From start to finish Mirela was there for us. She answered all of our questions, kept us on a great schedule in the planning process, and never rushed or pressured us.On the day of, we were treated like royalty. Everyone told us leading up to the big day, \"You won't have time to eat at your wedding.\" Well, Insignia makes sure the bride and groom are fed. We had our own personal server who brought us platters with all the passed appetizers on it and Mirela took us to a private booth so we could eat and have a mini \"date\" as husband and wife while our guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the other side.The flow from ceremony, to cocktail hour, to the reception was SEAMLESS. We had multiple guests come up to us and say it was the best wedding they had ever been to. It's all thanks to Insignia, the incredible staff and their (obviously) delicious food.If you're debating having your wedding at Insignia, and you're reading this review - GO FOR IT. You won't have a single regret.Thank you Mirela and thank you Insignia. Everything was perfect.

Our wedding was a few days ago at Insignia and we can’t stop talking about what an absolutely perfect day it was!! I don’t even know where to begin! Mirela and the entire staff at Insignia are beyond amazing!!! Throughout the entire planning process, Mirela was quick to respond to emails and answered all of our questions almost immediately. She was there for us every step of the way and made sure the whole day went smoothly. The entire staff was so professional and so attentive to not only my husband and I, but every single one of our guests. The service is impeccable!! The venue itself is just gorgeous and although it was an afternoon wedding, it 100% feels like an evening wedding while inside. The food goes without saying is also SO incredible! From the cocktail hour to the dinner to the wedding cake, my guests can't stop raving about how delicious everything was!!We couldn’t thank Insignia enough for making our wedding the most memorable day of our lives!! They truly topped all of our expectations and went above and beyond for us and all our guests! We could not be happier with our wedding experience at Insignia :)

If I had to be honest, I was concerned about having our wedding at a “restaurant “ and not a banquet hall. I was fearful that I would not get the service and attention needed being a bride and not having a bridal assist. All those fears and concerns were laid to rest. Mirela and the team at Insignia were fabulous. Mirela was organized and there for us ever step of the way. Even being there with safety pins when my train became undone. The staff was excellent and treated all of our guests exceptionally well. The food was the best I’ve had at any wedding. Everything went off without a hitch. If you are fortunate enough to work with her, know that you’re in the best of hands and your day will be exactly how you envisioned. On top of that, the staff at Insignia is top-notch. Our guests didn’t wait for a drink for more than 2 minutes, everyone was very respectful and accommodating, the food is some of the best you’ll ever have and the venue is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to have clear weather so the outdoor space for the ceremony made our day seem like a dream come true. We have zero complaints and HIGHLY recommend any couple to have their special day at the Insignia Prime venue.

An immaculate experience from start to finish. Mirela, the banquet coordinator, was incredible and made sure the whole day went flawlessly. The team at Insignia is on point all day, taking care of us and our guests with such a stupendous level of professionalism. The food is incredible, the venue is incredible, the drinks are excellent. I know the idea of a daytime wedding can be daunting, but it was so much fun, it felt like nighttime inside the venue, and it leaves the whole evening for an afterparty. We got so many compliments from all of our guests on everything! Highly recommend.

I can not recommend Insignia more highly. If I could give them 100 stars, I would. My husband and I got married there on July 11, 2022 and everything was INCREDIBLE. Mirela was the most helpful, gracious and accommodating person - for months prior to our wedding and then on our actual wedding day. We were so impressed by the professionalism but also the friendly way we were treated. We truly felt part of the Insignia family. The setting is gorgeous and you get the entire restaurant to yourself. It’s just beautiful. The food and cocktails were literally the best we have ever had - from cocktail hour through dessert, everything was PERFECTION. The servers (especially Kevan and Nick) went so far out of their way to make our day special. Our guests have not stopped texting and calling us, telling us it was the best wedding they have ever attended. It was spectacular from start to finish - I truly would not change one thing. We are indebted to Insignia for helping us make our day so amazing. Trust me - do yourself a favor and go meet with them about your event! You will NOT be sorry.

Me and my fiancé got married 11/12/21. I can’t Say enough things about how amazing the wedding was here. The wait staff was so kind and the service was amazing. Mirela was so nice and so easy to work with. The food was amazing and so was the DJ top-tier. If you were thinking about having a wedding here this is the perfect place. We had 75 people and it was the perfect intimate wedding.

Me and my fiancé got married 11/12/21. I can’t Say enough things about how amazing the wedding was here. The wait staff was so kind and the service was amazing. Mirela was so nice and so easy to work with. The food was amazing and so was the DJ top-tier. If you were thinking about having a wedding here this is the perfect place. We had 75 people and it was the perfect intimate wedding.

We knew going into planning we didn't want a typical catering hall wedding and Insignia, Mirela, and staff knocked it out of the park! Mirela was there every step of the way, from all of my annoying & ridiculous questions that she answered right away to being there and bringing my vision to life the day of.. I cannot say enough great things about her, truly superb! Kaven was our personal server ... we had him for dinner once before and let me tell you - he is SO FUN! The whole staff is top notch, you do not get that kind of service at a wedding anywhere else. Nicholas was also a favorite waiter of the guests ... they raved about him!!! Mirela had us sit and take in moments just to ourselves and enjoy cocktail hour food, AMAZING. We added the bacon and a sushi platter and both were giant hits. The cheesecake was a huge hit with our guests as well, people are still talking about how good it was! Our signature drinks were the bohemian and Insignia lemonade that we renamed for the day ... everyone LOVED the Insignia lemonade, people are already planning trips back just to have it! We got the BEST pictures because the venue is gorgeous, especially the wine cellar. Our ceremony was in the garden terrace and was absolutely beautiful. After hearing stories of what other brides went through, we constantly said to ourselves how lucky we were to have chosen Insignia. The day of the wedding, we walked in and everything was set up exactly the way we wanted. Our server was incredibly attentive. Our glasses were always full and whenever we made it back to our table he was waiting for us with food ready to be served. Mirela kept the day running smoothly and any time I needed anything she was there and ready to help without me even having to ask. The food was amazing, and having the cocktail party meant we could eat a little of everything (which was perfect because choosing a favorite is impossible). By the end of the night, they had everything packed up and ready to be loaded in our cars. It still puzzles me how they did it. In the words of some of our guests, Insignia had \"impeccable service\" and \"the best food they've had at a wedding.\" I couldn't agree more.

Mirela was very courteous and helped everything run so smoothly that it gave my bridesmaids, husband and I time to really enjoy the wedding and not worry about anything stressful! The wedding assistant Taylor was fantastic and such a sweetheart! Whatever we needed, he brought it right over and kept me in the loop of how everything was going, which calmed my nerves completely. Our server Kaven was exceptional and attentive. He made sure we ate, and whatever we didn't finish, he made sure to pack up everything so nicely for us to take to enjoy at home.Everything was phenomenal, and choosing Insignia for our wedding venue for both the ceremony and reception was the best decision we have made! Insignia has a gorgeous outdoor/indoor area for wedding ceremonies, and my husband and I opted to rent their GORGEOUS flower wall! It is entirely worth it! Our photos look stunning, and many of the guests raved about the decor! Mirela, Taylor, and the staff at Insignia were able to take all the decor and envision something beyond my expectations! My family and I were beyond happy with how everything turned out! They have an excellent eye for this, and their professionalism was beyond evident. We held the cocktail hour and the reception in a private room, and our guests loved everything! I am still receiving phone calls and messages from my family and friends about how delicious the food and excellent the cocktails were at Insignia! Many of my guests are planning to return to Insignia for dinner, and a few are planning to get married there as well! My word of advice: Don't look any further; contact Mirela at Insignia. I just had my wedding reception at Insignia 1/4/2020 and it was beyond what I expected. OUTSTANDING VENUE! I worked mostly with Mirela who was our maitre d the day of, and also with Marissa throughout the planning process. Both ladies deserve 5 Stars! The entire staff is extremely dedicated and attentive to all your personal touches to make the day special. They always replied quickly to any questions we had, etc. Kaven took care of my husband and I the day of the wedding and he was also fantastic. He always ensured we had plenty of food and drinks and regularly checked in to see if we needed anything throughout the night. The entire staff is friendly and helpful no matter who you are working with. I also highly recommend the bacon station and the nutella stuffed cookies as an exit station! Our guests were blown away by the quality of the food they were eating at a wedding. Weeks later we are still receiving phone calls about the amazing food and service from family and friends. Following the ceremony, I cherish the quiet moments that my husband and I had. We were given a platter of delicious cocktail hour food and had the opportunity to enjoy our just married excitement in private. Because Insignia is a restaurant, the food was perfection. We did a sit down meal with six entrees and our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! Our server was Josue and he was so attentive, friendly, and reliable. He had waters ready the moment I needed it, he had new drinks in our hands the second they looked close to empty, and served us absolutely every dish available! He made great recommendations and made our day perfect. I have to share how wonderful Mirela is. Going into planning a wedding, I was very nervous based on experiences I had heard about, but Mirela eased every concern I had every step of the way. She has handled my never ending questions for six months with quick and kind responses, she maintained a fun stress-free environment, she was calming when needed, and she coordinated the most perfect day. By the time we had our final details meeting, I knew it would be the best day of my life--and it was. Insignia is an incredible venue and I highly recommend that you check it out!

Where do I begin?! We knew after minutes of meeting Mirela at Insignia that this was where we wanted to have our wedding. We wanted a different vibe at our wedding, more of a restaurant kind of feel with a great atmosphere and that is exactly what we got! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect--not ONE problem! If I could give a 1 million star review I would. We got married 10.13.19 and thanks to the team at Insignia, it was the wedding I dreamed of and more. From start to finish, working with the team at Insignia was pleasant and reassuring. I knew that I wanted something different, but different often comes with a lot of work, stress, a large bill, and very little guarantee. However Insignia was everything I wanted, and nothing I didn’t all in one. What Mirela and the entire staff did that truly made our day what it was.From our first meeting to every email, Mirela answered every single one of my questions directly, honestly, and with care. There were no hidden policies or fees, and I never felt uneasy about a thing. She never forgot anything I asked for, never tried to disregard any concern, and went out of her way to make everything as easy, convenient and as straightforward as possible.A quick list of all the things Mirela and the staff did to accommodate us and make our wedding absolutely perfect: Perfectly set up all of our decor, and truly paid attention to all the details.Made extra time for our florist and their set up. Gave us our own display of appetizers during the cocktail hour and made sure we had time to eat them just the two of us.Mirela flawlessly orchestrated our ceremony procession and fixed my train before I walked down the aisle as well as secured my bustle during cocktail hour. Made sure all of our decor and personal items were together and ready to go, as well as packed up leftover food (which was amazing).They did literally everything without hesitation or an ounce of pushback.From the hostess, to the waiters, the bartenders, valet, and to our own personal attendant, every single person went above and beyond. They made our guests feel like they weren’t only attending a wedding, but that they were having their own night out where they were just as seen and important as anyone else.Our family and friends are still talking about the food. The appetizers blew away any wedding appetizers people have had before. Guests shared with us they felt that not only was the food the best they’ve ever eaten at a wedding, but that is was some of the best food they have ever eaten in general.At the bar, our guests absolutely loved that they could literally drink the best of anything they wanted, and they are still talking about the pomegranate martinis. At one point, a family member dropped a fork and as he was getting up to get a new one, one of the waiters had already noticed and replaced it for him. Our own attendant was so accommodating that not only were our champagne glasses never empty, but she made sure that they were never even the slightest bit warm, always bringing us chilled refills. Also worth noting that everyone always tells people when wedding planning is to make sure the bride and groom eats. It was impossible for us not to eat on our day. There was so much food brought right to us, and so much time for us to sit and eat that we felt so cared for.The morning after our wedding, a family member asked if anything went wrong or if there was anything I would have done differently. I had to stop and pause because I didn’t realize until she had asked, that not a single thing had gone wrong, and that there was not a single thing I would have done differently. I don’t think I could have said that if it were not for Insignia and Mirela.Our day felt as if it wasn’t just another wedding, but that ours was the only wedding.

When we were starting the search for a venue, we visited a few traditional reception halls - none of them felt like “us.” We decided to check out Insignia, and as soon as we walked in, we knew it was meant to be. From our first meeting with Mirela, she made the process a breeze. She was so supportive through the whole process, answering our million-and-one questions. She and the team were incredibly accommodating, willing to do whatever it took to make sure we were happy. On the day of the wedding, Mirela helped with last minute details, helping to setup our décor (place cards, favors, bubbles for the ceremony, etc.) and making sure every detail was covered. She even put the final touches on our wedding cake – after our florist and baker dropped things off, she added the cake topper and put fresh flowers on our cake – it came out exactly as I envisioned. During the chaos of cocktail hour & photographs, she made sure my husband and I had a few minutes to ourselves to rest and reflect; a private table was prepared for us to enjoy our appetizers. Our attendant Kaven was always nearby, offering us a fresh drink, serving our food, and making sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. People are still talking to us about the truffle Mac and cheese.I am a huge critic... and I don’t have one single negative thing to say about how our wedding day went. Insignia was the perfect venue for our wedding! We have always loved going to dinner there so when it was time to plan our wedding we knew Insignia was the perfect place. The staff was very accommodating with all of our request to help make our day perfect. They helped us create our own signature cocktails and had so many different food options to choose from. The venue is gorgeous and there are so many different places to capture some amazing photos. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to make sure we had the perfect day. I would highly recommend this venue for any special occasions.

Insignia was the perfect venue for our wedding! We have always loved going to dinner there so when it was time to plan our wedding we knew Insignia was the perfect place. The staff was very accommodating with all of our request to help make our day perfect. They helped us create our own signature cocktails and had so many different food options to choose from. The venue is gorgeous and there are so many different places to capture some amazing photos. I can't thank them enough for everything they did to make sure we had the perfect day. I would highly recommend this venue for any special occasions.

We got married at Insignia on 12/15/2018 and everything at the venue was perfect. Mirela and her staff did an amazing job coordinating everything and making the day as stress-free as possible. Even though we arrived to the venue late AND somehow lost all of our seating chart assignment cards, Mirela made sure that the event went off without a hitch. By the time the cocktail hour ended, she even had created a new visual representation of our seating chart and most of our guests had no idea that we even lost the cards. The food was absolutely amazing, and all of the extras were well worth the fees. The bourbon and cigar bar was a huge hit with the guests. We would absolutely recommend Insignia for your wedding or for any event! 5 stars without hesitation.

Insignia Steakhouse NAILED it! I truly had the best wedding experience on 9/9/18 and Insignia was the main reason for it. My husband and I are far from a traditional couple so when it came to picking a venue for our wedding we knew we wanted something uniquely different than your typical wedding hall atmosphere and Insignia was exactly that. We only had to visit two places to realize Insignia was the one. Not only were we immediately swept away with the gorgeous decor, delicious food and the option to have the entire restaurant to ourselves, it was really Mirela, our Banquet Sales Manager, who solidified our decision to book with Insignia for our wedding day ceremony and reception. Her sweet and welcoming, yet very professional personality made us feel like we were immediately in great hands. And we were! My husband, who is not the easiest to please, left our initial meeting so impressed by Mirela’s ability to sense our needs and cater to our personalities to a tee. She never once tried to oversell or make us feel like we had to book. She worked with us on pricing, answered each and every email (and there were a ton!) quickly and in detail, reassuring me everything would be perfect. And it truly was! She really was my go to girl for everything! On the day of Mirela coordinated everything to perfection, working with her staff and all of our other vendors on setup, scheduling and flow. Even when a few curve balls came her way, Mirela and team were on point! The food, service, and decor was outstanding! The compliments have not stopped and we couldn’t be happier with how it all turned out! To any future couple looking for an outside of the box venue that flawlessly delivers, I highly recommend Insignia Steakhouse!

All of our guests could not stop talking about the food and the exceptional service they experienced at Inisignia. We have probably been there at least a dozen times for dinner, but this was our first time being there for a wedding, and thankfully it was OUR wedding! We could not have asked for a better ceremony, cocktail hour, or reception. Every single pass around hors d'oeuvres was better than the next, and the sushi was fresh and incredible. The dinner was equally as amazing and after asking several guest what they chose, each meal was delicious (Filet, Strip, Skirt, Sea Bass, Salmon, etc). I didn't hear one negative thing the entire day except that it went too fast! Thank you again for all of your attention and guidance throughout the entire process. You cannot find a better venue on Long Island for a wedding. #facts

Insignia was where we had one of THE BEST days of our lives! I knew I wanted to have my reception here the moment I started my search! I really thought it was going to be out of our budget but we made it happen. Mirela (the maitre’d) is a sweetheart and an absolute pleasure to work with! She is very organized, very responsive to any questions and concerns you may have and ensured the party ran smoothly! The servers were very attentive to our guests! The bartenders (Jessica and Michael) kept the drinks flowing and that kept our guests VERY happy!! Insignia is yours for the day- the patios, the bar area, the dining room etc. The food is outstanding-it was creative, delicious and quite memorable. The apps did not disappoint-duck tacos, sliders, & bacon to name a few. Our guests raved about how the steak and salmon were cooked so perfectly. And the drinks— spot on!!! (The drinks pretty much sealed the deal for us-make sure to try them ALL!) Out of town guests even mentioned they would be back for a meal here!! Our friends and family can’t stop talking about what an amazing party we had! Our guests have requested we throw a party for our 1 year vow renewal! We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to celebrate our marriage at Insignia! It really went soooo fast make sure you take a moment to soak it all in and enjoy your special day! We met with Mirela back in April of 2018 in search of a venue for our September 7, 2018 wedding. My husband and I had a long list of must haves and no location was able to meet them until we met with Mirela, our wedding coordinator at Insignia. Over the next 6 months Mirela responsed to every crazy email, request and even last minute overwhelmed bride melt-down tantrum with not only an extremely prompt response but also the perfect solution. No request was ever too big or a problem. We cannot say enough good things about her. Such a pleasure. And Mirela kept it up and was right by our side throughout the reception, making sure all our needs were met and that everything ran on schedule. Mirela’s example was followed by the entire staff. Every server at our reception was beyond attentive and even intuitive to the needs of our guests. The service was just impeccable! And of course the food was to die for. It’s a week later and people are still calling and texting talking about how that was not only the best wedding food they have ever had, but the best meal they have ever had. Insignia was hands down absolute perfection from start to finish and made our wedding our favorite day ever.

We had the most perfect wedding at Insignia on January 6th 2018. I cannot say enough good things about this venue. This was a second marriage for both my husband and I and so we were looking for a different experience, rather than your typical Long Island wedding. We wanted a small, elegant affair to share with some close friends and family and a top notch dining experience. As soon as we walked in and spoke with Mirela, we knew we had to book our wedding here and we couldn’t have been happier. Our day was perfect. Everyone on staff was friendly, extremely attentive and so professional. I can’t say enough about the food-it is unbelievable. My guests are still talking about how amazing the cocktail hour and dinner was. As a gluten-free bride and a foodie, I was apprehensive about what my choices would be. Mirela worked closely with me and staff to make sure I had a variety of things to eat. They also accommodated guests that had special dietary needs. It is this kind of attention to detail that helps make Insignia so special. This venue is also beautiful, and the wine cellar was a nice place to take wedding pictures.Originally, we had met with Mirela and worked with her on most of the plans. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Just a few weeks before the wedding, Mirela informed me that she was not going to be available the day of our wedding but assured me that we are in good hands with Keri. As a bride, I was a little uneasy about this transition but after meeting with Keri, all of my anxiety disappeared. Keri is not only a genuinely sweet person, Keri went above and beyond to make sure this day was special in every way. I received so many compliments from family, guests and vendors on how she made every transition seamless.I would like to thank Mirela and Keri and everyone at Insignia for making our wedding day so special. We had our wedding at Insignia on 07/28 and from start to finish it was amazing! Mirela and her team were top notch. I did not have to worry or think about anything all I had to do was have a good time. They worked with me to set up the rooms exactly how I envisioned it and it was absolutely stunning. Our personal server Sean was phenomenal. He was there the entire day I was never with out food or a drink or anything else I needed. The food was outrageous. My guests are still talking about how it was the best \"wedding food\" they have ever had. It was not catering hall food at all it was delicious steak house food. I could not have asked for a better day! They made my wedding dreams come true! me and my husband are actually going back on our one month anniversary to enjoy the food again. I don’t even know where to begin! We got married at Insignia on 7/21/18 and still have not stopped receiving phone calls from family and friends that it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. Over a year ago, when we began the venue process, we knew we wanted different. We had been to over 15 weddings before ours, all using the typical venue and wedding day timeline and it just wasn’t for us. We did visit some of the best in the business — including the Harbor Club, Carltun, Fox Hollow— and nothing even came close to comparing to Insignia. Plus — once we met Mirela it was a done deal. She’s the absolute best! So warm and down to earth — she truly cares about each of her brides and couples as if it’s the only wedding she has to worry about. Food — I will guarantee you won’t even close come to the food at Insignia. Two salad options, 5 entrees(unheard of) and three desserts. No other venue can beat that. Cocktail hour - 10 different passed apps all done butler style — which is the way to go! You can’t juggle a plate and a drink and a purse and possible be able to talk to everyone you want. Our guests loved that they could catch up with old friends and an app would come around to them! We splurged on the sushi platters and was well worth the money. So incredibly fresh and delicious. Everyone was raving! My husband and I wanted to change the signature drinks and we met Mirela one Sunday afternoon and her and the bartender made us nine different full sized ones to choose from — all on them! You won’t get that service anywhere else either. On our wedding day our nerves and emotions were so high my husband and I didn’t want to eat our dinner because we wanted to make sure we could enjoy it and Mirela and Kaven (our personal attendant who was fantastic) packed everything up — all the sides and salads and we enjoyed the next day together! I just can’t say enough!! Brides don’t make the mistake of going anywhere else but Insignia. I promise you you’ll have the time of your life and so will each and everyone of your guests! To Mirela and the entire Insignia staff — thank you thank you thank you from the bottom of our hearts! We will see on our anniversary!! xoxo

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! We wanted our wedding to stand out and be special and it was all that and more!!! I had how many people come up to me afterwards to tell me that our wedding was the best they've ever been to! Everyone's been to so many weddings and they've all become very cookie cutter but Insignia will give you a wedding that will knock everyone's socks off!!! The food was so great I felt like everyone who was there was giving us compliments (and they're still calling us about it)! Mirela was absolutely fantastic! Not only was she super sweet while answering ALL my questions but her attention to detail was unbelievable. I even had people complimenting the staff and how attentive they were and we had a buffet! Insignia gave us an absolutely breathtaking wedding that was unlike anything any of our guests had been to and they're still raving about it!!!

The food was so great I felt like everyone who was there was giving us compliments (and they're still calling us about it)! Mirela was absolutely fantastic! Not only was she super sweet while answering ALL my questions but her attention to detail was unbelievable. I even had people complimenting the staff and how attentive they were and we had a buffet! Insignia gave us an absolutely breathtaking wedding that was unlike anything any of our guests had been to and they're still raving about it!!!

Our coordinator, Mirela was a dream to work with and made sure that our day went perfectly! The food was top notch and all our guests enjoyed the ambiance. There are really no words for Mirela and her team other than freaking amazing. She was such a joy to work with. Very prompt with her email responses (she is off Monday’s and Tuesday) Super accommodating. Very attentive the day of. Even after, she was able to locate and hold our misplaced champagne flutes. The food was delicious, our guests are still raving about cocktail hour and the creamed spinach! Worth every penny!!! We had beautiful weather, so guests were able to lounge outside. My surprise cigar box for my new husband was such a hit we needed more cigars. We’ve been married two weeks and every weekend I just want to do it again. Mirela thank you so much! Every bride wants there day to be perfect... but for me, I wanted my wedding to be different. My husband and I have been to a few weddings and while all of them are great.. we knew we didn't want the typical hall wedding. After getting engaged we jumped into wedding planning mode and started visiting venue after venue, weekend after weekend, after a few months we had nothing! I remember being in tears and feeling like I would never find what I wanted. After a few months and a ton of research Insignia came up on our radar. Who would have thought.. wedding at a steak house? After visiting the venue for the first time I felt like my prayers had been answered! Finally a place I could see us getting married! And after meeting Mirela and her staff we knew this was the place we had to get married. That night I went home and read every single review... there was not one negative comment and now we know why ! She is so detail oriented and organized when it came down to the week of the wedding. Everything was discussed, and nothing was missed. She took the necessary time to answer every one of my questions no matter how crazy they were. She is extremely kind,caring and knew what to say to make me feel that everything was going to go off without a hitch! And did it! All I remember is seeing Mirela as soon as I walked in Saturday April 28th. I took my first sigh of relief at that moment and knew everything was going to be GREAT. The day was absolute perfect! I know everyone is concerned with having a day wedding... but in that venue it can't be done any other way. Everyone told me how much fun they had sitting outside on the couches, at the bar and especially out on the dance floor. There was something for everyone. Me and my husband were super concerned that we would miss cocktail hour, getting caught up talking to people and all. Mirela made sure that she pulled us aside and gave me and my husband some much needed time together and were able to enjoy every single appetizer. Sean was our waiter for the night and always made sure he had a fresh drink for us at all times! After the wedding ended we never felt like they were rushing us out.. everyone moved into the bar area and made for a smooth transition to the next part of the day!. We can't thank Insignia enough for making our wedding everything we hoped and dreamed for! We cant wait to go back every year and have our anniversary dinner!

We got married in late October and we’re so lucky to be able to have the outside patio area open. It was awesome, all our pictures came out so beautiful. Insignia photographs wonderfully. I suffer from anxiety and I was positive I wasn’t going to be able to fully enjoy my day because of it, but she took all the stress away and made me feel at ease every step of the way, from planning to day of. Mirela is amazing and kept me calm throughout the entire wedding planning process. We heard great things before week booked but as soon as we met Mirela, we knew this was the place for us! She is so good at what she does! Besides being one of the nicest people I have ever met, she made us feel comfortable from the beginning, answering every question I had before I even had to ask. She had everything covered from beginning to end and didn't miss a beat!! I honestly cant say enough good things about her. We just knew we wanted something different, and something that stood out from all the usual catering halls. Insignia is beautiful. Modern and classy and seriously the best food on Long Island. Our guest are still texting and calling us and our parents to say how fabulous everything was, especially the food! The Filet Mignon and the Chicken were favorites, and the Sushi was amazing!! And the Truffle Mac & Cheese is beyond!!! We choose the buffet style and it was perfect. So much more casual and relaxed, definitely the way to go if you want to spend most of the day drinking and dancing! Plus the Bar is huge and the staff was wonderful! They really had everything covered, nobody waited for a drink all day! And the signature cocktails were delicious. Even cocktail hour, the wait staff were very professional and friendly telling people about all of the amazing options and they brought them out non stop! Not like other places where you have to wait by the kitchen and chase them around. They have it down to a science! Our favs: duck tacos, Kobe beef sliders, spring rolls, and crab cakes! Everything was amazing! I cant say enough, just trust me and book your wedding here! You will not be sorry, it was awesome!! This was the first and last venue I saw - I was sold on the first meeting with Mirela and booked it that evening. The atmosphere is classic, casual and comfortable and it was the perfect blend of elegant and laid back that made our wedding even more enjoyable. Mirela was attentive for over a year to every detail and question, and made me feel so special and important. The food and drinks were amazing and I haven't stopped hearing about it since! I know my family enjoyed spreading out, some hit the dance floor and others preferred the more quiet outdoor seating area- but everyone was still close to the action. besides the venue being unique and beautiful on it's own, the food was incredible and such a wide spread- no one left hungry. Mirela was nothing short of incredible throughout the whole process. My husband and I had our Scottish/ Italian-American wedding at Insignia on 7.29.17 and people are still telling us how great a time they had!From the beginning we were looking for a venue that was far from the typical catering hall. I was set on a venue in Brooklyn but we decided it was still worth checking out Insignia. We fell in love with it right away, but it was Mirela who was our deciding factor. From the moment we sat down with her we knew we had to have our wedding at Insignia. She was relaxed, helpful and easy to speak with. The food is out of this world, drink options are endless, the decor is so beautiful that it saves so much money on centerpieces and lighting and the very best part is you have the whole restaurant to yourself, giving your guests freedom to experience what they like. It's absolutely fantastic how much you get for your money. The team at Insignia are professional and super friendly. And let me say this again... The food is out of this world!!!!My only compliant was our ceremony was a bit dark. Would have liked it better lit or curtains all open for photos but what are gonna do?! Still the most amazing day! We couldn't be happier with our choice of venue. Thank you, Mirela and Insignia for our dream wedding come true!

Amazing day!! My husband and I had our Scottish/ Italian-American wedding at Insignia on 7.29.17 and people are still telling us how great a time they had!From the beginning we were looking for a venue that was far from the typical catering hall. I was set on a venue in Brooklyn but we decided it was still worth checking out Insignia. We fell in love with it right away, but it was Mirela who was our deciding factor. From the moment we sat down with her we knew we had to have our wedding at Insignia. She was relaxed, helpful and easy to speak with. The food is out of this world, drink options are endless, the decor is so beautiful that it saves so much money on centerpieces and lighting and the very best part is you have the whole restaurant to yourself, giving your guests freedom to experience what they like. I got married at Insignia on August 12th this year. I can not even write this review without tears of joy pouring from my eyes. Insignia gave me the absolute BEST day of my life. They were incredible from booking to packing up my stuff after the event. They did not skip a single beat AND they added beats I didn't even know existed! We did our reveal, ceremony and reception at Insignia and they were over the top accomodating the entire time. Mirela made me feel confident that my wedding would be the best and then she proved it to me. My guests have not stopped raving about the beauty of the place, the top of the line delicious food and remarkably friendly and efficient staff. I am not pleased, I am blown away. Really, truly, if you want the best day of your life, there is no better place than Insignia. I am so grateful to Insignia and my husband and I look forward to celebrating our anniversary with them every year!Don't pick a venue until you have seen this one!Congratulations and Best of Luck to all you future beautiful Brides!

Mirela and her staff were EXTREMELY accommodating including last minute changes and unexpected mistakes on our part. The guests were RAVING the entire night to us and all of their friends at work (small world because it came back to us!) about how amazing everything was. WOW! Insignia left us speechless, in addition to our wedding guests! Words can not express how amazing Insignia made our wedding reception. The venue is absolutely stunning, we did not need to jazz it up with crazy decor because the venue speaks for itself! The FOOD and DRINKS were out of this world. Our guests are still calling us to tell us how delicious the cocktail hour was, dinner and dessert in addition to how great the venue was. They loved the outdoor seating!! Mirella the event organizer really went above and beyond to make our day SO perfect. Her attention to detail is impeccable, I had given her some decor to place around for a personalized touch and it turned out beautiful. She made sure my husband and I ate, had a drink in our hands and helped make the entire event flow. Keeping us on track with time, without stressing us out one bit. I had no idea how to bushel my dress, Mirella came to the rescue and boom! My dress was bussled and I was back on the dance floor. She also did a fantastic job organizing our bridal party, and helped when the ring bearer wanted to be held and calmed him down (How sweet?!). Insignia was truly a dream come true, and defiantly a venue that blew other venues out the water! They truly cater to YOU on your special day, since they only host one event. What a wonder day we had, and can't wait to come back for our anniversary.

I know this is going to seem strange, but I wanted to write this review BEFORE our wedding. Mirela has been absolutely fabulous throughout the entire process. You have to understand you will have difficult decisions to make when selecting the options you want served at your wedding . Each tastes deliciously unique and presentation is sophisticated. Also, realize the restaurant layout is smartly planned. Our guests had so many areas to go to. We had an incredible DJ, and for those who wanted to take a break from dancing could easily walk back into the dining room or into the bar quarters and order any cocktail they desired (jalapeno margarita!) and take a moment to relax and chat.They could chill at the enormous wrap around bar, or sit in the sun on the blue stone patio under a pergola. The décor? Geesh!! They nailed it!I woke up to 206 texts all claiming an amazing and memorable experience. We just got married yesterday, more texts are still coming in, lol.Thank You Mirela!
