A Picture-Perfect Start to Forever
IronOaks at Sun Lakes offers both indoor and outdoor spaces to host your dream wedding. Located just south of Chandler, we are in the heart of the East Valley with scenic Arizona views and close proximity to downtown Chandler. We uniquely offer a waterfront ceremony with a mountain landscape, unbeatable sunset views and an event team dedicated to helping your wedding day run seamlessly. Our ceremony arch is the perfect frame to capture your "I do". We host wedding ceremonies, receptions and celebrations on our scenic Ceremony Grove. With a capacity of up to 200 guests, this area is very versatile. The space features newly installed turf, a water fountain, and customizable arch. Our largest indoor space is out Grand Ballroom which will be newly renovated by September 2023. Our other spaces include the Bradford room, the Alcove, the library, and our Billiard's room. Each of these unique spaces are multipurpose and are often set up for brides and grooms to have a relaxation and get-ready space. We also provide recommended vendor suggestions for your memorable day, including photographers, calligraphers, DJs, and more. Our complimentary amenities include house tables with chairs, linens, glassware, a menu tasting, ceremony rehearsal, grounds for photography, a golf cart ride to photos, and a rehearsal dinner upon request. IronOaks offers both plated and buffet style packages as well as kid's menu pricing. We also offer day-after-wedding brunch and day-of-lunch dor menu ordering through our restaurant.

Amazing! My husband and I were suppose to get married in April of 2020, well that was before the country shut down. We still got married but postponed the ceremony to 2021. Ashley Mills was hands down the best person to work with, even during a pandemic she was always there to help and support us with every step when planning our wedding day. Ashley always had a smile when we worked with her and always willing to help with ideas. The venue is absolutely gorgeous, the food is amazing and the staff is incredible. Ashley helped make our smaller than planned wedding seem as if we did not have half as many people. I could go on and on about the amazing experience we have received over the last two years working with Ashley and her team, but there are not enough words. It was hands down the best day and honestly even better than we imagined. Blew my expectations out of the water and I would definitely work with Ashley and her team. They say planning a wedding is stressful, but honestly my experience was stress free and I am so glad we were able to have our wedding here.

Amazing!! This place had everything we wanted and more. The location is absolutely stunning I wanted to be near water and to have an outdoor ceremony and Ashley was able to deliver just that. The prices were affordable but still had all the bells and whistles that we wanted. Ashley was incredibly due to covid we had to postpone and make some changes but she was able to make it all happen. She has nothing but positive vibes and will do everything she can to make your day as special as you dreamed of.

Amazing!! This place had everything we wanted and more. The location is absolutely stunning I wanted to be near water and to have an outdoor ceremony and Ashley was able to deliver just that. The prices were affordable but still had all the bells and whistles that we wanted. Ashley was incredibly due to covid we had to postpone and make some changes but she was able to make it all happen. She has nothing but positive vibes and will do everything she can to make your day as special as you dreamed of.

STUNNING! I found this venue on the Knot after looking at soo many options and was in awe at how perfect it was! Due to COVID we had to limit so many things about our wedding but Ashley helped us a ton and our day was absolutely perfect. The price was awesome and completely in budget for us and we had a beautiful ceremony outside with a dinner buffet to follow. I cannot recommend IronOaks enough, it was simply wonderful and the easiest choice!

The staff was on top of everything, we didn't have to worry about a thing. Ashley is a gem and amazing at what she does. She listens, makes suggestions where she feels appropriate, and she owns it. From the moment we met, we just connected and I knew she was going to execute a beautiful day for us. With the stress of Covid and planning a wedding, Ashley made it fun, stress free and allowed us a day filled with perfect moments where we were able to enjoy every minute of it. Our wedding day was amazing, minus the golf carts riding past our reception that took place outside. We were told they would be blocked off during that time . But that didn't happen. 🙃.. Ashely was absolutely amazing during the whole process though. She was attentive and helped make our vision come to life! She made it all happen in a mo the too!! Which I didn't believe was possible.. gave a us great option when it came to the food and had a beautiful set us outside for us. We gave her a generous tip just because she really went above and beyond the whole way through. I found out later we had a table blew over before I walked Down the isle and she quickly did a turnover on it before I even notice!! Which was a great to know, so I wouldn't stress out lol. My guest were able to grab drinks from the bar as much as they wanted during the reception and the venues staff were pretty awesome too. Just wish they had a better handle on their residents and those golf carts lol. But other then that we had an amazing time and I'd highly recommend this venue for your small or big wedding party. ( I know the limit right now during covid-19 was only 50 guest) we had 31 which was perfect for us. Small and intimate was our style and fall festive 🤗.

Ashley paid attention to detail and continued to communicate with me throughout the entire process. The chef was very flexible with regard to accomodating special dietary needs of our guests. Absolutely amazing job!!! From the moment I contacted Ashley via email (I live in Florida) she was so helpful and she definitely got my vision. I had no wedding coordinator so everything was via phone calls and emails. Trough the whole process she made me feel that everything was going to be great, and guess what!? I was!!! Our wedding date was 02/22/2020. The whole week was gorgeous temps on the 70’s all of the sudden There was rain forecast for my wedding day. Omg I was so stressed and bummed cause I wanted my ceremony under the nice arch and the beautiful view. She showed us alternatives to have our ceremony. It rained and we had to go with plan B but omg it was such a beautiful setting. When I walked down the isle and saw what a gorgeous job Ashley has done, the rain didn’t bothered me anymore. Well as we were signing the marriage license, the sun came up :) Working with Ashley was a pleasure and I will hire her again and again. She is not only your coordinator she will become your friend. Thanks Girl for our special day.

We had our reception here, and it went perfect. The food was great and on time, drinks were served just as we had requested; the cake was cut by the servers and was well distributed among guests. I mean, we had a blast! Furthermore, we are very very grateful to Ashley, because the whole reception wouldn't have been amazing, if it wasn't for her. So, we were not in town to organize everything, but Ashley was very helpful and resourceful to us. She was always there to answer our endless emails and was very kind. I would highly recommend the venue.

I was a guest at the wedding this past weekend, and the wedding was beautiful!! The food was amazing, and the decorations were perfect. Best decision I made in planning my reception! The venue was gorgeous, but what really set it apart was the coordinator and her staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my special day was perfect! I was truly blown away at how thoughtful and hard working they all were. I felt they truly cared about making my event memorable. Best decision I made in planning my reception! The venue was gorgeous, but what really set it apart was the coordinator and her staff. They went above and beyond to make sure my special day was perfect! I was truly blown away at how thoughtful and hard working they all were. I felt they truly cared about making my event memorable. I will recommend them to anyone in a heart beat!

We had our wedding and reception at this venue last August and Ashley made everything seamless for us. She was very professional and was very accommodating with all our requests. The venue was beautiful and the staff did an excellent job with keeping to our timelines. Our wedding was memorable and we are happy that we chose this venue and Ashley as our coordinator.

The venue its self is absolutely gorgeous! Pair that with the most amazing coordinator Ashley Mills, the seriously delicious food they prepair, the courtiousness of all employees, a beautiful sunset, and a glass of wine and I could not have been more happy finding this little gem to have my wedding at. Even if this place was a dump I think I would still have had my wedding here because of how perfect Ashley was! She probably could have made it look gorgeous regardless too! But luckily they have the beautiful green scenery and large lake with a fountain that made the outdoor ceremony and pictures to die for during sunset.

The venue at IronOaks was absolutely stunning for our wedding day. IronOaks provided the most beautiful and intimate setting for both our cocktail hour outside and wedding reception inside. The food was delicious and elegant, many of our guests went to the stations for seconds and even thirds. It was evident the staff invested their time and efforts in the many details of our wedding as not one detailed was overlooked. Meeting with Ashley was not only fun, but also informative of the many options that were available to us at the IronOaks venue. We wanted a place that we could celebrate our wedding with our family and friends to the early morning hours of 2 a.m. Ashley Mills made sure that everything ran smoothly that day, and if anything didn't run as planned we had no idea about it. We were able to personalize everything for our Sports Themed wedding, which Ashley Mills greatly supported and provided even more ideas to consider. The IronOaks venue worked very well with our outside vendors and when we saw the ballroom, we were absolutely speechless by how breathtaking the room looked with the flowers and linens that glowed in the endless candlelight. Ashley checked in with us when we arrived and had a beautiful bottle of Rose awaiting us! Everything we envisioned for our wedding was made possible by Ashley Mills and her amazing team at IronOaks!

Carolyn Robertson (Coordinator) Originally from Ohio, Carolyn has spent the last 9+ years traveling the United States holding multiple leadership roles during Casino Grand Openings for Penn Entertainment. Her focus during her time in the Casino industry was Player Development and Marketing- creating over the top unique experiences for their VIP guests. Carolyn, in search of a change of pace, moved to Arizona and joined IronOaks planning weddings, events, and meetings.
