guests also enjoyed the extra benefit of having the opportunity to stay overnight. The rooms were so unique and luxurious and there was enough for everyone. Finally, everyone at the Leola made us feel so special. Our maître d'hôtel, Julito Ortiz, was so attentive the whole night and even stuck some leftovers in our fridge to take home. To sum it up, book your wedding here. You will not be disappointed!

There are no words that would describe how perfect everything was. From the first step on the property I knew this place was special. From inquiry to wedding day, I had a partner in all my planning. The Inn was the perfect venue with fantastic people! This was my second marriage and a small affair and you would have thought I was royalty spending HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of dollars the way I was treated. And everything was so easy...Need to orchestrate a surprise guest for the Bride? NO PROBLEM! Need to plan a surprise for the Groom? NO PROBLEM! Need to add extra flowers for the reception for that extra table and oh...the extra corsages 3 days before the wedding? NO PROBLEM! Nothing was a problem. It was absolutely Magical!! And the staff was beyond helpful! They handed out my guest boxes and got even my most confusing guests (trust me- Their reservations required a flowchart to track!) checked-in properly. My wedding was enchanting. My guests were all impressed. Some of them have mentioned plans to have a getaway weekend at the Inn. Especially my brother & sister-in-law. The Inn was perfect for their special needs son. My husband and I are already planning our 1 year anniversary visit...and maybe I will surprise him with another cake to celebrate!

We found exactly what we were looking for at the Inn at Leola Village - a unique, unmatched venue with accommodations on site and most all amenities under one roof. We worked with an outside wedding planner as well as Stephanie onsite and our experience was seamless - even the process of moving our ceremony inside the day before the wedding date due to heavy wind and rain. Most telling though is not what we thought as the couple, but what our guests thought - and we're still receiving glowing comments months after the wedding! Everyone loved the venue, the intimacy of the inside ceremony, the food and atmosphere the staff at the Inn created for us and our guests. If it's an unforgettable experience you're looking for - beyond the wedding itself - we highly recommend the Inn at Leola.

We had the most amazing day of our lives and we owe most of that to the seamless, efficient and professional staff you have working at the Inn at Leola. Every single person we encountered along the way from coordinator to florist, front desk staff, concierge, etc. made us feel like we were royalty and that no request was too big for them to fulfill. Sean and I mentioned to each other how we were so impressed by how often we were checked on throughout the night to make sure everything was up to our standards, and that we felt we were being taken care of. Your grounds were beautiful, flowers were gorgeous and food was beyond delicious (not to mention that insanely good pumpkin cake). We could not have dreamed for a more perfect day and you certainly made that happen for us! We could sing praises all day about how happy we are that we chose your venue.

We got married at the Inn on 10/13/18. The day could not have been more perfect. We worked with Stephanie from beginning to end. She made us feel so comfortable and answered any and all of our questions promptly and ensured that our vision for the wedding came to life. She also was phenomenal on the day of the wedding. Anything we needed, she was there. The Inn itself is stunning and the rooms are awesome! Even better in person. All of our guests raved about how cool the venue was and how amazing the staff was. We had a large group and the Inn handled it with ease. The food was great and the cake was beautiful. We worked with the in house florist, Tracie, and we could not have been more pleased. We were a little clueless about what we wanted at first, but with her guidance everything turned out amazing and just how we wanted. We also, used the salon on site for hair and makeup and all of our bridesmaids looked beautiful. If you are looking for somewhere to have your wedding, large or small, I urge you to consider The Inn at Leola Village. It was truly an epic day/weekend and we owe much of that success to the staff at the Inn.

I would rate the Inn at about 4.8. I loved the venue and they were very attentive to all our needs. My only complaint was that they didn't pack our two no-show meals or the uneaten cake. To be fair, I'm sure they would have if I had asked, but by the end of the night, I wasn't thinking about that and forgot to ask. It's one of the things that I would go back an re-do if I could.

TARA, TARA, TARA!!! Tara Ash is an ABSOLUTE gem. The Inn at Leola Village is phenomenal, but Tara is who really sold us on the venue and made us fall in love with it on our first visit. But it didn't stop there, she was incredible throughout the planning process and never told us they couldn't do something. Her organization was impeccable. She took so much stress off of our shoulders. The day of the wedding she was extremely calm and it seemed she was always around when you needed her, but was never pushy with anything. Everyone at the Inn was great, but Tara should win employee of the year, every year.As far as the Inn, it was beautiful and our guests loved it. Having everything on site and vendors that work together regularly made it run that much more smoothly. Food was great. Drinks were great. Service was great. Decor was great.We had some complaints about issues booking rooms at the Inn. Some guests had to call multiple times and didn't receive callbacks after multiple voicemails. There also were times on the weekdays, leading up to the wedding, that it seemed no one was around. No one at the front desk, no one at the bar. That was slightly frustrating. But when it came to the wedding weekend and day of, it was FLAWLESS.Highly recommend The Inn at Leola Village to any couple looking for the perfect venue for their special day!

My husband and I live in DC so we had to plan our wedding at the Inn Inn at Leola Village remotely. We had the most wonderful coordinator, Tara, to make the entire process easy and stress free. We had an intimate wedding but the staff at the Inn made our wedding day feel like the thought of a much bigger wedding went into it. Our ceremony was on the Piccolo Patio with a reception in the Bella Giardino. The setting was absolutely beautiful and the food was beyond what I ever expected. It also helped that the grounds are absolutely gorgeous and made taking photos a simpler process. If you are looking for an all inclusive wedding venue with stress free planning- look no further!

From the day my husband and I stepped foot on the property at The Inn at Leola Village, we knew it was the perfect venue for our wedding. Not only did we love it’s romantic, charming, and rustic atmosphere, but also the unbelievably kind, helpful, and accommodating staff. From day number one, we were given a thorough grand tour of the property and a champagne toast in celebration of setting our wedding date. We were also assigned a wedding coordinator to keep us on track with planning, answer our million-and-one questions, and help pull together our perfect day. I can assure you that our coordinator, Stephanie, not only did that but SO much more. Just a few months later, we were given the opportunity to attend a tasting event at the Inn to try all of the delicious foods we could have for our guests. Much to our surprise, many of the foods made at the Inn incorporated fresh vegetables and herbs from the gardens behind the kitchen. Who thought wedding food could be so good? Our hors d’oeuvres, salad, meals, and cake were made to perfection the day of our wedding, and all courses of the main meal were delivered simultaneously to each guest at the table by white-gloved servers. The caterers at the Inn provided outstanding service. Their timing allowed my husband and I the opportunity to sit and enjoy our meal even among all of the happenings of our day. Immediately after our ceremony, hors d’oeuvres were waiting for us in a private lounge where we could spend a moment together prior to being joined by our bridal party. My guests with special food restrictions were given a meal to their particular liking, and even the filets we chose were prepared just as we requested. The attention to detail at this venue is extraordinary. From the work done by Village Floral, to the services at Destination Spa, just about every aspect of our big day was, conveniently, right at the Inn! Our rehearsal was held on premises, our wedding party spent the weekend in beautiful rooms at the Inn, the girls were able to spend the night before our wedding getting manicures and pedicures in the spa, wedding day hair, makeup, and shaving was done in the spa just steps away from our hotel rooms, floral arrangements were delivered right to our doors and, more importantly, we had beautiful grounds and unique rooms to capture thousands of photos of our special day! The Inn at Leola knows how to cater a wedding to the specific liking of each couple, and they sure know how to do it to perfection! Our wedding day was a flawless representation of our love for one another, and we owe the Inn at Leola for helping us to celebrate the best way we know how. We ended our wedding weekend with a farewell brunch, but it won’t be long before we see the Inn again. What’s so nice about this venue, is that couples are able to come back and enjoy the spa, restaurants, pool, and hotel for years to come! We hope to make it back soon, and we can’t say enough about how simply amazing this place truly is!

WOW!! Let me start by saying this is a secret gem!! If you are the type of bride who likes a little DIY but really wants the support of a coordinator from the start, this is the place for you! We did not have to lift a finger, and I am being honest when I say I was stress FREE! We were able to have all of our guests stay on site, walk to the garden for the ceremony and then the barn style reception space, we even had an after party on site at the fire pit. All of the guests loved the 5 star feel and convince of this venue. It is truly like no other!We are so grateful that we chose this venue!

My husband and I had excepted the fact the at least one thing would go wrong (how could it not with some many different moving parts) but by the end of the night, EVERYTHING went exactly as planned. And two more great things about the Inn At Leola Village, you and host small or large weddings, and it is close enough to revisit for anniversaries or special ocasions! Prince Charming and I had our wedding here recently and the venue was a fairy tale! Our fairy god-mother, Stephanie at the Inn at Leola Village helped make our dreams come true. We had the \"My Tiny Little Wedding\" package, which was perfect for our needs. I wanted an intimate, classy venue to celebrate with family. The space and flowers were ethereal in beauty. The wedding cake (Red Velvet, my favorite) was scrumptious and beautiful. And the FOOD! I was so proud to have such a wonderful meal served with gracious style. Guests commented that it was the best wedding meal they ever experienced. Stephanie, our wedding coordinator, was a delight to work with. One of the princess junior bridesmaids sprained her ankle the day before and was on crutches. Because of this and the rain, Stephanie made alternate arrangements for our preparation area and re-arranged the ceremony area for comfort and discretion. Communication and transparency were excellent with all staff members we dealt with. We also stayed in a suite at the Inn and were spoiled and charmed by the amenities and beauty of the room. Treat yourself: book an event or spa appointment, eat a meal, have a drink in the lounge, stay at the Inn - you won't be disappointed. Can't wait to return and visit!

I don’t even know where to begin with the Inn at Leola Village, so I guess I’ll take it from the top. We went and visited The Inn on a cold November day, nothing was in bloom, it was gray and freezing, and we still instantly knew that this is where we wanted to have the most important day of our lives. Our INCREDIBLE wedding coordinator Tara (more about her later) showed us the gorgeous grounds from the spacious rooms, to the wedding garden, the on-site salon and every other detail you can dream of. What sealed the deal for me was when she opened the doors to Casa di Fori and said that it was the rain contingency (or the location for winter weddings.) Instantly, I was covered in goosebumps and my eyes welled up – if the plan B was giving me this many feels, how magical could plan A be??During our 10 month engagement The Inn impressed us time after time. Tara had an amazing list of vendor recommendations which took a lot of the stress out of the planning process. She also offered candid advice for silly questions I had, would people really notice if I did X instead of Z, were the meatballs as delicious as I remembered them to be? (The answer was absolutely yes.) She kept us on track and never made me feel bad for missing a deadline. They also did an amazing tasting for their couples which was a really special touch.Let’s talk about the on-site vendors a bit. Tracie from Village Florist is a magician. I gave her my vision and my budget and it was a fairytale to see it all come to life. She NAILED it – it’s also incredible that the florist is on-site, in case a boutonniere breaks or if you need a last minute corsage you forgot to order, it all happens right there. Sophie, the pastry chef, is an artist. She created the cake of our dreams, elegant and delicious. But what really blew us away was the Groom’s Cake – she made a Mets themed cake that was perfection down to the (edible) decorative Mets tickets that had our wedding date on them – mind-blowing!The actual day was a dream come to life. The grounds were perfectly manicured and not a piece of grass was out of place. It was so nice to have Tara there all day to help with any last minute changes and to have someone to remind me to eat!! I highly suggest getting the groom’s room and the bridal suite – they are the perfect hideaways. The food was absolutely delicious and I had several guests come up to me and say not only was it the best wedding they had ever been to, but it was the most amazing venue they had ever seen. I have to give a special shout out to the entire staff at The Inn who made our family and friends feel like so much more than just guests. From Gary who greeted us with the best smile and kept us laughing all weekend to Sam at the front desk who kept me calm and organized day of. And also to the INCREDIBLE banquet captain Ale – who I’m convinced has superpowers – she was there every time I turned around with a smile on her face and the answer to the question before I even asked it.Thank you, The Inn at Leola Village for making what would have been the best day of our lives no matter what, an experience more incredible than we even dreamed it from beginning to end. We will be back xo.

Our daughter, Erica, was married at the Inn at Leola Village on 7/27/18. It was everything she dreamed it would be. From the first time Erica saw the Inn at Leola Village, she knew this was where she wanted to get married. We worked with our coordinator,Stephanie Lambert, who was extremely professional and responsive. She was well organized and made sure everything flowed seamlessly. The venue is absolutely wonderful. The staff go out of their way to meet your needs. We enjoyed the superb services provided by the staff at Destinations Spa. The staff did an outstanding job with hair and makeup. The parlor suites in the Inn were charming and spacious. Tracy did a wonderful job with the flowers which were absolutely stunning. The grounds on the property are beautiful and were the perfect backdrop for photographs. Finally, the food was superb and was of the highest quality. The service staff were simply wonderful. Our guests could not say enough about the charm and beauty of the venue, the delectable food and finally the top notch service. Our daughter and son-in-law felt their wedding was perfect! Stephanie made it effortless to coordinate the wedding in spite of the fact that Erica and her husband live in North Carolina. Finally, it is extremely convenient to have all services on site. We could not have been more pleased and highly recommend Stephanie Lambert and the Inn at Leola Village for your dream wedding!

I highly recommend this venue! The staff was amazing we thoroughly enjoyed my daughters wedding from start to finish. Stephanie left no stone unturned, she was very detailed oriented and thought of absolutely everything. Our wedding took place the first week in July and it's August and our guests are still talking about it. They shared opinions on the food and venue and the end result was \"Excellent\" . We also had a brunch the following day and again \"Excellent\" I just can't thank the venue and hotel for making our day so special! I could say so much more!!!

The most beautiful venue with a great and helpful staff. Everything was perfect and they really made my dreams wedding a reality. I got so many compliments on the food and how beautiful everything was! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a beautiful stress free wedding!

We just got married via the Tiny Little Wedding package at the Inn at Leola Village and it was a perfect day. Tara was very helpful from the initial tour through our wedding day. The Tiny Little Wedding package included venue space, food, cake, and flowers. I used their spa for hair and make-up and the vendors (photography; officiant) from the Inn’s list were wonderful. Overall, it was a low-stress process, which is exactly what we wanted for our intimate wedding.
