Inn at Quarry Ridge is a romantic wedding venue in Bryan, TX, and boasts a highly sought-after experience for couples tying the knot. We had an excellent wedding weekend at the Inn at Quarry Ridge! Booking the whole three day weekend was perfect for us; it allowed my parents and family to come stay with us from out of town, and we even had room for all of the bridesmaids and groomsmen! It was also very nice for us to be able to have the rehearsal dinner on site; it relieved a lot of stress for us having everything and everyone together in one spot. All of the employees of Quarry Ridge that we spoke to were very helpful and interactive, and helped our special day go on without a hitch. We would definitely recommend IQR to any of our friends and family getting married soon!

We had an excellent wedding weekend at the Inn at Quarry Ridge! Booking the whole three day weekend was perfect for us; it allowed my parents and family to come stay with us from out of town, and we even had room for all of the bridesmaids and groomsmen! It was also very nice for us to be able to have the rehearsal dinner on site; it relieved a lot of stress for us having everything and everyone together in one spot. All of the employees of Quarry Ridge that we spoke to were very helpful and interactive, and helped our special day go on without a hitch. We would definitely recommend IQR to any of our friends and family getting married soon!

This is going to be a long review, but I am so impressed with the Inn at Quarry Ridge and they deserve the credit!First of all the venue is absolutely beautiful! I cried when we first toured it because it was everything we wanted and more. We decided on the Marble Package and I am so glad we did! We got to stay at the Inn, and have our rehearsal dinner there as well. You get so much for what you pay and everybody (even my dad) just kept saying how beautiful the Inn, Ceremony site, and reception hall was and they couldn't believe what a great deal this place is! With the Marble package we even got to use decor the venue provides anddd we get day of coordinators and staff to help. Plus the breakfast which was AMAZING both days.Ben from the venue is awesome! My (now) husband and I cannot thank him enough for all he helped with. The rest of the staff was amazing too!Our day of coordinators Amanda and Hailey are the reason I did not freak out the two weeks before the wedding. Always there for me and so helpful with the last few details and things I forgot. They are seriously the most down to earth wonderful people and I am so thankful for them ❤ they captured what my vision was for the wedding and made the day perfect!I would also like to thank the owners. Yall have created this beautiful place for one of life's most important moments and we are so happy we got to say our \"I dos\" at the Inn at Quarry Ridge! It was the perfect weekend ❤

This day was everything I dreamed of and couldn’t be any more perfect. The venue and coordinators were absolutely amazing. They were on point with timing and very professional. They were available for questions and quick to respond. The venue is not too far from the city and absolutely gorgeous.

I cannot recommend The Inn at Quarry Ridge enough!! From the beginning we were treated like a priority. Every question I had was answered promptly. The venue itself is gorgeous and very well upkept. I had the pleasure of working with Ben and Reagan. A dream team! My only regret is not booking the venue for the entire weekend because it was that wonderful.

Amanda was our coordinator and she answered every question we had and helped us so much with the planning process! We didn’t have to worry about a thing the entire weekend, we just got to enjoy our time together because she ensured everything went smoothly. We had our dream wedding at Inn at Quarry Ridge. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The staff were always so kind and super quick to respond. We loved how a much this venue had to offer. So much is included when you book the Marble Package. We loved that we were able to offer over night stays for our friends and family at the venue. We also loved all the decor the Marble Package came with. The day-of coordinators were amazing and so attentive. Our wedding day went so smooth and it was all thanks to Inn at Quarry Ridge.

We had our dream wedding at Inn at Quarry Ridge. We seriously couldn’t have asked for a more perfect venue. The staff were always so kind and super quick to respond. We loved how a much this venue had to offer. So much is included when you book the Marble Package. We loved that we were able to offer over night stays for our friends and family at the venue. We also loved all the decor the Marble Package came with. The day-of coordinators were amazing and so attentive. Our wedding day went so smooth and it was all thanks to Inn at Quarry Ridge.

I can’t say enough about the Inn at Quarry Ridge. When we first contacted them back in May of 2021, they were able to get us in last minute to tour. The tour was even amazing!! They showed us around, answered my mile long list of questions, and let us have free range to look around for a little! We booked shortly after because no where compared to the service, the affordability, and the kindness of the staff. It was the only place I could picture marrying my now Husband! We booked the Marble package since most of our bridal party was coming in from out of town. Having the ability to have our friends and family stay on property was unmatched because not only was it so easy for them, but it gave me peace of mind that no one was going to drink and drive. Having had a two-year engagement, we had plenty of questions, and each was answered probably within 12 hours if not less! It was awesome to know that we had booked our wedding at a place that truly cared about their clients and tried to help in any way they could. When it came time for the wedding weekend, the service was unmatched. First, we were able to get into the house at 2pm. We got everything sorted and had time to relax in the pool before the rehearsal. Again, no where compares to the Inn at Quarry Ridge!! Their staff was just over the top amazing. Ben made sure we had everything we needed, was our bartender for the night of the rehearsal. He answered my multitude of questions, helped get everything organized for the night and the Wedding Day, and was just overall a fun person to have there! I also must brag on the team that they work with for coordination. From the Uniquely Set Events team, we had Emily and Ana. Just wow. Emily easily became my best friend on the wedding day because I literally didn’t have to touch a thing for set up, take down, didn’t have to worry about anything getting misplaced or left behind, and she was overall just amazing. Both of these amazing ladies dealt with my husband and I’s crazy family, made it possible to have the perfect day, and if anything went wrong, I truly have no idea to this day as they took care of everything. Back to the venue and their direct staff, I received so many compliments on the venue. No one could believe the price for that beautiful of a place, were so in awe by the staff, including the bartenders, taking care of everything so flawlessly! I honestly could go on for pages about how much we loved having our wedding here, but this is already getting long, so all I will say is you will NOT regret booking with the Inn at Quarry Ridge. No one compares, and I am so grateful that we made the decision to get married here. Thank you IQR for everything!!!

Stop looking for a wedding venue, this is the one. I have been part of so many weddings and I’ve never seen a venue that makes the weekend so good for the whole group. They take care of everything, and you and your family/friends can actually enjoy yourself rather than be stressed. The grounds are beautiful, the house is lovely, absolutely everything is perfect. They have a whole staff dedicated to making sure everything has been thought of. I can’t recommend this venue more. It is beautiful, very all inclusive, affordable, and the absolute best wedding venue in the area. Hands down.

Tony and I had the best wedding experience at the Inn at Quarry Ridge. This hidden gem is tucked away in the lush country side and on a beautiful property. We opted for the full experience (Marble Package) and enjoyed a weekend of celebrating and top of the line service. Our weekend staff and planners were the best and did all (and more!) to keep the stress off of the wedding party. They provided all-access support leading up to the wedding, venue decorations and also the set-up/break down of the decor, created the rehearsal and main day events schedule, ushered traffic and ensured easy access to the grounds for any folks with mobility issues, kept all the vendors on a perfect timeline, and overall, are all genuinely great people and professionals. I loved our experience at IAQR and, thanks to our awesome photographer (All Heart), we will be able to reflect back on this beautiful celebration forever. We are very thankful for IAQR, there were so many unique touches that made it all the more special.

The Inn at Quarry Ridge is the perfect place if you are wanting to make a weekend out of your wedding. We go the marble package where we had access to the venue from Friday until Sunday Mid-morning. The bartenders that they use were so awesome and the coordinators from Uniquely Set, especially Emily, were beyond amazing. The IAQR staff were very professional and helpful throughout the entire experience answering any and every question we had along the way! The venue was unique and absolutely beautiful! Highly recommend it if you are wanting to get married around the B/CS area!

My husband and I got married at the Inn at Quarry Ridge on 11/5/22 and we would choose them over and over again. The marble package was unbeatable in comparison to the other venues in the area. The overnight accommodations, weekend access to the venue, and premium day of wedding coordination were a few of the perks included in the package. Leading up to the wedding, Larry was very responsive and helpful anytime I had a question. When wedding weekend came, everything was prepped and ready for us when we got there. Being able to have our rehearsal the night before and the ceremony and reception all on one property was amazing. After having our wedding, we could not be happier with our venue choice. We can confidently say that our wedding day was perfect and everyone at the Inn at Quarry Ridge played a huge part in it all coming together.

My wife and I do not have a bad word to say regarding the wedding co-ordinators and venue at all. We booked the three day package from Friday 2pm through to Sunday 10am and we are ecstatic we did. - From the first moment we arrived on the Friday the welcome was warm and genuine, our guests who were staying (25 in total) also felt right at home. After some initial questions needed ironing out regarding the ceremony which were done in such a professional capacity we headed into the rehearsal followed by the dinner in the main stay house. The gardens and fire pits were received very positively - My friends and family who attended from England said \"it was the most beautiful wedding venue they had ever attended, this was also the review of all our other in country friends and family. The outside fire pits were a god send, considering we tied the knot on November 19th... The next day unfortunately it rained but the team were able to quickly turn an outside wedding into an internal one, the whole process was seamless (thank you Amanda) - But as they say its good luck to get married in the rain, there was ample space for 150 guests to walk around outside and inside without getting rained on. The overall experience was second to none... staff were fantastic ambassadors for both the venue and the wedding organisers. 10/10 100% A*... The best review I could leave we had an amazing time, the only negative was it was over too soon. I will recommend this location to all, do not hesitate & go for the three day package, you wont regret it. - Thinking our 10 year anniversary we will use this venue for sure, or birthdays alike.My gorgeous wife would also like to add a few words (I feel like its my speech all over again) - We had a fantastic evening, as did all of our friends. Everything was top notch from you and your staff. We just had THE perfect wedding at the Inn at Quarry Ranch. The scenery and view was stunning, accommodations were perfect for the bridal suite and wedding night, the professionalism of the staff when we had to move from the outside to inside was spectacular. Even though we didn't get to do the ceremony outside due to rain, which caused a bit of anxiety for me, the switch to inside was seamless and turned out beautiful, way beyond my expectations. The venue staff allocated two ceremony coordinators to ensure my ceremony went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding. can't stop thinking about how perfect it was. The scenery and view was stunning, accommodations were perfect for the bridal suite and wedding night, the professionalism of the staff when we had to move from the outside to inside was spectacular. Even though we didn't get to do the ceremony outside due to rain, which caused a bit of anxiety for me, the switch to inside was seamless and turned out beautiful, way beyond my expectations. The venue staff allocated two ceremony coordinators to ensure my ceremony went smoothly. I couldn't have asked for a better place to have our wedding. can't stop thinking about how perfect it was. Being able to have rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, lodging (for the bridal party), ceremony, and reception all in one place was fantastic! If you're looking for an all in one package this is definitely the venue to book with. They were super helpful and responsive during the planning process. Truly made wedding planning stress free. It was super convenient to have lodging onsite. No need to worry about bridal party not showing up or not being ready on time. They ensured that things ran smoothly on the day of and didn't ask a million questions. They definitely know what they are doing!

Truly in love with this venue and everyone who works here! From the very beginning, Larry was so accommodating in finding a date for us even though we booked fairly last minute. After booking, the coordinators did an absolute superb job of making sure the day was just how we wanted. Amanda in particular had the perfect balance of bringing things to my attention I had not thought of, while still giving me space to make the wedding our own! Amanda also answered all my emails like a champ- we had at least 3 email chains pertaining to different wedding things going at the same time and I think one of them had about 60 emails by the end of it all! Clearly, the whole team is patient, accommodating, and on top of it! The venue speaks for itself, but the whole night we were peppered with compliments about how beautiful it is! We chose to do both the ceremony and reception in Stonehem Hall and I’m so glad we did cause it ended up being a hot and windy April day. We did a half flip (where they set up reception tables and push them off to the side for the ceremony) and the place still looked stunning! Nobody even noticed! They also did a fantastic job setting up the decor and worked wonderfully with our other vendors! My husband and I are beyond thankful we chose them for this amazingly special day!

I just wish it was communicated, so I would have bought those items myself. The sentimental:We picked this venue after attending a friend's wedding here and absolutely falling in love with it. We especially loved the fact that there are on-site accommodations. We have a very tight knit friend group and getting to relax before and after the wedding with our close friends was extremely special to us.The practical:They have a gorgeous setting for both indoor and outdoor weddings, and an amazing reception venue. For one very reasonable price you get a wedding venue, reception venue, rehearsal dinner venue, on-site lodging for the wedding party, AND a planner that is familiar with the venue and the local vendors. If that wasn't enough they have a large selection of decorations that they will let you use which can really class up your table settings and save you time and money. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My husband and I decided to share our special moment of starting forever by choosing Inn at Quarry Ridge using their Marble Package and it was a decision that made the entire process flawless. From them providing decorations, wedding coordinators, endless communication for all of our questions, etc. The IAQR family works extremely hard to make your day or weekend as special and easy as possible. The weekend would not have been the same without their support and beautiful venue. We utilized the Great Room for Friday night rehearsal that was incredibly intimate with family and friends while also having fun roasting s'mores and taking a dip in the pool and hot tub. Saturday was a breeze and the wedding coordinators blew my expectations out of the water by setting up the entire reception hall without any direction given. The wedding coordinator and staff helped orchestrate the entire night keeping everything on my timeline (as this was super important to me!) At the end of the weekend, their staff cleaned up the entire venue without the stress of family and friends staying late. My husband and I decided to share our special moment of starting forever by choosing Inn at Quarry Ridge using their Marble Package and it was a decision that made the entire process flawless. From them providing decorations, wedding coordinators, endless communication for all of our questions, etc. The IAQR family works extremely hard to make your day or weekend as special and easy as possible. The weekend would not have been the same without their support and beautiful venue. We utilized the Great Room for Friday night rehearsal that was incredibly intimate with family and friends while also having fun roasting s'mores and taking a dip in the pool and hot tub. Saturday was a breeze and the wedding coordinators blew my expectations out of the water by setting up the entire reception hall without any direction given. The wedding coordinator and staff helped orchestrate the entire night keeping everything on my timeline (as this was super important to me!) At the end of the weekend, their staff cleaned up the entire venue without the stress of family and friends staying late. The Inn at Quarry Ridge is a special family that we were blessed to say I do at.

I wish I could give Inn at Quarry Ridge more than 5 stars. From beginning to end our experience with them has been absolutely wonderful!We got married in July and opted for the marble package, so we had the venue to ourselves Friday through Sunday. Having the full wedding experience in one place throughout the whole weekend was so much fun and made everything so easy. We had our rehearsal dinner in the Great Room, and our ceremony and reception both took place in Stonehem Hall. Both events were flawless; the staff, bartenders, venue manager, and coordinators were all professional and so easy to approach with any requests we had. Larry, the owner, was prompt, knowledgeable, and beyond helpful with all our questions leading up to the event. I am beyond happy with our experience, from the beautiful venue to the spectacular service. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the College Station area I can’t recommend IQR enough!

We fell in love with Inn at Quarry Ridge from our initial tour, and knew it would be the perfect wedding venue for us. The beautiful and quiet scenery swept us off our feet- and it wowed our guests as well! We loved the idea of having all of our wedding party stay on site for the whole weekend because our friends are from all across Texas, and it is rare that we are all together. It was so great to house them all on Friday and catch up before the big day. Leading up to the wedding Larry, the owner, met with us and made sure everything was squared away and ready to go. The package with an included day of coordinator is more than worth it. We woke up Saturday morning on site and did not have to think once about what to do or where to go. The whole wedding day ran so smoothly, and could not have been more beautiful. As the bride, I got a front row seat to watch my guests trickle in from the upstairs suite, which was one of my favorite parts of the whole day. It was a bitter sweet moment that was unexpected, but I am so glad I experienced. The ceremony was outside, but shaded and the reception was inside with very cold AC. The best part was after our \"get away\" my husband and I got to drive around the corner from the reception and sneak away to our suite- without even having to leave the property. Larry's team had surprised us with champagne, a cheese board, and other snacks! It was a perfect way to end the night, and get some much needed alone time after the big day.

I had such a great experience with this vendor. Anyone that works at Inn at the Quarry is very professional and very kind. My husband and I got married at St. Joseph's in May 2021 and had our reception at Inn at the Quarry, which I must say, was definitely worth the money. They include a wedding coordinator with their packages so leading up to the wedding, the venue had all my other vendors and directed them on where to be on the actual wedding day. Also, another awesome part, they let you pick all of your vendors with no additional fees! I had catering from Montgomery, and my DJ and HAMU were from the Houston area. There were no issues with everyone communicating with each other. The coordinator would check in with me periodically during our engagement so that was also really nice having someone keep me on track as I did not have a wedding planner. The venue provides tables, chairs, and staff for clean-up. You may also purchase your own alcohol and hire bartenders from the venue itself. Having security is also not mandatory so that was one less thing to deal with. The venue does not provide linens, but they do give you a sheet with what linen dimensions you'll need, how many to get, and recommendations on rental companies. On the actual wedding day, I had LOTS OF COMPLIMENTS on the venue from my guests. Our wedding was more family-oriented, and lots of my guests brought children under the age of 10. The parents loved the venue because there was a backyard for the kids to play in while the adults partied and watched from the big windows in Stonehem Hall. I don't have kids but it was a perk for sure! The venue itself is out more in a country setting so it's very peaceful and in the summertime, it is very green! Our photographer did not have a hard time finding places to shoot our photos. At the end of the night, a lot of my guests were making comments about renting it out for family reunions and as a reception for vow renewals. Overall, it was a perfect venue for my husband and me as it was family-friendly, provided enough space for dancing/visiting, and gave us the summer nature vibe that we wanted.

The Inn at Quarry Ridge was great for our wedding! They were very helpful and kind throughout the whole process, from touring to planning to the actual wedding. Larry and the team were very responsive to our questions; we felt very important to the team. They regularly throw events at the Inn, so they and the included wedding coordinators had a lot of great advice to help us along the way. We only had two possible complaints with the Inn. The first was that our getaway golf cart was not there to pick us up when we did our grand exit from the reception. The exit was a little later than originally planned, so they must have just missed us. Second, the bridge to walk to the ceremony area was a little difficult for bridesmaids/bride and grandparents to walk over.Again, overall the Inn was great, and we wouldn't change our minds if we could do it all over again. Thank you for a great wedding!

We are SO glad we chose IAQR. We chose the Marble Package and had the entire venue from Friday-Sunday and had the best time of our lives. Hosting the rehearsal dinner there on Friday (with the bartender included - who was awesome and so much fun!) saved us so much planning and allowed the entire wedding party to settle in. I was so calm having all my things there and ready to go on Saturday morning for hair and makeup, and it helped me make sure my bridesmaids were up and ready to go in time too (we had a bit of fun in the hot tub Friday after the rehearsal dinner so I think having everyone go back to a hotel or back home would have resulted in them being late - it is quite a hike out of BCS). Breakfast was served to us Saturday morning and was also super helpful to keeping everyone happy and smiling throughout the wedding prep. Our photo session was absolutely gorgeous, the property is beautiful so we had no issues finding a place to take photos, and our first look was perfect right in front of the reception hall with the beautiful wooden doors behind us. The bartenders on the day of the wedding were great (they are also included in the marble package which saved us money, especially since it was BYOB!!! One of them was the same as the rehearsal dinner, who we absolutely loved so we were glad to see him again!). Saturday after the wedding, we were able to spend even more time with our wedding party after the wedding and had so much fun celebrating with everyone. I can't speak highly enough about our wedding coordinators, Carly and Maddi, who also really contributed to the night going so smoothly (coordinators are included in the Marble Package!!!). They really made sure that the entire wedding party and our families were happy and having a good time, and everyone was accommodated for. Overall, we are so so so incredibly happy that we went with Larry at IAQR. I cannot speak highly enough about the entirety of my experience and, if I had to choose again, wouldn't look anywhere else!

Their entire staff was AMAZING! Everyone there from the owners to their bar tenders were extraordinary and made our weekend and wedding day extremely special. Highly recommend this venue with its weekend package! Having the WHOLE weekend in one spot was beyond helpful! We did not need to worry about being out by a certain time the night of our wedding and putting additional stress on us and our family. The whole team at the Inn sets up and takes down and they are absolutely amazing and accommodate anything. They took off so much stress the weekend of to where our families really got to ENJOY our wedding and not lift a finger. The venue is gorgeous and we got a ton of compliments from our guest. Our guest loved the landscape and the simplicity and elegance that came with the venue. It really is the best place to have a wedding! Highly Recommend!!!

We are so incredibly glad we chose the Inn for our wedding venue! Larry and his staff are absolutely amazing, and take the extra steps to make sure your day is exactly how you want it to be. They go above and beyond to make your life as easy as possible, and the venue and grounds are GORGEOUS! We did the weekend package and had family stay at the Inn, and it made things so incredibly easy. I can't say thank you enough for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

We are so incredibly glad we chose the Inn for our wedding venue! Larry and his staff are absolutely amazing, and take the extra steps to make sure your day is exactly how you want it to be. We would choose this venue again if we had the chance. It was so beautiful and having the entire wedding party able to stay and relax around the fire after was the best part of the weekend. The Inn at Quarry Ridge was the second and last venue we toured because the moment we laid eyes on it, we knew it was THE place. If you're getting married in Bryan/College Station this is the place to do it!

We got to have our wedding at the Inn at Quarry Ridge and stay for the whole weekend with their package. My now husband is part of a big family, and it was great to be able to house them all and the rest of our bridal party in one place!!! We got to spend much needed time with everyone and my father in law said it was the best family gathering they’ve had in 30 years! A true testament to the Quarry Ridge team and facility. We loved the fact that while everything is so elegant and ready for a wedding, it felt so relaxing and home-like (since it is a home). The pictures around the area turned out beautiful. And Stonehenge Hall was stunning during the reception! I loved the ability to hang vines on the columns. Best of all, after the wedding the Quarry Ridge team did so much of the clean up! We went off to our honeymoon and our families got to relax some more!

The reception hall was absolutely perfect I would not change a thing about it. Larry also isn't afraid to turn the ac on. We had our wedding on July 25th right in the middle of some of the hottest summer days and you could not tell inside at any point in time. The back yard even felt very cool with lovely tree coverage and plenty air breezing through. The Inn at Quarry Ridge was all that a bride could wish for. I have not received one complaint from anyone about the venue or service what so ever. If you are looking for a great venue to relax and soak up your special wedding day / weekend this venue is the spot for YOU.

Inn at Quarry Ridge made my wedding far more perfect than I ever dreamed it could be! My husband and I did the marble package and had both of our parents and our bridal party stay there the whole weekend with us! The elegance this venue holds is just astounding and as a bride you feel totally relaxed all weekend! Their staff is super wonderful and fun and the fact you get coordinators that handle it all for you 10/10 recommended! We are a week out from our wedding now and I still keep replaying how perfect it was and I would not have changed a single thing about it other than I wish it had lasted longer!

We got married on 7/11/20 in the middle of a global pandemic. Although the last few months of planning was unavoidably stressful, our wedding went off without a hitch, in large part due to this amazing venue, The Inn at Quarry Ridge. When we started planning our wedding a year ago, we toured 3 different venues and inquired of 2-3 others. But the moment we stepped onto the property at IAQR, we were blown away and knew that none of the others could compare. We highly recommend the Marble Package. Yes, it’s expensive, but for what you get, it’s totally worth it. Our wedding party loved being able to check in on Friday and relax in between the rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, day-of preparations, ceremony, and reception before checking out on Sunday. We are so thankful to Larry and the rest of his amazing crew, especially our coordinator, for all their work behind the scenes to make sure our wedding weekend ran smoothly and that we were able to relax and spend time with our guests worry-free. We got so many compliments on the venue—how beautiful it was, how efficient and polite the staff were, and how awesome it was that all of the events took place on the premises of IAQR. On top of all this, they guided us through the last few weeks and days of planning when there seemed to be new health and safety restrictions and guidelines announced every day, reassuring me at every step of the way that everything would be okay. They even offered to set up a live stream of our ceremony for our friends and family who couldn’t make it—free of charge! Overall, I am confident that we made the right choice in choosing IAQR for our wedding. We would recommend this venue for your special day 100%! You will not regret it!

The venue is lovely and you couldn't ask for a nicer location. It's far enough out of the way where you don't feel like you're stuck in the city, but still close enough to not be a pain getting out there.The venue was very accommodating during the Covid pandemic and worked with us to ensure that we were able to still have our event. As a perfectionist, I can say that it was a truly perfect weekend.My husband and I decided to do the Marble package, and it was absolutely worth it! Getting there Friday afternoon and being able to have our Bridal party and parents stay at the venue both nights was as stress free as you can get.Waking up the day of our wedding in this gorgeous house where you feel so pampered, to a wonderful breakfast and coffee was just what we needed to start the most amazing day.There is so much room for everyone to get ready. Larry and his staff were attentive and communicated so well with us throughout the day.You can pick your backdrop! Whether you want to be married outside at the adorable gazebo, or inside Stonehem hall. You couldn't pick a more elegantly gorgeous setting!It was a sweet and simple day that I will never forget. Like most weddings and receptions, it was a whirlwind of friends and family all engulfed in this lovely atmosphere.At the end of the night, as my new husband and I made it up to our room, we were greeted with soft lighting and chilled champagne. The wonderful people at Quarry Ridge had even brought up some cake for us. I got married at this beautiful venue a few weekends ago! I cannot even find the words to explain the elegance of everything about this entire place. From the beautiful Stonehem Hall, to the welcoming Great Room, to the entire professional Inn at Quarry Ridge Staff! There is not a single thing I would change about the entire place. Larry went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of perfectly to a t, even mailing multiple things we ended up leaving at the venue. We had the granite package, so we had out rehearsal dinner at the venue and were allowed 25 guests to stay the night. It made everyone feel very relaxed and the bridesmaids and groomsmen quarters have such a homey and welcoming feel. From the day I toured the venue, to after the wedding, every single thing went so smoothly. My husband and I are both aggies (Class of 2018, whoop!) and the Bryan/College Station area is the mid point for both of our families and we ended up finding the picture perfect venue! We had 290 guests and everyone was accommodated perfectly even with that large of a party. After the wedding, many of our Aggie friends have reached out about contact information for booking the venue for their weddings. I cannot rave on the IQR enough! I was given access to take engagements and bridal pictures and there is so many different spaces for amazing picture backgrounds!Choose this venue, you will not regret it!

This venue hands down was the best experience from start to finish. As with any bride, when it comes time to start searching for venues it is very stressful. My mom and I checked out every venue in the Bryan/College Station area. The Inn at Quarry Ridge seemed to meet all of our needs. They offer the Marble Package that allows some guests to stay Friday night and Saturday night on the grounds which was perfect for us since some of the bridal party was from out of town. They have a beautiful gazebo for the wedding or if you prefer an indoor ceremony they can do that also and the Stonehem Hall for the reception is just beautiful. When we met with Larry, he was able to answer all the questions my mom and I had and after we left, he answered many emails from the both of us with no hesitation. From the time we booked to the time of the wedding, he was there for us. Once we showed up for the wedding weekend, he and his wife met all of our needs and took care of any of our concerns. The rooms are comfortable and the whole venue area is beautiful. On Friday night you and your guests that are staying can enjoy the pool or the hot tub. Larry and his wife made the entire weekend a dream come true and all the guests were impressed with the venue. They also made the entire weekend stress free for me and my mom so we could relax and enjoy our time leading up to the wedding and the wedding itself. I am so glad I will have such great memories of my wedding and I’m so glad we chose The Inn at Quarry Ridge. I would not have wanted to get married anywhere else.

This venue hands down was the best experience from start to finish. As with any bride, when it comes time to start searching for venues it is very stressful. My mom and I checked out every venue in the Bryan/College Station area. The Inn at Quarry Ridge seemed to meet all of our needs. They offer the Marble Package that allows some guests to stay Friday night and Saturday night on the grounds which was perfect for us since some of the bridal party was from out of town. They have a beautiful gazebo for the wedding or if you prefer an indoor ceremony they can do that also and the Stonehem Hall for the reception is just beautiful. When we met with Larry, he was able to answer all the questions my mom and I had and after we left, he answered many emails from the both of us with no hesitation. From the time we booked to the time of the wedding, he was there for us. Once we showed up for the wedding weekend, he and his wife met all of our needs and took care of any of our concerns. My husband and I absolutely LOVED The Inn At Quarry Ridge. We did the marble package and loved being able to have the venue for the whole weekend. We were able to start setting up for our reception on Friday which was a huge bonus since we had an early wedding on Saturday, so it took the stress away of having to setup on the day of our wedding. Friday night we held our rehearsal dinner at the venue which was the perfect atmosphere we were looking for. We had a lot of family members come in from out of the state (and country) that we hadn't seen in years and being able to have such an intimate atmosphere for everyone to just hang out is exactly what we wanted. My nephews also took full advantage of the pool which was fun for my sisters not having to worry about entertaining them. My family and I received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was and it was nice to have guests at such a unique venue. The staff at the venue was also fantastic with how professional and courteous everyone was. I cannot thank Larry and his staff enough for helping us have such a perfect day. If you are looking for a unique and intimate venue I highly recommend The Inn at Quarry Ridge and the Marble package. My husband and I realized the ease of having all of our bridal party in one spot as well as being able to relax the day of our wedding was worth every dollar that was spent.

The intimate elegance The Inn at Quarry Ridge provided was perfect for our dream wedding. Venue shopping can be overwhelming and finding the right fit is definitely a challenge. This was the first venue where we attended a wedding as a couple. It always had a place in our hearts, so when our time came to venue shop and we saw the new Stonehem Hall addition- we were head over heels! Jimmy was in town for only a few more days (long distance relationship and engagement), so I wishfully sent an email and was pleasantly surprised with how Larry was able to fit us in and give us a tour on such short notice. We were OBSESSED and made our decision that day. We went over the multiple packages they offer and the Marble Package had everything we wanted and more! We were able to schedule our engagement photo session as well as times to drop by and plan out our decor. Communication was incredible and they were so helpful whenever we had any questions or concerns. From landscaping to the furnishings, everything was perfect! With the Marble Package, we were able to host as well as spend the night after our rehearsal dinner at the venue and not be rushed to get from one location to another. We also had access to start setting up the Stonehem Hall for our reception and were able to add in some of their gorgeous decor they had to offer. Spending the night before was the BEST for us and our wedding party. They provided breakfast and us girls got to wake up and have hair and makeup come to us (huge stress relief). You also are provided a planner for rehearsal and the day-of. Heather with EPOCH was our planner and she is literally an angel. Larry and Heather set up a meeting and we went over the decor, guest count and all things needed to make everything go smoothly. They had incredible vendor recommendations and we were able to cultivate a plan, to-do lists and alleviate stress! Being able to stay the night of the wedding was one of my favorite perks of the Marble Package. We were able to enjoy our reception and have a true send off the sneak away to an amazing room with an en-suite and they even made us dinner and cake to go plates- since being the bride and groom, you are usually too busy to enjoy your meal. Larry and his team have everything down to a science. We had so many compliments on the venue, how beautiful the grounds were as well as the friendliness of the staff. We are so thankful we found the perfect place to start our journey. I would absolutely recommend The Inn at Quarry Ridge for their incredible venue and amazing people who work tirelessly to make your wedding dreams come true!

On June 15th, my husband Nathan and I got married at the Inn at Quarry Ridge and it could not have been more perfect. Looking back at the weekend of our wedding, there is nothing that I would change to make it any better. \tWe decided to purchase the Marble Package and were blown away by the service that we received throughout the entire weekend, as well as the weeks leading up to our wedding. My parents, Nathan, and I visited the Inn shortly after our engagement to tour and see the facilities and see what we had to work with. With the ceremony space and reception hall (Stonehem) being so beautiful, it took so much stress off of my shoulders because the Inn did not need much added for it to be the perfect wedding venue. We were in contact with the Winklers for the duration of the planning process to make sure we had everything organized ahead of time. We also had a planning weekend 8 weeks before our wedding to go over all the details and have the chance to ask any remaining questions. Larry and Sue have successfully worked out any problems that may arise from being a wedding venue and were able to give us tips, such as what size linens to order, and made the planning process stress-free. \tWe arrived on site Friday afternoon and were able to move into our respective bedrooms, put together the arrangements, finish up last minute details, and relax and prepare for the big day! Nathan’s best man was our florist and had ample work space in the air conditioned garage and plenty of room in the refrigerators to store the arrangements and keep them from wilting. There were plenty of refrigerators in the kitchen area in the back of the reception hall to store the desserts and the alcohol. We had our rehearsal dinner in the Great Room of the Inn, which was so sweet and intimate and did not need any extra decorations to make it gorgeous. After dinner, we went out to the gazebo to rehearse the ceremony so everyone knew what to do the next day. After all of the official business, we were able to kick back, and enjoy each others company. There is a pool and hot tub in the backyard, which was the best way to wind down and let go of any worries of the next day. There is also a fire pit that we were able to sit around and make S’mores. \tThe restaurant we went with for catering was incredible in and of itself, but Larry also made sure that it was seamless by meeting with the caterer on his own time so they were familiar with the venue layout and knew where to go when they arrived to deliver and serve the food. \tAnother huge perk of the Marble Package was having a day-of coordinator. At the planning meeting, we met the coordinator and were able to talk through everything I had already planned and what was left. In the next weeks, I was able to email our coordinator any questions: from what the ceremony procession order should be, to how many guest tables we would need. She said from the beginning that she wanted to help plan the wedding to the point where we could simply enjoy it. \tAlong with it being the most perfect day for me and Nathan, we continued to hear high praises from everyone in attendance. We had close to twenty kids at our wedding and the Inn was so family friendly that everyone of all ages felt welcome and had the best time. \tOverall, we highly recommend the Inn at Quarry Ridge for all of your wedding venue needs. We know that Larry and Sue will take care of you and do whatever needs to happen to give you the best wedding possible.

They were professional, accommodating (we had a fire truck that some places couldn’t work with), caring, but most of all the property was breathtaking. For starters, this venue is BEAUTIFUL! We did not have our ceremony here, but it was absolutely perfect for our reception! Additionally, it has sleeping space for up to 25 people, meaning our wedding party did not have pay for hotel rooms.A few things to consider asking about when renting this (or any) venue: 1. Nail down your start/stop times early, and don't be afraid to ask questions, and get these times in writing! We paid to rent the venue for the entire weekend (Friday at 2pm - Sunday 11am) and with that in mind, I did not realize our reception would still be given a hard end time. (We still had plenty of time at the reception, but it could have affected how long our other vendors needed to be present and how long our guests could stay!) 2. Communicate frequently! Especially if you have a wedding planner/coordinator, make sure you touch base in a group e-mail with Larry and the coordinator to ensure your timeline and vendor times work for everyone. 3. Request all of the door codes early. My husband and I left at 2am for the airport, however, we forgot to ask for the code to the house and ended up getting locked out while waiting for the Uber, and it was FREEZING. Thankfully Larry answered the phone at 2am to give it to us, but you should request the code well in advance! 4. Clarify early with the vendors and Larry about drop off/pick up times. Again, get these in writing on a group e-mail to prevent miscommunication! (One of our vendors we paid to pick up on Sunday, actually forgot to pick everything up until later that week, and thankfully Larry was able to contact them to smooth that out.) These are easy tips that can prevent a lot of stress when wedding planning! :) Overall, this is a beautiful venue that provided the reception of my DREAMS, but the stress leading up to the big day definitely could've been decreased with better communication/expectations early on.

My husband, Justin, and I are in total love with this place. We went with the Slate Package and had our wedding reception at the new Stoneham Hall in early May. We truly believe this is the most beautiful wedding venue in the BCS area and potentially one of the best in general. Larry and Sue are truly wonderful and are extremely accommodating. The venue is already so naturally beautiful that you don’t really need much. It is the perfect venue if you want the “outside feel” but the inside comfortability and safety from weather. They describe the place as “casual elegance” and truly, that is what the venue is. We would choose Quarry Ridge in a heartbeat all over again and highly recommend it to others. God bless this beautiful, loving place.
