A Stunning Historic Venue on Newport Harbor
IYRS School of Technology & Trades (also known as the International Yacht Restoration School) sits directly on Newport Harbor and offers stunning views of the harbor and a truly authentic nautical feel. In the summer, megayachts line the nearby wharves, creating a stunning backdrop for your event. The most unique waterfront venue in Newport, historic Restoration Hall offers soaring ceilings, beautiful windows, and the rustic feel of our wooden boatbuilding shop. Just outside the Restoration Hall doors lies the beautiful IYRS wharf overlooking Newport Harbor and the Newport Pell Bridge. From May 15 to October 15, the reservation of Restoration Hall also includes the use of the IYRS wharf. Restoration Hall can accommodate up to 400 guests for a cocktail-style event or up to 250 for a seated dinner or presentation. On-site parking is available. Availability is based on IYRS's educational & events calendar. Fee is for the space rental only and does not include tent (should you want one), tables, chairs, etc. Current pricing can be found at https://www.iyrs.edu/about/room-rentals.
