We had our wedding at Innsbrook on October 20. Our coordinator, Claire, was exceptional. She was in regular communication with us from the moment we provided our deposit until the the day of. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and support throughout the planning process was amazing. We had zero issues doing almost all of our planning via email with a few phone calls. Innsbrook also provided our catering and bar service for our wedding day, rehearsal dinner, and morning after brunch. It was incredibly convenient for us and our guests to have a single destination for all wedding events and to keep the number of contacts we dealt with small. The staff were all amazing, welcoming, and attentive at all the events. The service was superb. And the food was delicious!!! Claire even ensured we got some leftovers of everything from our wedding meal which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend Innsbrook, for its beautiful location and wonderful staff, to anyone looking for any event venue, but especially a wedding. Everything was impossibly perfect!

Hosting our wedding at Innsbrook was seamless and our wedding day was beautiful. We had a million questions and a bunch of tiny details, and Claire (our coordinator with Innsbrook) handled it all perfectly. The venue itself has had some beautiful updates done on the inside - gorgeous wood, stone, and granite-topped bars. It is truly a breath-taking venue on its own, and the lake views provide an amazing backdrop for photos. We got married on the patio, had cocktail hour in the Sycamore Room, and had our reception in the Aspen Room. It was a seamless design and the staff was incredible the entire night. Innsbrook offered some great deals, including a second bar for cocktail hour, water station on the patio, yard games, fire pits in the evening, cake cutting service, and a champagne toast for the head table. Innsbrook offers a great decor room where you can use decorations for the evening that you don’t want to purchase yourself and have to keep around - easels for signage, plate chargers, uplighting, napkin rings, and various vases for centerpieces. It was a huge help and Innsbrook was so welcoming to let us come in a couple times in the months before the wedding to sort through the room and plan out decorations and table settings. One of the many highlights to Innsbrook is that our families stayed in various AirBnBs in the resort, allowing them to make a long lake weekend out of our wedding celebration. It was perfect for larger families and groups of friends who wanted some activities to do outside of the wedding. Overall, we could not be happier with how our day turned out, and we would do it all again with Innsbrook.

My wife and I had our wedding at the Innsbrook Aspen Center on June 3, 2023 and I can't think of one thing that I would have changed to make it better. The Aspen Center is a beautiful, modern rustic building, which was perfect for our style. The area was huge, there was plenty of room for our 170 guests, and parking is abundant and close. We held our ceremony on the patio near the lake and it was beautiful, but hot. If you plan a wedding in the summer, keep that in mind... and ask for umbrellas.During the reception, we opted for the patio, which was worth every penny, and was the perfect touch for our guests. The view from the Aspen Center looking down onto the lake during sunset was absolutely beautiful and a great place for pictures.The food was delicious and we were told by most of our guests that it was some of the \"best wedding food\" they've ever had. The bar was top notch and catered wonderfully to our requests.The staff, along with our coordinator, Laurena, were extremely helpful and friendly.

Wedding Date 21-05-2022
My wedding was held here on May 21st, 2022. This day ended up being far from the magical and easy going day my husband and I envisioned. Although the venue looked beautiful, my guests were unable to see much of it because the power went out for about 4 hours starting before the ceremony and into the reception. Innsbrook did not have a generator prepared even though the power had flickered on and off in the middle of the day prior to the full power outage. Our Premier band that we hired couldn’t play and the extra lighting we had paid for was unable to be used for 4+ hours. Dinner was not served until 9:30-10 pm and some guests complained of the dinner being cold. Because dinner was not served until late, guests mentioned Innsbrook put out old stale wedding cake as an appetizer. My dad had to give his speech in the dark. We chose to skip out on doing my bouquet toss and garter toss to make adequate time for dancing and music when the power did finally come back on. I felt as though the final planning weeks were very unorganized. We felt it was difficult to get ahold of our day-of coordinator with questions and necessary information. The rehearsal was chaotic and unorganized with myself and my mother having to take control of it. Our tables were not set up according to our plans and my dad and family friend had to reorganize tables the day of. These are just a few of the speed bumps we encountered. All in all, I would never recommend this establishment. I didn’t get to have the wedding I have always dreamed of and my family is still saddened by some of the events that occurred with Innsbrook that day. I hope to prevent any other bride and groom from having the same stress, chaos, and disrespect on their special day.

Innsbrook Resort was an absolute perfect wedding venue! We used three different rooms in the Aspen Center for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, and each fulfilled my winter wedding vision perfectly! The staff and wedding coordinators were extremely friendly and helpful throughout the whole process and the food was amazing! I would highly recommend Innsbrook for any size of wedding at any time of the year!

We had our reception in October 2022 at Innsbrook and it could not have been more beautiful! Our guests got to enjoy the spacious patio during the cocktail hour and everyone said the food was amazing. Innsbrook was very professional throughout the entire wedding planning process. We had several meetings with our assigned coordinator (Laurena), an in-person tasting, and one final walkthrough. Plus, the online budgeting tool was very helpful when figuring out costs. We had about 180 guests and they all fit comfortably (not sure if I would recommend going over 250 though depending on your table layout).Even though my husband and I are from the St. Louis area, booking Innsbrook as our venue almost made it feel like we were having a destination wedding! Several of our out-of-town guests stayed at houses in the resort and made a whole weekend out of (some even played golf on Friday!). The resort has many different photo locations for wedding pictures too! We love looking back on that day and can't wait to celebrate our anniversaries at Innsbrook!

Innsbrook has multiple beautiful settings and the walk down the aisle to the waterfront is absolutely stunning. The catering was outstanding and the service was friendly and accommodating. You can even rent a home for the bridal party to relax in before or after the event.

We had our wedding reception here on November 12th, and WOW I cannot say enough amazing things about innsbrook and the amazing team there. I am especially grateful for the amazing Laurena, our event coordinator, who went above and beyond to make every single thing about our day absolutely perfect. She answered every email so fast and was extremely helpful throughout the entire wedding planning process. Every question I had she answered immediately, and was always happy to do so. I truly can’t explain how happy we are with our wedding day and the team that made it all possible. We had the most beautiful fall wedding at Innsbrook! My daughter and son-in-law were able to have the wedding of their dreams on the lake stage, cocktail hour on the patio, and dinner/dancing at the reception at the Aspen Center. After a few changes in personnel in the 12 mos. planning process, we worked mostly with onsite venue coordinator Laurena. Laurena was extremely responsive to our questions and/or concerns, and was also very calm and patient which definitely was appreciated at a time that can be very stressful! We had a few meetings/check-ins in the months prior to the wedding, and Laurena did an amazing job keeping track of the details to make sure everything was captured. The venue is beautiful, and we were blessed to have an absolutely perfect sunny fall day. All our guests commented on how perfect everything was! The food was excellent. For the cocktail hour, we had toasted ravioli and fried mac 'n cheese passed appetizers (especially loved the fried mac 'n cheese bites)! We had a staff-served buffet line with Tuscan Chicken, a sirloin carving station, choice of two salads (IBK and spinach), rolls, Asparagus and Pasta con Broccoli. We also had a few vegetarian plates reserved. All were very good and we received several compliments from guests as well. The ONLY issues we took away from the food were related to staffing: 1) The amount of time it took for guests to get through the buffet line was longer than we anticipated, so I wonder if it would have been possible to have had more staff to allow for two buffet lines (served from both sides)? And 2) The length of time it took for staff to clear plates from the tables was longer than ideal, but again I believe this was due to not enough staff. Regardless, food was very good! The venue allowed us to bring in wedding cake and desserts, which is nice to have that flexibility. They also have a decor room with several items that we had access to for decorating guest tables, dessert table, gift table, etc. for a reasonable fee. Several guests opted to rent lodging at Innsbrook for the weekend which is very nice considering it is about 1-hour drive from St. Louis and allowed for a mini-getaway weekend. Our experience with Innsbrook was very good, the wedding was beautiful, cocktail hour and dinner were elegant and fun, and the reception was so much fun with the dance floor overflowing start to end!

The scenery was stunning, the food was incredible (we ordered buffet style and our guests were saying it was the best wedding buffet they have ever had), the Aspen Center reception hall was gorgeous, and our wedding coordinators were great to work with! Couldn't have asked for more!

Innsbrook Resort personnel could not have been more professional or helpful. They provided expert advice about how to make our event exactly what we wanted. They were flexible with the menu and experienced meeting needs like ours. They accommodated special requests regarding our table settings. We received lots of compliments from our guests about their experience.Finally, the serving staff was pleasant, prompt, and attentive. They even provided ice for our ice chest so we could transport some of our refrigerated items home. The supervisory staff was highly responsive in every encounter over a period of several months of planning.Bottom line: The Innsbrook Resort event planning-- & execution-- experience was a pleasure!

We had searched months looking for the right spot for an elopement or micro wedding. I stumbled across this hidden gem by accident. I had no clue that Innsbrook held weddings. From the very beginning I knew this is where we would get married. Immediately I received quick responses answering every question. They worked with my very busy work schedule and accommodated my bright idea to have a shotgun wedding planned in just under 3 weeks! Everything fell into place perfectly, the ceremony venue, weekend house rental, decor room, wedding coordinator, etc. I absolutely LOVED that they have several recommendations in every possible category needed for a wedding, from officiant ( loved DJ Rob ) to make-up/hair, music and more, making it so easy. They have so many different options and locations with many different packages and so affordable! I cannot stop telling EVERYONE about our experience! I would do it all again in a heartbeat and not change a single thing because it was simply perfect!

I couldn't give enough starts to Brittany, the team and the Chef! The food was exactly what we wanted, our day went well and she genuinely wanted our day to be whatever we wanted! For our group of 50, it was perfect, the view of the lake was everything! The other events team members were always open to answering questions as well! My fiancée and I selected Innsbrook to be our rehearsal dinner location. The event was so nice I almost wished I had chosen Innsbrook to be the wedding venue too! Leading up to the rehearsal dinner Brittany was so organized and pleasant to work with. She always responded promptly to my many questions and had a great attitude. I was impressed by the initiative she took in always reaching out to me. Innsbrook also offered a huge variety of linen napkin colors and even asked how I wanted them folded. My wedding venue never even asked me how I wanted the napkins folded! I had a bit of an unusual wedding color (aqua) but to my great surprise and joy the aqua color napkins were a perfect match to the bridesmaid dress color and the tables looked so beautiful and spring-y. Our dinner/event was on the Sycamore Terrace overlooking the pretty Aspen Lake and the spot was tranquil, scenic and away from other guests too. We ordered the Taste of IBK buffet (Italian) and everyone LOVED the food! The butternut squash raviolis were especially a hit! I really recommend taking a look at this venue for your wedding or other event. It was such a great experience I am thinking about going back soon for a cabin weekend with my new husband!

My fiancée and I selected Innsbrook to be our rehearsal dinner location. The event was so nice I almost wished I had chosen Innsbrook to be the wedding venue too! Leading up to the rehearsal dinner Brittany was so organized and pleasant to work with. She always responded promptly to my many questions and had a great attitude. My fiance and I absolutely LOVED the outdoor ceremony area overlooking the lake. With the beautiful aisle and lake overlook, it was an absolute dream. The staff is incredibly sweet and makes the process very enjoyable. In particular, Brittany is an ABSOLUTE SWEETHEART. We felt like she was our best friend from day one, and always knew that she had our best interest at heart. I cannot say enough good things about Brittany... She has, by far, been the most enjoyable person that we have encountered in this industry. I highly recommend Innsbrook AND working with Brittany!

My husband Chris and I got married here on Friday September 13th of this year and we had the best experience because of Innsbrook. We started our planning with them about a year before our date and had a great experience setting our beginning details with that event coordinator. We set a date for our tasting, complimentary for 4 people, and that also went smoothly. All of the food was amazing and we made our final picks on food and linens. At that meeting we set our final details meeting date. This was probably a good 8 months before our wedding at that point. About 2 months from our date and a month or so before our final details meeting, we found out that the event coordinator we had been working with wasn’t returning from maternity leave. I wasn’t too worried, since we hadn’t had our final details meeting yet, but it was stressful all the same. HOWEVER, the Innsbrook Team didn’t miss a beat. They quickly informed us of the change, assured us that we would still be taken care of, and assigned a different Event Coordinator, Amber, to our wedding. AMBER WAS A DREAM. She is so so sweet and kind and had a great positive attitude not only through our final details meeting, but also the day of the wedding. Along with the help of Brittany, she kept our entire day running smoothly and calmly. She gave me her phone number and was constantly checking in on us or immediately coming to our aid if we texted her that we needed something. The venue was beautiful and set up exactly how I had asked and imagined. We decided to get married at the gazebo at the top of the hill rather than down at the Lake, and don’t regret it one bit. Although you have to put a little more love into sprucing it up, it has the potential to look AMAZING, I assure you. Overall I can’t recommend Innsbrook enough. We loved every single thing about our experience there and can’t wait to rent a condo and have a weekend getaway to reminisce on all the great memories.

Amber was an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. She was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We could not be happier with our decision to have our wedding and reception there. We also booked cabins there for friends and family and it was amazing. ❤️

We just had our 180 guest wedding at Innsbrook on 9/27 and it was AMAZING!!!! When we went to tour the venue in November 2018, we fell in love with the vision of a beautiful lakeside wedding, rustic yet elegant reception, and having our close family & friends renting homes on property for our wedding weekend. We held all of our events at Innsbrook including our rehearsal dinner on the Patio at the 18th Green, ceremony on the Aspen stage, cocktail hour on the patio, reception in the Aspen Room and after party at the Clubhouse. Everything at every event was PERFECT. The food and service for all events was over the top!!!! Amber and Brittany took over event management a few months before our wedding and made us feel so confident. They were responsive and organized leading up to our wedding. They were always around helping set up, running our ceremony, managing the staff, working with our vendors, etc. Our guests raved about the food and the venue. The venue also accommodated all of our needs including premium liquor requests, specialty cocktails, many dietary restrictions, many outside vendors, and last but not least, our large fireworks display. I can't thank them enough for making our special day absolutely perfect. Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and more!!!

Really think seriously if you are thinking about this venue. My daughter's wedding was here several years ago and I check back and read reviews occasionally. The chefs and the event coordinators change pretty regularly. It was difficult for us dealing with very inexperienced staff and it seems like turnover is pretty common for them. I would look elsewhere. It is obvious the owners don't put a lot of time and money into the venues. We love Innsbrook and it had lots of memories for our family growing up, but the wedding turned some of those memories into nightmares.

As a bride, I dreamed about my wedding since I was a little girl. When we went to visit innsbrook for the first time we fell in love with the venue and that lake view. However, our first meeting with Ciarra was very impersonal and quick, but we still decided to give Innsbrook a shot. Fast forward to our tasting meeting. When we checked in with the security guard, and we told him we had a meeting with Ciarra, he was confused and said he didn’t think she worked there anymore. He let us in still and we went into the Aspen center, where we were directed to a conference room. A conference room. For a wedding tasting. Not classy, at all. The food was mediocre at best and we were served items that were not listed on either the 2017 or the 2018 menus. When we asked the “chef” how the stuffed chicken was (which one was the few chicken entrees listed on both menus) he responded with “I have never seen that made”... To put the cherry on top of THAT meeting, the “stand-in” “upper management” only told us of our wedding coordinator no longer working their when we asked her about it. We were then told they would have somebody hired within 2 weeks. 3 months later, we emailed them again and suddenly there was a new coordinator, Katie hired. No welcome email from her or the upper management. We then had a meeting with her and another person in upper management and finally felt a little bit better about everything. That changed once we arrived into town for the wedding weekend. We chose the only room we could bring in outside food for the rehearsal dinner—the Geneva center. We were told that we would be able to pick up the key anytime after 9am the Friday before the wedding. We arrived at 2pm (so 5 hours after we were allowed) and there was no key to be found, no wedding coordinator to be found, and the room was not set up. About an hour later, we were able to get inside the room and tableclothes were brought over by Katie. No appology from Katie. By this point in the week, rain was in the forecast and we had a backup plan of doing the ceremony inside, however when we went to do the rehearsal, Katie wanted to go home so we had to do the rehearsal in the front of the building, outside under the roof because it was raining. The next morning, we were able to start decorating at 9am, which we had to wait outside for someone to show up. Katie was supposed to have easels out for us to use, which she didn’t, nor was she there to get them. The girl working the front desk found them for me but I had to wait a while since she was checking in guests for the condos. The wedding and reception were both very fun and to our surprise, the food was MUCH better than at the tasting. I had to track down Katie twice to clear plates, cut cake and light the bonfires (that they had put the wood in way early so it got soaked during the day), however the second time I I couldn’t find her. It was then brought to my attention that she had left and there was some other coordinator, who we had never met or knew she was the new one in charge. The new coordinator was much better at keeping everything on track for the remainder of the night and did what she could to fix what Katie had ruined. The next morning we voiced our opinions of the wedding to the manager who had sat in on the first meeting with Katie, who told us she would have someone reach out to us... well it’s now been one month since that conversation and we have yet to have anyone from innsbrook reach out to us.

Where to Begin...oh where to begin... So my wife and I had our wedding recently at Innsbrook this past September. We began the process with Innsbrook about a year before our wedding. We fell in love with the venue and the beautiful scenery. Everything was put together very well hats off to the maintenance and landscaping crew. Wow! Unfortunately that is where my admiration just about stops. This is also the reason for the one star along with the food in the end superseding our expectations. As far as the staff goes, the cooks/servers/bartender were fine. Not above and beyond but were ok. Our biggest downfall was the wedding coordination staff and senior management. Which is sad as these are the people who should control the experience the most and provide the best service. I HAVE NEVER FELT LESS APPRECIATED BY A GROUP OF PEOPLE IN MY LIFE! Our initial wedding coordinator quit mid-stream, which I get happens, but no excuses the customer should never have to feel this pain. Also especially with a wedding, your not just buying a car here, even though you are definitely spending that kind of money. Clearly let me tell you though it may seem like a lot of money to you, but to them its just another wedding another slot on the schedule. So it took them 3 months plus to get a new coordinator. Meantime my communications were being ignored, questions were going unanswered. When I wanted to complain to management and try to fix the issue they reverted my communications back to the original person I was communicating with as if to say they were too good to be bothered with my troubles. Also we found out the wedding coordinator was no longer working with them because the security guard at the gate let it slip by accident. We literally had to ask the Wedding Manager, who was serving us our tasting menu, before she was forward with the information. Once we had a new wedding coordinator we had a meeting to try and right the ship. Which at the time seemed positive, but more of the same came to follow. Wedding day comes around and our coordinator was there early....to sell more weddings...then spend a few hours on making sure our wedding wasn't a disaster. Don't worry though she clocked out at *pm mid way through our wedding without saying anything to us, no thank you, no hey I am leaving and this person is in charge...nothing. They say that this is normal for the primary coordinator to leave unannounced so as to not disturb the bride and groom. Which this wouldn't have been a problem if I wasn't chasing Innsbrook around to clear plates, cut the cake, light the bon fires, or really anything else my DJ or photographer didn't make sure was done. MY DJ AND PHOTOGRAPHER WE'RE A MILLION TIMES MORE ATTENTIVE THAN ANYONE AT INNSBROOK! So hopefully your DJ and Photographer were as good as ours. Innsbrook went through NO EXTRA EFFORT to make sure our day was special, or even effortless to say the least. They will nickel and dime you for everything, NOTHING IS INCLUDED so don't expect to feel like royalty coming out of this thing. TO SUM IT UP GREAT PLACE, TERRIBLE WEDDING STAFF. FYI I was also promised a follow up to my complaints after my wedding day, safe to say that it's not coming. Quit the wedding industry and just do events, you don't care about people enough.

We had a blast! We felt that the staff was very helpful and attended to our needs quickly. The Aspen center was gorgeous and really set the scene for a fun and romantic evening! Innsbrook also requires that you use their catering, but it was well worth it! Everyone really enjoyed the buffet! Innsbrook was definitely the best choice we made for our wedding reception!

I had my wedding at Innsbrook on April 8th. My husband and I couldn't have been happier with Ciarra and the entire Innsbrook staff! From the amazing room set, the food and the staff, everything was incredible! Chef John truly out did himself with the menu! We were served family style and my friends have made the comment it's the best wedding they have ever attended! I would highly recommend Innsbrook for not only your wedding, but rehearsal dinners and bridal showers as well. I had all three events at this venue. The clubhouse after-party was a wonderful option for after the wedding! Where can you stay with a lake-view, have your rehearsal dinner, play golf, have your wedding, your after-party, and brunch the next morning?! Memories were made at Innsbrook!

I cannot say enough about Innsbrook! First, Ciarra is absolutely amazing! She was very easy to get ahold of and was willing to help with EVERYTHING I needed. I had a very unusual idea of my ceremony which included the guests sitting at their tables and she took the idea and ran with it! The day of my rehearsal happened to be the night of the huge ice storm where the highways were gridlocked and we unfortunately had to cancel the rehearsal. Ciarra/Innsbrook was flexible and ready to help out in every way possible. The staff actually ended up getting stuck at the venue, but they had a great attitude and did not let it get in the way of the wedding. The wedding day then was the coldest day of the year. Innsbrook spent ample time salting the roads and making sure the day was stress free for me. They allowed us to come in early and have our rehearsal the day of and finish our decorating.The staff was incredibly friendly and went over the top to make sure our wedding day was flawless. The servers were constantly checking on me and my husband to make sure we had everything we needed.The food was incredible!!!! I have had countless compliments on the meal, we had the chicken marsala and carved beef as our meat choices. For the cocktail hour we had meatballs, toasted raviolis, and grilled cheese. My one regret from the whole wedding is that I did not get a grilled cheese because the guests loved them so much they were all gone before I made it into the cocktail hour!Overall my wedding day was perfect despite the weather fighting us. It would not have been that way without Innsbrook and their amazing staff. THANK YOU!!!!!

I was married at Innsbrook September 10th and couldn't have been happier with the way it all turned out. The lake view is breathtaking and the food was amazing. We're still receiving compliments on everything! Ciarra was a dream to work with and the staff that worked our reception was equally as amazing. They treated everyone there as if they were the most important guest there that evening. The reason I cannot give Innsbrook 5 stars is due to the rudeness at the front desk. It seemed as though neither of the girls wanted to do their jobs. Even when we had to drive back to get our cake topper, their response was 'is that something we do?' Terrible customer service. Also, the on site accommodations were a wreck. Some guests were over charged, some were double charged, and some didn't get what they requested, including us. We had been in communication with the accommodations contact and had reserved a newly rennovated room, and that isn't what we got. We got an old studio apartment that was absolutely nothing special and we didn't get the lake view we were promised.. Also, DO NOT pay extra for the newlywed package!!! Not worth it. Actually, for the amount paid, it was a joke. With all that said, after all of the drama leading up to our event, the end result was magical. Ciarra will make sure your day is absolutely perfect, just be prepared for a bit of stress leading up to that day.

I did not get married at Innsbrook, however I was extremely interested in getting married there. What made me passed was because the Wedding Coordinator does not do tours over the weekend. That through me off seeing that weddings are always on the weekends for the most part and not to mention we work during the week so why would you not want to give a tour? I was just told to go stop by and look around. I feel like if you wanted my business you would want to show me around and answer any questions I may have. Granted the place is beautiful, but felt like I wasn't important.

We just had our wedding and reception here 7/30 and we could not have had a better experience. The scenery is absolutely beautiful; we had our ceremony lakeside and our reception in the Aspen Center. Very nice especially if you are looking for an elegant rustic feel. We and our guests came from out of state and stayed at the condos across the lake which were all beautiful. The condos made a great place to host our rehearsal dinner-a lakefront bbq. Ciarra was our coordinator and did an exceptional job assisting us throughout the process of planning. She was always available to answer questions in a timely manner which made planning from out of state a breeze. The food was amazing-we had such a hard time picking because everything we tried at the tasting was so good. All of our guests commented on how good the food was and how beautiful the venue looked. Everyone we worked with was so friendly and went over and above to assist us and our guests. We could not have picked a better place or better people to work with for our special day.

This place is beautiful and my photos came out great but the staff is incredibly rude. My wife and I just got married there last month and pretty much a horror story from start to finish with them. They pretty much paint you a pretty picture and in reality it isn't nothing like that. We had booked almost 2 years prior with Jeannie and everything was perfect. She took into consideration of what our schedule was like and was very flexible to meet to take a tour and go over everything. We found out she had left and Ciarra took over her spot and was the complete opposite. She would not work with you, it was her way or the highway!We came to the venue Friday evening for rehearsal and dropped off all of our decorations and signs and were told they would be taken care of because Ciarra had nothing that Saturday but our wedding. The signs and decorations were never put out at the Wedding the next day. They managed to put a stand for one of the signs out with no sign on it! Needless to say I showed up Saturday morning and asked the woman at the desk to speak to Ciarra 3 times and was told she was busy. We finally found the Bridal Rooms ourself and they were not what we originally had previously booked to get. Instead we got some outdated gym locker room. Exposed wires were hanging out of the ceiling, light fixtures cluttered the walls, etc. As we were in there getting ready we had people coming in and out of it using it as a public restroom, as well as dropping there pants to change into swimming attire with the photographer and videographer photographing us getting ready. Prior to our departure of the venue we had checked to make sure our signs got picked up and we had everything and the woman behind the desk said oh by the way these pictures fell out. Never once bothered to bring them over to us or nothing.At the end of the day this place is a joke, you can definitely find a better place that actually wants to make your special day one to remember, rather than nothing but lies and being very unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this venue!

It's hard for me to give this venue a 3-star rating because it was absolutely beautiful! The look of the ceremony and reception was absolutely perfect and exactly what I was looking for. However, the service leading up to the wedding and the day of was a bit disappointing. I never felt valued or one of a kind. This venue does several weddings and throughout the process my mother and I did not feel very much warmth. With this being such a special day, I was expecting a little bit more. The service throughout the wedding planning process is what is keeping me from giving this venue a 5.

We had the pleasure of getting married at Innsbrook this past weekend. The ceremony was held lake side and our reception was held up at the lodge. We couldn't have asked for a better experience for us or our guests. The setting was simply breathtaking, the service was impeccable and attention to detail by the staff was amazing. Jeannie and Cassie were our coordinators who are the best in the business. They took extremely good care of us throughout the entire planning process right up until the end of the night on the day of. They are extremely professional, friendly and easy to do business with. I consider them such a blessing - they made everything so seamless. The food was delectable as well - Kelly the beverage manager and Chef Jim outdid themselves on our guests' experience. We're still getting compliments on everything from the cocktails to the passed hors d'ouvres to the amazing entrees. Kristina helped us with lodging including coordinating welcome bags and ensuring all of our guests had comfortable accommodations. This is a great spot for a wedding getaway weekend and everyone had a great time golfing, horse back riding, hiking and taking in the lake life over the course of the weekend. We are so thrilled we found Innsbrook and their incredible staff. Truly amazing!

They made everything stress-free, they did all the decorating, and the food was great. We got compliments all night saying that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. I recently got married at Harmonie Chapel located on Innsbrook Resort and had my reception at Innsbrook Conference Center. The convenience of having my ceremony and reception really close in distance was wonderful. I was able to get ready at the Conference Center, then drive over to Harmonie Chapel. The chapel is beautiful and quaint (max 125.) Jeannie and Kelly are both attentive wedding coordinators. Both met me ahead of time to plan the menu and the look of the reception. They set it everything up for the reception and even had beverages before guests were shuttled to the ceremony. Innsbrook condos are convenient for guests to stay. This is the perfect place for an outside wedding (by the beautiful lake), inside wedding at Harmonie Chapel and beautiful reception at the Conference Center.
