Selecting Jacques Catering for our wedding was undeniably one of the best decisions my husband and I made during our wedding planning journey. Aimeeâs first phone call in response to my initial inquiry about needing a gluten-free wedding put me at ease and I immediately knew this was the right place. Speaking of, one of the standout features of Jacques was their impeccable attention to dietary needs. My now husband has celiac disease, and ensuring a gluten-free experience for him, his mother, and his grandmother was paramount. The team at Jacques went above and beyond. Aimee was happily involved with creating a menu that was not just gluten-free but also delicious and diverse. In fact, the majority of our final menu was gluten-free, showcasing their dedication to accommodating special dietary requirements without compromising on taste. They made gluten-free tempura, crab cakes, and changed up some classic hand-out appetizers to make sure they fit our needs. Anything that wasn't gluten-free (which was really just one or two things at the end of the night) was marked clearly and any potential cross-contamination was minimized.The collaboration process was seamless. Aimee and the rest of the staff worked closely with us to understand our preferences and vision for the wedding, ensuring that every detail was tailored to our liking. Where do I begin! We want to first say thank you to Aimee who is the Sales Manager for Jacques Reception. Aimee is absolutely amazing in every way possible. She was able to provide a tour of their amazing and updated facility, options on packages, setting up food tasting and being able to work within your budget as best as possible! Aimee is so sweet and caring! She goes out of her way to make sure that your special night or event goes as planned! Aimee is always reachable by phone, text or email and will go out of her way to answer any and all questions you may have even when you ask her the same question 10 times. We can't thank her enough for everything she has done to make our wedding night on November 4th so special and memorable. Now the food, staff and venue, if you aren't stopping to check out Jacques, you are absolutely missing out! Jacques is absolutely beautiful inside and out. The entire venue makes you want to drop your jaw on how beautiful and magical it truly is. The food: we were able to go to a food tasting and multiple bridal showcases and the food made us fall in love with the venue over and over again. If you haven't stopped by to try their food at a Bridal Showcase, you're really missing out! The staff: We had Mary as our Maitre d' and she was absolutely amazing! We were able to meet her during rehearsal and she made sure to sit down with us and go over where we wanted all our decorations. She went above and beyond checking in on us during the night to see how we were feeling, if we needed a drink, if we ate enough. We want to thank Mary and the rest of the Jacques staff for pulling off an amazing and special night for us!Like I said before, if you haven't stopped by or given Aimee a call to set up an appointment, I'm telling you, you're definitely missing out on having amazing food, an amazing venue, amazing staff and most importantly.. an amazing wedding night or other special event! Jacques was absolutely AMAZING for our wedding day! Aimee and her staff made sure that every little detail was perfect and our bridal party, family and friends had the best time. Aimee makes you feel truly special, she will do anything to make sure that everyone is happy and having a wonderful time! The food was absolutely delicious and so many different options from cocktail hour to dinner choices. The staff at Jacques made sure that by the end of our wedding all of our guest left with the biggest smiles on their faces! I would totally recommend this venue to anyone looking for a truly amazing place to celebrate their wedding or any special events!! There are so many things to be said about Jacques! From their beautiful venue to their amazing staff! Everything was perfect for my wedding! The food is to die for! Jacques gave us everything and then some to make our day special. Aimee was extremely helpful with any questions before our wedding. The entire staff the day of the event made everything run so clean and smooth it was truly amazing. The food was fantastic, would highly recommend the smashed potato bar!! It was like a fairytale. The staff was so nice and attentive. My only regret is not eating more than a little plate, because the food was so great! But I was too busy and excited to eat! All my guests raved about the food, how gorgeous the venue was, etc. Itâs very hard to make me happy, and my day, although it went fast, was perfect!

Had our wedding at Jacques Reception Center 4/22/23. It was perfect. From the atmosphere to food, it was our dream wedding. All the staff was kind and approachable. Communication with the venue was also so easy and they go above and beyond to assist with making the day perfect. Both the cocktail hour room and the ballroom are stunning. The lighting around the dance floor is also an extra special touch. Along with us, our guests cannot stop raving about beautiful it was and how delicious the food was. Highly recommend for all of these reasons.

We used Jacques Catering for our wedding, and it was spectacular! Our guests are still talking about how delicious the food was! Aimee and her staff were a joy to work with throughout the entire wedding process. They truly are wedding experts! Aimee was able to work with our location to bring our vision to life in the most magical way! The day off staff working set up and catering were extremely friendly and accommodating. Not only did we feel catered to as the bride and groom (we actually ate until we were full!), but the staff also made sure our elderly family members were treated with the same VIP experience. I highly recommend Jacques for wedding food that does not taste or look like the wedding food guests are (sadly) expecting!

Jacques is an absolute breathtaking DREAM come true. From the moment my husband and I stepped foot into the building and met Aimee we KNEW we were going to get married there. Aimee was an absolute blessing to work with! She answered every single question I had and made me feel completely heard and I gave my FULL trust to her. She helped guide us through the whole process and made us feel like family. She is such a warm hearted person and the venue ⌠BREATHTAKING! The food ⌠OUTSTANDING! Aimee was an absolute blessing to work with! She answered every single question I had and made me feel completely heard and I gave my FULL trust to her. She helped guide us through the whole process and made us feel like family. She is such a warm hearted person and the venue ⌠BREATHTAKING! The food ⌠OUTSTANDING! From the initial meeting, walking us through the day to the actual day, she was there for us every step of the way. Aimee certainly thought of and asked about things we would have ever considered! Aimee is patient and a wedding expert. On our wedding day her staff arrived promptly and took care of every need. They could not be more professional or helpful. Keeping your wedding on somewhat of a schedule so everything you asked for fits must be their specialty because nothing felt rushed or missed. The food was amazing. The cocktail hour we selected guests are still talking about and more than once we have been told \"that was the first wedding Ive been too where dinner was hot and fresh when served\". Our wedding was on 8/29/20 and let me tell you, no venue has been more attentive and accommodating to a couple trying to have their wedding during COVID than Jacques. Aimee was one of the main reasons we booked this venue more than a year ago. She is beyond just kind and helpfulâshe is extremely attentive, responsive, and brings your dream wedding to life (even with crazy COVID restrictions). She has the best personality and we just clicked with her from the first time we met her. We are so lucky to have had her as our go-to person during the planning process and honestly we are going to miss chatting with her so much! You will NOT be disappointed if you make your choice with Jacques. The food was OUTSTANDING. Our guests were raving about it all night! They are an all-inclusive venue with so many wonderful features that help a bride and groom on a budgetâcenterpieces, escort cards, table numbers, champagne flutes and cake serving utensils, and much more. While COVID didnât allow us to have our wedding inside the gorgeous venue, we still had a beautiful and phenomenal wedding outside under a tent with string lights in their ceremonial gardens. They made it safe for all of our guests too! Everyone had a wonderful memorable time, and we canât imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The service was INCREDIBLE also. Do not hesitate with Jacquesâ they are there for us brides and grooms every step of the way and deliver 1000%!

Ok so I don't normally take the time to write these things. I say I will and then get distracted. So this may be long and way past due, I have been married now for over a year. Well for us, that wasnt the case and after more then a year of being there for my family and helping to create so many memories I've decided to give Aimee the recognition she deserves. My husband and I set out like any couple to find the perfect wedding venue. There were so many choices. When we went to this venue we were amazed at how beautiful and open it felt. The venue had everything we wanted! The difference between this venue and other venues was Aimee. From day one she listened to our wants and needs, she gave us pointers and tips, offered advice when asked and even stepped in when I got overwhelmed. She checked in on us through the process and worked with us on our budget. The worries I had, the what ifs that came up.. well Aimee just eased my fears and worries and made sure everything went perfectly. From the entry to the exit, everything was exquisite. My wedding became one people still talk about! One of the greatest days of my life! The venue, the food, the staff...AMAZING!!So what about since then...well let's just say I gained a friend and a deep love for the venue and the food and the staff. We have done christmas parties, casual events, during covid we enjoyed catered food at our dinner table. Celebrated family events, where Aimee personally made sure everything was done right! In Novemeber, my beautiful sister will also be celebrating her wedding here!!! There are alot of things that will go into your final decision of where you well celebrate your wedding, I assure you if you give Aimee a call you will be amazed!!! Jacques is the perfect venue for any event, large or small. We had about 130 people attend our wedding and we used the full ballroom, which is beautiful. Aimee worked with us on pricing, menu options, layout, etc. She will give her honest opinion and will never guide you in the wrong direction.Jacques provides candelabra centerpieces that are so pretty and add a nice touch to the room. The top candle can also come off and flowers can be placed on top. We decided to put flowers on top of the candelabra on every other table. Jacques also has a photo booth that can be used for your event! Props were provided and there was a person who stayed with the photobooth all night and helped people put pictures into an album. At the end of the night they even gave us a flashdrive with all of the pictures!The food...I read tons of reviews about how great the food was, but I had never been to an event here before. Going to the bridal show really helped a lot with this because there was a full cocktail hour! For our cocktail hour, we had three stations (The Wok was a HUGE hit), h'dourves, and chafing dishes. We customized some of the food which was a nice touch! The tortellini with vodka sauce was out of this world! I wish I could eat that every day!During the reception, we had the fruit cups which was very cute and delicious, followed by the salad, and either Champagne Chicken, Chateaubriand, or Salmon. Everyone loved all of it. The dessert was amazing! A cake was included with our package and it was delicious and absolutely beautiful. The d'oeuvres dessert was sooooo good. The nutella cheesecake dumplings and the cookies and milk were huge hits!Jacques Reception Center is beautiful and Aimee made everything so special and perfect for us. If you want a place that takes all your stress away, look no further then Jacques Reception Center. From when we first met Aimee, we knew we were in great hands. She really knows her stuff and will answer any and ALL questions you may have. The venue is absolutely stunning! The food, my goodness you will not find any other place with more delicious food. The staff, TOP NOTCH. Mary went above and beyond, I mean WAY above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us as well day of. If my glass was getting low, it was filled before I even realized. If the food came out and I was sitting with guests, she made sure to remind me that the food was out and to go have some. I honestly could not have dreamed of a more perfect venue or staff to have our wedding at and with. Thank you all for all of your hard work to make our day so special. My guests are STILL raving about it.

My husband and I just celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary at Jacques. Never having had a wedding reception or a big party before we didn't know what to expect or where to start. Enter Aimee Newby, she was amazing! She worked within our budget and made sure we didn't feel as though we were lacking or missing anything. She gave us tips on final guest count, menu selection, and room layout. She even set up our center pieces and escort cards. Aimee is very attentive and makes you feel more like a friend, not just another client.Everyone raved about the food, and the venue! My only regret is that the night went too fast! I would highly recommend Jacques Reception center, especially with Aimee!! Our party exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to future events there!

Aimee was awesome the whole we worked with her. She answered every single question I had and she always made time to speak or meet with me. She made sure I had everything I wanted as far as the room and how I wanted it set up. All of our guests couldnât stop talking about how amazing everything was and everyone complimented the food. We got married about 2 weeks ago and when we see people they still bring up how delicious the food was and how cocktail hour outside was awesome. If you are undicivice about this venue I highly recommend it and promise you wonât regret it, itâs beautiful and the food is delicious!

From the moment we booked our wedding with Aimee Newby the experience we had was incredible. We were not just another wedding for them. My wedding meant as much to them as it did me. Aimee could easily be reached to answer questions and give advice. The food was outstanding and the venue beautiful. I will never forget walking in that night and thinking \"this is my fairytale!\" Aimee took the time to get to know me and that showed in her great attention to detail. My guests talked about that night for weeks after. I couldn't be happier with the way my wedding turned out. Aimee Newby and Jacques made my dream come true!

My husband and I eloped in a private ceremony, when it came time to have our wedding reception we already knew Jacques was the company for us! I do not know where to begin. This place is BEAUTIFUL. We had our cocktail hour outside in the patio section. With the waterfall on, this spot became a photo favorite!! At night it was AMAZING all lit up and another photo opportunity.Inside the hall is beautiful and spacious. We had little over 200 people and used the whole building and we did not feel lost or cramped. The room can be divided in half if need be to we were told if we had a smaller party.My favorite part, the food. MIND BLOWN!!!! For cocktail hour we had crab cakes, coconut shrimp, pasta station, filet mignonette, and more. ALL WERE INCREDIBLE. Then for dinner we decided to do a buffet style. BEST DECISION EVER. We had a Mash Potato Bar station (A MUST), Mexican station, then eggplant and chicken Parmesan, vegetables, short ribs, and a carving station with prime rib (YES!! YUM!! TASTY!!).The staff was incredible the servers and bartenders were hard at work and you wouldnât even notice them there with how quick they were!Aimee was our Maitre De and THANK YOU because she was FANTASTIC. Made sure everything was taken care of.Telling you now, if you need a night with no worries and just want to party, here is the place to be!!

I cannot say enough good things about Aimee and Jacques Reception Center. It's a beautiful venue with a one of a kind dance floor. The food is delicious and fresh, all made on site. Our guests cannot stop talking about the food and how classy and fun the venue was. My husband and I are so happy that we had our wedding at Jacques. Aimee made everything happen and it was a dream come true. Aimee is very easy to work with, responds quickly to emails and is extremely accommodating!! We could not be happier with the service we received!

My husband and I got married a month ago at Jacques! From the booking, to the planning, to the food, drinks, venue, and service, everything was perfect. Jacques helped make our wedding a true dream come true. I am beyond thankful for the help of Aimee, who made the whole process enjoyable and organized. The whole staff the day of the wedding was extremely polite. The food was delicious. I have nothing bad to say about Jacques. I highly recommend Jacques to host your wedding!

We found Jacques via a Google search and could not have been happier. Steve, the owner, was fair and reasonable when we were negotiating our contract and Aimee, the venue coordinator, was amazing from the second I reached out for an RFP to the very end of my reception. Our guests were amazed at the beautiful setting, friendly staff, and ease with which our entire day went off. We cannot say enough about this place - it's a hidden gem and we cannot give enough praise - they truly made our wedding day the best day ever.

We recently had our wedding at Jacques and it was a fabulous experience. I could not recommend them strongly enough.\r\rWe actually chose Jacques as our venue after our previously chosen venue informed us that they would be closing before our wedding and therefore had to cancel our contract! Needless to say we were extremely panicked when we got that news, but Aimee and the staff at Jacques were fabulous to work with, and we immediately knew after speaking with them that we wanted to have our wedding there.\r\rBecause we had spent half a year planning our wedding around another venue, we were in a unique situation. Everyone at Jacques was wonderful in helping us rearrange and adapt our plans to fit a new setting. We had several guests with allergies and dietary restrictions. Our biggest concern was several family members with celiac disease, but they were able to accommodate gluten-free meals and worked with us and our guests to make sure that everyone was able to enjoy the event. The food and service was fantastic, and the staff made sure we had absolutely everything we needed.\r\rThere are only two things that I would suggest people keep in mind if using Jacques for an event: they do not set up ceremony decor if your are having a ceremony there, and if you have done your own centerpieces, they may not be able to set them up either depending on your design (as it can be difficult to be sure it is correct). This was only a slight snag for us as we had a morning wedding and it meant doing some complicated scheduling to get everything set up, but it didn't at all subtract from the amazing experience we had.

Jacques proved to be the most affordable site out there for us. The price came out to $50 a head off season with the most basic package. The look of the reception hall is very clean and classic. Everyone raved about the food and since my aunts use their catering service I knew ahead of time the food was good. However, they are new to owning a reception hall and you can tell. The owners, Steve and Patti are nice. However, they told me I could drop off my things for the wedding and they would set them up. They have to be more clear on this issue, because the morning of the wedding Patti told my sister in law they \"don't decorate.\" My family and my florist set up my decorations because everything was sitting in the boxes I dropped them off in. In addition, they didn't walk me through what would happen the day of the wedding. I was not really happy with my Maitre D. She was not really that friendly. Furthermore, I never got the receiving line I wanted. And when I showed up at the reception hall, the guests were not all waiting in the room where we had the ceremony. So some people saw me in my dress before the ceremony had begun. The seating seemed to also be messed up. There were name cards missing. People were sitting at the wrong tables. I handed in the seating charts and was not told there was a problem, but I think there were less chairs then I had expected at the tables. This was fixed quickly as the guests found their tables through process of elimination. I had a pretty good experience here, but there was a lot to be improved.

The entire bottom tier of our cake was left since it was not served (they just set it up by the Venietan hour) and we nver got it. They did make sure we got the top tier though. Also there was not a lot of extra for money we paid for the extra dessert.

It was a beautiful place with marble floors and a grand piano at the entrance (perfect for pictures). Great price. Phenomenal food. They were very accomodating to all needs. Separate bar/room for smokers. Clean. Bridal suite.
