We had our wedding a month ago. All we can say is that Jericho Terrace did everything we asked and more. My husband is still in the mood for the short ribs as he couldn’t get enough of it at dinner. The bridal team is the best and all in all we had a blast. My guest said it’s the best wedding they ever attended so Applause to the whole team and thanks 🙏🏻

We had our wedding a month ago. All we can say is that Jericho Terrace did everything we asked and more. My husband is still in the mood for the short ribs as he couldn’t get enough of it at dinner. Firstly, I would like to say that Jericho Terrace is an amazing place. We booked the terrace garden for our cocktail hour and were told when being shown it by Michael that it was remodeled by the new ownership. The space is breathtaking with lots of natural lighting that resonates into the room. We already booked the Initial ceremony at our church, but loved their new chapel that they also built new. My little sister just got engaged and she said she would probably do her ceremony in the chapel and she loved the penthouse room to reduce her Fiancé’s family from traveling all over on her day. Every one of our guests had a table to sit and enjoyed the hour and I was thrilled to be able to attend it along with my husband. The staff was super helpful and guided me, my mom, bridesmaids and my sisters throughout the night, making it smooth and effortless perfectly. We loved the amazing choices that we picked and the opportunity to mingle with our guests.The hallway lobby is super cool with a grand piano and an elevator which was perfect spot for taking cool pictures. The room we chose was breathtaking, with high ceilings and beautiful architectural design, which made it look like we got married in the White House. The outside even has a fireplace where my dad had some cigars and got to enjoy them with his friends. We also took pictures outside which they have a great set up for that.Our head Maître Jared took very good care of everything and staff was attentive and made sure that we had a memorable experience. It was a night that we couldn’t forget, and unlike other weddings that I’ve been to, it didn’t seem like it was going by fast. In fact, it felt like the longest night of my life, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Our main courses were delicious, and we even came back for the New Year’s event, which was spectacular.I would like to give a special thanks to Chris, the Director of guest services, who came through with a couple of Band-Aids as I was dancing all night with my husband but my new heels weren’t the best choice that night.P.S For those of you that are going to book get the churros, which they make fresh while your guests are leaving #yummyThank you, Jericho Terrace, for making our special day unforgettable!Best regards, Christina Fernandez.

I had very high hopes for my wedding. I planned it to the t. I gave very detailed instructions in writing with pictures and supplied decor. I upgraded my package to premium liquor and the extra hour. I booked prior to the price increase, and was told we’d both have a suite and there would be a happy hour prior to the ceremony. None of that happened. They had no suite or no where to put the groomsmen they were out in the open greeting the guests. I did arrive thirty minutes late Bc my photographer was late but my cocktail hour was cut due to that and the staff yelled at my guests and the few that were able to go to cocktail hour had to serve themselves. We didn’t get a first look. Shen I got in the reception room the personalized menus with table numbers on them I provided were not out but generic paper ones from the venue that didn’t have lamb chops on them so people didn’t know. My place cards were not out. My table numbers were not out. My coasters and napkins were not out. They couldn’t find anything for 40 minutes. I had a breakdown. When they found em they put the menus and place cards out but put them on random tables. My neon sign with out last name never came out. Our 6 feet pictured never came out. Our seating chart was wrong and QR code we supplied with it wasn’t put out. They supplied wyclif champagne when we paid for veuve. They played the wrong slideshow on the monitors and when they fixed it it was stuck on one photo the entire night. The maitre d was taking shots and vaping. My personalized drink stirrers never came out. Everyone else had a good time Bc they had no idea but me I planned everything I cried day of, next day, day after. Very upset with my wedding and I didn’t get a sorry or anything from the owner just one of the managers. They did give some money back but not nearly enough just unhappy with the result. Looking into doing a redo because I am very sad about my wedding.

Our first meeting with Chad was supposed to be our second stop on our wedding venue tour and ended up being our last. After touring Jericho Terrace and speaking with Chad we felt this was the place we would be on our big day. Throughout the process the Jericho Terrace team recommended us our DJ and Photographer and they made our day perfect! As the wedding stress started the closer the wedding got our Noelle was amazing! At our first meeting she said she would make our day go as smooth as possible and that is exactly what she did. She made sure that everything went perfectly and was there every time we needed her. I would not have wanted anyone else on our wedding team. July was also amazing and was there every time my dress needed bustling, or a margarita was needed! If you have a chance to work with Noelle or July absolutely take it! As for the venue and the rest of the staff, the food was amazing, and all of our guests agreed they had never had so many choices and such great food at a wedding. All of the other staff that our guests and ourselves interacted with were all extremely helpful. Overall, I would say if you have the chance to have your wedding at Jericho Terrace I would. Thank you all especially Noelle and July for being with us on our big day!!

It was an absolute pleasure getting married at Jericho Terrace. This was the very place my parents got married at 40 years ago, and that was not the sole reason we chose this place to get married. Unlike many of the places we saw before seeing Jericho Terrace, Anthony took a very different and down-to-earth approach in how to plan for our big day. He gave us the opportunity to try some food and even gave us a nice sneak peek of how the staff in the back prepared their steak- which by the way, was absolutely delicious!! Yes, I had time to eat during the big day 🤣🤣. And that too was definitely a great thing in which the staff made sure happened despite how busy our beautiful day was for us. They also have an in-house bakery in which you get to try different cupcakes to get an idea of what cake combinations you can do in terms of wedding cake. And the fact that they have funfetti cake as a choice was the “icing on the cake” both figuratively and literally in terms of their desert selections. They also serve it with this oreo cheesecake, which I swear by was one of the most delicious cheesecakes I ever had. Our Maitre’D, Francisco, made sure that I also got some chocolate covered cookies and strawberries from their chocolate fountain, which we were very close to selecting as the final station of our wedding. But we still made the right choice with the delicious mini pizzas they served to our guests- a nice addition especially when you have guests dancing on their wine flow. Besides those 2 parts of the food menu, they have a very extensive and beautiful cocktail hour menu. Their diversity in food selections is amazing, and we were so happy we were able to diversify our menu to please ALL our guests. They also have a nice vegetarian option for the main entree and they always take into consideration family and friends that have allergies such as gluten. The reception courses were also extensive and there were many options, which was amazing and also very delicious!! Their food was absolutely one of the best parts about their services besides the beautiful skylight room in which my wife and I got married in as well as the beautiful oak room for the reception. And most of all, we must give an excellent review to the staff itself. From start to finish, our Maitre’D, Francisco, as well as the Bridal Attendants, Kimberly & Astrid, were so on top of their game that we were never disappointed. They got everything done in accordance to party favors, place cards, champagne glasses, etc. and also were so professional in terms of their services. I worked in catering for five years as a Bridal Attendant, and their staff delivered in terms of their services. We will always look back on this day, and remember that they were the necessary glue to help make sure everything was done smoothly. They also have beautiful tv sets in the reception room so you can reminisce with loved ones all the memories you experienced growing up, and Francisco was excellent in making sure that was done well. A nice addition to a new memory to be added to our family history. We thank them so much for all their hardworking services. They made sure we had a beautiful, memorable day and we will always and forever appreciate that ❤️❤️❤️.

Jericho Terrace is a beautiful venue and priced very well for what you get! The dome room is STUNNING especially when lit up at night - people were blown away!!! You also get a TON of food included automatically. The bridal attendants had a drink in my hand within 30 seconds of entering the venue and stayed by my side all night to help with my dress and bustle and take my bouquet when needed. The only reason I took off a star is because you have to watch the tipping recommendation they give you as it definitely overestimates and is skewed to give to the wrong people in my opinion. They do have a wedding planning assistant you can use but I felt unnecessary. They also had promised us a filet mignon in our contract but when it came time to set the menu they said they “don’t do it anymore.” Everyone raved about the beauty of the venue though and the value you get is truly unmatched.

We had our wedding at Jericho Terrace on 7/17/22 in the Penthouse and we received endless compliments from our guests. Everything turned out so beautiful and ran smoothly thanks to our Maitre D, Francisco. He is the best! (along with the rest of the JT crew, like Mike!) Also, the two bridal attendants, Jocelyn & Maria were so attentive in every aspect, they truly did a phenomenal job the ENTIRE DAY from when we arrived to JT to when we left. The food was not only abundant but DELICIOUS, along with our chocolate fountain! We are so happy we decided to get married at Jericho Terrace. Thank you so so much! -The new Mr. & Mrs. Vidal

We had our wedding at Jericho Terrace on 7/17/22 in the Penthouse and we received endless compliments from our guests. Everything turned out so beautiful and ran smoothly thanks to our Maitre D, Francisco. He is the best! (along with the rest of the JT crew, like Mike!) Also, the two bridal attendants, Jocelyn & Maria were so attentive in every aspect, they truly did a phenomenal job the ENTIRE DAY from when we arrived to JT to when we left. From the moment we walked into Jericho and met Rob, we felt like we were with family. And coming from a big Italian family, this was really important to me. We were originally scheduled for July 12th of 2020 and like so many other couples during the pandemic, we rescheduled 3 times. Each time, Jericho was so flexible and willing to move us time and time again. Our Maitre D Reynaldo is an absolute gem !!! So professional, friendly and am absolute master at what he does. He had our party running so smooth. Our party was the success it was because of him and our two attendants, David and Maria. Due to some traffic and scheduling issues earlier in the day, my husband and I decided to send our wedding party on ahead of us to Jericho Terrace. They arrived an hour earlier than we originally planned and Jericho had them set up within honestly I think a minute. Jericho Terrace is a multiple party venue but they treat you as if you are the only one there and with their full attention. They didn't just take care of my husband and I but our entire wedding party and immediate family.Now onto the food, it was so amazing, even my Italian immigrant grandmother, was impressed. I work with alot of people who are very opinionated and not afraid to say how they truly feel and they were all raving about the food for an entire week after our event. They really mix modern dishes and styles with old school traditional as well and it works. They gave my husband and I, a dish of each entree option, obviously we barely had a bite that night as most brides and grooms but they packed it all up for us to take. We ate it over the course of the next few days and the food was still amazing, even after being reheated. If I had to do it all over again I would still choose Jericho Terrace.

From the day we stepped foot into Jericho Terrace, we knew we would hold our special day at this venue. We sat down with Chet during an expo right before the pandemic and was very honest and transparent with us. Not only was he helpful, he was very understanding as we had to postpone twice due to the pandemic. He helped us along the way and made sure everything was down to the tee. The place is beautiful, the staff is amazing and professional, and the food.... there are no words to express how amazing the food was. Weeks later and everyone still raves about how good the food was and how attentive staff were. This night could not have happened without Chet. We owe everything to him. He was patient with us, took time out of his day to talk to us about any issue we had (which were few) and was always available to see us leading up to our wedding day. And on our wedding day, he was there with us every step of the way ensuring we were okay and having fun. Not only was he helpful, he was very understanding as we had to postpone twice due to the pandemic. He helped us along the way and made sure everything was down to the tee. The place is beautiful, the staff is amazing and professional, and the food.... there are no words to express how amazing the food was. Weeks later and everyone still raves about how good the food was and how attentive staff were. This night could not have happened without Chet. We owe everything to him. He was patient with us, took time out of his day to talk to us about any issue we had (which were few) and was always available to see us leading up to our wedding day. And on our wedding day, he was there with us every step of the way ensuring we were okay and having fun. I don’t even know where to begin. We had our wedding on 12/04/21 and it was AMAZING! We worked with Chad as our coordinator and he was so real with us. Chad made sure every inch of our wedding was what we wanted and always made sure to get back to me with any questions or concerns. Our maître d’ was Noelle and our bridal attendants were Joscelin and Jasmine who we’re all just as amazing! They made sure we had everything we needed and never let our drinks get watery or our food get cold. They also made sure that before we could ask for something, they already were making moves for what we needed. I trusted them with setting up everything for us from candles to decor and they did a fabulous job. The staff there was incredible, the food was fabulous, and the attention to detail was spot on. All of our family and friends keep talking about how amazing the wedding was and it was honestly everything we could have hoped for. I am so happy we chose JT as our venue and highly recommend it.

Don’t book here !!!! Totally disgusted by this place! So much went wrong don’t even know where to begin . We booked a party pre Covid and I asked to push the date and was first told I would have to pay more should have canceled right there but we had put down a big amount of money n I didn’t want to lose it. So I was told we can only do 1 date they gave us … fine .. things that were told us then till the day of our final payment were changed and they told us they never said them ! The food was horrible and they were actually taking the buffet away as people were still going up We had a sit down for the adults and I was horrified when they brought a steak dinner over with a big piece of hair cooked on it ! The suite didn’t get any food till the cocktail hour was over I had to make them plates and bring them in .. the attendant was there for the 1st 5mins n was never seen again till I found her and asked for frozen drinks for the girls that she rolled her eyes at me and by the time they received them they were all melted n only gave them 5 with 8 girls there a glass broke and it took so long and me asking 2x for someone to clean it up so no one would get cut!But I have to say it was nice she was there for the end to get her tip!I wasted so much money and will never go here again Please don’t even waste your money or time so disappointed..

Everybody waits a lifetime for the wedding, and Jericho Terrace made sure to give me a wedding we will never forget- none for which are positive reasons. We were greeted in the bridal suite with a small meat/cheese plate for 25 people and impossible to get a drink faster than 20 mins.  After the ceremony- I and the groom returned back to the bridal suite and had 6 chafing dishes waiting for us (2 which I am highly allergic too and made the hall aware of my allergies prior to the event) - thankfully my MOH went downstairs faster than the bridal attendants to bring us a couple of plates from cocktail hour. My husband and the groomsmen are avid whiskey drinkers, so we made sure to request the specific whiskey in OUR CONTRACT. When he asked for a glass, the bridal attendant informed us that the bartender said “we don’t have that and he will drink what I give him”. In shock, we bring this up to the maitre d' who informed us it was a “miscommunication” but they still do not have it. The bartender came downstairs to apologize and said they will send someone out to purchase some- to only come back with one bottle. Now I hate to be nit-picky, but one bottle for 10 groomsmen lasted a whole hour. We had countless complaints from our guests/bridal party about how servers and bartenders were rude, refused to serve them.  One guest requested a vegetarian meal which was on our menu and was told she cannot have that as it’s unavailable- yet another guest has no problem ordering it with a different server. A couple of our bridesmaids waited in line for a drink, once they announced for the guests to start slowly making their way to the ceremony, the bartender told them they were not allowed to have a drink and he is \"closed\". When the girls said they understand the doors are opening but they were the last ones online, the bartender told him \"I said no\". During our reception the espresso machine/station, it was caught on fire and none of the staff noticed- two of my guests put it out. The room was filled with smoke causing some guests to leave who had asthma and others who stayed had the lovely pleasure of cleaning back soot out of their noses (including a pregnant woman). Once I informed the maitre d' how upset I was the whole time, his only response was “it’s all ok, I love ya!” this careless attitude truly shows how much of a wedding factor Jericho terrace really is.We picked up our belongings the following day. I come home to open my Tupperware contains to find my belongings are broken. Prior to the wedding I have dropped off all my decorative belongings in all the original boxes/wrapped, protective wrapping and labeled. The staff took it upon themselves to throw away those boxes, including the remotes from the candles that was left in the packages  and just sweep all my belongings into the Tupperware containers. My replaceable ceremony unity candles, the stands they were on, and the cake-toppers were broken.  I could have overlooked everything that went wrong during the actual wedding but seeing my broken belongings broke my heart to the core; as these were irreplaceable objects. After I brought my grievances to the managers and \"board of directors\" we were offered a tiny refund if we signed an NDA. After paying for a legal representative to look at it, we declined for the simple fact that we never want someone else to fall into their smoke and mirrors trap.

From start to finish, they really hooked us up! The food was ABSOLUTELY delicious (and yes, they made sure that we ate!). Plenty of food was provided in the bridal suit and all the courses for our main reception was left at our table to ensure that we ate. Their staff was attentive, friendly, and very accommodating, providing us with our perfect wedding day. I was very scared about having a covid wedding, and they made my perfect wedding day come true without a single hitch. Our maître d’, Chet, was PHENOMENAL! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Completely worth it.P.S., our cake had to be the best wedding cake I have EVER had- no joke! Cant wait to eat the top of our cake in a year! :)

My wife and I have been planning our wedding for a few years now. I proposed to her in 2018 and we immediately started mapping out our vision for our special big day. In that same year, we decided to go with Jericho Terrace as our venue. We met with Anthony Petronella, Account Manager (https://www.linkedin.com/in/anthony-petronella-186ba7148/), and agreed to terms to have our wedding on July 3, 2020. We agreed to have a 150-guest minimum. On March 13, 2020, Covid-19 was announced as a pandemic & national emergency, causing the world to shut down. Travel Bans, public settings, & Stay-at-Home orders were issued throughout the states. My wife and I knew that our wedding day was in jeopardy. We have been in communication with Jericho regarding our big day, and they were also unsure of what to do and how we should proceed. It was advised by Jericho and CDC guidelines that we postpone our wedding. My wife and I decided to get legally married in 2020 and have our big day for 2021The dynamics of Covid-19 have changed the way we interact and have gatherings. With these new laws/restrictions set in place (at no fault us), we wanted to shift our vision for our wedding and lower the guest number to ensure that our guests are more comfortable. After a few months of not hearing from Jericho Terrace, we decided to reach out in February 2021 and provide them with our new version for the wedding. We connected with Anthony to revise our contract with the current CDC guidelines so can plan our wedding. Anthony advises us that he would need approval from his boss, and he will get back to us within 48 hours. For a whole week, I did not hear from him. I decided to send him a follow-up email regarding our request to reduce the guest number. Anthony responded to my email and stated that they will not revise our guest number. I deem this to be unethical/unnecessary practice as the pandemic has altered our vision for our big day. My wife and I feel extorted and cheated to stay with a contract that was agreed pre-Covid-19 with little to no communication on what changes could be made. Jericho Terrace is waiting on rules and regulations by the Governor rather than accommodating to our request. We even proposed to still pay the guaranteed amount at 150 guests and allow my wife and I to have two separate events to lower the number of guests for our wedding, and they still refused to compromise. Our wedding is set for July 18, 2021, and at this point, I am ready to cancel my wedding due to the lack of communication, understanding, and compromising Jericho has shown for our big day. It’s really a shame! In 2018, I decided to move forward with Jericho Terrace due to the great reviews on the service they provided to newlyweds. I met with Anthony and he provided us with a grand tour of Jericho Terrace. My wife and I were in love with the venue and the service and reviews on Google and theknot.com were great. I believed my wife and I made the right decision in picking Jericho Terrace against their Long Island, NY venue competitors. I am beginning to doubt my decision due to how they have handled adversity with Covid-19. It comes to show the Jericho is only concerned about the “bottom line “at the point rather than providing the top-notch service that was mentioned in their reviews.I wanted to share my story and experience with anyone planning a wedding to understand how Jericho Terrace is handling our big day.

For me, I know I’m annoying and I can’t handle the fact that this is out of my control. they understand and constantly communicate back with us whenever we have concerns and questions. I am out of state and my partner is out of the country and we do not have a wedding planner. So planning a wedding in a state neither one of us are in is a headache to start but Michael and his team have made this replanning process a lot less stressful.

Jericho ReviewI don’t even know how to start ....Jericho was the best decision we made . The ENTIRE crew was professional, courteous , kind etc . They put your needs and wants first . They went far and beyond with us . My director of sales was Michael and he is an absolute love ! He has patience and a sense of humor , he is professional , caring ,and he has this laugh that is contagious ! He listened to our needs and he worked with us. He knew that my mom had fallen ill and he always asked me how she was doing . He never forgot and that meant the world to me . That showed me that I wasn’t just another event but rather a person. Every time I left Jericho , I left with a sense of peace that lasted allllll the way until my wedding . I never felt worried or had a bad feeling. My maitre d was Reynaldo and he is absolutely amazing !!!!!!! I needed a bilingual maitre d and he was just perfect . He made sure everything was perfect . On the day of my wedding , he made sure everything was flawless and ran smooth . He made my vision come alive. He is such a personable individual . My niece’s dress (the flower girl) was too long and right before the ceremony Claudia just pulled out safety pins and made it work . Literally right before she had to walk in. These girls were always checking if we needed anything and were right by my side . My guests (and of course my husband and I ) cannot stress enough how AMAZING the food was. My guests were impressed by the decor and class that Jericho has. It’s been a week and my guests keep talking about Jericho and the superb service, food and drinks that was provided . Drinks are not watered down and their sangria ... so good !! I recommend Jericho to everyone for any event . They make everything easy and smooth to plan . Jericho ReviewI don’t even know how to start ....Jericho was the best decision we made . The ENTIRE crew was professional, courteous , kind etc . They put your needs and wants first . They went far and beyond with us . My director of sales was Michael and he is an absolute love ! He has patience and a sense of humor , he is professional , caring ,and he has this laugh that is contagious ! He listened to our needs and he worked with us. He knew that my mom had fallen ill and he always asked me how she was doing . He never forgot and that meant the world to me . That showed me that I wasn’t just another event but rather a person. Every time I left Jericho , I left with a sense of peace that lasted allllll the way until my wedding . I never felt worried or had a bad feeling. My maitre d was Reynaldo and he is absolutely amazing !!!!!!! I needed a bilingual maitre d and he was just perfect . He made sure everything was perfect . On the day of my wedding , he made sure everything was flawless and ran smooth . He made my vision come alive. He is such a personable individual . I have no words. My husband and I are still speechless after our wedding here. As soon as we walked into Jericho Terrace, we knew it was the place. T, our matrie’d, was so attentive and perfect and made sure everything ran as smooth as possible. The venue was decorated beautifully for Christmas. They were so accommodating to my grandma who has difficulty walking, which was a huge plus for me. The entire staff was professional and kind and perfect, and the food was absolutely out of the world. I would recommend this venue to anyone for any event, really. It was a magical night, and so much is owed to JT for making it so amazing.

From the beginning of this process, I wanted this whole winter wonderland theme done and they surpassed my expectations with my setup. I created all my centerpieces and decor and they were able to recreate everything for me quite easily and made it even better with some added touches. Beyond my wildest dreams, they made it come true. Everyone says it about their venue, but this venue was spectacular and I will continue to book events there for the future. As my husband now says, we're \"Jericho Terrace groupies\"!Next the staff....Robert our manager was like a big brother. He put me at ease with my endless email chains and was always super helpful with all my last minute details. He knew exactly what we wanted and made it happen. From the food choices to cake to decor, Robert was able to make our visions real. He has become a real friend to us and we plan on always keeping in touch with him. He made everything easy for me and knew where my heart was. I am beyond grateful for his help with the process. Chet our matre' D. Request him Request him! He was absolutely amazing! He perfected our timeline, got every single detail and we absolutely love him. He not only dealt with all my decor but got every detail right and then some. He made our dream a reality with our winter wonderland themed wedding. From the first meeting through to the last minute, everyone went above and beyond and helped to make the day the most memorable day of my life! Guests keep raving about the large variety of immaculate food and the gorgeous decor. I would have my wedding here again and again.Only downside (which I've spoken to 2 other Jericho Terrace brides about and they had the same experience) is that the gratuity amount you're told about at the contract signing is not the same amount they suggest 10 days before your event.

Every girl wants their wedding or reception to be worth while. A complete dream come true. And that's exactly what you get at Jericho Terrace. You don't feel like a client, but instead they treat you like family. And not one of those family members you can stand, you're treated like you matter.Chad was my modern day fairy godfather. He went above and beyond, always ready and available to answer my million and one questions. Filled with advice and kind words, which during a stressful period of wedding planning. Chad was a warm welcome. My husband and I adore him. My maitre d Tuhin was more like my knight and shining honor. With Tuhin around nothing is impossible. His timing and organizational skills are on point. There was nothing that got pass him, he even went out of his way to make you feel as special as you could on your big day. Whether it's from making sure your dress didn't trip you. Or giving you that extra hug after crying during your father daughter dance. Tuhin even kicked some ass when we had issues with the crookish decorator that settling up on reception space. You could have never notice anything was at float. I simply love him. My bridal attendants Jackie and Bridget were warm and understanding. Especially with my 10 yard skirt. The poor thing kept them on their nose. But they were kind and helpful every step of the way. We were able to make a bib so my dress wouldn't get any stains during cocktail or dinner. And Jackie was such a sport when it came to helping me change outfits. I felt truly blessed with those two wonderful ladies by my side. Now on to the good stuff. As a food junkie, it was extremely important to me that the food held its own. And the chef at Jericho Terrace is a boss !! We did a menu tasting weeks prior to the event and was able to hand pick what dishes we loved and even tweak its tastes according to our preference. The chef took care in all of the details and the seasoning of all the meals and including everything at the cocktail hour. It was one of the greatest highlights for all of our guest. The fried calamari is amazing. The shrimp and lobster was fresh and worth it. The made from scratch jerk seasoning was finger licking good. Not to mention the fresh mozzarella. Melt in your mouth worth it.

We were thoroughly impressed with Jericho Terrace. We got married on November 24, 2017, and couldn't have picked a better place. Everyone was super organized and helpful and the day of attendants were amazing making sure we had drinks, food and were even there to fix my dress when the strap broke!The venue has been recently renovated and looks amazing and I recommend definitely for weddings between Thanksgiving and Christmas since the lobby is all decorated and looks extra amazing for pictures. The food was great and there was so much at cocktail hour my guests couldn't believe they had dinner as well. They were so stuffed it took a couple hours before we could get people up to dance. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back for future events.

Excellent! Everyone and everything at Jericho terrace was amazing. Chad, was absolutely a delight to work with. There is no problem too big for him. He is professional and gets things done asap. 3 weeks prior to our wedding, our original photographer dropped us! I called Chad asap and he was able to hook us up with a photographer within the hour, and also called to reassure me and make sure I was doing ok!Tuhin was our day of coordinator. Great personality, made sure we ate and were informed about everything! He did such a great job that I felt like my only job was to show up and have fun! I had 2 wedding attendants who assisted me t/o the wedding. I was so please with their service. They kept me calm and made sure my wedding party and I were comfortable, kept us on the clock and made sure we had all the food/drinks that our hearts could desire. Let's get down to the food. Everyone enjoyed it, it was excellent. The cocktail spread was laid out beautifully. They were also very accommodating to my gluten free allergy. Chad made sure to inform everyone of my allergy and made certain that the foods at cocktail hour/dinner were gluten free as well. What they with my cake was creative. They made the top tier gluten free so that I could cut and enjoy it on the day of and again in 1 years time. Jericho Terrace is a beautiful venue with staff that are willing to go above and beyond to make your day special! I would highly HIGHLY recommend them.

Excellent! Everyone and everything at Jericho terrace was amazing. Chad, was absolutely a delight to work with. There is no problem too big for him. He is professional and gets things done asap. 3 weeks prior to our wedding, our original photographer dropped us! I called Chad asap and he was able to hook us up with a photographer within the hour, and also called to reassure me and make sure I was doing ok!Tuhin was our day of coordinator. Great personality, made sure we ate and were informed about everything! He did such a great job that I felt like my only job was to show up and have fun! I had 2 wedding attendants who assisted me t/o the wedding. I was so please with their service. They kept me calm and made sure my wedding party and I were comfortable, kept us on the clock and made sure we had all the food/drinks that our hearts could desire. Let's get down to the food. Everyone enjoyed it, it was excellent. The cocktail spread was laid out beautifully. They were also very accommodating to my gluten free allergy. Chad made sure to inform everyone of my allergy and made certain that the foods at cocktail hour/dinner were gluten free as well. What they with my cake was creative. They made the top tier gluten free so that I could cut and enjoy it on the day of and again in 1 years time. First off, upon visiting other venues, all of them gave me a paper folder with looseleaf paper, not Jericho Terrace. JT had a beautiful hard cover binder with every detail about the venue inside along with colorful photos. The outside of the venue is gorgeous, but wait until you see the inside. We worked with Robert and maître d' Chet throughout the entire process. The entire JT staff were very professional. Robert and Chet made everything look so effortless, all the worries and concerns we had were taken away by these two amazing men. On our wedding day I was speechless, they executed every detail flawlessly!! The room was beautiful, the food was delicious,the cake was mouthwatering! I could literally write a book on how amazing this places is, it's worth every penny and then some! My wedding day was the most amazing day of my life!!! A month later and we are still getting compliments about the staff, the food, the venue and how amazing everything turned out!! I can't thank you guys enough it was a fairytale because you made it happen! I cannot forget my bridal attendants, Katie and Allison you guys stuck with me and assisted me throughout the entire night , you girls are truly amazing. I just had my wedding here last week, and I can't call Jericho Terrace anything less than perfect (my wife shares the same sentiments). Our journey with Jericho Terrace started over a year ago when we were first looking at venues (we looked at 10-20 across Nassau & Suffolk County). When it comes to moderately priced reception halls on Long Island, nothing compares to this venue, and I narrow that fact down to three major factors: (1) the food, (2) the recent renovations, and most importantly (3) the staff!I actually want to start by talking about the staff here because the reason our wedding was such a hit really was all thanks to them. Our Sales Director, Mike made us feel welcome right from the start, and while most Sales Directors disappear after you sign that contract, Mike continued to welcome us and listen to us all the way through our wedding day (and he was there on that day to make sure everything went right, another +1 for JT). By the time our wedding arrived, it felt like we were old friends. We also met with Chad on a few occasions and loved him as well. JT really has a solid sales team!Another large shout-out goes to our maître d' Francisco and our bridal attendants Katie and Javier. We met with Francisco about one month before our wedding (and then again 2 weeks before for the final meeting), and he was incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and attentive. Anything we wanted, he really made sure we were satisfied. On the day of the event, Francisco was easily accessible and checked in with us consistently to ensure that everything ran smoothly on the day of the event. Likewise, Katie & Javier were the perfect bridal attendants, making sure my wife and I were well-fed and hydrated during pictures and navigating us through our day so that we really didn't need to do any thinking and could just enjoy the wedding itself. At the end of the day, the entire staff truly made us feel like VIPs, and it was easy to tell how much they genuinely cared about making our day a success. We know that they have several events a day and that we're just one of so many weddings, but we never got the impression that our event was any less important than another's. The team was incredible!So now let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness! The food here is absolutely amazing!! Everybody raved about it, especially the cocktail hour! We ate a lot at our wedding thanks to our bridal attendants as well. You guys rock!!Lastly, I want to talk about the recent renovations. Over the course of the year that my wife and I were planning our wedding and visiting Jericho Terrace, we saw the renovations taking form, and come the day of our wedding, we were in love with the atmosphere. The new tile flooring, light fixtures and sconces, chandeliers, and even the lighting and detailing in our room (the Dome Room) were exquisite.Folks, if I could give Jericho Terrace 6 stars, I would. Everything was perfect and the value was phenomenal. To the owners, please keep up the amazing work with your staff!!! A talented, hard-working, and CARING staff makes all the difference, and your team members embody all of these qualities! We got married at Jericho Terrace this past weekend and it was absolutely perfect. We signed our contract with Anthony. He made us feel comfortable right from the start and gave us such good and honest advice, we felt like we were dealing with family. The day we visited there was a wedding going on and he took us into the kitchen to see the magic happen and walked us through the cocktail hour room AND let us taste the food, which was what really sold us. Our maitre d' was Francisco and he was amazing! He was always so calm, collected, professional, and accommodating. Nothing seemed to phase him. He made our wedding day feel seamless. Even when we were running behind schedule (at no fault of the venue, we just had a lot packed into the day), he was never flustered and was all about accommodating us, making us and our guests feel comfortable. Jericho Terrace recently had massive renovations done and the space is even more beautiful than when we booked last fall. We had our ceremony in the skylight room and our reception in the dome room. The pictures we've seen so far are amazing! All of our guests raved about how beautiful the space was and how good the food was, but more importantly they raved about the amazing customer service from all of the staff. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making our wedding day absolutely perfect. It's hard to find such genuinely amazing service these days.

Everyone kept telling me that little things would go wrong at my wedding and that it would still be wonderful. Well, if anything went wrong I certainly didn't see it! I could not have had a more smoothly run, perfect event, and that is largely thanks to the wonderful people at Jericho Terrace. Our original point person Chad Cutler, and our Maitre D' Chet Cafasso were two pillars of support I was able to lean on. There was never a question I had that didn't get answered, or any problem that they could not solve. The food was delicious (people raved about the desserts), the interior was absolutely gorgeous, and the bridal attendants were my guardian angels. I was so nervous, and everyone just made sure I had no reason to be. My wedding was perfect because of this venue.

My husband and I were married this past November and Jericho Terrace and they exceeded our expectations. We dealt with Robert for all of our planning and questions and he is the person who ultimately made us excited to be married at Jericho Terrace. (Mind you, we saw 8 other venues and no one came close to what Jericho Terrace had to offer or had any staff as passionate.) Robert was always so passionate about this job, had wonderful recommendations, and always made me feel as though I was his only client. He was also very timely in responding to e-mails, no more than 24 hours, which is wonderful because towards the end I was getting very stressed out with everything I had going on. Robert would always pull me from the edge and remind me t o stay calm and also remind me that everything would be perfect. Our Maitre d' was Francisco, who we met only days before the wedding because we came in from out of town, and he also exceeded our expectations. I left all of our designs and set-up directions with him and the day of the wedding when we viewed our rooms I was blown away. EVERYTHING was exactly where it was supposed to be, and everything was taken care of. I can't explain the weight that had been lifted from my shoulders. This allowed me to enjoy my night knowing that everything would be taken care of. I also had two AMAZING bridal attendants (Katie and Carrie) that were always right by my side. They always made sure I looked good and that my husband and I were taken care of. The entire staff at Jericho Terrace truly did such an amazing job with everything and always made sure our guests were taken care of. Also, the food was unlike anything I have ever seen or tasted at a wedding. Our guests called and e-mailed us for weeks after our wedding to let us know they had an amazing time. Now, I want one of my friends to get married at Jericho Terrace so I can go back and do it all over again. We simply can't thank Jericho Terrace enough for everything they did for us on our wedding day.

From the minute my husband and I walked in we knew this was the place to be! We had Michael as our banquet manager and he was nothing but fantastic. Always there to take my questions whether it was emailing back and forth at 11:15 at night or a quick phone call for the past two years. Mike had made wedding planning such a breeze! He was/is simply amazing! The night of the wedding was nothing less then perfect. Edgar, Carrie and Andrea were all fabulous from the minute our limo pulled in until the minute the party ended. The cocktail hour was fantastic. Great food, greats drinks and amazing room with enough of tables for all your guests. Not only was the cocktail hour fantastic, the dinner was out of this world! Jericho terrace is beyond everything we could have wanted for our wedding day. The venue itself is gorgeous! The amount of food given in cocktail hour is insane! They truly out do themselves. Our reception was in the oak room perfect for our size wedding of 75 guests. Our bridal attendants were amazing they were there every step of the way. Our matride tuin aka t was great so funny, he made sure the whole day was perfect and it was! Jericho terrace definitely knows how to have a wedding!

My husband and I could not be happier with this venue! We got married October 11, 2015. Everyone we worked with was so helpful, so professional, so understanding, we couldn't have asked for more. We had an unexpected guest list problem that they helped us with without a problem. We were so pleased with every single person from start to finish! We had Rob, who was the general manager who helped us book our wedding, Toniann, who helped us with our final appointment, our final choices, and answered any and every question we had, Francisco, who was the best Maitre'D ever, and our two very attentive and helpful bridal attendants Rosa and Silvia. Everyone made our wedding day so special and stress free and we are so grateful for it! The venue itself is so beautiful from our ceremony in the skylight room, to the cocktail hour in the terrace/garden room (that everyone raved about), to our reception in the dome room (which was breathtakingly beautiful). We will recommend this venue to any and everyone!

When I first walked in to look at the venue I met with Michael Closs. He took me around Jericho Terrace and showed me each room. He was extremely helpful, personable and most importantly comical! He did not push me to pick Jericho Terrace or try to persuade me in any way. I felt no pressure and I LOVED that. He went to each and every room and explained every detail. When we finally sat down to talk numbers because clearly I LOVED Jericho and knew instantly it was going to be my venue, Mike was more than helpful. He listened to my budget and made sure we stayed well within my budget. Then throughout wedding planning stages I spoke to numerous people who were more than helpful. Toni Ann was absolutely amazing. I probably called her once a week every week when it came close to my wedding date. Then, I met with Francisco who was my Matre D. He was amazing. So accomadating made sure everything was to my liking. I was so happy!! When it came down to my wedding date everyone was amazing. I didn't have to think about a thing. Everyone helped me and made sure I was happy and everything was to my liking. Francisco made sure that my husband I were happy and well fed hahah. Everyone made sure we had the time of our lives!!! It was truly the best night of my life and I wouldn't have changed a thing!! I just wish one of my friends would have their wedding there so I could go back!!!! We just got married two weeks ago in Jericho Terrace and to be honest you can not wish for better! Since we went there for our first Appointment to look at the venue and met Anthony till our wedding day everything was just perfect. The stuff was very helpfull and supporting. All our wishes, suggestions and thoughts got realized. The manager spend the whole night by our side making sure everything is all right. \rMy bride attendants were the most lovable and best girls ever! From helping me to glue back one of my eye lash till pinning my hair back as soon as it got loosen till fixing my dress till (the BEST) bringing me a pain gel for my feet middle in the night bc my feet hurt. Not to mention giving me glass of water every time I stopped dancing and bringing a ice gold towel to cool down. Just perfect! \rThe food was just delicious and the venetian hour omg Im speechless!!! \rEverybody who ends up booking this venue will never regret!\rBest compliments to the whole staff!!!!

My guests are still raving about the service, the food, the venue...everything! Unbelievable attention to detail, my wedding was on New Years Eve and the venue itself had 2000 people in other rooms at other parties, my biggest concern was that the staff would be overwhelmed. I was quickly put at ease once I arrived at the venue, immediately they made me feel like my party was the only thing going on. Not one single guest complained of lack of attention, in fact my guests remarked at how quickly they were able to get their vehicles from the valet after the party. The food was delicious and plentiful, cocktail hour is still something our guests are raving about. \rThe only issue we really had was at points the bar had a long line, however our maitre 'd quickly brought in another bartender and had the drinks flowing quickly again. \rOverall, the room looked fantastic, the bridal attendants and my Maitre D were amazing and I couldn't have asked for anything more. Robert was our banquet manager and he was so attentive and quick to respond to any inquiries via e-mail, I was so impressed with his sharing in my vision and executing the most amazing party of my life. As promised, he even got the live feed of the ball dropping on my TV's in my room!!!!! I will highly recommend Jericho Terrace to all my newly engaged girlfriends, coworkers and probably anyone else that will listen !

venues are gorgeous on the outside but nothing special on the inside, but JT’s rooms (Dome and others) are all differentiated and beautiful. I don’t LOVE the outside of JT – it’s right on Jericho Turnpike and the little picture area can be a little corny, but that didn’t matter as much to me. We were supposed to take pictures outside at Old Westbury Gardens, but it rained, so we took them inside at JT.\r\rIt was also more affordable than most of the venues we looked at. I needed a September Saturday and wasn’t willing to compromise, and with the prices of JT I definitely didn’t have to – it even came in under what I was willing to pay. \r\rThe people at JT were great, responsive, and easy to work with. We originally met with Anthony, booked with Chad, Ryan was our maître d, Danielle, was my main bridal attendant. Everyone was very attentive. Work with Ryan if you have the option!\r\rSome places really aren’t flexible and make you work around their rules, but that wasn’t the case with JT. We added a hot chafing dish that’s not on their menu, we needed an extra table at cocktail hour to display pictures, and make other tweaks.\r\rI also loved the TVs in the Dome Room (also available in other rooms). Since we used a preferred photographer, we were able to do zap shooting – where they put up pictures of that day (ceremony, cocktail hour, etc.). It was a fun touch. Some other people use the TVs for pictures of the couple growing up.\r\rCocktail Hour was unmatched. We had the Garden Room, which is great for many reasons: 1) It’s one big room, not a few little rooms; 2) There were more than enough seats for 200 people – some weddings you can’t find seating and have a hard time eating and drinking, but not the case here; 3) The amount of food was insane. I wish I was a guest at my own wedding and got to hit up all the stations! 4) The area in the back by the bar very much feels like it’s outside even though it’s not – that got a lot of compliments.\r\rThere are a few “cons” but nothing that is big or that would make me not recommend JT for a wedding: 1) it hosts multiple weddings at once, so you will see people and brides from other weddings. A con, but the benefits of the price, etc. certainly outweighed this for me personally. I know for some people this is a dealbreaker. 2) The cake filling wasn’t what we asked for, and I know someone else who got married there and had the same situation. Again, a small detail, but just wanted to note it to put how few cons there were!\r

I truly had the wedding of my dreams at Jericho Terrace! The venue is stunning and picturesque. I barely ate, but all my guests said the food was abundant and delicious. Don’t bother with purchasing extra dessert bars or chocolate fountains as guests are overrun with food options already. Everything will be beautiful on your day, but you need to be aware of some things in the pre-planning stage. 1. The managers are fast- talking, selling machines. They will be super nice to you to get you to book. The good thing is you can negotiate to get what you want. Don’t be surprised if their customer service changes after you have signed. 2. They include wedding planner services from Dazzling Affairs. Run! The service is mediocre and not personalized at all. Don’t waste your time. Get someone who will work for you and not 100 other brides at the same time. Also, a month before the your big day, they will charge around an extra 1,000 to continue planning through the wedding. When I bought my own planner in, my manager became a complete jerk and difficult to work with. Thankfully, my planner handled everything for me and it turned out wonderful!\r3. During booking, you will receive a rough estimate for the total package price. I like to know everything up front, so I asked about gratuities. I was told it was not necessary and there was nothing more to pay. In fact, the contract even states it. I thought this was crazy and asked several more times, getting the same response. I spoke to my wedding planner and thank heavens she gave me the heads up. Be prepared when you go in to pay your final balance around a month before the wedding. They will tell you to have 750-1000 in cash for gratuities. The good news is that the service deserves it. 4. There are no tastings! You will not even be able to taste your wedding cake! They rely solely on their reputation. Also, know that only house vendors will be able to eat for free. If you bring your own people in, like my wedding planners, you will have to pay ½ price for their meals. 5. There is no rehearsal for your wedding party! This was not a problem for me because we only had our three daughters in the wedding, but I wonder about people with big parties. The maitre’d will do a run-through before the reception starts and it was sufficient for us. The maitre’d is the person you will work with the most on your wedding day. Ours was Donna and she is the best! She is so professional, cordial and easy to work with. When the manager helped me book the room he thought was best, Donna changed it later on to a better room and I am soooooo grateful to her!!! She truly made my day special. The bride and groom will also each have an attendant. They are extremely helpful and will have to be tipped in addition to the amount stated earlier. Overall, I would book again at Jericho Terrace. I truly had the wedding of my dreams at Jericho Terrace! The venue is stunning and picturesque. I barely ate, but all my guests said the food was abundant and delicious. Don’t bother with purchasing extra dessert bars or chocolate fountains as guests are overrun with food options already. Everything will be beautiful on your day, but you need to be aware of some things in the pre-planning stage. 1. The managers are fast- talking, selling machines. They will be super nice to you to get you to book. The good thing is you can negotiate to get what you want. Don’t be surprised if their customer service changes after you have signed. 2. They include wedding planner services from Dazzling Affairs. Run! The service is mediocre and not personalized at all. Don’t waste your time. Get someone who will work for you and not 100 other brides at the same time. Also, a month before the your big day, they will charge around an extra 1,000 to continue planning through the wedding. When I bought my own planner in, my manager became a complete jerk and difficult to work with. Thankfully, my planner handled everything for me and it turned out wonderful!\r3. During booking, you will receive a rough estimate for the total package price. I like to know everything up front, so I asked about gratuities. I was told it was not necessary and there was nothing more to pay. In fact, the contract even states it. I thought this was crazy and asked several more times, getting the same response. I spoke to my wedding planner and thank heavens she gave me the heads up. Be prepared when you go in to pay your final balance around a month before the wedding. They will tell you to have 750-1000 in cash for gratuities. The good news is that the service deserves it. 4. There are no tastings! You will not even be able to taste your wedding cake! They rely solely on their reputation. Also, know that only house vendors will be able to eat for free. If you bring your own people in, like my wedding planners, you will have to pay ½ price for their meals. 5. There is no rehearsal for your wedding party! This was not a problem for me because we only had our three daughters in the wedding, but I wonder about people with big parties. The maitre’d will do a run-through before the reception starts and it was sufficient for us. The maitre’d is the person you will work with the most on your wedding day. Ours was Donna and she is the best! She is so professional, cordial and easy to work with. When the manager helped me book the room he thought was best, Donna changed it later on to a better room and I am soooooo grateful to her!!! She truly made my day special. The bride and groom will also each have an attendant. They are extremely helpful and will have to be tipped in addition to the amount stated earlier. Overall, I would book again at Jericho Terrace. He helped me and my husband book with them and made my wedding day amazing. The staff was great. My maitre'd Donna was amazing and my bridal attendants helped in so many ways. My friends and family cannot stop talking about how great the food and the staff was.

We hosted our wedding at Jericho Terrace, and could not be happier with the way everything turned out. \r\rOur reception was in the Skylight Room, which is just gorgeous. And our ceremony was in the Penthouse Room, which was not my first choice, but ended up being lovely.\r\rIn particular, I must highlight our Maitre'd Donna, and our Bridal Attendants Deisy and Katherine. Those ladies were truly phenomenal!\r\rDonna is very organized and detail oriented. \rA week prior to our event we dropped off a large assortment of items (programs, wine bottle table numbers, huge escort card display board, signature drink frames, guest book, charitable donation signs, chocolate favors, cake topper, tablecloth, etc) with a detailed list of instructions for each, and Donna and her team followed them to a T. \r\rUpon walking into my ceremony room before the ceremony I wasn't satisfied with the seating set-up, and she and her team assured me that moving it to how I wanted would not be a problem, and swiftly switched it.\r\rThe Bridal Attendants Deisy and Katherine were with me every step of the way, ready to tackle anything I might need, from a drink, to getting in and out of my 3 dresses.\rAt one point I was surprised to notice one of them had been behind me carrying my train the whole time, as I made my rounds to all our tables. \r\rEven is my interactions with JT prior to the wedding, whenever I called with any questions, their reception staff is incredibly well trained and professional. \r\rWhen it comes to catering hall food, Jericho Terrace is definitely above par. Their staff is very well trained, and the entire venue operates very efficiently. The venue is definitely appropriately priced for the quality, and service they provide.\r\r

I just had my fabulous March wedding at Jericho Terrace! I loved them, their service and food were spectacular :) My Maitre'D was a really cool guy named Ryan and I highly recommend him because he's a real pro. They are problem solvers and aim to please! \r\rOnly cons that aren't big deals are details that were agreed upon but weren't 100%-- 1. Ice sculpture, they told us any design is complimentary but did not let us choose the snowflake (no biggie, but if it matters too you, get it on the contact) 2. Canopy-- when we signed, they said we could decorate the canopy ourselves ahead of time. But crunch time rolls around and they booked a wedding the night before, didn't allow us to arrive much earlier than the ceremony starts. Ryan helped me out tremendously and in the end allowed us in early, got the canopy decorated. Not his fault yet he totally came thru for us. He's an angel!\r3. Wine service--some guests said that they didn't have wine at their tables. At the time of cooking, they said every table will be provided wine service. My husband and I had wine but it may not have been the case for all guests...\r\rAll in all, this was a terrific venue. If you have any must-have details, get it written in the contract, otherwise don't expect it. I'm sure my advice applied to any venue! \r\rBest of luck, bride from nyc

From the moment my fiance and I walked into JT we felt a welcoming vibe. We worked with Anthony (BM) for over a year. He was friendly, funny, and made you feel like family (something we did not get while venue searching). \r\rCeremony took place in the newly renovated and gorgeous Skylight Room.\rCocktail hour took place in the Terrace Room.\rReception took place in the Oak Room.\r\rWe also worked with Jose our Maître d and had two bridal attendants during our wedding. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone planning a wedding and/or special event. \r\rWe had such an awesome experience, and such a flawless wedding. No drama, no hiccups, straight to the point contract (although be sure to include the 20% catering fee at the end of your sub-total of guest amount -- it's in the contract). \r\rOur wedding was the only event that evening so they were nice enough to extend a second bridal suite to invite my groom and his groomsmen to hang out before the wedding began.\r\rThe guests were wow'd by our wedding and enjoyed the food, drinks, and friendly service.\r\rWe wish we can do it again and are so grateful for the staff at Jericho Terrace for their professionalism and kindness!\r\rOur contract included:\rwhite glove service, free valet parking, free coat check, bridal suite, two bridal attendants, ice sculpture, cake, open bar, top shelf liquor, and so much more!!!

I absolutely loved Jericho Terrace, from Anthony, who worked with us from the beginning to set up what we like and didn't like in a wedding, to the awesome Chef, to Jose, our Matre'D and the bridal attendants who took care of EVERYTHING! All we had to do was show up!\rListen, every single is unique, and as long as it is not a \"Bridezilla\" demand, they will make it happen! \rI had attended several weddings here at Jericho Terrace and every one was different from the last. Different religions and cultures, so I knew I wanted my wedding there. Then, when we had booked the hall, everyone (and I mean everyone) was telling us what awesome food they had. So we went for the menu tasting. We were sold again!! \rI have heard about this Viennese Hour. And believe me, I'm usually very stingy, but do NOT be cheap with your wedding. That Viennese Hour and the Cocktail Hour was SOOOO worth it!!! My guests were so impressed and walked away talking about it for months. Please add services if you can, don't think think that you can save money by sending your own people, or do things for you. If you are the bride, you will not have time, you should be the queen! I had Jericho Terrace take care of everything for me, and they looked after every detail. It was soo well worth it. It was beyond expectation. I made some things myself, and my Matre'D just said to bring it in, and they planned it, set everything up for me. The day of the wedding was so flawless that if I was writing a romantic movie script, it could not come out better than this. \rP.S. My wedding involved 60's Surf music, Star Wars and 60's lounge Tiki - The staff at Jericho Terrace took it and ran with it. Let me just mention that for the Cocktail Hour, Jericho Terrace hand-carved a Star Wars Watermelon ! Everyone, even management was so impressed :)

Since the moment I walked through the doors of Jericho Terrace I knew my wedding had to be there. They went above and beyond on the day of the wedding. My guests enjoyed the food so much. The cocktail room and reception room were so gorgeous. I was very happy with everything and wish I can do it all over again! They really take care of you there.

Jericho Terrace is definitely one of the best wedding venues on Long Island! The food was AMAZING, my guests are still talking about it. Originally we wanted an outdoor wedding but with all the glass ceilings we got the best of both worlds. Also, all the rooms have built in kinetic lighting which is included if you book with them, we were in the dome room and it looked stunning!

Jericho Terrace is definitely one of the best wedding venues on Long Island! The food was AMAZING, my guests are still talking about it. Originally we wanted an outdoor wedding but with all the glass ceilings we got the best of both worlds. From the beginning the level of customer service was bar none. in my year and a half of preperation I felt 100% sure that my wedding was going to exceed my expectations and it did. My wedding did not go perfectly but it was perfect thanks to the Jericho Terrace. They are magicians at putting out fires that I didn't even know about until after the wedding was over! Their team was incredible! The food was amazing. People left so stuffed and commented that it was incredible food and that they never get to eat great food like this at weddings. My cocktail hour was filled with such amazing food that it was like no other party I had ever been to. The menu was altered to my liking and I was never told that something couldn't be done. The venue itself is gorgeous and the pictures were incredible! Their outside and interior decor provided for some wonderful moments that I will always cherish. From our valet, bartenders, wait staff, and bridal attendants we were surrounded by friendly staff that was so wonderful at their job. My maitre d and also banquet manager, Jose, was so incredible. He is one of the reasons that my wedding was so great. From the first day that he showed me around, he was there step by step giving me direction and opinions when we weren't sure, answering questions daily sometimes and paying so close attention to the type of affiar we wanted to have. We owe him so much for everything he did to make our day so special. The Jericho Terrace sets the bar very high for weddings with the exceptional level of service they provide from the day you sign to the day of your affair.

Jericho Terrace is a beautiful catering hall and their level of service is impeccable. Our maître d’ did a wonderful job at making sure the night ran smoothly, and our bridal attendants were wonderful, as well. She made sure she had a sheet to cover my dress so I could have some food in the bridal suite before we went to our cocktail hour to greet our guests, and she was there to give me advice regarding my shoes, my garter, my bustle, and my veil. All in all, the staff at Jericho Terrace made our wedding reception a night to remember that my guests are still talking about 2 weeks later.

Jericho Terrace is a beautiful catering hall and their level of service is impeccable. Our maître d’ did a wonderful job at making sure the night ran smoothly, and our bridal attendants were wonderful, as well. I feel in love with Jericho Terrace the minute I walked in the door. It'a absolutely beautiful the staff was great. We met with Anthony and he made planning fun and easy. The food is amazing you can't beat that. I brought a picture of a cake and they went above and beyond better than my picture. We even got to take a walk through the kitchen on our first visit. Spotless! Everyone there is great. As for the wedding they made me feel like a princess. I had 2 bridal attendants that were amazing and helped me with everything. Our Maitre d' was Jose and he was wonderful. Everything was perfect and I would recommend Jericho Terrace to anyone. They really brought my vision to life! Best day of my life would not change a thing!

After reading dozens of positive reviews and their hearing about them consistently in advertisements, a quick trip to see this venue was all it took to sign a contract for our wedding. Post-wedding, my feelings on the venue are completely changed. I WISH I HAD CHOSEN SOMETHING DIFFERENT and would NEVER recommend this venue to others! I'll try to break down my concerns below:\r\r1) Many other weddings occurring at the same time make the venue feel like a train station or a mall. While your guests might notice less of the chaos because they are shuffled into the rooms accordingly, as the bride, you WILL NOTICE THE CHAOS AROUND YOU. Seeing another bride in passing is fine- I certainly knew I wouldn't be the only one there, but dozens of people I didn't know watching and commenting on our photo sessions and witnessing strangers almost walking into our cocktail room was bizarre and enough to make you NOT FEEL SPECIAL as the bride. I could hear the thumping of another wedding's music in my bridal suite- ok, forgivable, but hearing the pounding from another room during my own bridal party's speeches at my reception was disheartening. Come on! They might tell you they installed new soundproofing in the rooms (as of 3/13) but it didn't work!!! \r2) DO NOT BE DECEIVED! YOU DO NOT GET FREE REIGN OF THE VENUE FOR PHOTOGRAPHY BEFORE AND DURING YOUR EVENT!! My husband and I were absolutely psyched about the idea of getting outside photos in their gorgeous garden- after a huge storm the night before our wedding, we were thrilled when the sun came out perfectly for the wedding day!! I even planned to arrive 2 and a half hours early at the venue to ensure lots of variety of photos and to get what I wanted. The entire time before the wedding ceremony, I was told we COULD NOT GET ACCESS TO THE GARDEN because others were always using it. Other parties were being put before my own desires and I was only allowed to get 5 minutes in the garden DURING my cocktail hour, which I clearly told them during every single meeting that I was determined to attend, considering we were arriving so early! Tremendous disappointment there!! In fact, we were only offered 2 spots inside to take pictures and when we tried to walk around, the matre'd stopped us and said any other places \"weren't available\". Wow.\r3) DIDN'T GET ALL THE FOOD WE ORDERED!! Seriously?! After a food tasting, which was to DIE for, all my father could talk about was the amazing steak pizzaiola... he raved to all his guests about how amazing it would be! He went to find it during cocktail hour and IT WASN'T THERE AS ORDERED!!! The matre'd ran to get him a small plate from the kitchen when he asked for some. This is inexcusable!\r4) OUR WEDDING STARTED LATE because there was not enough turnaround time left between weddings. In fact, we were taking photos outside the room and saw the party before first leaving at 6:30pm for our ceremony at 7pm . We were unable to start our ceremony until 7:25! Jericho Terrace blames the florist, florist blames caterer... regardless, half hour is NOT ENOUGH TIME TO MAKE MY CEREMONY LOOK PERFECT AND SPECIAL! and as a result, my florist's delivery guys were setting up our room with our guests sitting and watching! MORTIFYING!\r\rOverall, the food that WAS there was great and my guests enjoyed the wedding but as the bride, I LOOK BACK WITH FRUSTRATION, DISAPPOINTMENT AND FEEL WE GOT RIPPED OFF. After complaining, owner was apologetic but did NOTHING to make it right!

I had my wedding at Jericho Terrace and overall, it was a great experience. The venue itself is beautiful with lots of great spots both inside and out to take pictures. The food and service are excellent. They treated both myself, my husband and our wedding party with the utmost courtesy and respect. I thought both of my bridal attendants were wonderful. All of the guest told me how much they loved the food and how nice the place was. They were also one of the few places that provided us with a tasting before we officially booked with them and I thought that was great! So many other venues refused to do that and both the fact they did that and their incredible service made me feel good about that. Our ceremony room - which was their Dome room was just simply stunning and when I walked in there and saw it the first time set up with the flowers and everything, I was just so happy, I both jumped up and cried. Our reception room which was the Oak Room was also so nice. Our account manager, Anthony was great and really willing to work with us. Our maitre'd, Ryan, was really organized and very professional in terms of making sure that things ran smoothly that day. I would highly recommend Jericho Terrace to anyone looking for a great venue to have their wedding - either their ceremony and reception like we did or just their reception. It's a great place.

Jericho terrace staff was great' especially my bridal attendants. They were amazing, my dresses zipper broke and they help me out. Every time I turned around they were there. The food was great and the decorations were nice. The lighting OK n my room was so nice, the colors made the room gorgeous.the ice sculpture was the only thing I wasn't in love with of the night was the ice sculpture i expected more. I definitely recommend Jericho terrace especially for a winter wedding.
